Makes it easier for me to do my job. This makes it easier for me to do my job. I don’t have to struggle with finding links re-entering passwords over and over again it just simplifies things for me.

Good App. This app is useful and allows me to work more efficiently. I enjoy that it allows me to to carry only one phone, instead of two. It keeps all my work stuff in one place and separates it from my personal information too!

One stop shop for all my work apps!. Total game changer!!! This platform makes my work life so much better. If you have this on your devices and you do not see your work apps like Workday, benefits, etc. TALK TO YOUR “IT”! Tell them to enable Workspace ONE access. Single sign on to all your work apps is amazing.

A little finicky but still pretty good. It won’t let me pick a star but overall I do enjoy being able to use my personal device over the Samsung issued to me by my employer. I am familiar with my device so it makes it easier for me to use at work! Some of the apps can definitely use improvement like when I perform a function it makes me close out of the app and log back in before doing the next function.

Good but could be more 😊. I like the hub but could we add flight ware so us flight attendants could see where we are in the sky and approaching the gates. It’s safety for announcements and good guest service when they ask:). Thanks for considering

Starbucks. I use this app for Starbucks and I hate it. It’s helpful to get my hours yet it is really poorly done. It is always going down. It is hard to navigate, poorly designed, and it’s overall just frustrating. Loading my hours takes forever and I have multiple times where when I changed my availability it didn’t load later. Leaving me scrambling with my manager to figure out my hours for the upcoming weeks. It really has some serious work to be done to it. Also the fact that the “mother app” has to stay on my phone to function the rest of it is pretty unsettling. There is no use to it other then stealing data I’m sure. I just wish Starbucks would change applications because this is not worth the money.

iOS 17.0.2 issues (all good now). iPhone 15pro with iOS 17.0.2 does not work EDIT: It seems to be working now, was able to enroll. Could have been the issue with my company and not the app itself.

HUB. I have the app on my iPhone it kept telling me I needed to update my iPhone to the recent updates my phone did update itself and now has the most recent update on it. HUB apparently did not recognize I have an entirely updated iPhone. I now cannot do the things I used to be able to use my phone for my job HUB has stopped me from doing so. I cannot log in on my phone as well as other things I used to do. I’ve had thi app for a year due to my job never had problems until now. I do not even want to give you a star but I have to so you will get this.

Life saver! Easy to use!. Easy access, and seems to offer everything we need to manage our environment.

Doesn’t even work on my phone anymore.. This app was nice while I was able to use it. Now that I have gotten a new phone it doesn’t work anymore. I can’t even get onto the log in screen. It just stays white and will load for hours. Plus support is no help either.

Very consistent. The app is consistently working and hasn’t crashed or had any issues so far after a month!

App won’t load in iPhone 15.. When trying to install the app on my new phone. It goes immediately to the login page and bypasses the website access login. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app at least 50 times over the course of three days and I am still receiving the same error. My company's DTS claims it’s an issue with the app.

Blatant privacy violations. I see a lot of obviously fake reviews here to inflate the ratings. This app is a blatant violation of privacy. Despite saying they only collect basic data like emails, they enforce the passing of permissions to unknown admin servers that can allow stealing of sensitive data or even deleting your phones data completely. When trying to setup this app you are forced to accept: “The administrator may collect personal data, add/remove accounts and restrictions, install, manage, and list apps, and remotely erase data on your iPhone.”

Awesome catalog and a lot more. So this app has changed drastically over the last several years, for the better. It allows me to access my work apps like Concur and Jira and my benefit pages. Also, I can look up my colleagues via the People tab. Overall, very helpful app.

Hub is great. Hub is absolutely phenomenal. It has made it so much easier for me to do my job by accessing apps and VDI quickly and securely. It also keeps me updated on urgent company notices and communications. I use the People search app multiple times a day. It is absolutely invaluable.

Email sync often takes several times to work. Often when setting up a device email doesn’t load and has sync issues. Have to uninstall and reinstall the profile to get corporate exchange email connected, which lets be honest is the main user need no matter what else is capable.

One stop shop. Using Intelligent Hub has really been great for me, as I don’t have to go to 5 different apps to get things done. You can tell they really put a lot of time and effort into Hub. I was hesitant at first, but I’m glad I opted in on my personally owned device!

Unmatched Productivity with Zero Trust. While hub is implementation-dependent, clearly VMware on VMware knows what it’s doing because I can get to ANY app I need on ANY of my enrolled devices and it’s a pleasure to see security verifications that don’t slow me down. It’s a fantastic app and implemented fantastically inside VMware. I’m sure your IT organization can make YOU more productive with VMware Workspace One!

Unable to be removed from old DEP for new job. I am a physician starting at a new hospital. I recently worked at a prior institution that used Intelligence Hub and when I left I deleted the application and its data. When redownloading the app for use at my new job it force logs me into my old hospital’s server. When they try to remove me from their Device Enrollment Profile (DEP) they cannot find me in their system. I tried deleting the application AND fully factory resetting my phone and the problem persists. I have no certificates under my Settings>Device Management tab to remove. Both my new and old hospital IT departments are unable to change the app settings. I cannot find any contact information for VMWare customer support. Please help me

It’s been glitchy for several years with no end in sight. Often doesn’t install updated app versions when you tell it to. Says it’s installing when it’s not. Says apps need to be updated right after installation finishes. Perpetual installing label next to certain apps. Only way to be sure you have the correct software version is to go into the settings app and compare the software version of each app to the company list of current authorized versions. I feel like there should be an app for that. This app, in fact. But since it can’t do it consistently, this isn’t it.

Confusing - no clear status indication - way too many dead ends. This entire app needs way too many references to help docs. You never know what is wrong . Why when you get an error message “failed to .. “ … there is no clear explanation ? What is wrong with the step ? What do I need to fix ? Maybe it gives someone in IT a good feeling of control , but as a user - I would never pick this one up.

Well done. My employer uses hub to push apps to my phone, it works 100% seamlessly. Having used systems that were flaky, it’s nice to have something that’s solid and functional.

Hassle to configure. I had to install the Agent on my new iPhone 11 and it just doesn’t load. I have tried deleting the app, shutting the phone down and downloading multiple times. The worst part was I thought I was almost done configuring after installing the profile successfully yet the Hub dialog says you are about to leave midway and may need to start from scratch…no proper technical diagnosis or help either!!!!!

Uhh. I’m forced to use this. I have absolutely no way of knowing if it is good or not. I only have this as a frame of reference. It definitely exists though so 5 stars for that.

Productivity boost but also eats into personal time.. This is an excellent tool to make our job easier and unblocking fellow employees but flip side being it eats into personal time as this follows you(your phone) everywhere.

Fails to recognize itself. No Matter what you do and anytime you install it fails to recognize itself when installed the hand shake fails. Will not let you open some app and ask you to install intelligence Hub. Even after install the app keeps ask to install it. It seem the app doesn’t know you have it installed already. The enrollment shows iphone is secured but the mobile apps keeps asking to secure device

Hub. This is a necessary protocol app that we use for our work, but I love it. I can access everything from my work information on my private phone because it's a trusted site.

Piece of crap. My employer is utilizing Hub for all off-site work related access. While I understand the reasons for & agree with why. Nearly every single time I need to access apps within Hub, I am met with an inability for the app to finish connecting (ie. the page keeps repetitively trying to load). It’s absolutely insane that I have to call our IT department whenever I want/need to get access from home. The worse app I’ve ever used (surpassed only by the other apps within Hub that are also work related).

Connects me to what I need most.. My most used feature is actually the people explorer. So many people in my organization, it helps to know if I’m talking to a newbie or a Boss!! Hahaha!

This App is Beyond Frustrating. I’ve been trying to access my company information, and my company is saying that the load screen is incorrect and it should be different, so uninstall it. But when i install the app, it’s showing this screen. I’m tired of this, I just want to see my schedule wth you would think I work for the FBI with all of this encrypted stuff.

Intelligent Hub. Amazing to have all your work apps at your fingertips in one single sign-on hub! A must have for organizations who want ease for employees doing business and working from anywhere.

Terrible Productivity App. This program does exactly what it’s designed to do (deploy apps in a large business environment) and does it pretty well. Unfortunately, it does not support Office 365 (at least, that’s what my IT people tell me), so that is a huge knock. My prior review (below) was actually of the developer’s email app Boxer, which is a horrible mess and I’ve updated this accordingly. Original Review for Boxer: This program is a terrible replacement for the standard iOS Mail app. It does two minor things better (showing attachments at the top of emails and extracting dial-in information) and everything else is either neutral or SUBSTANTIALLY worse. If you are an IT professional and plan to deploy this app, be prepared for everyone in your workspace to hate it and hate you for forcing it on them.

Help. I now have a new Walmart phone to do my work with and I tried taking this off of my phone and I can’t get it off my phone and it’s eating my battery. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to get this off my phone?It will not uninstall it will not move to trash

Great and seamless, only complaint why doesn’t the same work on desktop. Great for mobile, where’s desktop seamlessness also?

Updates. Always provides accurate location of my phone. Also ensures my phone remains compliant and updated with the latest updates recommended service. Thank you for always watching out for me keeping me on track!!!

TERRIBLE. Seems I cannot contact the developer, tried multiple methods. My former employer added this to my phone to install company apps. I am no longer employed there. I cannot remove the company apps from my phone. Tried apple and company IT and they couldn’t figure it out. I am not able to contact this developer, no email, no phone number, customer support form submission not allowed if I am not a client

Unable to upload. I’m unable to capture a screenshot of an error, I was able to view the problem by using the screen record function on my iPhone, however, I’m not able to upload the video as the app only limits it to pictures.

Excellent. I’ve been using HUB app for a while now, and overall, I’m quite impressed. The interface is intuitive, making navigation a breeze. The features are robust, covering everything I need and more. However, there are occasional bugs that need fixing, which can be a bit frustrating. But with regular updates, I’m hopeful they’ll iron out these kinks soon. Overall, HUB app is definitely worth a download.

Invasive as Chrome. My review disappeared, so… I was forced to implement this app on my phone, against my better judgment. It is invasive and has disabled the “Never“ setting for Auto Lock. Why does an app need to tell me how to use my phone? And exactly how much of my information is the app really collecting? As soon as I leave this job, I’m scrubbing this app. UPDATE: Okay. I quit, waited until I recieved my final paycheck then deleted the Hub and all related apps. It just tried to reinstall them. I had to go into Device Management and remove it, disabling all permissions. Creepy and invasive. I pray my new job doesn’t use this.

Barely functional. This app can only be described as “barely functional” it works sometimes if you do exactly the sequence of actions the developers expect you to do. No thought or testing was ever put into doing enrollment out of order or pausing and resuming the enrollment process. This app doesn’t have a link to the app catalog either, it just randomly sends you a prompt to manage a new app. All I want is Teams, but I had to wait 8 days for it to decide to manage the app.

Barf. How awful. Just bad bad bad. Can’t think of a worse way to turn your mobile device (that is about convenience) in to something so ridiculously inconvenient. What is so wrong with existing apps for mail and the security of Face ID and all the other security features that companies have to stick this rubbish out there. I don’t believe for a second all the 5 star reviews - they recently rolled this out at my company and it’s universally hated.

Sync not happening on its own. Hub does not seem to sync automatically. If it goes too long without syncing, all my corporate data is wiped from my phone and it takes me half a day to get it set back up again. It would be nice if it would give me a warning consistently. It has given me warnings before, but seems to miss them occasionally. I’m sure it does what my IT prefers, but as a user, it is difficult.

Please update. I have had this app for months and without fail it asks me to review every single time I open it!! It will not let me submit a rating of any kind because of some bug that has been left unchecked. I want to check my schedule in peace!! Please take the money from your collaboration with Starbucks and hire some people who know how to occasionally scan their coding for bugs. sincerely every person that uses this app.

Can’t even get it to load. Literally need this specific app to find my work schedule. Got a new phone in which this app cant be transfered. Suddenly I can’t even load the app past the first loading screen. I’ve tried redownloading, googling, crying, but it just refuses to work. So I can’t even look at my work schedule unless I’m at work which is kind of ridiculous.

Just a little bit of polishing needed. Updates notices and directions are hard to follow. They also don’t go away after updating! More feedback: after tapping “INSTALL” on a new app, the word changes to “INSTALLING” but does not change to “OPEN” after finishing. Then, after confirming the app is installed and available on my home page, I notice that if I go back to the HUB “Apps” page, it again gives me the option to “INSTALL”.

Get ready for your new headache!. This is your companion App that loads and manages the company Apps. That’s a big if they had setup the app correctly first. Highly recommend having a separate smart phone to use this software on. Memory hungry and drains your battery under normal use like fast. Above all make sure you have all the updates you can get for your device. Prone to locking you out of your device for work when you do not have the latest updates!

App no longer works on my new iPhone 15. After setting up a new phone from my old phone, the app hangs at open forever and does not let me re-enroll my device. Deleting the Hub app and re-installing doesn’t seem to matter. Logs seem to indicate that it’s trying to connect back to my company before opening even though it shouldn’t know about it yet, and there are no company profiles installed on my new device. Furthermore, I believe this app is violating some Apple API’s to store state on the device where it shouldn’t be, and app deletion doesn’t do cleanup, leading to the above scenario.

Doesn’t work on iOS 13. Since I moved to iOS 13 on the iPhone 11 Pro this has not been working. When you load up the app I just get a blank screen. Been like this for weeks and I can’t access my work emails now

Not compatible with iOS 11. There appears to be an incompatibility with iOS 11. When trying to complete the first setup process, it freezes on the AirWatch logo and doesn’t proceed. This needs fixing ASAP.

I will relate it, but it does not deserve one. This app is by far one of the most dangerous app I have ever used. This app has full control of your device, so I will say, that ways of tracking, is completely the easiest thing on earth for the the controller. What happens if this app gets hacked?! What if someone face times a person, the controller will see who this person is and where they may possibly live. This will not just endanger my life, it will endanger the lives of others. I will say again, this app is by far one of the most dangerous app I have used. Another thing, a friend and I have been bothered to read the policies, du to some of the students concerns, and so, we have found that they can track, even if location services are off, they have the right to delete any app or disable it, and the device itself. I could go on for days about this app and how dangerous it really is, so I will say, who ever made this app, is either mad, or insane, t he readers, a message to you, if you download this app, I feel that it may endanger your life.

This app can see where u r at all times, it can messages from IT, it can see what apps you have downloaded and how long you have been on it for, it can see your history, it can read your emails, it's just like a mother looking over your shoulder. HUB rating. Difficult to follow/understand

Sigh. Trying to install this on an iPhone 11 and whilst hub seems to install, I still cannot remove the catalog. I understand that maybe our business installation may be at fault, we use Boxer and it doesn’t show up in the catalog. This market segment still has its doors wide open for someone to provide an easy to use fully functioning mdm solution that just works.

Why so scared?. Why are you guys so scared of the tracking, when Hub is mainly just for schools and businesses.

Not opening at all. When try to open, keep displaying Loading but never starts

Data retained even when app is delete!!. Hi developers, It’s a bit frustrating that the account data used to configure the profile is not deleted even when I select Delete App and confirm with the message that “deleting this app will also delete its data”. But it’s does not delete it because I re-install this app, open it. It ask me to create a passcode and once I create the passcode, it just tells me my account already set up and I can not use it to do a new configuration, say I accidentally deleted the profile for example, how can I now setup and download the profile? Please how to delete the data even when this app is deleted?????? Where is this data saved? Within the apps folder? Or in iOS system files??? Maybe in the next app release, please add a button in the app to delete the data?? Or a reset button??????????? Thanks!

Data Retain and unable to load. Upon deleting the app, it still retains data and upon downloading it shows loading and does nothing. This is the app that i am supposed to install to access my company mails. Now developers, please let me know a way to get tid of this data and please get rid of this bug.

ITS A VIRUS. ME and my friends installed it and it stop harassing ya with notifications and it states that it has access to your device when ever it wants it also gives you a pernament app called app catalog which if you delete the app that catalog wont DONT INSTALL IT

Seems like a fine method of MDM enrollment. So far this app seems to respond well and be a pretty easy way for end users to self enrol in an MDM solution. The only issues seem to be when used in large groups of devices when the end server may be suffering under heavy load.

Hub app. I like the hub app but by having this app on your iPad the person that controls everything can see what you message people and if the info got into the wrong hands this could be brutal!!!

AWESOME APP. Dis app amazing good for iPads I'm not sure about iPhones But this is a type of app you'd want for school or highschool or university.

Unreliable. This app refuses to play ball with my corporate Apple ID. I’ve spent so much time trying to working out why HUB refuses to install apps. I keep getting caught in this endless cycle of verifying my ID and then hub not installing the apps and it asking for ID again. Horrible frustrating programme.

Does not enrol devices on iOS 10.3 beta. Please do not upgrade to the 10.3 beta if you intend on using this app. It lets you run through the enrolment process, however just loops back to the start when you are finished. No resolution has been offered to date, not great considering this beta has been available for several weeks.

It's was totally the Ron thing to do, and the creator should be locked away in Azkaban. But no. Apparently not... I am absolutely disgusted! And don't try and blame it on the Nargles.

HORRIBLE. This app DESTROYS iPads and their usage count as well as battery life!!! It is hacked and can shut down your iPad!!! Don't download this. My school made people download it and now people I know, their iPads are costing up to $650 to repair and get all their usage and apps back. If your willing to get a stuffed up iPad from this and pay up to $650 to repair it, be my guest and download it but if you do not want to pay that amount of money be safe and don't download this HORRIBLE app.

Buggy as hell. Consistently signs out the enrolled device and makes me go through the whole process again. Very time consuming.

Best app ever. Don't you love it when a bunch of IT strangers that work at your school can see EVERYTHING you do? I mean, isn't it just amazing too that they can delete anything they like and how they can go through YOUR personal stuff without your consent to it? I mean, I believe this is just a fantastic app that will help kids and help strangers find out where you live. And there's a bonus, people can hack it too! And it's all for free! No payment included, plus they can even see your messages! I believe 100% that this is a school safe app and that it will improve kids in many ways such as, it gives kids the knowledge that they cannot do ANYTHING without being stalked. Stop worrying about the tracking it's for safety. Stop worrying the only reason they would look at the data is if something has happened that involves the device and if it gets hacked it is the organisations fault besides you shouldn't use school/companies iPad/phones for personal use any way

Invasive. My work can see my location, device details, communication history, and much more personally identifiable information. My end user view doesn't provide me with a delineation on what they will access meaning I don't have comfort they won't use this info.

So inconvenient. This app is so hard to work with, not at all user friendly. Confusing and inconvenient. All I want is to see my schedule and to do that you need to download apps within the apps within the hub. How does this make sense??

Horrible. I work at Walmart and I was supposed to use many softwares for my work, and while downloading them, it changed my digital password to enter my iPhone, making the access unable to my iPhone, then it reinitialised by itself without warning. I lost some of my data.

Why does “catalogue” have to stay on my home screen?. App works as advertised. I just don’t get why the catalogue icon has to stay on my homescreen. I’m happy to have the catalogue app on my phone, but not on my homescreen.

App not working. I have the iphone 13 pro & my intelligent hub is stuck in the main app. It doesn’t give me any way to add the app cafe so that i can download my schedule. I have deleted it multiple times and it still wont work. I now have to resort to logging in every time i need to read my schedule. Please fix this.

Blocked WhatsApp outgoing calls. There is no support provided. They block personal app like WhatsApp outgoing calls and refuse to acknowledge the problem or provide any solution. Very frustrating experience working with them for last two months trying to fix the issue with this vpn

Incredibly annoying to reinstall. My employer’s server doesn’t like my current credentials, so looking to do a complete refresh and reinstall, but apparently no way to download a clean copy with none of my old credentials. Also slow and buggy

Not working. This has been working fine until I did an iOS update now it hasn’t worked for like almost 2 weeks I’ve wiped my phone twice and still isn’t working, cannot connect to my Outlook email.

Horrible glitchy app. Horrible app… it won’t scan the QR for whatever and wouldn’t start earlier. This is ridiculous.

App not working with IOS15.2. Upon initial set up, when I go into the app, it does not give me option to put in QR code or server. It only gives me option to put in username and password. I deleted and redownloaded the app many times but it appears to be a IOS15.2 issue as it works with my other IOS devices with lower IOS versions.

Doesn’t sync. I guess this app is pretty good — I have to open it every month or so because I get a message that my phone hasn’t synched — unless it’s supposed synch by itself in the background. Then a lower score than 4 would apply.

Useless App. Starbucks partner here, this app use to work well on my Iphone 11. However, I upgraded to Iphone 14 and the app is now useless. When I open the app, I get stuck on this configuration loading screen. I tried redownloading the app and putting my ios up to date and nothing. Now I can’t access my work schedule… so frustrating.

Won’t load anything!. I recently upgraded to the iphone 13, and since then i have not been able to get through the loading screens on this app It won’t even give me the option to log in. which makes it extremely difficult to see my work schedule for upcoming days/weeks. Please fix it!

Doesn’t Work. The app worked fine on my old iPhone, but once I got a new one and transfer my information, the app stopped working. All it loads is a blank screen and I can’t do anything and it doesn’t do anything pass that. Even after hours of being open the app stays blank.

Horrible. Have to use it for Starbucks but the second I got a new phone the app won’t open what so ever. I have tried contacting everyone I possibly can and no one knows how to fix it. Tried contacting the developer and they are extremely difficult to get in touch with and have no idea how to contact their customer service. Absolutely infuriating.

Horrible app. Stuck in loading screen. Reinstalled, deleted profiles, re-downloaded profiles. In spite of downloading profiles and trusting certificate, app was not able to verify the trusted profile and would not let me proceed. Now I am stuck in loading screen in spite of doing all given work arounds. Wasted hrs trying to set this up

Junk. Why my company would trust this junk app is beyond me. Been trying to load it for 3 days and all of the other reviews claim the same thing…you get stuck during configuration phase. With today’s technology, why would anyone accept this junk to perform their business. Just read the reviews. Do not trust this crap.

Impossible to use. This app doesn’t allow me access to anything whatsoever. I’ve been hoping that it was a glitch, but I’ve been with the company for 6 months, and it still doesn’t allow me access to anything. It’s really frustrating. Please find a way to make this accessible to all partners.

Stuck on loading screen. The MDM container on my phone blocked an update for a work application installed and managed through Intelligent Hub. My company’s IT dept suggested deleting Hub and reinstalling. Now I am stuck on a loading screen when I try to log in and I cannot get ANY of the work apps redownloaded without being logged into this app. PIECE OF CRAP!!!!

Doesn’t work on newer iphones. i used to have this and use it to access my work app on my old phone but ever since i got a new iphone it won’t work it will just sit on the loading screen and not do anything. i’ve been trying it for months and it doesn’t work

One of the free enterprise apps that works. No odd behavior, no support requests, no install errors or conflicts with the Apple App Store - Hub works, and doesn't waste my time.

Lifesaver for Work. This app made it easy to sign into ALL my work apps, contact my IT and approve access to a document from O365. Keep innovating! Love it.

screws with my phone settings. I was told to download this app so I would be able to see my work schedule. It has forced a passcode onto both my iphone (which i don’t mind) and my apple watch. The option to remove my passcode was gone until I gave up and deleted the app. overall it screws with my phone more than it helps me.

A Lot of Permissions and Confusing Install. Ridiculous app to see Starbucks scheduled hours. Too many permissions and it wants to manage my iPad too?! The directions to install are as vague as the permission requests. I especially dislike when a Quick Start Guide says select “TRUST” and the dialog box says that will allow the app to make changes to my device.

Use for work. Does what it is supposed to do. Keeps everything updated and secure.

No badge. The app does not provide a badge indicating apps that are out of date and need to be updated. This requires manual opening of the Hub app in order to find out which supported apps are out of date.

Where’s help when you need it. I need to update account information in order to download an app for work. There’s nowhere to update/change information. There’s no contact/customer support information. I sent an email to the address given and received a mailer-daemon.

App Will Fail You. This app will fail you when you most need it. It doesn’t recognize that I upgraded to the latest version of iOS despite syncing it and sending data to the server multiple times over the course of a week. This resulted in being locked out of critical apps.

Uninstalled and haunting me. I uninstalled this app weeks ago and removed the associated profile. Now I am getting constant pop ups to change my passcode. Clearly they have not thought about this part of the process. Company IT didn’t seem to believe me. Guess my next step is to wipe my phone and start over.

Too difficult.. This app is waaaay to hard to download. I removed it and tried to redownload it. The app kept asking me to “rate it” even though it never let you rate it, so I though remove and redownload it. Bad move on my part I guess. All my coworkers have the same issue. Now I can’t get it to redownload. Why does it need to be this hard?

Update. Work good is just app ask to update but my phone is already up to a day but app say if I don’t it will stop working my app

AppStore is east peasy for users. I’ve worked elsewhere without an App Store and it’s a terrible user experience. This makes app and identity management easy!
