What is the point?. I loaded this app on Monday it literally worked one time and has not worked since. Is anyone using IOS 16.3.1 able to log in with iPhone or iPad. I have tried multiple times and constantly get the error message “Error signing in, please try again later. Does this app ever work?

So confusing.. I had tickets transferred to me from work- I just need to accept them but every time I go to accept tickets it boots me to the Kraken app to log in. I log in & it doesn’t show me my tickets or where to go! So frustrating! Also the tutorial only shows how to view tickets if you were on a computer & the directions aren’t helpful at all unless you’re trying to figure out how to become a reseller.

Was getting better; now terrible. I posted this review but it never showed up. Regardless, as a season ticket holder I’ve been struggling with this app. Transfer tickets used to not work. When you transfer tickets the transit pass doesn’t go with it etc. But It had been improving. Then the latest update wiped out all my tickets. Gone. Kraken says they show I still have them so won’t reissue them. Great. What a screw job. How do I get into the game???

Horrible app. Accessing free transit pass on iPhone is not possible due to screen size, the Ticketmaster text display gets in the way of the sign in button. App owner replies to ratings saying the problem has been fixed a year ago but it’s still the same. No excuse for an app design like this, would give 0 stars if I could

Notification Ads make this app less streamlined.. App works good for ticket entry, parking and especially transit passes. Unfortunately they use the notifications for promos and partner advertising (think sales for companies that sponsor the kraken) when they should just be for game day relevant information.

Started out great, unusable in 2023. I don’t know what happened but the app constantly crashes, doesn’t load season tickets. Several times I’ve had to go to the ticket booth inside the arena to verify my seats because the app isn’t working. Now I can’t buy concert tickets. Needs to be fixed.

App still does not work well for older, smaller phones. I have an iPhone 8, and I was unable to use the app to access bus passes for a concert because the widgets were hidden. I tested the app out on my iPad and it wad fine, but of course I couldn’t take my iPad to the concert. Please troubleshoot and fix this issue. I noticed that this was an issue two years ago, based on other reviews.

Cannot Download Ticket. I’ve tried all day to download the tickets I purchased and can see in the app, to my phone and while I’m waiting for anything to happen. The app just closes. When I try to get support I’m told to log out and log back in and make sure ticket master account is correct. I’ve literally done everything and now I have to go even earlier to the concert to ensure I can get in. I don’t understand why I need another app to access my ticket master account when that’s alway worked fine. I really hate stuff like this.

Unusable. Two issues that render the app unusable: most of the time logging is not possible as it gives me an error message that it’s unable to log in at this time. The rare time I can use biometrics to log in rather a password, the ticketing page is messed up so I can’t log in to Ticketmaster. The account info text box overlays the button to link my Ticketmaster account so I literally can’t do anything. Not sure why this trash app wasn’t thoroughly tested. Get it fixed, devs. I’d like to attend games this year.

Might as well be a link to the site. To sell in the app it now routes to a web view and is impossible to see the tickets up for sale and what the price is listed for without waiting 1-2 minutes for a web view to show up and scroll down vertically AND horizontally to finally see the listing price. Stop using this janky react native app it’s so sluggish invest in some tech for a native app.

The app should be the easy part. I believe in what the Kraken are doing to build a winner. If only they shared the same dedication to building a coherent, user friendly app to interact with their fans on. This thing is SLOOOOOOOOOOOW every time I open it. Crash a bunch so I have to force close it and start anew. The thing that pisses me off the most is The videos of the highlights, interviews etc randomly don’t work, some will cut out to black video with no sound, other times the video will just never play at all. This app is becoming utter useless to use except for on game day. Only reason it’s not a 1 star.

Doesn’t work. Tickets will not load, constantly having to sign back in (like multiple times a day because it says error and I need to sign back in), ticket transfer is impossible. This app has really nose dived this season and I hate that we have to use it to have our tickets for the games.

Please remove the 5 second splash screen. Super annoying to have to log in every time app opens after a 5 second splash screen. This will just make the lines longer to get into CPA at games.

App consistently crashes after a few seconds. It’s not a bad app, and I like the ability to listen to the radio broadcast a lot. But recently the app had been unstable and always crashes right after launching it it. Please fix this. It’s not really usable right now.

Used to work. The app used to work beautifully now, after the latest update, my Ticketmaster won’t link to the app, so I can’t access my Kraken tickets. This is extremely frustrating as the Kraken tickets won’t show up on the generic Ticketmaster app, so the only way I can get to my tickets is through a web browser….horrible update

My review deleted. Yesterday I added a review raising issues with the functioning of the ticket tab, hoping to get help, but instead the app manager apparently deleted it. Thanks for your (lack of) customer service. It does say a lot and it also causes me to question other favorable reviews.

Having to manually log into TM every time I need to access my tickets is aggravating. Couple of UX problems: Why have Account and Notfications within settings if those options are not accessible to a user regardless of auth state? Why do I have to log into Ticketmaster every time I launch the app in order to access my tickets / attempt to redeem transit for a game?

Gets you to/inside arena, but then it’s useless. App has a way to go before it’s truly useful while inside the arena. See MLB ballpark app for some key needed improvements, such as: - Food locator/menus: the arena map is pretty useless, to be honest. Logos off to the side doesn’t tell you much at all. - Better map: figure out a way to clearly show that stupid horseshoe layout in the upper concourse, and maybe something useful like a key for the icons in the map? Where are the water bottle filling stations? - Beer finder: something the Mariners have down in the ballpark app, really needed here.

Impressed!. The app works really well. See my season tickets in there and super easy to use. Great kraken content in there as well.

Awful TM experience. I’m a season ticket holder, 4 years running. This season, I’m unable to see my tickets or discount codes in the app. Every attempt to get support has been met with “did you try updating the app”, which I do religiously to no avail. The only way to attend games is to use the desktop website to transfer the tickets to a totally different account, which loses the STH amenities. The app is convincing me to bail when my contract is up.

Not usable on smaller mobile devices. This app is not small phone friendly. Some critical fields aren’t accessible on some screens because the widgets all get crammed together. Testing must only have been performed on large mobile devices.

The got worse with time. App was ok and functional in the first 2 years of existence. In year 3, the process to sell tickets in the app got more cumbersome, the app became much slower to navigate, updates do not always save, the sync with ticketmaster takes much longer and sometimes doesn’t happen at all. There are a few other annoyances, but these ones are the biggest ones.

Can’t access tickets from app. Starting this season I’m no longer able to complete the Ticketmaster signin from the app to access my tickets or complimentary transit passes for the game. The screen to enter credentials does not show properly and I can’t scroll down to enter them. This has worked fine for the past two seasons but not anymore. I have a iPhone SE

Glitchy app. I have tried for days to link my tickermaster account to the Kraken app, but there is no possibility of doing this because the Kraken app doesn't scroll down on that page. Thus, I cannot redeem public transit passes (which also contains a page that does not scroll). After a quick internet search, I find that this has been a problem for more than a year now. Beyond those pages not scrolling, the app is glitchy and crashes every other time I open it.

App was great and then they changed it. This year with the other venue items, the app logs you out every time you close the app so you have to sign into the Kraken (or whatever event you’re targeting). All of these are Ticketmaster so I’m totally confused why it’s signs you out. Please fix this. It worked so much better last year.

Home away from home. Helluva dev and design team pulled off some amazing stuff. Hope you all love it as much as I do.

Waiting for it to work. After more than 3 months the login still does not work well..registered and have to continue as guest every time with a "error, try again later". Will try again later. 🙏

Please fix App. Buggy. Won’t always load. Slow. Not reliable to access tickets. Must uninstall and reinstall often. Limited functionality, missed opportunity to make a useful team App. Does not work with VPN. It’s a shame the App functions so poorly. A common theme with Ticketmaster team Apps. If it wasn’t a requirement to access Kraken tickets, it would be a completely useless App :(

Ticket notifications not working - missed the game as a result. I am very upset because I missed the game we had tickets for. Used to get notifications from the app on game days and I came to rely on those. I struggle with schedule managing and these notification reminders are helpful. I didn’t get a notification today about the kraken game and missed it - we were watching the game on tv and decided to check the next game we had tickets for, only to realize it was today. So bummed. We’ve been huge fans and split a half season ticket package with our friends - it was a lot of money to spend for us but we were so excited about the team. Missing the game (and a good one) because the system you rely on for a reminder really blows. My phone manages everything for me including my schedule. The main purpose I used this app was for game reminders. It would be nice if the ticket reminder notifications were fixed, and another bonus would be adding a phone calendar sync feature as an option for users.

Functional + Pretty. I’ve been to a concert and a game now, and the health pass, ticketing, and parking pass all worked well for me. REALLY liked being able to pre-purchase parking and not having to get held up paying on the way in or out. I’m definitely interested in trying the free ORCA pass for the next game I go to though. The app is also very pretty… sorry not sorry but that means something to me 😂

Great app. Easy to navigate, all the information in one place this is done right!

Unusable. A popup asking to sign into Ticketmaster every time you open the app won’t stop spawning when you tell it no. The app support takes you to the climate pledge arena site. I didn’t use to have to sign in. I would in I were buying tickets. I shouldn’t need to sign in just to see scores and stats.

Ticketmaster’s link does not work. I only downloaded it so I could access concert tix but after trying many many times and continually getting an error message, when trying to agree to the terms, that “something went wrong” I gave up and deleted the app. Very disappointing.

Kraken are great, App not so much. The app crashes a lot! Just had an update two weeks ago and it still crashes. Running iOS 16.5.1 on an iPhone 12 Pro. Trying to send feedback via app support is also cumbersome.

Works Great After Update. Changing my 1 star review to 5 stars. The app works great and doesn’t crash on IOS 15 dev beta 4 anymore. Great information in the app and flawless function.

App Suggestion. Thank you for the great looking app. May I suggest, when I went into stats, I see the stats. From there it’s a dead end. I tried clicking on the player to take me to their bio and more information and nothing. The intuitive me wants to click the players name and then see the player. You have to traverse back to the menu and go back into the roster to get there. Too many touches. Would be nice to just click the name in stats and there’s the player info. Thank you.

App crashed during game. We went to the game tonight and upon leaving CPA I went to the app to retrieve monorail and light rail passes to go home. I singed out of and into the Kraken and Ticketmaster apps several times to no avail. Insult to injury, when I went to the help feature in the app, the bot said I need to download the app. When I told the bot I have the app, it responded with “we do not have that information”. All of this was too much to bear at the end of a long day and a heartbreaking loss in OT. All this aside, I enjoy the app and use it regularly.

Sign-in to Ticket Master not working. iPhone SE. When you go to tickets and try to sign in with your ticket master account, the embedded web page is messed up. The “Important Account Info” text overlays on top of the login button and makes the button unusable (I.e touch doesn’t work). Stuck using web site to enter the arena. Please fix it. In fact, why not just enable Apple Wallet from ticket master site? It works perfect for Parking.

Open/close. App is beautiful, I’m so glad you’ve added the radio option for listening to the games. But ever since this update, my app keeps closing. I hope you are already aware of the issue, but if not wanted to let you know. GO KRAKEN!!!

Crashes constantly. iPhone 12 Mini running 15.0.2. App crashes constantly. I’ve deleted and reinstalled multiple times. Every time I install, the app crashes at different steps in the registration, event search, and parking booking process. Once the app crashes it will not re-launch until the app is deleted from the phone and reinstalled, starting the process all over again.

Cool and functional and no ads. I’ve never seen a professional app actually be useful before. This one is also stylish and well made. no ads. Thank you so much for caring about user experience.

Garbage app. This app is terrible. The parking section has only shown one garage available for games since the second season. It’s the night before the first game of the season and I just get errors on the ticketing section. It only somehow gets worse every season. Terrible.

Error. Constantly getting an Error. Cant access tickets. Tried logging out/logging in. Uninstalling and reinstalling. And still does not work. Apps shouldn’t be this hard to use. Imagine getting to the event and not being able to pull the tickets up. Worst thing is it doesn’t even show up in Ticketmaster. So you have to rely on this app to get your tickets.

“Sign in” deserves its own button. Pretty slick app but the Let’s Get Started button is obvious while the people who already have an account (so many people by now) have to tap on teeny tiny print to sign in. The 85 year old hockey fan in my life taps the big button every time and then can’t get started. Please give him a bigger button!

Awesome x1000. It’s pretty amazing that a company put together such a sound app. Pumped for this season and this app is only adding to my excitement. Bravo! The team being this deserves so much praise. GO KRAKEN!

Transit pass / parking issues. Works okay to load tickets and get in the door, but we’ve consistently had issues accessing the “free transit pass” or purchasing parking. Error message(s) when trying to redeem free metro bus passes on 12/11. Tried from multiple phone, many times, within 2 hours of game time - thankfully bus driver took pity on us and let us board because we’re millennials and don’t carry cash…

Functional. Edit: Pretty much everything listed has been fixed and the app actually stays signed in now! Buggy. Poorly thought out UX. Why does this app need to show that “Climate Change Arena” animation on every launch? Why can’t this app remember that I’ve already hit “Get Started” before? Why can’t this app remember your login creds without Face ID? You’re not my banking account. It shouldn’t require Face ID to quickly get to arena maps, especially when you’re supposed to have a mask on while at the arena, impeding Face ID from working. It’s not because it has access to your tickets, because the Ticketmaster app has no similar requirement. Even if you don’t login using an arena account it’ll still show your tickets from ticketmaster in this app! So again, why the Face ID requirement? This clearly was not well thought out. On that note, why the heck can’t I see tickets for events at Drowning Polar Bear Arena in the ticketmaster app, but I can see tickets for events that are NOT in this venue in the venue’s app? At minimum that’s information leakage that should not be shared with the venue and that app specific requirement should actually be documented SOMEWHERE on the Kraken’s website where you buy the tickets. Even for the standards of shovelware this app is pretty bad.

Hot garbage. App never works properly. Tells me I need to login to access the public transportation tickets, even though I’m already logged in because I can access the event tickets. When trying to login it says password incorrect. Using the same password on web browser works fine. Try resetting the password. Have made 5+ requests fora password reset & never receive an email. TicketMaster is trash & it’s unfortunate we are forced to use it.

Best sports app ever. So many options & such a sleek design. Everything I need to follow & root for my new favorite team, all in one place.

Can’t connect to Ticketmaster. Unacceptable that this app can’t do the basic thing it’s for - managing tickets. Continually getting an error message when trying to connect to Ticketmaster so can’t get my tickets or transit pass.

Not compatible with iPhone SE 1st Gen. There’s no way to link your Ticketmaster account on a 1st generation iPhone SE; the login button is clipped from the bottom of the screen. The result is no way to access transit or your tickets to the game.

The most recent release broke integration with Ticketmaster. I used this app a full season and it remembered my login. Now every time I open the app I have to link Ticketmaster again. I emailed support and never received a response.

It just crashes. Upon install, I select allow push notifications. It’s just crashes from there. Wish I could use it.

No game results! Dumb. Zero information about the team and the games beyond schedule. This is not a team application, this is a ticket sales application! The focus should be on The team! Not the arena! The team! Not Concerts! The team!

Ticketmaster sign in broken. Cannot login to link Ticketmaster on iPhone SE so I cannot access public transit tickets. Party of 7 impacted. Please make sure to test the app on older iOS devices.

Unable to listen to games. After the latest app update I’m no longer able to listen live to games, says I’m outside of the service area despite being in Seattle. My wife gets the same message on her phone.

Can’t access tickets. There’s an issue with ticket access, the app refuses to connect with Ticketmaster. Made sure app is updated and deleted/redownloaded to double check. Looks like I’m not the only one getting the error message.

Absolute garbage. Try accessing your tickets and you’ll encounter nothing but errors. Using Ticketmaster directly is better

This app is garbage. I want to click on the icon and see the game time or score that’s all. It opens to climate pledge then asked me to use my Face ID to sign in. I just want the score or game time.

Too buggy. Logging into Ticketmaster isn’t possible right now. If it weren’t a necessity for accessing tickets I wouldn’t use this app at all

Can’t login. App will not allow me to login. I have deleted and reinstalled twice.

Doesn’t work. App doesn’t sync properly to upload tickets. This is the only way for the transit ticket to be used.

Hmm. There isn’t any free transit passes for concerts. If they are serious about Zero Emissions they should give free transit for all events they host. This is even more important because they charge $100+ for parking.

Doesn’t work. Can’t create an account. I enter my info and then it flies to the top and disappears. If I swipe from the left I can start over and do it again.

Don’t bother!. Changes the icon only, and it covers the Kraken Logo, totally ruins the look.

App Support is lacking. The app itself is fairly useful, but app support is severely lacking. Any links to what might be app support sends users to Climate Pledge Arena facility support pages. Also, why are links to Account Info, Accessibility, and Notifications unavailable?

Doesn’t support iPhone SE’s 😐. Kraken says it’s “revamped” but they forgot to add scrolling on the ticketmaster sign in. What’s the deal with that?

Used to work now doesn’t. Can never connect to ticket master. Every time I open we have to go through a whole thing to get to our season tickets.

Can’t access account settings?. When I tap Settings - Account Info is grayed out, not available. Neither is Accessibility. Why not?

Audio crash upon open. I hate that when I’m listening to something on my phone and open this app, whatever I’m listening to turns off. Super annoying. Ticket seller interface is slow and clunky.

Awful.. This app shuts down during initiation. Get to the splash screen and ban! Back to the iPhone desktop. Updated via App Store same behavior. Update is 3 hours old. Tried to “report a problem”. Does not allow me to the next step to actually type in the problem behavior. iPhone 14 iOS 16.4.1 (a)

What a nightmare.. My experience with this useless pile of worm-ridden app trash makes me wish Seattle would just get rid of it’s hockey team, as it only serves as a reminder that we don’t have a basketball team.
