It’s great. I work in a place where we show things each other all the time and having a password on the phone itself was not really working. It’s great that with this app I can lock my apps and don’t have to worry about people messing with my personal stuff

Error: App Not Found. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with shortcuts or the app itself but I paid the $10 for the monthly service and it doesn’t work. No matter how many times I delete and re try the shortcut it just says could not run the shortcut app not found. I reset my network and deleted the apps and re installed them nothing works. Great concept though

Great. I use it for my very important privacy and i am satisfied with its performance, it does its job easily. I recommend to anyone whose phone is always unlocked and forgotten somewhere.

Easy 10/10. It’s so easy to use and you don’t need a free trial all you have to do is watch an ad it has a step by step and it actually works highly recommend 👍

Don’t waste money. I followed the instructions, and I first tried it with Snapchat, and it does let me open the app, it showed the shortcut of Lock ID if you click in it it will wake you for passcode but if you don’t you can still get in the app and see the messages. I asked for a refund. I do not recommend this.

Privacy and protection. It saved me from so much trouble. As a person who gives his phone to people and usually stays on alert, I don’t have to worry anymore. I think the app is reasonably priced and worths every penny paid.

Pay to use. I got this because I wanted to give my phone to my little brother without risking him touching things I didn’t want him to touch like certain games and things like that but everything costs money and I tried several things. I would have no problem if they told you about the fact you needed to pay up front but they didn’t. I’m a kid so naturally I don’t have money so this app was a lose for me.

Wow🤩. I love this app it gives me so much privacy I hate when my parents go through my personal stuff this app makes me feel safe.

Suggestion. Hi. I have a couple app requests that I’d like to make: the Contacts & the Settings apps on iOS, so just in case someone else uses your phone, they don’t snoop & mess w/everything. Thanks😊😁😉👍🏽👌🏽

Privacy Problem Solved!. I have very strict parents and sometimes their strictness gets out of hand. They don’t want to seem like that but once I caught my mom looking at my phone when I was sleeping. For a long time I have been trying to bear this but finally I’ve found the solution with this app! I lock apps with this and store them in a different folder where they are hard to see.

Refund my money!. I downloaded this app just to check it out, I clicked on the login icon and boom, the cursor went to lifetime subscription and subscribed for a service I never ordered. If you are thinking about downloading this app, don’t do it! They don’t even have customer service. I’m not sure why Apple allowed this app to exist. The $30 you stole from me, I’ll make sure you never steal from anyone else ever again.

It’s NOT a free app. You have to pay to use it.. In order to actually lock an app, you have to pay $5 per week. Or if you want you, can pay a whopping $50 for a “lifetime.” They should just make us pay for the app upfront since we can’t even use it without a subscription. The only reason it’s free on the AppStore is to trick people into downloading it.

It’s a shame. I was really looking forward to using this app, as I had been looking for an app locker for quite some time. Unfortunately when I opened the application that I wanted to lock, it took me to the lock app, ( as it should) however it then froze in a grey screen. I guess it could be my phone, but I have never had problems with it, so it is mostly likely not.

Something wrong :/. I’m not sure if this is a problem with this app or with my shortcuts app, but there is something wrong on one end. It doesn’t work. I had a total breakdown about it (my siblings got into my personal info and I wanted to lock it. I was already on my last nerves cuz it was during my period week and that really flipped me off. It only stressed me out worse.) Can’t really write an a rate review bc I’m not sure if it’s app lock’s issue or shortcut’s. Either way, it was not worth the time and frustrations, at least on my end. It seemed pretty nice I guess haha

Did not work as advertised. I was excited to try this app out on my daughters tablet to lock games and entertainment apps as we use her tablet for school, and I wanted to know and limit the amount of time she spent on them. I downloaded the app and followed the instructions, which seemed easy enough. However the app does not work I continuously got error messages about “ a problem running the automation “. I am very glad I only spent $2.99 to try it for a week as opposed to the lifetime . It should’ve been a red flag when there was no free trial, but live in learn. Use at your own risk.

Confidental. This app knows the worth of your privacy. I have very intense insecurities about my parents and it saves me from that anxiety. Also it has a very well designed user friendly interface.

Cool concept but. I downloaded for the unlimited photo and video storage. The fact that you have to individually click each photo at a time and then go to the settings AGAIN and click AGAIN to pull up the photos tab AGAIN and select the album AGAIN is ridiculous! What a headache! There’s got to be a better way! Until that changes I’m not interested anymore.

Easy and useful. I was looking for a lock app. I found AppLocker. Much easier than other lock apps. It has a very good interface. Surprising it’s free. Thanks for this.

I don’t think the paying is necessary. I have some private stuff on my phone and I have people looking at it all the time. So when I download this app to lock some apps it turns out I have to pay to do it. That is ridiculous I should not have to pay for my privacy.

Privacy is a must. Hey everyone privacy is important! Please don’t think that your secret photos and videos won’t be found on your iPhone because you have a password lock. You will be stressed when you hand over your phone to someone for even a small time so lock twice!!!

It works as advertised!. I bought the lifetime subscription and I don’t have any ads, which is really all I care about. But every time I try to change the app icon it prompts me to pick a subscription again… and again, not at all a huge issue bc the app works for what I need it to… I just think it’d be cool to see what that option lets you do. Other than that it has a really nice interface and is super easy to use! I absolutely recommend!

Very useful ✅. You can lock whatever application you want easily✌🏻 Very simple interface and easy to find apps in suggested category. Although I put lock on the app, I can enter the application rapidly. Guys if you need such an application, I really recomend it!

I tried this app... It doesn’t support but a handful of popular social media apps. I tried to hide my aloha browser, but no dice. I don’t even think that this app composed a scan of any of the apps on my phone. It just had a pre-set number of choices you can make. I wouldn’t recommend this app. Have a nice day, yall!

Must have iç you have Kids. İf you need to give your phone to your Kids throughout the day and you have private conversations on your phone ,you need this app

Best lock app. If you want to lock your apps, you should download this app. I’ve been looking for an app like this for a long time, I could find it finally. It’s very easy to use and has an excellent interface. If you don’t download you may regret it.

Amazing.. I’ve used many apps with similar purpose but this is by far the best. Very easy to use, the interface is simple and neat. The faceID option to unlock apps is a huge plus. Would definetely recommend.

Locking applications is great. It is a great application. Everyone must need to download it. Locking application is great and increases my security. I like to increase my security. Highly recommended !!! If you give importance to your security, you should download it.

Great app… however. Thought this app will not work, and it ended up working. Great! However, you will only have 1 app locked. You should be able to lock more so people won’t have to switch apps constantly to test out the lock. Unless you want to pay $50/year or $10/month, its not worth spending that much to me just to lock apps. I would totally subscribe, but just to lock apps? I’m sorry but it’s just not worth it. If you are able to have more apps locked and maybe lower prices (I get the server costs and other costs), I would possibly consider myself subscribing. Great app, but very limited access.

Perfect for doing the job. I’ve been needing an app to lock my apps individually (in my household some people need to reach my phone and use basic apps like calling, camera and notes but I don’t want them to sneak into my social media accounts or some other private apps) - so I found this app and it’s very clean, perfectly doing the job and I’m really happy with the outcome 🙌🏻

Ease of Use. I always needed lock apps because I want to keep my things private but most of the other apps were hard to use or inefficient. Your app provides the easiest use and thank you for keeping my files safe 😍

TOS Screen too large. The terms of service agreement is too large to access via my old school iphone 8. Cannot scroll nor flip phone to make the agreement button accessible to click on. Instantly uninstalled. I use my phone for calls & texting. Recently also two-step verification of logins that support two-step. So i need an applock to stop anyone from accessing my accounts if this phone is unlocked. If had other users for the phone i’d upgrade to newer phone. So now i go find something else to lock apps that might fight this screen :(

Hidden folder and app icons. I chose to inhide apples hidden photo to move to this app and that’s not an option, also the app icons, need way more options my other may not want to randomly select like a fake finance app or weather

Useful. I have the opportunity to lock each app one by one, so even if I give my phone to my friends, they cannot access my apps. For this reason I don't worry about my privacy. In addition, the interface of the AppLocker is very nice and very easy to use. It has become the one of my favorite apps.

Waste of money. Im not sure if i followed correctly but i followed every instructions on the and paid even yearly subscription. I want to cancel my yearly subscription. Do i do that on my itunes and purchases, why am i not able to cancel right on the app? Also is there a way to lock apps without having to click on the notification to lock it first and then unlock it? Because when i followed instructions for locking message app, i literally have to open messages, click on the notification to lock it and then unlock it? What is the point of that if i already opened the message app and you could see my messages before even clicking on lock messages from Notification Center. Is there not a way to immediately have the passcode right on the message app BEFORE even opening it? Why does it do that. That kills the point of using app locks.

Simple and effective. The app is easy to use and does exactly what I need without hassle. I have had some problems with similar apps but so far had none with this one.

Upset. I bought this app and it does not work the way the developers says it should. I wrote to them twice and I got no reply to date. But guess what they already got paid so I don’t think they care Apple should be the mediator between app sellers and the consumer so when this happens your money can be returned and these people will do better. Too many people making apps that’s just an good idea and nothing more. I am taking this further. The system won’t let me send a review without touching a star so I touch one but this should get a 0 zero rating

Privacy granted. As everyone, I value my privacy. Sometimes I just remove the touchID and pin for specific purposes, but I still want my private apps locked, so I got this app that works perfectly for me. Easy to use and gets the job done.

Application Poblems Problems Problems. This is by far the worst app I have ever encountered . Not only did I not use it ; they continue to charge my card every week for the past 3 months despite multiple requests to cancel the app. Hopefully with this review someone from their support actually reviews them and does right by the customer .

App isn’t working after I purchased it!!!. I purchased this app a couple of weeks ago & I can’t get it to work. In fact, after I purchased this app I attempted to change the app icon and I was prompted to the purchase page. I also can’t get the app to hide any of my other apps. It’s not user friendly and it doesn’t work. I’m going to attempt to get my money back today.

Wonderful!. Phone lock is never enough. I needed an app like this for a long time. I finally found it, I'm super happy! Wont lock. I set up the lock but I can still open the app without my pin number. It’ll just show a notification that it’s running and I have to click the notification to be brought to the pin, but I can just swipe it away and still be able to use the app like nothing. A big disappointment honestly.

highly recommend. since everyone already knows how to find hidden apps on iphone, i think this app is a must. i could easily hide the apps that I dont want others to see. the good part is that you can secure the hidden apps with your passcode or your fingerprint. so even if someone finds out your phone’s password your hidden apps are still safe and covered

Issues. This is overall a good app but I have an issue, I tried to lock my hangouts app and everything works fine until I try to open it, I open hangouts and the app locker app opens and goes to a straight grey screen not letting me enter my password, This is on a IPhone 11 running IOS 15 to help developers

Maximum security. I am a person who doesn’t like to have a password on his phone for reasons such as emergencies, but I also have some sensitive and personal information, notes and photographs on my phone that I don’t want anyone to see. This is where this app steps in: I tried a number of other applock applications but this is by far my favourite one because it provides the utmost security and it also has a neat interface and pretty easy to use. 10/10 would recommend.

Doesn’t Lock Apps and No Customer Service Response. The app fails to execute locking of apps which is the only reason I purchased. I’ve submitted two help tickets and had zero response.

Hopefully it holds up. 5 star for now hopefully it holds up and does what it should. Love how it has Face ID to unlock!

The App is a scam. The app didn’t work at all every time i do the shortcut and open the locked app it opened without a passcode and a notification says there is an error

Videos won’t load. I selected a couple of videos and left them to load overnight but none of them load. This morning I try to load just one but still nothing. I know that the App installed okay because I tested it with a photo. The photo loaded but is still visible in Photos 🥲

Doesn’t look like it actually hides apps. Marketing literature makes it seem you can hide apps with this, but after downloading and setting it up all it allows me to do is lock apps. Disappointing.😔

Way overpriced!. Thought I had something, till I found out that I could not even secure one app without having to pay... over $7 weekly or nearly $50 yearly. Are you outta your mind? It’s not even a complicated high functioning app. I might have paid a few bucks to stop ads, but get real guys.

IOS 17. Maybe it’s just me but I can’t get it to work on iOS 17. “Shortcuts failed” pops up when attempting to open the locked app. But iOS 17 made another way to lock apps for free, so this app is not really needed anymore.

Bad very bad. The app won’t work. It doesn’t lock the apps I picked. Also when you purchase it, apparently, it doesn’t have any receipts for you to request a refund.

Waste of money. Not user friendly at all. You have to go through 20 steps in order to put an app in the locked app area. And you still have access to the app even when it’s locked.

Doesn’t work because you can’t secure shortcuts. For this app to secure Twitter they make you setup an automation in the shortcuts app. So anyone can just open the shortcuts app and disable the lock. Adding shortcuts to this app might solve that but it’s not available as a choice. Going to see if I can get my $8 back.

No option for Face ID. The title says it all. I can use this on my old iPhone SE, but impossible to use with iPhones that don’t have Touch ID. Can’t contact anyone— seems like app hasn’t been updated in years.

This company is a scam. So I downloaded this app the free trial it did not work for me the app so I deleted it before the free trial ended, but I was still charged for it even though I ended the subscription and deleted the app. Apple will not refund me.

*** Scam - please avoid ***. 1) you have to pay before you ever use it - there is no trial. 2) When you pay and get access, and try and look at the help, the page never opens- too many redirects. 3) There is no “?” on the home screen where the instructions are “supposed” to be (according to the developer responses) 4) You can only lock supported apps. 5) I went to the “developer website” and there is not way to ask for help there either. There is no way that all these positive reviews are real. I requested a refund from the Apple Store and reported this App.

Real Applocker. This app is really locking the apps, i think this is the only app that you can lock any apps on iOS

Disappointed. I got this app in hopes of using it for my business section on my tablet. I didn’t think the selection of apps was not based on what’s downloaded on my tablet.
