LOVE IT, but….. There’s need to be an area within the app where we can tip our waitress/waiter. Especially if we are dining in, and everything is all about cashless and contactless, there needs to be a way to at least show our appreciation to our servers. ALSO, there needs to be a clearer way of how to request service. Some people won’t know that you need to scroll down in the menu to request service. And the icon needs to be updated. At first, I thought the bell was for App Notifications. If I didn’t tap on the bell, I wouldn’t have known it was to request for our server.

Terrible. Scam?. After ordering on this app I’m suddenly being spammed on my texts and someone is trying to hack my google accounts. It also took the vendor 30 minutes to get my order. AVOID.

Smooth ordering solution. This has been the best in-restaurant QR code ordering solution I’ve found. I hope more restaurants start using Beluga soon!

Love using this app. Super seamless app to order at busy restaurant or bar. Love it.

Ripoff. Not only did Beluga tack on additional charges that would not be included if I ordered directly from the restaurant that I was sitting at, they also make every order a separate Credit card transaction. Hence the $10 coupon off on the first Beluga transaction only amounted to a few dollars. If you order five items separately, you get five separate Credit card transactions. And No heads up on this. Not the way restaurants have operated for decades. Some of the items on the menu were unable to be ordered through the app. All in all a train wreck.

It is not user friendly.. I have the hardest time finding restaurants so I may order. I know there are tons of restaurants in my area that I can us Beluga to Order but none of them show up, only two. And I wish I could click on the restaurant from my previous transactions. I can see my receipt but I can’t click on the restaurant to order again
