What is greenformers help app? A mobil alkalmazás célja, hogy Szeged területén jelentkező problémák, észrevételek, panaszok, bejelentések minél gyorsabban ahhoz az intézményhez, városi céghez kerüljenek, akihez tartoznak és mindez egységes kezelésben egy alkalmazást használva.
Az alkalmazás a problémához megadott kategória alapján továbbítja a bejelentést az illetékes intézményhez, céghez. Rossz kategória kiválasztása esetén az intézmények egymás között a megfelelő helyre továbbítják a bejelentést. Amennyiben a bejelentéssel együtt megad a felhasználó egy e-mail címet, akkor a megadott e-mail címre az adott intézmény visszajelez. A probléma leírása mellett a felhasználó megadhatja annak helyét (GPS koordinátákkal). A leírás és a pontos hely kiegészítéseképpen készíthetünk maximum 4 fényképet is a bejelentés jobb érthetősége érdekében.
Az alkalmazás bűncselekmény bejelentésére nem használható.
Az alkalmazás kifejlesztése a Szeged Megyei Jogú Város Önkormányzata vezetésével, az URBAN Innovative Actions (UIA) Európai Uniós program keretein belül „Smart Alliance for Sustainable Mobility” címmel létrejött pályázat támogatásával készült.
