Terrible Customer Service. Repeated & irrelevant canned cut/pasted replies to inquires. That’s pretty poor customer service for the price point. Disappointing because the app is pretty nice. Moving to the next…

Flight tracker app!. I just got the app but I want to cancel it because I don’t need to pay for it after this week! I can go online and check what I need!

Flight tracker live. This app displays as Download free, but immediately get charged at end of download before even having a chance to check out the app.

First time, last time.. I downloaded this app to track a flight. While all other similar apps confirmed this flight was delayed an hour, this app posted it was inflight, an hour after the scheduled departure. Not accurate on the first try, and all they while they bombard you with pop-ups to upgrade to their paid service. Don’t waste your time.

Deceptive cash grab @ $5.99/WEEK. Avoid. Don’t even bother downloading and save your time. Other apps actually perform the same function and cost less or are genuinely free.

Too good to be true. Not only did I NOT get a FREE trial but I was charged twice for “unlocking” the app which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE NOR WANT! Good luck getting your money back too it’s near impossible so far!

Multiple Crashes. App constantly crashes and takes multiple searches to find flights. Less than an hour and I’m done.

Waste. Couldn’t find a flight. No need to spend the $.

Terrible. When you search using your flight number, the text box won’t go away, so you can’t see the flight info. Deleted right away from frustration.

Used to be free. So disappointed to not be able to even use this app without signing up for an automatic renewal after three days. The original app provided live tracking for free. It was a fabulous app. Now it’s so ugly and inundated with ads, hoping you will be willing to pay. No thanks. I’ll find another app. Makes me sad that I lost all my old flights that I tracked.

Not free! Deceitful! Garbage!. Don’t download this. You will be charged. Even if you cancel the free trial you are still charged. Apple should ban this app for this type of behavior.

Misleading - Don’t download. I don’t mind apps where you have to pay for a better performance, but this app is misleading. I downloaded, and it makes you subscribe before you’re able to use. It gives you a “free trial” which I clicked on. Not only did it still charge me immediately, the free trial doesn’t even work. It still asks you to subscribe with annoying pop ups that don’t go away even when you’re subscribed. I thought okay well pop ups are annoying but as long as it works whatever. It doesn’t work. It just keeps asking you to subscribe over and over again. Don’t waste your time or your money.

Way too expensive. $5.99 per week? This must be a scam.

Do not dowoad. Useless app. Cannot event test the app unless you pay. There are other better free apps.

Waste of money. I paid to keep an eye on my family’s flights, and was unable to use the app. When I put their flight numbers in, it just kept asking for more money. Waste of time. I used Flighty instead, the free version, and it worked great.

Cancellation. Please cancel my purchase. I can check the updates for free.

Misleading. You can't actually track flights unless you pay for the subscription version, and the interface design uses disguised elements that seem to be for navigation (e.g. “Continue” button) but actually lead to payment screens. For all I know the paid version might be terrific, but they should be upfront about it.

Poor map and updating. This app would not update. It showed its flight in same starting position after plane had landed in destination. Useless!!

Not worth a cent. Flight map is inaccurate with inconsistent information. There are many other apps you can use with more accuracy info. Tested against 3 other flight tracker and this one was the only one with inaccurate info. Not even close to the other three apps. If this accuracy was used on your car’s or phone’s GPS, you’ll never get to your destination. 🤣🤣🤣

Worthless app. Charges a $5.99 weekly subscription fee that you will have to cancel and then report to Apple to try to get your money back. Do not believe this app for an instance. This should not even be allowed to have one star for an app.

Scam//5.99 per week for “free” subscription. The advertising and instructions for this app are misleading. It says it is free, but when you download it and start the FREE trial you have to agree to the terms, which includes an obfuscated note that after 3 days your FREE subscription will cost you $5.99/WEEK. That’s right the 5.99 per week! Even more the App didn’t work for me. It seems they are betting that most won’t recognize this until they get charged $5.99 for a few weeks and then cancel. Buyer beware.

Robbers. I did not subscribe but was charged for MONTHS. Can’t believe they get away with stealing like they do.

Deceptive. Says free, but it doesn’t tell you until you install it that there is a subscription after a week. Very deceptive. This type of app should be kicked out of the App Store.

Unsupported airports. The app does not provide useful flight information for routes between certain airports in the U.S.

PAID APP. There’s a app called FlightAware, it gives you 10x the info for completely free

Can’t Find Correct Flight. Sadly, the app cannot find the flight based on either the flight number or the origin/destination/airline information. A subsequent search using just the airports yielded the desired flight (among dozens of junk results) but when selected to add to “My Flights,” the incorrect flight is displayed. Not worth subscribing.

Version 1.2.0 - No free lunch. There is no option to have a free, ad-supported experience. The only thing you can do for free is watch all of the flights over the US. If you want to track one particular flight, you need to pay for the app. $6/ week feels very steep unless you are a constant traveler. Especially when I can open a browser page on my phone and find the information on their website for free.

Trash App, Bad Info. What a terrible app. It constantly asks you to pay for the app, but seemingly works if you just cancel out. Every press of the screen is a request for your money. Their information isn't even up to date or accurate. Flight says in the air and will be here in 1.5 hours. In reality the flight has been delayed for another 3 hours. Who is rating this thing 5 stars?

It’s NOT Free!?!. I can’t track anything without committing to a trial for $5.99 a week after the trial.

SCAM - Can’t track a flight without paying a charge. I clicked on “Continue” to track my flight only to discover by doing that it signs so up for a few of $5.99 a week. It says click “Manage” to cancel but when I clicked on Manage I got a message saying it can’t connect & retry. The retry doesn’t resolve the issue. A total scam 😡

Trash. You guys made me think a flight didn’t even exist because you guys didn’t even have it as a flight at all! Made me think my mom was still at another airport canceled and deleted the app rn fix the app I found it on another app when I looked up the same thing

They steal subscriptions. I downloaded this app because I wanted to track flights and it said “Free.” Then you realize it isn’t free and requires a membership. When you try to delete the app, it triggers a purchase. I clicked the button thinking I was deleting it and it subscribed me. Luckily I realized it and cancelled during the early period. But what a sham. Robbing people with deceptive programming earns 1 star from me! 👎🏼

Not Useful & Way Overpriced. A 3 day trial and then $5.99 per WEEK??? Of course you don’t see that little stipulation right off the bat. But what made me not last even a half hour was that it didn’t recognize the flight I was searching for. Get enough “oops, we don’t recognize that” messages and one can start to panic. They don’t recognize flights from Norse Atlantic Airlines. I found what I needed on NAA’s own website for free. So that’s what I recommend, folks. Just go to the website of whatever airline and check the flight status there.

Not helpful. I’ve used the old Flight Tracker. It wasn’t fantastic but pretty much did as expected. This doesn’t work as well. Unlike the original where ads are banners, this one constantly pops up full screen ads telling me to pay for the premium version. I don’t need to track flights too often so don’t need it. It’s an annoyance. The free info also seems less helpful. If they just drop the old one I’ll drop them both.

Rip you off!!!. I downloaded to use the free trial. Clearly, there is nothing free about this app! Even by selecting free trial on May 21,2022, I have been charged $2.99 in addition to $6.36 THREE times! Unfortunately, I just realized this! I’ve been charged $6.36 a week since downloading this app! Such a scam!!!!!!

Why hasn’t this app been removed?. As noted by most reviewers, this app is NOT free. Total scam. And it is not $6/month but $6/week. No, thank you. I can get the same info for free from other apps/websites.

Misleading purchasing and marketing tactics. I downloaded the app by accident; it showed up in FlightStats as a button to find arrival times and requesting pressing a button to provide the information. It ended paying the 5.99 for an unwanted monthly subscription that was cumbersome to cancel in Apple apps.

Purchased in Error. How do I stop this subscription. My husband hit next on the app and it automatically charged him 59.00 for the app for the year.

Remove from store. Triggered porn texts. Ought to be removed from the store.

Don’t download. First thing they want is for you to pay to upgrade. I clicked on a plane it said it left the airport at 9:05 am will arrive at the other airport at 12:15 It shows in air between the two airports and it is after 1:00 pm do the information is wrong

Steals money. I hit the free download bottom on the App Store and it asked for my Touch ID like it does for all apps and it asked if I would like to download this app for free so I did. When I went into the app I realized you need to have a account and purchase a subscription to use it, so I deleted the app and now the next day I have a receipt from PayPal for $65.19 and pending purchase on my back account for something I did not buy. And the worst part I have no purchase receipt or confirmation from apple and it shows no record of me buying anything on my apply account so I have issue a refund through PayPal instead of apple.

Flight tracker live. Totally worthless unless you give them money! We have used flight tracker to take family flights for 2-3 years. It was a great app. The new version just wants money, I am surprised apple would even offer it. No free lunch we couldn’t even do one flight with this new app without paying the $50.00. Apple get rid of this app!

Misleading, horrible app. I received a popup from their other app to try out this app for free. I downloaded this app and it has ZERO free features or options. Basically a useless app unless you want to spend $6 a month. Misleading and pathetic.
