I love this app. I love this app. I started with the C25k and thought I was going to have a stroke when it moved up to 90 second runs, but I lived. I just loved it so much I moved up to the bridge to 10k. I can run over an hour without stopping!!! I am so happy. The last time I could do that I was in high school over 22 years ago. I really hope they make another level for those of us who are addicted. Oh yeah, the only reason I didn't give this app 5 stars is because of the bug that keeps the prompts from playing with the page closed. Really only a minor nuisance compared to how much I love the app. Anyone who longs to run, but can't absolutely needs this app

Love the App, but needs a fix. I really enjoy this and the C25K app. The journal feature is great for looking back at my progress, and I love sharing a workout announcement on FB or Twitter. I've been having a HUGE problem with the phone crashing since I downloaded and used it, however. Experimenting with it leads me to believe that the GPS function - which I also love completely! - is what's causing the crashing. If you fix this problem, the app will be perfect! This glitch is the only reason B210K didn't get 5 stars from me.

Best running app out. Just like Ease into 5k, the app is great. The plan is spot on, logging is easy and music and prompts not overly hard or intrusive. My only tweak would be to let user build playlist in app rather than only bring able to pick from my existing iTunes playlists.

Great app but".... I wish the music would pause when you pause the app. This would alert the runner that time is not ticking down as it should be if you either a) accidentally pause or b) forget to unpause after a traffic signal, etc. I lost over a half mile today and was completely bummed.

Love this app!. I've never been a runner, but after running my first 5k in many years, I decided I needed a challenge and started using this app for training for a 10k. I'm glad I purchased the GPS. I love not having to remember my run and map it later. I also love all the stats.

Love this app!. After finishing the c25k program I moved onto b210k. I love it!! I started c25k earlier this year & didn't think I would survive running one minute. Now I can run for over an hour easily. I only wish there were apps for half-marathon & marathon training. I am addicted! Great app - please continue the program!

Great app. Used this app to prepare for training for half marathon. It did an excellent job bridging from 5k to 10k running! I definitely feel ready to move on to the next training for the half! The prompts were great! Loved the encouraging quotes! Wish there was a Bridge to half!

Great way to train. I am just a year into my running life change and I have purchased two apps by this company and love both of them. Helps keep me on track and safely. Highly encouraged and recommend this to anyone new beginner.

No distance training. I just finished a 5K (I did it through a local running store) I previously had checked out the Couch to 5K app and liekd the training schedule (seemed to fit very well with the in-person coaching I had). I wanted to try and step it up to a 10k, so thought the app would be a good solution. Though this training program doesn't do any distance based training, it's all timed - with the longest run being 60 minutes (my 5k run was 42 minutes- I finished and ran the whole way, it wasn't about my speed - it was about distance and not walking) I'm very disappointed that this traing program doesn't offer distance increases - just time... first week is run 10 min, walk 1 min, run 10 min - I can run 45 mintues straight... this was supposed to be the "bridge to 10k" not "ease to 10k" not happy and just wasting $4 (I purchased the GPS)

Almost perfect. I am a Couch 2 5K program finisher and loved the gradual progression of the program. It seemed only natural to move to the Bridge 2 10K. Overall I like the program as much as C25K. Like other posters I think the option track/train more for distance than time would be a great improvement option. I would have liked to see the GPS feature rolled into the price as well.

Great for C25k graduates!. I think this program is a good transition for those of us who realized we had it in us to run a 5k - why not the 10k? If C25k changed your life, get this app!!! It looks sound and the intervals should complement the progress you've made, although I think that the first few weeks might be a little too easy for a seasoned 5ker. I look forward to starting it in 3 weeks.

It's great. I love that it now keeps a running total (no pun intended) of the miles I've run. And even though I've graduated from 10k and I'm training for a half marathon, I can still use this app by using the "distance run." Oh, and the update now shows your fastest mile. I used to have to use the map for that, so I love that too!

Fabulous!. Great way to continue running after Ease Into 5K! I had my 4th baby 11 weeks ago and I am already running 40 minutes! I stopped running when I was 20 weeks pregnant so I was very out of conditioning after the baby was born. This has helped me lose weight and love running again. I wish the program would allow you to manipulate the length of the workout a bit...such as longer runs in the beginning and longer breaks, shorter warm up and cool down. Overall, though, it has been a great tool for me!

Simple and effective. I'm a casual runner looking to increase my distance and I love this app! However, there are a few things that should be noted before purchase. First the gps function is an add on purchase. Second, as with many other apps with integrated music, this app can only play music in playlists (most of my music is not). That said, I'd still buy this app as the workouts progress at a nice pace AND includes the option to run a custom distance instead a regular workout.

Sure and steady. After finishing the Ease into 5K I started immediately using this app. The format works for me. Never having been a runner, I feel like in really making progress. Love that it uses the GPS to map the run and gives run pace, walk pace, ave pace, etc.

Bridge to 8k. Well I did it. I finished the couch to 5k and today was my last day of bridge to 10k. I ran...5.24 miles. It’s a great app for getting me to run longer, but I’m still almost a mile off my goal. I, and I believe most beginners, can’t run a 9:39 mile. I wish the app had some extra workout weeks for the slow runners out there or suggestions on how to run that pace.

Excellent!. In-between this app and Ease into 5k, I'm on my way to becoming a runner. I high recommend both for anyone who wants to get into running. You run when it says run, walk when it says walk, doesn't get any easier than that. I would love to hug whomever came up with these apps, or is it whoever...anyway, love them both.

Great app -Highly Recommend. Started with the 5K. Could barely run 2 minutes without stopping. Today I ran nearly 5 miles and I'm only on the 2nd week of the 10k. I couldn't be more pleased with both the amount of information and the time and track accuracy.

Freakin' awesome!. I started with ease into 5k which was so amazing that I bought this app. I never had the desire to run at all much less 10k. Both apps do a terrific job of taking reluctant and out of shape people and making them running enthusiasts. I not only look forward to my runs but enjoy challenging myself to get better and better.

Great running app!. This is easily one of the best running apps out there, very easy to use interface and love how I can listen to music from my playlist. The voice prompts to run/ walk could be a bit louder or maybe I just need to listen to my music on a lower level. Also great way to keep track of runs with the log and add comments for each run. Never had trouble sharing to Twitter (I don't use Facebook). A must buy if your looking to increase your run distance, ran my first Official 10k and completed it under an hour. Would love for the makers to add a half marathon app that keeps all the good things in this app.

iOS 4 bugs. I loved this app as a transition from the 5K Get Running app and did fine until I upgraded to 4. It seems others are having the same issues. Can we please get a fix for this bug so we can continue with the program?

Sort of annoying. I like the actual exercise plan but the app is kind of dull and it annoys the heck out of me that it wants location always on for the app.

Great app!. The interface is easy to use, the help is actually helpful, and the program is great! Never thought I'd be running several miles a day - this app made all the difference!

So far so good!. Today I'll run day two. It's a great app but I cannot hear the voice feedback about when it's time to walk or run. I can hear the bell but that it... The actual voice isn't loud enough! Fix that up for 5 stars!!

Love your Apps. Just wanted to say thank you for your awesome apps. Completed my first ever 10K this morning....1:05:35. Your apps makes it so much easier and enjoyable to do the training required to run. I am a C25K and a B210K graduate. Thanks!! Again love the app...I have no complaints! Well except I now need a 1/2 marathon training app...get busy Alex!

Buy This App!!!!. It really works if you take your time & stick with it!!! Today we ran 60 minutes straight for the first time! Never thought this could happen!

Complete app. This app is complete and works the way they say it works. I did not experience any bugs or annoyances. I am amazed at all this app offers and, yes, it took me from start to finish without injury or stress.

Great continuation from "Ease Into 5K". After completing the awesome Ease Into 5K app, I decided to attempt the Bridge to 10K plan. It is similar in format to the 5K app with a 5 minute warm up/ cool down. It has much longer runs (50-70 minutes) and brief (1 minute) walk breaks. It provides all the coaching and goal setting so I can focus on the run. Watching mile miles add up is very encouraging. My only complaint: you cannot separate the 5 minute warm up walk and cool down walk time from your run time, so you never get a true mile-per-minute pace. Fix that issue and it would be a 5 star app.

Great for beginners!. I already completed the 5K app, and am using this to build up to the 10K. I love the interface, easy to use, watch my pace, and listen to my music. I really like the journal and graphing aspects of these apps to visualize my progress. Great app, fair price.

Pretty darn good but not like the half program. Only adjustment I would add. Aside from the recent reviews others has given, is to set it up like the 1/2 marathon training program where it sets a race date (goal date) and guides your week

Starts off harder than the others. I don't recommend taking an extended break from running before trying this app. It took me a but to get up to the first week. Still, a perfect app and with the gps buy-in it has everything I need for running. Except maybe an easy way to access podcasts from music screen.

Love it!. This I perfect for anyone moving on from c25k or just wanting to advance their running skills. It breaks the runs down into manageable intervals. I am currently on day 1 of week 4 and I'm not giving up! I've ran 2 5ks and I'm moving onto to a 12k in march, so this is gearing me up. The interface is easy to use and I love that I can still play my music with it.

Most polished of the 10K running apps. I've recently been able to complete Alex's C25K app. I'm looking forward to being fit enough to run a 10k at will. I think the Bridge 210k app will work great to help me achieve that goal. The interface is very nice. Well thought out controls. It works nicely with my own music and playlists. I hope if IPhone os4 includes app multitasking that I will be able to run B210k in the background while streaming audio in ootunes or safari. Thanks for making a great product. I feel very rewarded by what I've been able to achieve with your help. I wish you the best continued success with your apps.

Great app!. This app is easy to use and it works. I'm on week 3 and doing great! It does use a lot of battery though, so be sure to close out of it when you're done.

Only one improvement. Loved C25k and moved to this one. The recent improvements are great and I never have an issue with the app. I wish it gave mile splits on runs beyond 4 miles. I expected that when I moved to 10k.

Love/hate relationship. I successfully finished C25k and moved up to this one, it seems that lately both apps have crashing issues as well as issues with the alerts when playing music outside the app. It's really annoying to have to keep checking the app because I don't trust it to tell me when to walk and run. If it stopped crashing and played The alerts like it should, I would give it a 5.

Great app. I am almost through the training in this app an it's almost perfect. Sometimes it doesn't play well with Pandora, but other than that (and the crummy GPS in my gym) I don't have any complaints. I especially love the journal feature. One suggestion is to allow the timer (or cool down?) to continue running rather than stopping the GPS at the end of the workout. I wanted to extend my workout a couple times and had to stop and use another app to track my progress/time/distance.

If you already run & need a flexible app -THIS one is PERFECT!. I never write reviews but I love this app so much i had to share! I'm a mom with a child that has special health concerns so my workouts times and days HAVE to be flexible ( even more so than the regular moms) since we may end up in the Hospital with him without notice most apps I've tried have a race goal and doesn't allow flexibility in changing day or missing a week. Plus this app is great for the current runner that is trying to improve on time. I have already completed a 10k but didn't train with any structure for those teo. All other programs seemed to be very inflexible ( you set race day and no way to change schedule for missed days or move to another days etc) or it was too basic for anyone already running. This bridge to 10k app has already helped me cut 3 minutes off my 5k time with hopes of doing even better for my 10k race coming up in 2 months. I didn't initially purchase the gps at first because I had a great running watch however after just one run i added it and loved it for the mapping and tracking it does so seamlessly with the app. It also works great with my iTunes playlist too! Now if only they had a bridge to half marathon app to help me improve on that race too!

Do not pay for this app.. This app is extremely quirky and does not work well. If you want audio updates during your workout, this will not give them to you. I tried several variations of settings and the only updates I could get was every 10 minutes and that was only if you leave the app unlocked and in the foreground the entire time. Allowing the app to "auto lock" shuts off the audio updates even if it stays in the foreground. If you switch away from the screen at all, you will not get updates. Also the calculations are incorrect. It said my fastest mile was slower than my average which is mathematically impossible. I worked with tech support for about a week to make it work to no avail.

Great app!. This app is laid out very well. I really like the custom run based on mileage feature. That with the half way notification is worth the price right there. It is nice not having to plan the run from start to finish. Now, I can just explore new areas - wait for that half way notification, turn around and come back a different way. Love it. Here are a few recommendations to make it even better: -Have the ability to hear average pace from run only portion not run & walk average -Show separate mileage of run and walk in summary

What happened?!. I was so sad when I started using this app again because I used to LOVE it. With this version, the GPS is ALL over the place! Walking down a side walk for 15 seconds and it says I went backwards then crossed the street twice. With the GPS so unreliable, the only accurate journal stat is the time. So disappointing. Also, the voice notifications are very hit or miss. Sometimes they tell you to walk, sometimes they don't. I have to keep my phone out to watch the screen which I really don't love. Minutes pass much slower when you have to watch them go by...

Love app. Hate the customer service. The app is wonderful. But I have had trouble with getting anyone to help me through customer service when I ran into trouble renewing my subscription. No matter what I did the app won’t fix on its own. And I have emailed them probably ten times in the last month and gotten no response.

Great app but needs one improvement!. This app is awesome but needs one improvement. Upon purchasing the GPS add-on, an option to run for distance rather than time would be great. This would benefit a slower runner and would ensure that upon completion, they are truly running a 10k. Great app!!!!

a few bugs. I am also having trouble getting all the prompts since iOS4. Sometimes it's just the bell. Still, an awesome product. I used Couch to 5K then moved to Bridge to 10K. I'm hoping a 1/2 marathon training app in in the works. (a girl can dream) (Oh, and a friend mentioned that when she clicked on the icon in my facebook update it went to the app store page about Couch to 5K instead of here.)

At first I loved this app.... I just ran Week 2, Day 1 and I am NOT able to publish my run to my Facebook account. That feature was what made me choose this one over another. I'm not sure why, but this run and the last one I did three days ago won't publish :( Other than that, the app works well!

Love it!. Gives me that extra push each time to push it just a lil more each time. I have no doubt that I'll be able to do a 10k or longer after completing this program.

Works as promised.. Not having regularly jogged since 1977, I found myself running 10k more than a few times, and that was in 2011. I'll continue using this app until I can't walk anymore.

Ok, but still looking for 'the one'. I have been spoiled by "couch to 5k". I miss the encouragement and overall style of it. This just says "run" & "walk" "halfway done & workout complete". No advice on when to run again or telling you to "hang in there, your'e almost done". I tried to post to Facebook, and that doesnt work. :-(. Overall, I will continue to search. I figured since PAYING for this app, it would be as awesome as the FREE "Couch to 5k". I was wrong.

B210k app - best running app. I love this app! I started with the c25k app and after graduation moved to b210k. These apps work wonderfully and have great setting options. The gps is absolutely worth the $0.99 :) I even got my 50 year old mon involved with running now!!!

Great tool to reach new running goals!. I used this app after training to run a 5k because I wanted to have a new goal and continue to challenge myself. This app was a great tool to help me achieve my goals. I love the prompts and mile splits and the distance run feature. The graphs are also a great way to stay motivated!

Bridge to 10k. A tough task master! Easy to use and well stepped out to make the bridge that more claim able!!

Miles? Kilometers?. Why is title bridge to 10k but the app is in miles? C25k was great. Hope this is as good....

Tops. I've used run keeper for three years and Nike + for 2-this one has the best features of both, is reliable and has a half way prompt!

GPS?. I bought this because I've almost completed C25K. I bought the GPS in the first app and I'm just wondering if there's anyway to transfer it to this app, so I don't have to buy it twice.

Great App. Graduated from C25K. Now part way through this. Hoping this developer has a half or full marathon app soon. Quick email reply always received to any question I have had.

Great motivator!. This app has really helped motivate me push myself to get fitter. Being able o post my stats on Facebook has even helped motivate my friends to get more active too! :o)

Great but GPS feature inaccurate. Love this app but GPS must have significant bug. Distances run are wildly inaccurate and the other day I was informed that I lost 30kg after just one run! Still use the app but have to ignore the stats recorded...an update fixing the bugs would be brilliant.

update to km's not miles. just reiterating what many others are saying about these apps, PLEASE update to km's....otherwise...fantastic!

Great APP. I started with Ease into 5 km and absolutely zero fitness, graduated to 5 km over 8-10 weeks and then took up the 10 km challenge and at 56 yrs old reached 10 km in just over an hour. The progressive training program in both APPS is perfect to increase fitness and stay injury free.

Great!. After completing 5km I really didn't know how to get to the next level, this is great I'm up to the 3rd week and going great. I don't know if I'll ever be able to run with out the little voice in my ear!!!

Absolutely brilliant. Can't speak highly enough of this app. Works perfectly and (like other reviewers) really has changed my life for the better. The app itself is exactly the same as Ease into 5k, which is equally awesome. If I had to, I'd buy this again in an instant. It's just amazing.

Great app. Has been great for me. I like the time count down (something the 5k app I used didn't have). Easy to use. Good journal features, great to get the GPS so you don't need more than one app running. Overall excellent!

Does what it's supposed to. A couple of things I'd like to see changed. Perhaps having an option to change the orientation of the app to see it in landscape mode, good for running with an armband. Also, the colors could be changed when running in direct sunlight to make easier to read. Overall it's effective and not as "touchy feely" as c25k. I like it!

So far so good. Just started app, graduated from c25k a month or so ago & needed a stretch... Started @ week 2 as I had been running continuously for 35-40 mins. Was really happy w c25k, so hoping b210k will b just as good.

Great program!. Even now I've finished the program I'm still using the ap!

Love bridge to 10k. Love this app. Does what it's supposed to do and is easy to use. Worth the $. Getting fit has become much easier then I expected!

Km's??. Great app however would like to see a metric option. Please!

Love it. I'm a runner now!!!

Great App let down by major flaw.. After having completed the 'Ease into 5K' app by the same developer I was keen to tackle this app and get to 10K! The app itself has a great UI and the progression though the weeks is perfect for building up to 10K without injury or facing failure- the incremental increase in workout is achievable and systematic. The MAJOR problem with this app is that the voice commands don't come in over other programs you may be using. For example if you listen to podcasts with this app running 99% of the time the commands don't announce. It can be very frustrating to pull out your phone when you think you have reached your next stage only to see you are minutes away or have over shot it. Running for 50 minutes plus worrying if the commands will work is frustrating and defeats the purpose of the whole app. I have emailed the developed with my concerns and have had no reply at all. If you enjoy listening to podcasts or iTunes while running don't chose this app it will drive you crazy. I have since gone with another product.

Excellent. You are now truly magnificent with your metric upgrade. highly recommended app. Best $4 (or so) ever spent. Has changed my life. Thank you xx

Straight forward app, does just what I need.. Very easy to use. GPS purchase worthwhile.

Superdooper. Luv this app. Really brilliant. Gps accurate. Tough but achieves result.

Dumbest app ever. I can't believe I paid for this POS. just run an extra minute or two every week. That's it. Nothing else. Runkeeper is a thousand times better, with real training plans and its FREE.

Too much too fast. While it would be great in theory to make jumps from 10 min running/1 min walking to 15 min running/1 min walking in one week, or 30 min walking/1 min walking to 60 mins of straight out running, maybe stretching this training out over at least 10 weeks would be a bit more realistic. Also, no mention of what pace you should be at. This will be important when they close the 10k race down around you...good app, just needs some more thought in to the timeline/pace side of things, in my opinion.

Not for this price.. It Is definitely not too much too fast. It's just not creative at all. I was expecting different types of run workouts mixed in. What this app does can be done on other running apps that come with more all you need to do is program intervals.

Brilliant. I started with the couch to 5k app then needed something after this is great. There are some weeks I find difficult but I finish it and then sometimes repeat the week and then move on to the next week. I've learnt that I am my own worst critic at least this focuses me greatly with the voice overs and listening to my playlist - great!

Nouvelle version. Écran plus facile à voir! Bravo!!! !

It does what I need it to do. I like it! It integrates the music well. I like the map and the calorie/pace information.

Won. This app won't open. Each time I go to open is shuts down.

Great Motivator. After finishing Ease into 5K I decided to try Bridge to 10K. I'm very happy with the progress. The developers have done a great job of continuing progress in a way that leads to success.

Awesome, but.... Love their apps and this one is no different, but after doing "Ease into 5k", buying the GPS add on, then downloading this follow on (for $2.99), I would have expected the previously purchased GPS add on to carry over to this 10k version

Great app!. Great way to track my progress and share with my FB friends. Would give it 5 stars if I could sync with my fitbit.

Just what I needed. Never been much of a runner, but I am now. Finished the 5k101 program then straight to bridge to 10k. I miss the encouraging "your doing great" like in the 5k 101 app. I pair it with my Nike+ and every run is a little faster than the last.

Just started. I used the couch to 5k app and loved it. Just started using this app and love it too!

Loads of problems. Too hard to pause this app!!! I started with the c25k written by the other major company (not this one) and it had almost no design flaws. This one has loads of flaws!! Get rid of the auto screen lock PLEASE and make "pause" a button instead of a ridiculous sensor bar that isn't AT ALL sensitive. Horrible. Sorry I spent $$ for this torture!

User friendly. Very user friendly. I love it. Helps me track my workouts and stay motivated.

Really Great!. Only on week 3 but I've run more than I ever have!!!! I pair it with Nike. Took a bit to figure out but it's working.

Thank you! Great app!. I'm a 40 year old mother of 5 who never exercised a day in her life until the c25k grad and a b210k grad! Thank you!!! Would love another app to move on to.

Great app!! It'll make a runner out of you!. I love it most days and hate it almost everytime I hear "10 minutes to go" :p

Great running app. I love this app. Keeps me on track and motivated! Wouldn't be on point with my training without it. Even taking it on my cruise next week!

Great and a bit frustrating. Works well; however, I cannot figure out how to review my previous run data or journal

Great!. On week two, never could get past my 5k runs, def helped me out!!!!

Love it. Few flaws.. Sometimes playing the music through the app will lower the volume of the music. Overall excellent app and training program!

Works!. I successfully completed my 10k goal, and this app really did the job! I'm still using it for distance runs and run mapping.

Awesome!. No complaints here--works like a charm and haven't noticed any issues while using it with iphone4. Thanks!

Get Ready to Get Proud. I don't have a lot to say except that I find this app to be very effective. I just ran five miles straight for the second time in my life (the first time was Tuesday) and I am so excited. And I'm 45!

Love it!. Love it, love it, love it! I am overweight, and have trouble exercising, however I have been able to complete every day of this gradually increasing program! It is amazing!

Run Run. I use to hate to run but with these programs I now love to run since I completed my first 10k. Now headed for half marathon. Then hopefully a full.

Fantastic!. I did a couch to 5k program and then started this program and it was a great transition! Very good for people wanting to go further in their running goals.

Move on from 5k!!. This is the motivation I needed to move from the 5K program and keep going. Awesome program!!

Solid. Solid app that's really helping me get my legs under me for longer distances. Get this app and hit the road! I listen to Pandora while running. Works great.

Love it!!!. Great app. Love the prompts and the distance run option so I can continue my training toward a 1/2 marathon. It really worked for me!!

Thanks for making me a runner!. I finished C25K and now I'm on week 2 of Bridge to 10k. These apps are awesome!!! All the features are great and the FAQ section answers most if not all of your questions.

Works. Works fine. If you run the music thru the app you can't shuffle. I just play my playlist in the background. Easy journal feature is nice. Distance and time are accurate.

Doesn't keep time OR distance!. I have reinstalled this program probably ten times now, maybe every other run. Either it doesn't keep time (minutes go by in a matter of seconds). Or the GPS stops working, just stops.

Good App. This is a good app. Would like to see a note section to add thoughts on how the run went. Also a place to include the actual miles you ran. Thanks

Pretty Good. I have enjoyed this as a follow up to Ease into 5K, but the calorie burn calculator seems off. It gives similar numbers for runs of very different lengths. Maybe that needs retooled? Otherwise this app has been useful to get me past a plateau.

Not customizable. Doesn't offer much more than a running plan. No options to customize your schedule based on your current abilities or training goals

Great running app. Simple and effective. I'm only on Week 2 Day 1 and I'm already at 5 miles. I really can't complain.

Great app!! Great results!!. Great app for increasing the running distance from 5K to 10K with an easy to follow approach. First time in a 10K raced and completed the event without stopping and with a sub-60 minute time.

Can't believe I am running!. Loved ease into 5k and now loving this app. I am 56 and never was a runner before. Now running 5miles. Love graphing and the log. Like easy to read screens. If I can run so can you!!

U need this. I completed couch to 5k! I ran my first 5k in 32 min. Im in my 4th week in bridge. Def challenging but I can't wait to race!!

Love it!. The only thing I wish it had is a gps to track miles. Other than that, great app!

Great app for new runner. I started week 2 of this app right after completing c25k. I use mapmyrun and pandora in the background. Great app for building endurance.

Best running app. If you are done with 5k this is the next stop. All it needs is GPS.

excellent. More distance-based functionality would be good. How about displaying the time fot the latest mile?

Would like to add distance.. This is a good app and works well. The one improvement I would like to see is the ability to add distance once I have begun my run.

Love it!!!. Such a great app! Does a wonderful job of keeping track of mileage and workouts! Running my first 10k in April and wouldn't dream of training without this!

Decent, but.... Runs don't always log on the timeline, and there is no option to do it manually. Otherwise, it's great.

Seriously works!!. This program and the Ease into 5k have moved me from the couch to shuffling almost 3 miles a day in 4 months - pretty awesome for an overweight 48 year old!!! Can't wait to graduate the Bridge to 10k!!!

Very fine. This was such a solid and easy to use way to get from running a half hour to running an hour. (can't say that the running itself was so easy, but def easier)

I know I can!. I've run 4 5Ks since completing the Ease into 5K app. This app is helping me progress easily to the next step! I've lost 19 lbs and though I've never thought of myself as a runner, I am now!

Love it!. Easy to use, but be sure to pay the extra .99 for the gps or you won't know your pace or how far you've ran.

Having issues... It was working great, until the iOS4 update. I'm not getting the prompts to switch between running and walking anymore. Anyone else having issues?

It totally works!!. Used the 5k program from the same people and then used the 10k. It's transitioned me from couch to 10k flawlessly. Love it and highly recommend it!!

You can run a 10k!. This app works! I only wish it had more music playing options and a way to create custom intervals. But, for getting to a 10k, it works!

This app has changed my life!. I'd still be a couch potato if not for C25K and now Bridge to 10K. I've lost 40 pounds and am now putting respectable times in at timed events. I'm grateful for this app!

Very happy!. I completed Alex's C25K and loved it - and now I am halfway through the B210K with no complaints! I am hoping he'll develop a 1/2 marathon program!

Awesome training tool!. I love this app! Especially the social media integration and ability to build your own music playlist.
