Upper Body
Our BootCamp dedicated to the muscles of the upper body. Light weights to tone your muscles, heavy weights to develop them, choose according to your goals. Pectorals, biceps, triceps, back, shoulders, Upper Body is a must in your weekly routine.

Lower Body
Our BootCamp dedicated to the muscles of the lower body. Build leg strength, toning your glutes and, depending on your goals, refining or developing your legs.
