Awful can't search. Why is it so difficult door your to enable basic search capability. Your cases are great but you're app and website are so difficult to search. Ridiculous

Good products, bad app.. I’ve used CASETiFY cases for years and don’t plan on leaving, but this app needs some serious work. It’s very buggy and lags and sometimes doesn’t go back to the full listings page no matter how many times you try. Also a favorite option would be nice.

buggy. I tried to purchase a black pink collab case but the App kept bugging out or just not loading at all. It's not fair because I had priority access And wanted to make sure that I got a case before the limited supply ran out.

Im upset. i bought a phone case and then turns out I can’t even get that phone case cause the one I choose was copy right and they emailed me saying I could cancel it and I told them to cancel it but to give me my money back but I don’t see them trying to give me it back 💔😒

Totally disappointed. I just bought my one pice edition case and for no reason it started to peel off the engraving, I wrote to claim for the warranty only to discover that it does not cover this, I do not recommend this at all for more than $80, better a safe purchase with UAG or another best quality manufacturer

Cant log in with Apple ID. For some reason, I can’t log in with my Apple ID

Weak. The apps interface is terrible and it feels like server can’t handle light traffic.

It’s good. I like the app my only complaint is it keeps logging me out of my profile and I’m having to continuously log back in manually which is annoying but other then that I like it.

Best cases ever. I just got my case and it’s Amazing!! My case is a mirror and it’s so amazing. I have a lot of cases but the mirror one is my favorite. The best part is that the cases protect your phone from breaking. Really recommend buying the cases.

Case. I’ve been waiting on a case since January. It keeps being shipped to the wrong address. Them emailing me doesn’t help me change my address on an already shipped item. I’ve been emailing them for a long time… they won’t even get back to me about a refund except that they can only give back 50% or something. It’s very frustrating. Paid $80 for two cases. An only received one.

Need stranger things. I thought there was stranger things and there isn’t

App is fun to surf however. I am someone who likes to browse stuff. This app was nice on my iPhone 15 pro max but every time I backed out of a artist talk shot me to the top of the screen. I had to keep scrolling. That sucked. Made it had to browse. Fix that

Log out. The app always keeps me logged out

DLP. I would always use this app all the time and now I can’t even use it bc it keeps saying DLP. I used to love this app and now I’m just getting frustrated and irritated bc I’ve deleted the app several times and it still keeps saying DLP 🥲🥲 it’s so frustrating trying to figure out once one is iPhone and my kind of iPhone :( there’s no where that I can make a report to fix it and it’s just sad.

Best Phone cases. They are definitely the best not bulky lightweight but amazing phone protection I’ve ever had! Ty casetify!

AMAZING. I just love their works and how they try to do a variety of collaborations. They’re pretty sturdy which I love it since I tend to have a lot of accidents with my phone. I would love it even more if they collaborated more often with anime maybe the more popular ones; for example, my hero academia, demon slayer, jujutsu kaisen, etc.

Working but could be better.. Navigation is not working well.

Case. I loved this app every noisy that gets a phone case from here get good results

Eh. I think the screen layout and graphic design of the app itself could be improved.

Some minor bugs/issues. First off, I downloaded the app mainly for the big Evangelion drop so I could get the notification for when it happened. Unfortunately I never received the notification and wasn’t even able to purchase the new items when they were supposed to be available (I was still able to through the website), and this resulted in a lot of the items I was looking to get being sold out. Secondly, every now and again when I open the app it will log me out of my account for no reason, making me log back in to view my orders, etc. Not a crazy issue but quite annoying. Thirdly, the app itself just feels very barebones, and makes it tedious to look for specific items. A search/filter bar would be a good way of mitigating this. These are my main complaints, like I said nothing really catastrophic but pretty antagonizing nonetheless.

Can’t even shop the cases I want. Every time I open the app it just keeps saying database error I just wanted to shop some Pokémon cases too bummer

Wildly expensive. Received a case for my birthday at the end of December and I was so excited because they were just too much out of my price range for getting all the bells and whistles. It’s March and the print on my case has already started chipping and flaking off. Went to go look at the websites faqs and customer support stuff and they say that flaking prints aren’t covered on the warranty if that tells you anything. The materials itself for the case are sturdy but it roasts my iPhone like the otter boxes tend to do. Anyways just a big let down all around for something that was supposedly sold at a premium price. It’s sitting in my junk drawer until I can figure out a way to repurpose the case and get rid of the flaking print on it,

Casetify. Casetify has the best cases ever and are very good when they come to packaging and style. Love Casetify and would highly recommend their cases for everyone.

Will Not Respond To Emaila. I accidentally ordered the wrong case when making my first order. I ordered a iPhone 15 Pro Max instead of the iPhone 15 Pro. I few minutes I looked up how to cancel the order. I then immediately emailed them with the order number to at first have the order changed to just a iPhone 15 Pro. “Katie” got back to me ages hours later that day, saying that they could not change the order. I would have to cancel my order. I emailed her back to cancel it and I have heard nothing for 5 days. I have emailed them multiple times and still nothing. I had ordered another case before that, but I thinking go cancel it too since they don’t want to get back to me. I understand it was my fault for ordering the wrong case. I even take credit since I was my mistake, but NO ONE response to me. I think I may just cancel out right. I know I won’t recommend since it’s this hard to get someone to talk back to you.

Cool Cases. Besides getting these nice and awesome cases, the app keeps logging me out. Just wouldn’t want to not have my items tracked when I accidentally purchase as a guest. Other than that easy app to use.

Site crashed. While trying to purchase BTS XCASetify priority access the site crashed had to wait an hour to get in

Horrible payment experience. They don’t use a single autofill option on iOS. Took forever to make a purchase.

Printing. I ordered a phone case and when I ordered I made sure this case was in stock because I recently broke my case and needed a new one. I do a little research first and it says 1-3 buisness days to ship but it has been 11 days and is still “printing?”

The Best Cases!. I love the cases so much! They have Sailor Moon, Barbie, and Blackpink cases!!! So much variety! CASETiFY has the #1 cases in the world!!!!!!!

amazing cases, not so amazing app. these cases are very well known. they’re amazing and durable, so many people have them, it’s so easy to recognize the black outline around the camera. when they came out with the app, i was hesitant, but am looking for a new case so. why not? the app is slow and jerky, sometimes it takes two clicks of the same button for it to work, and even then it’s still jerky. pretty understandable since the app is new but for such well known cases i expected better. overall 6/10

Always signs you out and buggy. Terrible app. Navigation is slow and janky and as an added bonus it signs you out each time.

Products good, app horrible. The CASETiFY products may be good but this app is awful. Really glitchy and slow. Have to sign in every time you open the app. Buttons take multiple taps before actually working. Not a good experience. Will be using the website instead.

Best seller. When are you bringing back the one piece collection for the IPhone 13’s?????

App isn’t user friendly. I downloaded thinking I could sort and filter different collabs and case types but what I’ve encountered is just a bunch of pictures. Not even the name of the collabs are on the photo anywhere and if you filter Samsung, only iPhone 15 max shows up? Idk. I’d like to filter and sort by phone type and case type and pic the collabs and look at them all. The website didn’t want to work well on my phone and I was hopeful the app was better but it’s just not what I was looking for. I’ll just deal with the website and delete the app.

Love the Collabs. The cases are awesome and love the different designs. The best are the collabs with other brands/cartoons. Unique one of a kind

Amazing and durable products. The products are everything you could want. The notifications for presale/waitlist are so awesome. Idk it’s hard to put into words the excitement I get when a notification pops up from casetify

Really strong cases. I’m really clumsy and always drop my phone but when I first used my CASETiFY and dropping my phone right after I knew my phone was going to last longer

Catastrophically, Embarrassingly Bad.. This app is horrible. It will randomly add items to your cart, switch languages for no reason, and crashes often.

Poor stock. Their limited edition items are too limited. They’re near impossible to get.

🙄. so annoying, the app constantly logs me out and i missed a promotion because the notification didn’t send to me as the app logged me out for no reason.

Good app and cases. It’s a nice app and the cases are amazing but the problem is That I have to keep on signing in which is annoying but overall good app and even better cases.

Login issue. For some reason the app will first not keep me logged in. Annoying in itself but ok. The in a bizarre twist, whenever I input my credentials (saved on device, no manual typing required), it will always reject it twice before finally allowing me to log in with the third attemp. Hurst makes no sense and the whole experience is just a bit annoying. Apart from that the app works alright.

Not much. There really isn’t a lot of movies and shows you don’t have like my favourite “ guardians of the Galaxy”especially Groot

Won’t stay logged in on App. Super annoying. When using the App, I can’t stay logged in. I have to log in every single time. It’s super annoying. Can you add a remember me box when signing in, so this doesn’t happen? Thanks

Excellent!. Amazing covers and watch bands. They have a massive range and they are super protective. I’ve got a lot of these cases. I had a problem with discolouration on one of them but their customer service was so amazing and sent me a brand new one for free.

Not so convenient. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was an app available for the exclusive phone case and accessories collaborations of CASETiFY. But it does lag sometimes and it takes repeated presses to return to the previous pages and when returning to item selections, the filter access disappears and my selected filter tags are reset.

No lie - best phone case I’ve ever had. I don’t think I’ll ever buy a non-casetify case ever again. I’m floored with how amazing this case is. When I bought my new phone, I had bought a bunch of cases from Etsy and one from Casetify. After putting on the one from Casetify, I can’t even find myself wanting to take this case off. It’s protected my phone through some GNARLY falls (I’m a clutz). It doesn’t only protect my phone, but it’s also absolutely gorgeous and it feels so high quality in my hand. I got a LOURVE x Casetify collab (clear back) before they sold out and the case just somehow doesn’t attract dirt and is not yellowing yet (as of 5 months of use). It still looks brand new after all the times my phone fell (on concrete, wood, loose gravel, soil, you name it. I have no excuses for being so clumsy). Also, an issue people get with their phones is pieces of sand getting caught inside the case and scratching up your phone. Nope nada. The seal is tight and secure. My phone is as prescribe as when I bought it. 10000/10 recommend. Finding it hard not to get carried away and get more Casetify cases. Like I know I don’t need them because these things are built like a tank and won’t need replacing.. but still. All the designs to choose from make it so tempting.

It’s good but…. Ok so I LOVE CASETIFY, I have 2 cases from them! I just wish that the cases on the Casetify website could be put in an app like Amazon or Etsy. Yes there’s this one which is the co lab and the other app which you can make your own case but I just wish I could see ALL the cases they have to offer on their website into the app. Sometimes the website gets annoying with filtering your phone out and whatnot so it’ll be nice if there was an app like the website but it remembers your filtering. Other than that I LOVE Casetify!!! Thanks!

Amazing your Cases and accessories are amazing. My boys I can buy them the good iPhone cases, but they don’t like them. Are they can’t find a stile or look that they like and it’s really hard.I know they stronger or more durable like maybe than the body armor that may be thicker hopefully but I don’t think they’ll think it’ll be too thick or bulky like they do the other cases. I believe that the way y’all can put those pictures in there they would be proud to show off, them Cases.
