Worth every penny!
Rate app. Have had it for years. My kids and mother in-law love to use it too. Great for hanging outside or inside
Presented app to neighbors, they feel in love with it, simple to use just amazing , star gazing will never be the same, all children should have this, to be able to gaze at the heavens! WOW
Honestly, stars have always fascinated me. I didn’t know much about them until I got this app. I even want to be an astronomer now! Super educational and super fun on a starry night.
One of the best apps I’ve used. I can discover the stars with this.
I love the option to turn on manual calibration and be able set any date and time for the display so I can show my friends "look what I saw 2 nights ago!" Great app!!
Very easy to use for complete beginners looking at the night sky. I have recommended it to many people, maybe 50+. I got my first telescope 5 years ago and have advanced my knowledge of the sky and my many telescopes. But SkyView is still my go to app when out observing.
Zero! I enjoyed it for years but it just stopped working a year or more ago. It does nothing now regardless of all my attempts to change it’s settings and to notify it’s source. System won’t allow me to give it zero stars. I’m forced to give one star.
Awesome app. Informative, detailed
Simply THE best app
This app is amazing! It reminds me of Virtual Reality because you can see the whole sky even when you are sitting in your bedroom!
Doesn’t line up with anything.
Great App - for a star gazing novice this App is brilliant and for someone who is more advanced, there is something for you as well. Excellent for learning about the stars and astronomy. Bob R
Really hard to get it calibrated to actually show me what star or planet I’m seeing with my eyes.
“Hello” I’m having a problem with SkyView today, every time I click on the same star then I click on Wikipedia starts to freeze and closes itself it’s so strange, I don’t know why is it closing itself when I click on the same star is just so strange, but I don’t know why but it hasn’t be closing itself before when I just brought the SkyView but it’s so strange🤔? Can you please fix SkyView from freezing and closing so I don’t have so I do not get annoyed with SkyView because otherwise I will delete it and by the way please fix it😊?
Easy to point and identify a star or object. Can’t accept address to search for a known address for a star or point in space. Google maps will eat this ap when they include off planet locations.
This app is absolutely fantastic. A huge thank you to the developers. It is precise and extremely easy to explore the night sky. It’s so fascinating to see what the stars are called, where the star signs are, identifying planets and even seeing the suns trajectory for the day. Five stars to the developers!
Use this for tracking planets Love it
Image is frozen.
Perhaps my favorite app kicking back with no one to bother me which allows me to actually contemplate the stars.
I don’t have to embarrass myself anymore asking what planet is that? I love this since I can see what’s in the sky and identify it with this app!
Very nice to familiarize myself with the planets and more. Couple times I was in Utica NY, and the moon seem to go around the earth three times in a couple hr period. Maybe something wrong with the program. Or the gps is off a little. But other then that it’s a great app. They talk about global warming could it be that so many asteroids are blocking the suns rays.
It’s a great app. I was disappointed that M45 (the Pleiades) is not in the index or identifiable in the sky view. I view that as pretty significant shortcoming.
Very intriguing. This app definitely holds a sense of wonder.
Consider making the app support apples ‘smart invert’ dark mode setting.
The app is awesome but doesn’t show comets including the 10th brightest comet to pass by the earth in modern times, the Christmas Comet or Comet 46P. I even bought all the expansion packs to be disappointed.
Really love this app but why doesn’t it show comet 46p? Also I swear it used to show the general location of the sky from where meteor showers emanate, but can’t find that now. Nevertheless I really love this app.
The brightest comment in years is visible in the next week or two. This app has no clue about it. 👎🏻
A great way to enjoy the night sky.
Love this app. Just brought a telescope and this app is just perfect for those just starting to learn about our amazing universe
Brilliant app! Cleverly designed app and the augmented reality is a big bonus for using this app.
This App is possible the best I've ever downloaded. Un-put-downable, and with well-designed interface. I intend to use it for planning Astro photographic projects.
Great app for star gazing and for wondering what out their.
Brilliant I'm Learnng a lot from this cool little App
Extremely detailed and informal, worth the buy. Shows not only planets but space junk such as spent rocket boosters and satellites.
Great for anyone with the slightest interest in all things beyond the realms of Earth! Big thumbs up!
This is a great app if you like exploring the night sky just have your location services on when using it 5*
Love this app especially when outside at night
