Doesn’t work anymore. The app used to be good, but now it is useless. I am unable to add a credit card because it asks for a zip code but there is no place to add a zip code. If I try to contact customer service through the app, it crashes.

Great restaurant. Excellent app. The only downside is that the order progress seems to be on a timer, not actually calibrated to the status of your order.

Would be more useful if they marked that the pickup was ready. Every time I’ve used the app for pickup it shows me a progress screen that they’re working on the order, but the employees at the Williamsburg location aren’t trained to update the status that the order is ready. I’m never sure if they’re busy, so sometimes I go after 20 minutes and just stand around waiting and other times I’ve gone after 20 minutes and it’s clear my food has been sitting for 10 minutes.

Needs Apple Pay integration. That’s my only suggestion
