It's a flashlight!. In a pinch, this thing is great...never again will I have to worry about the location of my flashlight in the event of a power outage. And thanks to the strobe feature I can annoy the poo out of anyone I please to...<3

please improve brightness adjustment. I love that you can adjust the brightness of the light. However, I wish the control was bigger. The little dot is a bit hard to hit with your fingertip. Also, the latest update was supposed to fix the problem with the level staying set to where you set it when you close and re-open the app but it's still not working correctly. I'm finding it loses the setting when you close the app down completely. If you leave it in the background, it stays set but if you remove it from the system tray, and re-open the app, the light level is back up to maximum rather than at the previous setting. The setting needs to stay even when you close the app in the system tray. Or the default setting should be at the minimum level rather than the maximum level. These two adjustments to the app would make this 5-stars in my book and definitely a keeper! Please improve this feature!

Very helpful!!!!. I live in Alabama and was affected by the April 27th storms of last year. This app was a lifesaver and a shining light in the dark when the power went out. Works perfect! Thanks a lot and keep up the good work.

Good app. Best flashlight App out there. However, it does need some improvement I really dislike the way the screen slides over to alternate themes. Could you simply make it so we can lock the one we like best

Does what it should; intuitive interface. My only complaint is with the themes. I'm not a fan of the provided alternate themes. But I don't care. The primary theme is fine. Who needs a skinnable flashlight anyhow? Does exactly what I need and more.

No complaints. Works as advertised. Is bright enough for what ever the occasion might be. The strobe and SOS feature are fun. Especially in total darkness when you want to mess with a friend.

Flashlight screen. Just wish it had an option to light up just the screen all white.

A Great Back-up Flashlight. Just amazing how bright this little light is. Forget about themes and other bells & whistles; when it's dark you want light. That's what you get, a fantastically bright light!

Quick & Ad Free. I've shopped around for the perfect flashlight app, I needed something simple and quick. The first few apps I tried took an additional tap and a few seconds to turn on - iTorch lit up right away loading the ads last. I'm not a big fan of advertisements - so I bought the pro version of this app.

Pro lite app. This is what it's about. Something that works and works very well. I have used this handy tool on numerous occasions. Most recently finding my truck keys that were dropped accidentally. What a game saver

Works nicely. Does what it is supposed to do. Makes my phone into a handy light. And does it with style. Update: Keeps asking me to turn on cellular data. Not essential for a flashlight. Also keeps bugging me for a review when I have already left one. They should have stopped with the first review I did.

It's just ok. I went thru all the flashlight apps comparing them all to the Assistive Light that comes with my Samsung Galaxy S4 cell and none not even this one comes anywhere close to the Assistive Lights brightness. How sad. It pisses me off coz I paid for this weak app. I guess the flash on the Galaxy phone is just a lot better than my iPhones flash. Otherwise these apps would work better.

iTorch 4 Pro. I am disabled and at night I use it when turning in for the night when having to turn lights out stranded in the dark it illuminates the area where I need to walk. It also helps guide my small dachie since she is almost completely blind and only see's rays of light. So it has been wonderful for us and as a flashlight for around your home as it has been for me. I highly recommend it to anyone except small children since the light can be blinding if shinned in the eyes. Not actually iPhone 5 compatible. This is a very nice flashlight app, but unlike the description says, it is not update for the iPhone 5. I doubted it was optimized when the most recent update was in August, but I went for it anyway, and now regret it...

The best strobe by FAR!. The best strobe by FAR!!!! There is a difference between a strobe and a light that just turns off and on quickly. Most of the "strobe" Apps for the iPod Touch/iPhone are the latter, where as this one is as close to a true strobe as you can get without using capacitors to power the light.

Please add all red theme. Love this app, BUT amateur astronomers would love to have the option for an all red screen with adjustable brightness to use as a light while avoiding ruining dark adaptation. For a $2 app having the option to use a colored screen would really make it worth it. So many other free apps have this. Please add this!

Great app!!!. If you want a flashlight app this is the one that works best for sure. You can change the way it looks, it has a strobe light setting that you can adjust, and there's an SOS button! I highly recommend this app it's totally worth the money. I've had this app for a pretty long time and I haven't noticed any problems with it at all.

Best Flashlight Ever!. Whether walking the dog, finding your house key, or navigating your home after a power outage, this app is what I genuinely needed. After all, those are the times you have your cell phone, but perhaps find yourself without what you used to, or normally depend on!

"WAS" best light App. I'm saying was the best Light App because that's exactly true. I loved this app when it was free, I loved it so much I upgraded to the PRO version, however since I have upgraded to iOS 8 the PRO app no longer lunches. For some reason the Free Version of the app still launches but the pro will not. Please fix this with an update because this app is far superior to the Flashlight native to the iPhone 5.

Crazy fast. I went looking for a new flashlight app after my current one took up to 10 seconds to light up. This app turns on the light in 1 second. Very handy.

16 Candles. Wow, we've come along way since the era of no electricity and candlelight was the light source, and with that being said; this is one great app! This flashlight is also an adjustable strobe light, perfect as your personal strobe light on the dance floor dancing to a A70's Disco tune. I'm sure this light would even be helpful if you were to use it as your light source to change a flat tire in darkest of night. As you can probably tell I really like this app and yet to find any flaws, but when I find one you'all will be the first to know. Shanon

itorch4. This app is so simple yet so insightful. I use it all the time. I'm on summer vacation and it's been very handy. The power went out in a lightning storm for two and a half hours. I didn't have the app on the whole time but it really was very useful at times. Great App. What else can I say.

The Best. The i Torch is the best one I have found. I have tried many different flash lights and they all work alright but they always seem to have something bright on the screen that is facing you and it always seems to bother you. But the i Torch has just a very dim button light. I love the i Torch and I use it at least once every day and its one of the best I have used yet. I never use any other light but the i Torch. Fast flashlight. Out of all the flashlight apps I've downloaded and used this one is by far the best and the fastest at turning on as soon as you open the app. It's worth the $0.99 too since you get rid of the adds. Easy functions with a strobe and you can change the skins and even dim the screen. Def one of if not the best flashlight app out there!! A+

Awesome app! But.... This light is awesome! I use it so much and it's very helpful... Just when I'm being lazy, I dropped something behind or under my bed, or to not disturb my roommate when I need a light. It's really fast and easy to use. The only problem I see is that I can't keep the light on when I navigate out of the app. If I could make the light stay on while I go to other apps this would definitely be a 5-star

Awesome. Had another similar app and it stopped working in 2 days. This was recommended by friend and love it. You can use strobe to disorient someone while going for pistol.

Nice light. Nicely done flashlight. Clean interface and performs as advertised. I would like to see perhaps another button that would turn the front screen on if you want to be able to. Not both at the same time, but just an option to if you like.

Bummer. The flashlight works great the only thing is there aren't enough themes such as a Nativity for Christmas, Turkey and cornucopia for Thanksgiving and an American flag for the holidays. What would be great is to be able to install a photo from my camera roll. Does not turn on as quickly as it used to, after the updates it's slower.

Well worth no problems. Should b standard. The first app u should ever get. Using it for years. I don't ever bother searching for my real bulky torch. When this serves the purpose. In garage. Under car in engine bay crevices, between items around corners or hard to reach spots. Bush walking, drunk night at friends houses in dark.

Handy touch. I find it comes in very handy for those time u need a torch and you either can't find one or all the ones you do find have flat battery's

Awesome!. Fantastic app. Great with iPhone 4. I use it for almost every possible scenario where you need to shine a little light on the subject. I use it as a night light to get around the room when baby is sleep. I've used it for finding misplaced items in big green bin. And its great in assisting helpless girls find lost earrings on the dance floor.

Works well. Good functionality and standard interface. The optional interfaces recently added are a bit childish and should be removed. The only cheapen the original one.

Fairly decent, could be better. iTorch has a fairly nice interface and starts up reasonably fast, both of which you want from a 'torch' app. Where it loses a star for me is the removal of configuration options, that used to be present, for freeing up the space used by the less useful functions. I liked being able to have a minimal interface lacking strobing and SOS modes, both of which lack any real use other than irritating people. None the less I will refer you in closing to my first points given they're the most important things to know.

Its the fastest starting flashlight app of them all. Also, the flash itself is adjustable in brightness level as well as a range of strobe frequencies and even has sos mode corse function - not that im planning on getting stranded anytime soon, but, you never know. Great app. Basically It's just an essential thing to have on my iPhone !!!! It has a great dimmer switch and a handy SOS signal thing, very unsure why I need the other thing to make light flicker fast and slow...... wish I could disable it :)

MisterGun. This is an excellent app. It uses the light built into your phone to illuminate things in dark places. My fridge has an app that makes ice out of water. I also have a machine that transmutes bread into a substance called toast.

iTorch 4. The only thing that could improve this application is if it were a background app. Ie, when being used as a strobe and getting a text, call or other notification.

Does exactly what you want it to. Does exactly what you want it to. Open it and the light comes on immediately and it stays on. Others I have tried turn off with the screen lock which can be frustrating.

No Apple Watch support. There was a new update yesterday saying you can now use this on the Apple Watch but there’s nothing there! Would’ve been nice to use it on my Apple Watch as well but hopefully one day we’ll get the app on it! Apart from that I think it’s a good app!

Umm is there an english version??. Just downloaded the update, it's now in English, Thankyou =) However, the description states that this app is translateable to several differant languages. As of now I can find no way to change the language. I only speak English, but I'm not the only one who uses this app, and I'm sure there will be plenty of people out there who have paid for this expecting it in their language, only to find no obvious way to make it so. This needs to be fixed, either and option changer, or, if there already is one, it needs to be make much more obvious. Thankyou.

Used to work. I got the paid version on my iPhone 6s and it worked fine. Recently got my 11pro max and it works as long as you don’t touch the light intensity button. Once you do that the light no longer works right it just stays on a dim setting for an undetermined length of time. You can still use the flashlight function built into the Iphone’s software

Busted neck.. You would think that a flashlight app when you turn it on and it asks you to rate it that the light would not turn off when you answer yes,right? Wrong,of course you then are left in the dark and losing your way falling down a flight of stairs then breaking a crucial part of the anatomy..... Oh well. At least they got what they asked for.

Great app. Great amount of light. Has helped me get the key in my door at night many times. When I need to see at night instead of getting up and turning on a big light I just use my torch.

The best & brightest. I've tried numerous flashlight apps and this one most definitely the one to get. Also the app called Led torch+ is also very good but always remember to upgrade to the paid versions to get all the effects and remove those PESKY ADS I HATE ADS UHG can't stand ads. NO LONGER WORKING. I got the paid version and it only worked for one year; after that it quit and I get 0 except a blank white screen. I tried getting in touch with the dev, but haven’t received a response. Sucks, because it’s otherwise a great and useful tool.

ITorch Rocks. Love it! Used it in the remote Colorado Mountains on an Elk Hunt. My group was able to find me while using the strobe function as a visual beacon.
