Good App. very impressed about how quick this app utilizes the OpenAI API, the app itself is very sleek and easy to use also.

Fast, multi-device, and inexpensive (comparatively). This developer did everything right in making this a native app. They have to charge a subscription (API access) and this one is very reasonably priced. It’s also very fast.

Use my own API Token. I already have an API Token that I pay for. Would be nice to use... Sure, most people won't know to/how to bother with such... you'll make margins... and you're sitting in between all the requests anyway... so why not have an option to bring your own tokens?

Powerful functionality, great developer.. The app is now mature and AMAZING! Thanks @Mogens, love your work. I use it everyday, it is convenient and powerful. I left a critical review some months ago, pointing out some bugs and features I would like to see implemented. Mogens, the developer, has addressed them and fixed all bugs :) I have removed my previous review and replaced it with this one.

Begs for rating. Just opened app, did not even get a chance to see interface and the app immediately asks for rating.

Great...when it works.. I've been trying to use it to work on code for a personal project for the last couple months and it constantly puts me in time out or something where it stops responding. Sometimes itll start replying again after a few hours and a gentle nudge to continue but its not always. I'm supposed to get 1 million words on my paid plan but i struggle to hit even a quarter of that with how it decides to stop replying constantly.

Extremely slow. I have MagicChat for seven months now it’s moving extremely slow.

Amazing app!1. App does a great job in many areas of helping me to complete complex writing tasks. This app does a great job writing task. In helping to expand and add detailed information. All writings are saved or you can delete. It does a great job following multiple prompts on same subject. I highly recommend this,

No upgrade to ChatGPT 4. I bought the previous “version” of the product not even 2 weeks ago. I got the update to ChatGPT-4 but there is no way for me to upgrade to that version other than dropping $120 on it for the yearly sub. I don’t pretend the Dev to give me a discount other than counting what I paid and let me pay the difference. That would be reasonable. So for now I’ll drop this to 1 star because I hate these shady practices.

Allows me to go straight to the AI. I am using this app on all my Apple devices and love the direct access to ChatAI. Developer is responsive and already has implemented one of my suggestions. This is the first subscription I have felt was actually worth having.

Wonderful Potential. I've been playing around with different ChatGPT clients and options, even going so far as to try ChatGPT Plus. Out of all of them, I currently see the most potential for my money with this app. It is a joy to use, and it is a comfort to look at Reddit and see this is actively being developed and new features are being thought of. Great experience so far, potential to be fantastic.

Really cool app. Makes it easy to access CGPT.. I think it's pretty awesome to have this app share the conversations across all of my Apple devices. It has a nicer interface than the website. Little steep, and I wish it had something to it that really blew me away, but I can't complain, it is pretty great at what it does. There might be some shortcuts that work a little more integrated with the OS, but they take configuring and I'm lazy.

One question and a paywall.. Asked one question, received about 1000 characters of information and then I asked another question. Paywall. You may not pass.

Works great until things get long. On Mac, the app works pretty well for small-medium sized prompts in the 100-200 word range, but once things go beyond that, the app slows to a crawl, becomes practically unusable, and causes my SOC to reach temperatures upwards of 90 degrees C, which is something I have never seen anything do to my M1 Macbook since launch besides things where that is expected such as gaming or benchmarking. I wish I could love this app as it is so well made, but it is not useable for my work.

Very nice and easy to use UI - and huge savings over the ChatGPT subscription. Very clean interface, and super fast responses. Love the "copy" button. And just $30/year, compared to $20/month: it's a no brainer.

Works Great, Fast, Natively and Dev is responsive. I like the idea of having a stand alone native Apple Swift OpenAI ChatGPT app for doing queries and this fills the bill nicesly. It is my first subscription in fact, but is quite cheap and works on all three of my Apple devices for the one cost. I have already asked a question and made a suggestion to the developer for a future improvement and they were quick to respond.

Extremely Overpriced, Low Value, Poor Performance. 1. Not nearly enough credits for the asking price - the creator has a very greedy profit margin 2. Does not work properly - GPT is prompted not to answer questions outside of the provided PDFs if you provide one, making it far less useful for its intended purpose

It doesn't do what it claims. I am writing a thesis and wanted to find a PDF chat solution that could deal with multiple PDF files simultaneously. This apparently did, so I downloaded it. I uploaded four papers, and asked it a question. I needed to pay the $8 to try it out. So I did. It could only talk about the last paper I uploaded. So it doesn't interrogate multiple PDFs as it claims. I just wasted 8 bucks. Oh well, I hope you don't.
