Great App. This is an awesome app and it makes ordering from one of my favorite places so easy!! It is very easy to customize your order and make changes to items. Also very easy to select menu items. Love that it saves your previous order as I have my favorites and typically order the same thing again!

No refund for missing items. May as well use DoorDash instead as that is who they use only if an item is missing it seems they are not going to refund you. Doordash is easier to get a refund in. It is April 23 and my order was April 9 and after speaking to 3 different people I still have no refund for missing item and have been lied too. West Ashley store in Charleston is the store.

Love the app.. Everything is made fresh so yes, it takes some time. This app allows me to order ahead and then I can pick up as I go!

Family favorite. Great options for all and they give back to the community with quarters for kids!

This app is a great improvement!. I am impressed with the Clean Juice new app! I can more easily find the menu options (which are all organic), tip more easily and earn purchase points faster! I love the rewards one can receive your birthday! All around great improvement!

Best smoothie around. I get a smoothie, at least 2 to 3 times a week. The service disturbed the cleanliness of the place is top notch. I would recommend this place to anybody who is looking for some clean healthy lifestyle land Food.

Doesn’t allow you to log in. I have an existing account with Clean Juice and each time I try to log in with my email or with Google or Apple, the only option to continue is “Register” instead of “Login”. It’s pretty frustrating because I’m unable to login because I “already have an existing account” which of course I know. Clearly it’s a bug, and needs to be fixed so I can continue to do mobile orders and receive points.

Clean-er Experience. I definitely think it looks better and is easier to find and include add-one in my purchase. Delivery function is cool too.

Amazing!!!. Excellent place to get a smoothie or sandwich! Customer service rocks and I’m never disappointed with whatever I order. Hands down I will always be a returning customer. Stu and Latricia are amazing humans as well!

Jackpot!. Okay so I have digestion issues and I supplement with cold pressed juice and have tried countless Juice and smoothie shops. That is why I can confidently say you will not find a better smoothie/juice shop than Clean Juice. You walk in and you can just feel how clean the store is, the staff is always kind and will answer any questions you have. And the ingredients they use are always fresh! THANK YOU for going above and beyond! OoOo And a word of advice- the Coffee One is by far the best smoothie I’ve ever had!

Clean Juice App. Very overpriced items, app functions slow (I have brand new iphone so it’s not my phone), wraps were very very LOW quality, smoothies were not bad but overpriced, I recommend going to a Playa Bowls or other smoothie establishment

Excellent rating. I always receive excellent service at this location! Staff are consistently very warm and welcoming. And the food is so good! Some of my favorites are the organic juices and and The Youthful one smoothie. Thanks for your service to the community!

It’s okay. I have been a long-time customer of Clean Juice, but the app has always been a problem. Some items that are on the menu will not show up. Half the time the seasonal menu is not added to the app. And I will be trying to place an order and the app will shut off in the middle of me doing so.I would say it’s probably not the most user-friendly app out there, but it gets the job done.

Good app but I don’t want advertising in notifications. This app works real well for ordering juice ahead of time, but there isn’t a way to disable the ads they served via a push notification. Last time I checked this is against App Store policy and really annoying. Looks like I’ll just have to completely disable all notifications from this app instead.

Transfer from old app to new app frustrating. Had a credit of $10 on the old app- entered all of my info and then it said to download the new app which I did and only got a $5 credit and then had to add all of my contact details again and then when I finally placed my order it said it would be 20 minutes. 20 minutes to get the app figured out so with the wait time it’s 40 min total- ugh

Food great service way too slow. I love the food at clean juice. They can only serve their customers and the more expedient manner they would be five stars. I debated whether to give them a two because their service can sometimes be so so slow.

Ordering through the mobile app was seamless... The mobile ordering through the app was seamless, I also loved that I was offered a $5.00 off promo since I registered my information. I have heard nothing but good things about this place through various members of my church, as many have used clean juice as a source in providing 100% Clean juice options during our 22 & 40 day semi-absolute time of fasting. I am excited to try this out for myself today! The mobile app alone has me very excited about trying all the other wonderful options they offer here.

My favorite spot. Clean Juice is my go to juice shop. The staff are all amazing, they work hard and quickly each and every time. I know that what I order is good for me and that gives me peace of mind.

No reward advertised- app easy. App is easy, no problems! Unfortunately store doesn’t have it ready anymore when you arrive. They wait until you arrive and then put your order inline with others in the store. No reason to use app. Store advertised $5 reward towards pruchase if you downloaded this new app. Did not receive.

Great Experience Every Time. Clean Juice Heights is such a great go-to. Their smoothies and food are consistently delicious, service is friendly and helpful. Order online or through the app to get your items more quickly or if you have time to linger hang out in the shop. Great natural light and free wi-if. I love the Longevity One smoothie and have enjoyed some of their bites as well.

Best Health Food in Lafayette. We LOVVVVEEEE Clean Juice. Their smoothie bowls are made with love and their juices are perfection. Also, it good to know that they serve wraps, salads and soups. My personal favorite is the chicken noodle. The people are awesome and they even have a prayer request jar which I think is awesome. Couldn’t get better!

App is always buggy. Constantly crashes at payment, in the cart, and when anything nonstandard is added to an order. Very frustrating to have to restart the app and order—I’ve come to just expect that that’s the price I now pay for convenience with the Clean Juice app.

Sign in. I’ve been trying to get in intact with clean juice or lunchbox but I can not log back into my account. I put in my email and it tells me no need to register, there is already an existing account instead of letting me put my password

Soooo Good Wynnewood location. The drinks are fresh the sandwiches are good and filling. The employees are so friendly and professional. This is my 4time back. It’s pricey but that’s the cost to eat this way unless you make it yourself.

My new addiction. If you have not been, you have to stop in! I have been searching for options to eat organically on the go and I have have finally found my place - I absolutely love everything! I just did the 3 day cleanse and I feel absolutely amazing! (6lbs down after the cleanse) I have never slept better - woke up feeling refreshed ready to tackle the day with more energy than I’ve had in along time. The juices provide natural energy without a jittery feeling or crash! I have fibromyalgia and have several flare ups in any given month, I am happy to report zero flare up since I added clean juice into my diet.

The Loaded Avocado Toast. Listen….You have to try the Loaded Avocado Toast! If you haven’t….clearly you have been missing out! It’s my absolute favorite along with The Glow One! Aside from my favorite items on the list…the customer service at the East Liberty location is top tier! The energy & vibes are always positive & they also are pretty good with helping me make decisions when I’m going for something different to try on the menu!

It’s annoying. When you create a new app and lose all of my data, like previous orders in the process.

Store hours. It would be nice to see the store open earlier. The hours on the door say 8am. A few times my husband and I both have come early to find the store not open yet. Just a suggestion :)

iPhone app has problems. (This is a review of the app, not the product.) Took several tries to get through login and mandatory password change. Ordered the full-day cleanse, and when I was placing the order it popped up a pre-filled "when do you want it by?" dialog that didn't appear editable, set for 15 minutes in the future. Shrug. Whatever - I just wanted to do the cleanse tomorrow. Placed order. Then got confirmation email saying order would be ready in "2895 minutes." Called store, they agreed that sounded pretty random but couldn't actually tell me when it would be ready, just that I could request a pickup time although today was pretty unlikely. Left a pretty bad taste in my mouth.

LO❤️E this place!. When Clean Juice opened near my home, I was so happy to learn what they’re all abt! Their recipes are so great - love me some Double One smoothie and many others, along with the breakfast wrap, salads, açaí bowls and juices. Looking forward to trying a juice cleanse in the near future. Great concept with great products, and everything organic!! Not the cheapest place in town, but you get high quality, health promoting ingredients! Love it so much!!

App crashes after confirming location. After I confirm my location, the menu momentarily shows and then the app crashes. I’ve tried and uninstall and reinstall. iPhone 11.

Awesomeness!!. I travel a lot and it’s hard to find healthy food, within my diet. I came across Clean Juice while I’m here in NC, this will be my second time ordering from there. I love ❤️ it the food is fresh, healthy, vegan, and it’s my number one choice. I wish there was a Clean Juice where I live.

The chocolate one. I am a huge fan of eating healthy and chocolate so having a quick stop option for a healthy protein drink before work or after a workout is fantastic. Thank you.

Poor Functionality. The app looks great, but it doesn’t work very well. I’ve had orders not go through to the store, you can order (and pay for) items the store doesn’t have in stock. It always provides a wait time of 20 min - which is never accurate. Apps should make ordering easier. This makes it worse. I guess it’s a nice online menu?

Orders late and messed up. Since getting the new app, my orders have taken way longer than the app has told me and orders have been wrong on multiple occasions. I never had this issue with the old Clean Juice app and have been a customer for a long while. Today’s order was to be ready at 11:04am and it’s still not ready at nearly 11:30am. I ordered it at 10:44. Something is wrong with the technology. It seems the stores are not receiving orders in a timely fashion and are not getting all of the details.

Subtract items options. New Apt is much improved over the previous version in terms of functionality. Need to add an option to remove ingredients not just add.

Login info needs to be fixed. I initially set up my account in store with phone number only. App requires email to log in. Added my email and tried to set up my account but keep getting error message that account with my phone number is already set up. No way for me to log in except for using a different phone number.

Lovin’ Clean Juice. So glad I discovered Clean Juice, this place is awesome! Healthy, fresh, tasty and the staff are friendly and professional. I’ve tried 4 different items so far, today going to try a pumpkin bowl. Thank you Clean Juice!

Favorite place to eat in town!. Clean juice is such a blessing to our family. We have a child with celiac‘s which means no gluten allowed in her diet. Clean juice offers healthy and gluten free options for her and the entire family. We love it there.

Great Customer Service. My husband and I fell in love with this place on our first visit. Good customer service is rare and this place has demonstrated great customer service on each visit, I can say we visit regularly. Clean nice space!

So good!. Love getting a protein smoothie here! So easy to order on the app and I’ve already had $5 off twice thanks to rewards! It’s fabulous being able to order a good drink that is organic and everything is fully good for my pregnant body!! Love this place!!!

The BEST place to eat right!. A shout out to the Anthem, Arizona location for being a beacon of light in the community! The lowest calorie green juices are my go to when juice fasting. The rest of the time I enjoy a snoothie with extra hemp protein!

X button doesn’t work well. Overall, app is nice looking. But I have to literally click the top left X button 5 time to close out of the menu item I am looking at. Kind of annoying. It works the first time, then stops.

No complaints. I’ve been coming here since May. Great menu selection! My favorite is the Berry Bowl! This place is better than the rest.

Crashes. I just downloaded the app as a new location opened up near me. I’m on it for maybe a minute before it crashes on me. Just like that the app closes. No updates are needed it appears to be up-to-date. Please fix this bug!

Bummer. I absolutely love clean juice but this might be the worst restaurant app I’ve ever tried to use. It never lets me sign in with my existing account, it doesn’t let me create an account, unable to order through the app. Very frustrating.

Love the Food, but App Crashes Too Much. thoroughly enjoy the smoothies and cleanse products, but app is in dire need of some bug fixes. this app crashes about every 30 seconds, rendering it useless until fixed.

Long long long waits. I ordered a juice - I was surprised by a 20 minute wait which was then extended well beyond - I waited nearly 40 minutes for a juice .... a mom with 3 kids when she went in after us and was given a 30 minute wait. Great good and quality - but need more staffing.

Consistent Greatness. Every-time I visit this location they are so friendly and the juices/smoothies and made to perfection! It’s my favorite Clean Juice location ever!

Not intuitive. Hard to get around. Not user friendly. I had a hard time finding the different cleanses. Sometimes I’m able to add a note, sometimes not.

App Update causing issues. Log in using apple is not re-connecting to the old account which was logged in same way. Lost all history of old account. Reset password does not work with email. Would not let me order ahead with the ‘new’ account logged in with Apple ID. Don’t know how to resolve this and find my old account details.

Hard to use and back option doesn’t. Forced to put things in your cart that you don’t want and then have to remove them later can’t see all descriptions and details of options.

Not user friendly!. Terrible app if you need to make revisions to the Cleanse Club. I’ve wasted so much time trying to figure it out. The ‘Join Now’ keeps going back to the beginning. How can I make revisions in my ‘Manage Subscriptions’ when I can’t change my subscription?
