Quick Access. This app is very convenient and easy to use. After using my canon I get access to my photos and videos immediately so that I am able to edit them and not have to use my camera GB to store them. I had an issue with their Billing but their support team gave me tremendous assistance.

Highly recommended!. Set up was a breeze and spent some time getting familiar, but now am able to quickly and easily navigate. Definitely going to come in handy!

Great app. I had a few issues with this app after downloading. The developers went above and beyond to resolve the issues and make it work Has been doing a great job so far!

Excellent Solution. Seamless system to use ur mobile phone as a monitoring system and remote for ur camera. I love it. Definitely worth the subscription amount.

Waste of time. Android version was better and free, iOS version won’t connect and requires subscription, on top of making you upgrade your iCloud storage. It smooth operation with android app. Better to use computer the old way. The app is waste of time

Difficult App to use. I am very disappointed in this app, I have yet to sync my camera’s photos to my phone with it and I have to pay for my Trouble. Unbelievable

Unusable. No matter how many times I tried, or how many solutions I looked up, it absolutely would not connect to my M50MKII. FURTHERMORE, it charged me the annual subscription fee as soon as I signed up for the 7 day trial, as opposed to at the end of it. I want my damned money back!

1 star. The app does not work correctly

Connection Issues. If you are willing to spent 5 minutes every time you turn the camera off it’s good for you. Should be a Bette easy to connect quickly.

Apple Watch Shutter Controls for Canon Camera. Connected my R6 Mark II to the app in about 5-10 minutes, and from there it’s set it and forget it. I love that I can control my R6 from my wrist with the camera across the room on a tripod (I do it for video but it works for photos and bracketed exposures in the same way) AND see a live preview right on my wrist. The setup process took a few minutes, but although it takes a little trial and error, it is not tough.

Please make the shutter button larger. The shutter button needs to be larger. I used this app to take a self portrait with my camera and found that I was often missing the shutter button while looking at the camera.

Just a horrible piece of junk. Absolutely refuses to connect to my iPhone.

Do not waste your time. Seriously the easiest part of this app was canceling the subscription. EOS M200 owner which very well could be the problem.

Was never able to get it to connect. Had no issues getting a Canon Ra to pair and connect with Canon apps over Wifi and BLE. But was never able to get this app to do anything but say “camera not found”.

The worst app!. I stopped watching the how to video at STEP 13! Way to complicated.

Why would anyone pay subscription for this?. This app only provides a minor increase in connivence from triggering the shutter on your phone through the official Camera Connect app. Why would anyone pay a subscription just to do the same thing with their watch?

Can’t connect to my camra. Yeah, everything is supercool but I can’t connect the app to my R5. Arrrrrrgh

Canon EOS Remote Shutter. Frankly it is peice of junk. It doesn't connect to the camera. It is money down the drain. I have requested a refund. For less than $4.00, I bought the Canon IR Remote from Ebay and it is shipping free.

Good!. My only complaint so far is that there is NO WAY to return to the app once you select import photos. Everything else seems good, especially the ability to start video recording remotely. [edit] I am now able to navigate back and forth between screens, although the buttons appear to be grayed out. Thanks to the dev for following up!

Very Easy to Use. The ease at which this downloads photos and allows me to edit is amazing. Well worth it.

Remote Shutter Trigger for Canon R5. I found this app while WISHING I could trigger the shutter of my canon camera from my Apple Watch, without having to purchase another gadget. This app does the trick and saved me from having to buy a hardware version. When everything is right it does the trick!! Now, from my Apple Watch,I can see a live preview, adjust exposure settings, and trigger the shutter. It also has an Intervalometer. I had a question, emailed the developer, and got a response within minutes. The app is new for canon cameras and shows a lot of promise. It sounds like we can expect more to come :) WIFI SETUP: the developer says to connect phone directly to camera WiFi, not through another WiFi network, such as my usual home network. It works MUCH better with the direct connection. If you connect through indirect WiFi expect issues.

Trail period is a Scam. I trued the trail tried to cancel 2 days before the end is the trial still charged me 17.99, for this reason aline don't buy this app from people who lie and lure you into a suppose trial

Very disappointing app!. I was looking for a better app than the canon, but this app and especially for the price is not worth the money. I have only been able to successfully pair the app to the camera once. Also, most of the time is not responsive and when it “does work” it is super slow. As a real estate photographer it is useless to me.

Unbelievable. Forces you to signup for paid timed trial.. I’m pretty sure Apple doesn’t allow apps to present themselves as “free” when they force you to choose from one of 3 different paid plans, even if they give you a few “free” days to use the software before being billed. Reporting.

Won’t connect to an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I have used two apps similar to this one. My favorite is still in use now. I thought I would try a newer program. My phone is connected to my Canon RP as it always does easily. When I repeatedly try the app it won’t find the camera. My Wi-Fi says they are both connected.

Did not work for my Canon 90D. I tried repeatedly to reconnect to my 90D after the first successful Bluetooth pairing. I had to delete my first pairing so that I can subsequently reconnect the camera to my iPhone. I ended up having to do this each time I wanted to connect the camera and iPhone. Whenever I tried to connect the iPhone and camera I would get the message that my phone was unable to join the camera network regardless if I was using Bluetooth or WiFi. When the app did work, there was not a whole lot there worth the yearly subscription or purchase. Better off using Canon’s Camera Connect.

It’s stupid to charge this amount. It’s slow, not secure and not able to edit the pictures, but more important, you’ve paid and absurd amount of money to buy the camera, so to use its function you have to pay extra? Bad for Canon

Terrible App - do not purchase. I purchased this app so I could transfer photos from my Canon camera to my iPhone via wifi. It was fairly easy to transfer the images but the quality was terrible. And I mean horrendous!!!! The images were all completely blurry. Such a waste of money. There were no settings in the app to be able to request a better image quality. Do not waste your money on this junk. Now I have to try and get my $99 back

Bad business. This app is an ad, but they have designed it to trick you into thinking it’s a Canon app.

A tad slow. It takes a couple seconds for things to move around on the display, maybe it’s just the camera model I have connected to this app but it’s really delayed and jittery when trying to see what your lens views.

Accidentally downloaded this app. Hello how do I cancel this app? I accidentally downloaded it a few min ago and do not need it yet. I am not interested in the free trial at this time as I only meant to read about before I purchase my canon camera. Thank you
