Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24-hours before the end of the subscription. Your renewal price will remain the same as your original annual subscription price.

I really was a skeptic, but seeing the food you eat add up to calories really helps control it. You find yourself exercising to reduce your daily calories, or just refusing that snack because it will put you over the top. At the same time, I have learned to eat foods that fill you up without adding calories...mostly veggies. They really fill you up for pennies on the dollar so to speak.
I have enjoyed using this app - tracking foods is easy including the ability to scan items. Appreciate the update on goal progression.
I set up my free account 11-9-16 to lose 1 lb/week starting at 145 lbs. I followed the calorie budget of 1450 calories per day and met my goal weight of 125 lbs 3-12-17. I made sure to log foods with most/all nutritional information filled out. I would often verify the nutritional information of the food I added to my log. The free version Lose It! offers a fat/protein/carb pie chart. The pie chart played a significant role in what I planned to eat for that day. I would try to end the day with the pie chart showing equal parts fat, protein, and carbs (visually, not equal in grams). I logged as accurately as a could, even the days I went over budget. I did not have a set exercise routine. Although I used the Apple Watch to try to meet the daily step goal of 8000. I noticed over time Lose It! would reduce my daily calorie budget. Since I was losing 1 lb/week if not more at the initial calorie budget of 1450, I did not see a need to reduce the budget. So I would adjust the daily calorie budget under the goals tab and add bad the calories the app automatically took away. I actually started at 148 lbs and am now at 123 lbs. I am continuing the program to maintain my current weight at 1850 calories per day. Have maintained my goal weight for over 2 months now. Thanks Lose It!

Feature request: I wanted to track some of my health features to see if it's related to my health, for example, set a USER CUSTOMIZED GOAL, like 'happiness', 'headache', 'productivity'. This would be very helpful for people with some minor wellness problem such as migraine or arthritis. _____________ Great record daily food is awesome. However; navigation through functions in the app is not user-friendly. For example, 'record weight' is in 'goal tab', while record food is log tab, 'my day' is not the 'log' tab, but another tab. And exercise tab is along with 'me' tab and every day nutrition is in 'me' tab, while 'my day' tab can navigation through days? In summary, UI functions and navigation in this app is poorly designed. Very confusing for me. lots of overlap functions and redundancy. All user need is RECORD, ANALYSIS. Please be NEAT!!! App designer should really rethink how to organize functions.
I continue to get connection errors when viewing insights. Locating anything in the "me" tab is sluggish. Please please please fix!!!!!!

Recent update broke app from acquiring exercise data from Apple Watch.
I don't mind the adds on the app, I realize the need to monetize your work. However is it really necessary to display a popup for the premium service every day! I know premium is available and I feel there is value for me I'll subscribe.

I got this app after several months of going to the gym. I decided I needed to track what I was eating. I stumbled on this app with the intention of using it as a food journal. When I set up my profile it said I needed to lose 15 pounds! I was shocked! I decided to take it up and try to actually lose the weight. Nine months later I did. The app was great for helping me make wise food choices. The database is pretty extensive. Just being more aware of calorie content was super helpful. It also picked up my exercise calorie count from my Apple Watch which was very simple. It has truly changed my life and I recommend it to my friends whether they are trying to lose weight or not. My son who is 17 uses it to make sure he is getting enough calories. It's a great app.
Ive tried dozens of diets and methods. The only things that has worked is this and juicing (which is too hard on my body anymore).
The search for friends or groups don't function at all. A lot of options that should work even with the free version is malfunctioning or just not there.
This app helped me lose 35 pounds and keep them off. I absolutely love it, it's easy and it syncs to my iWatch to automatically record my exercise. It also helps you to eat right and not 'diet', which never is sustainable. I would definitely recommend this to everyone!!!!
