Taboo. Very fun very smexy 😘

Absolute trash app. Doesn’t work at all?…

Fun, but repetitive. We played about 4 games and then the words just started repeating. Seemed like they were even in the same order. All the words in the English language and this game only has about 50 of them. I added 2 additional packs, but I think the main pack should have a bigger variety of words.

Awesome. Fun to play and can play group or individual.

Random Mix. I think the app is great but having the option to choose your deck before you play really narrows the field for guessing. There should be an update letting us mix the decks. Also, why limit the rounds to 20? We should play as many rounds as we see fit. Please fix these minor issues. Thanks.

Paying for every tabu deck does not make sense. I paid for the app to play with my friends thinking compared to free apps i will have considerable deck of cards. After I bought the app, I realized i need to buy each deck separately and it comes with one free deck and the deck is finished in a couple of turn 🙁

Super Fun. I just wish that gave each player longer than a minute.

Words Repeated after One Game. Very disappointing! Words already started repeating during second game and if you want more words they make you pay. Other reviews are clearly bots. I do not recommend.

Repeat words every round. You can’t play more than one round without repeat after repeat after repeat. Not even worth 2 bucks if you want to play more than once.

Pretty good app but…. …not enough cards in the free version. I understand you want to give me a taste but you really should’ve given me a bigger taste Taboo.

Pretty good overall. It's a good app, I love playing it in the car but I hate how it has to be teams, I don't want teams when I'm just playing with two other people, other than that it's a good, doesn't lag

Please Don’t waste your money. We bought this and played for 30 minutes before we ran out of new cards and started seeing repeats. Of course they would like you to spend more money to purchase additional packs. Someone should call the better business bureau.

Love it!. Easy to use version of my favorite game. 🥳

Can't manually correct scores. App works fine, but missed a critical feature in my opinion. If I mis-clicked a button, or the time ran out before I could input a result, I'd like to be able to manually edit the result for each word before moving on to the other team's turn.

Worst implementation of the common party game. The game play is just horrible. It takes an age to move onto the next word. Within a couple of games, the words start repeating. I paid for this idiotic app, and i am ashamed of myself.

Great game! Eager for a stats section or history section!. Excuse the semantics, but I am excited for this game and its future on mobile, but I love the game! I have so much fun with family and friends! My one desire would be a stats/history section that would allow me to see the previous games I’ve played with team names and scores; not even necessarily the cards each rounds (although that’d be nice too) but the results of each game in the past. If any developers see this, maybe they’ll consider informing the higher ups of this change. I love the game and thank you!

Horrible user experience. No clue how to add people to groups. Took an amazing amount of effort just to connect with friends.

Fun game, but needs to remember cards played. I love the original card game version of Taboo, but for convenience, my family and I played the app version of Taboo on Thanksgiving day. It was fun, but the programmers clearly did not implement a way for recently played cards to be remembered by the app. We played three separate games, and got multiple repeats of cards during those three games. Considering how that Taboo has a ridiculously large number of words to choose from, the fact that repeats showed up so quickly was extremely odd. Fix that, and the electronic version will be quite good. Still, worth the money spent.

Limited. Not very many words come with the initial purchase which felt like a bait and switch

Rip off. The deck is super small and repeats words after a small amount of time. I purchased a deck and it only lasted like 10 minutes before repeating words. Big rip off.

My friend had to pay 1.99. This app was free 2 months ago now my friend has cancer and can’t afford this game no more because of cancer how dare big corporations do this to the people of America omagah

Played a few times and saw the same words over and over. Super repetitive, it’s the same words over and over again there is no point in using this app or buying another pack unless for a one time use if you’re really bored.

Don’t buy this if you have the card deck. $2 for nothing original, same as the basic deck. Then $1 for additional cards.

Horrible app. Taboo is my favorite game. Was traveling so decided to get the app. It was horrible. You can play for a short time before it starts repeating the words. I paid extra for another category and after spending 15 minutes trying to find it we played for about a10 minutes before it started repeating the same words again. This is the WORST app I’ve ever tried. Don’t waste your time or money.

no freedom to incorporate “house rules”. for younger players in my family, i want the ability to add more time to their timer, but can’t. also, in the hard copy non-digital non-app version of Taboo, to disincentivize too much skipping, we like to deduct a point for every skip, but can’t do that in the app. i’ll update my rating to 5 stars once more game play options are added for “house rules” customization.

Few cards. Its a fun game but the app store says it has 2000+ cards but only comes with 100 after paying for the app, I played 2 rounds and all the cards where already repeating.

Repeated same questions after 2 rounds. We loved playing the game for 2 rounds but after that, it kept showing the same cards. There should be more cards in the deck but we kept getting the same words. It was so boring and it shouldn’t happen. Not worth the money! When we asked for a refund, Apple said not eligible.

Taboo is fun!. Taboo is fun because you can play with all your friends and you just have to be a little smart to play! This is why you should get taboo!

Stopped. Our game stopped in the middle of playing to tell us we had to pay. That’s ridiculous

Love it but. Love it but I wish there was an option to tell the app how many people are on a team so the number of rounds is accurate. Maybe there is and I just missed it?

Best idea ever!. We we’re stuck in the rain and needed a fun last time while the storm made its way through. Everyone young and old had a blast. And unlike the classic card game, these words were easy for the youngsters. It’s a bonus option that you can expand your deck. It does come at a extra cost, but the topics will have everyone in tears trying to explain it or guess. Can’t wait to play this on our next family road trip.

Lots of fun. This game is a lot of fun, but I think there could be more variety in the base deck. When you play a couple rounds in a row it starts to repeat some of the cards. Still, definitely recommend!
