Misinformation on users. The apps customer support is very good! No complaints here but during the registration process the app said there was over 300 users in my area fitting the preference criteria. After completing the profile and paying to chat and see where users are there were no users around. Very misleading and waste of money for no users when it said there were many. Very disappointing!

Fake profiles. Don’t waste your money.. 4/10 female profiles are fake. They are not who they say they are. 6/10 profiles are bots that send pre-generated messages that have nothing to do with your messages. If you contact support about this issue, they disable your account. This was the most hilarious experience I’ve ever had. And for it being my first time doing this, I’m not doing it again.

Don’t spend the money or download. This app is a joke. You have to spend money to chat, you have to spend different money to see your likes, and even with an open search it brings up results that are so far away from you. It’s not worth the effort. Thankfully, I only paid for one month, but that was a waste of money 90% of the profiles aren’t verified and seem to be fake and AI generated

Features not working after subscription 😡. Do not subscribe to this app at no cost. They will trick you to subscribe by introducing to you features that you will be excited about…like talking to lot of women/men in the app. After subscribing for the week, they won’t allow you to talk to the people who like you, instead, they will prompt you to resubscribe for another week at a more costly price than the previous. This app is a crap!

You have to pay and most profiles are fake.. So I honestly thought this was a cool app, when I finally went through all that detailed profile setup. But hardly any profile is real, and unless you pay, you cant chat with the person you matched with. being able to know who likes me but not being able to talk to them, whats the point in the dating app?

Profiles are not real. This app is a money scam most profiles are fake. People who are on dating apps know you don’t get likes every few mins or message. This app has fake profiles contacting and pretending someone is trying to message u. They trick u into buying into so u can see who likes or u can send messages after paying and after u will find out no one really is contacting you. All just for the app to make money

Worst Dating App. This app is a joke. Don’t know where to start but can definitely tell you not to download it. You have to pay for everything including to chat with matches. There is no option to search by distance unless you have to pay of course. When you look at someone’s profile there is no mention of what part of the world they live. You’ll get a notice that someone wants to chat in spanish and when you go to read it it shows in english. And when you read their profile, it’s all in spanish.

Banned my account for no reason. Finally found a great match and our convo was going real smooth until it showed her account became inactive out of nowhere. This bummed me out as I we didn’t get to exchange contacts. The next day I added a picture to my profile of me on a field fully clothed and I immediately got my account disabled without explanation. Customer service is poor as there was no way to contact the developers and I can’t reach out to the people I matched with.

A sham, a croc, a waste of time. 1) you can write a message but they can not write back unless they pay. 2) they can write you, but you can not write back unless you pay 3) when I went through the profiles, I saw pictures of the same women on different profiles and different cities.. 4) if you are an unpaid member you can only see one pic per profile.. they use the other pics to make up another fake profile.

Many fake profiles. It’s the most expensive app you ever get and most of the profiles r fake!! 90 procent of the profiles r fake just tu lure people None of those beautiful girls you see there r real . Silly. I tried this app and found it to be fake. Many replies within seconds after completing the registration. Lots of the same information used in each ‘persons’ profile. Lots of the women don’t have jobs, they don’t smoke, drink. I think they all know each other? Also, what is the scam where someone wants your phone number immediately? A suggestion to whom ever is running this site. Have your scammers learn how to write!

Real site where no one is timid. the site out does all other dating sites because everyone is ready to meet or discuss off site & that is huge. I have not encountered any timid women at all

Mostly Fake. This app is to be completely avoided. I joined and was immediately inundated with responses. However as I began to do image searches on the accounts nearly all of them were fake. Meaning they used images belonging to various other people. I even saw accounts pop up reusing these same images. I am led to believe this app is designed to do this and sends these bots to the few real users it has to make them think they are getting a lot of traffic. DO NOT USE IT. I have demanded a refund from Apple.

Waste of time and money. I signed up for the free trial which pushes you to agree to pay after 3 days, then once signed up an option to receive messages for $5.99 pops up. I signed up, completed a profile and 10 minutes in received a message that I violated the terms of the agreement and locked me out of the account. I liked a few and messaged hi to maybe 2 or 3 and then locked out and forced to log off. Waste of time and money…..

I’d give less than 1 if it were an option. There’s nothing but fake hooker bots tryna get you into snap or what’s app to be scanned. But that’s not even the worst part. The most pathetically greedy thing I’ve seen in dating apps yet is to charge to message a match. So you matched, great now message them. But oh no it didn’t go through cause you won’t pay. Blocking feature but cool app. I like this app there are plenty of people to talk to and when I say plenty, there’s plenty I mean plenty except I noticed that when I want to go off of the app and so I hide my profile whenever I come back online, the people that I blocked before I hid my profile all of them somehow end up unblocked again and some of the guys some back messaging me again, some even harassing and insulting I just don’t like that at all. It even happened when they took my account later on and gave it back to me. All the people I blocked before were unblocked again. Also, another thing that I don’t like is that sometimes when I block a person, their messages still come through on my end, I think it’s a glitch in the app but it needs to be fixed it so annoying. Otherwise the app is good I just wish there was a video calling that would definitely put the cherry on top..

Help Canceling. I’m trying to cancel my free trial but when I follow the instructions given by the app for iPhone there’s nothing in the subscription account to be able to cancel like they say there is, only is the app listed in the purchased account. I never purchased it! Im just trying to cancel it 10 hrs after I downloaded it. Ive got 3 days free trial but you have to cancel 24 hrs before the 3 days are up so you really only have 2 days free.

Total scam. Don’t waste your money this app is a scam! They said 177 women in my area after I pay I’ve seen 4 horrible old ugly women! I had several contact me mostly Asian ladies wanting me to go off app! They want my phone number but txt me from an email address. This is classic scam crap just watch catfish! Disappointed. This app has been nothing but trouble since I’ve downloaded it two days ago. The app keeps logging me out. Then when I try and log back in it tells me either my email or password are incorrect. Then when I try to rest the password the email never arrives in my inbox or spam. I reached out to customer service and basically all they told me was “it’s a pity”. Then they requested I go to my app subscription to screenshot my purchase to resolve anything. The whoever I am speaking with cutler support tells me I need to craft a new account to find my current account! What kind of sense does that even make. make it make sense kismia. Why should I need to confirm I paid anything for this app to have my issue resolved. Dating right now is already hard enough and we as customers are just trying to live our best life and find a partner and for you to tell us we need to send proof of any type of payment when my subscription is still currently active. Scam. This app has a lot scam on it, they try to make you to subscribe to and VIP meet up ID that requires you bank information, they ask you where are you from first and make you think that they live in the same city, if you ask first the avoid the question, a soon you tell them they want to hang out with you and pretend that they know the area you live, but guess what, they use google maps, so they can pretend that they live in your city, don’t fall for it I get the app because a friend get scam and he paid for the vip meet up card and then he account get charged with more money he los almost 2,500 dollars, be careful!!!!

Text messaging. I saw the ads on Facebook and decided to give a try. Signing up was super easy, you get to meet a lot of cool people but what i find annoying is the fact that i have to pay to send a text message. I got lots of notifications popping up but how do I reply?? I don’t see this app lasting long on my phone I’ll have to look elsewhere smh.

Worst dating app E…ver!!. Okay, so you would think if you paid two separate payments for a premium and a vip on a site that you’d get all the options, NOPE, not this site. It wouldn’t even let me see who liked me, that was another upgrade probably that they call ultimate. Also, the profiles don’t even tell you what city they’re in, who knows, they’re probably in a different state. Oh no, that’s right, they’re all fake profiles of bots or something and I’m not exaggerating at all, I’d get a ton of likes and the stupid ice breaker messages so I tested my theory by “complimenting” how messed up this girls face was and how fat she is and she thanked me. I am not kidding people, don’t get ripped off by these losers that made this app. Just look at most of the profile names or the wording in the messages, a six year old could give a better description.

Really?. Been scammed, back in 2017. Forced me to file bankruptcy in 2019, and lost my life’s savings of $64,000. And here’s yet another app, asking for money, to connect with accounts “THEY” say are local to me. I’m in Missouri. The accounts are in Europe, Asia, and most are repeated from other apps. What these app developers don’t realize is that it IS possible to vet photos, names, accounts and profiles across multiple apps. Not a single app (or woman on any of these apps) has ever arranged to meet me in real life. The app asks for money to connect. I won’t pay! The “women” (usually a guy scammer) ask for money *i.e. gas, bills, travel expenses, etc …* to meet. And not one, app or person, has ever made an in real life connection. My recommendation: if you want to meet a real person, do what I’m going to do - go out in real life and say hello. ‘F’ the apps!

Is this a real app???. Blocking certain features I get, but blocking your location? You get tons of messages from people and you don’t know where they live. If you’re looking for a serious relationship with someone local, this does not make it easy. I’ve gotten over 100 messages and not one reply from them when I write back. Refund back my subscription. I’m no longer interested in joining the dating site because it is full of fake profiles, and I have ask for a refund back of my subscription which they have refused to refund to me, kindly refund back my subscription so I don’t see the site as fraudulent thank you.

Scam. I get bombarded with messages from beautiful women, believe they are bots!!! Bc they then make you Pay to message and literally 0 respond. If a girl is going to message u first there is a decent chance she will respond but here never. Also they hide the location of women in order to make u pay first. Than u realize they are far. Also believe reviews are fake. There needs to be a class action lawsuit against this company with executive getting in trouble for fraud. I know some lawyers that may be interested..

On the first day, I opened a membership and paid $23.. This software made me very angry. The customer service didn't reply to the message, and just used it for one day, it blocked my account. Today, I just recharged $23 and started a membership. As a result, my account was blocked seriously before I used it. I strongly recommend that you don't use it and pay for the membership.🤬🤬🤬

Disappointing. I am fairly new to dating and decided to try this app. I paid the money instead of taking the free route. MANY issues. I immediately got about 20-likes (within 10-minutes which is major suspicious). But you can’t see the likes unless you upgrade (for another $30- a month). And then when you upgrade you STILL can’t see them unless you upgrade to the highest level. Now it’s roughly $100 a month. And ZERO VISIBILITY to where people live. Every email I get is a fake profile. So far in 4-days I’ve gotten 30-emails and not any of them are real. A waste of money. The description on the App Store is completely false. Locals?? Forget about that.

Doesn’t Show Local People: Badly Flawed!. This app is badly flawed. The profiles do NOT show the location of the person. Even though I input my City, it showed me people from all over the country. So you waste time asking each person where they live. I am not interested in a long distance relationship. All the other dating apps show the city/state location or the distance of the person and allow for filtering based on a set maximum number of miles away. This app is a total waste of time.

Stay completely clear of this app. This couldn’t blatantly be more obvious that it is just a scam. When you sign up one person likes you to try to convince you to buy the premium version in hundreds of people chat you but not a single one of those likes you which is the only way you can actually message them or buy the premium version, I even saw multiple profiles that were photos of women with a man’s name clearly or fake profiles. DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU!

Communication. Your payment structure makes it almost impossible to know how to communicate. It appears that you are maximizing your profit, without consideration to those of us trying to use your side. With you it’s all about dollars. And I need a meaningless nickname all of which are take🤣

Scam. A complete SCAM... don’t listen to DEVELOPER RESPONSE…. I made an account and to activate access to chat I had to pay, in which I did it. Because the free one doesn't allow me full access to send texts. And being in the free one many texts entered that captivated my interest... for a while I tried to talk to the people who showed up when I was in the free and then as a member... THEY NEVER ANSWERED ME AGAIN BACK as a MEMBER. A because I was a little disappointed with the results, I open another account without paying membership... the result was that the same ones who answered me at FIRST ACCOUNT, in the new account contacted me again... the same ones that I became a paid member for them and that there was never interaction, they are the first ones To set LIKES YOU.

A scam site desperately trying to drain you of your hard earned money. None of the women reply to you when you talk with them. When you use it, it becomes obvious from the beginning this is a scam site much like an African Prince message you’d get from a call center in Nigeria. If I could give this negative reviews, I would but safe yourself the money & avoid this scam site. Even notice how the only other review is clearly from a bot account as well, so that’s all you need to know about this awful site.

One of the worst dating apps proceed with caution. One of the positives I will say about this app is that just matches for you. So I have to give credit where credit is due that is pretty good however, most of the time they will not respond and the few times you do get a response it doesn’t lead to anywhere. And more often than not if you do get a response and you chat outside of the app this person will ask you to download some thing called a meet up ID which will cost you about $150. Another thing too is that the girls on this app they don’t have a current city. So you don’t know if you were chatting with somebody in Los Angeles or in Chicago for example. And the worst part about this app is that if you want to reply back, you have to pay money just to chat with people. If you want to see who likes you then you also have to pay more money.

I wish I could give it zero stars.. You join the app and expect a normal dating app but you’re instantly met with a pay wall to even chat or get to know someone. I get that it’s to prevent spam texting someone but the fact I can’t reply and get to know someone without paying is so dumb. Once I created my profile and tried to find matches there were 10 different girls with the same bio. They were all fake bots. Take off the pay wall for texting and it might be an app worth using.

Terrible AI bot trap. This is a terrible app. You pay a sub fee to basically use it. Then have to pay more to “upgrade” to see likes or even more to use other features. When you are offline you see little to no interest from people. But when you do go online you are instantly spammed by pre-generated ice breakers from AI bots that don’t reply, or when they do reply very obviously didn’t read what you wrote. This app should be taken down as fraud.

Misleading. Free to sign up and message if you want to use generic one liners with no additional communication unless you purchase one of the three grades of membership. I’m too skeptical it’s just another bot/ ai scam site. Step up your game guys. Step up your game.

Save your money. Bunch of fake accounts. Once you pay , they try to upsell you for other options and even more expensive than that the chatting. First is $17 then they try to get you for an additional $24 to “ see who likes you” even tho most are all fake. As soon as you join your going to get messages and likes. But yes, all fake. Noone replies even thoufh they supposedly initiated the convo and liked you.

Spammers club. Some dating apps will have a hacker here and there trying to fake a dating profile. But this particular app is the heaven lounge for spammers. As long as you are online you are getting constant messages from super hot girls who have only one photo and a phone number imaged on their photo asking you to text them “outside of the app” which leads to asking for personal info or for money bluntly. Great job developers!

What happened?????. I set up an account, checked in for a couple days, went in last night to check, and the app is requiring me to sign up…. AGAIN. All my connections are GONE, all my conversations? GONE. Why would I sign up again? Even trying to it won’t take my profile pic, same one I used before, even tried a different one. Nope. Just says “Reviewing Your Photo may take a few minutes” ……. all day now. Seemed like a promising app, and then nope.

One of the worst that I’ve downloaded. There is no way to even get through all the fake profiles to find out if one is real!! All the messages sent to you are generated bots!! Plus you can’t send a simple reply back to distinguish if one that might be local is really a person UPDATE… developer response I notice on all the reviews referring to this obvious problem just lie to you saying it’s a feature. Can’t search by distance to paid top tier?. Do not spend any time or money on this app. First of all.. No search by distance!!! Are you kidding me? I didn’t think I had to question that single most deciding overall, make or break aspect of any real match. I can’t say that you might not meet one real person who is still on the other side of the ocean but it’s possible but is she real? You may get lucky and find one, but no one NO One is ever online. Fake accounts everywhere. So I have read replies from the company saying all accounts a real. Not true. You will be spammed by fake accounts. Very rarely will someone have a blue tick. Their photos are always the same grainy and almost too good to be true photo. You will have better luck on Tinder. Trust me DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GARBAGE!

All fake accounts and responses. There’s actually one of the most fake dating apps I’ve ever seen. Does it feel good to have girls message you first and say that they like you? Of course! No Location. You have no way of knowing where the people you’re chatting with are located unless you ask. Sometimes you can tell by their picture backgrounds. I’m sorry, if I’m looking for a relationship, I want someone close. Long distance may work for some, but not me.

Kismia review. Great site but you don’t know where members presently live. I think that’s a disappointment for me. We can’t decide distance travel as part of the potential relationship.

Messages. It would be nice to be able to message people on the app without having to pay for it.

Charges. I’m not trying to be disrespectful or anything but I think ot is very unnecessary for Kismia users to feel demanded to spend money in order to send messages to other “users” who are using the application with hopes of actually meeting someone online

A lot of bots and the fact that I have to pay money to respond or see a message is dumb because there are so many other free apps where u don’t have to do that… I was looking for people in my city but I getting people all over the country even tho I fixed the setting this app will be a definite delete

Premium. Premium is ok but you overcharge just for your customers to see who likes them this is why you get 3 stars all should be included with premium

Awful!!. This is the worst app I have ever used. 75%+ of the profiles are fake. You have to pay just to respond to a message. Your inbox gets flooded with spam messages. It’s completely annoying and useless. What a waste of time and money. But I guess that’s what I get for trying an app off a Facebook ad.

Don’t even bother 😅. A dating app where you can match with others but not talk to them without having to get a subscription is just plain stupid. Even on “tinder” you can match and talk to actual verified people for free. And bots spam message you as soon as you get an account to push you to buy a subscription, which I will never 👎

Avoid this App! FAKE Profiles! It’s a SCAM. All of tgebprofijes I encountered had only one photo snd every response I got was some robo responder. I was immediately hit with multiple chats literally seconds after joining and they were all very strange greetings, nothing like an actual person wound ask. Terrible! This app needs to ge taken down. I will be reporting this to Apple Trust and Safety and Androids App Safety teams. Dear App developer—Karma!

Scammer dating site. ATTENTION: people dont be dumb and download this dating app. Soon as you made a profile messages start showing up and you can’t respond unless you pay them money. This dating app is a scam and bots message you to get thirsty people to buy a membership. Just move on do yourselves a favor.

FRAUD FAKE BOT APP!. This cannot be real! The women start sending little gift emojis and the premade questions as soon as you log on! They are nonstop from these model type beauties! No one says where there are from or answers normal replies! Stop the madness. I am an attractive man that demands attention in real life but still women do not fall over you like this. It’s full of BOTS! Horrible scammer activity!

Message blocking. I get math from a lot of people and the message they send to me will be blurred and you guys ask me to make some subscriptions. I dowloaded this app cause it say I can have it for free and make subscriptions if I want and I decided not to subscribe and even when I match with someone I won’t be able to message them . This is frustrating 👎👎👎

The worst. I’m only giving this one star because I can’t give it a 0 rating. I just cancelled my subscription even though it runs through August 29. I want to make sure I cancel with plenty of time because I don’t want to waste another dollar on this dating site.

Allot of in app purchases for basic functions. Don’t like the user interface. Cannot see the distance someone is without looking at the profile and then usually a small unknown town is listed. Very few people close by Houston. Most of the females wanting to chat are hundreds of miles away.

Trash. This app is TRASH. I paid 50 dollars for a 1 month subscription. Only to find out YOU HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER 69 dollars to see who likes you. Also the messages have all been just prompts. I would reply with things like “what is my name” the responses would be so random you knew it was just a bot sending stuff to you. DO NOT DO NOT PURCHASE

This app will take your money. I promise you 100% that this app is only here to take your money. The only real people are guys pretending to be girls so they can con you into sending them money. I’ve tried a lot of dating apps and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever seen. If you disregard what I’m telling you and do it anyways, remember this comment when I told you not too!!!

I can’t make a purchase. My ApplePay account is restricted. I contacted Kismia a couple of times about some other way to pay, and I have not seen a reply.

Questions are useless.. Adding a questionnaire is just a show-off. It will not affect the search results and won't help find a good couple. It has very tedious and repeatable questions that have little in common with dating or my interests. Spent my time on nothing and that's a shame. Don't waste your time on these bollocks.

Blocked? Lol. I was excited to use the app, but 90% through the set up part of it, it gave me a prompt that read "oops, something went wrong. Your account is blocked - looks like you broke or policies." Huh??? I haven't even done anything!

No real people. This app is a bad idea.. I wasted $14 for nothing doesn’t deserve no ratings at all.. What the matches on this app do if they’re even real people is they send weird stickers and never talk again lol. How about you guys work on that and allow real people sign up. Pls how do I get my refund back???

Operators simply mocking you.. No person in the support center of this app will help you. You shouldn't count on their goodwill or good manners. If they won't ignore you they will ask the same questions until you are tired and then just contact them again later. Absolutely dreadful and unprofessional, you must improve your customer service!

Good ad for bad app.. The promises the creators made are completely false. If you think you will meet interesting and joyful people and that the matching is precise, forget about it. No good services, a bad interface, and too many problems with the whole system. Do not trust any of the ads about this program, they are lying to you.

Why. I was chatting and suddenly you deleted my account. I dont have any idea why?? I was no rude at all , i dont have any idea what happened and why? .

Worst dating. Every single profile that messaged me was fake. It’s clear as day also. The fake profiles constantly try to illicit info and when you call them out on it they delete their account. Do not pay money for any sort of subscription from this app.

Help me just delete this god awful app. This is the worst dating app ever it is god awful doesn’t even deserve one star and it will not let me delete my account everytime I try to delete it and type “DELETE” it says something went wrong. This is such a bad app with fake accounts and no support whatsoever.
