In my opinion. This game is kind of dumb. There is an ad every time you complete a step. It’s really annoying. I recommend not downloading this game. I mean you can try it, but I see no point in trying... your choice though

Way too many ads. This game has a crazy amount of ads. I recommend not getting this game it is gross. Unless you like cleaning ears and watching ads 24/7. Do not recommend at all.

Earwax clinic. I got this app it was boring at first, but then I saw you can use coins to buy better backgrounds. And as I want on it got more exiting. There are a few problems, One is there a a few to many adds. This one is for the developer if you wanna lose a tool it gives it to you anyway. I just can't with this game yall-. Bro I love the concept I really do, I love how the graphics aren't too cringey and nasty but still good. But 1st let's talk about how when you're decorating the clinic room or what ever sometimes when you click to upgrade stuff and they get upgraded you can't go back to the actual game and you're just stuck there while the screen is moving back and forth. Second of all the faces on these characters are so crazy looking it's not even entertaining it's just annoying. . Third of all there are TO MANY ADS. While I was working on people's ears literally in the middle of the rounds there was a ad. It was like this for every round AND the fact that you get a ad after your done working on the person? Just no WAY to many ads

what??. this game is unfinished. the progress meter that unlocks different tools stops working after level 55 and the coins you get from completing levels can’t be spent. there is no in game store to unlock new things, although i’m not quite sure what there could possibly be to unlock. the vibrations feel god and the confetti’s after every level is cool. 5 stars
