Magic Chef. This game deserves 0 stars, so consider it 0 stars from me. It is poorly designed. It gets your attention and makes you want to play, but the minute you get into it and start to learn how to get the items you need, it throws you into an ad, some of which often freezes your phone, then when you finally get back to the game your time is up on the customer you are trying to serve. As far as competition, that is an absolute joke, because you run out of places to put the items and once you finally clear an area, you either run out of energy, or time. They don’t seem to have a way for you to get enough energy to play without spending real money. It should not be listed at a free app in the Apple store, because they really don’t want you to play unless you give money.

Be prepared to wait…and wait…and wait…an... The premise of the game is to merge items to create orders for the customers to gain money to furnish your restaurants. There are WAY too many bugs in the game as it often freezes and why should I pay not to see a multitude of ads(ridiculous charge).?Work that out with your sponsors, developers! If you don’t want to spend your money on storage, work to the customer want list at each level 1or 2 at a time. Save your spaces for appliance parts to assemble the different appliances (fridge, bread oven, seafood tank, etc.), you’ll need it. Good game all in all, just a ton of waiting for the downloads and having to wade thru all the ads…3/10

Has too much potential. To be this bad of a game. To start off with the ads and pop ups are beyond ridiculous to the point you almost don’t want to play or spend money to get rid of it. Then they take up most of your board for extra items that can only be bought with gems(more $$$). Not to mention the game still has tons of glitches that are obviously a priority to fix. This game could be fantastic and they should probably take some notes from merge mansion, as that game really has it down pat! There are too many of these for the greed that’s blatantly behind this one.

Super annoying. OK, I think it’s a really fun matching game with cool graphics, but you can’t follow the mish mash storyline, and with so few strategy instructions, you keep having to keep delete the game and start over from scratch because you run out of space not knowing how to play the game or because you missed part of the storyline. There’s no warning that the characters are going to start talking to each other, and there’s no control over what the characters are saying and you can’t go back to the story. I think this is probably my seventh download. You get to about level 30 and you can’t even make anything anymore because the board is so full of useless generators. The timers on the generators are way too short, so you play the mini games, but you can’t win the mini games because there’s no instructions on where to find anything, and you don’t get anything you really need because all the parts you need are given in requested orders. The freaking ads and pop ups are so annoying as well. If I liked the game enough, I would pay to get rid of the ads, but at this point it’s just too freaking annoying to spend money on. Could’ve been a fun game, but it’s not in the end. Just super annoying.

Great idea terrible execution. Fun idea for a game that is ruined by a nonsensical, and difficult to follow storyline. There are no clear instructions other than to merge then you realize you need to really think it through because the space on the board gets filled up with junk fairly quickly. If you are going to limit moves based on a timer then why do you also apply a timer to some of the customers? And the timed customers usually want advanced merged items that you haven’t gotten to yet. Great idea, terrible execution. And really? Since the last update the floating bubbles become coins instead of energy? Full well knowing the coins are useless to being able to actually play the game? Ugh such an obvious money grab move.

glitchy game and takes away progress/generators randomly. This game is VERY glitchy. When I first downloaded it, it would freeze up my entire phone. I constantly had to force close it and even that was an issue and would take a long time to do. The game is so slow to play. Not even fun for passing time because the items you need to play the game like the energy levels and the items that provide items to merge take forever to reload for "free" and it's very expensive if you spend actual money. Also the ads are frequent unless you pay to get rid of those too. I updated the game and it randomly took my progress and items away in game that I had worked so hard for and I reached out to the developers TWICE for help and at two different places and they completely ignored me. I still have yet to even get a "wait for a response" response. HORRIBLE customer service so please be aware before downloading this game.

Too many angry customers. I got as far as level 9, I think, before dropping the game. Five angry customers a day wanting foods that took too long to generate was not fun. Of course, this is to get you to spend money. I did buy one piggy bank, but speeding up an item only lets it put out two items, not what it would normally produce, so I’d have been paying steeply to get the items in demand. Then you piggyback a thief on another board, and it’s no longer fun or relaxing. Maybe it gets better on higher levels, but I’m not sticking around to find out.

Too many USELESS items. BEWARE, this game just wants your money😡I love this game, HOWEVER, it generates TOO MANY USELESS items that you can’t delete or sell, so they take up board space until you have NONE LEFT, hence cannot continue with the game unless you want to fork over lots of dollars. EVERY TIME you spend gems you’ve earned on adding a new board space, the cost of adding another one soars outrageously into the hundreds making it impossible to continue adding spaces, to store items your stuck with, without spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars, which I refuse to do. They NEED to fix this game so useless items, for example, plants that are accrued VERY quickly into a amount upwards of 20 can be deleted or sold. (There are PLENTY of other items you earn and accrue that your stuck with). Otherwise the small boards are filled up with useless items and you cannot properly play the game. Actually you CANNOT play the game at all once your board is filled up. Developers….you REALLY NEED TO TAKE NOTE of what we are saying.

Fun but frustrating. I have been playing this game for a long time. It’s fun, but frustrating for many reasons. You have to watch an ad after just a few merges. While appreciate the opportunity to get more energy by watching an ad, the amount of ads you are forced to watch is insane. The board gets filled up extremely quickly. I’ve learned how to get items back up to the overflow section on top of the board, but with the boards that are only around for 9 days, it’s so incredibly frustrating when you’re trying to get the items you’ve earned (chests, energy, experience, items) transferred over to your main board or to the overflow before time runs out. I can’t count how many times I’ve lost everything or almost everything because I was working on finishing up orders to clear as much of the board as I could, to earn as much prizes or get as much energy or experience from the board before it ends and end up miscalculating time and lose it when changing boards. SO FRUSTRATING!! Why can’t you just have the items that didn’t belong to that board just automatically go to your overflow so you don’t lose it all? The ability to add on slots to store things for your main board is so hard to expand. With the amount of things to get items from and not enough space on the board to keep using them, it becomes so hard to fill orders.

Love/Hate This Game. I love this game and it’s super addictive but for some reason it deleted all my rewards and coins and everything out of the blue. Now I have to earn all my stuff back that I already won 😒 Literally have 0 gems and I had thousands of coins now the coins are barely there. I lost my rewards on the special page and had to restart the whole thing 😒 It’s irritating because I play this game too much to be losing so much all at one time.

Ad Whores. This is a great game. I really enjoy playing, but there are way too many ads. I totally get getting paid, but this is ridiculous. Every 5 plays the game automatically plays an ad and the ad doesn’t load properly, the screen is black and the game needs to be restarted to continue playing. They are already making money on ads, plus they are soliciting in-ap purchase. One of the best merge games I have played, but the dis are going to force me to delete the game and stop playing.

Its ok not worth the money they ask for. It crashed twice after i started playing it and theres no way to x out of the ad’s until you clicked on them a few times. It would be nice to be able to redecorate the room after you made a choice if you decide you don't like it. Not being able to x out of the ad’s really turns me off of playing this game and make it feel like a money grab. Especially when you offer the ad removal bundle afterwards. After some thought and looked at the ad removal bundle pricing ($6-7 for the low end) im going to uninstall the game. Its not worth paying that much just to get rid of the ad’s id rather play another game and spend my money somewhere elce

Dishonest Game. The timers on treasure chests start to go UP after you’ve opened too many. High level treasure chests take about an hour to open, which is normal for these games- either wait the hour or pay to open it now. You can also only open one chest at a time in this game. I had about 15 chests waiting to open so I set an hour timer on my phone to come back and open each chest as soon as it was ready. I opened the first few chests fine, but eventually my timer rang and when I opened the game the chest still had 22 minutes left to open. I thought “what a weird glitch” and decided to come back in 20 minutes. When I came back the timer has gone up to 30 minutes! My boyfriend was sitting right next to me so I told him and when I went to show him the game, the timer had gone up to 35 minutes! I deleted the app right there. It’s an addicting game, I played it nonstop for about a week and considered paying for no ads because I was really starting to enjoy it. But I will not give money to developers who make the game unfair specifically to wring $5 out of you.

I wanted to love this game. I like the game. I want to love the game. I hate the ads every 5 minutes. Recent update no longer allows me to unlock any crates on the main screen. I click one to start the timer and every crate says “you’ve reached the maximum amount of crates that can be unlocked.” So now I can’t get them off my board. Bubbles with items used to turn into energy and now they mostly turn into coins. This makes it impossible to sit and play because the energy runs out with very little way to earn more during game play. Plus I hate the new symbols for coins and energy now.

Love the game but need changes.. Love the game it helps relax me after long day at work. The game need some enhancements like away to delete some of the items that are duplicated. because the main board space is so small. If you was able to delete other items other than food it would move progress along. I love the new update now you can sell other items other than the food and specialty items can clear the board and start from scratch. Good job with listening to those that love playing this game

No app support and too many glitches. Really like the game and even spent money but no more. Developers don’t care at all about the issues that are reported. I have continued issues w daily tasks and global events not registering my actions correctly so I miss out on being able to move up leaderboards or complete my daily tasks to get the rewards. Have contacted them w screenshots and the issues a couple times and just crickets. Will no longer give them any money. Don’t bother w the game unless I don’t care about being cheated out of any awards. I’d give them a negative star if I could

Bug to fix... Game is enjoyable, however, whenever you run out of energy, it brings up the typical menu where you can buy energy or watch a quick video to get free energy. You can not “X” out of the menu, and despite watching said video, it closes the app, you do not get the 25 energy for watching the video, & when reopening…it still goes to the purchase energy menu, & you cannot play…. Like I said, enjoyable game, but annoying at the same time when the game vapor locks on you…

Glitches and more. The game glitches a lot. When I pay my coins to update my levels the stars doesn’t move. I’m starting to think this game is scamming me out of my moves. Games needs an update. The game knows the item the customer wants and I think it purposely take a while to give the item we need and now I’ve used all my lives just tryna get one item. I’ve spend almost $100 on the first day of playing and thats not good, that’s how much the game isn’t giving what we need to play long enough. I like the game overall though.

Super fun - not any more. Let me amend my review. They “updated” the game so now the timers on objects has decreased and lightening bolts are not as attainable like at all. I actually spent my money on gems, the piggy banks, the chef pass, and coins but now bolts? Forget it. What a huge disappointment. I actually liked the game. See ya I really like it. Fun strategy game. Be smart and maximize your space. Finally got to sell off useless stuff so that helped. But it’s a fun time killer that I really enjoyed. Some money invested but again, strategize with chests, timers, pairing together lightening bolts from the board. Some stuff you won’t get but that’s the game! Have fun

Fun game, missing important things. I’ve been playing this game for months now. It’s very fun and addicting. However this game is missing important things that would make it feel complete. There aren’t enough helpful tips to show your how to progress. For instance, right now I’m stuck with a ton of cookie requests with no generator that makes cookies. I’m not even sure what the generator looks like. Another thing that confuses me is the events don’t seem like they’re worth the time and energy spent playing them. The rewards aren’t good enough. There’s also no online community or discord to talk to other players about these sorts of things either, so I’m stuck guessing. I eagerly wait for updates to address these things but they never do, half of the time I’m not even sure what improves after an update.

Game is fun, but has bugs. This game is really fun and I play it daily. With the newest update, however, the game crashes every time you run out of energy and I you to force close it. Also, I had about 9 locked chests in the storage of my Synthesizer page, and after the game crashed and I reopened, they all appeared on my MAIN board! Which has no extra room to begin with. The newest update added new items, but the board remained small. Please add more room on the boards, and give us an option to sell or trash all items. Not being able to get rid of things is extremely frustrating.

Not worth the money to keep playing. Update changed the ability to merge gems from 120 to 30. Will take forever to get enough gems to expand storage. Also set up so that you accidentally use gems when you run out of energy. All of this is to get you to spend money, on top of having to suffer through a million pop up ads. I’m over it. Fix the game so you can undo accidentally spending gems for energy. I’ve wasted hundreds of gems that you have made it harder to get. I also wrote the developers an email about this and got no response. Too frustrating.

It started out fun …. The game starts out fun. New items, some good rewards. Pretty rapid progress. Sure there are some glitches. It freezes and loses points that can’t be recovered. It’s kind of deceptive because the game charges $5.99 to get rid of one ad. But still entertaining. Then the slog starts. So many generators and they can’t be sold or deleted, even after reaching the highest level. The board gets increasingly crowded with things not in use unless the player pays for storage. And the orders by the customers get increasingly hard to fill. One item can take over 1,000 individual products. And only be on of 3 items in the order. With the limited life in some generators, this can take days. So yaaaa, this is probably going in the “usta” file. I usta play it but ….

Great game, fair to play. Two things: (1) we need to be able to delete chests, open more than one at once, or they need to be cheaper to speed up opening them. I can’t open them fast enough on the main board and the glitch that made them appear if your stored them on the other boards has made gameplay horrible on the chef board. The glitch may be fixed, but gameplay is still suffering from it. (2) the drop rate for energy from bubbles was severely decreased. I guess not enough people were paying to play so it was adjusted? But it is now too stingy. Which makes fulfilling some of the truly ludicrous timed orders totally impossible. Please adjust.

Recent changes made the game no fun.. I really loved this game until they changed it overnight. You would get energy for all the bubbles that popped. Now you get mostly coins which don’t help you nearly as much. So frustrating to wake up to new changes that ruin the game. Now you can’t get enough energy to play the game. It’s so sad. Something that also needs to get changed is that you can’t sell producers in the synthesizer. So I have sooo many seed bags and need to sell some. But I can’t. I really thought this game was so fun and was enjoying it every day. I’m so sad about the changes of the bubbles to coins. I imagine I will lose interest within the week.

So buggy!!!!. The game is fun but it’s so buggy that it’s starting to be more annoying than fun. Every time I run out of energy I get caught in this infinite loop where it won’t stop popping up the offer to buy stuff. I have to close the app and even then it still puts me Into that weird loop if my energy hasn’t replenished . I’m to the point where I’m thinking I’ll just delete this app and find one that’s more put together and less irritating. Update: yup, this game is not worth it. Ads popping up LITERALLY every 30 seconds. It’s obnoxious. I understand that all game apps are looking to make money but that seems to be the ONLY purpose of this app- at the expense of putting together a worthwhile game. Don’t bother and definitely don’t give them your money.

Idea. I still love this game but an idea to help with the overcrowding. It would be great if we had a storage room that traveled with the game. I don’t use the knives much in any but the main room. When treasure boxes are opened and you only have room in a room you don’t use knives, suckers, timers, or treasures in I feel as though I am wasting them. This would be a great fix that everybody would enjoy **EDIT** UGH!!! Where’s the energy we used to get from our coffee???

Update improved but also impacted. The last update that allows selling of coffee trees and equipment was very helpful. My main portal was frozen due to unavailable space and this change had me progressing again. However the change not allowing lollipops to be deleted has almost all four of my portals jammed up. Please change them back so my game doesn’t come to a screeching halt. It’d be perfect for all items to have versatile options with the choice of buying them back in the store. Fixing this bug would change my review to a five.

It’s fun, but I just have one tiny problem. Everything about this is great! I love the constant rotation of events you can do. But it annoys me that there’s no way to get rid of pieces for producers like the ice cream machine or the fruit boxes. My storage and half my board is filled with them and short of spending roughly $20 in the game, I have no way to clear the space, leaving me very little room to do orders. I’d like to see it changed to at least a delete option for them since I have WAY too many. It also happens in the events:/

Great update. Thank you for making generators sellable. Now board can be managed instead of completely unusable. Would do five stars if game didn’t constantly freeze and adds didn’t crash before reward is given or game has to be reloaded. Good work guys. Hope you can fix the other bugs. Love the game, but not sure how much longer I can deal with the freezes and crashes. Also needs more rooms to spend coins. Very frustrating to earn coins and not be able to use them. Ready to delete and forget. Two stars because I enjoy the game, but I can’t actually play it with a board full of nonsense. If I didn’t spend money on this game, I would’ve deleted it within a week of downloading. I have literally zero spaces on the board to produce anything because it’s full of repeat output sources or pieces of output sources - even after buying four extra backpack spaces. The game isn’t even smart enough to know I don’t have any free spaces or smart enough to produce pieces that so I can complete the output. There’s a locked space (spider item) that I HAVE the correct item for, but it won’t unlock so it’s just stuck locked 🤦🏾‍♀️ I definitely enjoy the game, but now that I can’t play it because the board is full of things I don’t need and can’t get rid of, it’s more annoying than fun. It’s pointless. At this rate, I’ll be reluctantly and unfortunately cutting my losses and deleting sooner than later.

What???. This was my favorite game for a while, I had stored so much energy that I could play it until the giving mechanisms ran out. However, something happened that made all my energy disappear!! Before I had easily over 500 energy at any given time, yet the other day I ran out and all of a sudden I stopped getting mass amounts of energy so now I can only play for a few minutes. It was super easy to play a long time but now it isn’t great and I don’t like it.

I think it’s a good game. I have played many similar games. This game gives me a lot of energy, and the difficulty of the order is set more reasonable. It will not be unable to complete the order for a long time, which makes me not want to play this game. On the contrary, this game makes I am addicted, I really want to see what items will be synthesized later, which motivates me to spend a lot of time on this game, I hate that there will be some ads, but after I buy the ad-free, there will be no ads, five-star praise

IMO - still glitchy. This game is addicting, but as a previous reviewer said, it is glitchy. I currently have customer’s asking for cookies and things like wagon wheel and nut bread with no way to produce them. I have the boxes that give the spider version of those items, but have never earned and see no way to produce something that would give me these items. Consequently, my board is clogged as is my storage. Also, if I try to store chests that I have earned, or items from those chests in the storage of any other scene but the main one, those items vanish from storage as soon as I go to a different scene and come back. Very frustrating!

Fun but lacking SPACE. Needs more board space and the ability to sell or delete items from the backpack or whatever it’s called. The area for extra items. This game started out really fun and I love the graphics but I am now SO FRUSTRATED by the lack of space and the output sources that constantly shoot out more items (the coffee plant and the beverage machines) when you already don’t have room for the things you are already juggling. I’m begging you to please make the board bigger. There are too many machines and too much stuff for it.

I love this game BUT….. I love all the different boards and orders that you can complete. I hate the fact that you can’t sell/trash everything. It’s dumb for me to have 5-6 fruit/vegetable machines or 7 coffins in the new board. EVERY piece needs to be able to be deleted or sold. It’s so many redundant pieces that are generated it’s annoying. PLEASE fix it to delete ALL items so that the game can be more enjoyable. Just add a trash can so we have the option to get rid of something!! Also, I paid to have the ads stopped but now y’all just make these ridiculously expensive packs pop up all the time.

Do not spend real money in this game!!!. These people are thieving scammers who do not want you to hang onto your diamonds. Instead of being able to save up your diamonds to spend on various special events, the placement of their “spend 10 diamonds for 100 energy” button is purposely placed so that you will constantly accidentally waste your diamonds on energy if you have 10 or more. There is no way to undo it and you will waste 10 at a time constantly, even if you already have a stockpile of energy boxes saved up. I spent real money to purchase diamonds and within 2 days they were all gone, from accidentally hitting this stupid button. Why on earth would I buy energy when I have over 2,000 stockpiled on another board?! This is sneaky and scummy. I only gave 2 stars because I actually liked the game itself a lot, but I’m uninstalling and I suggest against spending your real money here.

Fun but expensive. I really like this game and it’s a great way to pass the time. But it takes a lot of energy to create some items. It costs so much to replenish energy and at times won’t replenish ag all when I haven’t played for hours. It’ll say I have free energy but it never appears. I’ve spent 2.99 on the piggy bank and never received my diamonds. The bugs have got to go! I’m not sure what’s going on now. I cannot update any restaurants anymore though I have coins to spend AND when you are out of energy on the main board you cannot even open the game. It’ll keep trying to force you to buy energy regardless if you have energy on other boards. Starting to get annoying.

I loved it but…. I love this game and would love to give it 5 stars. But there’s a major flaw. You can’t delete non-food items which leads to a huge pile-up of useless things on the board taking up space. I have so many of these items that can’t be deleted that out of the 64 tiles I only have 4-6 available. My storage space is full too. This has made it very tedious and hard to create anything new. I’m level 30 and have gotten quite addicted to the game since installing it 3 days ago but I’ll be deleting it now because it’s too tedious to try to progress with all of these useless items on the board that I can’t get rid of.

Like this game for a while. I really liked this game for a while (definitely have to pay for it to be ad free). It’s easy and addicting, however they recently added in chef hats into the main game and it is so aggravating to waste energy on producing them. I like the unicorn store better, but like another review says, you can’t sell off production items, so my board is full of carts. I’m sure they will add a useless thing like the chef hats that will be produced and waste energy as well. Another thing that bothers me on the main level is how the customers all want something from the same category. Like, they all want high level fish at the same time. Or high level coffee drinks that take forever to make but they’re on a timer so there is no way to fulfill their order.

I love this game, but…. I started out loving this game! I would play it every chance I got. Then they introduced the guests that you have to serve immediately, and a lot of times that requires you buy things. Now the guests can be ignored, but if you get a thief you either have to buy an item to help you serve him or he takes one of yours. I deleted the game because I don’t want to be stressed when I play! If there is a way to turn that feature off, I would happily Re-download!

It’s Addictive But Could Use Work. It’s a very addictive game that lets you just turn off your mind and merge things into higher and higher levels. The issue you quickly run into though is that you run out of space. The main board could definitely benefit from a chest that you could put things into when they’re in your way or make gems easier to come by to open more slots in your carry chest that follows you between screens. I also think that maybe having the ability to have more than one board for the main merge board would be amazing. It would allow space for each of the different item production pieces to have the area they need. I currently have the two bottom rows and the left side completely covered in production pieces and no space for them to actually produce. And it’s frustrating because it feels like hitting a brick wall. I have no room left to put things into the carry chest and no room on the board to merge things together to free up space. A second board for the main items that we can switch to and move some of those items to would greatly increase the ability to merge and create what people are asking for without feeling trapped.

You better enjoy waiting.. My god. This game was fun, but now all I do is wait. Wait for energy. Wait for items to recharge. Wait to merge. Wait to get the items needed to actually produce what the customers as for. I can’t make any of the coffee items or sandwiches, because I don’t even have the instruments to create them. So I have to wait through an ad to send them away. It’s become increasingly and mind numbingly boring. Update: for the love of gosh. Let us sell boats, bags, anything extra that we don’t want. It takes up so much space.

Update 1.4. The latest update was SO BAD. It created all kinds of issues that weren’t there. Now the app crashes, when you go back in the stuff you’d just earned is gone along with the energy you’d spent to get it. Every time I switch to a different scene everything is moved around all jumbled on the screen rather than how I had it. Today I logged in and I had tons of chests on the unicorn scene that all just disappeared. The new update makes it harder to earn energy and clutters your scene with coins and stars instead, forcing you to pay more if you want to keep playing.

can’t play long without running out of energy. I just installed this game and just started playing. I’m already complaining because you can barely play the game for not very long and you quickly run out of energy points! I was really starting to like it when I learned how FAST you run out of energy! You play for about less than five minutes and your energy is zapped. Too bad because I liked the background music. I have to wait for a least one minute to start getting energy points built back up. Big thumbs down for someone who want to play continuously and not have to wait.

I think the last bug fix is not enough. Now that the OS15 is out, this game needs to keep up with the OS update. My experience was probably one of the worst bug ever. It doesn’t want to match, it froze up, it didn’t cumulate level points after I spent coins to build restaurants, the ads went black and just annoying… the list goes on and on… Also, $5.99 just to get rid of ads? Wow. No. No. No. I paid $2.99 on other games to get rid of ads. This game is fun, but not any more fun or have more well known ads than others I paid to get rid of them. So no. I may keep playing it for a little bit longer and see what happen.

Great fun….BUT. I really love this game, but it’s nearly impossible to keep playing. You can’t delete product producing items, so the board fills up and you can no longer merge anything. Unless of course you buy lots and lots of extra storage. The ads and constant nags to spend money to remove adds gets old fast as well. If I could keep playing the game, I probably would have bought a package to back the game, but I can’t even play and it makes it appear to be greedy. That I won’t bank roll.

Crashes my phone too much. This game either crashes my phone or freezes the screen and I have to power down completely. I enjoy playing but I can’t keep having to restart my entire phone just because of a game. The fact that your board fills with producers is super aggravating too. Eventually there’s no room to actually play. The ads for other games are too frequent and hard to get off the screen. Some of the ads are even inappropriate for a game. There was one about playboy gambling and another that had a woman being body shamed then getting plastic surgery for a man and he ends up leaving. Disgusting.

Once again, an update trashes things. Gens and energy have gone missing. Big bag of energy disappeared. Gems, money, and energy don’t stay where they were located on a board. And changing the bubbles to give coins instead of energy is a jerk move. I have money out the ears already & nothing to spend it on. You took away the ability to buy one higher level item a day with coins, which was just silly; it was ONE item. They swap is cool, but it doesn’t offer to use up all the junk building pieces I have. I never play the Food Tower because I can’t store or rid myself of all the unnecessary building pieces for machines (and I’ve spent tons of gems for extra storage). The smaller icons for gems, money, and energy aren’t cute either; they’re just harder to see. Sigh. I want to love this game.

Glitchy But Addicting. I find myself addicted to this game. It can be very relaxing a fun but is in desperate need of some changes: 1. You can’t sell items that produce things. My board has filled up with so many different producers that it takes up half the board even with storage. Some items (like the bottle) I can’t even produce anymore to merge but I can’t get rid of the one I have in storage… so I’ve just made it decoration on my cluttered board. Also, I now have FIVE mature coffee trees with nowhere to put them and they are just going to keep multiplying. 2. Sometimes the decor upgrades don’t give credits to your experience points. 3. The synthesizer has the same MAJOR issue with not being able to sell product producers. I have half a board of seed bags. 4. Once I put knives in an empty storage in the synthesizer and they popped out back on the main page and took up space. Please fix! Much appreciated! Pretty much everything is now fixed. The recent update did WONDERS! I can’t play again and am very happy 😊. Thanks!

Fairly good but not outstanding. It has been done before and done better.

Lags too much. This game is highly addictive and loved playing it. But playing online lags too much. Ads freeze the game, sometimes have to reboot and start again. Ads are relentless. I was able to play offline for at least a year now and loved it. No problems at all. But since a recent update in March 2023, they no longer allow offline game play. All my progress is wasted. I can only play online and well, the frustration of lagging and freezing outweighs the fun now. I’m very disappointed that I’m no longer able to play. Game designers need to fix this problem before they lose too many players

Honest Review - Chef Merge. It’s a good game, very easy to get addicted to. I enjoy playing it. Here are the problems… 1. It chews a lot of battery. 2. The ads are relentless and the timing is annoying especially during the item merges. Obviously, it then stalls your rate of producing the items for your customer who has a timer on so you miss out on them quite a bit. Sure, you can pay to get rid of the ads. I haven’t tried so I don’t know if it gets rid of them entirely. 3. My phone gets really hot after playing for about 15-20 minutes. It then freezes and lags really badly so I have to shut down the game out of frustration. So it seems the game is bad for my phone. Why? The frustration is quickly outweighing the enjoyment at this point.

Disappointing. When it comes to the special order days, you can have all of the items being asked and the game will glitch and an item will highlight that’s not supposed to be. When you get the order fully done at that time, it will take all of the items from your board when you hit ‘Go’ but not grant you the prize and the order will remain. I’ve spent more money that I should of, purchasing gems and packs, so it’s not worth it. I even reached out to the developer a few days ago making them aware of this problem, as it’s happened more than once on the special order days.

RETURN THE ENERGY BUBBLES. The latest update (May 20, 2022) makes it impossible to generate energy from merges, because the bubbles now often become coins. Now I have no way to make energy but to wait for it to generate. Please change it back!!!

overwhelming (not in a good way). once you get to the coffee machine part it is *very* stressful with these *extreme* orders and your board being full. and you can’t delete anything because you’ll need it later, or it’s too valuable to delete. “what about storage?” that gets full in less then 2 seconds, i don’t get enough diamonds to buy more slots, which is ridiculous. the robber makes it even *worse* when you’re already trying to complete complicated orders then he comes in and *makes* you make even *more* complicated orders. then you have the boxes which you click and it creates a food item that’s locked. so to unlock it you have to make *more* foods to unlock it, causing it to take *more* space, and if you don’t even click it at all, it just sits there on your board because you can’t even sell it. basically i’m saying there’s too much going on at once, and it’s very stressful to the point i had to delete it.

Slows down phone. I really think this game is fun but it needs an update to fix more bugs and stuff. It is also pretty annoying how many ads you have to ex out of to get back to the game every 5 minutes. I understand that’s what I get for downloading a free game but it’s a bit much. Please fix the bugs and then I’ll re-download. It’s just slowing down my phone and sometimes just closes the game without me doing anything.

Money grab and unrealistic play. Everything is built to make you spend money. Ads are non stop; you merge something, you get offered a pay bundle; ads at the bottom of screen the whole time. Game play is tedious and half the items stuck on your screen are worthless. The amount of items needed on the board at once isn’t realistic. The main tasks are impossible enough after level 17-18 but then 1/2 your board is full of nonsense. I don’t understand the bit with the story line? Is it relevant?

Good game but…. After only 2 weeks I have run out of rooms. Have tons of coins but can’t really do anything with them; we should be able to use them to buy energy. Need way to trash or sell items we don’t want. Paid version should get you extra storage slots as well. And I have a glitch where I can’t remove the highest level grayed out pizza from my screen—even though I have the actual item to put over it!

Pretty good. This game is fun and can get addicting. Many glitches to be figured out. I am currently building British restaurant and I noticed that I’m not gaining any XP to level up and it’s like the board froze because items I purchase for the room do not appear. It would be nice to be able to sell some of the producing items as well since after a while it seems your board glean get very crowded and not leave any space for items to merge.

Just a suggestion. I love this game! It’s so addicting and fun. One suggestion I have is being able to sell the product producers. On Synthesizer, I have so many seed bags that I’m running out of space for actual items that I need to merge. Same as the unicorn stage. I am hesitant to use the things that produce producers.

Needs work. This game started off fun but with no way to sell or clear out many items, the board becomes full and you can no longer play. I'm not spending my own money to buy storage. There needs to be a way to sell items you don't want/need. Also there's a constant issue with the game freezing or crashing every time there's a pop up. Which is CONSTANT. Hopefully these issues get fixed. Then I may consider playing again.

Great to pass time. Great game just hate that certain things on the board you can’t sell and therefore lose half over half the area you have to play with. Hopefully I can find another app with more space so I can play for longer amounts of time before running out of space.

Fun but getting frustrated. I love playing this game but I can’t finish all the orders because one of the pieces of equipment won’t merge correctly. The microwave quit merging after the first use. Tried it. Saw an ad for this one. Understand that ad revenue supports games. While most merge games give you something like energy or reset on you source box, this one sends you ads. To be fair you can watch ads to get things as well. But, too many ads. This is just one of many merge games with no real differentiator for me.

Update lame!. This was a fun game until the last update. Now you can’t play more than 5 minutes without running out of energy, so forget playing the different areas or finishing timed tasks! I paid for this game and don’t mind buying things for special or hard items, but I’m not going to pay every time I want to play. Regretting this buy, and have already moved on to something else. Love this game. Love playing this game but it starts stuttering and will freeze up. Trying to close it when it does this is a real pain. It will shrink then just disappear but it’s still going in the background. Takes about three times of pulling it back up before I can completely close it then it freezes again.

This is the best merging game ever!. This game is so fun! You can merge a lot of different foods that have a really good animation. And when you merge a lot of food eventually you will get a blue thing and if you tap on it twice then it will add up and you will get a prize eventually. Honestly this is my favorite game on my phone and the only game on my phone.

Screen goes black. I enjoyed the game but am deleting it. After I got to level 5 every time an order was fill and after the ad, the game went black. The only way to get past it was to restart the game. It was a continuous problem. Hence even though I enjoyed the game very much; I can’t deal with the required exit and restart required to progress further. Work on your problems before release.

Love the game before they changed it a few days ago.. I have been playing this game for a while and I loved it until they changed it up! No way to make energy anymore! Coffee trees use to now it’s all experience points! Unless you want to spend extra $$ then you have to wait until your energy builds back up. And there are no rooms to decorate so what good is it to have a ton of coins! If things don’t change I am going to find something else to play.

Just give us the butter. If you need anything that requires the microwave, forget it. I’ve been playing for months and they refuse to give me what I need to make butter. And you can’t use the microwave without it. So I have to send customers away if they need an item that requires the microwave. Would be a great game if they’d actually give you the items you need to fulfill orders. Give us our stupid butter already.

New items. This game is literally my fave! Seriously, I can’t stop playing it! However, this new update is horrible as now I cannot send items into my back back and use them on a different board. I REALLY don’t like that! I use the purple timer on every board and now I can’t?!

So buggy!!!!. The game is fun but it’s so buggy that it’s starting to be more annoying than fun. Every time I run out of energy I get caught in this infinite loop where it won’t stop popping up the offer to buy stuff. I have to close the app and even then it still puts me Into that weird loop if my energy hasn’t replenished . I’m to the point where I’m thinking I’ll just delete this app and find one that’s more put together and less irritating.

Fun at first…. I loved it starting out. Paid to have adds removed. Got the game pass twice, but then it got boring. I completed all the restaurants and am no longer able to complete tasks to get daily rewards or participate in all competitions because you have to build restaurants. it's more annoying than fun 👎. At first that was good game but now after 1week i want to delete this game ! Too many useless items that you can't delete or sell, so they take up board space until you have None left ! You need to fix this game so useless items, for example, plants that are accrued VERY quickly into a amount upwards of 20 can be deleted or sold. Otherwise the small boards are filled up with useless items and you cannot properly play the game. Actually you Can not play the game at all once your board is filled up. I delete this game now because i can't actually play it with a board full of nonsense. I have literally zero spaces on the board to produce anything because it's full of repeat output sources or pieces of output sources

Favorite game to unplayable overnight. I’ve never taken the time to actually write an app review, until now. I loved this game, played it a ton, even spent money buying the Chef Pass and extras. The update completely ruined the game overnight. Some items move around on the board every time you switch rooms, the coins and resource icons are much harder to differentiate. The bubbles no longer dropping energy effectively killed the game. Time to find a new game to invest my time and money into.

Boards filled with with no options to move.. My board keeps filling up and I have to restart my game, I’d give it five stars if it ever gets fixed cuz I love playing this game, I even paid for no ads. But every time I restart I have to pay again or just deal with them. Please fix this so I can recommend this to all my friends.

Addicting but glitchy. This game is great, however, I have found that once I merge enough things to get it where I need, my items are missing. For instance, I got up to a block of cheese and once I got another one, the first was nowhere to be found. I know I hadn’t sold it and it wasn’t in storage. This has happened with items like ice buckets as well.

Old problem is back. When I first started playing the biggest complaint I and other players had was that you couldn’t sell some of the items so your board got filled with them which made the game basically unplayable. It was fixed in a prior update, but now with the most recent update it’s back. Please fix this again, this one issue absolutely ruins the game play.

Constantly freezes. I enjoy the game but it’s constantly freezing and it takes forever to be able to get my phone to close it out. Also, the time it takes to get more energy without having to pay for gems and such is way too long. I understand they need to make money but I should be able to play the game longer than a few minutes at a time without spending money.

New Update took all my saved up Energy. I am so angry. I’ve been saving up my energy, both the yellow and green for events or whatever may come up when I have some time. And today with the update they deleted ALL my energy, my entire inbox up at the top you click is gone minus a few specific event type items on each scene. I have watched way too many ads and still supported this game up until now. Think I may have to delete it. So disappointed and disgusted, I had been saving that for weeks.

Too many producers. I like this game and would be more addicted but there are just too many producing items on the main screen. The board gets crammed up, even with the latest update. The update helped but I still find myself stuck often. It is nice to be able to go to the other boards and play though.

Need to be able to delete non-sellable items. I enjoy the game but constantly find my board getting clogged by the different levels of items. They are unsalable and eventually take over my entire playing field and I cannot fulfill orders. Please consider adding option for deleting these items!

Addictive but glitchy. I love that this game is so mindless yet addictive however it can be glitchy. When you purchase a merge bundle that pops up it shows you pictures of what you think you are buying but it doesn’t give you everything that’s pictured. It’s misleading.

Fun game. I really enjoyed this game. No time limits allowed me to play at my pace. Lots of items to merge and many boards to play on. Only issue I found is that certain items couldn’t be sold. If I Max leveled my meat freezer I don’t need 3 more sitting on the board plus it’s different components to level them each up. Need to be able to sell or trade the extra “equipment”.

Please let us delete the boxes!. I love this game, but I don’t have room for any more of these boxes that give out spider items. I paid for extra storage, it’s full of them, and now they’re starting to fill my board too. The game would be five stars if I could just delete or sell them!

Stuck on day 13!. I would’ve given a 5 star review because I love this game even with the glitches… except the glitch I have seems to be preventing me from moving forward to day 14. I do believe I’ve completed all the tasks and should be moving forward. I’d delete and redownload but I’m afraid of having to start over.

Addicting. My mom started to play this game and she told me and my brother about it and she hates merging games usually but she wants to hate this one but she can’t. I just got it yesterday and I can’t put it down it is that addicting. Someone pls help me put it down, haha.

Okay but needs more options. The game is so fun, but definitely kills your battery and slows our phone or tablet wayyyy down. Also there’s needs to be a way to get rid of parts for the production machines (generators). It clutters up and takes so much room and you’re left with useless pieces later on. Fun game BUT issues…. I love this game because there’s normally 4-5 rooms to play in. However, lately I have noticed that there are certain power-ups that never are used. In the room with the sweets, no orders from the trees or showing up. On the room with the tools, no tree bags are on the orders. This just leaves an over-abundance of them on the board with no use other then to max them and sell. Fixed issue would make me raise the rating.

Relaxing until it’s not - also dangerous. Typical merge game that I enjoyed very much, until the time limits started and the pressure is on. I wish I had known this before I paid a whopping $5.99 to remove ads, because I have no interest in adding more stress to my life with these time limits. Now you know. UPDATE: I’ve just discovered that every time I begin playing this game, my isp thinks I’m being attacked. I’m deleting the game. What a waste of money.

Too many ads. Started out fun with no ads, but after level 3 the ads pop up with no relation to what you’re doing. In the middle of a merge - you have to watch an ad. Didn’t expect there to be no ads, but when the game is interrupted to watch one - that’s when I delete. The only premise of the game is clicking and matching. You spend coins on predetermined decorations so there is literally nothing else to keep me interested. I feel like a 3 year old playing memory. Deleting the game now.

Would Love But Doesn’t Work. I used to play this game all the time, tried to redownload it and now I’ve had to redownload it three times now trying to figure out why the app just won’t load anything that allows me to progress. Not the tasks, not the rooms. Nothing. I can only merge, I can’t level up, can’t decorate. It’ll work for about one try and the second I go back into the app there’s zero loading. It just sits on the loading screen. Definitely not spending anymore on this game anytime soon.

Not enough room. I think this game is very fun but I didn’t like that my board was always so clustered so I deleted it because I never have enough room to merge things especially if I was y allowed to delete everything. Some things I got one of and never got another one of after so it was left in storage with no use and just taking up space.

3/10. This game is fantastic for the first 24 hours. Thing progress and a nice speed, you’re able to gain extra energy often, ads happen but are quicker than other games and less often. After 24 hours there’s a complete shift, no more winning extra energy. The items have to re-energize constantly and the ads keep getting worse and worse. Be consistent at least.

Could be fun, but it’s a money trap. This game could be fun, but you cannot play it without spending money. They offer free ads (i.e. for “energy” which is required to play), but then you have to wait an exorbitant amount of time to be able to play again…unless you spend money on packages. I don’t have that kind of cash to drop on “energy” to play. And I don’t want to play a game for 2 minutes and wait a day to play again for 2 more. Unless you plan on purchasing things every few minutes, don’t waste your time. It’s a money trap.

Over heating my phone??. I love this game and have been playing it for a while now. Making many of the production pieces sellable was a huge game changer so thank you so much for that. Currently my phone keeps getting really hot and the battery life does quickly while playing so I’m probably gonna have to pause until the next update. Also, is there any way to get pieces to upgrade the candy cabin/dishes cupboard/boat/etc??

Love, but…. This game is addicting…however, I can’t delete/sell certain things…like cary items. They keep taking up board space and I’m forced to delete items in need unless I pay for more storage. That’s kind of a scam! I should be able to delete or sell these items. For example, I have the largest freezer and largest fish tank, but I get carts for more pieces to build more and I don’t want them, but I’m forced to keep the pieces!

Frustrating and not worth playing. Way too many bugs they need to fix that have been going on for weeks. Why is your developing team not making this a priority? No room on the main board, no option to trash or sell items. I grow more and more frustrated every time I play, which is a shame because it started out fun. Seems it turns into a scam to force you to purchase items to continue to play. Offer better options to advance in the game! Treat your customers better.

Crashing. Downloaded the game and everything was fine. Until it wasn’t. Which happened quickly. My phone started freezing. Happened a few times. So I cleared out space, deleted other games and all this. Just for it to crash my iPhone completely. Repeatedly. To the point if I unlocked my phone, it would crash immediately and turn off and lock for minutes at a time. I actually had to FACTORY RESET my phone because it couldn’t use it at all. Will never use this game ever again.

Why take the change coin option away?. Why did the price option for items go away that was the only way I could get to the next level. The money collected to build views was also used to buy certain items instead of using gems. Why did you change it?
