Perfect app for a Pandemic Christmas!. This app is great and really helps with the holiday spirit. The only downside is that it doesn’t seem to automatically locate my location so I have to manually find the area. No biggie. 🤟❤️

Can’t use unless you enable location services. I understand location services enhance the app’s operation; however, it is completely useless unless you enable them. Would be great if you could still access the map without enabling them.

Christmas Light map!. Great app for finding Christmas lights! I only wish it use your location so you could see how close you are to each one.

Quit asking for a review. The app is incredibly insistent of receiving a review and I haven’t even been able to use or explore the app, so there, have a two star.

Perfection!. As a kid, I always enjoyed driving around looking at everyone’s holiday lights just as much as I enjoyed decorating to bring joy to others. When I used to live in a small town, it was easy to know which neighborhoods/homes were decorated for the holidays; but after moving to a bigger city 6 years ago, I had no idea the best places to go and/or I wouldn’t be able to see them all. I saw this app mentioned in a decorating group and immediately downloaded it and added my home. I shared the app in a local light display group and my area is now filling up the map and it makes it so easy to see where the homes are and navigate to them! The developer is also very responsive and supportive! I decided to download a few similar apps just to see how they stacked up…. Immediately deleted them! There’s not a better one! Download this today and convince your town/city to do the same, you won’t regret it!

Amazing!!. Every year I always wanna drive and look for Christmas lights but have no idea where to go! This app is great because it attracts people to the houses that want people to see their lights!! When I downloaded this app there were almost no icons for lights on it at all and just a few days later there are a ton! It’s exciting that the word is getting around about this app! It’s great!!!!

Map freezes. I loved this app last year and thank you for creating it! With the latest version, the map freezes after I tap and open one of the marked houses. It unfreezes if I tap on list view and then go back to map view again. *** update: now fixed, thank you!

Dang fine app!. LOVE this idea! Only suggestion: it would be much more user friendly and far less time consuming if it functioned like Waze where you just drop a pin for a preset thing instead of having to enter so much detail for each submission. Feels like for the MOST part ppl just need to know a general area w/ a decent amt of lights, not detail each and every home individually - tho having the really wildly decked out homes indicated w/ a special icon is excellent!!

Great idea and great app. Needs a few tweaks. Update: man this guy is turning out updates like crazy. I appreciate the fixes, great stuff! I love this app, thank you for making it. It needs a few tweaks to make it perfect. I can’t update the picture and caption of my house. I’m constantly adding stuff so wanted to be current. Also you can turn the map but there’s no way to easily reset it back to north being up, south being down so it’s easy to get a little lost. A feature to save your favorites would be great. Don’t mean to nitpick just a few ideas. Thank you

This is the best since we do it with our little ones now, too! It’s great that the directions pop up when you click on the picture. AMAZING! THANKS FOR SHARING!

Good idea... some interface ideas. Very good concept for an app. Please stop it from zooming in every time the user clicks on a pin. This causes the user to have to manually zoom back out after looking at each pin. Also, I recommend some type of voting system with a ranking list based on an area search... or else the map will become cluttered with noise very quickly as more people add pins.

Love this app and the idea. Update: the filter feature is great!! So much easier to find the really good ones. Love this app and idea. We all need this kind of excitement right now!

Great & much needed app. I love this app but I’m having a hard time navigating how it works. The more I play with it the easier it gets... Finally!!. I love this app! My favorite thing to do with my kids is to drive around and look at lights. We finally have a socially distance, driving safe(!) app that navigates the best houses in town. Great App. This is a terrific idea. Would like to see it used for other holidays starting with Halloween! I think just as many houses are decorated for Halloween! Possibly use it for other holidays/seasons!

Beautiful idea. Let me tell u this an amazing idea! I remember my grandfather packing us into the car! He took around looking at the ChristmasSplendor. We will play a game while driving. Depending on how many people were in the car. Everyone in the car would have a number, and get a house to say was theirs! Sometimes you would get a beautiful house and others not so good! But it was fun but when it was ur turn you would hope to be a beautifully lit house! Even when u got a terrible one my grandfather would say well they did the best they could do! And there still giving you holiday spirit. Now I take him he 90 and we still play the game! So grateful for the opportunity to give him some joy!

Christmas spirit. I have never written a review for an app before but this app is great! In this time of Covid and social distancing, this app gets up into the Christmas spirit ( safely, without crowds) by helping you find houses and areas with holiday displays.

East access to get lights!. This app is easy to search and preview houses with great light displays! I wish the “key” to the symbols was a little more easily accessible because I never remember but I LOVE this and hope it stays around for years to come!!

House not showing on the map. This is my 3rd year using the app. The first year was great. Got 35 visits. Last year when I activated my house it never showed up on the map. I sent a support email and never got a response. This year I ran into the same problem, house shows as approved and live but not appearing on the map. Sent in another support email and have not had a response yet.

Great idea!. My family loves the concept. Please add current location to the map! Its too hard to figure out where we are when we are driving in unfamiliar areas and trying to see multiple houses.

Love the app. Great ideas for an app. It would be awesome to be able to get a list of the displays with the highest number of likes for your area. Maybe some way to have the highest rated displays stand out like the spinning wreath. It looks like the wreaths are only on commercial sites. Great job!! An Android version would be much appreciated as well. I have a number of friends who asked if it was available for Android.
