Wouldn’t it be nice…….. If you could click visit and it didn’t shut down the whole app over and over again. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Needs Option to Add Ticket Purchase. Super helpful in the park but you can’t add your reservation unless you purchase THROUGH the app or Create account FIRST.

Tickets not linked. I downloaded the app using the email I purchased our passes with and it does not show the tickets in the app. Also, there is no way to put in a confirmation code or do anything to get the app linked with my purchase.

App did not link my purchased.. As title said, after receiving my order confirmation, the email stated that I should download the discovery cove app so I can manage my bookings inside the app. I signed up using the email I used to make the reservations and when I opened the app, no orders were saved and now the customer service could not even link my order to the app. How is this so hard to do? On top of that, I would have to call them (roughly 2-3hrs call back) just to add any additional experiences/upgrades since I have to tell them to add the experiences/upgrades on my existing reservations since the app won’t allow me. Just horrible.

Rate 5. The app’s new to me. I enjoy learning about what’s new to experience.

Cannot add my ticket. This renders it useless for Park entry.. It’s unbelievable that this app does not allow the user to link a reservation and ticket.

Disclaimer down load app before purchase. I didn’t even think to look for an app!! If your going to send an email suggesting to download an app to keep everything electronic you should specify that before purchases are made, especially since that is the only way to get your tickets electronically. Who wants to keep up with paper tickets on vacation. NOT ME but now I have no choice. The fact that you can’t link your purchases to the app is ridiculous. This should be an easy app fix to add a reservation. VERY inconvenient!

App does not link purchases!. Confirmation email said to… “Download the Discovery Cove app for the best in-park experience and to save your confirmation.” The app did not link our purchase to our email address, and there is no way to enter our order/confirmation number.

Tickets. Won’t let me add my reservation in the app. No customer service.

Purchase not linked. The app did not link my purchase. Purchase 4 tickets through Rakuten site, got my confirmation as well as suggestion to download the app. Well the app did not have my purchase linked. Waste

Very frustrated. I had tickets back in 2021. The app shows those but refuses to show the new ones I booked in Feb 2024. I would really like to have my plans show in the app. But they won’t. I called Discovery Cove and sounds like I will have to wait to get to the park for someone to be able to help me. Guess I’m stuck with paper tickets.

Love the app. Love the app super excited to go! I’m a very big planner the only thing I would do is add an itinerary for people like me! Lol

DONT BUY ANYTHING USING THE APP. My biggest disappointment was the photo system, which feels like a masterclass in how not to run modern technology. If you pay for photos through the app, retrieving them later becomes an adventure in frustration. They treat you like a criminal for trying to access your own pictures, while casually charging nearly 300 dollars for five different dolphin photos. Apparently that is the price of “memories.” The only professional photo opportunities are with the dolphins. That is it. If you were hoping for nice family photos around the park, good luck. You will leave with dozens of dolphin-only pictures and maybe one or two where your family accidentally appears in the background. If your phone dies, congratulations, your photos die with it. Staff will not release anything unless you can prove you prepaid. Even if they locate your pictures in their system, without proof, you are simply out of luck. So be sure to pack charging cables, a power bank, and maybe a backup phone, because this place clearly does not believe in redundancy. It is 2026, we have AI, cloud computing, facial recognition, and instant digital delivery, yet anything tied to their app is unreliable and frequently unlinked. Meanwhile, the check-in process feels proudly modeled after 1995. Clipboards would not have surprised me. Everything is designed around the assumption that guests are trying to steal their own memories. Ironically, the only real theft happening is at the register. They also claim animals are kept enclosed for “research purposes” and not just for photos, which is fascinating, since there is absolutely zero evidence anywhere of any research results. The park itself is tiny. The water is painfully cold everywhere except the lazy river, which moves at a thrilling pace of almost-not-moving. Photographers are well trained, customer service is decent, and dolphin trainers are excellent, which somehow makes the overall experience even more disappointing. Sure, kids will have fun. But between the outdated systems, absurd photo pricing, and frustrating policies, this place feels like a very expensive lesson in lowered expectations. All I can say is good luck!

Horrible waste of an app. This app will not link our purchase or reservation, which renders the app completely worthless to us. It says to log in with the email under which the purchase was made. I was still logged in on my purchase (because that’s actually where the link for this horrible product is) when I loaded the app, which is what the developer claims is necessary….and no. The poor design likely required you to buy your passes from the app, which for military discount, couldn’t be done on the app. Don’t waste your time with this crummy, poorly designed app. It’s so poorly designed Sea World should be ashamed to use or promote it.

Can’t create an account. I have tried numerous times to make an account & it keeps telling me there is an error & to try again. After 50 tries, I’m done.

Great. It has everything I need

No way to add reservation to app. No way to add a reservation if purchased before creating an account or you do not buy on the app first. Should have a way to enter your reservation code or scan it at the very least. Very frustrating

No reservation found. Purchases tix through official website with same email used to register account through app and there is no record of my purchase. There is no place in the app to link a reservation with a confirmation number and no FAQ or contact form to help resolve this issue!! It merely says that if you feel this is an error, please log back in with same email used to make purchase. Seriously?! The official website provides you with a link with your confirmation and directs you to download the app so that your reservation can be accessed and make planning your day easy. NOT!! Is this just another useless app taking up space and collecting my info?!

Purchases cannot be linked to the app. Reviewing the reviews, I see that this problem has been going on for more than 3 years and you still haven’t provided a solution. You send an email with suggestions to download this app and keep everything digital, since this is the only way to have the passes electronically. However, purchases cannot be linked to the app. Nobody wants to keep using paper reservations during vacations, but with this app there is no other option. It is very inconvenient.
