Uhh, BORING. It's just fireworks. Everybody luvs fireworks, but I mean, seriously. It needs more razzel and bedazzle. More pretty fireworks. I would say it's good for little kids who just like watching fireworks. But i mean, we ALL like it in person.

Ehhhh.... It's not that bad, but it's pretty simple. All it does is put fireworks where you tap on the screen.

Weak but does what it claims. Frankly, this app barely rates two stars, but it is up front about what it does and actually delivers on its modest promises, so it defensibly earns a three. There are a lot of shortcomings, not the least of which are the total lack of customizability, sound, and worthwhile graphics. Forget HD, this is barely SD. The demo images represent the best possible view of the app; your mileage may vary considerably. That said, the app description is accurate and truthful; for an app that wasn't originally designed to stand in its own, it's not bas, and it doesn't pretend to be a top shelf app. If you're looking for an app that lets you play with fireworks by mixing and matching, this isn't your app. Go get FireCraft or something. For those who just want a quick fireworks show to superimpose over a photo, then go ahead and get this. Just make sure that the photo you choose is dark; even dusk photos are generally too bright.

Just a suggestion.. I would appreciate it if you didn't make the fireworks go so fast and try to make them a LITTLE realistic. Not being picky but it would be nice.

Don't bother. It isn't that great and the only thing you can change is the background. Also the fireworks are small and you can't change the size, type, or color....don't bother wasting your memory!!!

Ummmmm. This kept crashing and going back to the home screen. And stop calling other people whiners. Ya big babies. I want the fireworks to bigger. This app keeps crashing. Ya better fix everything.

Crashes. It crashes every time I choose a new background.

No sound. This is a boring game! It doesn't got no sound it looks like your seeing a fireworks display on tv with no sound! This doesn't look like real fireworks! Well it might good for the 4th of July might come in handy might be handy. CANT U JUST ADD SOUND!!!!! These fireworks look fake with no sound!  Dont buy!! Stupid. Pretty much a zero star app It wasted my time by downloading. You choose a picture and watch fireworks shoot up on it it is stupid and boring spend your time somewhere else

4.9 stars. This is a good little app but when you use a picture, it comes out of the program and you have to go back into it to continue. 4.9 stars, sorry.

Cute Little App. Okay, the fireworks aren't up to Disney standards... but the app is free, after all. And it's a fun little app. It may not usher in world peace, but it'll keep you amused the next time you have 5 minutes to kill.

It's ok......... This is a small app but you should atleast try it. You download it and it loads in 10 seconds. You should try it. After all it's FREE......

I Like It. I mean it is cool and it maybe boring but,you guys don't have to complain because really you guys expect fireworks shoot out of the screen? Wow because it's cool to me. And besides I put it on. Y 1D pic;)

3 thumbs up. Mesmerizing! Absolutely mind blowing! The first time I was able to indulge in this addictive visual display of beauty, I was stuck on the screen for who knows how long. I remember being up and about that week telling everyone about the app. I appreciated the colors, the shapes, size, and every single sizzle, twinkle and sparkle throughout the entire show he programmed. I consider the app to be a vivid burst of eyeball happiness. It had to have been a scientific breakthrough or a proud historic point for the entire human race. iPhones were already great, but now they have the ability to put on a world class fireworks display right on top of any choice background that I desire. That's the American standard of Intelligence, Ingenuity and authentic craftsmanship! This Invention is worthy to be proclaimed a masterpiece of unmatched talent. As for myself, I believe it is genius above the average levels of anything close to or beyond man's comprehensive ability.

Ok. It's simple and a great thing to play with when bored. But it should vary in size, shape, and should have a glowing effect when it blows up. Other than that, it's ok.

Relaxing. I really like this app. It does what it's supposed to do. No more, no less. What do you expect?

Stinks!. It is nothing like the picture delete city

it is ok....... but you have to have a background or it will just be a black screen. You cannot have multiple fireworks at once, and you must press where u want it to be

Help. Icon never fully installed right, not able to delete b/c no x on upper left of icon, icon still says loading with load bar all the way across.

Dont get this. This is stupid. It was fine the first two seconds then it got boring. The explosions are tiny and you cant control anything cept the background. Im deleting this!

Glitches. There is a bug that whenever u get a new picture and selects it quits. But when u come back in it works. Great game though! It's Gangnam!

Relaxing. This app is ok...it's free, which is good, but it's not very fun. If you're looking for a cool, entertaining app, this app is not for you. But if you need to think, relax, just get this. It relaxes me quickly.

mmmmmmmmmmmmm........... wel its ok i ges all u do is touch the screen and fireworks go there even if u dont touch it it just goes in a random place but the good thing is u can choose a picture from ur photos and do fireworks on that...

Amazing. It may not be extremely complicated but it's extremely fun. My baby brother enjoys bashing his hand on this multi touch app watching colors fill the screen. And the best bit is, it's free!

OK. Not the best game ever, but it isn't the worst either. It makes me feel relaxed whenever I need to, and I need to keep my cool.

fireworks toy. its all right but could be better

Well done. Looks nice. The fireworks are small (iPad), but there are lots of them. Fireworks are all the same design, though in different colors. Fireworks launch as you tap or slide your finger across the screen. Slide slowly for clusters or quickly to fill the screen. Great that it includes both iPhone/iPod and iPad versions. I would recommend adding some variations to the fireworks, and including a few backgrounds to get people started. Also, maybe add a brightness slider for the background image since the fireworks really only show on very dark backgrounds.

Review. My niece likes it it is pretty cute. If you do happen to make improvements I suggest bigger and a little brighter depending on the pic they can be hard to see. But all together I liked it.

Annoying extra fireworks!. There should be an option to have the fireworks only shoot out when you touch the screen because they get really annoying when you're trying make a shape like a heart and the other fireworks get in the way and mess it up.

Fun. Really interesting. It took me a while to figure out that when you touch the screen the fireworks go were you touch lol. Its pretty entertaining. It's really cool for a free app. It looks pretty in the dark and i like how you can put pictures in the background. I suggest at least trying it. I mean, why not? It's free. It loads extremely fast. Before you know what even happened it's all ready loaded and ready to go.

Bad app. It is awful

It's a toy. It's free. Grow up.. The one star reviews crack me up. As explained in the description, the author wrote this up as part of another app, and thought it could be a fun toy on its own. This app will not balance your checkbook. It won't cure your toenail fungus. It has proven useless at constructing Hamiltonian cycles for graphs with more than two nodes. On the other hand, it hasn't brought down any airliners. No animals were genetically altered and set loose in its fabrication. And I can still see out of both eyes. Three stars it is.

Sometimes Simplicity Is What's Required.... What cracks me up even more so than the one star reviews is the folks who come afterwards and find the review helpful... Honestly, having had the misfortune to use some of the true 1/2 to 1 star apps from the appstore, this is a little gem... Sure there are other, more elaborate Fireworks apps out there, even free ones, however I only have admiration for a developer who releases applications that actually work as he's learning to develop them. I suppose that with all the 3D mania, people might be expectign an application where the fireworks appear to be over shooting at you, or shoot out above the Retina screen... however they don't. It's mindless, It's well done, It allows to kill time without having to think too deeply, and most of all it's free... (It possibly even cured my toenail fungus...). Why 5 stars? Because it's free, it does what it says it does, it actually works, to counter some of the negative comments, and because a good fireworks needs lots of star bursts...
