Two thumbs up. Great exercise program, this is one of the most effective abdominal workouts I've done in years. I really enjoyed the updated version with the random exercises, it enabled my muscles to go into shock by catching them by surprise. Keep up the good work, looking forward to see what the future holds in toping this exercise application.

Customizable and Great. I love to talk about how I love to customize the workouts and I like to talk about how great this app is to have. This way the "Review" is accurate to the "Title" and it isn't misleading. Keeps everyone's expectations on the level, like Mike keeping it cool with ladies. Everyone who was anyone wanted to be Mike. He had class and lass on both arms. This was the life of a ladies man, he had everything he ever wanted and he didn't even have to try because it all cam natural to him. Until he got fat. Then he lost it all. If only Mike had this app. Poor Mike.

Simple, effective, great place to start. I'm an over 50 woman with a desk job and little exercise. After using the free version of this app for a couple weeks I bought the full one. Also got the arm app, love it too. It's been over a month now. I feel better (and better about myself) and the exercises are getting easier. I was finally able to go to the 7.5 min workout today.

Great app. This app is simple, easy to navigate. I love going to the gym but, this is something I can do at home for a few minutes a day. Great results!!

I saw results within a week.. I used to have strong stomach/abdominal muscles , but I let myself go for the last year. I started using this app, and I swear I saw a two pack forming within a week. I do a customized ten minute workout on the weekdays, and on weekends I do 7.5 minutes of workout 1 and 2. This app is amazing and I recommend buying this, in promise you will not regret it!

Favorite Ab Workout Ever!!!!. I have been using this app for three years now. I use it every day after my cardio workout. I honestly can not rave enough about this ab workout. After doing this app for two weeks, you will see results. i got my six pack back in less than two weeks. If you are consistent with this workout, it will do amazing things for your stomach. There is nothing better.

Best workout apps available, I've tried them all.. I absolutely Love all the daily workouts. Great job on creating it, I am in fantastic strong sexy shape now thanks to these easy to follow, safe yet challenging workouts, I've been doing them for a year now and love all the updates as well. I highly recommend these apps. I was using it on my iPhone but now have an iPad... It,s even better. Thanks!!!

One good thing about my ex.... She introduced me to this app. Now that they've added HealthKit integration, it's perfect. Simple, customizable 5-10min ab workouts with video instruction and audio cues. Customizable break length between exercises. And it works especially well over AirPlay with music in the background. Personally, I just use the random workout generator. Laziness friendly. Customizable reminders. The only workout app I've ever stuck with. A++

Ideas but Fantastic. I love this app. I switch between both workouts every other night. I wish there was an adjustable timer and you could set each exercises timer individually. Also, I think there should be more alternative workouts and some of the directions and animations are difficult to understand. Don't get me wrong, I love this app and I would love it even more if these changes were made.

ABsolutely love this simple App. Tried the free version and liked it so much I upgraded. The workouts are simple but thorough and do their job. I love that you can hear your music as the workout is going and that it segments plans by time. The ongoing video instruction lets you double check to make sure you're doing the moves correctly. A great go to ab workout app that doesn't get boring despite its simplicity.

Results if you use it regularly. I love this app, the girl in the app gives a great visual on how to do each exercise. I like that I can do a quick 5 min stomach workout or even longer like 7 1/2 or even 10 mins. Watching it on my iPad makes it easy to see and hear too. I would definitely recommend it.

Great for Beginners and intermediates!. Makes working out simple and fun very balanced training! Easy instructions and routines always looking forward to the next training time!

Worth it. I've never had a consistent exercise routine, unfortunately... Though good genetics and the unconventional exercise I do get have kept me in better-than-average shape. I'm nearing 20, though, and it's noticeable that I'm not going to keep the body I have without working for it. When I complete an exercise with this app- even just 5 or 10 minutes with it- I can feel the results... Not only in my abs, but in my back and shoulders, and even in my biceps. The variation of different workouts is really cool- not just crunches or sit-ups, which get boring very quickly. I also love that there's an instructional video for each exercise, as well as explicit instructions. This app is TOTALLY WORTH the few bucks.

Now even worse than just okay. After using for a couple of weeks, can see several areas for improvement. What happened to randomize option? Having an option for music would be helpful to keep pace with the trainer. Also, an "end of set" indicator would be helpful, instead of struggling to do the exercise and check remaining time. Finally, having a way to track workout history would make this okay ap very good. Exercises are fine.

OOOOF. I have a love-hate relationship with this app. I love what happens after I've been using it consistently, but it is one horrible workout (in the most positive way, of course). I have the paid version & love the opportunities for variety it presents. Perhaps I'll even be consistent enough in using the app to try different variations. I love the visual guidance and the calm tone of the instructor. But really, I wish I could just lie next to my phone, listen intently, and walk away with the results. Not today, I guess.

Best. No subscriptions, no ads, just the workouts. 100% perfect.

Great app. Use frequently and results look great

Not just for beginners!. This ab workout program gives you choices between different routines to exercise. Beginners can learn what to do by watching and repeating as shown. However, its still a challenge for me as an intermediate to advanced user. The in-out teaser of routine 2 almost nearly kills me every time I do it. The ultimate benefit of this app is the satisfaction you feel after doing a workout. Your abs are actually stronger to the touch of your hand.

Really works. The best ab app so far

It's good, but..... You definitely feel a burn doing this app. However, I have 2 complaints. First, there needs to be more audio messages saying that you are halfway there or finished a workout, because you have to keep looking up from your workout to look at time. Second, there needs to be more of a resting period between exercises. Three seconds is not enough. If you put those 2 things in, the app will be good and I won't feel like I should've gotten a different workout app.

Amazing workout. I just tried this app for the first time after reading all these awesome reviews, and wow, is this app great! I love it! It was really a great workout for 5 minutes and even with my busy schedule, I can do this twice a day! Also, the developers designed this app really well, it's not too complicated but not too simple either - just what I wanted in a workout app. This is definitely worth the $0.99; go get it.

AMAZING APP. I am a bull rider and a big part in bull riding is having a very strong core. I was doing 3000 sit-ups everyday to strengthen my core then I tried this workout and I was very surprised. If you do the exercises like the video shows, it will set your abs on fire and if you continue this workout it will give you the six pack you want, this is not a just for women workout, if you can do all these exercises daily you will strengthen your core and get a six pack in not time!

Great app but want more. I love this app and do it daily, after all who doesn't have 5-10 minutes!? Would love you to consider adding a standing ab workout series. The paid version is worth the money. I have gifted this to several friends and recommended it to everyone! Your continued upgrades and improvements have been terrific, Please continue to expand it! best app for abs. if this app doesn't help you work your abs consistently, then grab a box of HoHos and go sit on the couch to watch Oprah - because You just don't want to be in better health. call this a no excuses app; it removes the excuses that people use to avoid working their abs. I've never liked doing abs and avoided them like the plague. this app makes it so simple to get a great workout, and in very little time, that I do it nearly every day now. I hadn't realized how important strong core muscles are to everyday living, not to mention sports performance. since being consistent with this app, I've improved my posture, hit balls with more power and distance, and actually reduced lower back pain. thank you DEV team for creating this app!!

Ball addition. I had paid additional for 2 separate ball workouts. However, on the past update they have disappeared. Very disappointed.

Love this app!. This app has become a part of my night routine. You can play your own music and the app runs over it while you do all kinds of ab workouts. I do the 5 minute crunch every night and use the "random" feature so my abs don't get to use to the routine. I feel like it has changed the way I feel about working out and recommend it for $.99!

Nearly perfect. I love the efficiency of this workout and use it every day without fail! Although, maybe I'm missing an option somewhere, but the latest version seems to remove the voice that states which exercises to switch between during a workout. Now you have to look at your device if you don't have the routine memorized, which feels like a step backwards in terms of the app's usability.

Does what it says. Great app, that I use daily. It really makes a difference in the strength and tone of my abs in just 5 minutes, and it's nice to be able to increase the time as well, so that I can add to my workout if I have extra minutes. I stay home with my toddler, so being able to grab 5 minutes to target my abs with this app has been perfect.

Awesome!!!. I was never into working out my abs.. I actually avoided it. I now look forward to it with the app. It would be great if there were start and stop indicator tones added. Maybe a 3 tone countdown when an exercise starts and a different one for when it is over. That way you don't have to keep on looking at the screen. Highly, highly recommended!

Love!!. I am a fourteen year old girl. Im definitely not fat but I am trying to get in shape for summer and work towards that six pack ive always wanted. This app does just that. I do recommend buying the full version though. Be warned though- you can't eat like crap and do this one time a day and then complain that you don't have abs. It doesn't work that way. I eat healthy and do this three times a day if you eat badly and do it once a day and think that's committing you won't get anywhere. I LOVE this app and can't wait until that 6 pack is mine!!

Just when you think it can't get better-it does. The results are phenomenal! You can customize your workouts, times, and switch between three preset workout! It even lets you play your music while exercising so it barely feels like you're exercising. It gives you easy to comprehend instructions to optimize your workout and is so easy. I love it!

It works!! 💪. I love this app. It's easy to say that this is the app I use the most. The workouts are simple and you don't have to be in the gym to use them. I had great results after 5 days I usage. It's hard for you body to plateau because the random feature changes up the routine every single time. 5 mins is really all you need, after 2 months I still can't complete the 10 min workout. I love this app and my new 8 pack. 💗

Wonderful app. I love this app. I usually will use it after 30-60 minutes of cardio. I followed this regimen for 6 weeks and seen a huge difference in tone, weight, and in the way my clothes fitted. I could finally wear my tapered waist dresses and shirts and not feel self-conscious. Works perfectly with a busy schedule. You can workout with it at home, on vacation, and even at the gym.

Awesome!!. I highly recommend this app, especially for busy people who don't really have that much time to spare in their schedule to get fit. I do the 5minutes everyday and when done right and with great form definitely something that will get you sore the next day. It also offers a challenge with the 10 minute work out which definitely gets you sore midway through! I don't usually buy apps at all but for $1 this is worth it!

Great!. Love the app, good instructions made even better by the video, each exercise is prompted by with a vocal cue instructing the next exercise, and they are planned out smartly to allow for quick transitions between exercises (to disagree with other reviewers, I've never needed a pause button). *Edit - When I originally wrote this review I had a complaint about the iAd featured in the app, the ad has since been removed, great!

Great workout. I've been a bit lazy but now I'm going all out. I can feel the burn after doing three workout sessions and the notifications help keep me in check. I can me my abs burning. One suggestion though ab stretches? I can barely move from the soreness sometimes, I would love if there were stretch routines built into the app.

It does what an exercise app should do. I have purchased dozens of exercise apps over the years and most are just meh. These guys did it right. There are 3 time frames (5,8,10 min.) and three sets of ab workouts. Additionally you can do random sets. There is even a button under the play button that lets you preview the sets. I guess the only thing missing would be some music to go along with the sets. Otherwise a perfect ab trainer that you can take anywhere. Kudos to the developers. Now if these same guys would only do a swiss ball trainer . . . . .

Excellent routines!. These workouts are wonderful. They really work and target particular areas. I repeat certain ones and skip some that, due to personal injuries, don't work with my joints or head. I do almost every suggested workout. After the first time my waist line whittled down by almost one inch! It was insane. I also pause the session to give myself more time for more reps. I spend over an hour sometimes doing these daily workouts...but that is also because I rest for about 30 seconds when it begins to hurt. After my 30 second rest I'm able to unpause and continue the session. ~I purchased all 5 daily workouts individually and NOW they combined them all into one. I DON't want to waste $3.99 on ONE combined app (when i already have them all as individual apps) just to turn around and purchase the in-app Daily Ball routine app for $2.99. CAN YOU PPLLEEAASSEE put the daily ball app within the Daily Ab Rountine app to purchase? I WOULD spend $2.99 on it IF it's in my ab app. Else wise that's not fair to those who have paid you (more) for every daily workout app seperately like I have. Please PLEASE consider adding the in app purchase of Daily Ball App INSIDE the Daily Ab app! Thank you for creating these apps! You have really helped me turn my health around in the comfort of my own home without the embarrassment of having a personal trainer and having to further explane "oh, i can't do this move or that move cuz of this or that reason". Thank you! =]

For Great Abs at 60. I love this app. My son introduced me to it about 8 years ago. I am now 62 and still have a flat stomach and strong abs. It’s easy to use and adjusts to all levels of ability. Thanks for a great daily workout.

Could be improved!. This feedback applies to all apps by Developer. No question I enjoy using the apps and have, for years. One issue: after a while there is no variety in the exercises, even when used in different order on the Custom setting. Please add more exercises. Also, for the 8-10 min workouts, I would like to be able to add a couple more 30 sec exercises than doing the same exercises 45secs or 1 minute.

Well illustrated exercises; feature request. The videos of the exercises are well done and make following the exercises easy. I have one feature request: a preference setting so that there can be an optional delay or pause between exercises. When you're first beginning, you need to pause between exercises to (1) make sure you understand the exercise you're about to do, and (2) recover a bit if you're tired. With this app, the clock is constantly ticking and the only way to pause is to hit the manual start/stop button.

Very good set of exercises. A very good app that helps me with all my workouts (I have almost all of them). Several sets of workouts and option to choose the length of the total workout. No equipment required. Suggestion - to be able to add pauses between exercises in settings without having to press the pause button every time. Thank you for the app!

Does what it says !. A simple but helpful app for anyone wanting to know some straight forward ab exercises and routines they can use every day. The lite version is a good option if you want to try it out. Just don't expect a washboard stomach simply from doing a few crunches - you need to watch your diet and do regular cardio. App feedback Would be nice to have a way to skip to next exercise from within a routine, rather than going back to the main menu and then into the routine menu. The cheering at the end is also a little annoying (maybe it's just me though). Would be nice to have an audible countdown during the routine so I can gauge where the next set is starting, the exercise announcement can be a but abrupt. You might also include some stretches people can use, there's some good yoga style stretches for the midsection.

Just got awesomer. Much better layout and the videos on how to do each exercise are much better now. The new workout is much more challenging, I struggled the first couple times. I now do each routine once a day. Im noticing my abs are getting even more toned and much more visible without tensing.

Great app for busy people who want results. I use this and their arms app. 10 minutes a day (achievable in this busy world) and started to see results within a week. I would suggest starting at 5 mins and working up to 10 over a week. The random function is also useful for varying the areas of the body you target.

Would like a bigger timer. Exercises are good. Duration options are great. Only thing I would have liked is a bigger countdown timer.

Very Impressed!. I finally upgraded from the free version thinking my abs were already pretty strong. After trying one of the full app workouts ....wow, I was so wrong! Amazing work - and I never give 5 stars to apps! :)

Has a lot of promise. Recently bought the full version after using the free version for some time. Love the randomize feature and was the main reason I upgraded. Some points that I think would make this app even better is a voice count down for the last 3 or so seconds as well as the halfway time also called out to motivate the user more. With these features being turned on/off through the settings menu. Would love some more workouts over the next few months before these start becoming to repetitive.

Very Practical; Use it in Gym.. I benefited from the app in terms of the variety of exercises. I used to do basic crunches and situps, which gets boring after 2 months in the Gym. This App helped me vary my routines and gave me new ideas on Ab workouts. It can be enhanced further, but as it stands it is quite useful. Simply run the workout (3 time settings) and follow the video exercise. You are prompted at the begining of each new exercise, so you can shift positions as needed. It ends with a cheering crowed noise (as in clapping for your performance) but it actually diminshed from the professional presentation of the App; I suggest removing the cheering noise.

Very useful. I've had this app for a while and it is useful in exactly the way you would expect. They added health integration which is nice. My only complaint is that the app hides the top status bar so I can't check the time while doing abs.

Exactly what I wanted. This series is great! The workouts are easy to follow along with, and the video of the trainer is well produced and useful. What I really like: • There is a clear announcement when the exercise changes; I don't need to crane my neck to constantly monitor my phone. • There's no background sound, so it's not a huge disruption to others in the room. • The random workouts are constructed intelligently. If "right oblique crunch" comes up, for example, it will definitely be followed by "left oblique crunch". • There are a couple of seconds of "ready, set..." before each new exercise, where the trainer demos a rep. You can watch the first rep to make sure you've got it without cheating on the set. The things that I would wish for: • to have an "every other day" option for the reminder. (I know it's a daily workout, but anyway...) • Some kind of "tap screen to add 5 seconds" option for each exercise. Love this app and have been using it faithfully!

SIMPLE & EFFECTIVE. simple, effective and easy to use. I use it as an aide with my clients as well as for my own training and it's fantastic!! Worth the money!!

Good. Great an exercises and I like the variety and how you can change the time. I started with the exercises in Set 1 for 5 minutes and each week am moving up to make it longer and then moving through the sets as well. However one thing I wish this app had would be the ability to track the days that you have done the an exercises and for how long, what set etc and then the people who are doing this on a daily basis c see what they've done and how they could mix up the exercises etc. thanks!

Sosa. This app is very useful. At the first it looks easy; however, once it is practiced the hardship begins to show up. It helped me burn my abdomen fat and increased my swimming and running speed significantly. My Vo2 max was 35 ml/kg/min before I used this app. It reached to 39 ml/kg/min after 2 months of daily practice. It is practical and can used at any place. Best abs app!. This is the most effective app for abs I've found so far. It's simple and fun to use. In addition to the extensive collection of exercises, you can customize up to three workouts and the app saves them for later use. The only minor caveat is that the app pauses if you get a badge notification and you need to press play again to continue. Great app in addition to their other great exercise apps which also feature customization.

Everything I could ask. Functional, simple, clean interface, and possible to advance. I recommend for beginners like me - well done.

Love it!. This is my first review because it is worth it! I just tried it for the first time today and am sore already I workout everyday and this is an easy thing to do right after you're done all your cardio I usually only get an app based in reviews so I hope this influences someone to get it!!

Best burning abs app. This app is a great way to learn different ab routines when it comes to staying in shape! It is very explainable and easy to learn. It's good for a morning ab routine before work or to do first thing in the morning. I'd definitely suggest buying the full version, gives you more of a variety of routines to shuffle up.

Good workout, promising app. Provides an EXCELLENT ab workout - leaves my abs screaming till the next day... But I still wish there were some type of audio cues to let you know when the next workout is starting (aside from the name being announced). Like maybe a series of beeps or maybe just a ding when the screen says "go"?

Wish all exercise apps were like this. Got the free app first, and it was great. It isn't a picture or two, but a training video that you can exercise to. The exercises are very good, but the paid version has more, and greater flexibility. I wish all the exercise apps were like this format.

Great ab workout. Give this a try. I've been doing it for about two months, and try to hit it 3-4 times per week. I usually go for a jog, come home, and hit "start". It's like having a personal trainer in my living room, only free :) Hoping to move up to the 7.5 minute workout in October. Maybe the 10 minute workout by Thanksgiving. Thanks!

Great Lunch time workout.. I use this program at work on my lunch break about 4 days per week. I love it. My abs have come a long way since I started the program. I will sometimes hit pause between exercises to give myself a bit of a longer break. I highly recommend this program.

Good ad app. I have been using this for ~3 weeks. I think it provides a good structure for an ab workout. The only thing I wish it had was a little more info on how to do each exercise. They have the video for each, which is good, just looking for a little more on technique. But I would still reco this app.

Need my Tunes. Hey, thanks for the great new videos that make it so much easier to see the exercise form. And the new routine is a good challenge. Is there any way to keep playing my own tunes during the workout? If I have a tune playing and I start the app, the tunes shut down.

Should be working well. Honestly I haven't been very consistently doing this workout. However, whenever I do this, my ab hurts and it makes me sweat which means, I believe, it's working. You should be consistent though, just like any other workout.

Love it. After doing the complete workout I can feel ache. I love this app since I had trouble doing it on my own and this helps with multiple stretches, this app is wonderful and I would recommend this to anyone who is interested.

Greatest Little Workout. Normally don't bother rating apps, but after using this for a few months I can't live without. In just 5 min. a day have noticed a clear difference in my core. Love the recent upgrades as well which allow even more variation with randomization. Working out like this in short intense bursts has been beneficial and time saving! Thx!

Love it. This app is great! My life is super busy and my schedule unpredictable- so I love this app for when I can't get to the gym for coaching me through a quick set or two to help my muscles remember what they are for😊. Great workouts. This is one of my favorite apps. I definitely feel the burn every time I use it. There are lots of different workouts so you can change it up, and not get bored with the same routine. It's nice to have wherever you go right at your fingertips.

Let's u set ur own pace. When I started, could barely do a basic crunch. I'm up to 71/2 minutes in the first set, in only three weeks! And my back stopped hurting me! I set my own pace and have been surprised with the results. Working towards ten minutes!

Simple yet effective. I do a 5 minute routine right before bed and it's enough to make a difference in building ab strength, yet not too strenuous to keep me from doing it nightly. I recommend this app if you're just looking to tone up a flat belly or even shed a little belly fat by adding a bit more time to the routine.

I love it - It works. I do these workouts each night in my bed before I go to sleep. At the beginning, I couldn't make it through without stoping. Now I can feel and see the results. If you added a post app on Facebook thing, I would definitely do it. Also, please add a pause button, or an automatic pause when exited, because every time I exit the app to change my music I have to "Start from Exercise" and it would be easier if it paused. Hooray, finally quick abs. This program is perfect for a daily quick ab workout. I used to struggle to get my ab workout in and always fizzled after about 5 min. Now I know I get 10 min, 5 days a week. Just wish they had 15 and 20 min options.

So thankful for this app. I'm so thankful to have an app that I can follow along with; how to do an exercise and have it productive, I've been really seeing the result! My only request would be to put a very short pause in the middle of each in order to get into position for the next exercise.

More impact than other apps. It may not be as fancy as the ones with built-in music players or calorie counts, but the 10-minute program will work you harder for greater results than any other app out there. So play your music in the background and start toning that core!

Excellent. The key for me is consistency. Of course I like to fit in an hour of working out, but if I don't fit in any at all, I start to slack off. These quick workouts are challenging, and the ten minute time slot is perfect for keeping me on track on busy mornings!

Easy-to-follow exercises for the exercise challenged. I don't have a lot of specific knowledge about workouts but this is a great app to help start putting together a complete work out that I can use every day, just push and open.

Lost two inches!. When I first bought this app, I did two 5 minutes sessions a day. After about a week, I increased it to two 7.5 minute sessions and so on. After about three weeks, I lost almost two inches! This is really great. Of course, I haven't been consistent and now that I've stopped I have gained an inch but still! Great app!

Definitely worth the $!. It has gotten my abs burning like never before! I have done it daily for about 2 weeks now and I can already feel improvement, especially with my posture since my core is much stronger.

Easy to use and keeps me working out!. I LOVE the custom part. This way I don't get tired of the same routine. How about a count down at half way through and when there is maybe 15 seconds or 10 seconds left. Also count down on exercises left. This helps motivate me when I'm starting to feel tired and I'm too busy to see the screen.

No pain no gain !. I bought this app many months ago and forgot I even had it. I am in Hawaii on vacation and felt like doing some exercises and then remembered I had purchased it on my iPhone but downloaded it to my iPad. Easy to follow and they came a long way since those stick figures! Also today was my second day doing this and my abs were on fire !!!

Great ab workout app. Great exercise selection and instructions / videos for each one. It's also great to have the random feature for getting unique workouts. I've used quite a few ab apps and this one has immediately become a fave.

Slow and easy but pays off and shows progress. I use this app everyday for the last 3 months and it really does work just stick to a good diet and keep doing this and you are most likely to have a firm body or ripped depending how you use it. I suggest to do all workouts instead of the random button to experiance all the workouts

Awesome app. This is my Go-to for a quick 10 minute workout. All the daily workouts are fantastic. No doubt they can be a little harder but great for anyone at any physical intensity level- especially for those with limited time to workout

Like it. I like that it shows you the exercise so you an tell if you are doing the right thing to get the right workout needed. The only negative is- I would like to have more that 3 levels or options. To mix it up more. I do like that you can have a random workout but it would be nice if it offered more that 3 different workouts or levels.

Mr abs. Good work out , you feel the burn and its a good variety to choose from. I like the part where you can customize your work out. Definitely recommend it. Only thing I wish it had a 10 sec countdown between the work outs so you could get into position and breathe before the next workout.

Love this app!. This series is my favorite exercise app, but I especially enjoy the abs workout. I love the videos, simple and with written information. I like that I can custom create a workout. It's super convenient. I can use it anywhere (park, hotel, visiting family) or projected wirelessly on my tv.

Great app. Excellent app, will get you real results. Only thing I would like to see added is an audible countdown. It gives a countdown for each exercise but only on the screen so if you're actually into the exercise you may do it for too long, not noticing that the app has transitioned to the next one already.
