JenLaReina. I downloaded the Ulmon guide for four cities in preparation for a recent trip to Europe: Munich Prague Vienna and Amsterdam. You can drop pins, actually stars on places that you're interested in visiting including sites restaurants hotels etc. The off-line maps are fantastic and the articles helpful. I tend to keep my phone on airplane mode when I am out of the United States this app was fantastic because I was able to use the map even when I wasn't in Wi-Fi. Download the guides before you go on your trip if possible this way you can read and save articles but if you don't download it until you're there that's fine too.

Life-Saver!. Prague is not super difficult to figure out but it's not super easy either. Having this offline map that blends nicely with GPS so you know where you are going is amazing. Save your favorite restaurants/pubs/museums/churches/etc in specific categories for easy retrieval or just click on stars on map once saved to figure out how to get there. This was one of the best offline tourist apps I've ever downloaded. Well worth it.

Go Euro travel app. Great database of locations, itinerary planning, and dairy.

Absolute waste of money. The section on restaurants and pubs/drink is woefully incomplete: numerous highly rated and well known places are not even mentioned. It seems that all the information on places is taken straight from Wikipedia - so what's the point of paying for an app when you can get the exact same information free by just going to Wikipedia. I have numerous travel apps and have no problem paying for a useful app. This one is not at all reliable and is not worth buying.

Best city maps app so far. Best of the international offline city maps I've seen so far. Good useful detail, searchable, works well so far offline. Very pleased.

Wish they had one for every city. I used this app to plan our trip to Prague and found it extremely helpful for finding the top spots complete with guides and links to Wikipedia description of sites. One can also search for local activities, cafés etc. Allows you to bookmark sites and rare them. I would love to have one for every city I visit.

Lo. Have been to Prague many times and this is the best app I've ever run into. Found many things I didn't know even existed. Excellent

Great map. Can drop pins for all the important places you need to go. I dropped pins when I had wifi to use, then when I had no Internet, I could get everywhere I wanted to go!

Great Offline Functionality. Not having cell phone service, this app was key in helping me navigate the city during me recent visit even having lived in Prague 10 years ago. Great app.

Great app for traveling. Only wish it let you pin your current location. Besides that great to use while offline.

Maps didn't work offline for us. The guide is comprehensive, but the maps didn't work offline for us, so this guide wasn't as useful as Umon's Amsterdam and Vienna guides were (we had those as well).

Certainly useful for trip planning. We're on our way to Prague, and this app has already proved useful in picking where we'd stay and the distances between sites. Yet to test it in Prague, but that's in the near future.

Prague walking. We found this app very helpful on guiding us on a walking tour of Prague. We were fortunate to have continuous wifi in the Old Town. Never got lost, and great commentary and history details on the major tourist destinations.

Accurate & helpful,. especially in wifi-less environments like in a taxi or in a bus. Best on the iPad but okay on the iPhone. It's nice that one purchase gives you access through both platforms.

Best travel app. Just got back from Prague and loved using this app. Downloaded the map and didn't have to use any data as gps tracked me without any data or wifi. Great listing of restaurants etc. and sites.

A life saver. Usually don't rate apps but after a trip to Europe using this offline maps, I can asure you, this app will make your trip easier and you won't miss any important spot in the city. I used London, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Venice, Rome, Florence, Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon! In Budapest I felt lost because they don't have a map for this city but Google also doesn't have a map for Budapest offline. I'll put 6 stars but I can't so 5 it's the closest. One more thing, all this is for FREE! And this is not all, also you can download the information about the historic places in the city and then you can get the info offline. You have to try it!!

We need Athens please. Great app used it for prague. Previousy Vienna. I dont understand the difference between your apps and citymaps2go ..?! The single city apps are much better.

Something is missing. I used Ulmon's Rome app a couple of years ago (called Rome2Go) and found it very useful. Since then they seem to have rebranded and redesigned their city guides, and this year I tried to use Berlin and Prague, and didn't find them as useful. It has an offline city map, which is extremely useful. I think that the old versions had a list of popular attractions in the cities, which the new version is missing. You really need some recommendations in a city like Prague - the list of things to do is much too long. The app has the ability to rate the attractions, but nobody has submitted ratings, so that feature is not helpful at this point.

Great offline map. We were able to use the map and gps without using any data (turned cellular signal off). Great app!

Very Disappointing. I just returned from a trip through Central Europe during which I used (or tried to use) the Prague and Vienna 2Go apps. They were both pretty much useless. My main intended use of these apps was not for the content (which was not very complete and in any event available everywhere) but for the navigation map. In Prague the map was actually showing the wrong current location (we got lost and ended up on some bad streets) and in Vienna the map wouldn't work at all. I'm glad I only paid $.99 for them but I'm still annoyed that they were useless.

Best value!. Exactly what I wanted and needed - for that price! Perfect! Nice wiki articles. Lots of POI. And I love the feature where you can find landmarks that are nearby your current location. I liked the app on my iPhone. I loved it on my iPad!

Ads. The advertisements at the bottom of the page are very distracting and there is no way to turn them off.

Loving this app. I'm in Prague right now and I'm loving this app. It's great for finding my way around town. Though sometimes I wish there was a little more content in the guide.

Very useful!. We were in Prague for two days and used this app for navigation. We found the sightseeing spots, restaurants, pubs, everything. Very-very useful for offline navigation and didn't need to use the paper map.

Recommended. Do not travel without this app wherever you go.

Awesome for Travels. We used the Ulmon Apps in just about every city we visited in Europe and they were awesome. Great maps along with subway and metro maps and ability to show metro closest to landmarks very helpful. All done offline so worked perfectly.

Prague Ulmon app exelent. Very good and easy to use, the gps is also very helpfull, I have also use Ulmon for Paris, Amsterdam and Bruxelles and I recommend it to every traveller, great app...

Good but. Just returned from prague Used this app a lot BUT WOULD work better on a tablet rather than a touch pad ( bigger screen ) . Came in useful many times!

SO helpful!. This app has been so helpful to me throughout my trip to Prague. I love how all the features I need--map, search, location tracker--are all non-wifi (you can access them offline). I highly recommend this app. I'd love to see more cities done!

Time and money saver. I've used these apps for many cities in Europe. They are all amazing, I can't believe the app is free. Highly recommend, I use it on an iPad mini with cellular so he gps works incredibly well.

Prague2Go. Very useful, wish there was more about the tram routes.
