Terrible functions. You cannot do anything in this app. Ordering food has a banner over it so you cannot click; it doesn’t load when the park opens so you’re behind on everything. There is no excuse in 2026 for an app to function like this.

Me cobraron por algo y al final no me dieron el pase. Compré mi pase como cualquier persona que quiere ir a acuática pero cuando voy a revisas mi pase no aparece y no me llegó mi pase y ya me habían cobrado reclame a mi banco y me negaron la devolución ya que decía que la compañía no daba devolución por lo del pase

Aquatica. Just got to Florida 3 days ago and this is going to be so much fun I’ve seen pictures it looks like so much fun and its family friendly

E-ticket. It would be great if people could take their confirmation or email ticket code and put it in the app. This should be done for all your park apps. Simple, easy and was over looked in the app design. This would allow parties to go exploring and experience multiple things by choice. Very effective for teens doing rides while older parents chill. Not everyone wants to do the same stuff or eat same places, hence meal codes so everyone gets food and drinks at the same time but different places. Or you could hire this retired 28 year military veteran to stream line the park experience for both visitors and employees making management the most effective efficient park in Florida. You’re hiring the wrong people to construct operational protocols. Reference: moving over $50 million in equipment and 100 soldiers in a war zone resulting in zero injuries or loss of equipment on 5 separate deployments. Proof, majority of military leaders easily out class most civilians in logistical issues.

Yall are not funny. I was at the the Aquatica at Orlando and there was a spider in my bacon jam burger and the employees were tryna be funny and making the timer go off for nothing and kept laughing when no waves came at the wave pool

Not great. This app needs a lot of work. First off, why can’t you link your pass to it? Any time I want to see my perks or offers, it takes me to the browser where I have to enter my pass information. It’s a pain. Yeah having access to the show times and map is great for when you are in the park, but not having your pass info is ridiculous.

App is absolute trash. I’ve been using iPhones for 15 years or so… this has gotta be the worst app I’ve ever used. I’ve never come across an app that just redirects you to a website for everything, instead of being native in the application. Useless app. Can’t even order food from it either. 0/10 experience.

Terrible Functionality. it seems that you cannot purchase a ticket online before you have a profile. Otherwise you cannot connect your ticket to your profile if you create a profile after downloading the app and purchasing your tickets. You have to download the app create a profile then buy tickets.

I love this app. This is a very enjoyable app when you go to aquatics and it is very entertaining when your not even there,I love this app because it shows me all the slides to go on and all of the dining.the creator of this app needs a pat on the back for making this.

Anual pass. My anual pass never showed on the app. Always had to go on the website and that was annoying

Trash. I can not even link my 5 passes to the app so I have to save them in my email or photos. I just saw a similar complaint from 3 years ago so they obviously don’t care to fix this issue I will be deleting the app as it does me no good.

Nothing worked in park. Literally nothing worked. Just wasted battery while serving no purpose….

my review. its just an outstanding app ! it gives so much details about Aquatica and the great things it has to offer . it shows how it is kid friendly, fun for adults, and very enjoyable for any age . keep up the great work !

Cannot load my tickets. I cannot load my tickets or purchases I mad on the website. I guess they made me create an account so they can spam me with email since it serves no other purpose. Useless.

Aquatica. I love this park it’s so much fun and the app is prefect for when ur lost and how to get ur way around and the wait times 10/10 recommend

Lazy river. We were very excited to come and use the lazy river, but it is closed today Everything else is great however, that was the one ride. I was really looking forward to.

It doesn’t work. Ride times are a lie and don’t show up half the time as well as it being a hard to navigate app. If your going to the park then you kind of have to get the app but I wish they'd make it better

Can’t even log in. Keyboard sometimes doesn’t slide up, password JUST set on website doesn’t work. Can’t use app w/o logging in. Amateur!!
