They messed up everything. Worst ever, the updated version is terrible. How did you mange to come up with more slower and complicated app?

Too expensive. Was the best bank so far but nowadays transfer fees, credit card membership payments are very expensive for example for to make a money transfer through EFT it costs around 6.5 TL which makes around 10 USD even it doesn't matter if you transfer 1 USD or 1 Turkish lira .maybe it is because of the Turkish economy started to collapse and probably is going to face a total economic crash. Unfortunately, even streets are not safe anymore.

Regarding to recent app updates. App used to be very user friendly. However latest updates made it horrible!! Please go back the way it was!!

Good bank horrible app. It is impossible to reactivate this app when you change your phone. They never thought that someone might’ve been outside Turkey and change the phone while this app is installed? I changed my phone in September 2021 and many emails with no results except asking me to go to Turkey in a branch. CREATED MANY TROUBLE TICKETS WITH NO ANSWER. Very frustrating and damaging as I cannot make any transaction on app or online. I will most definitely change bank when I travel to Turkey.

Exceptional App. is Bank Mobile App is incredible user friendly, very easy understandable and to the point right selected features and information. I enjoy every time I have to do online banking when doing it with Is Bank. Bravissimo!

Very bad UI, not user friendly. Yes it is JUST working.. Terrible UI design, can even be a material for mobile application lectures to show what should not be done! Not user friendly at all. Bad menu designs. Even the error messages includes error codes instead of proper explanation of the issue. Way below my expectation and competitors...

Great app. Just TouchID/FaceID is missing. TouchID/FaceID is really missing for easy logging in. Everything else is perfect.

Please read this review’. The application is becoming very complicated! After each update, please try to put the important transactions on the home page.. Like transferring money, withdraws, changing currencies and so on that goes for the daily actions.

Too many messages. This app sends too many unnecessary messages.

Awkward and buggy. Logging in is cumbersome, long winded and unreliable. There are too many steps and different codes, and there are bugs whereby codes are automatically reset unexpectedly. Please just implement FaceID like any other bank

Great App but dysfunctional. I was going along fine with all features working and now I have to go to the bank to pay a bill. It very frustrating as even the tellers don’t know why my app won’t send money to some accounts or not pay bills to others (even though I’ve sent to those accounts previously). It may be an App update issue but whatever it is, this App has become way less convenient.

Confirmation w Application. There should be an option available to confirm online purchases through the app instead of sending confirmation messages to a cell phone.

nice, but security "enhancements" may not be. the app does not allow me (afaict) to use a password manager to in PIN, anahtar, etc. thus, i need to find those values (i'm not good at remembering), which exposes me to a peeping Tom, then type in those values, again an exposure. (the web site has a similar philosophy, not seemingly allowing a password to be pasted into the appropriate field.) i assume these restrictions are to enhance the app's security. but, imho, the effect is the reverse.

Good banking App. The app is pretty good for a traditional banking App. It’s not too far from the super agile Fintech apps. I wish we could exchange from different currencies and metals without having to convert to YTL first. Should incorporate cryptocurrencies as well.

Not good anymore. The app used to be good , not anymore everything is bugging shows my net worth 0 . I tried deleting app and downloading again it had all same issues. Theres always a technical problem. Also it stated that my monthly spending has been 80k which is not true on my husbands app he has the same issue . The app has become very insufficient and unreliable. Also theres no live customer service and no one speaks english when they call.

Cant find debit card option. I only see it when opening a new account, and that too met with error so I have to open a new account again and again to access the debit card option.

Complaint. As a lawyer and associate professor of law I was really shocked to realize that my account has been suspended or blocked without any prior written notice. It is more regretful that the only reason for this is my nationality. It means only discrimination

Useful. So far so good! Most of the features help but there are still things that need me go the branch like western union etc. I should be able yo do it easily at least by telephone banking.

The most unstable banking app. Yes it has a lot features, if those features work... I keep getting “There was a technical problem, There was an unexpected problem” errors in different screens, sometimes I can never log in where the loading animation is stuck, it loads infinitely. I really miss the other banks, I thought that switching to this bank was going to be great.

It does not work. I successfully logged in but when I choose to use this phone option it crashed. I just need to complete a transaction. I updated the app.

İşCep, 3g 3.0'da çalışmıyor, acil yenileme lütfen!. 3g 2.2'de çalışırken fena sayılmayacak bir uygulama, ancak acilen 3.0'da çalışan versiyonuna ihtiyaç var. Birkaç kolaylaştırıcı düzenleme de makbule geçer. Programın yazarlarına İ-anahtar uygulamasını da düşünmeleri tavsiye olunur, tabii İşbank'tan İ-anahtarın simülasyon bilgilerini alabilirlerse. İ-anahtarın güvenliğini uygulama halinde pakentleyebilirlerse çok kullanışlı olacaktır. Şu anda herkes 3.0'a hücum ettiğine göre İşCep'in yeni versiyonu çıkana kadar tümüyle işe yaramazlar arasında kalmaya mahkum görünüyor.

Why?. Nice app - even though it may confuse the user at times. The user interface is not very intuitive! There are transactions that can be done using browser that are not possible with the mobile app i.e. Foreign currency conversion/transfer funds to TL account! Also; I think that the Western Union part doesn’t work outside regular business hours but I am not sure! It happened several time to me! Error message doesn’t provide the cause.

Berbat ettiler. En son Kasım 26 yenilemesi ile çok güç kullanılan berbat bir uygulama oldu, Daha önceki hali iyi idi. Latest update of November 26 just screwed up the app, making it the most unfriendly bank app in Turkey. It is a shame!

Foreign number security codes. Isbank doesn’t work with foreign numbers

not working. the app is not working, so you do not know what happens in your account, your money, savings etc. and there is no way to access customer service or any other department for help. stay away.

Nice Mobile Banking - with some little lacknesses. This is a nice and complete E-banking Series, Mobile Banking application. I'm happy to have account in İŞ BANKASI. The only thing that I feel it's needed to be added is "awaiting approval transactions" list or "bakleyen odemeler" of Credit Cards which I check a lot.

Application crash on foreign currency page. The application works fine, but it crashes ever time i try to reach the foreign currency prices and rates page. Tried it on a different device still the same problem. Hope to solve it soon as its very important.

Activities. It is a puzzle to fund my account activities.

No English but still Good. When I have any problem about my credit card or when I Want to send money or get money without card , great for them.

Foreign currency exchange issues. Cannot exchange any foreign currency from the iscep app. Cannot buy or sell dollars.

Practical App.. Practical, simple, clean and beautiful app.

Finally, a decent application interface.. Still needs some improvements about user experience but api is way better then before. Good effort.

New UI/UX Design is horrible. Previous design was a great example on how to do it right. The new designer is clueless though.

Perfect Features. The design of app it's really great and easy to use. Also entering your customer password by using finger print is awesome.
