Pocket City 2 Comments & Reviews 2026

I love this game!. I typically steer clear of writing reviews but PC2 is well worth it. I grew up with Sim City 4, Civilization 4, and more recently Cities Skylines 1. I wanted a game for my phone for long work trips that were city builder-esque. I downloaded a few apps with in app purchases and it just pisses me off. Otherwise you’re city grew at a slow rate and it was more annoying that fun. This game changed all of that. The fact that it even gets updated for free is huge. I love the art style, I love making my cities look and feel more realistic. There is a wide amount of detail this game has to offer. Recently huge skyscrapers were added. I love making downtown corridors on this game. I highly recommend it if your into this kind of pastime.

One of the best Games. Other then the random, every once in a while crash on my iPad, I think this game is brilliant!! The detail in building the city is so awesome! It’s very, very hard to get bored of it!! Now we can play in third person and roam around and find hidden stuff!! This would make a perfect PC or console game! All you need is more details to every action and better graphics and boom! A game where you can be creative with your surroundings and level up your character and abilities while you’re having fun! I can’t wait to try multiplayer mode!

Great game, but constantly crashes. I do love this game and think it’s a great evolution from the original pocket city. I could do without the mini games. But the most frustrating part is the near constant crashing. The game is becoming unplayable. I can’t do any of the city competitions without crashing. Visiting buildings often causes crashes, as does checking on new quests. Starting and/or ending events causes crashes. And the bigger my city gets, and the more regional cities built, the frequency of crashes goes up. Hoping for an update, otherwise I might put this game away for awhile…or indefinitely.

One of the best sequels to an already fantastic game. Sequels so often fail to impress or improve upon their original versions. Either they overcomplicate previously enjoyable gameplay, or they don’t manage to actually deliver on any meaningful improvements. Pocket City 2 couldn’t have stuck a better balance between these two Thanos himself. While there are many great things to comment on, I won’t. I hope anyone who sees this game gives it a try and finds it as enjoying as I do. Despite my five star rating, I do have a few notes to the developer - Bobby - expert mode is no where near hard enough. After a few bank loans and about 1 week later of setting up the city ( game time ) I’m already in the multi millions. Rail stations need max limits, and free roam can be tedious. Also - how do I get my small business relation to 50? That seems to be by far the hardest thing in this game. Anyways; fantastic sequel and will continue to play for a while! 👋

Okay. The tax system is weird. In the beginning you need double digit taxes in order to get positive cash flow. As you build wealth you can eventually lower taxes. Unlike the first game, lowering taxes did not do a lot to increase job growth and housing demand which it should. When you build your first college or university your demand for industrial jobs drops substantially. Factories require computer people, manufacturing managers, engineers, safety directors, etc. Why would building a college lower industrial demand? If anything it would enhance it. Graphics were better and the variety of buildings is better. No volcano like the original game which is good. I think I tapped out on the original game. Not inspired to play more after one completed city.

A must-have city builder. If you like city builders, getting this game is a no brainer. The original Pocket City was really good, but definitely felt built for mobile. Instead of messing it up like most followups do, Pocket City 2 keeps everything that made the original fun, and makes it better. Better graphics, better buildings, better balance, quality of life improvements, and even more nuance and depth. It adds the super cool feature that you can get down into your city and walk, drive, or fly around it like a citizen! They even added a day and night cycle and seasons. It all looks beautiful and works like a dream. This game would pull its weight on any platform, and having it on mobile, with no ads, micro transactions, or pay to win, is a treat. Don’t hesitate if the concept looks fun. Pocket city 2 delivers.

Great with 1 aggravation. This is a great game and would be better without Anna and her constant swaying and irritating voice. Really puts a childish spin on something that could really be immersive without going overboard on the cartoonish side. The town hall is a key entry point and I do not need something that repetitively annoys. I already am starting to avoid using it due to the subliminal annoyance. It would be ok if this was a bit more static. Yay this, yay that. Total bimbo feeling. I would have easily given this a 5 most assuredly if it wasn’t yay, yay, yay constantly. And the annoying swaying….

Fantastic, Immersive Upgrade From the Original. This game is a vast upgrade from the original, with more to do, portrait and landscape modes, quality of life upgrades, and an immersive first person view. You can walk around the world you create, with the ability to interact with civilians, find treasure, and build relationships. The controls are seamless, and both portrait mode and landscape mode work well. Whatever is more convenient to use. I highly suggest getting this game, and exploring the new world you can make.

Best Sim City Game Ever!. Not only is this the perfect City Builder game but it’s so interactive! You can actually place your character in the city and walk around or drive around in the vehicles you earn from building relationships. It’s so cool to see events and disasters from within the city, like The Sims (my favorite game). There are soooooo many different elements to this game that you will never be bored because there’s always something you can do: Buy Furniture and decorate your home, Play mini games, Harvest resources with your tools, Complete quests, Start a new city, Adopt a pet, Roam Freely around the city and of course Build & Manage your city. One of my favorite things about this game is that it doesn’t cost to move or demolish buildings so I can actually make my city look nice & pretty! :) I never played the first game so I don’t know what all was added/taken away but this game is super impressive! The game is definitely worth the $5 and there aren’t any annoying in app purchases. The buildings build instantly so you can literally play for hours if you wanted. The only other aspect I would want to see is like a Love/family aspect, maybe be able to take Citizens or City Officials on dates, become a couple, move-in together, get married, start a family, etc. Also, I would like to see some Girly/Fashionable Clothes as the wardrobe is very basic. It’d be nice to see some skirts/dresses and heels. Lastly, I would like to see a guide on certain things: It took me awhile to figure out how the rails worked and I still haven’t figured out how to place the ski resort- it won’t place on any of the 4 mountain types. There are a few bugs with the games like people walking around on fire and not being able to tap the build and stat buttons sometimes (having to exit game and restart) but they are so minor, I don’t think it’s a big deal at all. Like the NPCs say, “Take My Money!” Lol GREAT GAME!!! If you love Sim City type games, you should definitely try this one!

Overcomplicated Sequel. Loved the first game, it was pretty straight forward and relaxing. This one, like too many games these days, adds on so many layers of gameplay that it feels overwhelming. Not only are there all new city management mechanics to balance, like sewage & trash disposal, but now there’s a third person mode where you have to run around as the mayor doing quests that range from ride share driving to finding loot chests. Even on easy, cash takes forever to accumulate, which is part of the design to drive you into the third person mode to get cash from quests & events. Will be going back to playing the original Pocket City.

Fun But Lacks Challenge. This is certainly one of the best city builders on iOS. The first few hours are great fun - good graphics, smooth gameplay, easy to use UI - but then you realize there isn’t much challenge to the game. It’s absurdly easy to make money, the location of your zones doesn’t have much effect (residential zones don’t have a penalty for being near industry), bad traffic doesn’t have consequences, etc. Increasing the difficulty only increases the time between unlocks, not the difficulty in city management. The free roam and mini games are great features, but don’t make up for the game’s lack of challenge as a city builder. Pickup on sale for a few hours of fun, but don’t expect anything close to a SimCity 4 level of city simulation.

Disappointed. Was literally just thinking about how much i love this app and was going to rate it five stars and then my city crashed and when i reopened the app it completely reset me. Looking into it I guess this has been an issue for years and years and theres no solution my city is just gone. Ive never had this happen to me with a game especially one that i paid for. Don't want to play it anymore becausw it happens with manual saves too so there literally no telling when the app cna crash and delete the whole thing.

Great Game, But Needs Some Fixes. Pocket City 2 is a fantastic city-building game that improves on its predecessor in many ways. The freedom to design and manage a city is addictive, and the addition of features like an open-world feel and interactive gameplay makes it stand out. However, there are a few things that hold it back from being truly great. One of the biggest issues is the map size. The current limits make it difficult to build a large-scale city, and it quickly feels cramped. Expanding the map would allow for more creativity and better long-term gameplay. Another issue is with desert areas and water mechanics. Right now, when you introduce water into the desert, nothing really happens—it stays barren. It would be much more immersive if irrigation slowly transformed the land instead of leaving it lifeless. There are also a few features that could use serious improvements: 1. Realistic Cars & Traffic – The way vehicles behave is too basic. Traffic should be more dynamic, with realistic congestion and better pathfinding to make cities feel alive. 2. Physics Overhaul – The game world feels too static. Adding better destruction mechanics, road interactions, and more natural movement would enhance immersion. 3. Graphics & Visuals – While the game has a charming art style, it could use better lighting, smoother animations, and higher-quality textures to make cities feel more detailed and alive. Overall, Pocket City 2 is a great game, but with these improvements, it could be even better. Hopefully, future updates address these issue

Don’t miss out on this classic. This game is in depth and wildly addictive. I have played games for over 30 years and I have never liked a single mobile game I have played. In a world of microtransactions and paywalls this game is truly a breath of fresh air. Everything is unlocked via gameplay in an ode to the golden era of gaming. I have played hours already and have just scratched the surface of all the content available. I give many thanks to the developer for this gem of a game and I have already got my money’s worth and would have paid more now that I know how good it truly is. If you like sim builders, don’t hesitate in buying this game and supporting a developer that clearly understand what made games so great in the past.

Excellent. This game is so good. If you want to play a city builder but don’t have access to a computer or you just want to have one on your phone, I’d recommend this one. For $5 you can skip all of the microtransactions and waiting prevalent in the F2P city builders. There’s city management in this game, it’s not just a “city painter”, and it runs great for my iphone 16 on the highest settings. The free roam option is so underrated. When I’m playing a city builder, I always think about the way it would feel to walk around the city and experience it as a citizen, and you can very directly do that in this game! I find the mini games endearing, and they’re fun to break up the normal gameplay every once in a while. You can make the cities quite large for a mobile game. I have a few suggestions in case the devs happen to read this. I’d love more assets for buildings, especially regular zoned buildings, since having different styles breaks up monotony and feels more realistic. The zone demands also need a little balancing, which I think might be fixed by adjusting how many people each building serves. It feels like the balance in the beginning of the game before upgrades is 1/3 each residential, commercial, industrial, but we all know real life cities are much closer to 70 residential, 20 commercial, 10 industrial (approximately) than to an even split. When you add commuters, it gets even weirder. My commercial demand is maximum, but I’ve zoned like 60% of my city to be commercial. All in, this doesn’t really matter since there aren’t many consequences for ignoring zone demand, but it does feel off. Research balance also might need to be reevaluated, some of these upgrades are stupid powerful. Finally there’s a bug where the game lets you enter the parliament building, but it’s just a black screen. Anyway, I love this game.

If you like builder games like I do. Then Pocket City 2 is for you. I first started playing Sim City “I’m an old fart gamer” on Super Nintendo back in 1991 when I was 9. I have been on the search for a solid builder game over the last few years for a handheld and they all have been a major let down. Then I came across the original Pocket City and loved it. When the announcement was made for Pocket City 2, I was very excited and will say this game hands down takes the cake. Pocket City 2 has exceeded my expectations and then some. Cheers Bobby!

Exceptional!. I love city builders so I’m biased. I’ve been looking for a legitimate mobile version in the vein of sim city for a long time. This one does not disappoint. The level of complexity and diversity of gameplay is actually very deep. The ability to go into buildings and interact with the inhabitants is something I wasn’t expecting! My only negative thus far is not being able to turn off the roads needing repairs. Kind of a tedious thing. Thanks Devs for making this happen!!! Keep it up! ✅ there is so much depth to the game, however, your city becomes very repetitive and needs more variation in architecture. All the city kinda meshes together with the same buildings on every block.

Incredible but needs some fixes. First of all, I’m impressed with the amount of content. The first game was super fun, but got a little repetitive after awhile. This sequel is GREAT and definitely worth the five dollars. However, since the game is extremely new, it has some fixes that needs to be addressed. The helicopter at the fire station has a bug where it’ll continually put out a fire that doesn’t exist on the original building to set fire. When the original building breaks, the helicopter will try to put out a nonexistent fire. Another bug I experienced is whenever time is sped up, helicopters fly extra slow. Not sure if any of this is accidental or intentional (my guess is accidental) but it makes putting out fires a hassle. One last comment is when purchasing more land, it’s pretty expensive and increases in increments of $10,000 I believe? In the first pocket city it went up by $5,000. Now that’s all based off of memory, so I apologize if I’m incorrect. Otherwise, this game is very solid and I highly recommend it. Love to see it!

Love it but there are a few things I’d like changed. I bought this game quite a while ago. I took a break but have jumped back in with a vengeance. One of the best things is that it’s not pay to win. You pay your few bucks without any worry of micro transactions. That’s such a huge plus and the game is so worth the small investment. There are a few bugs- mainly graphical from what I can tell- but the main thing that irritates me gameplay wise is traffic. I can understand the need for multi lane asphalt roads in urban areas, but I’d like to be able to use dirt roads in farm country and back in the woods around campsites, etc. I’d like to use an asphalt road as a main artery into farmland, for example, while employing dirt roads to access the farms themselves. The same should apply to camp areas. It would add to the illusion of getting away from the big city. All in all, it’s one of my favorite games on my phone. I can get lost in it for hours on end.

For being $5, i expected more. It’s nice, but there are a lot of gaps, and it feels like more could be done. Like it’s frustrating I can’t rotate my view when I’m in city mode, harder to design and see things. Also I also wish there were more design options and creative freedom. Plus, once I place a mountain, I can’t seem to demolish it. And during the winter, it’s hard to see anything so I can’t really build or do much still the snow goes away.

Love the game- just pointing out bugs. I’ve tried several times to make sure my traffic routes are working but somehow the trains get stopped, the cars stay still, and there’s no way of moving them or going around them. They seem broken somehow. I’ll add additional areas to travel or add on the streets, but they eventually pause no matter what so I’m not sure why? I’ve tried just a straight line through the city, as well as circling back so its all connected. I’ll put several modes of transportation around everywhere in the city as well. Sometimes even when it looks like the traffic is stopped everywhere for no reason.. it’ll give me a high rating for traffic!!!?? Thinking maybe because it was my first city, I just started a new city in easy mode and it’s very very early on in the game with a small population- I put up stop lights everywhere, but they’re stopped on top of each other randomly. It’s like a group of 10 cars are just sitting there for no reason, not even actual traffic reasons. Also traffic related… The waste management stays at one location nonstop to take trash a lot of the time. Sometimes they aren’t even doing anything but sitting in the street not moving at all. Then no traffic can or will move around them. There has to be a bug with that. Other issue: After starting a new region, my past achievements are unlocked in the new region but im constantly being told they added said achievement throughout the new land area when they’ve already been there. It gets a little annoying for the pop up’s to keep coming up without nothing new. Am doing something wrong here? I started on the easy mode but still isn’t that something that can be fixed? PS.. Even despite those annoyances I love the game so I’m hoping you all fix that and other bugs people mention!! I keep playing regardless and hope to see more improvements!

The Greatest Sequel to ever Release!. Pocket City 2 is absolutely phenomenal! If you’ve ever had the pleasure of playing the original Pocket City, then you’ll know that it was limited in some features and not limited enough in other features. But now, with Pocket City 2: everything changes. The same intuitive user interface is back with the same trusty zones from the original game. But this time, such zones are improved with far better 3D graphics, as well as the ability to free roam your city as Mayor, allowing you to enjoy the city view firsthand, as opposed to from the view of an omnipotent city builder. And to encourage this fabulous free roam feature, parts of this sequel include challenges and quests that incorporate going into free roam to accomplish them. But you won’t need quests and challenges to encourage you to go into free roam because it is a simply fantastic experience. Pocket City 2 also introduces plenty of other new and exciting features that revolve around the new city views, such as new quests that incorporate some of the many vehicles that your character can enjoy while in free roam mode. You can also play in multiplayer mode with friends and family being able to help you build the greatest city possible. In addition to being a shockingly glorious sequel to the original Pocket City, this version of Pocket City, as well as the original, both respect your privacy, collecting no personally identifying information so that your gaming experience won’t be hindered by a hidden goal of tracking you for notorious purposes. Overall, Pocket City 2 is the sequel that shows the original Pocket City who is boss by making the game so enjoyable you can easily spend hours upon hours exploring all of the new features, all while assembling the best possible Pocket City.

Cute and fun…mostly. This game is really engaging at first and generally enjoyable, but I wish there were more creative, less capitalistic options as far as how you run your city. I also think a lot of the quests are really gross and weird, like stealing people’s cars and impounding them? What is that about? Also basically every time there’s a conflict, the general population looks awful and the business owners are right, which is iffy and felt gross. I stopped playing eventually because it just felt repetitive and I didn’t really feel like the developers were good people.

Great city builder but has room for improvement. I'm enjoying this game a lot, my wife who doesn't game much hasnt been able to put it down. I've really like the ability to co-op build a city. 1)However, we've noticed that trying to do this on any other regional city (that isn't the main center one) causes the joiner to be stuck in a blue screen. 2) The person who joins in the co-op is unable to participate in events, sell using the dock(or train station), can't join free-roam, and worst off, can't participate in mini games. Being able to do minigames competitive or cooperatively would really benefit the co-op mode. 3) placing roads is really finicky. Occasionally when drawing a line, a loop is accidentally made and frequently it gets so chaotic by trying to undo that I have to just cancel and go through the menus to try again. You also can't change where the first placed road tile is, this means that if you misclick the initial placement you have to cancel and go through the menus again. Menu navigation itself is easy enough, however, it is tedious and cumbersome to have to repeat the same action multiple times to get a desired result. I don't want to only complain about the game, it's genuinely fun and I love that it's a stepping stone for non-gamers into this genre. The free roam also helps with that.

Nice upgrade. Thumbs up all around. A nice expansion on the first game, it's got some fun mini-games, more interaction with the city and its inhabitants. I find it great for a quick 10-minute poke around, or a longer session. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in the genre, especailly for the reasonable upfront cost and no micro-transactions, which makes me 95% more likely to even download an app in the first place.

Finally!!. This is a lightweight city simulator that combines the best parts of all my favorite older sims without ever getting too heavy. You can pick it up in minutes and make it as complex or as simple as you want it to be. Best of all, no ads or subscriptions! I did encounter one weird issue on my iPad Pro M4: when starting a new game (including the tutorial), time seems to stop around the second day. I have to exit, relaunch, and then continue, and never have any more problems.

If you liked Pocket city 1 . PC2 is better in every way 100x. It baffles me how they can make pocket city better . It is better in every way , stats menus , management , graphics , complexity and the new first person view is a nice addition . I really can’t praise this game enough . There are some bugs and little kinks need squashing but the Devloper supported and still support pocket city 1 so this will be no different for sure . Some suggestion: - make seeing water and electricity in heat map filter because now there is no way to see electricity and water without clicking on one of these building - there is no way showing how much my energy output now vs how much I’m using . Please make it visible - same as previous point but for water - same as previous point but for sewage - we need more info to know how much I need to keep for my city and what to sell in the shipping dock - we need to know how much remaining of what I borrowed from the bank vs how much I already payed

Great game, would be better with better UI. Love it, as far as city building sims this game is crazy fun and innovative. I love the new free roam aspect, and a coop town sounds too much fun. Some things I think need to be in the game: Shipping details, It should tell me somewhere how many units I am shipping, and how many units I am producing. And it should be in a screen I can pull up past transactions. I cant tell if I am making more consumer goods than I am shipping so that would be uber helpful. Road building needs to be revamped, when you first press the initial spot, you are unable to move it or edit that spot without exiting out and going through the menus again. I think I should stay in the road building menu until I exit, instead of it being automatic after placing roads. That or make it so I can branch a road off in three+ directions, instead of being forced to build two roads that connect for an intersection. Overall a great game, and a great sequel to Pocket city.

An improvement in almost every way. I love the original Pocket City and have sunk an embarrassing amount of hours into it. This is a great follow up – it expands on a lot of the stuff I wanted to see from a sequel. more kinds of buildings, more dynamic cities, and I especially love the huge projects you can do every 20 levels or so. I love the waste management aspect and how you can more specifically control shipping. The reason I'm not giving it five stars is because of all the minigames and quests. The quests that have to do with building stuff are fine but the quests that make you play minigames are unbearable and there are way too many of them. they dilute the city building experience which is what I'm here for, and it's hard to ignore them because the little scrolls get in the way of your finger while you're trying to build stuff. The mini games just aren't good. They're frustrating, tedious, and the controls don't work particularly well. The demolition one is particularly bad because you can't actually see where you're supposed to be going and end up destroying half of your city by accident. If a Pocket City three happens, I would love to just have the fantastic city building and building variety that this series does so well without all the extraneous mini games and chests and collecting clothing stuff that feels like it was dropped in because other games are doing it rather than because it fits this game.

Great sequel, amazing city builder.. This is the best mobile city builder game I’ve ever played. A great game to just chill for a little bit, and relax, and I don’t have to watch a single ad to unlock anything, or speed things up. I love that I have quests, so many different buildings and categories, the events and mini game. Most of all, I love how I can free roam the city. That feature is so different from all the other city builders I’ve played. This is a game made for people who just want to play a game. My only criticism is when building little things like traffic lights, bus stops, rail stations or even specific buildings like banks, hotels, and police/fire stations, I could see where all the other ones like it that I have already built so I can better plan my city. Great game, great developer, well worth the price.

So much better than Pocket City but one thing. first I have to say I loved pocket city the first one it was great I thought it was worth the money and this is just an elevated version of that one of the best city builder games in the App Store. I only have a few issues with it and I say this with Grace just because I understand loading all of this might take a lot and after a few bug fixes it’ll be up and running in a few months. But in the last game when you interacted with the citizens or interrupted a crime you could clearly see where the crime is but it is difficult to find it in this version if that makes sense. Also after playing this game for about 45 minutes I’ve had to restart it at least a few times so I do think it’s worth the money if it gets updated a few more times overall great job.

Amazing!. I am really blown away by how well this was thought out there are a few things I myself a video game developer in the making do see a bit of things that could use some upgrades I can also see a Collab with BitLife from the building aspect to the free roaming and etc. I feel like this game can honestly consume a lot of my times a great alternate from the Sims franchise, although I would love to see more life simulating things in this game, like a character design I do love how open and full it already is highly recommend if you’re a person with anxiety and eat something chill to play or you’re looking for an alternative from the Sims. Really great job with the app worth the five dollars

Incredible game. This game is probably the best city builder out there. I never played the first one, but it was probably pretty good too! I have some suggestions that would make the game even better. My first one is to be able to rename the citizens and workers. It would make the game so much more creative. Another one is to be able to paint your buildings. That would be fun. There would be a paint item that you would have to get to be able to do that. That is all I could think of. But if your considering about getting this, you definitely should!

Every cent worth it. Now this is just the most addicting game I ever played you could literally do anything in this game. You could literally make your own city in your pocket. You could fly drive around your city dress up yourself how you want to build lots of cool buildings and make your city the most popular and best.! I’ve been playing this game for literally years and it’s never got boring. You could literally make you say successful or just a city that. You should not go to. And the best part. About this game.? you could steal your citizens cars and they don’t even care just like GTA V! If you find five dollars while you’re walking on a bright morning, I should recommend spend it on this game.

Easily one of the best iOS games ever made. You get to manage/build your own city all while having a Sims feel to it. This game feels too good to be true… the fact that it’s sooo good and also has great replay value. No in-app purchases.. it’s like everything I ever dreamed of when it comes to a game for my phone. I’m so sick of cash grab games and this game right here is definitely not one, you can tell the makers really put their hearts into it. This game deserves an award, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING IT HAPPEN!! Best $5 I ever spent.

Not very detailed gets old after a bit. I really like this game but there are barley any enterable buildings which makes the game really bland after a while and survival mode has the opportunity to be fun with the fast pace and challenge but it feels really unfair and pretty much impossible to get any of the unlocks in survival mode i do love free roam and the wide range of buildings that can be built but for a 5 dollar mobile game i expected a bit more detail really all i want is for survival mode to be slightly less strict with time and the airport, mega airport and mega mall to be enterable that would make the game way more fun, great and fair then it already is in my opinion.

The series I’ve been waiting for!. As a continuation of the series this game is going to be great yet again! Already having so much fun with 0 ads. This game is obviously still in the works, so there are some bugs like when you leave buildings sometimes you get stuck, and the camera is a little annoying to rotate sometimes. However, the gameplay, system, and little bonus items you get in free roam are so much fun. 1st person driving is something I didn’t expect either! I’d recommend investing in this game and watch it just get even better over time :)

best mobile city game. i think this game is really good but there can be updates. this game is really good and i feel like adding a few details will make it really good and put it on the market. i feel like adding actual highways will make it really good. also adding an extra upgrade for lvl 2 upgrades would really improve the game and longevity of it. i feel like adding different styles of buildings like modern farm land etc would make nice designs to the game. i feel like also adding what you want to be houses and what you want to be apartments and sky rises would be good. i also feel like making and naming certain parts and classifying whether they’re industrial commercial or residential zones would be nice with different options like choosing the districts taxes etc. i feel like adding offices for the 3rd industrial lvl would be nice and cause less pollution. but the game is really good in general!!

Wonderful game + some update ideas?. LOVE this game so much, it’s so much fun and I really appreciate all of the hard work that has gone into it. Thank you to the developers for continually updating this game!! I did have a few update ideas I wanted to share! It would be so cool if the Mayor role had more functionality (kinda like setting the tax rates.) Essentially just ways our decisions can affect the city’s economy/mood/etc. Maybe even more government options too! It would also be cool if regional cities played more of a role, like imports/exports, cities being dependent on each other. Lastly! More building designs :) That is all! Thanks so much again!!

Worthy to be a sequel.. you can feel the love the devs poured into this game. I played the first game years ago, and it was amazing. Very fun, no in-app purchases being shoved down my throat, and honestly you could tell it was made by a dev team that actually loved their game and wanted to give players a worthy product. This sequel does not disappoint, and does a great job at expanding upon the first game. You can now roam around your city, walk into stores, meet people, “borrow vehicles” (almost like GTA) and take them on a joy ride. SO FUN! But, not only that, they actually expanded on so much more. The research tab is amazing, the UI is incredible for a game this new, and everything about the game just screams bigger and better. What a sequel, what a dev team, and what a game. 5 out of 5 stars, and I heavily recommend this game to anybody who ever enjoyed any city builder game before.

More than worth the $5!. There are no ads, no gimmicky in-app purchases, no annoying forced waiting to make you spend money. To me, that’s so worth the price of the game. I’ve spent quite a few hours playing and there’s still a ton to do. It’s really cool that you can walk or drive around the city, go into buildings, and even get a pet and decorate your house. I do wish there were more variety of looks for buildings, but I’m sure it takes a lot of animation to add them.

The perfect city building game!. I have only been playing for about 4 hours but so far this game has been nothing short of amazing! The graphics are nice and it’s awesome to be able to build your own character. Being able to walk in your own city really takes it to the next level and makes the city building that much more immersive. I love all the extra activities that you can do and the mass variety of buildings that I have available! And all the UI is amazing at making the game feel so simple to understand. Just an amazing game overall!

almost perfection. outstanding mobile citybuilder that features basically everything i could want. badly in need of performance and optimization tweaks, however. playing on a brand new ipad pro and the game freezes far too often, chugging under the heft of all the systems and graphics—“High Rail” roads actually seem to just disappear any time i zoom out or enter/leave a menu. i know its a small dev and i hope this stuff is addressed but honestly? i’ll be playing regardless cuz its so addictive.

A perfect city building game. A lovely game. The ability to explore and the mini games based around that aspect alone make this game worth it. A beautiful city building system that doesn't ignore the citizens and gives you things to do while your city generates income. I am not a god, I am a member of my own community. As soon as I found out that you can not only shop for food, you can also ADOPT ANIMALS to bring to your home and have follow you around, I was sold on this game. Definitely worth the money. That said, there is work to be done. The audio quality is poor. It was bad enough that I've turned it off entirely. The voice audio of citizens yippee-ing gets old very fast. I would love the option to turn off the citizens voices but keep the ambience and music.

Great mobile city builder!. This game was exactly what I was looking for! A city builder where you can also be an individual and interact with the city. It scratched a lot of itches but I do have a wishlist/ideas to slow down progression and also cater to people who like a slower grind such as myself. Construction building: can be placed and has a crew that you can assign to work on new structures. The more crews you have, the more buildings that can be built at the same time. More interactions from free roam mode such as arresting criminals, fire extinguisher to extinguish fires, helping injured civilians and repairing roads. I understand you can do these things from builder mode but I’ve yet to come across any of these interactions in free roam. The concept is really cool but so far I’ve only been able to loot crates and walk into businesses. I also wouldn’t mind an optional mini game for manually gathering resources in free roam These ideas come from a place of love and not criticism. I love your game and I’d love to keep playing it but after only about a day I’m running out of space on my map and things to do. Thank you guys!!

Best city builder on iOS ever. I was a huge fan of the first Pocket City and when I saw Pocket City 2 came out, it was an immediate no-hesitation purchase for me. If you’ve played the first, it’s the same core gameplay but expanded upon, big time. It’s 3D, the city can be directly interacted with by your player character, the research tree is shockingly complex but cohesive, there’s lots of events, minigames and whatnot, there’s even some “life sim” sprinkled in with the ability to buy and furnish a house, build relationships with characters in exchange for unlockables, etc. You can explore the entire city personally, engage in random encounters, enter any building, you can buy from a kid’s lemonade stand to gain temporary perks. Overall the game just feels very well put together and thought-out.

So happy there’s a second!. The first game was my absolute favorite. I was so excited to find this game, didn’t even know it came out! Been playing it since yesterday I love it even more. There’s a lot to do, you can own a house too and visit stores you build. Super cool concept can’t wait to keep playing and maybe see more improvements in design. Road building is a bit frustrating but I have faith in the team to put out efficient updates. Thanks for creating part 2 and one question, when will this be out on steam ?

Wonderful relaxing city builder free of unnecessary in app purchases and microtransactions. I was a fan of the original, and this follow up is pretty much everything I was hoping for. The ability to walk around and drive in the city and shop inside the stores makes the game feel immersive in ways the original couldn’t. Can’t say enough positive things about Pocket City 2, it is a really solid city builder that isn’t too complex and is a delight to play.

A great improvement over the first one!. This is a solid upgrade to the first game, Pocket City. Charming, cute, and full of surprises and no in-app purchases. This is worth the price. Highly recommended for fans of Sim City or Cities: Skylines. The street level detail is very fun and cute, and it’s really cool to deploy something like a farmer’s market or block party, see people dancing around and then actually join them yourself. The little warehouse, park, or hotel you just placed can be visited and explored! The explore mode controls are a little awkward with the camera, and I think it’s because the dev gives you so much freedom to walk around and see your literal city up close. I feel like the developer is really building up to an epic game, and I want to encourage them to keep exploring these concepts and keep adding depth. Add more personalities and voices to the relationships, flesh out the explore mode even more, tighten up the explore controls and this series can continue to grow!

Just amazing!!. Works offline, City building, Leveling, Quests, go into your city as Mayor, free roam your city! mini games, have a house, pet, decorate your house, get resources by mining, wood chopping, fishing, smashing boxes with hammer, snag I mean borrow a car, vehicles have radio stations. Do mini side stuff like shooing away raccoons, finding criminals, building relation ships to get gifts. Watch disasters from a new point of view it's epic! Minor sadness, can't ride any of the rides or rides in the amusement park dude that was pricy & I can't interact at all there .. The house is one room no matter which size house u buy.. Houses don't look very different no matter where u stick em. Do wish for more variety of building stuffs but otherwise this is a 5$ 5 star game & hope to see new content maybe in the future.

Crashes constantly. My son and I absolutely love this game until about a week ago and it consistency crashes and boots us out of the game every few minutes. I play on iPhone and he plays on iPad. Prior to this it was crashing about 3 times a day..now it crashes all the time especially during the mini games. Please fix it. We loved this app and now we hate it because it crashes so often.

It’s pocket city 2 on steroids…. If you loved pocket city you will love pocket city 2 All the same features and yet seems like a new game. I love the fact you now can interact with people and buildings and walk around your city, gives you a new view of the city you are planning. Been playing for awhile has NOT crashed or any real issues other than the odd car causes a traffic backlog due to a crazy uturn. I think this game unlike the original feels like you have to work to earn your Goverment money. So far great game loving the extras worth the money and for sure is worth five stars.

I’m looking forward to the next update whenever it is. I’m absolutely loving the game and I do have some suggestions more natural disasters like tidal wave tsunami hurricane and it would be awesome if you could write the name of the hurricane and it will be cool if all of the citizens have names and I have thought of a new event funfair where citizens can go on rides and play sideshow games and stuff much love from Australia to you and I hope you like my suggestions and whenever the next update comes I’m ready for it

Great but freezes. I’m enjoying the game, great new features but it keeps freezing which is very annoying. I hope devs fix this because it really is a great game otherwise.

Great game - however crashes when city is over levek 100. Best city building game on iOS however it crashes when a city is over level 100

Regional Landmark Bug. Other then that, a good time killer.. There is a bug that breaks the regional gameplay. That is when unlocking regional landmarks in different biomes. They do not all unlock on the Hardest Difficulty, this is after checking every map on the region. The one I ran into was not being able to unlock the medieval castle landmark in the forest biome. I checked all 3 forest biome maps that was in the region (which had every biome), nothing. I checked the rest of the maps to see if it would reset or reload the landmarks, nothing. Why have locked building’s that don’t unlock because of a bug. I assume the developers intended all landmarks to be built in every city when the player opens all biomes and definitely when opening all maps on the region. This game was fun to play and the rest of the bugs and crashes could be solved by resetting the game, but this one wasn’t able to be fixed. That's why you only get 4 Stars from me.

Bug issues!!!. This is a great game when it works, although that is not very much! Especially when you city gets bigger. All the mega construction items freeze and kick you out of the game. When you click on quests, the city goes blue and you can only see icon titles, requiring reboot or it kicks you out. Really. Disappointed in how much it costs. For how it works, if these things were fixed I would give it 5 stars

So fun!!. I play this game for hours at a time. The only thing I wish we could do is rotate the map so you can see your building and roads/paths from behind the taller buildings as it’s quite hard to manoeuvre through it.

Bug. The game doesn’t allow you to upload your city so it can’t be saved when wanting to change devices. Please fix

Good but…. Loving it but the app continually closes without warning. When this is fixed I will happily give 5 stars.

Incredible!! Great game!!. Such a fun game!! Such an accessible and fun sim city style game. Engaging game hook with quests always giving me new things to go and do. Pick and up play for a few minutes or hours any time. Portrait or landscape mode.. portrait is super important for me and not enough games support it. The dev is super active and supportive. Within a few days of me reporting a bug they patched it and released the update! Thanks so much!! Time to keep playing 😎🌇

Crashes too much. Could be a great game but is impossible to progress on an older phone, crashes constantly. The game is NOT more advanced than other games that work fine, it’s a problem with THIS game. Developer acknowledges this is an issue but doesn’t seem interested in fixing it, only adding new features.

Pocket City two is way better than the old one. First of all they had Pocket City one which was meh it wasn’t that great but then they come out with this masterpiece. This was so good and it is so addictive when I played it you have to play it.

Game crashes a lot. Love the game except it crashes so so often, the bigger the city, the more it lags and crashes. Super frustrating for having paid for it

Simple, But Great!. I've played this game for countless of hours and I'm finding new thinga in this game. The fact that you can explore your city in first person and ride the public transport you've planned is just an amazing detail. Aside from that, this game is extremely easy to master as well and is just enjoyable. Highly recommend for people who want to play something that is casual and fun!

Coop city building at its finest!. I’ve played for hours with my kids in coop mode, and it’s super fun. I wish more devs thought outside the box and added features like this! While it still has a few bugs to work out, the diversity of activities and excellent visual styling make this a top contender for my favourite iOS game this year!

Excellent city builder. This is the city builder you want on iOS. Full game with no in-app purchases. Deep levels of design and customizations. Toms of fun stuff like mayor free roam and parties and events. Designing industrial areas and managing pollution etc. all the good stuff from sim city. Great graphics and controls - this game is fantastic. Highest recommendation for a city builder

The truth about pocket city 2. Let me get this straight, pocket city one was pretty good but pocket city 2 is freaking incredible. This game has a level of dept as good as major building game like cities skylines. The free roam mode add an à la Sims expérience which is pure genius. Buying this game for 6.99 CAD is a no brainer.

Fun but buggy. A few bugs/problems 1. The traffic simulation seems a bit broken. I have a tram line connecting my downtown to a suburb but it doesn’t appear to run. I disconnected it from car roads and only connected it to pedestrian roads to try and get the cars off of it to no avail. Even after doing so there are cars on my light rail line even when there are only pedestrian streets connecting it to streets. People don’t seem to walk anywhere but try to drive everywhere. Does the engine actually simulate movement of people or is traffic just reduced based on proximity to a transit system? 2. Demand for zones is a bit out of proportion. It feels like there is equal demand for all zone types when in fact I would have expected residential to take up more space than commercial or industrial. Those are my main two issues. I do love that there is such a deep and complex city builder on iPad and I hope that these two issues can be addressed in future updates. Keep up the fantastic work! Would buy again.

Amazing value for money. One of the best mobile games I’ve ever played. A bargain for the price.

Map. On expert mode you can only do 3 Cities?

hi. can u fix the where u build stuff or buy stuff cause it keep on frozen or something

Love it!. Hours of fun !

Too easy and gives too much of the game away on lower difficulties. So your first play through is very easy. Nothing really matters and you can earn near infinite money and experience. Spam disasters over and over, you can stack dozens of volcanos, and you’ll gain levels, research, and money fast. Then pay the measly repair bill and rinse repeat. Now this wouldn’t be such a problem that the easy difficulty is so darn easy except for the fact that you can basically experience the entire game on your first play through. Sure there are different terrains to try, and more buildings to unlock on hard and expert. But you’ve basically seen it all. All and all, totally worth the price of admission. I played through twice and enjoyed it. I wish more had been higher behind the higher difficulties or even subsequent play throughs. Nothing really to bring me back. But maybe that’s not what the developers were going for. A relaxing experience where you can plunk in and zone out. (Pun intended)

Very good game. Would love to see other planet colonization, more to the Mayor customization and different building types from different countries like Japanese styled or medieval styled buildings

Zooming out causes temporary freezing. Great game but when my city got really large, zooming out of the map to full city view would cause the screen to freeze for sometimes over a minute. Not too big a deal, it just gets annoying having to restart the game so often because I don’t want to wait so long for the screen to load.

Great Game. No in app purchase and really fun game, if you love v1 you will must love this v2

Great!. But I would like to play it in french please. It’s easier for me to understand all in my native langage. Otherwise I really appreciate. Thanks.

Wow Much Excite? Poor translation…. How does one award stars to a game that overlooks the sky completely… as the sun quite literally descends… the moon “rises” on the same side! It’s almost touching the sun! The ratings must has been purchased, because this game is riddled with glitches. There is nothing brilliant about this game.

good game. very good but the game crashes every like 5 min please fix

One of the best games on the app store. Wish there were more games developed like this. Its not a cash grab and not trying to milk the player with in app purchases. Will easily pay for a mac version if it ever comes out.

Must Buy. This is an incredible game, if you like city management games. If you like pocket city 1 then this is a must have!

🫡🫡. I’m thoroughly impressed with this game. Thought I was just getting a city management game but you can actually roam the city with your character. Respect for the amount of effort the devs put into this 💯 Only negative thing I have to say is that it keep crashing although I have the quality on the lowest settings possible. I made sure my iOS and app are up to date. Also wanna mention the lobster food item is named “Roasted Chicken” lol

iOS mute switch not working for game. Hi, please update to respect the mute switch on iPhone. I will change or remove my review once that’s been fixed.

Absolutely Brilliant. This is not just one of the best city builders ever made, but one of the best mobile games ever made and maybe even one of the best games ever. I cannot believe this is on a mobile device. This game has so much depth and detail and it rivals even the biggest city builders out there. I haven’t seen coding wizardry like this since Chris Sawyer with rollercoaster tycoon. Bravo to the developers and looking forward to updates. You can build a detailed city, explore it in free roam, drive cars, enter almost every building, shop at stores, buy a house… it goes on. Worth every penny of its price.

Slow progress. Setting a level requirement for everything is ridiculous. I can’t make use of my income because of low level.

Comfort game. This is amazing and is my comfort game to play when i'm burnt out~ but would be even better if it lets us synchronize between phone and ipad using game centre.

Good but rough mini games. Not sure if it’s cause I’m bad, but some of the mini-games are ridiculously hard! Demolition and laser tag are near impossible. I wish there was a way to skip quests that need those.

Just buy it already!. Very fun and surprisingly deep. I continue to play and keep finding new things. Totally worth more than the price of the game. Plus no micro transactions, which makes the experience more enjoyable. I would like more building styles and nature options. Love it.

Best mobile game I’ve played. You can build a city from the bottom up, or play a sandbox city. You can prosper, or you can destroy it all in Free Roam mode. It’s quite literally Minecraft, except you build the greatest city of all time.

love it but a lil bugs. the home design builder is buggy for me. When i try to moves an objects another objects moves with it like if they were connected or something. and after the objects whos connected randomly disappear which i find so annoying bc i lost what i just buy. but else i rlly love it

bug. im not having a population at all at my second city

Sim City in my pocket. This is seriously slick stuff. Can’t believe free roam is in here as well! Awesome!

Literally the best. I am addicted. This game is the best mobile game I’ve played in my life. I’m so picky but this game smacks.

Great Game!. Great game and addictive, but there are some bugs, hope you can improve it! Bugs I met: - The time freezes at 1 am, I have to delete the backstage and get back to the game in order to became normal - Sometimes the graphic doesn’t show in the right way when I open a chest or a crate - Auto-sell doesn’t work Some suggestions on banking system: I wish I can pay small amount of debt several times instead of paying 100,000 at once. I find it hard to earn 100,000 dollars when thousands dollars of interest deducted everyday

Freaking amazing!!!!!. I know you play as the mayor of the town but I think a really neat update would to be allowed to take part in other jobs I.e the police/FD/paramedics event he snow plows during the winter would be awesome to use, but that’s just a thought the main thing I think should be updated are the driving mechanics(only because I destroy all of my street lights when turning lol) but honestly even without that the game is a must hve beat game I have EVER purchased I keep finding new things that draw me into playing longer!!! Keep up the fantastic work!!

Jdjsnxjx. Fun but after a will it is boring

Updated review. As I play more the game keeps crashing and Im using iphone 13 so idk mad glitches in mini game i paid 8 bucks yall needa fix it man

Great City Builder. This game is awesome. Just the fact that you can walk around in your own city that you’ve created is wild. It’s a cross between SimCity and GTA. It feels like there’s also of events to do and lots of area to work on your city. This game has provided me with so much joy that it has caused me to write a review, I never write reviews so this game is so special to me. I had Pocket City one and it was great also but this one the devs knocked it out of the park. I thoroughly enjoyed it and still enjoy it to this day. Thank you devs.

Great Game. Exactly what I want from this type of game! Would love to see it on MacOS like it’s predecessor

Whoever made this game is a mastermind. The fact that theres a game like this on mobile is shocking, its like cities skylines with the added twist of actually living in the city you create, you can enter every building, borrow cars off the street, visit all the attractions you add to your town its insane! Theres also a pretty good quest system that rewards you properly for your time.

Even better than the first Pocket City!. The first Pocket City was one of my favourite games. Amazingly, but not surprisingly, Pocket City 2 is even better than the first game!

Unbelievable value. On an App Store that seemingly prioritizes “free” apps with hundreds of dollars of micro transactions, it’s rare to find a good game that charges a fair price and delivers more value than it receives. Pocket City 2 does, though, in spades. I fell in love with the first pocket city for how it replicated the feeling of the first sim city. Simple building mechanics and strategy paired with a really crisp graphical style made for a great game. Pocket city 2 does all that and more, offering more buildings, new challenges, and a really cool first person mode that allows you to explore the city you’ve built on foot (or by car, plane, horse, etc) Go get this game. You’ll pay once and never regret it.

Soon to be a 5 star game. I was super excited for this release but right now it’s too buggy to recommend. I’ve started 3 cities and all 3 have encountered game breaking issues with either population freezing, cash gain freezing or other issues. Once these get ironed out I’ll be thrilled to revise this review, but as it stands this borders on unplayable. Which is a shame because this feels like a major all around upgrade to PC1, already one of the best games on iOS!

Fantastic game. SimCity X GTA (without violence). This is a great city sim in which interaction with the city in first person is fun and rewards with items and exp. The music is chill. The only thing needed right now is an in-game manual. Some of the rules are sudsed out only after trial and error (like how far from roads things can be to get power and water) and how taxes affect each district type.

A significant upgrade to the original. Pocket city 2 has improved on basically everything from the first game. The biggest update has to be the move to 3D and progression system. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a city builder on mobile. NO MICROTRANSACTION AS ALL!!! 10/10

Cute loading screen, kinda buggy. I think the trash panda on the loading screen is totes adorbs…and that’s because I see it every time I have to relaunch the game. SO BUGGY! It crashes constantly. When it’s NOT crashing, I love the game. Super fun, especially since it’s not filled with micro transactions, but it REALLY needs a tweak. I reduced all the quality levels to see if that helps, but no. Anytime I go into any new scene or environment, it crashes. Really hoping that this is fixed with an update!

Great until you get past level 80. App started crashing regularly at that point, now that I’m past level 100 it crashes anytime you engage in a mini game or city competition as well as randomly during other activities. Expect that from a free app, bust stability needs to improve significantly for me to ever purchase from this developer again.

This game has a future. This is probably one of the best games I’ve played in a longgg time I would purchase this game on console! This game despite having a few crashes (which can be easily fixed by tweaking your video settings) has a very big future and with constant updates I feel like it could be an award winning project!

Didn’t realize I bought it the day it came out 😂. Great game! Takes a lot of mechanics from many other city sim games and simplifies them tremendously. There are many things I would love to see in the long run especially pertaining to the stats, like maybe make the demands a tab or a stat so you can see it more in depth. Love the seasons and the ability to explore your city as mayor.

A fantastic improvement. I played the first Pocket City and loved it. I honestly didn’t expect much more content on the sequel but WOW was I wrong. Great game, highly recommended. Worth every penny in a sea of games designed to make a quick buck. A lot of thought went into this, great job devs!!!

The Name Is Spot On. Literally a city in your pocket! It’s what SimCity Mobile should’ve been. The fact that you can explore your city just adds a whole other layer of play. Stats & graphs make you feel in control. Easy buy!

A Game me and kid can bond with. I started playing this with my six year old and have enjoyed it so much. My kid loves it too and while I needed to help her at the start it was great explaining concepts like traffic and taxes and having small events/games scattered in between. The graphics are impressive for the price, the quality is very good.

PC2 Awesome!. So the first Pocket City game gave me the freedom and creativity I crave. I love building and simulation games. So I have a good size collection of Sim and Building games. This is the best! The best of the best! I haven’t played my other games because this game gives me everything I want. This puts the sleepy Pocket Building and other’s to shame.

Love this too much. Absolutely one of the best games on IOS ever. I was iffy on spending $5 on it but wow I I’m glad I did. Such a good time waster and there are so many things to do. Definitely recommend if you’ve played the first one or if you like the sims freeplay or any other games like that.

LOVE this game. My boyfriend made me download this game so of course I was hesitant at first. After downloading it I played for 3 hours straight and can confidently say I love this game. You have full creativity when it comes to making your city. The gameplay is magnificent and you even get to walk around your own city! 10/10, worth every penny

Bug when trying to sell a home. When I buy a home for 96k and add furniture and stuff, the value goes up. It displays the updated value if I were to sell but when you choose it sell you only get what you paid for it, not the additional value that you’ve added by adding furniture.

If you love City Builders, buy this. The game is amazing. I enjoyed playing the first Pocket City. I love playing the second one even more, because the developers really worked out what a good city building game should be like. No stupid in-game-purchase. Just plain building fun.

Fantastic game. Pay once play forever. This game is polished. It has different difficulty settings based on playstyle. The ability to explore your city is so cool, and it offers a lot of content. Highly recommend

An amazing upgrade! Worth every cent!. Codebrew has come back with an awesome sequel to Pocket City with the 2nd edition. The free roam mode is awesome, and I love the character that is added with the NPCs. The gameplay feels more refined over the original, without getting to bogged down for a mobile control game.

Hands down the best city builder game on the mobile market.. When these guys made Pocket City, it was fun and relaxing. This game takes it to 11/10 in content and things to do! A true sequel! This game is worth every penny! Relationship building, free roam, ability to go into the buildings you built, start up events and attend them, play mini games, explore, and BUILT YOUR CITY!!!!

It’s not working and needs more. Hello there I’ve been playing this game for a while and I like it but it’s not letting me play. I think there’s a few bugs in this game or glitches. Can you add like more cars and more buildings and can you make this game bug free or glitch free?

Almost the best. This would be one of my favorite mobile games if it had iCloud saves. Not being able to play between devices is a bit of a letdown. The upload/download feature doesn’t cut it. Otherwise, this game is still the best city builder on mobile.

Would love to give it 5 stars. I really enjoyed the 1st version, great game top tier. This one is exciting and when it works it is a huge amount of fun. But man this app crashes constantly. It was annoying but today it started freezing after about 10 minutes of play and is really making me mad about spending money for this. This is not fun any longer. Please fix this, I really want to give it the 5 stars it could be.

I loved this game when it worked. I was having fun playing this game, building my city, trying out the free roam features, even sharing screenshots with my fellow middle-aged friends because I found it so delightful. And then I reached level 90 and it stopped working. It crashed with greater frequency after only minutes of play. I tried uploading my city, deleting and reinstalling the app, then downloading the city. The download worked, but now the game crashes immediately. What a disappointment.

Great alternative to Sim City!. I LOVE playing in the sandbox in this app, only thing is I wish we had the ability to add fish to the water when you rework the landscape on a map (and other options under “nature”). Still five stars, love that you buy it then don’t have to deal with pay-to-play or pay-to-advance in-app purchases :)

Fun game, but interactice quests are bad. I enjoy the Pocket City series. I beat every mode on the first edition and am currently doing the same on the second one. The only dislike I have about this game is the interactive quests that require us to search through the city. Firstly, our cities become to large and it takes too much time to find and complete these. Second, by not doing these interactive quests, it damages our relationships with specific individuals. Which is annoying. Can you make interactive quests optional? I believe this would help a lot of players like myself out tremendously. Thank you.

Such and amazing game!. I have been glued to this game for about 2 days now. I love that the game is not pay to play and you can actually advance at your own pace. You have to be critical about your thinking and be mindful of the layout of your city. I haven’t played the first game but I don’t have to considering how good this game is by itself.

Incredible and full of features. If you like city builders you will love this game. As you play, this game just keeps giving you new ways to enjoy your own creation. From free cam to first person minigames to relationships with citizens... so much more as well. So worth the purchase.

cool city builder. this game seems simple on the surface but it scfually has a lot of cool mechanics like education, recreation, traffic flow, police, fire, garbage, etc. it reminds me of cities skylines in terms of the basic zoning and functions. the game runs great and it shows even in basic things like the UI. No microtransactions alone made this worth it.

The game is great however. This game is great however it needs a couple of tweaks, like it doesn’t have a post office, not enough office buildings, no gas stations, it’s also funny when it snows the townies are still skipping with no winter attire, also the walk way should be able to connect to the road as well MORE DECORATIONS, MORE HOLIDAY Stuff, hopefully all of this could be added to the update or part 3 but for the most part great game.

Perfectly done!. This is exactly the type of game I’ve been waiting for. Relaxing build your own city action you can actually explore. Nothing too overly difficult and confusing. It’s simplistic and technical at the same time. And no micro transactions. Thank you sir for this game, looking forward to updates!

Great game but…. I have made a review before about this game and I have another. I love this game. One issue I have is that after a few minutes the game crashes one me and kicks me out. Can you please fix this developer? Please and thank you and keep up the good work.

Monotonous Tasks! Not as good as first one. Loved Builder City and bought this without even thinking and now regret it! I want to build a city! I don’t want to have to zoom in and roam the city to find 3 raccoons that are a problem, or constantly deal with road repairs! What’s wrong with you people? Did you run out of ideas, can’t improve the graphics so you decide to make the tasks and game play more monotonous? What a poor follow up to a great potential of a game…..waste of money, DELETE!

Mini-game madness. All in all great game, only thing that I would suggest you change is the mini game quests, they are annoying and get a lil boring cuz I came here to build, not destroy half my city playing the demolition minigame because I can’t see where I’m going. Other than that, completely worth the $5 and I highly recommend it to anyone else looking to buy. JUST PLEASE MAKE LESS MINIGAMES.

The best mobile game! Supports portrait and landscape + 60 FPS!. Take everything you loved about the first one and double your love for this one! Great work devs. One thing I don’t see enough praise for is the fact that this can be played in both portrait and landscape. 10/10. I loved it so much I bought it both on my iPhone and on my Samsung Tablet. Well done, seriously.

Much better then the first. Great game on iOS. Been playing it since it’s release. The only thing I’d like added is a mechanics garage. Also a car dealership. There are cars on the road but no way of knowing where they came from without a dealership.

Game will constantly crash. This game will constantly crash on you, especially the higher in level you get. I’m at level 80 with my city and I get about 1 minute or less if game play before it crashes, continually. I emailed the developer and it was recommended to close all other apps when playing, it made no difference. I see a lot of other reviews with the same problem. DO NOT BUT THIS GAME, unless you enjoy being constantly frustrated.

Good game but I lost my save. The game is good and fun. I would have rated it a 4star but the bugs in the game are just as bad. 2star rating is because I tried to reinstall the game due to bug issues and I lost my save. It is so upsetting and frustrating that I had to pay and put in so much time into gameplay but yet my saved game file is not backed up. I want a refund and will not be wasting my time on this game anymore

Good game. I have played the original four ever win this game came out. I didn’t understand it at first but now I like it, but there are some changes that can be done to make it even better for example, give the mayor avatar the option. so choose body index and also add in a car dealership so the mayor can choose what car he wants. And also let

Good but need improvement. i played Pocket City 1 and i love it, the Pocket City 2 are the same great, maybe better, than it predecessor, but need more improvement, i played on XR and there’s lag if the cities are getting big, maybe add graphic optimization? or graphic options? thank you

Great improvements to an already great game. Pocket City was great before and SO MUCH great stuff has been added with this release. Trash management, new citizen relationships, more building types, mega structures. You will definitely get your money’s worth from this one-time purchase.

So much to do. It is truly insane how much content they’ve packed into this. Character, home, city customization. Clothes and vehicle collecting. A true city sim (that’s just the right amount of complexity for a mobile game). Easily a $20 game on any other platform.

The game is great but…. I love this game! It is wonderful. Although it is new, the glitches are annoying. I want to create different cities in sandbox and my population refuses to grow like there’s a cap on how many cities you can have. Please fix this. I really like this game but haven’t played in a while because of this issue.

Want to re-enable quests. Started a sandbox city a while back with quest disabled and I’ve been unable to get certain relations because of it. Great game just wish I had the option to turn it back on or at least copy my city over to a sandbox save with it enabled.

Unreal!. This is truly a labor of love - the more I play this the more I come across little moments in the game where I think to myself: “I can’t believe they went through the trouble to put this detail in the game.” This game truly has a lot to unpack!

Great game, infinite money glitch.. Great game! You should know if I set the money transfer to “max” it doesn’t reset to zero, or check if the amount in the source city is negative after the transfer. So I can send max money twice, leading to a negative balance at the source city.

Amazing with one bug!. I saw a lot of reviews saying the mini game was buggy, and I was thinking that can’t be a big deal. That was until I realized that quests are often based the mini games. I would love for the game to expand as well. More building options, etc.

Amazing City Builder, but there is a small bug…. I’m having loads of fun, however every now and then I am met with a bug that appears to stop time from continuing. The hour is not increasing and I no longer get money. I am able to workaround this by exiting the city and re-entering it but it is a bit annoying. 5 stars once this bug is fixed!

Fun but frustrating bugs. I have been playing the game for several days now. It’s great fun. Problem is…it freezes every 7-10 minutes. Each freeze lasts a couple of minutes if you don’t force quit. Half of these freezes result in complete crash. The other half resumes normally. Unfortunately basic problems like this really sabotage the overall experience.

Too Many Bugs/Issues. I really love to play this game. However, I’m very disappointed by the fact that the game is simply not optimized well enough. I have an M2 iPad Pro and still experience freezing all the time while it makes my iPad hot and drains the battery. Hoping some updates will come out soon that better optimize the game performance.

This game is crazy good. I love simulator games but I hate the more tedious ones. This one is fun, easy to get into, and there is so much you can do. You can even walk around your own city that you built. I will continue to look for what these devs make, next?
