Not good. It is top 200 of all drugs, not just the community/retail top 200. And lots of errors. Who cares about the hospital top 200?

Don't waste your money. App is so basic my flash cards are better than this. No nursing implications. Action of what it's doing nothing!

Very good. Loved the edit option! There were a few mistakes but easy to fix. I used this to help prepare for Naplex. I agree that categories for sorting drug classes would be a great feature to add. Thanks!

Not worth your money. Very basic and lacking a lot of info. Basically a quizlet that is bare bones. You have the ability to edit and add cards but then why pay for a product that needs more info??

Crashes every 4-5 cards. Is what it advertises, except it crashes every 4-5 cards. Would be fine with an update...

good company. I have a few of their apps and they've always been very quick to respond to any questions or comments that i have. Most of their apps are useful to me if I'm taking the class. 

Don't waste your money!. App crashes constantly and all the drugs I add are always missing from my index! Also doesn't remember the drugs I "favorite." Do not buy!

Awesome. awesome app. very handy! i can even study while using the treadmill! i can add/edit flashcards. very nice! definitely worth the money! can you also make some folders? to easily organize especially on the favorite tab. thanks! ;)

Awesome flashcard app!. Awesome flashcard app. The app works fine for me, no shifting in Settings page on my iPhone 4. Best part of the app is that I can edit the cards if I want to add more info. They even have an option to add additional cards (which I haven't used yet but may come in handy in the future). I also like how its they have just the top 200 most popular drugs instead of thousands of drugs, which keeps things focused and high yield. Great work!

Nice, but won't save favorites. This is a nice app. However, for me, for some reason it will not save my favorites or save changes made to cards. I only need the top 100 for now, so I need it to work properly. It may be b/c I have the new iPhone 4 (or OS 4). I just wanted people to be aware of this glitch.

Bad app. App crashes constantly, won't save new added card, should have incorporated the drug pronounciation app into this one.

Very sloppy, with inaccuracies. I have gone through only about 25 flashcards so far and have found many, many misspellings, misleading points and outright inaccuracies. Obviously unedited, even with spellcheck. For example, the drug class for acetaminophen+codeine shows "narcotic+non-narcotic pain reliever". Now, why wouldn't you list the classes in the same order as the drug name? There's no reason, besides laziness. That example is easy to spot, but I found others that are not so obvious. I had a feeling about a few, looked them up and sure enough, they were backwards, too. This is not helpful, especially for people trying to learn this stuff. As far as flat-wrong entries go, this app lists zolpdem's drug class as an anxiolytic, which is just not true. I found quite a lot of these problems in only 25 flashcards. I wonder how many more errors there are? I wonder how serious they are? For obvious reasons, pharmacology errors are unacceptable. The developers should act responsibly and clean this app up, or just trash it.

Riddled with mistakes. Nice format. At least you can edit and correct the NUMEROUS errors. Perhaps if you check each drug individually like I did, that might help to learn them better. Never trust any information unless you verify it yourself. Get the app if you want a handy reference. But be ready to edit.

great for pharm students. this helped me to remember not just the generic/brand names but the information behind the top 200 drugs which was very helpful

One word...Wow. I love this app. Keeping track of drug information has not been easier. I have become the drug guru in my family! Get this app!

Awesome app needs only one thing!. I have been looking for an app Luke this forever. I have tried a few others but they don't compare. It's great to have only the top 200 to help learn what's most commonly prescribed everything else you can look up. The only thing that would give it 5 stars is I wish there was an option to look at the drugs by categories or classifications. Like all anti seizure, anti cholesterol, and so on...great app would recommend to anyone!!!!

Just buy it.. Simple to use, effective, cheap. Worth every penny of the whopping $1.99.

Beyond basic and useless. Don't waste your money on any of the 4 types of the app, all of them are very basic. The pharm section it' s just long list of drugs and 2 words about the drug, nothing else.

THE BEST.. I honestly rate this app 5 stars, it is truly the best... loads of content, and the app is just incredible, it has loads of functions but is still very easy to use!

Crashes too much. the app is simple and covers the basics that you need, but crashes constantly. either immediately after starting it up or about 5 minutes into studying it just shuts down and you have to restart it.

Useful. EXTREMLEY GOOD APP. do not hesitate in buying! this app is simply the best. it should be the no.1 medical app! very professional

JUST ONE MAJOR THING. Sure wish I could pick up right where I left off the last time. I find myself going over the same 20-something meds since I don't have time to finish the deck. PLEASE look into having it save the last card.

loads of good information. all 200 flashcards are packed with information, and if that wasn't enough, you can edit them and add more information! or you can even add a whole new card! incredible

:(. Just bought this app and already having problems. When I go into the settings the screen is all shifted so I am unable to edit what info shows on the card.

Almost a great app. Good content and format, however, this app needs a way to remove learned cards, a leitner repetition mode, and it needs a memory, so when you exit out of the app it remembers where you left off. When you have 200 cards, the chances of getting thru all of them at once is not likely memory will help!

Great for a pharmacy tech student. I purchased this app today and am quite happy with it. I like being able to pick and choose what is on my flash cards and to edit them to suit my needs. I wish that it had a quiz feature and had pronunciations but that is all that I would change.

Don't waste your money. All this app presented was the brand and generic and didn't hold much more info, not even classification,action or side effects....waste of money for what nursing students need to know about Meds!

Top app!. Great list of assorted drugs, i use this app quite a lot!

Several Problems. App is alright and contains the top 200 drugs but there are several problems... 1) Can not delete any cards, whether its one you create or one that exists already 2) MISTAKES! Brands name switched with generic name, wrong class written, lots of spelling errors 3) Can't edit cards when viewing favorites deck. I can only edit them when I'm viewing the full deck. Still can be a useful tool for studying, but just make sure to double check everything! For something that we pay for though, why should we have to go through that trouble? Might as well get something free and input everything yourself.

What I've been looking for!. Now add a place for dosages, adult/ pediatric and you'll get 5 stars. Otherwise perfect. Thank you so much. If you added a section where you can group drugs by classes (several categories) then you'd be ahead of every other app that Much more.

Crap. Don't waste your money. If you are a busy nursing student like I am, you won't have the time it takes to edit all the cards to fit the required facts/labs etc that you need to know. Also I searched for the Meds we are required to learn and about every 3rd one I searched for was not on there. Then after putting them all in the 'Favorites' deck, the app crashed and I lost them all. Waste of $2.00

Love it BUT. I would love the most recent top 200 list. They have it on study stack; it's a shame they don't make an app! You get what you pay for and has most of the new top 200 list on here. I suppose!

Needs updated. Just bought this app and the 4th drug listed is Darvocet. Makes me wish I would have downloaded a more up to date app. Otherwise it's pretty useful.

DO NOT BUY. Not good. Tons and tons of errors... then, when you try the edit and save feature, doesn't save!!!! Biggest waste of money ever. If you are a new student to pharm, don't use this!!! You will learn incorrect info and may not even know!!!

Do not buy!. Although the idea behind this app is good, the execution is terrible. There are many errors in the spelling of drug names, and the information presented about each one is far too incomplete. This would be fine if I could use the flashcard editing feature, but whenever I close the app, all of my changes are reverted, and my work disappears. Very infuriating!

Awesome pharmacy app!. I have been looking for one of these apps forever. I have downloaded 5 or 6 apps like this, and none have compared. I am aspiring to be a pharmacist, and am in prepharm. I'm working in a pharmacy right now, and wanted a way to learn the most common drugs and the purpose of it. This is perfect for that. Some other apps just gave the brand name and some scientific use, while other apps just gave brand and generic name. I have to say, this one does it all. Top 200 drugs, brand and generic name, it's purpose in plain English, like headache, or infections. It also gives you the ability to add more and edit the ones they already give you. You can also customize what info the flashcard gives on each side. I never write reviews, but I'm do grateful for this one that I have to! This is perfect for anyone in pharmacy or any medical related field dealing with drugs. The best 1.99 I ever spent!

Fake reviews/keeps crashing/won't save favorites. I own a 3GS, so its not a memory issue when it keeps crashing. The reviews here are all by bots.. Read the reviewers' names. There is no multitasking for this app, the favorite drugs never saves, any new drugs you add will be deleted and IT KEEPS CRASHING! I'm a pharmacy student and I need a reliable app, not a phony $3 garbage app.

disappointing. no drug strength and no dosing information. no common side effects listed. no drug interaction or contraindication information it does allow you to edit - which is great - but it doesn't always save the edited information which is very annoying.

Fantastic, CUSTOMIZABLE flashcards!. Keep reading if recent reviews have left you skeptical! :) I love this app, because I can decide what I want to test myself by quickly and EASILY changing around which categories (brand, generic, category, schedule, etc.) are given on each side of the flashcards. Nice, clean interface that doesn't randomly crash/close like similar apps in this price range (though after using awhile, it does slow down so I just save my changes and reopen it). **Regarding problems other reviewers are having: To save any edits you make on a flashcard (spelling correction, rewording, etc.), you MUST TAP "SAVE" after typing and returning to the editing screen. I've saved tons of edits - no problem, mon! :). Also, the cards restart at the beginning every time you open the app (cards are in ABC order), but you can easily start instead on ant card you want by first going into the Index and choosing the drug you wish to begin on. There are some rare misspellings (afterall, some poor soul manually entered all this info!), so don't use this to study spelling, but to quiz yourself throughout the day, I think this is by far the most useful and helpful drug flashcard program in this price range (<$5). I have 5 similar programs and this is Top Dog. Thumbs up! :D
