TRASH!! DISAPPOINTING. I hate the fact that you still have to give a star to leave a review (Thumbs down) I would give no stars if it allowed. Opening up the app the automatic .05 is gone then immediately notice spin the wheel option is no longer there like whoever decided to make this new update change and remove perks was not very smart at all. I never even fooled with watching the videos cause the time spent was absolutely ridiculous just to build perk points. But I earned a great amount every month with spinning the wheel and just opening the app. Taking away certain things do help with keeping and obtaining customers. Perks, Discounts Etc is a plus but now that you guys have taken that ability away is a big minus and this is why my husband told me years ago to drop boost because it’s constant foolishness with them!!! And don’t respond with your rhetorical message pretending to care or understand because if you did then you’d make sure your customers are happy and not updating things for the sake to help appease yourselves (FLIPS THE BIRD)

Worthless to me now…. So now you are taking away the very thing that made this worth it. You have removed the spin??? You changed video watching to .01 and you never gave me my .75 for watching 7 days of videos last week. I contacted help, who told me it would take two days to show up…. Well it’s been 3 and it’s not here… and I get it, .75 is chump change in the grand scheme of things, but I live with my son and try not to be a burden. As I barely use my phone, with the ability to pay for it myself via those tiny change amounts gone, I can no longer do that. Also, It’s wrong to steal. I want my .75 In any event… If I watch 360 days of videos that’s only $3.60. Even if the .75 is there each week for 7 days of video watching, that’s only an additional $36 a year. I don’t do offers. And with the spin gone, no .05 bonus for logging in the app each day… This is no longer worth it, and for such low returns, it’s not worth it to me to allow you access to what I do on my phone in exchange for less than $40 a year?? My life, time and privacy is worth more than that. As such, once my free time is up, I’ll switch to a family/seniors program with AT&T on my sons plan. At least I won’t have to jump through silly hoops anymore to pay my bill, or make sure I keep my online useage below that ridiculously low 1 GB a month.. That alone will be worth it. It was a great offer….. until it wasn’t.

Services not rendered. I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service and how the company in whole took care of my service. I tried to get unlimited data in may, never received my SIM card until late June and then was told that I had to wait 20 days for a refund. Then get told after another month that they can’t help me anymore. I expressed I wanted nothing further to do with this company and they still are sending another SIM card without my refund. I asked to speak to a manager multiple times just to be given the run around. I had to wait 2 months to buy a new phone and go with a different company all together because of the terrible service I received. I would not recommend this company to anyone, not after the hassle I’ve had to just speak with anyone who could help me. (They never solved my issue, but are trying to keep my money) once again they are taking actions without speaking to me or keeping me updated and that’s completely unacceptable.

Terrible app and service. I’m honestly not the type to leave google reviews but this one … this was well deserved. I signed up for boost on an unlocked phone to a prepaid plan, I actually sat through and read all the terms and conditions (which they probably think no one reads) and not once did it say my phone would be locked to boost for a year if I started the service. It actually said the complete opposite so I figured it would be nice to try out boost to see how I like it and when I decided to cancel my service because I found a better carrier suddenly my sim is locked to boost. I called boost to get it unlocked and they said they didn’t lock it the company I originally got it from did (AT&T) so I called at& t to confirm my phone was in fact NOT locked by them so when I called boost back to get it unlocked again SUDDENLY I have to have service with boost for a year. But if you go on their main website it clearly states prepaid plans are not carrier locked. Anyways I decided to keep using boost because I can’t use my phone otherwise 🙄. And I started using the boost one app to keep track of everything, it was going GREAT at first but this is the second time I’ve landed a spin on “5000” coins and never once have y’all given it to me. Every time the app glitches and when I check my reward history it says I got “+25” or “+100” coins. It’s so pointless to have this app.

Been a customer for 8 years!!. I’m so tired of getting to 6 days and then all of a sudden I can’t get the app to load so I loose my streak right before I get the extra bonus for completing 7 days! Or when the wheel glitches out and I end up with only 5 points because of it when it was definitely going to land on something higher! And a video being over a minute long and only receiving 2 points from it like at least make it 5 and then make the smallest number on the wheel worth at least 15 I mean I can barely get 10$ off my total and most months the app messes up so much I can’t even get that. If we try to log in and the app doesn’t open then we shouldn’t loose our streak you should give us the day because we tried and the app failed to open. There’s a lot more updates that this app needs to run efficiently but I mean I guess that’s the point right they offer us a means to save money on our bill but it’s so glitchy and frustrating that we stop using it and then they don’t have to worry about loosing any money 😒 this app is a serious waste of time. Do better boost because you guys have really been slipping and it’s gonna cost you customers….

Smile Wireless3. I was not expecting the level of service that I received today at the Boost Mobile store. Smile wireless 3. I was under the assumption that it would be just like the other carriers. However, I was wrong. I walked in through the door, and Alice immediately greeted me. She was currently working with a customer I still take the time to greet me and asked me to have a seat. When I said that she was so calm, so nice and was providing the the customer with details about the service. Once she was done with the customer, she called me over and explained the services different plans mom and also explained what she would be doing as we completed the process it was so smooth, simple and easy I was out of there pretty fast, but I was super impressed with a Inn, in which the manner that she took the time to explain to me the Moose mobile process, the payment plans everything she was just great outstanding. I wish the other carriers that I dealt with before I had a manager, like Alice Ortiz

Another Month of Taking Away App Functions. I guess you are intent on taking all of the boost coin ways to earn away from this app. Can’t make it a whole month without the app being down. Forced to update twice this month already and now almost every feature is gone. Searching for another cellular carrier. This is just not worth the the effort each month. Now my 7 days of videos bonus and wheel spin and 7 days spin bonus is gone completely. The daily sign in bonus is gone as well. A nickel a day is all you get for watching videos at a penny a video. You sent an email talking about changes to the duration boost coins could accumulate and never mentioned that every bonus was eliminated or that the daily sign in bonus is gone. You even took the timer away that showed how much time is remaining before you could start collecting boost coins. I know it was tied to the wheel spin but you could have moved the timer to the video section. It’s clear that there wasn’t any thought to this except to eliminate over 75 percent of the ways to earn anything towards your bill while wasting the time of your customers to watch a few videos because you make money from that from bitcoin. I tried the offers feature before and was not rewarded so I won’t waste my time on that again. Good luck to you. You are going to need it. People are going to leave Boost for good after this.

Filling an FTC report asap. App doesnt always give you your points beacause ive watched so many ad i should have at least 5000 points but sometimes it says come back later and stays there and sometimes it says that once wait a second click watch again and it has u watch ads but then thats the issue it wont reward you after, also completed offer and no points and some offers are not even a thing i think they falsely advertise andhype this app up, ill be filling all necessary action beacause one thing I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT TOLERATE IS SPENDING HRS (1-10) watching ads after ads for some game with more false advertising hurting my fingers& after having all the time wasted just for it to finally say come back later & not get rewarded, y’all probably get paid more than $0.10 For Every VIEW and for us to get $0.00 THATS NOT FAIR, the offers are a joke same stuff you get in your SCAM inbox i mean come on theres no such thing as ( Participate and have a chance to get $500 in your CashApp account)

Good deal for basic UNL Tex & Call. The 3 month $45 for unlimited text and call with added 5Gb a month is a very good steal deal as long as you don’t need any more data or etc can’t complain about that at all really So my only complaint is customer service online or calling on phone is no help just a joke for even just trying to get information about boost let alone any actually help from a live person or robot for any reason it’s faster and easier to just go down to a physical store for help, you will get whatever you need taken care of and your answers actually answered in a timely matter before you were able to going online or call customer service and try getting them to understand your question , or problem you are having let alone get any actual help Overall they are my favorite pay as you go service that I have tried and dealt with that actually provides decent to good signal coverage wherever I may be at it’s so worth the bad online customer service you learn to avoid and just go right down to the physical store to an actual human that helps you solve your issues quickly , effectively, and easily with basically no hassle at all . I always recommend them to anyone and everyone

The best around. I had boost mobile and switched to boost infinite and my bill was actually cheaper. Got a brand new phone and a iPhone forever plan and my bill went from $75 to $64!!!!! That's a lot for someonwnlike me whose struggling right now. I'm so happy I switched over. I got really sick and missed a lot of work and my bank account was DEPLETED and my cellphone was due I thought I had the money in the account I didn't. They messaged me ages da Th s past my bill due date letting me know my payment didn't go thru so I got the money and paid it. They didn't turn my phone off when they absolutely could have. This boost infinite is groundbreak ok Ng km telling you. I have no issues with my service either. I'm really really happy boost made this plan. So thank you boost. Y'all are the MVPS

Fantasy experience every time !!!. I don’t usually write reviews unless I feel very passionate about the experience I’ve had. I have tried pretty much all the cellular companies I’m 50 years old and what matters most is the way people treat you and how good the Services is.. just want to say Boost mobile is the best service I’ve ever had. Whoever picks their employees and trains them does a fantastic job!! no matter what I contact customer service about they’re always so fantastic. they don’t get frustrated with me and they always make sure they get things done right. I’m so glad I switched to Boost last year. I will stay a boost customer for the rest of my life.. thank you Boost for having probably the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Y’all Rock !!

Honest review. The app is very convenient however i don’t like a few things about it 1 when you spin the wheel for free points in my case it’s always landing on $0.05 and that’s aggravating , i don’t like If you miss a day of checking in or spinning the wheel you start your whole process over and start back from square one at a chance to win $0.75 after a week of checking in i also don’t like the fact that we have to watch a 30 second ad for $0.02 i feel like that can at least make it $0.10 and finally they extra point stuff with the surveys or things you gave to download don’t never work for me it’s always gonna be some ads and surveys and other stuff which is aggravating so all that time you waste trying to get 350 point and all that is gonna be a waste of your time

Non-functional & Inconsistent. This is the first time I've ever reviewed an app. No app has frustrated me enough to put in the time and effort to actually do that, until Boost One. The main issue with this app, is that it rarely will even open. It tends to hang on the loading screen for hours sometimes. It will crash relatively often, or freeze when trying to make payments. If Boost Mobile wants my money, they're making it really hard for me to give it to them. Most of the time it is impossible to make a payment through the app, and the website no longer accepts payments, so we are all just screwed having to use the non-functional app every time we need to reinstate service. I'd like to think that maybe this is intentional, and they make it hard for people to make payments so they'll just cave and turn on autopay. Otherwise you don't get to use your discounts - how funny. Please fix the app, please sort out how to accept payments without freezing or crashing. The app has been like this since it came out, so I can't imagine reviews are being taken to heart, but I can say with certainty that if I can't even pay my bill because your app doesn't work, then I'm going to be forced to switch service providers to one that can accept payments.

Not bad but needs some improvement.. I downloaded this app to make it easier to pay my phone bill. Technically it is easier for me to make a payment, I just tap “make a payment” and it goes through. However there are few things that need to be improved on that would make the app better. First off opening the app. Whenever I tap the app to open it I usually have to exit out of it and tap it again because it’s just stalls and sits there loading. Other times no matter how many times I tap the app it never opens and just sits there spinning the loading symbol and I have to come back in a few hours to see if it’s fixed itself so I can log in. Second would be with the apps spin to win wheel were you can win boostcoins to win a free phone payment. The problem is it always seems to land on small numbers, meaning I’m only getting a few cents off ( between 5-10 cents). For someone who is on a tight budget it would nice for it to land on the bigger numbers for a change and get a few bucks off. It takes several billing cycles for me to be able to build up enough coins to have a cheap or free phone payment. Don’t know if anyone else has these issues. Fix them and I’d enjoy the app more.

Trying stick around. Last three month been bad 1st two month somebody else was using my service could get my refund then they deducted some another payment . I went to the the store to try to get a refund cause customers service kept trying to get it service . then the third time I got my number change had to pay 50 dollars which I was paying 25 a month my data ran out very quickly it was supposed to be unlimited. So I went to Walmart to find a hot spot I was told it was really unlimited and it worked really good. So I bought one for sale went to the store to get it activated she charged 35 for activation and 50 dollars for first month activation. I told I already had a sims card with the hot spot. I wanted the bundle my services had to pay 85. This the messed up part the hot was out in a week I tried to tell the lady at the store said it wasn’t her problem. Some one was supposed to check back with me. Not a good look what going on with the company? Been with y’all since cherp phones .

After get 5000 boost coins I can’t get on App!!! REALLY BOOST. I have never come across such an unscrupulous business like boost mobile. After joining boost mobile I was encouraged by the store to get the App and to login into the app everyday to win boost coins towards my monthly bill payment. I decided to try it out and the first few months I got like about $10 off my bill. Then in April 2023 I score the 5000 boost coins which amount to $50 off my bill. After coins was redeemed towards my account in the beginning of May 2023 I have not been able to get back into my account on the App. My question is… Why create an app then encourage people to use such app and don’t like when users win big on the app. To Boost Mobile, it was your decision to offer this app and coins towards customers monthly bill payment and when you don’t like a customer getting their reward you freeze or block there account. No one asked you for this offer of coins towards their bill but you chose to offer it and now this. THE WORST COMPANY EVER. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Boost Mobile to ANYONE… Very UNSCRUPULOUS Company. If I could give a rating of zero stars I would!!!

Forced into compliance, no support. There have been a couple outages over the last several months. The previous outages were maybe half a day which pushed some of my login times out but the most recent one sent the app offline for more than 48 hours. When service was restored, I had lost all of my streaks and forced to restart a daily habit with no compensation. The most recent version of this app constantly requests reviews on the app, so this is the response to the user harassment. I have to force close the app if I want it to update anything (running latest iOS on an iPhone 12) which has been a constant since the beginning. I used to be able to watch maybe 20 videos for extra coins and now I can watch less than 10 before the ads are unavailable. The boost support twitter account seems to be unresponsive to these concerns as tweets to that account are seldom responded to. What is advertised as potentially free cellular service has many strings attached, with unspecified limits and a lot of daily effort to reach required minimum activity, all controlled by this particular app. The harassment asking if I’m enjoying this app seems to be the latest innovation.

What’s not to hate?. Worst company ever, feel like they are enforcing strong arm robbery on me and looks like they’re trying to subjugate me into not being active and involved with my request to be put in a lower monthly plan since there are other plans available in the area and I am unemployed and in the process of applying for my disability, and I am not going to have the means available for wasting on service that can be literally way cheaper than what it is now by simply switching me out into the “Hola Miami” plan for $30 a month with unlimited everything. The fact that they keep attempting to force me to pay Double is extremely vexing to me and I am now infuriated by their insolence and disrespect to continue acting like the plan I am currently on the the only thing I have option to because of the area when they are in knowledge that there are other options and that’s a verifiable and corroborated fact! Boost is being literally abusive and inconsiderate

Boost your mobile connection with Boost $25/monthly UNLIMITED TALK TEXT DATA. Excellent deal yet again coming from boost mobile! I walked in with my iPhone unlocked previous used with tracphone and paid $60 even and got unlimited data REAL UNLIMITED DATA AND 30gb of hotspot data for only $25 a month with the only catch being autopay... Which was not a issue at all I just provided my cash app account and routing numbers and BOOM IVE BEEN USONG FOR ALMOST 4 months now!! And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, they have an app called boost one and it allows you to have daily bonus features that you earn money to deduct from your bill every month and are approximately give or take a dollar or two get $10-$15 off of that $25 bill every month just for opening the app once a day and spinning a wheel and or watching a short video clip for two cents a clip! not bad if you ask me so I get unlimited data and 30 GB of hotspot for about $15-$20 every month and I didn’t have to switch numbers or phones! Highly recommend

Bad changes. These latest changes make it even harder for loyal customers to stay. I’ve been considering leaving Boost for awhile because they offer much better deals to new customers to the point that the loyal customers pay twice as much for what the new customers are offered. The option to earn Boost Coins made it feel like a little effort was being made though. I’d only save maybe $10 off my bill each month and it was still more than the new customer offers, but it was still a decent amount of savings. Now the daily spin is gone (where you would get the best odds of saving more) and the weekly bonus is gone. You could get 75 cents each for completing the daily spin and watching videos every day for one week. Plus 2 cents for every video. Now it is only one cent per video and no incentive to do it for a week. This means I would have to watch 89 videos a week now to get the same savings I was getting by watching just 7 before. Even then, I’m still nowhere close to saving what I was before without the daily spin game. This is a huge difference and another disappointing decision to make it harder on loyal customers.

Hidden Gem!!. I had absolutely no idea that Boost upped the game! I could go on and on about the ease of selecting a phone a plan and getting financed or outright purchasing a device. The plans are incredible and there are no hidden “ gotcha” moments! The UI is beautiful and just exciting to navigate and I after two days I find myself just going into it just because it’s appealing and informative. Everything I need is right there and I can see it. I had zero issues with activation or service. Simplicity times ten! I have had the opportunity to interact with customer service and they have been extremely welcoming and supportive! I am really grateful and happy that in today’s climate my dollar feels appreciated. Going through hard times like a lot of others and Boost really came through and saved the day for me and I’m appreciating the whole all around respect they are showing and that’s REAL TALK!! So if you’re in doubt… this isn’t for a promotion this is 100% legit and I hope they stay solid and keep up the same energy for many years to come.

Disappointing after a while. I’ll give it a 3 because free money is free money…. but they’ve lowered the rewards significantly and this is only my second month with Boost. I only spin the wheel and watch 1 video daily to count towards the weekly bonuses. Those used to be 150 but are now 75. The rewards on the wheel are lower and now I spin 5s 90% of the time, whereas before, I was getting different amounts each time and nothing lower than 10. Happy to reduce my bill by any amount, but the drastic changes are disappointing. Update: Now it glitches the weekly bonuses. I was 1 day away from the video bonus and it went all the way back to the start. Wheel and video bonuses should match since I do everything at the same time, but nope. Also, the deals either don’t work or don’t appear. I keep getting notifications about deals, then try to look into them, but they don’t show up. Terrible app, one star. Whenever you spin and get a high amount of coins the app will glitch. When you open the app again it goes up by 2

Not anymore. This app used to be great. I could sit here and watch about 30 videos, get 300 coins and then spin the wheel to earn more coins toward my bill. I was tell all my customers about it and saying how great it was. I don't know what you all did but this new version is a rip off. You traded my $3 a day (from watching videos) for a bigger one time payout on the wheel and I have NEVER hit the highest payout. You cut what the videos were worth in half (they were 10 each, now they're 5). Most of your offers don't even apply to me. The game offers that I can download to earn coins don't work on my phone, but they do on my tablet and it's on a different network!! And a lot of times now when I watch a video, it doesn't credit my account. I know that I've missed out on $25 over the last couple months because of it not crediting to my account. And I can only watch 10 videos now before it stops me, then I have to wait until the next day, but your description says you can watch as much as you want. The app was way better before you "updated" it.

What happened boost.. They make changes mess it all up representative don’t no how to help tell you to go to the store for help. Why are they getting paid if they can’t support. Been with boost over 20 years. They were above all the rest. Now after 20 years they are not the same company and not for the better. Reading the reviews it seems I am not the only one with this problem and support makes it seem like I was the only one. Don’t they know I can read. Just read one had the same problem and he still without a phone. There is a lot of problems with boost since upgrade and now a third party. Looks like boost is going downhill. It’s so sad. The only service I had that I could be very happy with and now that’s gone. Can anyone say helium. Update still no phone I urge everyone to go and report to BBB I did. Since boost sold the company to a man only intrest is to set his family up for the future. Like I said over night they changed my plan. They did something cause the have the wrong phone on my account. They stole half of the money I paid for service because I don’t have service and their support are incompetent do no their A&& from their elbow, rude and can’t support anyone anymore. My only regret with boost is what’s going on and now this company Ecostar has my information and they are buying up everything Boost, Dish, Hughes Satellite and more.

App not crediting points. This app was great initially but now things have gone a little sour. I will start by the latest news: as of this week (perhaps 2 days ago) each time I watch a video I am no longer credited the two points that I’m due. Furthermore, I am echoing previous critics when I state that one can no longer earn more than 50 points on the wheel of fortune. If for some reasons the wheel turns to 250 points or more, the app will just freeze and when you refresh it, it will only credit you a tenth of the stated points. For instance if the wheel hits 500 points you will only get 50 points. This is just being dishonest at this point. It would have been better for the designers of this app to have a wheel of fortune that has no more than 50 points as opposed to the current one that has up to 5000 points which you can never earn! Btw if the wheel hits the 5000-point mark you will only be credited 50 points or 1%!!! That is ridiculous

One size does NOT fit all. Really do NOT like storing a card here... convenient for online so called hacking and identity theft issues and I just need to pay bill , check usage if I ever would need to ... and go on with my life. Cannot even simply log in and pay in 3 minutes with an extremely tight work schedule like it was before. I want an option to NOT keep my data on file as it just gives me more people to monitor who can sell my data to third party morons and play games with people as if I have nothing better to do with my time. Please also stop all the childish pop ups and woo congrats things as it again, makes me waste WAY too mch time.. need streight to the point work. Not everyone finds these options exciting not convenient. Thank you. I have been with Boost for almost 13 years now and it was the simplicity and business first way you did things that attracted me now its slipping to act like other carriers with this app. No thank you.

Can’t get my phone to restore service. I have been with boost since 2012. For the most part I’ve never had an issue however recently I am gettin very frustrated with them. I woke up one morning and my wife’s phone wasn’t working and said it could only make emergency calls only. I call their support team and they tell me it was reported lost or stolen. I tell them I didn’t report it lost or stolen so they go about submitting a ticket to get it removed from the list. I get a confirmation email that the ticket has been closed 3 days later and call again thinking my issue has been resolved. They tell me it is still on the list so they submit another ticket. Three days later same thing. I then talk to another person and they tell me they are submitting a claim to their IT department to get the issue resolved and to call back in a couple of days so three days later I call back again same story. So they submit another ticket and tell me to call back in a couple of days. I call back and they say the same thing again. I ask if there is any other way to resolve this issue and they tell me this is the only way to deal with it. The last person did tell me they submitted another claim to their IT department but I have yet to resolve this issue. I first called about this issue on 4/26 and it is 5/13 and I feel like I am running around in circles.

Ur last update???. Your last update you remove some features in your app. Why do you really? Why did you remove some features in your lab? I like to spend the wheel to knock off some money off of my monthly payment, but you removed the spend the wheel. Why did you do that, your ad looks don’t look like it anymore but thank you for your last update. The real question is why did you remove the wheel feature where you spend the wheel and knock some money off of your monthly payment you guys are just doing stuff that older customers I’ve been with you for 20 years, I’ve been looking forward. I’m getting discount for being with you but you guys keep you keep getting dirty and dirtier with your older customers and that’s a big dildo. I can’t believe you all keep changing stuff. your own good why do you all keep doing that? Maybe it’s a mistake maybe there’s a glitch in your update. Maybe you could fix it and bring back the features for that I’m giving you two stars and until you fix the features.

Limited financial options make you pay. First they said you can earn back some coins and later that disappeared, so practically making to costlier to use. Then they have limited financial options in system which makes you pay them. I added line on 20th of month, they charged me full month as its prepaid and again charged me for whole month at month end. They replied they don’t have refund option and thats how it work ( 2nd line gets charged at same time as first line) but no answer to why didn’t they prorate when they knew i am adding line. Then when i moved one of the line at the end of the month and they still charged me as they said my cycle is on 30th and not 31st( contradicting previous statement when i joined line), and again no refund option. So i ended up paying them for 2 extra month . For service i didn’t feel any issues, when i was with them things worked fine, i was on their unlimited plan and hardly felt issues with speed.

Amazing. I've been with boost almost 6 years now. the old app was harder to navigate but I got super excited when this one came about. Especially with the feature to save on your phone bill by doing spin the wheel, watching videos and downloading apps. There's even a coupon tab where you can save on things for Boost mobile. There's been a few issues lately, but the team has been amazing at getting it fixed in a timely manner & last month even made it to where they added like 2 weeks on everyone's phone service bc it was down. So my phone was on until the app got fixed, thank goodness bc i pay on the app. I will always stay with Boost Mobile. Best service, i get service where no one else does and i've never had any issues with service or anything else. Long time customer and will always recommend to friends.

Sad please fix.. Been with boost over a decade. Been using this app since they started and I lost so many so called points towards my bill. Can’t tell if I paid my bill. So as the title says, I can’t tell if my bill is still due or if I paid it already. Like this month I think I might’ve paid it twice because I think it still has the “pay” button after paying and it definitely still shows “amount due: [regular dollar amount due]” on my bill even after I’ve paid. I know this bc I had to speak with support to see if I paid my bill (which btw they didn’t answer that question) and they offered to help me process the payment instead but after - FOR SEVERAL DAYS - it still said amount due: $200. I paid it only a few days ago, but as of yesterday when I checked it, it STILL said I owed $200 ish. Their app is a piece of churro (not what I meant but I like the autocorrect). But the service is cheaper than AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon with a phone payment plan so I’ll keep it till the 3 phones are paid off. Then I’ll be out to one with a better app for a similar price. Tl;dr - the app will never give you the correct amount you owe after you’ve paid it, and sometimes not before either. The ONLY pro is phone payment plans with a cheaper plan than the top 3 in the US.

A customer for 10+yrs. I’ve been a boost customer for over 10 yrs. I’m very disappointed with your service, as well as, customer service. You guys do not honor none of the boost coins except for daily log-in , and spin /win. Each time I spin I only get 5 boost coins, not to mention the survey, as well as, quizzes to obtain more coins, which I never get after completing each survey/quiz. Furthermore, the chat support, in regards to obtaining my 50 boost coins for every 3 billing cycle aren’t being honored as well. I was disabled last month & couldn’t make my payment on time, and when I did call to get help with my boost coins your customer service was given me options, such as icons, to look for, which there were none. When I tried chatting with customer support in regards to obtaining my 50 boost coins that was also no help. Instead, it kept asking me questions that was not related to the actual chat, which I was texting/chatting about. Furthermore, since you guys are fabricated on your app, I have no choice but to report the fabrication that’s not being offered.

Please help. Someone please help 😭 i need service for this job. No matter what i do, i have no service! I pay it on time! Haven’t had service for two days and got in trouble at work because i literally could not access my phone data. DoorDash has been busy all day which means they are working on the towers. But i cannot access my account, when my service goes out, all my important apps for work including boost, crashes and i cannot login. I cannot call boost support line for help and i am an hour and a half away from the nearest boost mobile 😭 i guess i have to take a trip tomorrow and get a SIM card😢😭 this is crazy. I have bill companies calling me and my boss calling me, and i cannot accept. I call and the call does not go through. And if it does, I’m lucky enough to get a few minutes of audio before it goes to static. No service, no help. I cannot work my job, Atleast send out warnings before you do work on nearby towers that could affect others, please.

New customer. I’m confused on how they charge the highest plan for new customers they make u get 60 plan but when I get this plan I finally hit to get app hit new customer it try’s to sell me sim for 9.99 and unlimited data talk text then says 25 after the first month how do they offer this but then don’t let you get it when you go to the store..l had to wait 2 hrs in store my phone wasn’t even ready how it usually transfers all your information nothing was transferred. I had a figure out everything on my own. I don’t know if I’d recommend Boost I had Metro for seven years and never really had a problem called in that lower my bill of $15 don’t ask me why I won’t go to somewhere else that charges 60 and said I’ll get discounts off 60 , I’m wondering if I should go back too Metro , I use my old phone more than new phone, u make your own decision I wish I had just stayed with my old phone know I got figure out and put everything in from old phone, I remember the store doing that I just think if l had too I would of just keep old phone and service..will give them another month and see what I choose!! Not Good. The app will only work if I am using the data from the phone service. If I am on my home WiFi or work WiFi, it completely does not work at all. So if my service is disconnected and I need to pay my bill, how would I do this if I can’t use another service to activate my phone? The gimmicks are a joke of watching videos, downloading apps etc for a few Pennie’s that is never added to your account. They always send error messages saying “ an error occurred, please try again later”, or “here was a technical difficulty,” Also while my phone is active, if I disconnect from WiFi, instantly my phone service goes into SOS mode or it displays an E in the signal box. This means I have no service. Usually if you have an iPhone , you are able to receive incoming calls , text messages, etc if your service is suspended or off, now boost has blocked the ability to receive calls,text messages, etc on their network all together, even to and from iPhones. Boost isn’t going to solve any of their issues for their customers at all. I have had several times when I was charged twice my payment amount and instead of them refunding my money, they kept it anyways applied it for a new month of service. Terrible customer service always .

Let me tell y’all something about boost!. If you used boost mobile for the past few years you remember their shrink plan you pay your bill on time every 3 months they’ll lower your bill it was amazing they dropped that and came out with lower rate plans for customers on a budget now they have a plan (which I’m currently on) where I pay my bill every 3 months instead of monthly and they have this amazing app that’ll give you a discount by your billing date! Love boost mobile the only service provider that actually care for their customers and don’t wanna take all your money got my iPhone for under $100 brand new and got good service for under $400 a year I can go anywhere and never lose service!! If your looking for a reason to switch to boost mobile this app and other key elements are why their worth it!

Awful. Worst app I have ever used to pay a bill. It doesn’t even load or open half the time. I know it isn’t my phone or signal issues because i am on others apps totally fine before and after, wifi or data. I have done so much to troubleshoot the app, but even on days when my bill is due it won’t open. I will try to pay earlier to make sure my phone stays on and it won’t open. Just stays forever loading like it is pulling up the app. But of course I can always get the texts to pay my bill. I even tried using the link in that text and it just doesn’t help at all. I can basically only pay by calling now and I hate it. I don’t have time to call every month to pay my bill. What is the point of having an app if it is less convenient than calling the company to pay? Probably going to switch carrier companies soon, if this doesn’t change. The old app (Virgin Mobile) was so much better, it’s insane. Edit: herr i am the next month and for the last week every day i have tried to open the app it hasn’t worked. My phone turned off today because i couldn’t pay it, let alone spin anything for rewards. Had to call to restore my service. This app is getting deleted today.

Pointless. I can’t pay my phone bill with this app. How is this an app, if it has to open up the website just for me to login? And then it doesn’t even allow me to login because it offers an error message. What is the point of this app? Why does this app have to open up Safari or Chrome just to login? If I need to login in on the website then I can just go to the website by myself and not have a worthless app taking up storage space in my phone. What does this app value me when it does not do the one thing that I need it to do which is allow me to pay my phone bill? The app doesn’t even allow me to login on the app, it opens up Safari which is not my default browser and then I have to redirect it to chrome, but why is any browser link needing to be opened? When I open my Candy Crush App, I’m not redirected to a browser to play Candy Crush because the app actually serves its purpose so I can play the game in the app because that’s the point. Why can’t I login directly on the Boost App and What is the purpose of its existence?

The App & Service Going Downhill. I’ve used Boost for a little over 3 years, and it’s a shame I’ve witnessed the different milestones on this service and app going downhill. One factor that stood out when it comes to Boost was the games and ad-watching to earn coins for a slight decrease on your bill. I used to recommend Boost because of this benefit they gave their customers. Not only had the app started glitching and removing the coins I won while spinning the wheel and watching their ads, the ultimate disappointment is them completely removing the wheel and decreased the value of the ad-watching to 1 coin (0.01$) per ad. The customer service somehow don’t know how to help in finding out how to get back the coins earned, saying, and I’m paraphrasing, “it’s a new incentive we aren’t familiar with.” There’s something so scammy about what Boost has been doing this past year and quite frankly I don’t think I’m going to stick around longer, especially how shady they’re being to their long time customers.

Great App - Great Company!. I switched over from Visible by Verizon, and I am so impressed. (I was a customer close to two years ago) and this company has significantly improved. I ported over and got the iPhone 15 and this phone is a rockstar on their newly built network, that’s right I am on there NATIVE 5G Network they built and the service is absolutely phenomenal. Customer service has improved, the mobile app is amazing and very easy to use and navigate through, more features, and more data! They are such a new company and very competitive. It’s nice to see a company that combined postpaid and prepaid in one to offer customers great service and the option to finance devices. Even though, I do not finance and choose not too they still give you great deals on port-ins and upgrades and I hope that only changes to get even better for ALL customers! It’s been a breath of fresh air since switching and the process in-store was super smooth. There new network is already amazing and I can only imagine how fantastic it will be once it is fully built out. Thank you Boost Mobile for bringing competition to the market, fantastic deals, improved features, improved customer support, and an improved mobile app! I hope it continues to improve and become even better. A company doing big things for all customers!!! 🧡📲📶🎉

It’s So-So. I like the fact that you can earn money off of your bill monthly different ways, but I’ve been with Boost for a year in August and I’ve only been able to redeem my boost going to first month I was with Boost. Since then every time I press redeem, and it takes me to the next screen, it doesn’t let me scroll down to slide over the button to actually take it off my bill I think that’s like a slap in the face because it’s nice to be able to drop your bills down $20 a month and come to find out when you can’t redeem it. It kind of pisses you off. Because you’re taking the time out to actually do the steps to earn the verse coin and they’re not letting it come off your bill after you put the work in. Other than that, I have no problem with us, but it’s kind of wrong that loyal customers cannot receive the rewards and benefits of this app.

I used to love it!. This app was amazing before the new update. I have encouraged so many people to use Boost Mobile bc their coverage is fantastic and their prices are low. I tell people about the app and how you can spin the wheel each day to earn coins off of your monthly payment. I explain that after 7 days of spinning the wheel, you get 75 cents off of your bill. Well, unfortunately they have taken that away, and they have also made it so that watching videos only take off a penny instead of 2. To some people it’s no big deal, but to others (like myself), it’s super helpful. Even this small change has made it so that I am considering changing my carrier. Why? Because I see that without earning as many coins now, I can get a better deal with other companies. Not asking for a handout, but I have been so appreciative of the coins as it’s one more thing I can do to save money. I realize that Boost Mobile is a business and you have to make decisions to better your business and profit. I am curious as to how they came to the decision to take away the best parts of their app.

Disappointed when the new boost. Customer service is horrible now. I have been with Boost about 15 years now an am ready to find another carrier. They don’t know about the plans and have shut my phone off twice before the due date stating the plans are 30 days but both times phone was off before 30 days. This month I am due to pay on the 27th but my bill was paid on the 31 last month so clearly they are not 30 days. I hate the new app. It doesn’t have any features nor does the new website. I can’t access my call or text history anymore. I can’t review my payments because that never works. The new service is horrible and I get so many different answers from the reps it’s obvious no one knows what’s going on there. This app and site was supposed to be new and improved but it’s not. And the rest of the company has gone downhill as well. The new update does not work. Boostcoins don’t credit to the account for large wins etc.

Bad app and badd customer service. The app is ran by a third party. Not by anyone at boost mobile so 1. There goes ur personal information. 2. Since its ran by a third party they cannot reimburse you for mossing points. I will get back to that later. After 7 days of watching commercials u are awarded 75 points aka 75cents. Boost mobile has erased my history once every week resulting in me only being able to accrue $6 off my bill when it use to be free. No help on the customer service side. Also. When u spin the wheel. Whatever number it landed on. When u opened the app the next day it would still be on that number. Now when i sign in. I have been a customer for 3 months. It eill start on a random different number resulting in you never getting the 100 or 500 points which helps alot since they lowered the reward completion from 150 to 75. Videos watched use to be 5 but are now 2 resulting in 40 extra commercials watched. The app stated it is unlimited but u cant even watch some days its up to them. So. Use at ure own risk. This app is like a new employee. Great before the 90 day probation. After 3 months expect nothing. I wish i could copy and paste the conversation they sent me stating if i am so dissatisfied with the app i can gladly cancel my boost membership. Let that sink in.

Very Satisfied Customer ( Dawn B ). The man at Boost Mobile where I purchased my iPhone 13 from, was extremely helpful. I had no idea what I was doing, and I called him crying my eyes out, locked out of my bank app, credit card apps, social media accounts, you name it I was lost. I was so upset. He told me to relax and get some rest and said “I promise you that I will help you get through this and show you everything no matter how long it takes, or how many questions I had. And he kept that promise. I will forever remember him. And I will never go to another carrier other than Boost Mobile Store. The app alone, has many features that are VERY useful, & so easy to use. Great Idea. Love the idea of this. Sure, to save a few bucks.. I’ll log in. Watch some videos. I have no problem with that. I just find it funny how.. when it’s time to log in for the 7th day in a row for bonus points.. there’s always a problem. The site is unavailable or whatever. I have to start my streak all over again. If your coverage is so great, why I am experiencing problems.. especially on day 7??? If you don’t want to give people a few more dollars off their phone bill.. change the program. UPDATE. so tired of the “you have watched all of the videos for today. Check back later” messages. Really?? At 2 boost coins which equals to 2 CENTS per video.. why would I be limited?? If you are cutting back.. stop this program all together. Don’t send me another response about contacting you. Fix this or stop this. You’ve gone done that 1 star because that’s the lowest I can go. UPDATE. They really need to add an option for zero stars. Now, the only option is to watch a video for 1 point. 1cent. Most of the time it says .. we a preparing videos.. check back later. You can respond to offers.. but none of that works either. I hope they either fix it or just quit doing this!

here we go again. I became a big fan of trying to get the coins to go towards my bill not only was it helpful, but it was fun to. But then I realized that every single time that I got to day seven in the spin and watch a video all of a sudden they weren’t working, no matter what I did nothing would work there for the next day I was put back to zero and had to start all over again with spinning the wheel and watching the videos to get to number seven. One time might be a glitch but every time seems to me like it’s a set up, when I click on watch a video it says come back later. We’re getting videos ready for you. That’s been 22 hours now. And I just clicked on the bar to spin and absolutely nothing happens so I guarantee you after making sure that I do this every day tomorrow when it’s day eight I will wake up and everything will be back to zero again this really needs to get fixed. This is unfair you touted as though it’s something great for the customer and it would be if you got it to work.

Over charged n not refunding. So I got back with boost which I’m regretting cause I added a second line n yet I’m being charged for two extra lines I try to get the two people that I had contacted with to understand what I was saying but apparently they only speak boost n nothing else I was told I couldn’t get a refund for a line that they added that not one has in my household cause it’s only me I added a second line for my grandson but instead of two lines I’m paying for three lines than when you ask to speak to a supervisor they keep you on the phone forever and a day cause they’re waiting for one but no one is coming boost I’m so done with you the salesperson harry Gonzales’s was of no help I asked to speak to a supervisor and he kept me on the phone forever after half an hour he said yeah she’s looking at your account but still waiting n now he wouldn’t give me her name is lady I mean seriously why on the phone for just about an hour with no help what so ever please save yourself don’t get boost

Locked out of app!. I can’t use the app! When I open it, it says, “Update Required” “There is a newer version available for download! To use this app, please download the latest version.” This new version JUST came out 16 hours ago! I am on the version just before it, which was the latest version several hours ago. I only have 1 GB of cellular data a month, just enough for me to get email and occasionally look something up when I’m away from home. I currently don’t have enough data to download the latest version and, obviously, can’t get more data through the app. It doesn’t even make any sense! No other app requires me to update as soon as it comes out. And it makes even less sense when that app is the one I use to get more data! Looks like I will need to ration my data very carefully until I come back home to Wi-Fi. I’m so upset right now that I just used some of that precious data to post this review! I can’t even imagine what someone in my position would feel if they were on a 6-day streak and missed the 7th day because of this, losing all the extra Boostcoins because of it!

Could be better. Not a horrible app but don’t expect much with customer service in anyway … watch videos at 2 cents a pop … Daily log in worth 5 cents … then a spin that usually is consistent between 5 -10 cents … then a weekly 1.50 for log in and one video a day bonus … after you reach a certain amount off your bill they limit to only 5 videos a day or they don’t pay out for half …. It’s a great concept with today’s society but again corporate greed steps in …. If we get 2 cents a vid when they pay out can you imagine what they make ??? Profits always over customers ;) other then that download it and expect up to 60%~75% max off your bill ….

Consistently getting worse. Boost is a decent service, but their app has gone from okay to unusable in the last few updates. At first it was mostly fine, worked about 85% of the time. Only occasionally buggy/frozen and the boostcoin opportunities like the wheel and the login bonus were a nice touch. Then they updated it and removed pretty much all the earning possibilities except 2 measly coins to watch an ad. Okay, huge bummer. Then they updated AGAIN and now the app is completely useless. Nothing is loading, constantly showing error messages when I try to click anything and look at any page except the home page. At this point going to the website is a million times better/easier and it’s not like I’m missing anything by using the site instead of the app since they’re getting rid of boostcoin.

Almost useless. Since boost was sold and bought the service has gone down hill. It used to allow customers to restart their plan when they wanted. You could get a new phone and switch service to it via the website, customers could add more data more than one time. It seems to Me that the coin collection via the app is a set up. It always glitches when you get to the seventh day not allowing us to get the .75 cents for a 7 day log in streak. It just sends us to zero. The chat box IT People cannot help with anything at all. They are useless. The service has gone down hill. I ordered extra data several months ago and I have not been able to order any extra data since then. They claim to have the IT department on it but it’s still not fixed. I wouldn’t recommend this phone service.

Too many issues, so many glitches!. This app would be great if it worked (consistently). I have to refresh multiple times a day due to technical problems. The coins are nice but the videos never play. When they do, you get cheated out of your weekly bonus. You’ll reach your last video (75 bonus coins) just to be told there’s no more available. It’s pretty convenient that it resets when you’re close to a payout. Something tells me that’s not a coincidence. Not to mention, you never get a spin over 50 coins. The app owes me 300 coins already and I’ve only been using it a month. I can appreciate the “free money” but it’s false advertising. If you’re not going to make videos available or correctly award people for their spins then don’t advertise that.

Doesn’t load, and it doesn’t keep you logged in.. This app is alot more confusing then the last app, the last app I pressed 2 buttons and boom my service was paid and not due till next month, but this app is just confusing, and it’s not even accurate my phone is due in 11 days and the app says it’s not due till 31 days 🤦‍♀️ it’s annoying and a waste of time, I tried downloading the old app again but it just redirected me back to this app. Andd on top of that you have to constantly log back in the app, although you had to do the same with the other app it was much easier because it allowed me to setup my face ID, this app doesn’t allow that, and when logging in you get redirected to a google or safari tab just to login.. so I think I might just switch carriers to avoid the headache. Its sad I been with boost for yearrssss, I know they lost me and alot of other customers because of this app.

Might lose my job. I have boost mobile unlimited talk text and data plan. My data was capped at 40 gigs I paid for 10 extra gigs and that ran out. I tried to buy more data and was told it was unavailable. I drive trucks so I need the maps and I also FaceTime my children daily. I was told that my data would be slower after the premium high speed data is used but my apps don’t work unless I’m connected to WiFi. I don’t even get important messages from my company until I connect to WiFi. I’m at risk of losing my job because of the false advertising of boost claiming they have unlimited talk text and data and my text or data is not unlimited. Boost should not exist if they can not supply the demand for data in 2024. I should not have to find places with WiFi in a 53’ tractor trailer because boost can’t keep up with the demand for data.

Useless app from a useless phone company. Ever since Boost did the whole change to their newer version of their site and this app, I’ve had countless problems. Quietly dropping the grandfather plan for customers that have been with them for years which allowed them to 1. Take longer than usual to recognize that I’ve been a customer for 10yrs so that I could use their crappy app that they insisted we install 2. Randomly raising my phone bill 3. Changing how many gigabytes my phone has 4. 5g chip that was sent, never working 5. Autopay never working on the app 6. Problems mysteriously arise when it’s time to finish my streak and get more coins Now they’ve removed all the nice features that could give us chances to have an affordable phone bill. Mind you, features they first introduced after chaotically forcing all their customers to their new version. All of this is just a big waste. They could’ve just kept things the way that they were. The simple way. Instead they’re money hungry now after realizing just how many people partook in the features that they had setup for their customers. Boost is slowly no longer being a reliable phone service. With limited phone options, limited plans, a hassle with customer service, their trash app etc. They aren’t worth it.

Complete Fraud. They have taken away all the ways possible to “EARN FREE WIRELESS” I was only ever able to actually get FREE WIRELESS with the government ACP program now that has been shut down this Boost/Dish scam has been texting me and emailing me to stay with their network and here are great plans starting from $10/month ALL ONLY AVAILABLE FOR NEW CUSTOMERS!?!?!? I just don’t understand why LIE ??Do you not realize that just makes me want to go elsewhere? And now you’ve taken away the daily 5 Boostcoins, the cheesie daily Boostcoins wheel spins, the +2 Boostcoins for watching an already limited 5 videos per day, and all the quick easy +1 Boostcoin per Clicks. I really don’t even need to right this useless review because I’m certain you are loosing your customer base now even faster then you’re losing credibility and consumer confidence. Good luck staying in business period end.

Boost will take your money. I over paid my phone bill because the first time I paid it didn’t register was told I could get the money back or returned to my boost account neither has happened and has been 2 weeks since I’ve told them about it they kept telling me it’s on the way for 2 weeks I call today and they say they can’t do anything at all so they telling me 25$ just disappeared and they can’t do anything about it? The moment I get the payment I will be closing my boost account and will never use boost again they will lie and lie and just hang up money doesn’t disappear I have all my receipts

They are scammers. I was recently with them but regret it and got transferred over to a different company. Due to their lack of a brain. I had lost my devices called it in and emailed everything. It was set up on auto pay guess what they did or better yet didn’t do never cut it off and charged my bank account twice before getting my old device cut off and gave me a hard time to get my number transferred. I’m serious I had to get a new phone new number and all. After losing my device could u believe that. Not lying had to cancel my debit card bc even though I had trouble with getting it through their heads that I no longer had the device which I immediately thought would of been cut off by that time they wanted me to continue to verify my account and self and still left it on for another month!! Ugh

App is a disappointment. The new app is awful. Runs slowly. Not able to use all the features. Can’t switch phone service online easily or at all. Also the new earn points for free stuff. Lies, I have ACP and when I tried to use my redeemed points for extra data, wasn’t allowed. The online app said my phone isn’t allowed to add extras. Then when contacted customer service, they told me I had to pay upfront for data, and the credit I had already from redeemed points will go towards my bill that’s due next month ( which is completely covered by ACP)! So, it was a total waste of time and effort to earn the points. And then disappointed I can’t add extras to my service plan because I have ACP benefits. I am leaving Boost and going to a company that wants good loyal customers.

Ordered a phone for daughter then boost sent email stating your phone has been shipped and gave a tracking number I then check the tracking information and said it would be delivered The next tracking information said returned WTH so I call support to find out what happened the customer service representative said I cancelled the order no then she said I’m not sure I can give a email for you to reach and find out why WTH I asked her I need to speak to a supervisor she was even worse her name was Angela why is she a supervisor if she can’t tell me why boost cancelled my order and not give me my refund When it was cancelled and their side I should have been given a refund and a email telling what happened none of that happened been a faithful customer before they even sold out to sprint this will be my last month these thieves and still have not received my refund or explanation on why they cancelled my order

Ridiculous!. This app you demanded that I load up on my phone is useless. It never works! I try to monitor my 10GB of data usage and the usage update button doesn’t work. It just won’t update to show what you have remaining. I was always setup on auto pay and inquired at one of the Boost Stores to see if the app was necessary because we were already on auto pay. He assured us that the app was not necessary and our auto pay would remain in effect and our payment would be made in two days. Two days later my phone was shut off! This is a great business practice to get automatic payment customers to download your useless ridiculous app!

Trouble logging in. The app is not working for me, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it takes me to a blank page every time I try to log in. This is a major INCONVENIENCE, the card that I had on file for auto pay needed to be updated but I couldn’t log into the app so how else was I suppose to pay? I contacted and agent and they proceed to let me know my account was disconnected due to the missed payment “but how could’ve I paid/update my auto pay if I couldn’t get into the app”?. I explained to him what was happening and the only solution he had was to give my card information over the phone which under NO CIRCUMSTANCE I don’t feel comfortable doing. However I went along, because how else was I suppose to get my line reconnected so I could use my DATA for the next day when I leave my home WIFI. This is a major inconvenience on my end being a consumer of an un reliable service. Please look into this

Ridiculous. I’ve been a boost customer for over ten years. I purchased a phone and I checked the box to send to my billing address. After the purchased the receipt said the phone will be shipped to an old address that I lived at 5 years ago. I chatted with live chat twice and then on the phone with a live agent. What is the point of having a box checked to ship an item to the same billing address if the app does what it wants. I went to my account t and and my billing address is correct and does not have my old address listed anywhere. It doesn’t even prompt you to be blue to add a shipping address if you wanted to. But now I have to talk to ups to get the phone I purchased. Also when I purchased the phone they added my phone purchase to my phone bill and credited for another month with the remaining balance. No one was helpful AT ALL

Great Concept, Needs Fine Tuning. I’m relatively new to Boost Mobile, as I was looking for a way to save money. Service hasn’t been bad- I had some struggles recently while traveling. I was in an area I wouldn’t have thought it would have happened- I had 2 bars but my phone was struggling with a web browser. The app hasn’t really worked well in the 3-4 months I have used it. I love the idea of being able to knock down my monthly bill, but at this point, I’m questioning whether it is worth using/staying with boost because of the app issues. In addition to the app being down for days earlier this week, it now looks like it is back up, but I can’t process the payment that should have been taken automatically earlier this week. Service is working but still. There hasn’t really been much communication in regard to it either. Baseline, it’s affordable, service works, app isn’t great.

Hate It. First, I do not like apps so that will weigh my rating. Second, it’s confusing to elderly. They’re likely to download all kinds of things that may compromise their data. Third, I trust Dish about as far as I can throw them. They combined old customer files from their network when they bought Boost. My parents phone number was associated with a name we had never heard of and they had their number for at least 12 years. Want to earn boost coin to lower your payment? Beware the Offerwall. Don’t let an under 18 person take a survey for 1 point- they could be bombarded with lewd and inappropriate ads. Missing earned points for logging in, watching videos, spinning the wheel or for just being a Boost Customer who pays on time - good luck getting those? Boost does not know how their app works and their partner TapJoy just really doesn’t care. So, no, I would not recommend the app in its current state.

Customer For Over A Decade. Me and my family have been using the same boost account for over a decade, always looked past the small headaches. Never once have we had issues upgrading our phones when it’s time. Today I spent a total of 7.5 hours on the phone and spoke with 8+ people. 7/8 said we were approved and eligible for upgrades but for some reason couldn’t get it to go thru. The 8th person just told us we’re not approved. No good explanation, was rude about it, and in the end just said. Sometimes people don’t get approved. As we were on the phone with her we once again got online when thru the application and at the end of the application got another approval. But they just couldn’t seem to do anything but tell me have a good day. I will be contacting Verizon and other phone companies with intent to switch my family to a new service provider.

The “apple” of pre paid cellular phone service…. Great company, better service, and an even absolutely wonderful experience! In my opinion, obviously, this company has something that most other companies have completely ignored in the last couple of decades… making the customer feel valued. The app allows for an experience that is very “interactive”, which allows for a much more intuitive and rather pleasant “journey.” Two thumbs up, 5 stars, and all of those other nice accolades that has been missing from a lot of companies over the years… thank you, and I look forward to what the future brings with Boos Mobile.

New boost coin update is horrible. I can’t believe the company actually changed the one feature that set them apart from other companies and almost made up for the quality of service that they lack tremendously and still make you pay full price each month even though there are days where it has no signal , now they’ve taken the boost coins feature and made it so pathetic it’s not even worth messing with .. I’m definitely stopping the word of mouth advertising about the company now because it somehow found a way to make a barely running machine completely worse . But I’m sure they only did it because they needed the money very badly LOL at least you have a home to go to and not worry about being constantly assaulted from having to live on the streets because you literature don’t know anyone in this odd little town called Smithfield . So thanks Boost for making my excruciating life even more painful and stressed to the max .

So far the great ladi helped me name Dasia and now Nate from another store she had looked out for me stayed over made the port on her birthday and also made sure I was truly helped and satisfied to my guarantee I don’t know about accessories but she was great and help me dearlyI really appreciate her on gender and refugee and Nate off ofLivingston Avenue was also great and helpful she was awesome to go in on her way to make sure I was good and OK she truly deserves a raise she’s a great employee and comes in on her day off even though it was her birthday she’s still a knowledge the customer is always right and went out her wayTo satisfy him please all customers and that they get it understanding she’s very great one of a kind I appreciate her help

Absolute Garbage. Boost is a trash company which has zero respect for it's client base. after getting tricked into hastily extending my same 15gb/mo plan (rather than upgrade to the better option) for another year due to app data error and customer service confusion, now I cannot even monitor my data usage... Thats right. I use this data for a driving job and I have ensured that I am within the limits because of this monitoring capability on the webpage and app... but these are useless now. FOR THREE WEEKS AND AFTER REPEATED CALLS AND REPORTS, I am STILL unable to see either ratio of data used/data remaining but I can also not see WHAT was used under the other "usage" menu... webpage and app give NOTHING. Customer Service reps also sees NOTHING when they look on their end and cannot assist with letting you know whats left because apparently they only have access to the same crap broken penny-pinching trash that are their customer-facing apps ! Terrible company with terrible problems that can sabotage your life and there will be no one to help because they have completely disempowered their customer service to be of any use at all... I have also been told by customer service that MANY PEOPLE have reported this issue and yet ... crickets... Stay Away... pay the extra quid and get something that meets the definition of "service"... Shame on Boost.

Pathetic Excuse For Customer Service. I’ve been with Boost for years because it’s what I can afford. Unfortunately, it’s gone downhill and now my contract was sold, but I don’t have access to view it anymore. The “help” chat bot is completely automated and it’s impossible to get a human online. When I call, the international 3rd party agents apparently can’t tell me when my phone will be paid off (I’m pretty sure it was supposed to be this month). When I log into my account on the app, there’s an option to print a PDF version of my plan that conveniently never manifests, and the other option is “view details” which gives a message saying I’m not authorized to view it on mobile app… but the joke is that I can’t access it on a desktop either. Excess payments add up. I’m so disgusted. This app is useless for my needs, and apparently literally no one I’ve spoken to from Boost can do anything about it. Absolutely would not recommend.

Used to be great, now it’s just a pain.. The boost coin program was a nice way to generate ad revenue and customer interest for the company. Log in to the app, watch a few ads every day, you could get $5-$10 a month off your cell bill just doing this. Apparently that wasn’t making them enough money, cause they just changed the program and now you don’t get any daily log in bonuses, nor any bonuses for logging in seven days in a row. They cut the rewards in half for watching ads and the additional ways to earn are basically a ton of “clicking on links to get a penny” type stuff. So if you jump through all the hoops you might end up with like, $2-$3 off your bill each month, but now you have to spend a ton of time doing it. This used to be great but it’s not worth it anymore.

NOT HAPPT. I am. Baby Boomer and I like customer service to include a LIVE person. These automated chats are for the birds… Moreover, I have been a A family user and Boost customer sinner 2014 and using the old app to pay my bill. In aJanuary 2022 I purchase an iPhone on credit with BOOST and yet, NONE if that nor my patronage for near 10 years is listed nor any indicatedion if my long-tem my account. I have a 5 line user account and went in to see about activating a line and nothing is there… it is quite frustrating…additionally, last month I added a credit card to my account and have yet to receive my 200 points… I should have points just for staying with Boost for so long. Note: I RARELY leave a bad review on anything. But this app gets only 2 stars and that is just because I like the customer service at my local store.

I Love Boost!. Boost has been great so far! Had Verizon, Sprint/T-Mobile before but none were as good as Boost. I’ve spent so much money in phones and fees over the years and didn’t want a contract anymore. Before I had dropped calls and almost no bars in my area with T-Mobile, but now i’m getting full bars with Boost. Customer service has been outstanding. Only $25 bucks a month for unlimited data, that’s a deal I couldn’t pass up and now i’m saving so much extra money over T-Mobile! Plus, you can earn credits towards your bill by logging into the Boost One app daily, watching some ads, etc and basically get free service.

Customer service rep. I had a big problem that I was going to cancel my service and send my phone back in. I talk to the best customer service rep CHANE. Fix everything for me brightened up my day. He had kind words to say made me smile. Everything that person said to me was positive. I couldn’t believe a customer service rep was this kind, loving and caring to go above and beyond for me BOOST MOBILE do not ever lose this person working for you, I’ve never in my life spoken to somebody like this before in customer service he truly cares and helped me to stay with you instead of leaving he knows his job well !!!!! thank you CHANE. U made my day and made me smile 😁

bugs + greedy company. -constantly get logged out of my account -boostcoins dont always get awarded -all efficient ways to earn boostcoins (save money) have been removed besides watchings ads, which ofc is the only one that profits the company, in addition, the reward was reduced from 2 cents per ad to 1 cent per ad -able to switch from cheaper to more expensive plan in app, yet unable to switch from more expensive to cheaper plan -called customer service, they told me i’d used 20 gigs of data in 5 days when both my settings and the app said otherwise. they said the app isn’t always updated, so either they’re inflating the usage (which i strongly speculate, because there’s no way my phone AND my boost app both got my data usage wrong and said the same amount of data used), or they have a problem with their app not reflecting accurate data usage, which can be harmful and costly to users

One month of use and so far not liking it…. It’s been a month since I started using Boost, I previously had GoogleFi. My main issue with Boost so far is: people call me but my phone doesn’t ring; the app is slow and too busy with useless features; when I installed the app and the line, no where it said I had to set my voicemail. Coming from GoogleFi everything was on the app and if someone left me a voicemail I would get a text notifying me, plus a notification on the app itself. Also, they were all transcribed. It was very easy and convenient! But with Boost I didn’t know it had to be set up, so I missed important voicemails due to that. It still doesn’t explain why I missed the calls though, because my phone should’ve rang before going to voicemail, but that never happened. There’s a lot of improvements that need to be done! I’m probably not going to keep Boost…

Can’t Beat Boost Mobile.. My service has been awesome! If anyone else can get service with any other company, I CAN TOO! No matter how remote l have service when others are wondering about trying to get a signal, I laugh, let them use my phone and try to get all of my friends and family on BOOST. I’ve been with Boost since 2008 and don’t understand why I can’t get all people to realize how much money they would save. NEVER any hidden fees and the price always stays the same each month. Boost is probably the only company that I know I’m not being ripped off! No reason not to try it, you can opt out anytime you want. Thanks Boost Mobile!

Boost. Me and my family has had boost mobile for over 5 years now, I have always loved it till recently. We have always been on the plan for 5 phone lines for 100$, one of the phones had got lost when we went to replace the phone they told us our 5th line wasn’t on there & hasn’t been for almost a year which is impossible because the phone was in service & working before it got lost, they also didn’t tell us our bill would go up 55$. My plan stills says I have 5 lines for 100$ but I am paying 155$ for my 5 lines. I have called nobody can explain to me how the 5th line disappeared. Then they say they can’t fix it because the deal expired but I have had the same deal since I got boost mobile never changed it & I still have the plan for 5 lines for 100$ online my plan says it’s that plan. So I am confused how they changed my plan without telling me and removed a number without asking or telling me.

Clunky and full of features I don’t want/need. This app, which I installed because that apparently how we pay the bill now, is annoying. I’m not able to make any changes to my service plan, nor am I able to remove lines. I’m sure if I wanted to add on, it wouldn’t be a problem, though. The “Live Chat” feature isn’t helpful beyond FAQ-type info, and the bot gets easily confused, and it’s not clear how one can reach a Live Human Agent. I’m also not a big fan of the new “BoostCoin” gamification features, but I can understand how that discount could be attractive, and I hope it works well, with minimal data mining, for those who choose to participate. I know the app is new, so I’ll give it some time to work out the bugs, but if there isn’t improvement in a month or two, I’ll be going elsewhere for cellular service.

App lags, bad experience with customer support. I tried paying my bill on the app, but it was lagging, so I accidentally paid twice. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund for the accidental payment. When I received the refund I thought everything worked out. Unfortunately, the next week I noticed the bill wasn’t paid. On their website in payment history it says both payments were refunded. While in reality I only received 1. I’ve made multiple tickets with the customer service reps, only for nothing to happen. I’ve asked the reps if I could be transferred to the financial dept, or any one else that could delve into the problem deeper than them. But they couldn’t or wouldn’t help with that. There isn’t an email to contact, I was hoping my bank would be able to contact boost and resolve this. Boost phone service isn’t bad. Just app & customer service.

New and improved - NOT. I do not care for the app, it does everything the opposite of what you select, i do not want my CC info saved and did not choose auto payment ( no boxes checked as well as NO please do not send me emails 3 x or more in the week with promotional info- guess what? All the opposite was done. If thats not bad enough, I just got this phone service and the app was under construction for not a day a week but has been for weeks now ( my first day of service was Jan 28 and the app just came available yesterday) March 2, 23 . Still cant get a hold of customer service on the phone- how terrible! This app does not allow any options like other apps that make sense. Terrible app

Come Back Later to watch more videos. It says after you’ve been watching videos for a little while. Most of the videos are long too, twice over the 5 second timer will show before you can exit to get only 2 coins! The wheel rarely gives you more than 5 coins like it’s permanently fixed to stop there! Then if the app is not available on their part and your on a roll spinning, oh well too bad you got to start all over from square one! Oh let’s not forget about the offers that are mostly next to nearly impossible to accomplish and the ones that you do, you only get, count, 1, yes one lost coin!! Not only is it time consuming but I’ve had to uninstall the app 4 times because it gets stuck on a black screen or on my payment screen. Then just stays stuck doesn’t show anything! A lot of trouble is what Boost One is. I used to love Boost Mobile but now it’s different.

I am not getting my full services as you are getting your full pay for my services. I have been with this company for seven months. I have been having a problem with my Internet. I have been having a problem with pitching Mail Facebook TikTok for seven months I’ve been calling and they have recognized that. I’ve been calling it for seven months, but yet have I been able to get them to replenish my services? I have not got a month for free I have not got a week for free and I have not been able to use my phone for four weeks when I pay my $47 for my bill. I think I use my phone probably two weeks out of the month because of the glitches that I have been dealing with and yet they will not resolve the situation. They has not resolved the situation and I still am waiting on a callback for them to tell me they have resolved the situation but yet I have to pay every month for services that I do not receive.

Nothing But Lies. Anyone else lose out on their boost mobile points because of updates? I have twice out of 3 payments and honestly I don’t feel it’s fair that we can’t move coins over to use on our bills because of that and we lose our streaks we build up we lose our spins the video watches and all that adds up and never do they give us any compensation. Why even have us do this to keep our bill down if it is never available when you need it. I have seen a different side of this company in my 11 months of service and I am ready to leave after the crap I just went through. I had $43 to use towards my bill and my bill was. $47 had to pay the full $47 because it was past due and couldn’t use my points I had saved up due to their update for 3 days that isn’t my fault o wish I could have Dave no stars to this company .

Boost app. Works good and helps me cut back on the phone bill. Which only took five minutes out of my day and could save over ten dollars every month. Unfortunately that has change to a penny a day for you watching 30+seconds of five different adds. Most of the time service is good but I travel and have been in places where I have no service. I still want to stay with boost and hope they give us better ways to save on the bill specifically since they advertised that way. Better than straight talk cheaper than most and service is good most of the time.

Love this app. I am new to using the app I’ve maybe had it for about five months I love the daily spins to take money off of my phone bill even just for logging in we get points off of our phone bill I’ve saved myself $50 a month by doing the daily sign in daily spins and watching videos and doing surveys and people may think that $50 isn’t much but as much time as you spend on your phone you might as well just spend a couple minutes if it gets money off of your bill each month and when you’re on a family plan with a bunch of teenagers it’s also amazing cause it saves money

Troublesome. Sometimes the app works very smoothly, but other times not so much. It often takes several minutes for the home page to open up. Sometimes I get the sign in page and I have to do it 2 or 3 times before the site opens. Lately I haven’t been getting credit for spinning the wheel so I miss out on the 75 coin bonus for that week. However the coin amount for those spins is applied to my payment balance. I just don’t get the 7-day streak bonus. Very frustrating. The same thing happens when I watch videos. It doesnt log that I watched that day so I can never get a 7 day streak and lose out on that bonus as well. I know I don’t have to play this game but since you offer it,it should at least play fair.

Terrified!. The app will not load completely. All I see is the orange welcome screen and a tiny circle spinning. Today is October 11th. We have a 4 phone family plan. If this app does not load, I can’t pay my bill. I will be forced to drive 20 miles to the closest boost store to pay in cash with a $6 fee, IF they are open. Yes, I have the app updated. Yes, I have done a complete shut down of the phone, and restarted it please fix, so I can pay you money. If you do not want to continue receiving my money, do nothing, and I will be forced to use another carrier. Please Help. I am TERRIFIED of losing family’s phone service. I will edit to 5 Star review when fixed.

One big complaint. Overall I think the concept and make of the app is done well, but the feature you promote a lot is the ability to earn coins that will deduct from your bill. Well, twice now I have spun the wheel and been scammed out of the coins it landed on, but I’ve noticed it only happens when I land on the large numbers. The first time, I landed on 500 coins, but the second time I landed on 5000 and even screenshotted it bc I had a feeling the same crap was going to happen. The screen just idles on the coins, never rewards me them, i even sat there for 15 minutes, nothing. And then when I eventually have to back out, there’s the audacity to only give me 5 coins as credit. I love the idea, but don’t put bigger numbers on the wheel if you’re just gonna scam us and never reward them.

Terrible service continues🤦🏾‍♂️. I’ve been with Boost for awhile now. Probably a couple years. The only reason I stick around with them is cause they have one conveniently in ever other place you go. ITS NEVER BEEN FOR THEY SERVICE and this app further proves to be another headache as well as their support teams. This app freezes and stalls, goes back to Home Screen at any given moment you might tap on it, and now won’t let me hit the profile icon on the bottom right corner to be able to pay my bill before it’s due. Seeing as they take your number out their system just a couple days after a nonpayment and causes you to have to get a whole new number and all afterwards just makes the situation even worse. Boost you need serious improvements suprised you still have enough business to still be around

In theory this could be great. Although this app is a wonderful place to pay your bill while saving money at the same time, there are lots of downsides. This app does not reward you all the coins it’s suppose to when you watch videos or complete challenges. You add another account to get coins you don’t get that extra, you pay your bill on time every month yet don’t receive your “boost loyalty” coins. Please work on this! As well as the hotspot! Never have been able to access my hotspot since I’ve been with this provider! There have been extra bugs lately. Personally I can’t even get my daily log in coins or spin the wheel. The only options I have are watch a video or take a survey. Really frustrating that you guys advertise to save money but I can’t do anything to get my rewards.

Forced update poor Boost reward system. Boost doesn’t want you to earn those coins as easily as you used to. They hold your system suddenly, force you to update and suddenly you can’t earn the boost coins with much success. They slow down the calendar so instead of getting a bonus after 7 days, it shows you still sitting at 4 or 5 days. They basically cheat you. It may be truly time to go elsewhere like Puretalk or Mint Mobile. Also, Tired of the forced updates where they render you unable to use the app if you don’t update immediately. I hate your forced updates. You say it “enhances the experience “ but that means nothing. Whenever you force us into an unwanted update it usually deletes some benefit we used to have. If there’s a better deal, we need to research it.

So many issues so often. I like the app because it does allow me to save money every month on my phone bill. However, it seems like every 4 or 5 days there is some sort of problem. There are times when I am not able to login and get the message “oops something went wrong”. This causes me to lose my 7-day streak towards the 75 bonus coins for spins and videos. Then there are times when I don’t receive my daily login bonus. Another issue is not being able to watch all of the videos. Initially I was allowed to watch 25 videos a day and now I’m only allowed to watch 5 videos. If the daily amount of allotted videos has been changed, a message should be sent saying that. The app is unavailable at times as well.

Crappy App crappy customer service!!!. I used to love boost mobile, and when they came out with the app, it was great! But now I have no idea what’s wrong with it. Pretty much every day when I spend the wheel no matter what it lands on. It only gives me 10 points. And about a month or so ago I landed on the 5000. And it never gave me my coins. I contacted customer service. And they are completely horrible to deal with. I was told that the ticket was put in regarding this and that they would get back to me. They never did. I had to continue to contact them and then I was told that the issue was escalated, and my coins would be in my account within 24 hours. My coins never came.! So I continue to call them, and every time I told the same thing, but it would never happen. I am so frustrated with this and their customer service. I will give you zero stars if I could.!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PHONE COMPANY OUT THEy. I have been a customer of Boost Mobile for 7 years straight, and have asked for a payment a handful of times (I have to have my phone on so that I can work) and my phone is due on the 11th. I don’t get paid until the 14th, and they refused to make a payment arrangement with me. I can’t work if I don’t have a phone, and I can’t pay my bill if I don’t work. I’ve said this over and over but last month I went to T-Mobile and got pricing and I liked what they offered. Boost may have screwed up, because I don’t think I want to be a customer to someone who has absolutely zero loyalty when I’ve been a part of their company for over 7 years. That’s about as low as low gets. Period.

Doesn’t seem to help all the much. An app that entices you to log in everyday with the incentive of credit off your bill. I set an alarm to log in, spin, and watch ads everyday. I missed a lot of days but worked out to be about $10 of my bull that month but since I did not apply the credit before that dude date , I was unable to use the credit earned when I went to pay the bill, which I don’t understand. Why wouldn’t you be able to apply the credit on the due date?? Well second month in it seems to give me 5-10cents for a spin and no more credits show up after watching these ridiculously stupid ads. Apparently catering to me and other low class poor individuals. We’ll see if I even make $10 this cycle although I doubt it and will be removing this

Great app and service. Been using this service and app for over a year now didn’t believe you could actually earn free wireless service but it is true! I am consistent with watching the vids and logging in daily so I have actually have credits so far I’ve paid my bill up 3 months by watching their ads! I’ve added 2 more lines cause I couldn’t believe and affordable it is and good service! Never have any issues…when I’m in rural areas and other providers like T-Mobile have no service my phones work perfectly actually have to use my hotspot for the other provider to work but if you’re thinking bout joining do I definitely didn’t regret it!
