Sporty's E6B Flight Computer

Sporty's E6B Flight Computer [Navigation] App Description & Overview

Based on Sporty’s popular handheld E6B Electronic Flight Computer, the E6B app has been designed from the ground up to make the most of iOS on the iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. The software is based on the tried and true formulas and algorithms developed over the years by Sporty’s team of over 50 pilots.

Its pilot-friendly design makes quick work of any navigational, conversion or fuel problem and it also performs conventional arithmetic calculations.

The advanced timer/clock feature simultaneously tracks Zulu, Local and Home time zones. The timer counts either up or down, and will display an alert when reaching zero.

- Apple Watch display needs improvement

I had hoped to use the Apple Watch app, but the display only shows the top half of the numbers. Perhaps this is because I have the original Apple Watch? I also find the process of entering numbers to be cumbersome. If I click on an item to change the value, I first have to backspace out the current value before entering the new value. I’d prefer that it just let me start typing the number right away instead of going through those extra steps. But I’m happy that this app is available. I haven’t used it much yet, but I’m sure it will be useful.

- Weight & Balance

As others have said, very disappointed that W&B does not yet exist in the new version. As a manager of an app development company, I recognize there are difficult decisions that have to be made when doing a rewrite of an existing app. Do we delay the release to get all the previous functions in the new app or do we release earlier and progressively add back the remaining functionality? But you have to recognize that when you remove a core function that is typically used in all flight planning, it is going to cause significant heartburn for existing users. The decision maker in this case clearly chose incorrectly. The best course of action is to recognize and acknowledge the mistake, and work as diligently as possible to correct it. The worst course of action would be to remain radio silent.

- Good but expensive

Greetings developers! As an app developer myself, I understand some of the difficulties of reworking an application. It can be a hard hit to end up with 2.5 stars for something you worked hard on (the current situation). I like the app and I also have a few suggestions. First off, make it cheaper! Do a sale! Get new users for $2 and they'll infuse new life into this. $10 isn't way too expensive normally but your rating is 2.5 and nobody wants to pay $10 for a 2.5 level app. Thankfully, your app is better than that! Get new users who will like it for the features it does have. Secondly, add weight and balance. Not hard to do, and that's your users' main concern right now. With those two changes you'll have a much better (and more profitable) app. Finally, my own suggestion: in landscape orientation, split the screen and put the calculator numbers on the right (or left) so all the content can fit without scrolling. Hope this helps, and good luck!

- Can I have the old one back?

Updated: Not as useful. I've heard people report missing functions. In my case I had favorites, a small group of functions I actually used in flight. In its place is a list of "saved" functions. I have no idea who decided to save them for special treatment. unlike what I said in my original post, you can add and remove Saved items, I guess I was expecting to be able to do that from the list, like at least 90% of the other apps I use. Instead this app made a design decision to put that ability in the numeric keyboard when using a function. IOW, to remove a starred favorite, you don't just swipe it away or un-star or edit the list, you have to use it to lose it.

- Lacks weight & bal; Watch needs update

The app for some reason lacks weight and balance as the actual Sporty’s electronic E6B does. I was hoping it would have that feature and could even store a specific plane’s specs for easy calculations. This is truly disappointing. Also, the Apple Watch app needs severe updating.

- Major app update Five stars!

A lot of the reviews on Sporty’s E6B app are from the old app interface. The app had a major rewrite a few months ago and it is fantastic. I love that it sorts calculations by phases of flight to quickly find what you are looking for. I’d like to see more investment in the Apple Watch app so it is more useful and xan be retrieved easier.

- Excellent! Just need complication for Apple Watch face

I use this app a lot and absolutely love that it is even useable on the Apple Watch! I just hope that eventually the developers will make it so that I will be able to add it as a complication on my “flying” watch face so that I can pop right into it quickly.

- Best 10 bucks I have ever spent

I have the Sporty’s E6B calculator and the old fashion wiz wheel, this by far is so less complicated and a must for all pilots. Built in calculator as well since the iPad doesn’t have one. A pity you can’t use it for your exam but it made it easy for my check ride.

- iOS 13 prevents the change of functions

Needs updated... *update to post* They fixed the problem very quickly!

- Nice app but needs a better look

Agree with other reviewers that larger text would be better. Lots of wasted space and not really attractive pages, especially on an iPad which a lot of us are using. Would be nice if the timer made a sound when count was reached.

- Needs some improvement

Nice to have an easy to use digital E6B but the density altitude calculation isn’t precise. Its always off by at least 100’

- Key Function now Missing

No weight and balance, what where you thinking that is a key function when planning. Very disappointed as I used it on every flight as a matter of fact it was really the only function I ever used. Will not be a useful tool for me until the weight and balance function is restored!

- Version 3.0.3 Fixes All Issues

This version fixes all the major issues. The new Sporty’s E6B has finally arrived. Look forward to using it on my next trip. Thanks!

- Great app

I bought this app to help me with calculations that I didn't know how to do on the mechanical e6b and to cross check myself. Really nice and convenient app to have for cross country planning.

- W&B feature not available

Previous version included a weight and balance feature that was great for flight planning. Text and layout too small for available space to allow use in flight. Be benefit to reinstall the W&B and change timer to facilitate holds and allow other calcs at same time.

- What happened to weight and balance?

The App I bought two years ago had a very useful wight and balance function. I cannot find this function in the new, updated version. No longer a fully functional app and not what I paid for.

- How to get the old version back?

iTunes won’t correctly authorize my computer to let me reinstall the old version. Could Sportys PLEASE make the original version available in the app store. It looked better, easier to use, and performed E6B functions better. How can so many of us who want it, get the old version back?

- What happened to Weight and Balance?

I had the old version of this app and it included weight and balance. The newest version of the app took that feature away. That is why I’m giving it 1 star. The weight and balance feature was one of the main features I used in this app.

- Straight Forward E6B but Apple Watch Version is inop

Good E6B on my iPhone, but the number input pad on my Apple Watch is nonresponsive in this app. I presume that will be fixed. In the meantime my iPhone is just fine.

- Works, if the function button would stop disappearing.

On both iPads, the function button in top left is just missing. It’s there on my google phone version, but not on the iOS version. Needs to be fixed, unusable as is.

- Inflight fuel calculation error

So I have an issue when calculating inflight fuel burn (using the inflight fuel per hour). When I set it to 4 minutes using a fuel burn of 5.75 per hour I get 86.2 gallons. That's clearly not right. Like others have said, density altitude is off and so are several other functions.

- Diss appointed with update

When this app updated on my phone it lost all the weight and balance information on several planes I fly. Also I did not see any weight and balance categories. On my iPad I did not update it and still have that information and categories. I sent an email to Sporty’s 2 days ago and have not received a reply. Then it updated itself somehow . Do not buy this ...till they can fix every issue and return lost functions.

- What the...

Updated version removed weight and balance capability, sort of defeats the purpose of this as a useful preflight tool. Sorry Sportys, you’ve lost a long time customer to the competition.

- Great design and calculations, but lacking in other areas

The best thing about this app is that it looks great, lots of calculations, and easy navigation. And the final calculations automatically update when an input is changed. However, the buttons (numbers/symbols) are way too small. There is a lot of wasted space (amongst other things a big sportys logo at the top). They could definitely fix this. It is especially apparent in the calculator- micro buttons compared to iPhone calculator. This is such a small issue, and i know that sportys has the resources to fix it. However, it doesn't seem like they are updating this app with new features. Not cool at all for a $10 app. No updates is why I give this 3 stars. A lot of other reviewers have important ideas and fixes as well that should be addressed. This app might just be dead(no real updates)

- Does not work

Anytime I select a function, the menu icon disappears. I have to force close the application to get the menu back which of course delete whatever calculations I was working on. This app is not worth a single penny.

- Density altitude

Looks like the density altitude calculations are off. Older version much better.

- Not bad not great

Thru no fault of Sporty’s. It crashes with os13. Hope they get that fixed quickly Phraseology could use a little work Great potential

- Missing function

What happened to the weight and balance? I had all my aircraft saved and now it is missing.

- Update is horrible

Have had this app for years. Now sportys wanted to change it up for some reason. And guess what? It is horrible.

- Weight and balance

Bring this feature back, I used it everyday. I rarely use your app since the w/b was removed.

- Disappointed

The functions are very limited. I’m disappointed as I expected more from Sportys product.

- Broken on iOS 13

Please update the app for iOS 13. It’s unusable and an unreliable hazard in flight.

- Very good

Really helps

- Weight and balance

What happen to weight and balance ? How do I receive a refund ?

- Latest update

Same functionality more clicks to get there. Nice job Sporty

- Crosswind direction invalid

Shows headwind during tailwind and vise-versa. If you can trust this basic calculation how can you trust the rest?

- applewatch

I used to love this app bow apple watch app is gone. Paid for nothing now

- Why..?

Somehow Sporty’s got a lot wrong on this app. As an example, it uses CAS instead of IAS to calculate TAS

- Density Altitude

Unable to calculate density altitude given pressure alt and temp. You need indicated alt, baro and temp. The pressure alt cannot be adjusted.

- Overall Great

I bought another less expensive E6B application after reading some of the reviews here, and there. As a student pilot I'm using the electronic E6B only to double check my work on the mechanical version. After downloading the other application and cross checking my work I found that the cheaper E6B application was getting stuff wrong (or I was always wrong)! In an effort to triple check, I spent the money on the Sporty's application. Boy was I relieved when all my mechanical calculations matched up exactly with the Sporty's application. The only reason I knocked off the last star, and gave it a 4 rating, is the constant Sporty's banner on top. I know where I got it, I'll tell other pilots about it, please get rid of that banner and make everything else a little bigger. If you need to keep reminding me its a Sporty's application flash it on start up or something. As somebody who incorrectly went cheaper the first time, I've learned from my mistake and you can too... Get this application first.

- Good phone app but watch app is useless

I love the iPhone app and use it as my primary e6b. Yesterday I got the Apple Watch and was excited to be able to use functions there instead of having to break out the phone. NOPE. The only thing the watch app does is conversions. When I'm flying, I don't need to convert avgas gallons to pounds, I need to be able to calculate heading, distance, and fuel burn to my divert location! Soooo disappointed that the Functions were left out of the watch app.

- Great for quick calcs for shifting winds!

Just downloaded that last night. Student pilot who's doing his xc's. really came in great during the flight planning AND in the plane during the approaches. I needed to recalculate the crosswinds quickly (was on downwind) since the winds were shifting and I have 7 Kt x-wind limit. Entered a few numbers and was able to request another runway just in time :-). I haven't had a change to explore all if the other functions, but so far, I'd recommend it!

- Weight and Balance calculator

One of the other reviews stated that you can't add additional rows/arms in the weight and balance calculator -- that is not correct. Just under the the Baggage 2 row is a large 'Add New Station button', which allows you to add as many rows or additional locations as you'd like. The Edit button at the top right of the screen then allows you to change the description of the location to whatever you'd like.

- Great…but needs time math

I have the Sporty's electronic E6B in addition to the IPAD version. The one feature I really miss is the ability to do time math in HH:MM:SS format. There is a calculator provided in the IPAD app (which might benefit from bigger buttons), and maybe a ":" key could be added there (with the associated logic to handle it). This feature is the one thing that keeps me carrying my electronic E6B in my flight bag (as opposed to just using the IPAD version). I realize, of course, that converting HH:MM:SS to decimal time isn't rocket science, it is just a very handy time saver!

- Weight & Balance needs some work

Nice app with some room for improvement. Landing CG calculation is is wrong. It seems that moment for the burned fuel is not subtracted from the takeoff moment, so the calculated landing CG is way off. Also, entering the arm for the burned fuel seems redundant. Ability to enter CG/Weight safe operating corners into the aircraft profiles would have been a neat feature. currently the app only tells you if the weight limit is exceeded, but not the CG limit.

- Sporty's E6B

I'm pretty disappointed with this calculator. It does not live up to it's Hype of providing the calculations you can expect on theFAA Knowledge Test. It does not address 'Corrected Altitude", "Off Course Correction", "Determining Magnetic Heading and Groundspeed" or "Determining Wind Direction and Speed". It seems to me this could be easily fixed but it is not in the current App. You'll still need to carry your cardboard Flight Computer with all the confusing methods of determining the aforementioned computations.

- Count down timer is poorly implemented

The setting of the initial value on the countdown timer has some problems… the picker doesn't respond to scrolling properly. Also, when you reset the countdown timer, instead of resetting to the initial value (as for timing an approach), it uselessly resets to zero. The keypad seems slow to respond to taps, unlike the built-in Apple keypad. There is no audible feedback.

- Solid, easy

Way better than other e6b options. My one gripe and feature request is that the Next, Previous, and tapping an entry field select the full value so I can enter a replacement on the keyboard without hitting the C button every time to clear, since flight planning involves keeping some values the same while changing others for similar calculations.

- Nice App

Nice App. Only things I would like to see would be an "enter" and "Conv" button on the keypad like on the electronic E6B. Weight and balance entry needs reworked. Is a hassle to enter the way it is set up now. Would also be nice to have a conversion button and pop up window to convert any window or result without having to re-enter in the conversion side of the app. Would also like to have the same screen view in landscape or portrait.

- Fantastic for sim pilots too

Although this was made to help real world pilots. I've found it increases my enjoyment of flight sim aircraft a lot as well. The descent functions alone are well worth the cost for me. I don't even really pay attention the FMS suggested VNAV anymore on one of my aircraft, this is more accurate! Im very happy, thanks a lot!

- Important Conversion Functions Missing

Cannot believe that this app won't allow you to convert between JetA1 litres, pounds and kg! Similarly with Avgas conversions and many other conversion types. Incredibly, you can do all of this and much more using a basic calculator app such as PowerOneSE! In fact, PowerOneSE (& I suspect many other calculators) does a better job than Sporty's E6B in almost every calculation.

- It's a start

Good start and nice interface, easy to use. Greatly let down by lack of metric in calculation such as millibars and hpa. Also the carry over of results in calculations and conversions would be fantastic. Eg, entering gallons figure in the gallons to pounds conversion also entrees the gallons into the gallons to kg, or litres conversion, and the litres figure is also copied to conversions requiring litre figure input.

- More metric support please

How about fuel conversions in kilograms & tonnes please.

- Very Easy to Use

It has every thing you need for planing your trip, easy to use works well! I like it better than iwizwheel !!

- works for aussie pilots

In the past this did not have configurable units, now it does. I use it all the time it's great. Much faster to calculate heading/drift/gs than the old Jeppenson CR-3.

- Sportys e6b

Pretty good but of limited use for most of the planet as no millibars or hPa. A huge omission.

- It's lacking in significant areas

All the necessary functions are there but it's a basic no-frills E6B. One technical problem is that you often have to tap numbers a couple times to get them to register. It's frustrating. The weight & balance doesn't store the info so you have to re-enter all values from scratch each time you use it. This combined with no graph display for W&B was a BIG dissappointment and means I won't use it. Come on how much does it take for the app to store the W&B arm and moment values and last entered weights?? All functions are pure text such as W&B as well as Crosswind which is sad given the potential for an iPhone app to display information graphically. Even some of the free E6B apps have this. No weather! The free app I've previously used can pull down the latest METAR's. Remember guys you are building this app for a device that has an Internet connection! It has a calculator function but no Memory key. When was the last time you saw a calculator without a memory function? That's just silly! You also can't do time calculations ie 04:36:00 - 00:46:16 = ?? that would be really handy! I can't count the number of times I've struggled to add or subtract a series of hh:mm:ss in my head for logging purposes. Timer is just a single simple count up/down timer. No way to have an overall time, with time for the current leg. If you want to time the flight and have a hold timer ... you can't do both at the same time. The count down timer alarm will go off even if you've moved to another area of the E6B which is useful but it would be nice if the alarm provided a vibrate function because you can't hear it at all in the cockpit. It doesn't remember the last function used. Everytime you start the app it takes you to the Pressure Density Altitude function. I would expect it to either remember the last screen used, or at the very least to be able to choose my start screen through a preferences option. Is it worth $4.99, not in my opinion because you can get free or paid E6B apps that do the same things better. However this is a version 1.0 so I'm really hoping that Sporty's will improve it because it has real potential and a nicer interface than most of the others.

- Weight & Balance Calculator is Gone

The latest version of the app removed the Weight & Balance calculator which is really disappointing. That was the main reason I bought the app. All my saved aircraft are gone without warning. I hope they add it back! The other calculations work well and are easy to use though.

- More units please

Looking for calculations in kg for fuel not just pounds!

- Watch features very disappointing

I love the features available on the iphone version and assumed that I would be able to use the same ones on the watch. Only the conversion are available on the watch which is pretty useless. If they decide to add the other features to the watch then that app would get a 5 star rating easily!

- Nothing changed

Still very laggy , calculator touch button not responsive enought, TOO BASIC for that price !!!! Def. NOT worth the 10$ . Avoid it

- Basic

It's OK but has only very basic functions. Version 2.0 looks much better than the original.

- Hardly worth the time, let alone the cash

Too many things simply don't work properly on this app. Save your money...

- Needs to be able to stay on

It should have an option to prevent the auto-lock feature from kicking in, like in ForeFlight. It's just not a smart design to have the timer feature, which doesn't involve screen interaction, allowing the screen to go blank. Fix that and I'll adjust my rating.

- Great for flight planning

An instructor recommended this to me to save time on flight plans. While you still need to know how to use the old fashioned E6B, this is such a great tool to have at your disposal. It is simple to use and so far has been accurate. I so learning about all it's features but so far, it's great.

- Good job

This is a very good app, easy to use and very helpful. $10 is a bit to much though also please add a Knots to MPH conversion because when my passengers ask how many miles per hour we are going I will be able to tell them. So please update that please since I payed $10 for this. Thanks

- Poor layout hinders awesome functions

The layout does not utilize all the screen real estate. Many of the buttons could be made bigger for easier access. Also, the regular calculator function should be larger. This would help with hitting the correct button. The functions work great, but it is very difficult to use.

- Readability!!!

I generally like the app on my iPhone 3GS. However, I find the text very small and nearly unreadable. A lot of real estate is used for the Sporty's logo that could be much better used for larger text. Also, the navigation is clunky - too many functions to scroll through to find a specific computation.

- Good app but missing couple of features

Universal iPhone and iPAD apps is great! The User Interface is clean and clear compared to other E6B I've purchased for iOS. No time calculations function compared to other iOS App I have, It think many user has mentioned this in various reviews. If the functions menu can be viewed in portrait view on iPAD as the landscape view on iPAD then it will improve the ease of use in flight when iPAD is a kneeboard.

- Tomviator

Near Perfect!!! Would have liked to see the layout like their regular e6b, but once you get used to the app layout it's just as good. My iPod is going to soon become my kneeboard! One bad thing - timers stop running when screen shuts down.

- Great app

Great app, works well. I like the timer and calculator function too. Only reason why I gave it 4 stars is there is a disclaimer on it that says "not to be used for navigation". What's up with that? Why else would we use it?

I noticed that they updated the weight and balance section of the app to allow pilots to enter additional stations for passengers and/or cargo. I submitted that suggestion less than a month ago!!! I have no idea if anyone else brought it to your attention, but I'll claim the responsibility for having done so :-) Way to go, Sporty's!! Clearly, you take customer concerns as seriously as you take the rest of the aviation industry. Congratulations

- Good work sportys

Definitely worth it considering the actual e6b is many times more expensive and doesn't even have a gps.

- The best E6B for the iPhone/iPod/iPad !

I've been waiting for this app for so long! Sportys has done it again. A product that is worth every penny you pay for. Highly recommend.

- Can't save data

The app has a lot of features, but it is ridiculous that you can't save any of your data if you switch to another part of the app. it seems like it would be so easy to save an aircraft profile so that when it comes time to calculate weight and balance all you have to do is update the aspects that have changes, e.g. useful load.

- Jorge Morante

WOW finally a full E6B for the iPod from a respectable source. I love having my ipod for music and now for the full E6B. I'm glad I will not have to carry the older bulky electronic E6B. Now I have my music in the plane as well as the E6B. Thanks sportys.

- Great app!

It's the easiest and best e6b I've ever used. Plus it's the fraction of the cost of any other electronic flight computer. The only problem is that you are not allowed to use it for the FAA knowledge tests.

- Great, especially on ipad

The layout is great on the iPad. The way it carries results from one calculation to the next makes for an efficient workflow when pre-planning.

- Sporty's E6B

EXCELLENT APP! But it would be valuable to have a "true altitude" function, I.e., low temperature altitude corrections. Most newer FMS's provide this, but it would be handy to have it here like it is on the old "Whizz Wheels".

- Clock inop

The clock widget has three clocks that all show the same time; they are labeled to show Zulu, local, and home. Correction....I'm an idiot. Fixed under the main settings page. :)

- iPhone 5 UPDATE

When are they going to have an iPhone 5 update. Also weight and balance for multiple aircraft! Every time I fly a new aircraft I need to re-enter the weight and balance data. Also need iCloud support so any time I update my phone I do not nee to start from scratch.

- Time

Love your app, but would like to see the ability to +,-,x time expressed and entered hrs min sec. The old avstar did this and was a useful function. I imagine it would be easy to add to your efb app.

- Addition please !!

On 'fuel per hour' can we have an Extra time input for. Hh. H also So we can input either type of hours.

- Flight functions work well, but...

The basic calculator on both the iPhone and iPad version drives me nuts. Some keys number keys as well as the arithmetic keys won't work sometimes. I find myself repeating basic problems over and over. Other calculator apps on these platforms work fine so I know it's not an operator issue. UPDATE. THE CALCULATOR IS STILL CRAP

- Worth it!!!

This app does everything it says it does. It has not given me any problems. Best $10 I have ever spent.

- Small buttons!

I wish the number pad buttons were larger - it's really easy to hit the wrong one by mistake. Also, I wish it gave the wind correction angle instead of just the final heading.

- Great app!!

As a student pilot, this app considerably cuts down on planning for a trip. It instantly gives you the wind correction angle, ground speed, and the times enroute. Love it!

- Cannot be used for navigation, only as an instructional aid

Nice application and easy to use. Its the only electronic version I have, so nothing to compare it with. In the decription it does state it's not approved for FAA test. There is NOTHING that tells you the following until AFTER you purchase the program. On the "About" page, there is a banner which states: "Note: Sportys E6B is an instructional aid, and should is not to be used for navigation" Hmmm, That would have been nice to know in the description before I paid for it.

- Nice, but very expensive as comparable Apps go

Your standard rip-off the rich(!?) pilots procedure turn. $9.99 for a VERY simple calculator your would be able to get for 0.99 if it weren't aimed at pilots. But, as an electronic E6B it does do the job.

- I can't read the small letters in the cockpit !

I guess the e6b in itself is ok. But in the cockpit I need much bigger buttons and fonts!

- Outstanding update!

Very professional. It's now a "must have" app.

- W&B Function Useless

If you are looking for an app to perform weight and balance calculations to see if you are within your safe flight envelope, don't buy this product. There is no graphical presentation provided. All is does is compute total moment.

- Don't waste your money

This overpriced little app was apparently written for the iPhone and doesn't display well on the iPad. (It has a pixelated 2X view, for instance. And it displays only in one orientation; it doesn't automatically switch as the iPad is rotated.) Not worth the money.

- Suggestion

I like this app. I would like a pounds to gallons conversion though to help with fuel ordering. Thanks.

- Outdated and Dangerous!

Very easy to input the wrong data due to not clear and cumbersome input method. Found a couple of $0.99 apps that are MUCH better. For those used to the old electronic calculator style it is good, but this is iOS, Sporty's can do much better!

- A wast of money

Do not wast your money on this app. It has no help page and I have still not figured our how to do a weight & balance. Buy a hand held E6B. It is much better than this one. It is pretty useless to me. I want my money back!!!

- Needs iPhone 5 support

Use native keyboard to input numbers instead of the stupid sportys custom keypad. Interface needs to be way cleaner, ugly as hell. Functionally, it works ok if you pop a few Xanax.

- Excellent

What can I say? Another great product by Sporty's!

- Needs update for iPhone 6+

Please update this app do that it's optimized for iPhone 6+ screen with landscape mode.

- Well Worth It!

Easy to use and my examiner allowed me use it on my checkride!

- Doesn't Load

As the title says, the app will not load at all. I have tried at least a dozen times to use it but have never been able to.

- Good App

saves me a whole lot of time for crosscountry planning.

- Weight balance

Problem! New version does not save aircraft profile for weight and balance! Please fix asap

- Willy

Simple and gets the job done

- Price!!!

Does what it says. Should be a 5 dollar app.

- Mediocre at best

It's great that all these features are in one app, but the user friendliness and intuitiveness is from the 1990's.

this app will not work with 2nd gen ipods, even if you have iOS 3.1.3 or greater. I have 4.2.1

good ap, much better that the actual electronic e6b

- Greedy company.

I was forced to purchase this app a second time after purchasing it on Android just a few days prior. Additionally, why does the Android version support weight and balance but not the iOS version? It’s one of the primary functions of a flight computer. Releasing an E6B app without it is just silly.

- Wonderful app

The iPad version is everything I hoped for and more. An outstanding job. Except for the exam and emergencies, I will retire the excellent Sporty's electronic calculator, and the mechanical E6B is now scrap metal except for check rides.

- Mr.
