Never leave the house to work out. Awesome! Workout in the comfort of home. I especially like the 3 different workout times so if u are in a rush just set it for 5 minutes and u still get all the exercises. Download all of them

Great app for a great short workout. You can do up to a 10 minute workout with this App. It covers all the target areas of the body. It even has a yoga segment you can download. His is a great app for a person who doesn't have a lot of time but needs to get in a short workout. I highly recommend it.

Perfect! Just what I was looking for. I wanted a simple app, one that showed me how to do some new workouts, time me, and would allow me to play my music at the same time. This hit all my requirements and there was no lag! Plus (I wasnt looking for this but) it keeps track of how many calories you've burned in a day, week or month! Love it.

Almost Perfect. I love the quick work out. It's perfect for working out on a tight schedule. My only complaint is that it only gives three seconds when switching one exercise for another and it's not enough time when one is not familiar with the work out routine. I'd suggest the transition time to be at least five seconds.

First workout complete. Loving it!. I just used this app and it's great. My favorite part besides the workout is that I can set daily reminders so I don't have to worry about remembering for myself, since I'm a very forgetful person. And the workouts definitely make your muscles sore. Which is great! I'll be in shape before I know it! I highly recommend these apps even if you just get the free one. They're wonderful. :)

Daily leg workout app. My trainer Betty Jerram recommended it to me and I am also impressed and I definitely feel it in my lower body. I really like for all of the apps the workouts you get to choose the time and the levels and it definitely is like having your trainer right in your home and living room. I am so impressed and I would recommend it for anyone and you feel it in your body and in your muscle groups and everywhere in your body!!!!!😀

Feel the Burn!!!. These exercises really work, because they are targeted to a specific body part you can focus it and feel the burn. Nothing but love for this app. ❤️❤️❤️

Feel the burn!. I work out a lot, I run track and ride horses and I still feel the burn on this work out. Even if your legs are very strong and toned you still get a great workout with this app! (:

Useful. For the experienced, its good supplement to a workout already in place. For the beginner, I would caution. It doesn't give advice for good form or precautions for safety. The hamstring can be bothersome to someone with back problems and, without proper form, the lunges can stress the knee. These suggestions could flow at the bottom in text and/or have the camera zoom in and out at different angles. It's ok. It's free.

Perfect. I do track and cross country and my coach makes us train almost everyday even if the sessions over so well be the best and this is one of the best excursises my legs could ever have done!

Legs. Need before knee replacement

Awesome. I’ve used for 2 years. It’s great from toning and definition without a ton of time.

Great for beginners. I found the exercises to be good hitting the key areas I want to target and at a good pace.

Great and easy to follow. I really like how the app gives you a few example moves before you begin and loops the move as much as you need to do it. The routines are pretty easy but it's a great start for a beginner and someone who just needs a simple routine. I got all of the muscle groups I want to focus on and rotate them throughout the week. And I love that it has a reminder!! So simple.

Great, but bring the applause back!. Love that it reminds me to work out and it's got different levels of work out, but please bring the applause sound effect back. Replacing it with ads severely decreased it's like ability.

Great!. This whole series of apps is worth downloading. I have had it for about two weeks now. You'll feel it working with these easy-to-keep-up-with exercises. 💪

Pretty Good. Was looking to switch up my workout routine, have not been doing this long but you will feel sore from doing it. They are quick if you only have a couple of minutes, and there are other workouts for different body parts. I Enjoy it overall.

This. Is. Amazing.. I really wanted to start working out when I saw that my friend who is 13 (I'm 15) has the most amazing body and is really toned and fit. I do sports but that hasn't given me any results. I adore this app and all of Daniel miller's apps, because they are so basic and simple, for me a total of 25 min every day, and it's only been two weeks and I've already gotten comments on looking more fit :D

Needs a little improvement. I’ve been using this app for years, but I’ve recently had this problem before. Sometimes when I pause and resume, the timer doesn’t go and it just stays on three which is really annoying because I have to exit the work out and then go back and find where I left off. So if you can fix it, that would be amazing!

Short and to the point. I like this one it just takes minutes and you do feel it when your done!

Great app!. Enjoyed the simple directions and person demonstrating positions. I would like a second or two to switch positions before timer began though.

Great!. I love all of Daniel millers workout apps. Even though I have the free version and it only provides one set, it's a great way to start. I've been doing his set for one month now and have lost weight and still haven't got myself or my body tired enough to switch to another excersices app.

Stupid. This was so stupid I paused it and then it wouldn’t play after the time just stopped and I played with it it was dumb no stars but that’s no option if it was that’s what it would be

Leg workouts. This is a great free program. It has a timed set of exercises you do, making you slow down and do it right, not just get the count and "get 'er done"- simple and brilliant. No nagging, thoughtful and effective. I'll look more from this developer and even buy a program from them.

Workout wonder. I find this easy and definitely at a speed that is more in my pace range.

Leg workout. Really could feel legs being worked. I liked that you can choose how long of a workout you want to do as well, starting with as little as 5 minutes.

Wow!. I have been doing this leg workout and the glute workout for about a week. I had to take a two day rest because I was so sore! I am so impressed to already feel the tightness of my thighs and gluteus maximus :) I have a big trip to Hawaii next month (and also a big tush) and this is my #1 workout to get myself in shape fast. Fast results, especially if you do the full 10 min. workout, 5 days a week. You will feel so much better about yourself, wether you are fully in shape or not. It is very relaxing and effective! Do it!

Simple, easy and effective. Basic and safe exercises that work major and minor muscles. The videos are easy to follow and show proper poses and moves. You can set reminders and it tracks burned calories by day and week. The entire series features classic old school moves that net real results. I love it.

Amazing!!!!. I am going out for winter sports. Next year I will be playing sports all year long which means I have to get in shape. I would highly recommend all of the daily workouts. They are all absolutely amazing and for someone like me that does really have the time or money for the gym it's a great way to burn fat and get in shape! No gym time!. There are quite a few days when I am not able to get to the local gym. I turn on this app and it helps me to stay focused to my routine! Thanks!!!!

Pausing causes problems. When I pause the video and re-start, the timer never re-starts.

Great app!. These apps are a great! I've been procrastinating for awhile but the Daniel Miller apps have helped me get motivated to work out again. I downloaded these last week and have used them almost every day. The exercises are simple and effective, and being able to choose a 5 minute workout to start and then a 7.5 minute workout after a week or so has been a great way to ease back into working out again. I have all of the free apps which have ads on the bottom of the screen yet I hardly notice them. And I may upgrade after I've completed all of the exercises in the 10 minute workout.

Quick, clear, easy to use. I like that there are no breaks between exercises and the whole thing takes a few minutes to turn your muscles on. It's been a nice way to start working my legs.

Amazing app!. Have been using it for years off and on. 2-3 wks before I really need to look in shape I'm been religious about using this app. It's the easiest and very effective.

Great app. This app (and the others for different areas of the body) is fantastic. You can do 5 min each day which is what I do. I am not the type of person who likes the "gym" atmosphere. I prefer quiet exercising in short doses. I have been using these apps for only a few weeks and there is definitely a difference already.

Yes!!! It WORKS!. Okay, so I, like any other girl, would like to look fit and muscular. I just started this 2 days ago, and I can already feel it!!! I can't wait to keep going and see more results! Really good!!!. I cannot believe how much this workout made me sore!!!! I hate it but love it at te same time for the fact that it has left me hurting.... But that's a good thing! Lol definitely get this app.. The time choices is cool in case u have a few minutes to kill or want a complete workout. Even though sme people say it don't have a lot of time to workout, a little DOES go a long way!!!

AMAZING. I got all the the work out free versions and I do them as a daily complete work out haven't seen the long term results but I'm defiantly feeling the burn now haha.

Pretty decent. Video is great. Everything is explained. It's a very basic leg workout but it's perfect for those who travel or who have little time. I bring my yoga mat when I travel so this is a perfect addition.

Good. Not a bad app quick simple workouts

Like it. Basic, simple and it works. There is a pause button if needed - only thing is I wish it told me how many calories burned. I like it

Very good. A good work out for beginners. You can do it for 3 different lengths as well which is great to work up to more difficulty.

Email spam. I used to use all these apps a lot a couple years ago and wanted to get back into it and unfortunately won’t be using them again. Providing an email so they can constantly spam you is now a requirement to use their apps. No thanks, there are plenty of others out there.

Love love love. I really like this app because I haven't hit up the gym in a while, and I'm scared and lazy to get back into it, but I'm even more scared of getting fat again so I ensure to do atleast something like run on the treadmill but I can't even seem to do that.. But I can do this because I feel the effects like i went to the gym the next day but really.. It's really easy, hard to keep up but it's fun duration and pace and the exercise are reaaally good! I love it.. Because I hate the gym.

Good exercises, but app needs tweaking. Although I appreciated the exercises, there was no time to change poses and no instruction except the name of the exercise.

Eh.. Not great, but it is free. Only 9 workouts and they basically just show you a move and countdown. No one talking to you. No music. Also it's buggy - if you pause the counting and try to restart it won't work.
