Far From Ideal for Families. The app is good for some things, for example finding your way around the park or locating the best food options. Unfortunately, you cannot log into more than one annual pass at a time so every time you need someone else’s pass information you have to log out and then sign in with their pass. They give you no option to combine passes to the same account and even though all the passes are email bound, the passes function separately from the account rendering the app useless for managing a family’s passes. If you’re an individual, this probably isn’t an issue and things should be just fine.
Adding Passes. *Update* You can view passes from the app, however you can’t really share them if you purchased for a family since Apple Wallet is advertised but not yet supported. But you can print them out for them which really isn’t convenient in a digital world. Hopefully the fix comes soon. Feedback from developer: "Thanks for the feedback, Bread5. Adding passes to Apple Wallet is not supported yet, but it's on our roadmap. We're working hard to continually improve the app and appreciate your patience during the process." ————- This app is the WORST! You can’t add passes to your apple wallet even though it’s advertised. And don’t bother with customer service because they are just as clueless. This app is a waste of space on your device, don’t bother downloading.
Very easy to navigate. Gives you a schedule of only shows that are available. Very user friendly. Super easy to navigate with subgroups on different tabs so you can easily hear your search to show you only what your looking for. Rides, shows, animals, food. It has active time gps so you won’t get lost. It shows details of every attraction. Excellent app.
Garbage App. I have no clue how this app is ranked so high. I have not been able to sign in for months even after resetting my password, contacting support… nothing. Im basically told “yea we’re not sure why it’s doing that…” They tell me to delete the app, reinstall it and reset my password. I’ve don’t all those things 100 times and yet nothing. It makes trying to navigate the park impossible since we have no way of seeing what’s open, wait times, etc. I can sign in online just perfectly fine, but the app will not let me. However I guess it doesn’t really matter as when it was working, nothing in the app was accurate anyway. Wait times are posted for rides when they feel like it, and when they are, there are not even close to correct. At Seaworld I was standing in front of Infinity falls, and it was 120 minutes. On the app it was 15 minutes. It’s like somebody posts times at opening and then doesn’t touch them again for the rest of the day. I was glad I bought annual passes because the value for the price was so good, but after the last few months I’m seeing exactly why. Trash overflowing at the parks, the showers at Aquatica always disgusting, food terrible, service terrible. It’s been a long four months. I’m switching back to universal next year. Much more expensive but you get what you pay for at least.
Looks great buuuuut….. UPDATE: Kudos to the developers for a response ! I hope they see the urgency of adding features to the mobile app,as the mobile site more than likely is used much more if not at least equally as the desktop site on computers. Look forward to future releases. Navigated entire site. Before update unattractive and odd to navigate. Very hard to find things BUT COULD. Was also easy to purchase through. AFTER update. Looks very clean and attractive. But no information for passholders such as what benefits, monthly Passholder perks, not a single scrap of information. Also pushed on Howl o Scream, new event at SeaWorld. No way to see dates (yes. I pushed the calendar in the box. Nothing….). No way to purchase tickets. It feels like it was released and it’s only half way (or less) finished. Have your developers look at My DisneyExperience app or Universal Studios app to see how it’s done. Better yet. Just steal those developers away. Very poor planning to not have someone play with this and try to think about: 1. Can all possible purchases for upgrades, shows, all day dining, special event such as Howl, can be purchased. And here’s a bonus points idea. Instead of lanyard, make it so can purchase a digital lanyard where people buy in the app and just show barcode that tracks the 5,10,15 whatever punches for the special event kiosk purchases. No lines. Easy purchase. Money comes in faster. Win win. 2. Dedicated section to what are the EVERYDAY benefits for passholders and also monthly extra perks so easy to find. 3. Ability to buy annual passes and tickets in the app. Maybe all of these things are coming and this is just the initial phase 1 of the release of this app. As it stands now, the old app had 2 to 3 times the amount of information that is in the new app. Personally, if I were the CEO I would have never have allowed this app to be released in this condition. Aside from finding where things are in the park, it is virtually useless. The new menu feature is nice but it should also include prices. So. Looks great but useless. Wish I had not updated this version until it was user ready. No idea how to buy Howl o Scream tickets (or anything else) unless I make special trip and wait in a huge line at park.
Please keep getting better!. When I first downloaded the app a couple of years ago it was nearly pointless. It didn’t even have a map it just routed you to a browser. 🙄 They have fixed that! And you can find dining now and even see the menus. But it won’t tell you if it’s closed for the day. No listed hours for dining establishments. I have the platinum pass for me and my two boys and navigating the pass benefits is so obnoxious. I have to go to a browser and log in separately for each pass to redeem options. I still haven’t been able to figure out how to redeem our free animal interaction. It doesn’t show up online only in the kiosk but they said I have to book it a week in advance online but once again, it doesn’t show up online! I’ll have to go wait in line at customer service to do it I suppose. I hate that there is no schedule in the app except for the current day. If the park has closed for the day hours ago why not at least switch to the next day? But a full schedule would be best. Many guests plan ahead. Also the photo key would be so much more convenient if it was in the app. And I would love to hide my old expired annual passes. But they still show up. I also have the year long quick queue, it would be nice if that would show up next to my annual pass but instead it’s buried in all of my old purchases. I have to scroll back through months or receipts to find it. I really am hopeful that all of this is underway though! And I still love you seaworld!
Needs an update. The gps section wasn’t very helpful. it didn’t guide you in certain areas. Also, When I went to look at show times, the shows disappeared and I would have to exit out and go back in for them to reappear. I had trouble uploading my annual pass because it couldn’t find it from the barcode number. Wait times for rides would be helpful. Lastly, The map needs an update on restroom locations and rides. If I had listened to the map, I would have walked to the other side of the park for the restroom when there was one next door to the restaurant I was in.
App is great, park is even better!!!. I’ve been to both parks and they are amazing! The App is great also. Everything is easy to find and their wait times and it’s good if your new to the park!! + the online map can give you directions. Both parks of Busch Gardens is Amazing.. Cheetah Hunt and Cobras Curse are hits in Busch Gardens Tampa and Verbolten and Invadr are good for family. I recommend going here florida or Virginia . SeaWorld parks are also amazing, although more at Busch garden park, these smaller parks pack a punch!
Horrible app. This app is really horrible, it’s more about soliciting than anything. Unable to add or remove Annual Pass for ones self or add family members, change login info or any of the most basic functions of an amusement park app. Even the latest update is more like a wallet, that appears to be geared towards draining it. To make any aforementioned Annual Pass or account changes, you have to apparently to to the web sight. Not really sure yet, still trying to figure it out. I think once I figure out I will become uninterested with SeaWorld again for another 10 years or so.
Eh. App is good for show times and using the map to find exhibits/dining/shops, but does not show dining hours. I understand that some restaurants may close during the day due to low attendance but they could at least put if a restaurant closes at 3 or 4 when the park is open until 6. App is advertised all over the park, but to find dining hours you had to visit website, which if I have the app I am not going to do.
What happened to the schedule???. What have you done to this app?!? I can’t find the park hours or the daily schedule, can’t find the list of restaurants, it no longer lets me use my email to access my account ( I have to enter my gawd awful annual pass number)!!! I do like that my annual pass shows up but I don’t know how to get anywhere else. The last time I was in the park I had to open the website, rather than the app. The website thankfully still has the daily schedule. Do you expect people to visit the shops, purchase overpriced animal experiences, and wander aimlessly around your park? If so, you nailed it with this update!!!
Wait times aren’t updating. The Sea World Orlando maps are good. The in park directions are good. The show time lists are good. The calendar is good. The Dining menus are good. Thank you. What is NOT good at all are the Sea World Orlando wait times updates. Wait times should be updated in real time if possible, or at least when the user swipes the window to refresh. That’s not happening. Half an hour and longer after a thunderstorm closed all the rides the app still reported that rides were open. Later, 45 minutes after the rides re-opened the app was reporting all rides were still closed for weather, or reported no ride status at all. I swiped the window to force updates but nothing changed. I closed the app and re-opened it, several times. The app still reported all rides were closed for weather even though they were operating. Its difficult to plan a day if wait times info is meaningless. It wouldn’t be so bad if there were signs in the park showing wait times, but Sea World Orlando just wants everyone to use the app for wait times. Not happy.
Definitely better but more can be done. Good afternoon - it is wonderful that the applications team is addressing current limitations with the SeaWorld app. It is great that you can book certain things but you need to be able to book: 1. Dinning - reserve seating and what kind of seating 2. Special events - if SeaWorld has events that are coming that local resident can be placed on a waiting list or get in the virtual list. 3. Being able to book rides - I did not see an option to reserve a ride. I will be testing it tomorrow if there is any GPS / location services and to see if it reduces stress, be able to optimize your time at SeaWorld, and also look at your quality management and test management / life cycle management process from the old application to the new application. The whole purpose of a mobile app - is to plan your experiences. Keep up the work. JD
Better but still needs improvements. It’s a much better app than it used to be but there is much room for improvements. One example is under my purchases, I’m seeing ticket purchases from last year or 5 years ago. Ok fine but I don’t need it there as it’s already used and expired. Same thing with my member card, why do I need the ones that are expired still on the app?? Give us the option to erase or hide them. It just makes it confusing and I think I have other things to use.
A few bugs. So I went to SeaWorld yesterday and there was a sign that said download the seaworld app for wait times. I did so and there are literally no wait times on the app. The app should use mostly the same interface as the website, at least for wait times. Otherwise great app and I love that you can reserve show seats on it with Quick Queue! Update on 1/8/22: Thank you so much to the developers for responding! I cannot wait to go back to SeaWorld with the Waves of Honor program! Thanks again!
New version No Good (update: im told updates coming!). Update:::: so after posting my original review, Seaworld developer for the app reached out to me and informed me that updates for Passholder info/access will be coming soon. So with that I am updating my rating from 1 start to 4 stars.. 3 stars for what the app has currently and an extra star for the quick response to my concern by Seaworld. This is why we are passholders for the last 15 years! Seaworld is awesome!! As soon as the update to include passholder access, I will update the rating to a perfect 5 star! Thanks Seaworld!! —————- Original review. The old app had its issues, but atleast I could access my Platinum Member Benefits. The new update Member benefits are missing or impossible to find.. clearly this was only thought of Day guests and Non-Faithful Passholders! Sad. Still Love Seaworld.. just not excited about the updated app.
Seaworld App. Good app. Some enchantments I would recommend is for ride times to be added to app. Some rides open up at different times would be great to know that. Also to be able to see different days show times if they differ. Only able to see current day can’t look forward to see next day. Interactive map is great. Overall really good app.
Terrible app. Almost no functionality. The app sometimes knows your location. The posted wait times are not accurate. Half the time it doesn’t show the food options at the location selected. Oh and then the killer whale in the room, your app won’t let me add my platinum Florida pass. I’ve tried on the app, online, I’ve even called to try and get it added on here, nothing works. Yes, my pass is valid as I got it at your Orlando location. Every time I try it says it’s attached to a different profile, but that’s impossible because it’s a brand new pass! So can you fix your app so I can add my pass? That’d be great
Literally can’t even log in. Deleted and redownloaded the app 3x to no avail. I can get through the first 3 intro slides for the app, but once I put in my email address and password it will load for a few seconds and then I get an error screen that tells me to check my internet connection. It doesn’t matter if I have my WiFi on or off or that I have full 5G service. The screen does not go away even if I close and restart the app. The only way to get back to the “start” is by deleting and redownloading, but the result has been the same each time
Seaworld. I give it three stars because the wait times aren’t always accurate like one time it said that icebreaker was only 20 minutes and I get there and it says 60 and I waited over an hour for it. the rides are pretty accurate and are hardly ever wrong. it’s very detailed so I can get where I need to go or if I need to find something it’s very easy to find. I love SeaWorld overall because of the fun rides and the delicious food and all the family memories you can make.
Wait Times are ALWAYS wrong. Shows times and map are accurate, however the ride wait times are notoriously incorrect. And not just by a few minutes, if it says “10 minutes” the true wait time could be 40 minutes. Instead of 25 minutes the true wait will be 90 minutes. Sometimes the app will says ride is a 5 minute wait, only to walk there and find out the ride closed over an hour prior. It feels like a basic theme park app requirement, however they fail miserably at this.
Must Have at the Park. This app is great while your at the park and planning your day. Ride wait times are fairly accurate. The map helps a lot! I wish the app would slow you to access your park passes and perks aswell instead of just making you sign in again to the website. That’s super inconvenient since Wi-Fi and cell service in parts of the park is not great.
Absolutely Useless in San Antonio!!! 🤨. I’m a former Sales Mgr and Level III Tech, turned Operations Director, and someone needs to test their app as a person who is NOT familiar with their park. It used to be useful 15 years ago. It shows a person on the map, but there are NO labels on the buildings, rides, shows, restaurants, or RESTROOMS!!! I do NOT know what someone was thinking… and a person expects a map to be interactive, too. 🙄 Or at least be smart when doing a search… but it’s NOT. A person can do a search for a simple Restroom, and it just shows a list instead of places on a map or even near a person’s location. Instead, a person cannot tell until you press on the restroom “name” that it’s clear on the other side of the park. And the Sea Word website is not all that helpful either. I’m just shocked that no developer could have possibly used this before putting it out to the public. I’d think they want to “sell stuff,” so they are really missing out! Very sorry to have to say, but management needs to test it themselves.
Horrible app for a company that should have their stuff together. I’m a platinum member and was on a vacation in San Diego on a budget and I try to purchase the all day dining ticket for two and got charged twice and never received the pass on my phone I had to buy a third time at the counter when I called customer service, they hung up on me finally I get through a third time and they tell me it’s gonna take a week to get my money back again. I was on vacation on a budget and I need that money then not a week from now. Customer service also doesn’t have the smart to offer me a voucher of some kind for a free meal something to make up for this. I don’t think I’m even gonna renew my pass
Ok but needs work. This version of the SW and BG parks app is miles better than the last but i have two complaints. 1) The wait times. They are so all over the place and not reliable, it is so frustrating to not be able to count on the app to provide accurate or timely updated data to show how long waits are in the park. The app says one thing and then when you get to the ride it’s another. Please please please get this corrected. 2) Old tickets not being removed. So this might be a personal issue but I went to guest services and was told my old expired passes would drop off and they have yet to do so. In order to use my pass through the app i have to scroll through my purchase history and find my AP purchase that way instead of on the My visit tab. It is super annoying because every park purchase that requires separate tickets + my old expired passes are all there. How can i fix this so only my current pass is on the app and not the old expired ones connected to my account?
This is a pointless app. Maybe make an app for just tickets and pass holders where you can actually access either of them! Why can’t I find my pass barcode?! This is so dumb. It’s like the website on a app, what’s the point of that? Does management even read these?! FIX YOUR APP! UPDATE!!!! They finally listened and made a real app that’s useful! Love that you can even see all the dining areas and their menus but MOST OF ALL my passes are available in a super convenient way!
App won’t update my new passes. I purchased new passes for my family, downloaded the app and logged in. In the app I can see my expired 2019 passes. When I attempt to load the 2023 passes, it states they are associated with another account, but I can see them under my purchases. I’ve called sea world twice and it’s impossible to select an option to speak to anyone and when I found a number online, the wait was 95 hours for a return call that has still yet to come two weeks later. My 4th attempt to chat with someone and I’m told I have to drive to sea world, stand in line, and maybe someone at customer service can help with the issue. Also, because of all of this, I can’t access my pass holder benefits.
Getting there. The developers did a good job in updating this app. And looking through the reviews, someone is listening and responding. (It’s really the only reason I’m writing this review) The app is a lot smoother and visually appealing. For a future patch/release, there should be a functionality that allows the user to buy services through the app, ie tickets, special experiences. Hopefully that’s on the works.

Great app!. This app is amazing because it tells us some new events coming up and informs us about sea work, it shows us a map with directions and how long the wait is… and, you can put in your sea world information to check some things! I really recommend this app for sea world
Worst customer service. I bought the quick queque that the person that was in customer service was really rude and apparently having a bad day, even thought that I have the platinum pass only included one quick queque so I decided to buy it, but after $160 more that I paid with my annual pass discount, first is already 5 o clock and We haven’t use it the first time because in Sesame Street doesn’t have quick queque big mistake we spend all day in lines and now that I went to ride the ice break this kids with bad actitud told me read first your pass doesn’t included this ride, which the lady who sold it didn’t explained plus I understand his a teen but still we are paying customer and we paying for good services even that I understand the pressure on a park. Thank you seaworld. I have been a pass holder from 2001 and my daughter since she was 1 year old in 2007, seaworld looks after it’s passhilders, celebrates Christmas for the season it is, has a heart to save animals, makes mistakes but always tries to rectify them. The one 3 park pass I have no intention giving up any time soon. Thank you for the wonderful memories
This app is terrible!. The day I needed it, it wouldn’t accept my login information. I tried resetting the password, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, and none of it worked. I know the info is correct, because I’m able to log into my account on the website. Very frustrating. I’ve been waiting hold as the first person on queue for 30 minutes and still waiting. This app needs major updates. Customer service is pathetic.
Updated app is great but could use more features. The new layout is much better as we can now see wait times and plan which restaurant to eat at in advance. I’d like to see passes added to Apple Watch and Apple Wallet as previously allowed which makes it easier to access when entering the parks.
Please bring back a park hours and schedule section in the app. Love the new map and some other features however I couldn’t find the park hours and schedule section. You can just link it to your website if you want. It’s way easier then scrolling around for shows. And I can’t plan for the future day’s hours unless I go to my internet browser app then go to the SeaWorld website, choose my park, wait for the ads, then click park hours and schedule. Thanks in advance for adding this into the app! I’ll check back over the next couple days
Don’t recommend. The app would crash until we found out to turn off location on our settings. The map off to one side and when trying to make it bigger or move over to see the other places, it would immediately go back to its place, most of the time I was staring at a corner of the map. The only great thing was the show times and the character times. Also, I don’t recommend because if you’re using your phones for photos and then pulling up the app, you’re just wasting battery. I just found a paper map and deleted the app while visiting Seaworld San Antonio.
Perfect pass. I love that we bought the platinum passes for me and my family. We live about an hour away and every time he come to Seaworld or Busch Gardens it’s always a memory. It’s the most affordable thing for kids from the ages of Wanda eight and we always have a great time. 10 out of 10 would recommend this for anybody with all the perks you get it’s beyond worth it.
The app makes things more confusing. I don’t recommend relying on this app for your Seaworld visit. The wait times are never accurate (typically 2-3 times longer than posted time on app). When asking for directions it gives you the most inaccurate route imaginable rather than telling you the quickest way to get somewhere. The app was only beneficial to look for food options and see show times. After staying a week at Disney and using the Disney Experience app, my day was quite a let down with all the hassle of trying to figure out how to get places and then finding out the wait times aren’t even worth the trouble.
A major improvement. A major improvement over the old version, this one is actually usable with times weight times and much more. Could use a guide on where familiar stuff is now.. This app used to be helpful. Now you can only look at the current day. You have to go to the website to do anything else. I’m going tomorrow and I’m still trying to figure park and show hours but I guess I won’t be able to until the morning. Worst update ever!!! So bad I actually took the time to write a review which I never do. I like some of the functionality but not at the cost of what they took away, please change it...make it a hybrid at least that has to be better. Right now it’s a waste of space on my phone. :( After visiting the park I can see where some of the updates are helpful. I don’t get on rides so wait times don’t help me. But since the stores changed A Lot having the new descriptions was helpful. I also figured out where the link to the website was in the app to do my future visit planning so I updating my rating. I also appreciate that feedback is being read and responded to so thanks for that!
Safety feature. I was looking all over the app and there needs to be a safety feature in case your child is lost and gets separated from your family. There should be a feature that alerts park members on their personal apps and immediately alerts the attendants at the front of the park to be on the lookout. If something happened who would we tell? A teenager working at one of the stands? This would be a great feature to have and I believe make family’s feel more secure especially with the uprise in human trafficking.
Disappointed. It has been a while since my husband and I have visited SeaWorld. However, I was very disappointed. It has definitely gone downhill. The shows which are my favorite. We’re not entertaining. They were more educational. The bathrooms were dirty two of the only drinking fountains I found didn’t work. it is definitely nothing like Disney where it is clean and they do everything to make us comfortable with fans while you wait in line and air conditioning. I guess I see world an expensive amusement park not a vacation destination.
Keep up the good work. This app has been getting better and better but needs more work. One MAJOR suggestion- it needs to keep the pass barcodes somewhere easily accessible. It’s VERY annoying to everyone (cashier, me, people behind me in line!) when I have to log in every time I go to pull it out for discount when I buy things. I just saw under my purchase history, it says ADD TO WALLET but absolutely nothing happens when I click it. My passes are definitely not in my Apple Wallet. Please fix that. Also, make the map a little more user friendly.
App recommendation. I love the App! I can use it at home to purchase tickets but when I actually went 3 weeks ago, the app actually did not work and kept kicking me out while I was at the park. Would’ve loved to use it during that time. Hopefully, it’s a one time thing, excited to go next time!
Something isn't right with the app. I've been trying to use the app and the website for SeaWorld SA for a few years now and it always tells me there is an error with my email and password. I try to reset it and it takes me to Orlando's page. I can only find my account information by putting in the barcode on the actual website. That isn't helpful if we are going to the park because I have to print them out to carry around. I contacted tech support 2 yrs ago and they just told me to change browsers but that isn't helping with the app or resetting the password. I hope there is a fix because I wish it was as simple as installing and logging in.
Downloaded and then deleted. My main reason for downloading was that I thought I could add my member passes to my wallet and do other things through the app. You can not and still have to log in through the app, which directs you to the website and you still cannot save the items. While I would like to plan my day if there are certain things that you just can’t do with the app, I may as well just write them down or play it by ear. Besides that, I bought a platinum pass and I don’t want to download each app.
Love love. Sea world,,, it’s an amazing and relaxing Park,,, it’s my opinion) I’ve been in to all W.D.W parks and it’s extremely exhausting parks beautiful of course but they are exhausting ,, While at Sea World there’s always a place to rest,the cast members give directions they all look like they enjoy working there , while in WDW always hiding there tattoos it’s truly amazing the difference always looking exhausted ,,,,, and of course Sea World gives me the opportunity to be able to see part of the Ocean that I otherwise wouldn’t be able to see thank you Sea World
Incredible experience. I am planning A trip to Orlando with my family and downloaded the app to start getting excited. I was very impressed with the ability to find information I was looking for quickly. I appreciate having all of my family passes in one spot and being able to map out where I want to go and what I want to see. I’m very much looking forward to all that there is to see!
Worst technology ever. For being a multi-billion dollar institution, seaworld has the WORST app AND website functions for member benefits. I have been an annual pass holder for over a year and the amount of frustration I've had it's unacceptable. It's not just me, everyone else I've spoken to has had the same experience. We cannot log in to see our benefits online OR on their app. If I could give this a negative star I would. My niece and I went for a day trip, and it was IMPOSSIBLE to get a ticket to skip the lines. Overall SeaWorld is fine, but don't let yourself believe ANYTHING will work in your favor. PS. I never ever write reviews so...
COMPLETELY WRONG. I downloaded this app as I was recommended to do so from the park’s website to make my trip easier but in reality it completely hinders your experience! First of all, it will completely misguide you and tell you things are one way but in real life it completely opposite! ie. we went to the park to ride Kraken and even before leaving the house the app and website said ALL the rides and attractions where open and running but we get to the park and the ride is closed. Then the app “updates” to tell us it’s closed (after arriving and hour and a half past opening) just to give us false hope when we open it again after a show to see that it said Kraken was open! (never was) Also on top of all that, when you did eventually find a functional ride (that will not be for long) the wait times it gives you on this app are again completely wrong from what’s actually happening! Don’t waist your time with this app. SeaWorld doesn’t seem to care to much about costumer satisfaction anymore!

Worth it for free but.... Worked well but the gps kept telling me I was not in the park when I was right in the center of it. Lineup info was also not up to date all the time.
No offline support. Useless, gave an unable to update error as soon as we arrived and the show times all disappeared.
Inaccurate wait time. Wait time for all the rides on the app is incorrect. Consider double the time mentioned on the app.
Great day but slow lines for food. Really had fun but seems like they need more people working to feed people. And not enough cashiers. It is a Wednesday but waiting so long in line is a drag.

Concept is good. The concept was of the app is great but unfortunately it has to be restarted frequently to view the schedule. It always freezes on the last thing we looked at
New version forces login. The current version makes you create an account and password to access any of the app’s features. I just want to see the park map and ride waittimes.
Same one as Blackfish movie?. This app is useless unless you download additional files after downloading the app. As soon as you open it, it asks you to download 3 map files from 3 different places.

Love the update!. The app has been needing to be improved so the update is awesome especially with the ability to have your pass in the app. It could use a better menu with purchasing special upgrade experiences.
Best family park. We are heading to our 5th visit to SeaWorld Orlando and we can’t wait to get back . The staff is very helpful & friendly . The park is clean and the marine life is thriving . We feel at home in this park.
Map view almost useless. If you turn on location sharing with the app, the app crashes and does not load. Tested on two phones in the park. If you turn off location sharing and you are able to get the app to load, good luck scrolling around the map. It keeps moving you away from destinations instead of holding still.
App really buggy. Schedules ar all wrong. It says the park is closed even though I am in the park. It won’t link my annual passes. It tells me there are no scheduled shows left for the day but I can clearly see there are and they are actually listed in the app. They should have a way to order Mobil food orders, but don’t. There is a lot to be desired with this app.
Not great. This app needs a lot of work. First off, why can’t you link your pass to it? Any time I want to see my perks or offers, it takes me to the browser where I have to enter my pass information. It’s a pain. Yeah having access to the show times and map is great for when you are in the park, but not having your pass info is ridiculous.
Your Meeting Times. Please direct Guests WHERE to meet after they purchase tickets for Animal Experiences. Through email or otherwise, but please for the love of G O D don’t let them guess where to go anymore. At SWO, Dolphin Encounters meet at Dolphin Cove (yellow cabana). All other Animal Experiences meet at Skytower. All experiences must meet 15 minutes before start time at designated locations. TY❤️
Face recognition needed. Every time I use the app I have to sign on again. If you don’t keep app users signed on please add face recognition to save time when purchasing food or other items in the park. Would speed up time paying and moving on while the next customer moves up immediately
Seaworld 2022. Having a blast! The Seaworld App makes it so much easier to enjoy all the perks of our Gold pass. Also helps you navigate easily through the park!
Love this. It’s great being able to plan and see the map and shows for the day it help me plan outlet family vacation with a breeze
Pass Wallet Options. Sea World did away with the nice printed water resistant passes a while ago and having the pass on the iPhone is nice. It would be much better if you enabled passes on watches as well. It’s such a hassle to carry the phone or a printed pass all over a park with tons of water.
Glitch. I even tried to sign in with my account and it keep saying Sign in error or log in error and it is so annoying! Please fix this.

Maps. This app is for sea world parks but apparently they forgot about Busch Gardens. We have to use this app for our tickets but they don’t have maps or schedules for the two Busch Gardens parks. My bad! I see now there is a separate Busch gardens app.
New app is great. The old app was completely worthless specially with the tickets The new app is everything that the old app should’ve been and if everything works great now!
Needs improvement. The general idea is there but they need some fixes like being able to add tickets you already bought to the app. The only options are to buy or for annual pass holders to add theirs. Come on…big miss on their part and really shocked the creator didn’t think of that.
Encounters. It would be a big benefit if you included in your drop down menu where to meet for encounter's. That way your customers could use the gps finder to get over to the sky needle ride. We missed our Orca experience because we late finding where to sign in. The group left early.
Not updated.. The map works okay once you get used to it. However, they closed off the central area and the app directs you to a closed path and then you have to retrace your step and you wind up walking twice as far. I think it was worse using the app than just following the signs. The show schedule was not updated so we missed out on several shows.
Don’t even bother. Overall the app was ok some of the tabs didn’t show the ride wait times and were HIGHLY inaccurate. The only thing that was actually functioning was the map (it’s basically a google map). Many of the restaurants they showed were closed so my friend and I ended up circling the park multiple times, just to find a restaurant/stand that sold real food.
Map Shows Which Direction You are Walking to. The map shows which direction you are walking towards. Sea World is the only theme park (that I know of) has this feature so far!!
Need more details. Map is really helpful but we have more opportunity to make it better by adding details to the navigational steps
App won't work!. I've done this multiple times and every time after I tried to login or did login, it shows a little cloud, and it says "something went wrong check your Internet connection and try again in a few minutes." I've tried deleting it and re-downloading it. I've tried shutting off my phone and turning it back on. Nothing has worked!
Needs Work. The app is often wrong on wait times and for a theme park app that’s a BIG problem. Not a little wrong, app says 10 minutes and you look up at the wait time posted at the ride and its 60 mins. App says 40 mins ride say 120 mins. This app is only good for park hours and show times. Like the Orlando SeaWorld park - broken more than half the time.
Huge Upgrade Over Old App. This update is already much more functional than the old app was. Wait times and an interactive park map are great additions. Hoping to see this app grow over time with mobile ordering and other features that were hinted to for the app to truly rival the others out there!

Good app but the app says that most rides won’t show wait times?. This is a good app but the app won’t pull up some rides wait times, I went to see Journey To Atlantis’s wait time, but it wouldn’t show the wait time, same with electric eel, shipwreck rapids, etc. if they are closed today then ok, but if it’s a bug please fix it. Thank you.
Geed. It is a good and very functional app that gas everything you need in it loke a map and directions to all the destinations also has information about what each ride is.
Endless spam emails!. If you give Sea World your email for this app, even if you tell them not to spam you and don’t give permission to send you offers, even if you unsubscribe multiple times from their emails, even if you email their support to stop sending you emails, still without fail every day or two they will email you spam deals about sea world tickets. Again and again and again.
Update/Membership benefits. I absolutely love love loooove the new update and layout the only problem I have is there is no where to access the benefits an offers for membership pass holders please put this back in.
Wait times. I’m not sure if it didn’t populate on my map, but having the wait times in the map would be helpful without having to click to open
Awful APP!!!. Bought my passes tried to link them to my account, and it will not let me. It keeps saying “my pass number is invalid” was forced to use my pass ticket physical ticket! Every time I needed to make a purchase. I uninstalled the app, I have reseted my phone nothing. Went to guest services it worked for 2 minutes and again asked me to link my pass and outcome was “invalid” very frustrating!!!
Game changer. This app is a lifesaver and timesaver. Total game changer. I didn’t experience any bugs. It maps the best path to get to attractions and tracks your location well. Big bonus: doesn’t drain the battery.
Way better than the old one.. So, I haven’t tested this in the park yet, I will update this review after I do so, but so far I like what I see. The app is smooth, stable, and easy to navigate. Well done guys.
A Day at SeaWorld. Prices so high for food and gifts (from China, not very good quality 😏), then they tack on 5%. Bathrooms much cleaner this visit, I was concerned last two visits. Entertainment very good, but where is the pet show? Needle hasn’t been running and how long is construction going to go on? Been so long.
Sea world. The service is great here, the animal shows are my favorite! I love how the app can send alerts, that helped me and my family know when we should head to the next shows! The rides were so fun. This app deserves 5 stars 😄😄😄
App gets stuck. Have an iPhone 11 and when I click on a show the app gets stuck and won’t show me any other shows. I’ve had to restart the app several times to be able to see the other shows.
New app UI. I love the new app look and feel but it’s missing a few things… 1.Pass holder member benefits display on my visit section 2.Platinum Pass holder options like reserving show seats or discounted tickets purchase & other platinum options
Can only see today’s schedule. I do like the pass is available now, but they took away the ability to see the schedule for a future visit. Even when the park is closed, you can’t see the schedule for tomorrow. Are you supposed to assume it will be the same?
Great place! Weird app.. It’s a little hard to navigate the app, and when you do get to the rides it’s not that descriptive. It’s not showing the wait time for some rides nor does it tell me which rides are closed. Other than that It’s a good app.
So much better!. This app was just not helpful and was challenging to use. Now it tells you the wait times for the big rides, it tells you which ones are closed due to weather, what shows are coming up, and even allow you to purchase tours and reserved seating. And it is much easier to find your passes. The interactive directions is also great. Only thing I can't figure out how to do is get rid of my old expired passes. But I will keep digging. Now we just need this update to Busch Gardens. 😁 Thank you!
Live the directions. Amazing app seaworld you out done yourself enjoy the directions to shows and photos. Plus the applications organization is key to all of it. Times and dates thumbs up to all of it!!!! Thank you from single dads everywhere
Ticket functionality. There is zero functionality to add tickets that aren’t populating on their own, and zero tech support to fix it within the app itself. I took the time to chat with a representative on the site that didn’t even know what options the app did or did not have, then said their relinking request would take two weeks to complete. I was expecting at least a similar functionality to the zoo’s app capabilities. Very disappointing.
Season pass holder. I love this app! When we have guest visiting we will use our free guest passes and be able to check and insure the status of our season passes. It’s seriously a really good deal with lots of benefits.
Stingray encounter closed or not?. Why is Stingray encounter included in the attraction list if it is closed? All rides under rehab or repair should be removed from the search. For the map there are three quick filters you can toggle on and off unless you search food, then the food icons stick to the map and the only way to clear the option is to crash the app.
Inaccurate. Do not plan anything based on the advertised wait times for rides. You will miss shows and wait twice as long as what the app states. The app has completely different wait times than the sign at the entrance to a ride. The Shipwreck Riptide advertised a 30 min wait on the app. The ride entrance showed a 2 hour wait. The actual wait was over 2 hours.
Decent app. It is fairly a good app, but it could bring more features inside it without the need for loggin to website every time we need information about our passes…
App not worth much. The app really is only good for storing tickets, wait times are grossly inaccurate and that’s if there even is a wait time listed. No issues at any other park, but SeaWorld never posts wait times consistently and when they do they’re drastically wrong. App showed things sold old but I went in person and they’re not. Honestly download if you like to have your pass available, but this app is pretty much useless for any other information.
No good cant access my tickets. I downloaded the app because i thought it’d be easier to access our tickets but its not. I removed the app and re downloaded it a few times and logged in and out multiple times and also nothing. Just going to have to go oldschool and print my tickets out. I dont like having to be pulling out my phone and get into my email to access my tickets
Great app love the map. I love the map because it has your location and moves when you move. I wish I could make a list to add all the shows I want to see for the day are not open.
