The app is perfect for documenting your success in losing or gaining weight. So you always have your goal and your successes in front of your eyes. There comes the motivation all by itself!

MyWeight Assistant can sync your weight data with the Apple Health app. MyWeight Assistant uses the default Health app on your iPhone to display your existing weight data and store new weight data. Therefore, MyWeight Assistant will ask for read and write access to your weight data.
