Perfect. This app is perfect to create a quiz, invite people to a party, register for something, and to just simply have fun with friends. I personally use it for all and it is perfect. Me and my family and friends have so much fun testing each other and seeing what everyone has to say! Please give it a shot!

Extremely helpful!!. This app is incredibly user friendly! Many premade templates and of course there’s the option to start with a blank slate and create your own.

Best App. Forms was the last app to launch for Google but it has been amazing now that it’s here. In 5 minutes I can create and email my staff a survey.

Can’t even save my form…... I hate to leave bad reviews but I literally cannot even save my form and I keep getting a message that says “Displayed text cannot contain new lines” when I try to save. But doesn’t tell me exactly what that means or what I need to even fix. And I can’t reach out to support without leaving the page which would delete my form entirely. This rendered the app useless for me.

Works perfectly. Everytime I use FORMS, it allows me to do just what I want to do, even without having to pay.

Doesn’t notify me. I have notifications turned on both via email and push notifications for when my forms are filled out, as I use them for clients of my dog training business. However, I never get notified. I have to constantly go open the app to check for myself. It’s made me reply at a much slower rate than I’d prefer. Sometimes even took a day or two for me to reply because I hadn’t opened the app to look for myself. Needs to be fixed.

Can Delete Your Folders -Has Access to All of Them. I thought was was removing folders I didn't want the app to have access to but turns out I deleted all my folders. I had to then re-add them and when I checked Google Drive they were all in disarray (it completely disorganized my folder structure). It’s scary because this a foreign company (I’m in the U.S. and the app has the power to delete my data).

I’m just trying my luck with this and it doesn’t look too much different to what you guys did in this situation I don’t want it being the end all of us are just doing what I think it will look better and better for you to have it done so that way I know you have to get your money out to make the right amount so you have the best of it so that I know

Highly upset. I updated my form question and after doing so I lost all of my contacts and valuable information for my clients. Now, I’m being told there is no way to retrieve the information. Also, there is no way to copy the form response in the app. I have to either screenshot and copy or manually type information. If it wasn’t for this, I’d love the app, but now that I can’t get assistance in retrieving information, I’m looking for another way to track client information. Upset iOS user

Great App, Easy to use. I do a lot of events and I need a quick way to get things to the people I need to get them to and Google Forms always get the job done!

Scam. I cannot believe Apple let this trash onto the App Store. They make it look identical to the actual Google App but it is not. I didn’t realize it was a third party until I’d installed and logged in with my Google account (which gave them access to my Google drive!) and they started pestering me with prompts to upgrade to a paid plan. Couldn’t uninstall fast enough. Don’t fall for it!

Google form experience/suggestion for Google. I like the app but for the cost seems inflated. Everyone knows Google is using its brand and the lifetime price to squeeze all the worth it can out of its forms. If they were smart they would create a creator subscription model and in my opinion instead of the traditional pyramid structure they have the value be built into an etf or transaction backed crypto coin that builds value the more transactions it processes and or the more creators that create through their platform building our processes since they already have the market share would solidify their position long term since ai eliminates their ability to maintain brand dominance on the ever changing economic tech landscape. Focus on extreme interface changes . Simplify layout to necessities only as the beginning of everyones learning experience and exposure. Spend less time just rolling features out as soon as the LLM become available to compete and think long term here. Focus & foster the experience being entirely about creation . We collectively need to make every individual a creator in order to create a new economic structure to replace the old one. In the near future ahead we have a huge decision to make collectively being do we want the new economy to be a purely consumer economy or do we want a creator economy?

Frustrating and a step back. I used to create Google forms directly on Google drive. It was quite easy to connect these forms to my organization’s webpage for people to fill out. Now, this stupid app requires someone who wants to fill out the form to download this app first. Additionally, this app charges you for features that are free directly on Google. It’s a waste.

The membership is so weird.. The smallest things, like shortening the link or even REFRESHING? is membership. So weird. Why do I need to pay to refresh? Even customizing is needed to be paid with membership. The app works well, but I can’t make my form look good or do simple things without needing to pay membership.

I have to pay for features that are free on my pc?. I would expect there to be limitations in the app compared to the website, but making people pay a subscription for stuff that's free on the website is crazy. I can't even change the color of my form on the app without paying? That's free on my computer! This is really just the worse, more expensive version of google forms. It does work ALMOST as well though, so I guess I can't complain that much.

Dumb Subscription Plan. I accidentally subscribed to the premium annual plan costing $40 because the app designed the payment option to look like a continue button. It’s ridiculously convoluted to cancel the subscription. I’m currently calling customer service because the app doesn’t have a simple “cancel subscription” option in the setting.

Awful Pricing. Not only is their subscription model incredibly expensive, but they go out of their way to make your experience miserable if you don’t give them what they want. The form creating was fine, it was just ruined by Google’s greed.

Endless possibilities. I haven’t even used it yet and already have a few ideas to help my business

Awesome!. This app is really accurate to Google Forms and even saves between the website! Since Google can’t put Forms as an app, this really helps!

Annoying Membership Pop-up. The app itself is good but it has an annoying pop-up to pay for a membership every single time it’s opened. You would think after the 20th decline Google would learn that I’m not signing up and stop.

Wish I would’ve found this soon. I’m a health and fitness coach and I use surveys quite a bit to get information from my clients. This took me less than five minutes. I wish I had known about it sooner.!

This app is unusable. I was using this app to see all the responses to a google form I made in one place. But the ads literally made it unusable. I would open the app , go to the form, and hit “responses” and every time I did that it would open the App Store for some mobile game or bank app , and when I would leave the App Store to go back to this app it would just open the App Store again. Because of this the app was literally unusable and I deleted it within an hour of its download

Amazing. I use this app for my babysitting stuff. It’s so great to organize everything. I use it with my family for things to! I love it so much!

Great free resource. As a small business, who does not have the capital to pay for all of the subscription, it’s nice to have this free resource to get started

My first review because wow!. The app wouldn’t let me delete individual responses, I contacted customer service, and within three days they fixed that issue. Now I can use the app perfectly for my business. That’s crazy good customer service!

Google forms is easy to use and efficient. Love the features. Easy to use and share with people for whatever project or task needed.

Doesn’t really work. Sometimes people can fill it out, sometimes they can’t. Or sometimes they can fill it out but you can’t see the responses. I hit “accept responses” but it seems that every time I go to check it again it’s always flipped the other way even though I JUST turned it on. I’ve used Google forms in the past to plan for availability for some people, until now when I was relying on it to plan with a group about 35. Not a single person can fill it out. I’ve tried everything from switching accounts to sending in different forms clicking button and switches. Nothing works. It has a huge potential yet it’s way too unreliable for it to actually work. Oh also EVERY step of the way you’ll be met with a pop up to “buy the premium”. And you have to wait for the x to pop up which after seeing the screen for the 26th time really adds up. Why would I pay $50 for something I use twice a year. Would not recommend.

Amazing for my students. As a teacher I find this app amazing! It is perfect for making quizzes for my students and I would recommend! Great for teaching kids respect!!!!!!

The app. The app is super helpful when it comes to my work, but there are so many ads and I can’t find a way to turn them off. So before you get the app, consider this, you will get your work done, but you will have to sit through a ton of ads.

The Most Useless Google App There Is. EVERY time you open it, you get a 5-second ad for the upgraded version—which the fact there even is an upgraded version is stupid in itself. Then you can only refresh your form every 15 minutes; if you want to refresh whenever, you have to upgrade. And then it’s not compatible with the desktop version: I publish my forms on the website, check in on the app because people are saying they can’t access it, and it’s not published! On top of that, “publishing” and “accepting responses” still isn’t enough for people to have access. No, on the app, you have to check that everyone with the link can access it. I’ll stick with the free desktop version that actually works, thanks.

Researcher. It is too powerful for the assessment and easy to use through mobile version, even though it is non-premium version.

The most irritating app I have ever downloaded. This app is horrible. All they want is money. Every time I open the app, an annoying screen asking me to get a ridiculously priced membership shows up. What makes it worse is that the X button to close out of the advertisement does not show up until a few seconds later. Additionally, this app only lets you refresh every 15 minutes unless you purchase the overpriced membership, which makes it extremely stressful to use. I was very disappointed by this app because it is so much more difficult to use than the website. I feel mislead and betrayed by Google. This app is the epitome of corporate greed.

Google Docs knock off. Horrible app do not fall for it even though you may type in Google Docs, this is the first app that appears and actually says document for Google, but come to find out that it is not a Google product and it will just automatically charge you a monthly fee which Google Docs is free. It doesn’t even work correctly on the iPhone to me it’s a knock off word play scam and they should not be allowed to use the Google name at all in the title or description. It’s meant to be deceptive. false advertising period !!! Most extensions are free if you have an account some are paid for but this is not created by Google. I checked the company out and it doesn’t even have a name you can read unless you read Chinese it was purposely creating and designed to catfish people into thinking it’s the legit Google Docs, don’t fall for it scroll further down find the real deal . You live you learn hope this helps someone not loose $50

Great Google form app. I thought this was a app created by Google, but realize it was by another developer. I found it to be very intuitive and worked very well.

Limited. First complaint, no one is available until “Sunday” to help? My cc email is incorrect and I need to change it to the email that is on the app. Why is it even another email. I use an iPad and when clicking on certain options it changes from horizontal to vertical. Not user friendly.

Ehhh…. I like this app. It’s nice…sort of. I saw a review that said it was trying to get my gmail password which I don’t exactly believe but I’m still cautious about that. I like the app because you can make a bunch of little quizzes for friends, family game nights, etc. But what I do not like is that after almost every minute you get an add from google. I get these so often that it wastes so much time of the creation of my little quizzes and it’s quite annoying. Overall it’s a good app. But please fix the annoying ads.

Stop the ad chicanery. The amount and frequency of ads on this app is abhorrent. 30 second unskippable adds every 2-3 minutes. I even pay for Google cloud and that gets me nothing. No ads on the computer platform, why only in the app? Google docs, sheets, photos don’t have ads. They completely disrupt any flow and make it impossible to use.

Effective. I am able to see what my audience/customers really think and feel about my services.

I’m having fun wit it. I’m making a form for my ex seeing if he wants to get back with me but I did it using the quiz option and I’ve been giggling the entire time but I’m also nervous pray for me <3

Okay…. All the other apps (Google Docs, Google Charts, and Google Slides) all work the same as on a Chromebook or laptop. Not this app. It’s hard to control, and I can’t figure anything out. Is this the wrong app? Or is this supposed to be like the laptop version?

I hate it after 5 minutes using it.. The keyboard Disappears every time you scroll the content of the form, and there are many adds. I thought forms used to be better. But I hate it now and will delete it.

Do not download. This is a copy of the google forms app designed to make money off you by showing ads every minute. It becomes very annoying very quickly and is also missing features from the original app.

Scam. Absolute scam. The membership is literally $80, just to get the same features and functions you can for google forms. I downloaded this one thinking it was actually google forms but turns out its an absolute stupid app that just wants to get money off of you. I got the subscription only for the free trial, to finish one of my assessments since it would not let me REFRESH until every 15 mins. BUT I GOT CHARGED????? 80 BUCKS. I asked for a refund and they said I can not get one and that the decision was final. They didn’t give me a reason and now I don’t even know how to contact them.

Sideways. Just downloaded the app on my ipad, and it only shows in portrait view. I use a keyboard, so I need it in landscape view. Why the problem?

Fake and Dangerous. I might just be a total idiot, but I was successfully conned into believing this was a real Google app. Do not trust it, do not give it permission to access anything.

Bad app. You’re better off using it in browser unless you’re just checking responses. It’s basically useless for formatting, and you can’t chose the order of anything …

Difficulty with editing. It’s very hard for me to edit my form. On pc it’s easy but on mobile is hard, I don’t even know what to do now it’s too difficult.

30 secs ad every 10 mins ruins the app's usibility. It's impossible to get a form designed with the 30 secs chrome pop ads interrupting every 10 minutes. Worst...I've already downloaded Chrome.

my freaking form. my form will not and i mean not create, i have tried like 4-5 times and it just says “request failed. unauthorized (401)” and its very annoying, just let me do my freaking form. do better.

Convenient. It’s a handy little app which does everything you need to do with a Google form. Does what it’s supposed to without any glitches so far. I’m on the free version and like it a lot.

Rip off. You can only do bear bones forms with this without paying and I don’t feel comfortable giving it my google account whenever I could just go into my web browser and open google forms website for free with everything. Please avoid this waste of Storage, Time , And money.

It’s just ads not an app. I just downloaded this app to create a few forms without looking at the reviews. Big mistake! The app has tons of ads, I can’t get any work done because every minute or two I get hit with ads right in the middle of work! Don’t use this app! I deleted it within minutes of using it.

Forms App. I love this app! I paid one price and will use it for a lifetime! It has been so beneficial for my business as I create custom graduation attire.

It’s very good. I really like the app, but it’s a little hard to use at first. I didn’t know how to send a form to someone, but I figured it out. Other than that, it’s great! :)

Dynamic Capabilities Based Upon Answers. Wish you could go to a specific question based upon a previous response to a prior question and not just to a new section of the form.

I didn’t apply for the subscription and the same may happen to you, DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Download the official Google Drive, the Google Forms app doesn’t even exist, just this fake one.

HORRIBLE. I’m not sure if there’s been an update or not, but I HATE using Goggle Forms now. Most of my clients ask for pictures to be included on their forms which is no problem, but now you’re required to upload them by a certain size. That sizing looks HORRIBLE on these forms! I now have to find another platform to service my clients!

Super easy. Parents love this option when I need info!

Way too many ads. Works great for 3 days and then all of a sudden free trial ends and the app is basically unuseable. You have to watch a bunch of ads or pay money to use it. The ad- version is very frustrating. Leads you to ad links even when you didn’t tap on anything.

Horrible and confusing. So bad. Every time you make changes in the settings then it takes like 5 seconds to update. Then at one point they randomly asked me to sign in through my google acc and then when i tried to sign in it didnt work like wth. Computer online version much better

It’s great, Really!. But it’s not very clear on how to post quizzes, Or how to add options, And why do we need subscriptions to do certain things? It confuses me, But other than that (I think) it’s great

Access on an iPad or phone is terrible. If you work directly from an iPad, this app is not the answer. Half the time I cannot see content or the form comes up incorrectly. Often times it doesn’t even register as a form at all when trying to update.
