Rubbish. I can sometimes use the the 10 time before even getting one notification. I have been using this company for nearly 4 years what a waste of money. I will not recommend it to anyone

App easy to use. Initially I was given incorrect info by a caravan dealer but a call to helpful staff at QuikTrak soon had me understanding & easily using the app.

Looks Ok. Too soon to know Love it one of the best apps. I am having a problem again. It is intermittent when I press the contact button that turns on the electrical start up. Anything you can do please? Peter Scott SN8KE

Not reliable. Uses up credit without providing requested positioning

Not doing as it’s required. Not doing as designed, not sure if it’s the hardware fitted to car or app software. I use to get notifications when car started and stop but this has all stopped. Need support or I’m going with an alternative option.

Playback Not Working. Try to do a playback for January 1st 2020 for a few hours that day and get an error message that playback can’t play more than 7 days (I only selected a few hours that day). Worked all fine in the previous app so obviously a bug.

Constant issues. Nothing but issues. I swapped from another company to this one because the other company stopped selling the product. I’ve had nothing but problems. They have been keeping contact to rectify the problem but it just doesn’t work. My previous app showed notifications when the car was bumped, started etc, it also showed its location instantly. This one just won’t work. Pretty frustrated to have to keep contacting them.

I would recommend. We use it in our Caravan - excellent security and peace of mind

Port Automated reporting. Has poor automated email reports - big feature other companies nail

Lots of potential and works well just a glitch sometimes. I could have rated this 2-3 stars as I had a few start up and ongoing issues ( not working as described, my asset deleted by the system, not saying I had enough credits when I had plenty and the unit had to be physically repositioned) for about 2-3 weeks but the potential is 5 stars. However, It’s well featured, geolock and find location works. Status update is inconsistent, I request an update and don’t always receive it. Immobilisation is easy with a click of a button. Support always returned emailed me in a very timely manner even on weekends. I like the credit system so the on going expense is minimal. Support blamed me for the issues been “largely around my understanding of how the system works” but having a bachelor, masters and soon to be doctorate in engineering I find that statement puzzling, but it’s more their manuals and communication should have been better. The satellites seem to take a while to find the asset eg leaving my garage but once they do it’s fine. Overall I would recommend the system! as its does what you need but also their system is “continually developing and service issues may arise time to time) as quoted by their support.

Great value app. Brilliant app for most anyone’s needs. Unless you’re going the full hog off ghost immobilisers on high end-vehicles in ultra-secure parking, this has everything you need with a great interface and top notch user support. Nothing to really complain about and value for money.

Update of App. The alarm went off and my phone number wasn’t correct on the upgrade of app or were we notified either via email or contacts that the alarm had gone off.

Tracker does’t appear to be working. App is showing that out van is outside of our home when it’s actually 34klms away!

App is only ok. The process of watching the playback of tracking the vehicle's is Tedious graphic and the display of information could be easier compared to other tracking apps I have used before in the past.

Icons not working. The View All icon in the app shown on the location map is not functioning. It’s no big deal but it does help to see all the information instantly when it functions properly.
