Love it, but backup/export is broken. I love the app, but at this time I can’t backup my data. When I go to the backup function I get some kind of Heroku error, and when I try to export it gives me an error about setting up an e-mail, but doesn’t tell me where to do that. Cannot seem to get developer help!

Buy paid version first or choose another app!!!. If you test free version with true information you have to pay 4.99 to export to the pro version. So the price becomes too high.

Back up. Been a long time users but recently, want to say pass several months, I’m having trouble backing up and/or trying to change my password. It happened to me several times and it seems that my emails to support are being ignored, I’ve upgraded my phone and because of the above issue I can not transfer my info/stats. This being my only source of income and not being able to use the simplest of request is just sad. This app was one of the best but with this unsolved issue and the lack of responsibility from the support team/builder is horrible.

only started using this because Brad Owen does. The user interface, everything from entering session data to the charting, is…lacking. Open a chart and see what I mean. Why is it showing me the lower quadrant? Zoom way out—the axes become illegible. Does Brad really use this?

Very good!. Nice app, very clean look which I love. I use it to record live sessions, works great. Love that it has password feature, so nobody who can just have access to my phone can automatically gain access to this, wish more apps did this. Great job creators!

Would like to see some more features. Decent app overall, Would like to see a feature were it told you number of win/losses at a specific place and maybe avg win/loss. Currently only tells you hours played, hourly rate and overall win/loss.

Bug. App crashes when using filters

App Not Working. After inputting roughly ten sessions, the app seems to have to “kick in” to the premium version. It warns that it’ll take a couple of minutes (fine), but it has been over ten minutes and my app crashes. Newer phone & is updated. Not sure what’s going on, but I need to track my sessions… somewhere else, I guess.

When you put your buyin in. When you put your buyin then you add your tips and meals it does not do anything.

Buggy and support doesn’t respond. The cash side and tourney side should behave the same way. They don’t. I’ve let the developer know, and he/she has not responded. Both tourney and cash allow you to enter amounts for tips. The tourney side reduces profits by this amount. The cash side DOES NOT. My cash numbers have been WAY OFF. You’re probably thinking, how much does this person tip?! No, it’s not that. The app does not have a separate field for hourly rate on the cash side; and/or tournament fee on the tourney side. Since there is nowhere else to enter these amounts, I’ve been entering them in the tips field, in addition to the tips I leave for dealers and cage crew. I’m an every day player...at $10 an hour for the card room rate...this was a BIG $/hr overstatement! This needs to be fixed, and there really should be fields on both sides for hourly rate and tourney fees. These are standard in card houses today.

Game changer. This app has really helped with my bankroll management. I play for fun when I can and this app is a great way to keep track of all your games.

Don’t loose your phone or you will need to repurchase everything!. Otherwise this is a great app but I’m not happy that I had to pay for everything twice.

Was great at first. Worked beautifully for the first 3 days but will not let me add new sessions anymore. It has been stuck trying to add in app purchases for 3 days and I never wanted it to try to access that. I have restarted twice and closed out of the app multiple times and nothing helps. I was even thinking about getting the paid version but not anymore.

Would give zero stars if I could. Do not download or use.. A horrible app with minimal data input allowed before the app attempts to charge you for everything. $5 for cash games, $5 for tournament play, $5 for player info and on and on. Developers are money hungry and charging way to much for a simple excel program. Do not use!!!!!

Pretty nice. If you are looking for a session tracker this is a good option. Also I enjoy the poker quizzer and cruncher apps too. Definitely makes me want to play. Enter when I have accurate notes and see my progress. Run good guys.

Good app. Nice app, been using it a long time 3-4 yrs. Would like the ability to add another sort field. Say one for drinking so I can determine if drinking or other vices has any effect on my winnings. The app is easy to use and keeps track of your winnings with reports showing your patterns. I.e. Best days of the week, best casinos, best time of day etc. I upgraded to the paid version a couple of years ago

App keeps installing itself back to my phone. I’ve deleted this all 3-4 time and it keeps finding a way back into my phone. Worried it could be a virus or something. Usually seems to happen when I go to install a different app. It says “the app needs to be updated, do you want to keep or delete”.

Maybe I’m just stupid. but I have no idea how this app is supposed to help me or anybody else. The only info it stored was the fact that I started with $100 and lost it in less than an hour. Where’s the hand analysis? Position analysis? I don’t understand.

Very useful. This is a great app and it's easy to use. Helps you keep track of all your stats.

Needs Updated!. After the last Apple IOS update the session no longer continues to run but when you go back to it to input your end result the session appears to have ended and is shown as a Loss of the total amount you started your session with. It does allow you to change the result however this is not how it worked originally or how it should work in my opinion.

Out of date. This app every day it feels like gives me a notification that it needs to be updated by the developers because of the new IOS update, good app just can’t stand the daily notification that I can’t do anything about

Really simple and easy to use app. I really like this app a lot. It helps me keep track of my side hustle, which is NL Omaha, PLO, and Texas Hold em. I can gauge my bankroll thru this app and know where I stand without countless evenings of taking my entire bankroll out of my pocket and counting thru tens of thousands of mixed up units of Federal Reserve Notes.

Premium Doesn’t Work. I paid for the premium version of this app so I could track unlimited cash games, tournaments and access all filters. The issue is the premium version doesn’t work. I get an error when trying to filter and access premium features. It tells me it has to connect to Apple and then errors out. There is no way to access this company for support. I would recommend NOT paying for the premium version.

Stopped working. It was great but now all of a sudden after I reported 10 sessions it keeps saying activate when I try to report another one. When I hit activate it crashes. Please fix ASAP

Not a fee app. I don’t get it. After you enter a few games/finishes it cuts off and tells you for $4.99 that you can enter unlimited amounts just go to “setup ->Activate”. Go to Setup and there’s no Activate or place to do this. I liked it before this.

iOS 7.1.2 Bug?. iPhone 4 iOS 7.1.2 When trying to input a new location the app crashes and exits to the home screen. Possible to fix tho problem??

Fraud on data export feature. Downloaded the app, can only input limited sessions. Then I bought data export feature, and this feature required to “set up” an email first and I cannot even register no where. So waste my time to input my data and get fooled again for trying to export. Very disappointed (also tried Twitter support with 0 response yet)

Crashes over and over. Would be brilliant if it didn’t keep crashing! Couldn’t get the paid version because it crashes every time too. Exciting concept, unfortunately poor execution

OK, but not enough to justify buying.. It just doesn't offer more than can be done simply through other methods. Also the free version only allows you to record 10 events, so even it isn't really any use.

Great app!. Found this app extremely useful for tracking poker income. Love seeing it broken down into each day of the week was quite a surprise to see which days are actually better than others the results were not what I thought they would be I would never have known without poker income

Horrible!!. I kept 2 months of data. Then one day it randomly decided to "filter" all my data out. I was required to purchase the "filter" additional feature in order to see any of my sessions!

Great app. Excellent app. Detailed yet basic and easy to use. Only improvement I'd like to see Is having the end date/time not change when you change the start time. I'm often entering in a completed session after the session has ended. This would save me a step. Especially since it was already good before changing the start date/time.

Good simple tracking app. Good simple app, would like it to be a little more functional and easier to use but mainly become more detailed, so you can have extras like; - bullets (amount of buy-ins) into the same tournament, or how many times you’ve added on / reloaded on a cash game. - buy-in separated so you can enter reg fee separately from the tournament entry fee. - percentage factors, for example if your selling percentages of yourself to factor in.

Very unhappy another rip off app!. I've been unhappy with this app, and so far, apple is not posting my reviews, they only seem to post the good ones. The app is supposed to be free, until the program holds your data hostage until you pay, apple is doing nothing.

Senior Doctor. Run smoothly, easy to use, and extremely helpful. As long as you put in honest data, you can accurately see your true game. Wonderful filters so you can check stats on best level, best place, best day, etc. really helpful. Only improvement I would make would be a way to easily compare totals. Like have the totals side by side of two sites, or two levels, etc.

Must have for serious players. Anyone who takes poker seriously and plays on, at least, a weekly basis needs to study their play. More information = better play. I used to keep these notes manually but found this app and it's ease of access. You must try this app if you play regularly and want to improve.

Keeps Defaulting to 1/2. I have my saved default Cash game stakes set to 2/5, however it keeps going back to 1/2...Needs an update.

Trial Version - Don't Waste Time on The Free Version. I assumed that this version would just have lesser functionality than the $9.99 version. What I have now learned is that it allows you a limited number of entries and then requires a $4.99 upgrade to continue entering data. There a numerous fields requiring a $4.99 upgrade so don't waste your time having to re-enter data later and just pay the $9.99 from the get go if you decide this is the app for you. I like the overall functionality but $9.99 is a bit steep IMO.

Worst customer service ever. I bought Poker-income Ultimate Pro for 9.99 I have the free one but I purchased the pro version. It is not showing up anywhere. Secondly I bought Poker Quiz it does not work. I know you guys are busy but this really stinks. I have never ordered through Apple before because of all the chaos to order a simple App. The money was taken from the Gift card I used if you check it you will see that I was charged for the Poker Income Ultimate pro. 9.99. Please get this App to me or refund the amount,The thing I wanted most is not there, but I was charged for it. NO customer support period. 48 hours is far too long to fix this. It didn't take 30 seconds to take the money. Anyway Apple I'd like the App, I can't remember what the Poker Quiz cost, I think 1.99 but it just goes black doesn't work. No offense to anyone personally but this refund thing is just wrong. No way to contact a human without being charged! Never will I buy from Apple again. EVER!

Poker income-Nice product. Good in general, but has some bugs. Add player feature sticks sometimes. Backup feature not flawless-some info not restored. Sometimes it refuses to allow addition of another "live" session and I have to add my current session as a completed session and go back and edit the times to reflect reality. I use this app almost daily, and I feel that it might not be quite robust enough for professional use, even though I paid for the licensed version. One time I did a backup restore and I lost my custom locations and tournament profile settings. Luckily, I had the info in the notes and was able to reconstruct the history.

Don’t buy. Used to be good. Their support is non existent. Charges for everything. Doesn’t work with free/paid versions in sync.

Very intuitive.... Vey powerful app. I have yet to explore all the functionality. I would like to be able to make a custom report, or at least have more standard report options but it still gets a 5. I'll re-rate in the future if my experience changes.

Function keys would be helpful!. The problem I have is the information required to input in a fast moving game, causes me to focus more on entering data, than reading players during play. In poker nothing goes unnoticed when it comes to reads, Your diging a big hole for yourself when you're not watching how Cards are being played and when and how players betting the cards they hold on every flop, maybe some device that would allow voice activation that would be written in files on each player! Stats are good for review of hands and how they were played, but you,re giving away a lot to the table, when you lose focus on the game to record players moves during the game!! Love the function of bankroll and tracking wins and losses. Very helpful in knowing what type of game I'm playing in relation to win or loss. Keep getting better and you'll get that 5 star rating.

Great app. I suggest you buy all functions at once, because as you start using it you'll find you want most all of them as time goes on anyway and it seems more expensive to buy them piecemeal like they want you to. That, coupled with imperfect navigation (i.e., organization of the various features is not very intuitive), is why it loses a star. Otherwise it's extremely useful for bankroll management.

More than an income tracker!. With its hand-by-hand record keeping screen to its individual player notes this app is more than just an income tracker. Now, on top of being able to graphically see my bankroll over various timeframes and venues I'm also able to study how my opponents are playing.

Just download the app. Good app download and try it out. App will keep ur Cash Flow.

Overall good, but.... Overall, this is a good app and a good stat and income tracker, however one bug makes it very frustrating for me. I can make separate bankrolls, which is good, as I have separate money accounts designated for online play, home play, etc. But no matter which bankroll I lock in to each location, the money alway comes out of the "default" or original bankroll. I had set up my home play bankroll first, and when I log an online game (even though I have the online games tied to the online bankroll I created) the profits/losses get added to/deducted from the home play bankroll. That needs to be fixed.

Not bad but not enough for serious needs. Tracks basic stats and gives you highlevel results of your bankroll. However, to make this truly useful, this app needs reports and charts to help define trends and analyze results. Also, a mechanism to count hands played would be nice (i.e. every time you play a hand, allow a counter to increment). That way, you can get hands played/hour, $/hands played, etc.

Looks like the app is not supported. Their site is outdated, you cannot signup to restore your data, and emails are not supposed to be answered. Usable only on one device probably.

Great App, Better Developer who responded to my complaint.. When I first tried this app, there was no decimal key. So it was useless for online poker, there was no way to add a $3.30 buy in. I emailed the developer to point this out. They got back to me right away, thanked me for the idea, and followed up several times as they went through the process of getting the change into the app store. Now its here. Download the free version to try it out and then get one of the paid version to remove the limits. Other developers out there, take notes, this is how its done.

Fantastic little, easy to use program.. Please add minutes to the Hours (summary). Showing 1hr when its really 1hr 13 mins is not good. This will be easy to add. I love the two buttons for START and END. (You do NOT have to enter in/out TIMES - it does it for you). I used to use the (built-in) NOTES app but this is so much better. I'd like a ONE BUTTON EMAIL THIS SESSION - that would be great. I like the way you can pause it when you are on break too. Get this while you still can! A steal for free! Thanks guys!

60/40. Good app, but needs some fine tuning. It lost my notes on hands that I recorded several times. Also needs better instructions. I still don't know how to bring a new player into the seat of a player that just quit table. Probably should take into consideration that we're playing live cash now instead on Internet. Overall great for tracking bankroll and casinos. Ok for tracking players.

Keys of being a successful poker player starts by keeping track of your wins or loses! And the reports with the filters are a great way to analyze your game, like how many hours shall you play? What days and times of the day were you are the most productive, and casinos. Get it now!

Indispensable. I honestly think this app is responsible for me being a winning live poker player. I treat it like a game and don't want to mess up my score (overall profit) so I always play my best. It's easy enough to navigate but I give it 4 stars and not 5 because the interface isn't perfect and has some flaws and blemishes. I never play live poker without it though. Ever. I've even driven home to get my phone multiple times to get it.

Great Poker App. I use this every day. I play 30 to 40 hours a week and this helps me to keep track of how I'm doing. It has a lot of programs inside the app to help distinguish essential details such as where you play, your play status specific to certain locations, your hourly rates and different places and overall. You can input tips and food and other expenses and make notes about each session. It has a tournament program too but unfortunately for this review I've never used it as I am a cash game player.

Deleted my sessions. Deleted my sessions when I went to review.

Not worth the money.... Interface is complicated and you end up wasting most of the alleged features. Also, can't find a current streak feature. Not aesthetically appealing at all. Clunky and difficult to use. There is no simple way to see the stats that are most important all at once. Epic fail there. Also, you have to pay for all the additional features separately. That makes this app entirely overpriced. Bottom line: it's okay if all you want to do is track your overall bankroll and if you don't mind that it looks sloppy and confusing. If you want something more professional, user friendly, visually appealing, clean and well priced, go with Poker Journal.

Excellent program. Does everything you need. Poker Journal might be a little easier to use, but this is more comprehensive. I do wish it would give an ongoing count of the number of games played; also wish it would notate the finishing place on the main tournament screen. Other than that it's perfect.

More than you need.. This app is great for allowing you to track your income in a great number of categories. I like how it shows me profit/loss by day of the week, month, game and location, as well as being able to give me the details on any session I have entered. If you are serious about playing cards for money, you need this app!
