Great game, too many ads!. This game is delightful, but i seriously doubt i will be playing it for long, because it is so ridiculously over come with one stupid ad after another. Every game is relatively short in duration, and with a 30 second ad between ever game, hell, there is much more advertising going on than gaming! I thought the customer was the one you want to please, but i doubt anyone is pleased with dozens and dozens of repetitive ads... it’s beyond logical to think your business model will survive (in spite of your obviously well funded promotional budget)with these boring, repetitive, and ill-produced ads clogging the game flow. You got too greedy on this one, better tone it down or this won’t be your only goodbye! I gave the game five stars, but whoever is in charge of these excessive ads is drowning your future.

Ads ads and more ads. I really enjoyed playing this game and did so through 200 levels. It’s brilliantly developed with great attention to detail. Whoever made this did superior work. Thank you. The issue I had was the incessant ads. There’s an ad after every level, there are no shortcuts out of the ads (as there were in Wordscapes), and the ads are generally 30-60 seconds long each requiring an interaction to close them. That is far longer than almost every level I played took to complete. I would read emails on my phone, let the dog out, get a glass of water, make a phone call, use the bathroom, let the dog back in, or something in between each level played. After every ten levels there’s a “prize.” An ad plays before the “prize” can be collected, and another ad plays before the next level can be played. Maybe it would be more tolerable if the levels took more time to play. I probably averaged 5-20 seconds for each level. Level 181 was the first level that was somewhat challenging. Maybe 1/4 of the levels between 180 and 200 took me 30 seconds or longer to complete (not including ads). In every game I never used the undo feature or the “SKIP” button. I plan to delete the game after completing this review although I think it’s an intriguing and well-done game. Kudos to the one(s) who made it! Too bad there’s such a brazen effort to get us to either install more games or spend more $$ over and above the high monthly phone bill and the high cost of the phone.

Awesome, fun, and perhaps problem solving. I normally don’t enjoy reviews, but I enjoyed what “Fairer Review” explained. I play plenty of games with ads, so NO BIG DEAL! I “x” through them and play the game. I also NEVER PAY for any tokens or items that supposedly increase the play. I figure, I’m playing for enjoyment and relaxation. I already have a REAL life so if I do not “win” a particular level, so what! I play again until I win. This “tangled” chain game is great fun and , I’m my opinion, increases problem solving skills. One needs to “look” before they “do”; not just “leap in” and hope it works out. The first levels are VERY SIMPLE. Do not dismiss this. The levels do become more challenging. I’m an “oldie” at 63 so perhaps my perspective is more relaxed about achieving perfect scores and such.

Great game! But ads take over. The game itself is awesome! Very mentally satisfying, and challenging!...if it weren’t for the ads. This game is taken over by 90% ads, taking away the little satisfaction from the short levels. The first levels go very quickly, with an ad in between every single level, taking much longer to watch. And they are not pleasant, they are blurry and not relevant to this type of game. You can purchase the removal of ads for a very low price, but the feeling of discouragement from waiting so long to play each level and watching so many ads already makes you not want to purchase anything. I recommend removing the ads on the first 10 levels, because these go by so fast. It is painful to play this game due to ads but the game on it’s own I imagine as highly addictive and worth paying for if the player can get a small interrupted chance to experience it. It is a very unique game, been waiting for something like this for a while!

Great game but.... Wonderful game. Just the kind I like. Starts off super easy, almost too easy. I know it’s to practice the game mechanics and learn the idea but it shouldn’t take that many rounds to learn it. And the ads weren’t that bad in the beginning. You could play a few rounds before the ads came around again, but then when the game started to get challenging there were ads after every round. So it made me think about paying for ad free, then I saw it was 3$... while I liked the game and it was just the sort of puzzle I enjoy I don’t see it as a 3$ value. Sorry. 1$ at best imo. I will probably end up deleting soon if these every round ads continue. It takes away from the game too much. I shouldn’t be watching ads more than I am playing the game. FYI I’m not one of those f2p players. I enjoy supporting devs when it’s a good game and I have a few that I support with monthly passes. Thank you for the effort in making a good solid game.

Too many adds. There are adds all over the place and the levels progress really slowly. I wasted like 20 minutes on it and only got to a level that was mildly difficult. The game play is also confusing. There were offers to get coins and no explanation of why you want coins. There is a bar on the left that does something and seems to encourage you to act fast. I nearly deleted the app because I was confused on how to play it (the first several levels are the exact same thing... 2 chains, not intertwined and super easy to beat). It felt like I was stuck on a loading/home page and kept watching adds to try and play the game with no success in my efforts. Only after force quitting the app several times when adds would come up did I realize that I was playing the game and it was just progressing painfully slow and there were a crazy amount of adds... So I deleted it. I wasn’t opposed to buying the no adds version for $3, but I wasn’t convinced it would be a good game from the free version.

Horrible game, seriously. I don’t know what they were thinking with this game, but it’s incredibly boring. The game play is lack luster and while it could be done well if there some some form of way to progress in the game, after a while it doesn’t go up in difficulty at all. Not to mention the fact that after every level (usually passed within thirty seconds) it will show you an add. Most of the time you have to watch the add, or the x to leave the add is so small there isn’t a way to reasonably click it without it bringing up a “download here” pop up. All in all it’s extremely frustrating and is not worth it to download even remotely. I do however recommend reviewing it honestly if you do download it. A lot of people love the gameplay but the adds are too much, which should be changed. I’ll be deleting the app shortly.

Designed to sell products; not made for a pleasing user experience. Fun concept, programmed well, I’m giving it 2 stars because the first 20 levels pose no challenge at all and by the time the game starts to get interesting, I was done with it. If you removed 2/3rds or the first 20 levels (which are just pointless), you’d have a far more compelling game. About every 2 to 3 levels you have to watch an Ad, so within 5 minutes of playing this I’d already seen about 10 ads. I’m sure once the game starts to get more challenging, this ratio of gameplay to ads makes more sense, but when you’re speeding through so many pointless levels at the beginning that take no degree of actual mental engagement, you feel like you’re just watching commercials while waiting for the “real” game to start. After about level 12 I went to delete the app but decided to keep playing to see how long it took for the actual challenges and fun levels to show up. By the time I got to them though, I didn’t want to play anymore. I’d like to download and play it again when the developers do an update that keeps the user experience more in mind.

Froze and lost place. I started playing, got tired of the ads so I paid the $2.99, then got to level 76. At this point the game froze up. I could still buy new chains and landscapes but it would not give me a board to play. I tried watching an ad to skip but it brought me back to a blank board. Exiting and reopening did not help. I then deleted and reopened and it took me back to level one. On top of all this the puzzles do not get very hard. I was hoping they would get more challenging. It’s not worth playing through to level 76 to see if it will let me go further. I want my money back. Edit: The $2.99 doesn’t remove ALL ads. You still have to watch ads for various perks. I’ve seen several complain that you have to watch the ads after paying to unlock the padlocks. This is true, but note you can complete the levels with them locked. You just have to move the free end to the locked end. Makes it slightly more challenging, but not enough.

ADS kill the fun. Overall the game is simple, fun and a time killer which is a good thing (I play cell phone games usually to kill time or when bored so it’s a great distraction). However, the levels are easy to complete and you get an AD literally after each level. I understand the purpose of the ADS, but it shouldn’t be after EVERY SINGLE LEVEL. I spend almost an equal amount of time playing a level as the length of the AD. I would’ve given this game an easy 4-5 stars but the ADS kill the game. All of these games now aren’t worth the time anymore. I’ve paid for a few games to be AD-free but paying for every single game to be AD free isn’t worth the time and money. To the Developers, if you would adjust the frequency of the ADS, then you would have a solid simple and fun game. Till then, I’ve deleted the game and moving on to other productive things like projects around the house.

Game is actually good concept. This game could actually be good. The puzzles are easy and calming. Game uses hepatics which I find extremely relaxing. If you don’t like hepatics, you can turn the vibrations off from the settings cog. The game quickly increases difficulty but it is still easy to get through without frustration. Now my problem with the game. ADS! The first ad appears after the 2 step intro demo. You must watch ad before the next level is available. You are then offered a choice of a large reward which takes you to an ad or a smaller reward which appears to let you continue to the next level. This only works for the lowest levels with only 2 chains however, you still get an ad every 2-3 rounds. You build up your rewards to get a prize box. After selecting the box, you go to an ad. You can also choose to “lose reward” in which case.......you go to an ad. As chains increase, so do ads. Now, no matter what, every round brings at least 1 ad regardless of what reward I choose. I really wanted to love this game, because I need something to take my mind off this pandemic for a few minutes each day. I will be deleting it though because the extreme number of ads causes me more frustration and anxiety.

Fun game. Fun and simple game that can get a little tricky here and there. Yes the amount of ads are a little annoying but that’s par for the course with free games, and not why I didn’t give it a full 5 star review. The reason it’s not 5 star is because of a few problem I’ve had while playing: 1) on challenges picking up and putting down a rope on the same peg counts as a move, even though it didn’t go anywhere, and 2) if the ropes are still touching, even if you did untangle them, it still doesn’t register and you have to move them around a bit more. This isn’t a problem on normal lvls but on the challenges it has messed me up a couple times.

Easy Puzzler, got tired of the ads. Relatively easy puzzler and eventually it got boring to play. All ads you can skip by exiting out and then opening the app again. However, don’t skip the present ad because it gives you a cosmetic unlock. You play around 100 levels to unlock all cosmetics. Gameplay is moving the rings from post to post to unravel the strings. Weird issue when two rope rings are each on their own counterpart but, the rope itself overlaps(not entangled) the other rope despite being untied. Got bored and just played to get the unlocks. Cool concept but, no difficulty curve. Had fun playing the first 30ish levels. If there are more ropes added around like level 200 and I missed them, apologies but I’m not spending the time to check.

Love This Game But.... I’m truly enjoying the game itself. I’m up to level 152 and I like that the levels get harder to a degree but not impossible. I don’t think I’ve used the skip button once. The only complaint I have is the fact that at the end of the levels, you’re given the chose to receive a substantial amount of coins if you watch a video and a lesser amount for no video. However, there’s an ad no matter which one you pick. Granted, you can skip the video that earns you less coins but it’s still bothersome. If the programmers can eliminate that, the game would be pretty perfect 👍🏾

Remove the “TAP TO START” button!. I have really enjoyed playing this game. I accept that occasionally I’ll run into levels I’ve already seen before. The updates, however, usually add new levels to keep things interesting. The latest update though added something that you should look into. I know it’s trivial but a “TAP TO START” button was added that has to be pressed before each level begins. There’s no real reason in my opinion for this feature to have been added. It wasn’t in the earlier versions and doesn’t seem to have any real benefit. I think this is a feature that should be removed in future updates.

Disappointed. So, while the graphics and concept of this game are cool, I got to level 20 and the puzzles were still extremely simple that a child could easily complete. I feel like the main purpose of this game is to add fear to the players by exposing us to the colorful yet violent games the ads ask us to download. Why does it take me 2 seconds to complete the puzzle yet I have sit through 30 seconds of a Homescapes ad of characters ring set on fire or eaten by bears? Lol. It sounds ridiculous and that’s cause it is. Is no one else paying attention to what we’re being exposed to or is everyone else just wanting a fun game and not caring about what makes sense? I think the developers need to either monitor their ads better or get a better marketing team. The game itself as I said was just too simple and took more tome watching ads then actually having fun playing. If the levels had more of a challenge to them then I probably wouldn’t t notice how often I’m being exposed to the ridiculous ads. Just my opinion.

Levels repeat. I started playing this thinking the levels would get more challenging as I went on.....nope. The further I got the more I noticed I was repeating levels ever 10-15 levels and I had to put my phone on airplane mode and turn off WiFi so I could play the game and not have an add after every yes that’s right EVERY level. Once you I lock all the different chains and boards the coins you earn every level 400 or 1200 if you watch the add go to nothing. There is nothing left to unlock and you will be a pro by level 120 as the levels repeat themselves and once you reach 200 you get a 3 way chain but again the levels repeat themselves so if you have any type of memory none of it is a challenge, relaxing? Yes challenging? No. All depends on the type of game your looking for as for me I wanted the challenge so it was disappointing to me but to someone whose looking for something not as challenging and relaxing it might be perfect. This unfortunately was not right for me.

Fun mind game in exchange for ad revenue. There are so many ads in this game. At the beginning, it’s 1 advertisement for approx. every 3 levels, but as you get to the tougher levels, you start getting ads after every level. The longer you spend on a level, the more likely you are to get an ad afterwards. You’d might as well just watch the ad video to get extra in-game bonuses when you get to around Level 30, because if you’re on one level for more than about 15 seconds, there’s a guaranteed ad afterwards. The first 20 levels are way too easy, totally mindless and boring. Things start picking up around level 21, and it’s pretty challenging and fun around 30. The difficulty curve is a little weird. But if you can survive all the ads on the way to level 30, then it’s a lot of fun beyond there. UPDATE: I’m now on level 90, and the ads are beyond obnoxious. Also, I’ve already earned enough coins to win every rope and background setting. You really need to add more to give players an incentive to work towards. Also, the difficulty pretty much stagnates at level 30. Once you figure out the way things work, it’s very easy. You need more than 3 ropes to a level, and it would be great if they were extremely tangled and took more than 10-15 seconds to work out.

Fun little Relaxing game. I downloaded this game because I had tangle master 3-D up to level 1100, got a new iPhone and couldn’t get the progress synced because AT&T screwed up new phone; they didn’t understand that Sim cards do not come in the new devices. So much for training. AnyWho, I really enjoy this game and I really think it’s funny when people complain about the ads. You are getting a free game. I don’t know about you, but I don’t like working for nothing. And that’s what you’re asking these people to do. You pay four bucks for a latte every day yet you don’t wanna pay three dollars for a game that will keep you amused for hours at a time. $3 for hours of entertainment. My only complaint is, if I switch phones, I think you should be able to follow my Apple ID. This is a great way to kill some time and just relax. I love it.

Worst Example or Plagued with Ads I’ve ever seen!. This game caught my eye just to challenge my puzzle solving skills and pass the time but what I’m greeted with is an agonizingly drawn out and ad hungry game that just wants as much money as possible no matter how many times it inconveniences the player! Oh did you beat a level? If you want the most money out of that level, watch an ad! Oh did you beat 4 levels in a row? Here’s an unavoidable ad! Oh you beat enough levels to get your first little present as a reward? Looks like you need to watch an ad to open it or don’t watch the ad and lose the prize! The first couple levels start out unbelievably easy and don’t show any difficulty until level 7 but by then you’ve been bombarded by so many “Hey you should watch this ad” that the game doesn’t even feel worth it!

Fun for awhile. This is a very well made game. The graphics are nice and it controls well. The problem is that it gets boring after awhile. I’m on level 285 and there hasn’t been much of any difficulty increase over the first 30 or so puzzles. I still like to play it every now and again to kill some time. There are a lot of ads which are annoying. I would have just purchased the game to get rid of the ads but there’s not enough to it to justify the cost. You can upgrade the look of the chains/ropes and the background but other than that it’s basically the same puzzle over and over again. I still chose to give it 4 stars because I did have fun with it for awhile, it’s very well made, and even though I’ve grown bored of it I still do play it on occasion.

Absolute trash. 5 levels in and the only levels I got were pathetic levels that are far too easy. Out of all of those levels the red and the blue chain didn’t intersect one single time. They were both on their own pegs where all you had to do is tap 4 times just so you can solve it instantly. If it isn’t obvious enough they made the fake ad to make it look like a puzzle game so you’ll instal it. But once you’ve installed it they already got what they wanted and each level you play is a bonus to them because their is an ad between the levels of glorified tapping your screen. All 5 levels I played were the same 5 levels copy and pasted in the most blatant way possible. 5 levels in and I played only one single level and on top of that an ad exists between each of them so it’ll take at least 4 levels before you realize this is all the game is.

Good time killer...until app won’t load. Fun game: simple, addicting, gratifying yet frustrating. WAY TOO MANY ADS...if you want to help other developers, don’t advertise so many different games/apps. I ended purchasing for $3 so I suppose you guys got what you wanted. Now, all of sudden at level 174, I exited the game and went back to play later and game wouldn’t load. Tried it multiple times and nothing. Powered off my phone, powered up my phone and took attempts for game to start. And then, I had to start all over even after restoring my purchase. Got up to level 343 and boom, won’t open again. Restarted my phone and still can’t get it. So, at this point, waste of $3 and one less time killer. FYI, all other apps and games and functions on my phone work perfectly fine. Fix the crash

Pretty good but a few notes. I want a game reset button. I got +500 lvls in under 2 hours of game play. It’s definitely a money farm for the developers. I wish there were more rewards for completing lvls. I got everything around 150. If you want an actual challenge Flow is more difficult, and similar. This is pretty good at my 4 am wake up and put baby back to sleep. Enough to keep me from falling asleep, but not too demanding. Few additions and this could be wonderful. Like a 4th strand... more rewards. A game reset. My favorite levels were around levels 50-90. They started reusing a lot of layouts after that, but the difficult ones were kinda spaced out by 10+ lvls

Pretty Good. The beginning levels don’t even have any knots, which is why I initially rated this game two stars; in general, I think the difficulty needs to progress a bit faster, or maybe users should be allowed to navigate the levels as they wish. It would be nice to go back to previous levels sometimes. Mechanics could use some tweaking. I keep expecting chains to disappear when their ends are stacked together, but if they are blocking another chain, they don’t disappear. Maybe it would be better if the chains did not disappear until the level is solved. I also think it would be good to show in the tutorial that you can drag the end of a chain around rather than just tap the end of the chain and the destination. My bad if this was in the tutorial and I missed it. The challenge at level 90 solved itself: I stretched a rope too far, and it somehow ricocheted and untied itself, allowing me to complete it in two moves.

New update: Game no longer freezes after last update. UPDATE: The developers fixed the freezing issue the same day I submitted this review. Things are great now and I’m impressed this was addressed so quickly. I need to wrap up this review and get back to the game. Thanks, much, Go Knots 3D! I love this quick, simple game. I’m on level 1173 and have been playing for a couple of weeks. Everything was great (with the ads getting less annoying) but since the last update, the game freezes. I finish a game then ... frozen. I have to totally close the game then restart the app. So, I’m not playing all that much anymore. Oh, and I kind of wish the games would get progressively harder. :)

Gameplay is ok; ad ratio is atrocious. The puzzle solving part of this game lost its appeal pretty quickly for me. It was fun for the first 50 levels or so. It DOES become significantly more challenging if you stick out the early levels. This is where the problems begin, because the ad ratio is close to 1:1. For the first 10 levels, only two ads shown. After that, it got worse, until eventually an ad would play after almost EVERY SINGLE LEVEL. This is not an exaggeration. This became the normal, and there were rare instances where I would be given the next level without an ad play. Later levels take longer, so I understand why they increase the rate of ads. But every level is too often. Uninstalled as a result.

Great game for a while, then no new challenges. I really enjoyed this game and find it both challenging and relaxing. I don’t mind the ads because I understand why they’re there. I never watch ads to gain extra points. The different styles of ropes were worth earning because some made it visually easier to play, but the backgrounds are not worth adding. However, I’ve gotten to level 546 and have noticed that I’m probably replaying the same 20-30 games over and over since level 100 or so. Same ones keep reappearing, so they’re not getting any more difficult. I’ve beaten 21 out of 22 challenges and there haven’t been any more new ones since...maybe level 200? Once I beat that last challenge (which was actually the 8th one, not the latest), I’ll probably stop playing. It’s losing my interest.

No excuse for Ads to override silence button!. ATTENTION DEVELOPERS: There is absolutely NO reason that the sound from the ads should be able to override my silence button. What if I’m playing this game while holding a sleeping baby or in a business meeting or in church? If I want the game to play completely sound free then HONOR that! Don’t push your way into my space and impose your settings over mine! Give ME the choice whether or not I want to listen to the millions of excessive ads that you’re already shoving down our throats. It’s bad enough that I have to watch an ad after winning a level, then I also have to “choose” whether I want to earn 1200 coins or lose 400 coins for the pleasure of watching another ad. Giving us the freedom and ability to turn off sound should be OUR choice, NOT yours! Fix this now! I’ve obviously earned it, having already reached level 185.

Fun game except for crash. I really like this game and it’s a great way to kill time. I’ve seen a lot of people complaining about the ads but not wanting to pay for ad free - if you turn off cellular for the app and then go off of wifi, you can play the game without ads while still being able to use your phone. The only problem, which I’ve only seen one other review about, is the fact that the app crashes eventually. Not in the middle of the game, but when I tried to open the app after not playing for a while, it would not load at all. It just shoes a dark grey screen and eventually what I try, how long I wait for it to load, etc. This has happened twice and I’ve deleted and re-downloaded but had to start over - at this point I’m just expecting it to continue happening.

Game is strictly for advertisement or pay a fee. The 1st 7 levels are a joke, no knots or tangles. After every level there is a 30 second ad, each level doesn’t take 30 seconds to play about 10-15 seconds at most. Since level 5, and I’m on level 30, killing time waiting for IT to remotely fix my computer, it has been the same ad for Klondike Adventures. For the 1st 10 levels the sound on ad was muted automatically after that it would play so I either had to quickly hit mute or just turn down volume on my phone. After every 10 levels you get a prize. But to accept you have to watch another ad for Klondike Adventures. Then prize is revealed. Which basically is something to change the background of the game. Oh big whoop! To return to game another ad. I’ve spent more time watching the ads then playing. On some levels you have the tangle resolved but if the chain or ropes are even touching it does not resolve the game.

Problems with the game. I love your games but suddenly I started having problems with Go Knots 3D. I was up to level 335 with over 30,000 points when the game started acting up. It began with being very slow moving between pegs and then started freezing after I finished a level. It would go to the point award screen but wouldn't go any further. The only way I could continue was to close the game and re-start it. I thought it might need to be updated but when I looked at it on the App store it did not indicate that it did. Finally I deleted the game and re-installed it which totally wiped out all the progress I'd made and that still did not fix the problem. I play on an iPad (5th generation) and software v15.4.1 I really enjoy this game and will continue playing it even if I have to close it after every level but I would rather it would perform as it is supposed to do. I would happily rate it with 5 stars at that point. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Good App. First of all, a huge thank you to the developers for not falsely advertising this app! What you see is truly what you get, and nothing less. It is an amusing app good for passing the time. For those of you new to it, you really don’t need to spend extra time watching ads to triple the value of coins. The coins are mainly needed for customizing the ropes/chains or the scenery and for participating in challenges later on. I got everything I needed within the first 100 levels. A word of caution. Sometimes the app does glitch. Nothing major. I’ve had the ropes get stuck before because of a lag. If that happens, just restart the level or close out of the app. Quick easy fix. Likewise, a few times you’ll actually have one of the ropes untangled and solved, but there’s something about the programming that recognize the rope is isolated. Just pick up the rope end and wiggle it so that its lying position changes some then hook the end back into the peg. That should solve the issue.

Fun at first, but the levels repeat. At first this game is very entertaining. The concept is very clever and fun, and the look of this game is very nice. However, there are two main flaws: 1) ads, there are so many ads in this game. I understand this is a consequence of playing a free game, but even still these ads seem excessive compared to what I've experienced in other games. However, this doesn't ruin the game, as there are ways around this issue. 2) the bigger problem with this game, is that after a certain point, the levels start repeating. This is very frustrating, because the level numbers continue to increase. You think that you will experience new, more complex levels, but you are just playing the same levels over and over again. Some are harder than others but it's very boring. Once you catch on, it's very disappointing.

Ads with a game in it. If you like ads, this game is for you. I’m on level 33 and with all the ads I’ve had to watch after and in between nearly every level, I’ve been able to write a novel, read the dictionary, discover myself, learned to love again, take a cruise to Alaska and finally finished the shed I was working on. Some people think that ingenuity or creativity is the way to make a game, but hey, that’s for creative people. You guys went with the ever growing, shady method of overflowing your product with ads, which has turned entertainment into a chore. You’re attempting to force people into pay $3 to turn off ads in a game that might be worth .99 cents. Same story, different game. I hope people start getting smart enough to stop enforcing this practice, which will hopefully get rid of it, but I won’t get my hopes up.

This is NOT how you get me to pay for No Ads. I love this game, but there is something wrong with their ad model. If it were fixed it'd be average for a game in this category; like any of those "___ io" games. After each level you can watch an ad for 3x gold (used to buy chain skins and backgrounds, but nothing functional as it IS a simple game). If you just want to get to the next level without the bonus, you can. Now in most games like this you then have a chance of having to wait through an ad to proceed, which is totally fair- but this game makes you watch one EVERY SINGLE STAGE. I hope it's a glitch, otherwise there is no reason not to watch the ad AND get a bonus. Choosing to skip the bonus and still having to watch the ad is just wasting my time and no way to pressure me into paying $2.99 for No Ads. If you have the time for that, just watch the video each stage for the bonus cuz you'll be waiting 30-40 seconds between levels either way.

Great concept, not challenging, next-level ad mill. So the concept and gameplay is awesome, save for some minor physics bugs that can be only slightly annoying. Problem is it took no time to go through something like 150 levels, you have all of the collectibles after level 110 or so, and the game doesn’t get wildly harder. I just got bored quick, and the ADS! Oh my the ad force is strong with this one. We’re talking invisible close buttons, fake close buttons that bring you to the App Store, and the frequency is more than any reasonable person could consider acceptable. Took you 3 seconds to solve that level? Have another ad, speedy Gonzalez. Devs need to realize they’re pushing people away with this garbage.

This game is an advertisement for other games. There is no gameplay until level 7. At that point you have been forced to watch 3 separate advertisements for other games taking 2 minutes. The first 6 levels take about 10 seconds to complete. There isn’t any challenging puzzle afterwards. Only 2 chain puzzles with one move to beat the puzzle. During that time you will watch another 3 advertisements taking another 2 minutes. Those levels only took about 15 seconds. In order to complete each level or progress you need to press a button to confirm. The only confirm button displayed is linked to a separate advertisement for yet another game. However if you wait a few seconds, a second, non-advertisement button will display. The point is, this game is built to be an advertisement for other games. Please don’t waste your time downloading it. Please do not waste you effort on seeing if there’s anything worthwhile here because there isn’t. They had a great idea which would probably make money if they put effort into it and sold it for a few bucks, but they didn’t. The whole point of this app (it’s not a game) is to advertise other “games” (apps...) for you to download. 0/5 stars.

Only review you need to read.. After reading what other people think and, of course, playing the game through multiple rounds I have come to the conclusion that this game is not bad. I will admit, the first TWENTY rounds don’t even involve untying knots, but instead just placing the string on their pole, which I found pretty repetitive. However, I do like the concept a lot! In addition, unlike a lot of mini games that have tons of advertisements like this one, this app has no lag and is really smooth which, you have to give credit on. Yes, I will pay to remove the ads and continue playing this game often, it’s really relaxing and I like it a lot! (=

Good mind puzzle but stupid levels with No rewards. This is a good mind puzzle game for those who like but this app has some stupid sections that make no sense and add nothing to the game or user experience. 1. Levels where it takes you to a completely diff screen so you can move to another level...wastes soo much time when playing the game and serves NO purpose. You don’t get anything it doesn’t achieve anything it literally just loves the circle to another level number - also the graphics are horrible on this screen and again serve no purpose 2. For the last 20 rewards - meaning I have completed the levels and reached 100% - you get a present and there use to be options inside - now the present is empty and it freezes the game. I have to close out and restart every time. I am currently on level 410 and for the last 20+ presents have not received anything.

Don’t waste your time. This game is mind-numbingly easy, with virtually no challenge to it. If you have ever untied a knot in your life you will have little difficulty playing this game. I got to level 130 in less than 30min, and even when the game introduces locks at level 50, it does not make it any more exciting. Other than that, there is an add after every ~2 games, and it costs $3 to play this game without watching ads with a a brief time of game, and even then the game will still give you ads occasionally. The cosmetic changes aren’t difficult to obtain, and there is only 9 for the rope’s visual appearance (1000 coins each), and 9 for the background (3000 coins each). There is nothing to get after this, so the coins awarded after every level are meaningless. The game, if you can call it that, also gets glitches and sometimes even when you have untied a piece it remains as if it is still tangled; it sometimes will also remove a rope even when it is still tangled. If you like ads with a splash of game, no challenge whatsoever, meaningless upgrades that are easy to obtain, and a game that tries to push ads on you even after you buy the no-ads version, then this game is for you.

You’re basically paying for this game. The game is fun, I’ll give it that. But the major problem is the amount of ad videos this game has. Basically after every level there’s a ad video waiting for you. Want to restart the level because you messed up? Ad video. You’re stuck on a level and want to skip it? As video. Want more gold after a level? Ad video. If you have little patience, you’re gonna get very annoyed with the amount of ads it has, almost to the point where it tempts you to buy the $2.99 No Ads in game purchase. Like that has to be crime in some sort, right? The game is fun but with the amount of advertisements on it, it sours the “flavors” and makes it unbearable. I had the game for like 10 minutes, deleted it due to the annoying ads everywhere. Not worth it tbh.

A little improvement here and there. Essentially this game is a time passer and as mentioned in another review, an ad pusher. Some improvements is needed to make this game feel a little less “just click randomly and get coins” and a little more like “figure out the ‘puzzle’ and get coins”. Which, also brings me to my next point: The gift idea is a good idea, but I feel that you could pull a crossy road and either pay in game coins or a log in gift. I definitely don’t like having to watch a 30 second or so ad every time I want a gift. All-in-all this game is mostly bugless and that’s hard to come by in iPhone games like this. I feel that it (the game) needs a little improvement and then I think it’d be a pretty good game.

Good game. This is a wonderful mind stimulating game. I love it and was honestly really happy when I found it, because it stimulates a part of the brain our species is not so good at. In genetics, we find most bacteria are actually better than humans at unzipping and re-arranging long dna strands, compounded on themselves forming many knots. Although this game does not have us decoding dna strands, it does get our brains thinking in that direction and could help bring out the future dna scientists in us, just by having a chance to think critically in this field. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star review is because of the ads. They are generic, and take longer than each puzzle actually takes to complete. I would look for a new ad service, because the one these developers are using to make money, are probably not even paying the developers enough to completely ruin their game. I think developers should also have marketing skills, be creative, maybe create a personal website with all your games and have people advertise there when it brings lots of traffic. Then the developers are in control of the money flow, and how many ads they want in their game. Because I am sure right now there is just an ad service working with them

Lagging problem?. This game is really fun to play! It is very satisfying when you figure out the levels. HOWEVER, the last couple of days when I tried to open the game, it would just freeze on a grey screen and never open the game. I deleted and then re-downloaded it and it worked the first time but then when I went to open it again later, grey screen. I deleted it again and re-downloaded it again and it worked then stopped again! Not to mention, each time I have to delete and re-download, it starts me over at level 1. I really enjoy this game and the concept of it but I won’t be playing it again until this bug or lag or whatever it is is fixed:(

Fun game, but starts getting buggy when you advance. I really enjoy the premise of this game. I’ve reached a point, at the 13th challenge level where it gave me an empty puzzle to solve. Since I couldn’t solve anything I skipped to the next regular level. Now when I try to go back in to the challenge levels to clear out the ones I failed on the first attempt (or had to skip because gold was low), it takes 1000 gold every time I try to play the level, but doesn’t give me a level to play....just takes the gold. Can’t find this game in Dischord. No support link or webpage. Paid to get rid of the ads, and no it won’t let me do any more challenge levels. No wonder it only has $7k app revenue. Frustrating, for what started out to be a nice app.

Great gane but too many ads. The game is a good game. But after downloading the app and opening it, basically 5 like 2 stages into the game I got an ad. And then I exited out of the app and then opened it back up and immediately there was an ad. In my opinion it is like the person that made the game is basically forcing you to buy the no ads. I know the creator needs to make money but there are too many ads to actually enjoy the game. I wish I could just play the game but with fewer ads. With fewer ads it would make the game more enjoyable to play and then people who are still annoyed withthe ads can just purchase the no ads. So basically in a nutshell the game is a great game that has too many ads that it makes the game unenjoyable.

Loading problem fixed, good game, too simple. Edit 5/3/20: The loading issue seems to be fixed, which is great! I haven’t had any problems opening the app the last few times I’ve played. Unfortunately after I got to level 100 I noticed that the levels repeat and the difficulty does not go up (and even goes down on some levels). I really enjoyed playing up to level 100, but with the stagnation of difficulty it can’t keep my interest through all the ads. — Let me say that I love this game. It’s great. You really have to put some thought into figuring out how to untie the knots, especially when the locked ends come into play. But I can’t give this more than one star because it almost NEVER LOADS (using iPhone 6S with iOS 13.4). Every time I try to open the app, I’m met with just a flat grey screen that remains no matter how long I wait. Sometimes restarting my phone helps, but not always and I shouldn’t have to restart my phone every time I want to play a game. I have never had this happen with a game before and it’s extremely frustrating. If they fix this loading issue, I will rate it five stars because it’s very fun.

Too Easy And Two Many Ads. Gonna echo the complaints of everyone else and state that this game is mind-numbingly easy. Don't get me wrong, it's a very fun concept, but you go through level after level thinking "oh, maybe the next level will have a challenge??" but Nope, they just throw in the tiniest little change like adding an extra peg, locking a couple ends of a rope, etc. Eventually you get to the triple digits and realize it never becomes challenging. Then there's an ad every one or two games, so you spend 10 seconds playing the game then another 10 seconds watching an ad, rinse and repeat. The game is also has poorly programmed physics, so if your ropes are even vaguely touching but untangled the game won't read the level as completed. It's a fairly easy fix of just tossing the ropes back and forth a couple times, but it is annoying and proof of lazy programming.

The Fairest Review. I saw that the top review was some programmer pusher who’s okay with an ad-generating game and wanted to make an even fairer review. Sure, the point of video gaming on the phone is about wasting a few times and the owner of the game gets a few cents. However, you really can’t praise a game who’s first 10 levels are so simple a baby could do it. This is obviously made to make levels simpler so the consumer can get through the levels quicker, hence more videos come out quicker. I didn’t give it 1 stars since the top review also wants to rate the effort put into the programming stage of this game. Sure, they put in a weeks worth of time for this ad-pusher. But that’s all it really is. Nothing like any of the advertisements and I hope this isn’t set unignored. Do not get this game as it doesn’t even kill time in an entertaining way.

Fun game.. There is an ad after every single game at the beginning but it only costs a single payment of a few dollars to get rid of them permanently. Starts off a little slow, but stick with it. It gets challenging.

Great start but.... Being a puzzler I had to try this game. The start was slow and not challenging. It did pick up around level 20 and it became more enjoyable. I was addicted but, now we’ll past level 800, it’s no longer challenging. I see the same patterns over and over. I created my own challenge by solving it as quickly as I can. Getting 10 finished in 6 minutes is my top so now it’s not challenging anymore. I challenge the creators to make it harder. Would love to see that.

Too much ads. I know this is a fun game but way to much ads like it said to u want to get this gift for a ad then I said no then up came a ad so I couldn’t of got it so maybe less ads and I’ll give a higher rating. Far Too Many Ads. A decent looking game that could be a nice way to spend some time if it weren’t for the huge amount of adverts. Levels of difficulty increase very slowly, so completing one, especially early on, only takes a few seconds or so and after completing 3 there’s a 30-45 second advert that plays with the sound automatically on. This means that every ten minutes of play will consist of about six minutes of adverts. Makes the game more frustrating and boring than interesting and fun. I’ve deleted it.

Full of ads only good to play for a minute. So as soon as I finish level one it asks me to rate the app. Then I got a ad. Then the next 6 levels were the same thing. On the ad for the game it says “No Ads” on the top left but their actually is. They did it to make it look like they are advertising no ads but really their advertising to buy the no ads upgrade. Lazy Content.. My gripe with this game isn’t the actual gameplay itself, because eventually you do get to play some fairly interesting gameplay. BUT, before you can get to that, you have to endure hundred of ads, and play the same puzzle over and over again in different colours and in different places. They present the exact same puzzle, repeatedly. If I figured it out the first time, I’ll figure it out he next 10 times; give me a challenge, don’t be lazy and give us better content!

Almost a 50/50 play to ad ratio. If you nail through levels pretty quick, you are then subjected to an ad that takes the same time, if not more time than the level itself. Apps like this do not exist for your entertainment. They exist simply to waste your time (watching ads) and to line the developers pockets with ad revenue. It’s a disgusting business model that one can only hope is more closely regulated by Apple in the future.

Glitch. With some levels, you can just yank on the rope a bit and it glitches through the other rope(s) and you can finish the level.

Twists ropes. Not a bad game but too many time wasting ads detracts from the fun of playing the game. It would be a great game if it didn’t return to level 1 every time I play. I believe that I could do those kindergarten parts in my sleep now. Why don’t you have a way of saving which level you have reached and then start again from there? I will try one more lot, if still unhappy, then I will delete it.

CLICKBAIT. Every single level is followed by a 30 second ad unless you pay to get rid of it. don’t give it away as a free app if you literally need to buy it play properly. Fun Game, Way too Many Ads. It’s so fun and I like playing it but every time I start to play it I’m reminded why I give up. WAY TOO MANY ADS. An ad after each level is just ridiculous and most likely very unnecessary. A few ads here and there is understandable but the amount you drive now makes me want to delete the game.

In just two days I’m up to level 680. My only beef is that the puzzles don’t get any harder. On level 600 and something there was only one rope. Duh! A preschooler could have solved it. Doesn’t matter how high you get the puzzles are just the same. Needs more work to make higher levels harder not to just repeat the same old ones. I suppose you achieved the objective, I paid to have the ads removed but not really good enough to keep me interested. Sorry Just installed the latest update. Shocker! Locks up after every game. To many ads. Far to many adverts. Like every 2nd level. Ads are to long. Can put up with 5 second ads but ones that go longer are irritating. Same ads all the time other than that not a bad game / time waster.

Repeating. Got up to level 200 and thought some of the levels were repeating .... kept going up to 400 and yep they are on a twenty level repeat! So bored with the game... how about some new levels and a bit harder. A 5 year old can do most of these!

The outrageous volume of ads seriously detracts from enjoying this game. I decided to pay for ‘No Ads’ until I saw the exorbitant price of $4.49. Hey, developers; your game is not that good to warrant such an extortionist price. I just turn on ‘Airplane Mode’ to stop the ads. Sure, you miss out on bonuses but you make up those lost bonuses by playing more games. Lower your price to around $2.99 which in my view, even that amount it’s a little high but you might find people more willing to buy.

Glitching. It’s glitching it’s not my iPad because it’s new and my iPad is working fine because I got it looked at. It’s says to tap on the screen for the first level to was tapping it was frozen and it wasn’t working and I tried to delete the app but it won’t let me so I’m not happy with this game

Uninstalled- too many ads. I enjoyed the game however, there are far too many ads to make it worthwhile. Clearly, the amount of advertising carried in the free version is little more than a ploy to encourage the player pay for their removal. I am happy to sit through ads and for developers to monetise and earn an income but this was even too much for me and I uninstalled it at level 41.

Ridiculous amount of ads. I understand it’s a free apps hence you need ads. BUT the amount of ad is ridiculous. You get 30 sec ad each level you go (takes only a few seconds to go up a level). It’s not worth the time.

Annoying ads. It was pretty boring at the start. The chains aren’t even knotted or linked in any way until level 18. I almost deleted the game before I finally got there. It took forever. The games are good now though, I’m up to about level 28. There’s also annoying ads after every game and when you collect prizes they want you to watch videos. So I just exit out of the game and go back in. But it’s rather annoying :/ Edit: thanks to a handy hint I saw, if you put your phone in flight mode, no adds!! Also there’s a tiny glitch where sometimes if the chains are touching but not knotted, they’ll magically knot around each other. Rather confusing and annoying at times when you think you’re finished. But kind of adds to the challenge I guess 🤷‍♀️

Fix annoying Bug. Hi team I enjoy playing your game, but there is an annoying bug which is still there even though you just made an update to the game. No change since update. Please get rid of the white bar on the bottom of the screen that hides the money or video hint to play Bonus Cup Challenge game & Change Game Images.

Repetitive. The levels difficulty increases so slowly you’re basically doing the same level 3-5 times before a new element or difficulty is introduced. Not only this but the ad between every 3rd game gives the impression the whole game it self just drags on. The type of game you’d play for 10 minutes, close, and never play again.

Ads, with a game attached.. I saw the game promoted. Liked the concept. Installed that app. Played for about 15 minutes ... of which at least 12 of that was full screen ads. And, there’s an ever present banner ad as well!! Such a shame, because the game had potential. But I’ve got better things to do with my life than watch an ad barrage. As a developer myself, I absolutely understand ads can support app developers, but this was simply over the top.

Potential. I really liked the concept but it doesn’t seem to increase in difficulty. Just the same over and over. Need to add more coloured ropes and make it harder. This game has great potential.

Ad platform. This is a very boring game which exists only to display ads. No skill involved. Wants a review after only one level. No joke, you are given a choice whether to watch an ad for extra coins at the end of each level and if you choose ‘no’, one time in three you are given an ad whether you like it or not. Paid for no ads and I still get them. This game was recommended by a friend, after playing for 5 minutes, I gave in and paid $4.49 for no ads, watched more ads than played the game, but thought it would be worth it as I have faith in the friend that recommended the game. Constant freezing. Ads are bad enough but the constant freezing and the same two or three chains repeatedly just make what could be a great game, awful. If the game is fixed I may consider coming back to it, but for now it’s just an utter waste.

No challenge. This game just gives you the same patterns over and over. I’m at level 360+ and am getting patterns I had more than 200 levels ago. Also, after earning 10 or so gifts(which you still have to watch a 30 second ad for), there is no gift. Unless you count glitching out a gift! Someone said they created their own challenge by seeing how fast they could solve the patterns. I got to the point where I was excited if I failed a level because it meant it HAD been a challenge. Put in a bit more effort please! Especially for the snood ads. I refuse to pay for such a low challenging game, no matter how annoying the ads are.

Hu, no-no!. Boring AF... and poorly built. Up to lvl 269 without a hic; on challenges, taking a rope from position A to put m it back to position A is worth a move. Woohoo. Did anyone actually design the game or is it just the fruit of a random AI? Pretty basic, and maybe designed to make people feel like they’re geniuses but really... where’s the puzzle? Where the design? Where’s the quality? What poor intellectual days have Apple brought upon us if that’s supposed to be a good puzzle game.

Fun but easy. So I got this game two days ago. It’s super addictive and quiet fun however I have found few issues; 1. The free version has WAY too many ads! Every level it’s an add. On a few occasions I started the game and got ads. I got so sick of the amount of adds I ended up paying for the game. So much relief now!!! 2. I am now on level 248 and am still finding the game two easy. If I’m solving level 200+ in less then 30 seconds there is an issue.......For example level 241 the lines/rope aren’t knotted. If you photos I took a screen shot 3. Sometimes the levels don’t complete though it’s not knotted. If the ropes/lines/chains ect are even touching the level won’t register as completed. Would it be possible to add more backgrounds and chains/ropes/ect to work with? I’ve almost completed the collection so far. Also is there a way to see how many levels there are? If not could that be added as a feature?

Update and Fix. Normally I wouldn’t bother paying to remove ads for these sorts of games but as just about everyone else has said, there is just way too many for enjoyable gameplay. I gave in after about 10 minutes, paid the cost to remove them only to discover there’s no new content after a certain point. No rewards anymore and now it’s even repeating beginner levels when I’m up to level 230, which took about a day and a half. Definitely need to unlock some more chains and locations. I’m not deleting it yet because I don’t feel like I’ve gotten my money’s worth but hopefully the developers will actually look at what people are saying and make some improvements

Excessively Easy. I have completed the first 20 levels and there has only been a few where the chains are actually tangled so on average a level takes about 2 seconds and 0 thinking to complete, and then there is a 30 second ad every second level.

Solution for No Ads. Turn off the Wifi. No ads will appear. Problem Solved.

More ads than game time. The games are fun but for ever 10 seconds playing there is 30 second ads. Deleted it after about 5 minutes.

This sucks. So does the company. No updates.. So, I bought the no ads package and enjoyed the game for a time. But suddenly the “gift” levels no longer gave me gifts and were simply empty boxes. It happened quite some time ago but I’m on level 421 and it’s still the same. Clearly they are relying on an algorithm to nagar the game and don’t actually update it or work on it any more. Not worth the time ans certainly not worth the money. Not impressed with this company. Steer clear.

After level 350 it gets repetitive. It seems like you’re just playing the same thing over and over once you reach level 360 but otherwise a great game

Nothing but an advertisement scam. Each level takes 10 seconds or less to complete, followed by a mandatory 30 second ad after each level. If I wanted that much advertising, I’d tune in to the shopping network on TV.

I would wait until a much more updated version is offered.. Difficulty goes up & down and it has Software Glitches. This definitely had promise (so I purchased the ad free version), but I am disappointed. It was Interesting only up to about level 120... downhill from there. It doesn’t get progressively harder, just seems to repeat previous segments (Most as easy as levels 1-50). Also, Once past about level 200 there are glitches in the app where it freezes when accepting a “gift”. Has to be shut down and totally closed to use again— it does start back up where you left off... but the “gift” is unknown. Recommend waiting.

Not impressed with “challenges”. Most of the game play is good. The last three challenges I’ve ended up with nothing. No pegs, no ropes, no knots, no wY to proceed. What doesn’t help? No way to contact support in app.

Extremely low effort. PSA: There is an ad after EVERY level! It seems like there wasn’t very much effort put into this game. The gameplay is entertaining but it feels like the levels are randomly generated and don’t seem to get harder in any way, at level 114 I played the same exact puzzle as level 1. They do add locks that are supposed to make it harder but the difficulty increase is minimal. The cosmetic upgrades available were the only thing that kept me playing even though it looks like someone spent no more than half an hour putting each little stage together. I unlocked everything by level 114 over the course of an evening and a morning and after that there’s no reason to play anymore.

Needs to be Harder. I like the concept of the game very much, and appreciate how smooth and bug-free it is. However, it’s pretty frustrating to go through endless easy and mindless levels before you get to something mildly challenging. Would be great if we were able to skip ahead to harder levels or choose a level of difficulty to start with. I’ve done about 25 levels and it’s painfully easy to the point of boredom. If I can make it to a harder level soon, I’ll certainly keep playing, but I can only take another dozen levels before I give up 🤷🏽‍♀️

Gets boring. I paid to get rid of the ads and it was worth it, but after a while the game got really boring. Most of the game is way to easy, which is nice sometimes, but the only remotely difficult parts were the “challenges” and there’s so few of them that you can get through them all within like a couple of sittings of play. They could make it more challenging/ engaging with very little effort. Every puzzle has a free reset button, just make that cost coins and right there you’ve upped the difficulty. And add more puzzles like the challenges with limited time or limited moves. There is a ton of potential here.

Challenge Puzzles Not Working. I made it to level 160 and all the puzzles have been relatively easy. The Challenge puzzles have been a bit more difficult but at level 130 the “Challenge” puzzle won’t show the ropes to work the puzzle even though it will take your coins when you try to start the puzzle. I have to hit the reverse button which takes me back to the regular puzzles. When I hit the “Trophy” to see what Challenges I have opened, it shows the Challenges I have completed but shows the Challenges that wouldn’t open as “Failed”. When I push the “Refresh” button, it takes my coins but still won’t open the puzzle.

Ads galore. The game is simple. It does the trick to keep your mind sharp. I love games like this and I hate when they get impossible to pass. So I gave it 2 stars. Fun little game to pass the time. But the ads are seriously insane. I understand the need for ads and I don’t mind them when they’re strategically placed, but after every round or every other round? You lose me. I lose interest in the game. I originally thought about just paying the 3$ to get rid of ads and was told there’s still some ads? No thank you. Unfortunately this game will probably go to the uninstall bin. If you don’t mind super frequent ads you may love the app. I cannot spend an hour of my life watching ads to play a game.

Inappropriate Ads. This fame is rated 4+, but I just saw an ad for a game that said “Who is planning an abortion?”!! It’s bad enough when I see “relationship” type games with people cheating on each other, but this is ridiculous! What’s worse is that I tried to contact the developer to express my concerns directly to them, but their website has no way of doing so. If there is a way, the site is so confusing that I couldn’t find it. I tried filling in the fields just above a “Contact Us” button at the bottom of the page, but it kept changing my phone number and wouldn’t let me correct it. For developers, you sure have some bugs to workout on your site.

Purely ads. Got this game to burn a little time here and there and because I saw it on an Instagram ad. After downloading the game I opened it up to try some of the puzzles and I get there is a tutorial and they start it easy but there is no option to skip past any of this. Coupled with the fact that after completing 2 puzzles you get an ad (maybe more puzzles between ads later on in game) made it unbearable. By the time I would even get to a single puzzle that was challenging or fun I would have had to have watched 20-30 ads maybe more. Overall game is so packed with ads and forces you to play easy levels early so you can’t have fun unless your will to invest a lot of time watching ad after ad.

Ads. This is the type of game that takes like 5 seconds to clear a level but there’s 30 second ads in between each one that you can’t skip. I despise games like this and I’m always forced to turn on my WiFi now. There are so many good games out there that give no ads at all nexuses they don’t care about their payment but rather, the players enjoyment. I download this app to take the stress out of my head and all is been doing is driving me more crazy because of the ads every .25 seconds. This game is 5% game and 95% ads. Unless you want to fill up your storage and wait 30 seconds every time you clear a level that takes 2 seconds, do not download. I get it if it’s one ad every 5 levels but after every level is too much.

Mmm not that good. Its so easy in the beginning ridiculously easy how is this #1 on puzzle and it only gets knotted at level 7 like isn’t the whole purpose of the title because the chains are knotted not until level 7 they get knotted and its another tutorial like in the beginning it was already easy but it got easier because they tell you what to do and then its not knotted anymore one is just on top of the other it’s ridiculously easy and there’s ads like every 2 rounds its like they made it ridiculously easy for you to just finish the round and watch ads instead of actually doing anything but I get it ads are usual with games like these but having it that easy is just yikes even a 5 year old can figure these out .

Too many Ads. When I got this game I bet much enjoyed it. Sometimes it can be quite satisfying. But I’m not a fan of the fact that there is way too many ads. After every about three or four levels you do, and new ad pops up. It’s pretty annoying and sometimes they are very long ads. I understand you need to make money, but there’s better ways to do it. I’m fine with ads, but way to many ads is very annoying. In the past I’ve actually deleted apps because of the obnoxious number of ads. I don’t want to do this to this game, because I’ve been enjoying it.

Might Be A Good Game. I love the concept. But levels are so simple. I know they should be simple in the beginning. But I play two rounds, lasting 2 seconds each, and I have to watch a 5 second ad. i’ve been playing for 5 minutes. Building up stars to get a present so have to watch an ad to see. The levels are still pointlessly easy. I don’t know if they get difficult and i’m not going to pay to find out. But it looks cool. I don’t kind paying for a game I like. I can’t tell if I’m going to like this one or not. I’ve regretted buying games that seemed interesting but just had you replay the same levels dozens of times.

Disrespectful Amount and Type of Ads. 9/7/20 Update: There is currently a bug in the app that prevents any of the reward challenges from loading. The game board loads blank so you can’t play. If you try to reattempt it will take/debit the coins but it won’t actually load the game board. So it defaults to you failing the challenges and not getting the bonus coins. It’s very annoying. Original: I understand an ad revenue generated model of app development. And I understand the need for developers to make a living. However, the type of loud ads that override your phones mute, and the frequency of ads, make this app unusable. It’s clearly designed to keep you playing so they make ad revenue. Feels cheap and coercive. I would not recommend this app.

Just one thing.... I love this game. It’s simple, haven’t run into issues with gameplay or random crashes, and is quite engaging. Just one thing... at the higher levels, feels like you’re repeating puzzles already completed. Oh and I now have about 150k coins and nothing to spend them on as I have bought all the skins and don’t like skipping or paying to unlock levels. This is the first game in a long time that I have actually purchased for no ads... and that is saying a lot because I NEVER pay for games haha.

Holy ads, Batman!. I get it, you need revenue to support free apps, but forcing a 30 second ad every couple of levels (which take 5-10 seconds per level to play), is ridiculous. I can deal with the nagging banner ads at the bottom, and even the occasional video ad, but when you spend twice as much time watching ads than playing the game (literally), it’s not worth it. There are dozens of other similar games that are just as fun to play that don’t require you to spend twice as much time watching ads as you do playing the game. On a side note, begging people to rate the game after the very first level is not only insulting, laughable. Whoever designed this app should be ashamed of themselves. Uninstalled. Never to return.

Good game but.... This is a really good game and I love it but I got it like a few days ago and I already purchased all the skins for like the ropes and all of the backgrounds and if I could get like a few more backgrounds in them different scenes and more skins that are more diverse in style and shape. Anyway thank you for reading this and if you’re reading this wondering if you should get the game you should because it kills time when you have time that needs to be wasted.

Would have gotten 5 stars if not for ads. The game itself is great! It is fun and entertaining while making you think. It is very enjoyable. However the amount of ads just makes this not fun to play. I understand games need ads to make money and I am fine with ads on a reasonable level. But this game has an ad after Every Single round. Now again, this would be ok except you have to wait sometimes a long time to be able to skip the ads. I spend more time waiting to be able to skip and ad than actually playing the game. If this changes, I will change my star rating but as long as the ads are more prevalent than game time, this game just isn’t worth it.

Fun game with a couple of things holding it back. For starters, this game is fun and really makes you think of ways to untangle the ropes in novel ways. The only reason I am giving three stars is the fact that there is just not enough variety. The lack of variety in puzzles (after about lvl 200 I seem to be in some sort of loop) and limited unlockables (which aren’t as important to me) are holding back an otherwise fantastic game premise and very very addictive game. I will revisit this game in the future and see if any changes have been made. TLDR: a good game with limited variety that holds it back from being something special.

Fun, but. This is a fun game, and this review is more for the developers as it really is a terrific game. However, I am at level 3255 and it freezes after I solve a puzzle. To play again I need to exit the game. Open a different game, play, than exit. Then I can reopen knots and play one more game with the same thing happening. Developers please fix. Also, don’t know what the coins are used for. Perhaps that could be explained. I have really enjoyed playing this game so I hope the game freezing issue can be resolved.

The game is entertaining, but the ads kill it. I played until level 35 before deleting the game. The game itself is a good game, solid concept of puzzle with knots. I understand that free games need ads to finance themselves, however from having and ad every two levels, of 30 seconds each ad, to have from level 25 and above one ad after every single level, that’s just too much. It doesn’t take me 30 seconds to solve a puzzle, specially the first 35 puzzles, but then I have to spend 30 seconds watching an ad. That’s just not for me. I’m te sense of the game, really good, I’m just deleting it because I think there are excessive amount of ads.

Disappointed. I really loved this game and was sick of the ads so I decided to just pay to get rid of them after completing about 190 levels. I bought the ads and then it glitched and my progress started over. So now I’m back at level 1. Not to mention there are STILL ADS. Not ads I have to watch, but they’re there in the corner of your screen. They stay sometimes too so then I can’t see how many moves I have. Also there’s a white bar on the bottom of the screen where a banner for ads should be and the white banner makes it impossible for me to play challenges. 🤷‍♀️ so that’s a waste of 2.99. Not happy about that at all.

Fun premise, immensely slow build up.. Game alone isn’t bad, but this takes the problem of tutorial levels going on too long to a unbelievably higher level. But all that could be snoozed through if there wasn’t an ad between early every single level. Nine out of ten times, there abouts, the incredibly short and quick level ends and goes to an ad that’s too long, or can eventually be exes out of just to go into another. Sometimes you can’t even cut the sound. Overall, too many long ads for short, no challenge levels. I’m okay with ad, but this is just too much to put up with to, in hopes of, getting to more fun and challenging levels. Too bad, seems like it would be fun.

Calming game. Its a great relaxing game. Levels can be a little bit more difficult. Some levels i feel like i already did. But overall its a really calming and relaxing game. I like the changing of the ropes and environment. More rope colors should be an option too. Getting a lil bored of the yellow, green, etc. but overall great game i bought the ad free version and i dont mind it at all. I hope things get much harder soon enough. Still gonna continue to play which is why it gets 5 stars for me.

WAYYYY TOO MANY ADS!. Overall, the game is enjoyable. Relaxing and, as difficulty increases, you really have to think through some of the puzzles. But, THE ADS! I have never played a game that has an ad after almost every. single. round. If not every round, then at least every two rounds. I understand why developers have ads, and don’t even mind occasional ads in games - after all, it’s just a good business strategy. But when a game is bombarded with so many ads that it affects how much you can enjoy playing the game, well then, it’s time for the developers to rethink that strategy. Cut down on the ads and you’ll have a lot more satisfied players.

Fun but too much ads. The Comercial showed really challenging puzzles, I don’t know if the game has them cause there were way to many ads for me to keep playing. After every 3 rounds there is an ad and the beginning rounds are so easy you’ll see an ad 3 times every minute. Also it’s to easy as it seems like there isn’t a limited move system so you can mess up as much as you want so it doesn’t really challenge me. I will commend the game on not having a lives system that rings more money out of you. Also if you are gonna offer me the chance to triple my coins (which I don’t even know what you can spend it on) by watching ads and then force me to watch one after every 3 rounds, the least you could do is give me those triple coins.

Needs some work. I think the actual game is good, but I have some issues with it. This app pushes way too many ads for how quickly most of the levels go. This app starts off so easy that you fly through the level and there’s an ad waiting for you after almost every single one. I think I skipped more ads than I actually played the game. Ads are important for free games to stay free, but please consider spacing them out so this is actually fun. I’d rather play a lot of level and watch a 30 second ad that I can’t skip, rather than skip an ad after every level. I also had a ton of lag the further I got into the game. It was so slow to respond and would freeze for a bit.

Good game but gets repetitive.. Originally downloaded free but the ads were mind numbing and infuriating in their frequency. But...it was fun, so I bought ad free. For $3...why not? It’s mentally challenging...at first. But I just hit level 800 and puzzles are repeating. I have a feeling this will be one of the ones you up every so often once you’ve had a chance to forget. Would like to see bigger boards with more ropes three is too limiting. And as for the rope designs...the developers missed out on the two most obvious ones...Christmas lights and Extension Cords.

Fun - thoughtful game, lots of ads. The premise of the game is simple, untie the knots. The game is well done and after a couple of hours of play, I still have found no bugs! Kudos to the creators for making a good game. The only negative to this is the sheer number of ads. Now that I have the concept of the game and have become very proficient at solving the puzzles, I am spending more time watching ads than playing. Sometimes it’s 2 levels cleared then an ad but mostly it’s 1 level cleared then an ad. If you don’t mind the ads and like a thought provoking challenge, I recommend this game

Ruined by intrusive ads. I don’t mind an easy time-waster—there’s definitely a place for that—and this is a novel puzzle type that is fun to play around with. The problem is that the ads are _way_ too intrusive and you have to get a couple hundred levels in before the levels even start to get interesting. Play for five seconds >>> watch an ad >>> play another five seconds >>> watch another ad, ad nauseum. Sell me on the game with some harder levels and I’ll happily pay to remove ads. But in this case, the race between “buy it” and “delete it” goes to “delete it,” and it’s not even close. “Play it with the ads” didn’t make it past level five. That’s ok—there will be knock-offs soon, if there aren’t already.

Its okay (you should read this). First of all, this game is really easy. At least for me and i think my brain is kinda advanced. So if you are looking for a game that really really challenges you, then choose something else. Otherwise, this game does kill time when you are bored. Second, i do agree there are too many ads. So i bought the no ads thing. It DID NOT work!!! I was so upset. I tried puchasing it again and it didnt work. I pressed restore purchase it didnt work. I was really disappointed. The game was still fun though. 🙂

Way way way too many ads. I got this game in hopes of passing time during the quarantine. Sure it passed time, but most of the time it was watching ads. The levels are very simple and the way this game works is when you start it up you can play a few levels without encountering any ads. Then you see one every few levels, then as you progress it’s every single level. Sure you can skip the ads after a few moments, but I shouldn’t have to pay $2.99 to play a game where the levels take literal seconds to wait the same amount of time for an ad. I understand they’re trying to make money, but come on. This is ridiculous, they’re worse than Voodoo.

Is boring. TO MANY ADDS. I got this app because the ad for it made it look exciting, and stress reliving. This is not the case. It’s boring. All you do is match the chain with the other side. There are also way to many adds. Ever 4 rounds they made me watch a 30 second video without being able to skip. Those rounds all together took me 5 seconds to complete. 4 rounds. Not to add that to get a gift you must watch and add. Gifts in games are meant to be free. You play the levels to get them so you DON’t have to watch more ads to change things up. If you are looking for a fun game that will take up time, this is NOT it. Some games don’t add ads because they care more about the players enjoyment then the money. I recommend not getting this. Thank you.

Simple game with little difficulty ramps. After a few tutorial levels to get you use to the in game physics the game finally introduces “knots” although they are more of “twist”... after a little while You will get to 3 ropes and maybe one end of each rope will be locked to a peg. But that’s it. There is never any real difficulty. Maybe if there were other challenges, like move count limits, or pegs that could only work with one rope/ can’t work with one rope. Something. anything to bring a challenge. Also I earned enough coins to buy all the ropes and background in about 20 minutes of playing. Like everyone else I think there are too many ads. Luckily I can flip my phone to airplane mode to bypass them.

Awesome game but there is a twist. It is a amazing game but there are 30 second ads but you can skip them once the ad gets to 25 seconds but once you get to level 15 you start having ads after every level and after every time you restart but you can skip the ads it is a very fun game but it is very easy to beat and the levels don’t get any harder and I would not spend my time every day playing this game.

Don’t ask after the first round. This is my problem with games. They start asking as soon as you load the game. I don’t know if I like it or not I have tapped twice on the screen. Every time one of the rating things pops up it makes me want to delete a game because I get sick of it popping up constantly. Maybe these game developers need to let people play more than one round before asking how you like the game. It may very well be a 5 star game but by asking after the first round makes it a one star game to me. I can’t tell ya if it is a good game or not maybe if it wouldn’t ask until higher levels maybe it could have a more accurate review. All games need to quit sending the review thing so early.

It’s alright but a few minor things. The game isn’t that bad, however there are a couple of things that have bugged me when playing it. Sometimes the physics are pretty whack, but it’s manageable. I’m no programmer so I can’t really say how easy of a solution there is to the problem, but if it at all can be fixed it should. Another bigger thing is the amount of ads I get. Completing a level doesn’t take me super long, so it quite irritating when I get an ad after every level. I don’t mind ads in games, but when it gets this excessive, it’s really annoying. Aside from those things, it’s pretty good

Fun game for first 30mins. It was fun for first 30mins of playing. After passing level 200, started to notice a pattern in the game. It’s the same 30 or so levels repeating itself, however in a different order. Wasn’t really sure at first so I played passed level 350. Again within those 150 levels a few of the levels were the same. I would have continued to play, to see how many actually real, non-repeat levels there are. However, the amount of ads and more ads..... wait did I mention ADS every 1-3 levels. I was about to pay the $3 for No Ads, but not to play same levels over and over again.

Too easy. I enjoy playing the game but it is too easy. Every 25 levels or so, they introduce something new, but they make it easy so you learn how to solve it. Then it gets progressively harder but at such a slow rate it hasn’t gotten difficult yet. It takes 15 seconds to solve the puzzle and then you have to watch a 30 second commercial. I spend more time watching commercials than actually playing the game. Maybe an easy , medium, and difficult setting would let more players find a comfortable setting. If it took longer to solve a problem it would be much more interesting and relaxing

Ads ads ads ads........more ads. I understand the need to have ads in a game, but this game is one of the worst by far. It’s every 2nd game minimum, sometimes every other game. Then the challenge of the levels takes forever to increase. I saw four ads before I even saw a level that required more than just moving the ring once. You say no to watching a video to get the “prize “ then you immediately get a video after closing. I think the game could be a neat little game, and I was having fun on the levels that were actually a challenge, but the ads were just too much. Tip to programmers: games like this that levels are so quick on needs 4 games between ads minimum.

What a wonderfully disappointing experience. This is the most repetitive, ad-ridden, uncreative piece of garbage I’ve ever seen. You play the same setup several times in a row, rebranded as the next level, only to be interrupted by ads every other time you beat it. You get a “challenge” every few attempts, which aren’t even remotely challenging. If you unlock a gift box, you either have the option to watch an ad to claim it, or not proceed with the game. You can’t decline the gift boxes. Leaving a review on a game like this, or even downloading it in the first place was petty of me, yes, but I at least thought I’d get some sort of exercise for my brain. This is neither fun, not challenging. I enjoyed watching the ads more than I did solving these “puzzles”. Not like I had a choice, anyway.

Love the game. First of all thank you to the developers for making such a simple yet fun game. Bright colors and easy game play made for a great 25 minutes. That being said, I gave it 3 stars for the fact that I spent more time watching ads than actually playing the game. I understand that programming is not free and you must be compensated for your time and effort, but I spent 19 minutes of time watching adverts for playing 20 levels. That is a bit excessive especially at the first 15 levels which take approx. 2-3 seconds to complete. Maybe a tweak in the ad to game play ratio.

Game is flawed since notification digest update. This game stopped loading right after Apple released the iOS update for notification digests. I had to delete the game, lose all my progress, and reinstall it. It still didn’t work for a while. Now that it’s working again, several of the new game features are broken. Specifically, when you complete a gift box and attempt to open it, the box opens and the game freezes. You need to force a close, which results in losing the coins that the box held. It’s a shame that a game update a. failed to anticipate an important iOS update and b. has freezes and lost points. If I could give you 0 stars I would.

I CANNOT STAND THIS GAME!. Good concept but I just can’t! First of all the game is so easy that I can probably go to level 50 in a minute but if we are actually being real here that would take a year that’s because of the ADS just the amount of ads are just so annoying I just can’t stand it anymore! It’s incredibly annoying is this game supposed to make you angry with ads? If so it’s definitely working! Every time I finish a level an ad pops up! And it’s just like the concept is okay but the game itself is just so boring even without the ads I would be so bored I would just delete it 😑. I just don’t get the game it’s so boring even without the ads am I missing something?? 😒🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Target audience should be identified. I like the idea of this game but it’s not that difficult and believe the game is designed for specific groups. I think this is a great game for either Seniors using it for mind games to stimulate their brain or for younger children with a fascination for puzzles. It could also be good for a special needs people depending on their specific capabilities or needs. I played this game to level 210 just to see if the difficulty would increase and I didn’t see that it did. Out of the 210 I played, I struggled with one. I bought the add free version because I figured I would drop a lot of money in an arcade so why not 2.99 for this. Again, it’s a decent game but it depends on your needs.

First glance good-within 30s terrible. I wish I could give this game negative stars. The ads in this game are so intrusive you spend more time watching ads than playing. I hadn’t even made passed the first 5 levels which only take a few seconds each and I had already watched 2 ads. I understand apps need to make money but this is ridiculous. This is a design choose to badger you into purchases the ad free license. There are better ways to do this. I can’t even rate the game on its content because I couldn’t experience enough of it before being so bombarded with ads I just quite. As soon as I finish this review I’m removing this trash from my phone. This has become so common these days it disgusts me. Don’t support bad developers like this...

Repetitive. I saw a review from a programmer who spoke of the amount of work that goes into a game. I’m a developer too and I agree. I paid the small amount to reduce the amount of ads, great. Except it was quickly apparent the game reached it highest difficulty quickly and then the difficulty went up and down. For some reason I played to level 500+. It’s easier than very early levels. I realize there is a finite number of ways a level can challenge a player. This game doesn’t come near what it could have. Definitely fun for the first while. Too repetitive to come back to.

Entertaining, but.... It’s a fun little game, but unless you spend $2.99, you spend at least as much time watching ads as playing. I even skip most of the optional ads. I can’t even imagine how little I’d get to play if I watched all of them. I play lots of different mobile games, and usually end up paying to remove ads if I like the game. However, I like to try the game first. For the first handful of levels I actually spent more time watching ads than playing. It has since balanced out to be more like 50/50. I get they made a game and should have a chance to make money off of it, but there just seem to be way more ads that in the other games I play.

I wish it was more difficult... I agree with everything in the above review..I like untangling things so was I saw there was a game for it I was excited to download and try it, but I’m now on level 257, and I feel like I just keep playing the same boards..I wish there was a setting that you could on or a button you could press that would give you more challenging knots..I’ve untangled more complicated knots in real life..also you call it 3D but there’s nothing 3D about it my opinion..all that said though, I will continue to play as it is calming and I like the backgrounds! As a digital artist I appreciate the detail put into them

Fun but needs improvement. I LOVE this game! I can't really find many games that I enjoy and are simple but there are a few things that it needs: 1. More challenge - it seems that once u get going, each level is pretty easy and u can go on for awhile. I'm almost at level 200 which is crazy. U get a hard one sometimes but there really needs to be more of a challenge or I'll eventually delete. And 2. Once u play as much as me, you unlock everything there is and then there's nothing else to work for and u have a million coins for nothing. If those things can be fixed then this would be the perfect game.

Disappointed. I don’t know that I have ever actually written a review for a game before but felt compelled because I was disappointed. The ad for the game had knots of 4-5 different colored ropes. An actual challenge that would require me to think about how I would undo them. However after 40 levels of 2 colors that are barely tangled, I lost interest. I might have continued to see if they got more challenging, but the ads were INSANE and not worth it. I understand the point of ads and am okay with ads, so long as the GAME itself is worth it. I kept hoping I’d see something with some depth to it, then get through the ad to another “knot” that a 2 year old could untangle.

I’d like those ten minutes of my life back, please.. This game isn’t even a good way to spend ten minutes. You have to sit through a 30 second ad after every third level, and when the levels are all literally just rotated and color-swapped versions of the previous, it takes all of 5 seconds to complete one level. The first ten levels don’t even have any tangles in them. I can’t recommend this game to anyone but small children, and it’s not like it would be a stimulating puzzle for them either. I honestly don’t care if it gets more difficult by, like, level 50. Levels 1-20 are samey and incredibly rudimentary. It makes the app feel like an ad revenue generator and nothing more. I tried another game by this developer and I am similarly unimpressed.
