Try It. You should try it!!! All of these workouts are wonderful if you keep on going with it once a day all of it will go away!! You will lose all of your access so your new and fit. If you keep on going with it everyday you with see a difference it never hurts to try new things!!!!!

Good workout but... If I had to pause or check a message it froze and I had to start over

This is what a busy mom needs. I am a working mom with three kids and the youngest is 4 months old..I am able to do these workout while cooking instead of reaching for snacks....this is just what a busy person needs to help them reach their goal weight.

Out of shape. Just finished my first 5 minute but simple work out. Didn't realize how out of shape I am. I had to pause at the end of a couple 30 second exercises to catch my breath. This is just the quick and simple exercise routine that can get me jump started.

Mostly a great app!. The work outs are good and I like that you can customize them a bit but my beef is that if I have to pause the work out, when I start it again the time doesn’t resume counting down. It stays paused. That’s the only reason I haven’t committed to paying for the full version.

Perfect blast!. I am getting ready to join the track team. The only problem is I have bad cardio I am out of breathe in under 5 min. This workout got me out of breathe I am doing the 5 min nightly an will work up to the higher times. I break out in a sweat but that what makes it perfect!

Super. Great workout and you don't have to spend a lot of time of money to get into it. I love it and I can't wait to try the other workouts offered. It's is definitely worth it.

Oh my!. I’ve been an athlete my entire life, but have recently taken a break due to injuries. I’m getting back into shape and this app is more that what I expected! Great app for at home cardio.

Works very well. I've tried something very similar and worked really bad. I was a little nervous when I got this one but this works very well and is a real workout. You should get this app. If you get it you get to chose five mins eight mins or ten mins.

1st Day. I didn’t know I was so out of shape. I suggest stretching before starting.

Wow. This is great does not look like much but when you do the excise they work in just 5 minutes I'm sweating once I am cmforable doing ten minutes I will order the next program if you want too get in shape this is it and does not take lots of your time get it

Great App!. This app guides you through a short 10-minute workout that is pretty intense! I highly recommend this app; especially if you don’t have a lot of time to spend on exercising.

Good, free app that lives up to its name.. I don't EVER write reviews for apps, or even rate them for that matter, but this one I really like. It's quick efficient, and defiantly works. Has a time setting for all fitness levels. I personally do the 10 minute, but even being close to "great" shape it takes the wind out of me and gets my heart pumping. Which is exactly what I need, and it's a hell of a lot cheaper than a gym. Don't bother with the paid equivalents of is.

Emili :). I love this app. It's easy to follow simple enough to fit in any part of my day, with one child and one on the way it just makes sense to use. You can work your whole body or just targeted areas and then finish with Simply Yoga.

It Works!!!. This workout is full of real, and great excercises tht reallly work for you cardiovascular system! I recommend to use this system before starting your workout to open up your breathing passages and end with a seasonal fruit or nice fresh salad!! It really works!!!

Perfect fit!😉. Amazing app!:) got me sweating 3/4 through with the 5 minute workout. No equipment needed, it guides you through and it's my first time today: already feeling progress!:) it isn't flashy with music or whatever, and there's no on-screen interaction but that's okay; (people like me who have no cardio would be ashamed to train in public, and that's why I bought the app in the first place.) love it!

Good but error after pausing. This is a good app the only thing is whenever I paused and played it would be stuck on that exercise and timer will not continue the count down! I had to restart the app! Please fix this..

1st time user age 13. I am using his because my doctor recommended it and it really works i lost two pounds in one week i do this in the morning and before i go to bed then of course i take a shower at night after my workout!!! :) it really works

Simply Amazing. Best exercise app I've ever downloaded (free or otherwise) It walks you through each exercise, times you, and actually keeps you moving. A great exercise in ten minutes. It even has settings for beginner/intermidiate/advanced, and will verbally tell you to stop. I seriously recomend this.

I love this app!. Every night I get a reminder about doing my exercise and I love it! It really helps... I stopped doing this for about a week cause of work and I kept getting really tired in gym! But now that I'm doing it again I can really work hard.

Simple but effective. No frills and easy to follow! Gave me more of a workout than I’d expect. Mind you I haven’t worked out in a while but I was huffing and puffing even with the lowest level and time. Keeps me motivated to keep going!

Workout for those who don't workout!. This is great--the video shows exactly how to do workout, the time remaining is shown, and the best feature is that you can play your music & on the iphone4, the video & voice instructions talk over the music, so you don't miss a thing. Great app. Not a demanding workout bust enough to get you moving.

Simple to follow. Anyone just getting back to fitness, trying to lose weight or just maintain daily fitness should have this. It is easy to follow and quick. Great for people who travel a lot too. It really motivated me - just 10 minutes a day - no excuse not to fit in 10 minutes a day. It really works. It downloaded the paid app too. It's great!

Amazing!. I love it, I was seriously sweating at 10 minutes. But I think at the end it should show how many calories you burned. ( for us who track our calories .) keep up the good work (: !

Pause doesn’t work. You can pause. It won’t restart!

Just great - and free. I got this to get in shape for a little low key hiking trip. I can tell it will do the trick. I love that it doesn't pretend to be more than it is. Doesn't waste my time with pep talks or warm ups. No music. You could watch tv or listen to music while you go. Just move!

*Free Version Review*. It’s a simple app but it gets the job done. There aren’t many options to choose from. You can choose a your sets and interviews. It will show you a video of each exercise during the interval. It does connect with Apple health.

Alright. This is a pretty good app for those with little time and don't want to spend money on a gym membership. I really dislike that the workouts are just the girl doing the exercise ONCE and then it replaying it over and over for 30 seconds. It's a pretty good tape splice but I could tell. For someone who needs motivation, it's not very motivating to see your workout "instructor" not even doings he workout for the same amount of time.

Cardio. I love the app you can set the time and day you want to do the workout and it will remind you time to do the workout I modify on the mountain part till my legs get strong enough to do the mountain part but other than that I love the workout so much energy into it and a great workout

Workout review!!!. I have a background in fitness, having been a certified personal trainer and a reviewer of exercise videos for decades now and i only looked at the first level the workout video - what a blast!!!!!! This is not time consuming, not complicated and can be executed with little to no difficulty. A great way to give beginners a boost or to infuse basics into a seasoned exerciser's routine!!

Great Workout. I'm 2 years passed a bad broken ankle/dislocation and crushed foot. After being laid up and recovering for two years I want to get back to exercising. This is perfect because I can work at my own pace. Even long walks are too much for my injury. I re-work some of the exercises because I can't hop or do high impact. I need that instructor to keep me going and this works for me.

Great workout!. I was looking for some cardio that I could do in my living room when the weather's too cold outside. Just did the 5 minute cardio as a test and it was great. Would def recommend to others.

Pretty straight forward!. It's not a long term program. It's not a guide or a dieting aid... But it does show you how to fill 5, 8 or 10 minute increments of time by doing something positive! The video is a non intrusive motivator and you can turn the sound off and listen to something you enjoy while moving with the instructor. The exercises are fantastic for beginners and do not require one to know insane combinations! I really like having this at my fingertips!

Who needs a gym membership?!. This is the perfect app to save you $60 each month in gym memberships! I just downloaded this hoping to get a good workout in at home and I was very happy with the way that the app is set up and the selection of workouts available. This is an awesome app!!

i LOVE this app. GET IT!!! just finished the 7.5 minute workout. I can't stress enough how great it is. it got me sweating which is pretty hard to do considering I do ballet 25 hours a week. do this twice a day + healthy diet and you'll be toned in no time. makes you feel great too not exhausted like you can't walk, tho it's great to do before bed... just get it and I'll stop rambling.

Taylor Anderson. I love this app! You know you're getting a workout because you feel the burn! This summer I'm trying to get skinny so when I go back to school hopefully everyone will comment on how skinny I am! If you're debating whether to get this app or not, I would get it. It's awesome!!!

Great alternate to the gym. This is a great app. Never crashes and no ads constantly bugging you. These workouts are just what you need to get motivated but not spend an hour working out. The workouts are good for home because they don't require equipment. They just get You going and off the couch!

Trying.. Trying to loose weight that I gained bc of Long Covid. The 5 min option is best for me bc of my extreme fatigue. Just started, but so far so good. I do an exercise as long as I can during the countdown, and each time I’m able to go a little longer.

The best, reclaim idle time, reshape to a happy size. The best!!!! Brief exercises I could do at work in my work clothes if comfy or no shoes, the required break times for a full day of work are two 15 min breaks and a thirty, just one five min workout 3 times a week added to my already minimal impact workout? I'm zoo excited!! Can wait to see the result. It is very user friendly.

Good calisthenics. Nice timer for the 30 sec exercise period, voiceover warns of next exercise then you get 3 secs to prepare. Performer is fit and keeps a high pace. Great to have three timeframe options. I enjoyed the workout and was fine repeating the options to get a full twenty minute cardio workout. Coupled with the free ab workout app, it is a great option for my non-run days.

Pretty cool app!. For this app to be free it's pretty cool! My only complaint is that when she switches from one exercise to another it doesn't give you a second to catch up or prepare. But, you can always just hit the pause button, which I like. Exercises are pretty simple so beginners can follow along without a problem and you can always speed up your jumping jacks. I plan to use this app every morning.

Great app....if. This might be the best workout app on the market for people on the go, however, when I click on the app to load a session the screen goes blank 3 secs after loading. I reinstalled the app and same thing. I went to the developer website to email this instead of putting it in review but the email link doesn't work from the website. This problem has happened with all apps I've downloaded by this developer. Please fix soon, thanks

Great fitness starter. Great little app to help you get your heart pumping, and perfect for those at home with a few minutes to spare. The exercises are well put together to give you a workout that challenges but not over excessive so ideal for those wanting to get started on a regular routine. Would be good to have a 15 or 20 min option, and also to give a total session time inclusive of the gaps between the different exercises e.g. the 7.5min workout is closer to 10mins in total.

Great Workout. A great workout that is road worthy; you can do it anywhere without any special equipment and you can work up a sweat. There are different time lengths of workouts so they adapt to your schedule and, as always, you get out of it (results) in exact proportion to what you're willing to put into it (in effort).

Email spam. I used to use all these apps a lot a couple years ago and wanted to get back into it and unfortunately won’t be using them again. Providing an email so they can constantly spam you is now a requirement to use their apps. No thanks, there are plenty of others out there.

Good but.... This is a great app to whip you into shape and it actually makes cardio fun and interesting compaired to just hitting the treadmill day after day. I love the timer and the different times for each "level" of cardio you are at. (Beginger, Intermediate, Advanced) Also the video of the exercise makes it super easy to follow along. However, after awhile it does get kind of old. I think to improve this app they should update it with some new excersises and have the estimated number of calories you burn and it would be perfect! So, please update soon!

The Real Deal. I've been using these all these apps everyday ranging from 30-120 minutes a day(120 including 60 min yoga sesh) for the past month or so and I gotta say I look pretty god damn ripped considering I used to be a 'scrony kid'. Sweaty. No other workout killed me in just 7.5 min. So effective and fast. I like that it doesn't give any time to rest (unlike what I do during my usual workout with the just-picking-the-next-exercise excuse).

Cardio. This was an awesome five minute workout. Sweating by second exercise. Whooped by the last. Building up to the 7.5 minute. Wish me luck.

Boring. I'm only giving this app any stars because it does what it says it will. It'll get your heart going. Other than that, there is 0 interaction, no music, and as others have mentioned, the video is obviously just repeating the same move done once over and over. It's hard to stay motivated when I feel like a robot is telling me what to do.

Epic app. I loved the quickness and fun of the app. It motivated me to work out way more. I also love how you can change the time of the app. This is best for those who need a quick daily workout and that's what this app does!

Love the video examples. Some of these exercise apps tell you workout moves but don't really show a good descriptive on the actual move itself so it seems like your guess. The video here really helps.

Love this app!!!!. I do yoga almost everyday. I did yoga the day before and I was still a flexible as ever but the next day afteri finished this workout I tried to do yoga and could barely move I was so sore. Simple exercises but super effective thanks!

Amazing and quick!. Just retired to take care of my beautiful granddaughter. Wanted something quick to keep me in shape I do this cardio video and an abs video 3 to for times a week and feel great!? Try it.

Great!. I don't find it as good as the abb workout myself, but it's still great! It's a quick workout, and it's great for people who only get a few minutes at a time for a break.

Easy even for me!. The 10 minute workout was not too intense. I'm 5'7" 235 and was sweating by the end. Not at all overwhelming. Definitely recommend it.

Surprisingly Simple and yet Challenging. This is great! I never expected to be winded after a short 5 minute workout. My legs were burning and I was out of breath! This is exactly what I needed....a no equipment, short workout routine that works!

Thought I was fit. I work-out regularly, so I didn't expect too much from this work-out. I was completely surprised at how intense it was. Everyone should download all of the exercises.
