Meh 🥱. The game is okay, I like the idea of the birds’ ability being activated on impact, but the way it worked in the original games was cool too and would be better in some cases. I only downloaded this because I’m was grinding coins in Bad Piggies (good game go check it out) and I kept getting ads for this game and was forced to get it so I could stop seeing these ads. The gameplay is a lot like the old games, which if Rovio, if your reading this, why all are of your angry birds games pretty much the same, why? The game again, is okay and kinda gets old fast, and one last note for Rovio, STOP GIVING ME CRINGE ANGRY BIRDS 2 ADDS AND WHY THE FRICK DOES CHUCK HAVE ARMS IN THAT STUPID ANGER MANAGEMENT AD?!

Fun game for kids and adults too!!. I initially started looking for fun games for my five-year-old grandson. So many of the games look fun but there’s so much violence and bloodshed that I couldn’t find any kind of shooting games that didn’t involve “death“. When I found Angry Birds it was the perfect solution! It gives my five-year-old grandson the satisfaction of shooting at something and doing it in a fun way. I no longer have to worry about what he’s seeing on the screen. I’m 74 years old and I know I probably should have seen this game before but I never really paid attention until now. Thank you so much for providing this much fun for the little ones and for the older ones as well❤️😘

Doesn’t live up to its predecessor. This game is the shell of what rovio could have done with angry birds, were are the pigs? Why does silver have weird sounds when she’s launched? Also many other problems such as the bad graphics that they look like they came out off a dollar store, a bootleg, it does not feel like angry birds, its not the same formula, the new things that you added into casual aren't working, instead of this give us back our old games, the children will love it as much as we did too when we were as young as them, give us something like angry birds star wars 3, another thing i wanna add it just feels wrong whenever the buildings fall in the game, it feels so lifeless, i’m starting to give up hope on angry birds and i hope we get something better in the future.

Awesome game. I mainly play this game while at work because I work 12hr shift & at times it do get really boring. But this game is absolutely good to play while at work. I’m fully focused on passing tough levels I also get completely zoned out at times. Here’s a suggestion for the developers. It would be a good idea to take the remaining birds after each stage & get a boost for more suns to collect the sun chest or if the players have 2 birds left, those 2 birds should be added to the next stage so instead of starting off with 10 birds we’ll have 12 birds. The more birds the players are left with after completing a stage the more extra birds we get on the next stage

Frustrating isn’t the word. Developers look at these reviews, what could be a fun and enjoyable game, you ruin with frustrating mechanics and terrible choices. Even the extreme levels would be enjoyable should you remove the ridiculous 5 attempt limitation, and then have to wait 30 mins just to play once. What is the purpose of that decision? If anything, that’s keeping people from continuing to play reducing the amount of screen time and opportunity for you to suggest spending real money on power ups with your pop up advertisements. Players will still get stuck on levels the same way and still want to spend money should they chose to. Limiting the number of attempts isn’t doing anything for the player. What it is doing, is reducing the reward they get when finally being able to pass a level.

Needs work. This game is fun and addictive. The game play is smooth and enjoyable but it need some improvements. Angry Chuck and Silver are pretty much worthless. They function the same as they do normally. I never use them angry unless I have to. They should either travel the entire length of screen or travel twice (down then up for Silver, right then left for Chuck). The other birds are useful when angry. You also need to add the ability to switch birds. It’s pointless to have different abilities if I can’t choose when to use them. I understand the order of the birds makes the levels more challenging and you goal is to get people to spend money on power ups, but limiting my ability to choose my own strategy makes the game less fun and more boring. Could be a great game with these improvements. Thanks

Don’t waste your time unless you want to pay a buttload of money. It’s a fun game until you get up the mid 200’s because my husband and I have gotten repeatedly screwed over on that level for two days now. And no it’s not the we’re making bad strategies. My husband and I have played it and when the game sees you getting too close to winning that level it’ll make random things pop up to make you not win unless you start paying your own money to power up. So enjoy it while you can because eventually whether it’s the 200’s or even higher you will hit a level that will refuse to let you win until you get fed up enough to either get rid of the app itself or use your own money to move up. It’s a shame because it was a fun game

Frustrating. The game starts off good with memories of the great original but then quickly becomes frustrating. How things fall and break are so inconsistent that strategy goes out the window and it’s down to luck. Example some things are in cages which you have to break to rescue what’s inside but one map the cage will break after falling a short distance and the next time it will fall the width of the map and get buried under concrete and not break. Also the powers your birds have are very inconsistent doing different damage to the same item on different turns. This game is fun for a couple hours smashing through levels and then it’s obvious they want you to spend money to keep going. They should ditch this and bring back the original.

Rigged. Angry birds used to be one of the best game apps out there . It’s still fun …but unless your about as smart as a doorknob ,the inconsistencies and weird physics become very obvious in upper levels , all designed to get you to spend $$$ . I would much rather spend $10 or even $20 for it and have it fair ,instead it plays games with YOU by letting you build up coins and powerups,then hit you with levels so inconsistent and difficult,that you wind up blowing all the resources you have to preserve your status ,and end up losing it anyway to their weird physics …it’s fun in the beginning and there’s plenty of gameplay to make paying 10 or 20 reasonable ,but I’m tired of dishonest developers and I had thought these guys would’ve maintained the integrity of the original game,but no….haven’t deleted it yet because of my progress, but I consider it every time I play

Love Angry Birds!. I love Angry Birds! Please take this positively. I was advertised an awesome level to play roller coaster style for this game - but never materialized after playing most if not all the game (Hint this game). It’s the second advertisement I’ve seen of an awesome level but played most if not all of the game never came to be (hint Angry Birds 2 for the other advertisement - still playing it when I can). The game is fun! But why set expectations of awesome super levels? In this game, why are all the birds like Bomb? It made the game easy - at least they all had some form of Bomb power. Where is Red or other birds after playing 50 levels or more? If advertising can’t deliver I hope Angry Birds 3 can! Lots of success in these games. Don’t burn us out by misleading advertising. Can’t trust advertising right now! Great work on all the games! Keep it real! I’ll update this review down the road if I see the levels I was advertised.

Update 2~Feb-23: ruined voice sfx, pointless “mama” firefly. Why would you change the bird voices on (at least) the pink and black bird? New ones have no character to them! Part of the joy of playing AB has always been the care taken to have unique characters. The new voice sfx are flat and lack the character of the original ones. So much so that I’m ready to hang up my recent addiction to AB Journey (a fan of the original but hadn’t played in years). I’m almost to level 500, but disappointed enough that I probably will “quit while I’m ahead”. The new “mama” firefly seems pointless, distracting, and slows game play. The fireflies take too long to get “home” now. There’s no reason for the long pause at the “mama” bird.

Not the best game and kind of unoriginal as opposed to other AB games-a missed opprotunity. I downloaded this game a couple of days ago, and it’s an ok game, but it could use multiple improvements as well. First of all, this Angry Birds game is not much different from the other Angry Birds games in which you fling Birds to kill Pigs and all that. There are some other cool goals, but they could’ve been implemented in Rovio’s earlier Angry Bird games. Secondly, this game actually has limited lives as opposed to the other games. But my biggest pet peeve is with why levels HAVE to be difficult to begin with. Apparently Level 28 is the first “Hard” level in the game, and I found that out through personal experience. That being said, it’s disappointing that a game that could’ve been majorly overhauled to be more interesting was only partially reworked. I kinda want an Angry Birds Match-3 game sometime, because trust me-this game isn’t too different from all the other games.

This game was better than I expected. My point isn't really about the gameplay, which is great and fun, but the point is that I played through 50 levels, and I haven't seen a single ad pop up, which is very surprising considering that their games would always have ads to make us watch. And yes, there are sadly lives, but these unlimited lives appear more frequently than I thought, so it was pretty decent. Unexpectedly great game!

Lots of bugs. Generally like but but still bug ridden. Fireflies still have issues finding each other when they should be able to, sometimes taking minutes of waiting or not connecting at all. Had a level fail even when all that was left were the fireflies that could have connected. Also, after reaching a certain number of stars, got 20min. Unlimited time but then lives changed back to only 5 lives. —— Got unlimited lives again and then it went right back to just 5 lives. Becoming a pattern…

Angry Birds Ruined. What have you done to Angry Birds. You are phasing out the original, great game and adding games with awful features. I do not want to buy hats, I do not want to pop bubbles, and most of all I do not want to play on teams. I return to the original and sometimes Angry Birds 2 each time. I was enjoying the Journey and now you have added these stupid characters and will not allow me to get rid of them and play the game as usual. My son teases me and says I am the only grown woman he knows who plays Angry Birds when ever and for as much time as possible. And seriously, I play at least once daily for an extended period of time. You have ruined this game by adding and adding and getting rid of or changing the good games. I’m very unhappy to say the least

... the end of angry birds....?. Is this the sign that Rovio has switched over to a casual audience? Well what they have done proves this there older apps that they haven’t removed yet had every bad mobile game idea on the market an example would be angry birds GO! a fun kart racer that in 2018 received a 2.0 update that removed all past progress difficulty spikes were added and micro-transactions increased with most of the karts requiring tremendous grinding but to avoid anger from fans growing they just fully removed it from the store. you can’t even get it from the “purchased” section on an apple device. Same thing happened to some other games wile it seems like the new games are working and are helping the company I just feel as if there playing it more safe than they used too....

Love the Game, but Hate the Micro-Transactions!. I thought, in return for the monthly subscription fee, that all Arcade games were otherwise free, so no paying real money for power-ups. It was one reason I pay the fee. So, I was surprised when I saw the life meter in this game & saw the charges for more coins & stuff… This game is fun, as far as it goes, but the fees need to go. They should let folks play as long as they want, no matter how many times they fail to complete a level. Failing that, this should be moved out of the Arcade section, because it is not 100% free (aside from the subscription fee). The App Store can keep this game right next to Angry Birds 2. (Which I stopped playing, btw, because of the micro transactions.)

Angry Birds Journey is the best. Angry Birds Journey is the best ever and I’m glad that I’m on it now. I’m on level 1499 and I don’t think it’s that hard for me plus if you are stuck on levels you get a free booster at the start of each day. And also you get free events like birdie’s ksiok and bonfire event. Also during holidays sometimes the birdies ksiok is expanded. One thing I would like for AB journey to improve on is the ability to replay levels again like the ab seasons I have on my old iPad. other than that I think it’s a great thing for me to have.

No solution glitch—deleted. I got the Journey game after reaching 500+ level on the previous game that was reset. This one is more fun, which was a surprise. However, today I was on a streak which ended without a solution. There’s a kissing bird at the bottom of the launch. All pigs killed, no other kissing bird present. The one by the launch was facing the launch and despite waiting a long time never made progress vertically. There were 2 blocks on the ground and yellow triangle hanging. I used 950 coins to break the blocks. Then I used more coins 2x to get the triangle but was only given birds that can’t break a triangle. Then I had too few coins. I’m a skillful player and have all AB games. There was no solution. That cost me, and I’m a) frustrated and b) done with this game.

Love the new Game!. This game is perfect for my family! My husband and oldest son all have the Angry Birds 2 Game and we will all play the Clan Battles together. However my youngest son is just too young to play but now with this new game Angry Birds Casual we have him play that game while we are all playing the other. But I have to admit I ended up enjoying the game so much I had to add it to my phone as well. One thing I think would be nice though is the option to replay a level. Maybe like the AB2 game map where you can go back to levels I have already played. That way if the levels start to get too hard my son as the option to go back a replay the easier ones. Oh and the option to release a bird you started to fling. Other than that so far I absolutely love the new casual, fun, & relaxing addition to the Angry Birds Family. Thank you guys!

Why’d You Break A Perfect Game?. Angry birds is a perfect game. And the sequels, and spin-offs. But when the makers of the game mess with the basics of gameplay it’s ruined. The latest version here they sort of tried to get back to basics, but it’s way too easy. Then you get stuck over and over again with the stupid fireflies. When they’re free they’re supposed to find each other and go away but multiple times I’m stuck at the end of a board with nothing left to break and the fireflies just wont join up. You guy just need to go back to the drawing board. Kill the first person game play and the cheesy match three and bubble pop knock offs. Get a new sponsorship or something but go back to basics: your games aren’t fun to play any more. Update: deleted the game.

Fun, but an issue.. I love the game and its levels, but just a problem which makes me bothered a lot. You see, the levels itself seems interesting and satisfying, right? But when you start playing, the audio cuts back and forth like there’s an audio error. For example, there is music in the background. It stops for a second then plays back on but then just continues on and on. The levels, is a true 5 stars. Due to the audio issue, I would lose 1 star from that. Please fix if possible, then I can give it 5 stars :)

Bring back the ORIGINAL games! please?. Why are you doing this? All of the older games I played were so fun and then you just threw them all in the trash just for almost everyone to never see it again! Why rovio? It does not make sense to just make a great franchise just to get rid of almost every single game! I got this game just to write a review and I have one question for you. Can you please, just please bring back every game you got rid of? I’m really sad 😭. And why does bad piggies get to stay 🤔😂. Don’t like the game that much either why can’t you tap to use their abilities and why are the pigs square? I don’t like it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ But really, please bring the games back. At least the original one and angry birds epic... I know you guys said that you were focusing on the newer games but still at least bring back the original and epic. Also, do you see these reviews? Also I have been trying to get this game back for weeks or months. And I can not get it on the google play store because I can not get it in my region.

It’s gotten better, but not by a long slingshot.. Last time I saw this app, it was called Angry Birds Casual, and it was apparently in soft launch, so I expected it to get better. But it’s the same thing, which is obvious, but many things stick out like a sore thumb. First off, you can’t replay levels (which doesn’t matter because the stages are way too generic), there’s a leveling system that was copy and pasted from Dream Blast, and the game can’t be played offline. The only “improvement” I can say is that the art style blends in more, but the mix between the classic and movie designs looks like something someone would make in Devientart in 2012. Overall, if you are an Angry Birds fan, don’t play this. Just play the older, and better games.

A fun game to play during breaks in your day.. Fun and challenging without being overly hard. Not one of those games that ramp up the difficulty to force you to buy coins to continue levels. And NO ADS. omg thank you. Its so refreshing to play a game with no ads after every level. I look forward to seeing what challenges you have in store for the updates. Being able to replay levels would be a great addition. And maybe bonus levels where you have 1 bird and the layout has 1 or more ways for that one bird to take the whole layout down. I love playing the game the way it is now though. Great work. Thank you to all who put in the time, work and passion to make a great game.

I like it !!!. I don’t know why so much hate for this ....I think it’s cute and simple but pretty engaging and I been playing angry birds for years !!! Yes it’s not hardcore like the original.. that’s why it’s called casual for players who love angry birds but not the frustration or technicality of the others ...it’s for kids or adults looking for a relaxed version of a great franchise....don’t get me wrong I don’t want this to be the new direction for the game but a alternative is just fine just add more characters and variety to the levels and I’m good...and as some suggestions please add more variety to the bad piggies appearance and a mean expression on the birds faces when you power them up for more detail .the only thing I don’t like is the map setup , I would of liked a world to see as I travel to farther levels like angry birds 2 ...thanks

Ripoff. Paid $10 for the season pass without realizing the current season was ending within hours (new user). Literally didn’t use it at all. Emailed support the next day when it wanted me to pay again. When I realized what had happened I owned my mistake but asked for a one-time courtesy as a new player and for the pass to be credited to the current season so I could try it out. Their only response was to helpfully reiterate that there’s a timer in the game that tells you when the season ends. Which… yes, but again it was my first time playing and it’s Angry Birds, sensory overload much? The various seasons and events and sales screens are confusing and overwhelming. In any case I won’t be wasting any more of my money or time on a franchise that only cares about shaking users upside down by the ankles to collect as much pocket change as possible.

Hello rovio. First I just want to say I love all of what you guys do and I truly support for what you do but it would mean a lot to me if you bring back some of the classic angry bird game like angry bird Star Wars or angry bird fight when I first play both of those game it should me how much work and dedication everyone does to developing those game and I love all of them so if you ever see this message please please bring back the classic game that is all I ask and if you bring them back it would mean so so much to me do again keep doing your amazing work and I hope you can bring them back to me and all of the fans of the original angry bird games

Casual Angry Birds. Love the game but I think you should be able to save the extra birds you don’t use when you clear a level. If not all the birds can be saved, at least some should be-a max amount. Love the bouncy pink blocks and they can help sometimes. The little red and yellow balls can be dumb and annoying at times when they can’t get out from under blocks or get covered up again. Also, when they won’t meet up with their partner. I think I like it better than regular angry birds!

Could be a fun game. This game is great and a lot of fun until you get up into the higher levels. The game then becomes almost impossible to get through levels without having to use coins to continue or any or your own money to beat the levels. And I refuse to spend money. It’s not necessary and if it is the game is crap. It’s a very manipulative game. I have other games that allow you to watch videos to earn those coins or weapons to beat levels. They also have other ways to earn coins and perks. For example when you earn so many stars you’re rewarded with perks and coins. No reason to ever spend money. And here, lately, when I am offered a video to watch to get a set of lives I’m never rewarded the lives. This has happened about 6 or 7 times. This one is about how much money it can get you to spend. I’m done with it and deleting it. Their Dream Blast game is the same. I was hoping this one was different.

Disappointed Gamer. The game started out being enjoyable and, at times, almost too easy. But as I progressed and got more into the game, I noticed things happening in an unusual way, such as the pieces not behaving in the same way each level. As I got further along, the birds started behaving erratically, for example, when I was down to two balloons to save, the Red bird would bounce around the one I aimed it at and destroy boards etc. around the area of the first balloon after the balloon was freed instead of going for the other balloon when earlier it would go for the second piece after the first piece was freed. Or the Bomb bird was used to destroy a small building housing a gaged balloon and the pieces would fly around instead of being destroyed and the caged balloon would land in a place that would require another bird just to destroy one tiny board. Once I spent real money to buy coins the games got harder and the coins I bought went fast. Instead of needing extra birds every third or fourth game, I was needing to buy extra birds almost every game. I’m at level 220 and have decided I no longer need the stress of watching pieces and birds behave differently than when I started the game. I’m deleting it off both my iPhone and iPad.

Fun but WTH???. I used to play this game daily if not multiple times a day to kill time. Yes as you progress it does get pretty tough. Especially if you do not pay for upgrades. Something I will never do. I have noticed though over the last year that some days I cannot open the app. It just loads and loads. I don’t want to spend my time waiting for an app to load. This would be a great game if it would just open. I have several gaming apps and none of them fail to open when I tap on them. I have nothing against the tough game play. I just would like the app to open when I want to waist a little time.

Garbage with way too many glitches. So I played the proto game for a year before they released the fully “completed” version. At least the beta version was playable. The full release is not. You cannot collect your festival rewards (collect button doesn’t work... you have to fully close and reopen the game to get past the frozen collect reward button to play on). Balloons get stuck in the terrain and no amount of birds will dislodge them so you lose the level and all of your progress. The fireflies are confused by terrain and refuse to find each other despite only a hill or floating ground (no blocks) separating them so, AGAIN, you lose the level and your progress. And then there was the glitch where there was only ONE firefly who just sat there because there was no one there to make a love connection with... ALL of the blocks had already been broken so it’s not like the second fly was hiding under a pile of rubble. Yet again this leads to the loss of the level and all progress. There are other obnoxious glitches but I’m not going to waste further time listing all of them. After a year playing the beta version I’m now deleting the game altogether since the full release is not playable. I’m damned tired of rich companies churning out garbage. Why the heck don’t they just release the original angry birds on the App Store? So stupid that we’re forced to choose from these “advanced” versions of the game that have been poorly vetted prior to release.

Not worth money vs rewards. I am a big Angry Bird fan, but this game is literally IMPOSSIBLE TO WIN without spending real money. The packages for coins aren’t worth the amount of coins received. There are virtually no rewards within the game to help you pass levels. If you are a paycheck to paycheck person like me do not download this game! Because it is extremely frustrating and only fun if you have plenty of money to spend. Almost every single level is impossible to pass after level like 200. I’m surprised bc my other angry birds games have a bunch of in app rewards and hard level offers for .99 or $2.99. Why does cost 950 coins to get 3 more birds to pass a level? Wouldn’t 500 be reasonable with how many coins are in purchases less than $20? And if you NEVER win or earn rewards just for playing the game what’s the point? I play AB 2 and Blast every single day, these two games are fun bc of the rewards vs. unfair gaming expectations. I allow myself to spend real money every now and then in games for fun but refuse to pay anymore to AngryBirds Journey!

Fun but.... Like others have mentioned, I too would rather pay a fixed amount for say 200 levels then another amount for another 200 levels or whatever than these micro transactions which I will never pay. When I need something I just go away for several hours or a couple of days and then come back and try again. Eventually I’ll just quit when it gets to impossible. But I won’t play this nickel and dime transaction thing. Too bad because this game is more like the original which I really liked versus the subsequent games they came up with. Oh well.

Fun becomes frustrating very quickly. I’m going to refrain from using any kind of retrospective context about original AB games and just judge this one on its own, for what it is. This game is a lot of things. “Balanced” is not one of them. It’s addictive and satisfying to knock down towers, but some of the later game mechanics just become frustratingly difficult to manage. I get that games are supposed to become more challenging as you get through them, but this one kicks it up in so many notches in so short a curve that it becomes really not fun to play. When they introduce new block types that are extremely unpredictable and start combining all different kinds of puzzles into one screen, while simultaneously nerfing your ammo, and then take into account the fact that the bird types are randomized on each level, you get something thats designed to push you into spending your own money on extra chances to finish a level. I hate games that are designed this way, especially when it starts out so unassuming and fun. There’s no ads interrupting your gameplay, which makes me want to play it more, but after about 150 levels it just gets way too frustrating to sink my time into. Do yourself a favor. Play for a little bit, then uninstall it and go read a book. It’s a good short term experience, but a bad hobby.

The support story. I was on level 182, one of those levels with 4 parts to it and I had used an ice & 2 ducks. I had this level beat if only I had just one more bird. So because this was my first loss of the day I watched an add and the add played through without any problems but I didn’t get my extra bird but the ad bottom was still up. I watched a second video ad and did not receive My extra bird. The ad video button stayed up but the third time no matter what I just couldn’t push it so I lost 2ducks and an ice for nothing. Talked to support and told my story. Next day they gave them back to me. I’m satisfied with the outcome. Thank you.

Gets progressively worse over time. The developers are hard at work making their game more infuriating to play and adding annoying “features”, with each update introducing more problems. They ignored all the bugs I sent to them, while removing beneficial things like daily potions for top players. Recently they added a permanent “extra bird” purchase popup every single time you want to start a game, and then grayed it out making it an extra step to play a game. Convenient bugs are everywhere, stopping you from completing hard levels and destroying streaks, such as abilities not activating, and frogs that become stuck on the screen, preventing anything from killing them. Watching ads also prevents you from playing, as they are sometimes zoomed in and the X button is unreachable, so even if you spent powerups and coins you can only quit the game. After sending screenshots to support they give you an hour of unlimited life if you’re lucky, and claim they will fix it. However after three months no effort to fix the bugs were made at all.

Bad game don’t download. As a veteran angry birds player, these new games and attempts to keep their company afloat are horrible. So many ads and micro transactions. The birds got a major nerf and the levels are plain and boring. The “bomb” bird used to be one of the best birds in the game if placed correctly, it is not a measly hollow shell of what it used to be and has become a very sub par bird to use. You used to be able to control when the bird used their abilities (blowing up bomb or using chucks dash) but now they only activate on impact taking the enjoyment out of the game and reducing the control the player has. Plus, the game now has a heart system where for every level failed you lose a heart and have to wait to regenerate them. Long gone are the days where I would spend hours on a level trying to beat it but instead, I must to regenerate these hearts to continue playing. It hurts me to say but what a joke this beloved franchise has become.

Angry Birds - Micro Transaction Edition. The game itself is enjoyable. The birds are fun and the levels (at the beginning are good). After around level 100 it begins to become more and more obvious that the micro transactions are indeed very necessary to continue at any manageable pace. There are certain levels (you will have no problem spotting them) where it is necessary to have power ups to complete it. They will either use chains and bubble fields to sap your birds or simply not give you enough to make it through in the first place. When you run into these levels you can either buy your way past them or pray for one of those miracle birds to do major damage. I do like the game, but just as most games today it’s all about nickle and dimeing you to death. I would rather buy a game than deal with this micro transaction non-sense. But I’m afraid that will never change. Developers make way more money selling pay to win stuff than selling copies of the game. So, I’ll put this one on the shelf with the rest of the micro transaction abominations and look for something new.

Devs, this is urgent!. So I’ve encountered a bit of an issue. As of now level 235 is virtually impossible, not what I expected a “Hard” level to be honestly. At the final room, if the balloon birds float to the right side of the stage, they cannot be counted as collected because there isn’t enough space to register this. Sure, I could try my hardest to make them go left, (Which I have) but that’s not my problem. So it’d be greatly appreciated if you guys could fix this. There also a slight visual issue where when switching rooms, the Bird that’s after the one in play will switch when entering your slingshot, throwing off strategy. I’d also appreciate either a better indication of the Cloud Mask’s location or the clouds just to be a visual disturbance rather than a condition, and to give the fireflies some more brain power so they can move left, right, up or down more so I don’t have to keep wasting moves because they won’t go upwards with nothing in their way. Good but very disappointing. Disappointed with great game. I love all the new action, and the format except for having to tap tap tap every three or four games for the new levels. I like many of the new features, but some of them take the challenge out of the game. What is really disappointing is at level 56, the action changes. Suddenly everything gets buried under the debris, and you have to waste many birds picking up one piece or two. The net result is there are not enough birds to finish that level; and the sales pitch starts, and us then reinforced. I like the game enough, I will pay something to play it, but I’m not going to be nickeled and diamond I have any game not work right. I’m done with it.

Ruined it all for me ;-;. This game isn’t that bad with the design, but why the heck did you have to make it so bad! You could’ve stuck with the original angry birds!!! And what happened to angry birds epic AND angry birds fight!! I loved epic because it had my favorite birds and pigs in a rpg environment! And I loved angry birds fight because it was actually a fun puzzle/battle game! And this might sound dumb, but where’s angry birds Stella! You could’ve made more levels and kept it running, along with the other forgotten games, but nooo, you had to make a watered down, bootleggy, kick in the face to all of the fans, not good, insult to the franchise, phone game! I’m not even mad, I’m surprised of how much good content y’all threw into the bin! And trust me, it’s almost enough to fill the bin! So congratulations rovio, you thought y’all played a smart move, but instead you just made a bad decision to the angry birds franchise by removing the one game that started the whole thing!! WOW!

Angry Birds Journey is no longer fun. Sadly I’ve been playing this particular version for over 2 years and it’s exactly the same puzzles as when I started. It’s monotonous and now what with the Haunted Gaia Challenge it’s next to impossible to advance levels. I spent all my power ups and multiple unlimited lives to advance past just one level and it sucked the whole time. Plus - I have yet to experience few if any of the fun looking levels advertised on the app store promo page. This game no longer has an end, there is no magic Gaia egg to be discovered. Instead it’s just one monotonous game after another with holiday graphics thus there is no longer any end goal to strive for. Anyone else notice there is no longer Ny method available to contact support inside this game? My 1st place eagle Rally Finished icon for having won the most recent Rally has been present on my home screen and inoperable (unable to redeem my winnings) for the past several weeks & there’s no longer a way to get it fixed (nor anything else). Perhaps this game is no longer being supported?

You’ve got a glitch.. So just now I lost a game due to this same glitch. I reached level 1308 and on the last puzzle, used the watch a video for one more bird option. This red bird not only was able to destroy the remaining pigs, including the one in the pink bubble, but with it’s last hit, clear the path for the light beam to reach the hatchling in the cloud. But before it finished steaming the cloud open, the you lost by 1 screen appeared. A second later the hatchling was released and all goals were now accomplished. Usually when this happens, the screen changes to reflect the level has been ‘nailed’. But this time that didn’t happen. I was left with only 2 choices, spend hard earned coins to continue, when there was nothing left to do or try again. this is the second time this has happened, both times on a level with the light beam as the last puzzle. FIX THIS,

FRUSTRATING to say the least. I agree with the year old review of Boaconductor although I have gotten to a level in the 2000s before I now want to throw my device in the swamp! It is becoming more and more obvious that it’s not actually getting more difficult but it actually thwarts you from completing a level. A bird that SHIULD take out an obstacle doesn’t so that now you have to waste another bird to HOPEFULLY complete a level. I have very rarely spent money on a game and I don’t plan to start. That might be the trigger. I’ll watch the ads for a “play on” but I don’t spend the money. I think I’ll set it aside and pick up a book. Or maybe talk to my wife. She’s right here addicted to TikTok

A little annoying. So the game play for this app is cool but… what you realize after playing it for a while is that it isn’t that you need more birds to complete a level, but the right birds in the right order to complete a level without applying bonuses or buying more birds. And it seems to be set up that the first couple of times you try a level, the birds you get don’t work to complete it. No matter what you do. And some levels are impossible to complete without buying birds or using the freeze or duck for instance. It is designed to take your money in that regard unless you have an extreme amount of patience and are willing to quit playing frequently after short periods of time when your lives run out. It is fun to play but it frequently becomes not fun when you realize it is intentionally making things impossible to complete and you loose bonuses and so forth.

It started as fun….. Level 77 took several days to get through, level 78, I’m not getting through unless I spend money, it was fun for a while, now I’m going back to the older games, this is where my journey ends. I take this back, I’m at level 120 now and only spent 99 cents. Some levels just take time, they have also added a new feature that makes the game more playable. You can also watch a video one time and get an extra bird once a day. A couple of tips for beginners, learn how the birds work and you can bounce birds off the side of the screen.

I Like It, But There’s Room for Improvement. Something that I really like about this game is that you don’t have to tap the screen to prompt the birds’ powers. But there are several things I would like for there to be done: 1. Make it easier to purchase power-ups. 2. Make the balloons more sensitive to pop. They shouldn’t be limited to popping once they reach the top. 3. Make the fireflies smarter. The fireflies only travel towards each other in a straight path. If there’s an alternate route that provides them a means to reach each other, they should take it. 4. The pigs should be more sensitive. One time, I propelled a pig to the top of the screen and when he landed on the ground, he didn’t get knocked out.

Upgrade. Ever since angry birds did an auto upgrade the game has been terrible. It freezes and pauses in the middle of shots and stops and starts through the game. There was nothing wrong with it before then. It’s so frustrating that I’m thinking of deleting the game. Please fix it. 😡😡😠😠

There is a bug. I am up to level 18 and the hand comes up to pull ‘silver’ bird back and I can’t do anything. The hand stays there no matter what and she doesn’t let go after you pull her back. Was loving the game and then I can’t go further .

Game freezes. This is the 4th time I’ve tried to play this game only to get to level 160 twice now it gets to level 50 and it freezes , you can hear it running in the background, so that’s it I’ve had enough I’m deleting it Shame because I really liked this game

Great game. Very enjoyable to play and has some good challenges

The later levels are too hard!. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve lost a level because of 1 firefly or one stupid trapped hatchling. The early stages are easy but the later stages are soooo annoying and tedious that it’s not even funny. I love playing angry birds 2 because it wasn’t too hard or too easy. Yes you had overpowered birds like Terence or Leonard (which is technically a pig) but it made me willingly play the game. Angry birds journey on the other hand made me feel like throwing my iPad across the other side of my room due to being stuck on levels and not having enough coins to buy powerups or revives. Nevertheless I give this game a 3 star due to amazing, cute and colourful graphics and design and because angry birds is my childhood. I don’t want to be too harsh since the games you make are amazing, but angry birds journey made me feel like an incredibly angry bird going on an annoying journey.

Am deleting it. Really enjoyed the Angry birds. This started more like that. Now has become too difficult too quickly. It is advertised as relaxing but it isn’t when you know you only have five lives and the levels are hard. I’m sure Roxio hopes we pay up for powerups for these. NEVER PAY! YOU LOSE OUT!. UPDATE; The game now wont refill your catapult periodically, costing you the level. Nothing you can do. Just getting worse. I have video of this but can’t post it here. REMEMBER - NEVER PAY FOR THIS GAME. I’ve been playing this game for ages and I’d never paid for any power ups. You can still make your way past the obvious “kill mode” physics where it tries to get you to invest. Fun enough. Then, one evening when a little compromised, I accidentally decided to invest $1.99. And you know what? It removed the “extra bird” freebie which you get periodically if you’re a bit stuck! It’s literally never been back! That, and when you do have coins, the trick of the game repeatedly asking you to spend them where you think the second confirmation would be to restart the level - it’s all geared up to take advantage. It’s like the South Park Loch Ness monster. Give it ‘bout three fiddy and it’ll never be the same again. Such a shame.

Why so completely change the game play. Note to developers, don't completely change the game play ages after launching. I was working through the levels in this game, but the developers decided to change the game land levels into seasons, which meant I lost my progress and can no longer get back to the levels. I asked their support how to get back to my progress and was just told my progress was gone and no longer accessible. If you wanted to change the game style then release it as a new mode or game. Don't steal my progress just so you can sell more in app purchases 😡

No physics, just a rip off….. I just can’t enjoy this game as an ‘Angry Birds’ continuation. The physics just aren’t there, there’s no actual challenge, and sorry but it’s just not fun! Not able to open chests!!!. Been 2 weeks that I listen to the adds and then cannot open the chest when playing the 3 daily ones. After the add goes back to the chest and wants to play the add again but does not work. Can't play the add and can't open the chest. Meh. They claim to be ad free and amazing but you can’t seem to go back and re-run a lvl for better score. Also the lvls are getting harder and harder - which is great BUT that’s when they pop up with sales and money making parts. Also, they added birds in cages that HAVE to touch the ground otherwise you can’t pass. It doesn’t make sense and just makes the game less fun. Also also, once you pull to aim a bird you can’t park them back, it has to go. So if you forget to press buff before launching it the turn can be a wasted. Also also also, when you enter a level and just want to go back to menu it takes your live away for no reason. Rude. All these “errors” are small but they seem like money seeking option.

Always asking to download content. While the game is fun, it is always asking to download content. Which is fine if I am on Wi-Fi. When I am on cell data, which I have a limited amount, I end up being forced to stop playing. I do not want to waste 150mb a shot to download new levels to continue playing while not on WiFi. It wants to download huge amount every 1-3 levels, which is insane. The game should download all levels at initial install.

Lots of Glitches and the Ads will drive you crazy. **updated** please keep advertising for war games off this app. I find it very offensive First of all, way too many ads. I get the advertising is how they make their money but I frequently get fed up and leave the game for extended periods of time. Lots of glitches too, getting stuck on ads and sometimes not being able to click on the ad to get a reward.

Hate getting seriously invested and dicked around. Really enjoyed playing and even getting little addicted, but hare getting screwed around on bonus features.

Once you’re hook.. let loose the $$$$. The game is good and fun. If you only intend to play on spare time, you’ll be amazed. But if you’re into competitive mood .. umhhh you’ll definitely need to spend more money and this game is intended just for that. Rovio sold is soul and lost itself from what made them popular. The mechanics of the game could be better and by better i mean more precise and have more realistic physics. Too often its frustrating to see the game cheating on you. Im almost at the end of those 5 Levels (each have 320) and to be honest i dont think ill keep playing. Once you reach the point you ask yourself if its worth spending to be ahead, well its time to delete. Not talking about 20$. More like 200$ +

Poor rewards. First it costs 950 coins to continue playing a level. When you finally finish an extremely hard section (4 or 5 levels) you’re reward is 20 coins. The game is fun until level 100. I’d say get this game play until 100 then delete.

Worst Angry Birds game ever.. Compared to the Original, along with Angry Birds Space, and Angty Birds Star Wars, this waste of virtual space is utter garbage, and the devs should be totally ashamed of them self’s for promoting this trash. Knowing this even shares a name with the original “Angry Birds” is enough to shame the devs for releasing this pile of garbage. Shame on you.

Experiment. So I did a little experiment. I played for about a month without spending any money. I really can’t afford more than once a month. So while I was playing w/o spending money, I was very lucky if I beat a level daily. There was always one left on the final screen. But I kept trying. Didn’t give up. So comes payday. I buy the 6.99 pkg. Man oh man what a difference! I played for hours and scooted thru the screens. Used up all my stuff. Now I am back to being lucky to pass one a day. Anybody else see this? Just be aware.

Randomly Charges You. This game is a joke. It’s too buggy. The adds that you must watch in order to advance will either launch you to the App Store or will freeze and the only way to get back to your game is to restart the app. But when you restart you lose everything from that level. However, that’s not the worst of it, I’ve been randomly charged for in app purchases that I didn’t make. Apple doesn’t qualify them as “refundable purchases” even though I didn’t make them. Since I can’t get a refund and/or get rid of the adds, I got rid of the game.

It’s kinda good but more of a bad game. I know it’s based of the angry birds movie 2 but silver has bad fling noises (angry birds movie 2 reference) and why are we saving chicks instead of fighting pigs? Ands the birds look cut except silver and Stella looks like a boy red does not have that ability what happened to the classic no ability and is there blues and Matilda or lean or terence or any other angry bird and chucks name is pointless now but don’t change he is still good at breaking wood by the way #angrybirds2 by the way where is blues there is a lot of ice in this game I

At Level 2283, I have deleted the game. This game - while once fun and challenging- has become a blatant money grab. Folks, wake up. Stop buying the in app purchases. The game now appears to be programmed with wrong pig counts, ineffective dynamite blocks, red bird inflicts no damage, pink birds lift nothing. My favorite thing in these latest releases is wood and concrete break on the pigs’ heads - without killing them. The game is clearly programmed so that you need to use boosts to clear the world. At Level 2283 I am done with this game and developer. I have deleted it. Disappointing and disgraceful.

They never fix glitches. I’m only writing this review because there are ridiculous amounts of glitches to this game and they update and don’t fix them. Just play and don’t get mad when the red bird literally does nothing and wastes a bird constantly. Do not and I mean do not spend money in any form on this game totally not worth it. I’m past 400 level now and it’s just getting annoying when pigs are hit and don’t register being hit and some birds doing no damage so time for new game

Another pay-to-win disappointment. Sure, the challenges are interesting and the gameplay is good, but there comes a point where it’s obvious the only way to play through is to spend money on bonus features. Angry Birds 2 was the same way and I deleted it. This one’s probably not going to last much longer on my iPad. I miss the days when we’d buy a game once to be able to play the whole thing. I’d rather pay once up front and not have to pay again.

I love this,but...... I’ve been with Angry Birds since i was 2-3 (I think?) years old and it was my first and favorite videogame and this game,alongside Angry Birds 2, gives me childhood memories of the classics and i was born in the same year as the franchise,2009, and even if the newer games are not the same as y’all remember it, it’s still Angry Birds, so y’all gotta love and appreciate them. Best angry birds game. Just a slight issue. So far, this is by far the best angry birds game I’ve played. The levels aren’t so hard that you just want to uninstall the game, but they’re not so easy that you’re bored out of your mind. The issue I’ve run into is, when you’ve used your last bird in a game and you push the fast forward button to get the rest of the animations that are going to happen done, the game counts it as a loss even if all the pigs and birds are accounted for. I’m finding it very frustrating…

Bad update. I have not been able to play since update last month. I have been in contact with support team and have tried several remedies but nothing works! Any suggestions? Support team has failed to fix. It has now been 2 months since I reported problem. Support team have put my ticket on hold till “they” figure out what to do. Do not invest in this game. Support team does not offer help. I sent screen shots of problems. They need a better tech support system. Update to game…. Support now says they will reach out to me when they figure out the problem. It has now been 3 months. Let’s see how long this goes on!

Fun, works perfectly fine. I’ve gotten up to level 350 in Angry Birds 2 and can take me days now sometimes to beat a level because they are quite touch. But I’m battling cancer and sit in a lot of doctor’s offices and play this little gem to satisfy my Angry Birds addiction without frustration. I’ve had no trouble at all with this app. Remember to reboot your device in case you happen to have issues.

Rovio. Ok Rovio I need to say that I have been a fan for years now I mean a lot of years and this is what you presented to us. I mean yea it’s like a game for young youths I understand but all that I have to say is that you need to step up your game. This cannot be the future of Angry Birds. Garbage AI makes and otherwise decent game lousy.. Title pretty much sums it up. The fireflies are complete morons. They struggle to go around even the smallest obstacles. I sat here for about 10 minutes to see if they could fly over one single piece of wood. Absolute joke. Red’s AI is also garbage. He just hits stuff seemingly at random. I had him hit several random blocks when there was a pig one single block away. Didn’t make any attempt to hit the pig at all. I’m on 256 and unless I pay for power ups or get really lucky, it’s nearly impossible. Get the game if you want an ok time waster but don’t expect much else from it.

I love Angry Bird Videos and games. Do you know Angry Birds was my favorite when I was little my dad always used to show me it and then I started playing it and then I fell in love with it and now I’m falling in love with this song whoever made this I’ll give aRound of applause to this person the end by the way whoever made this again it’s probably gonna be my favorite

Right step, but needs more uniqueness to it. So I played it for a couple of minutes now and it’s a good step, but wasn’t the original angry birds child friendly enough? Also, they use the same animations from the previous game “Dream Blast”, but I’m guessing that’s a place holder for newer animations. Meh. It's another installment of Angry Birds. If you like plain old Angry Birds, you'll like this just fine. It's barely any different. Extremely minor changes to gameplay. No difference at all in graphics, physics, sound effects. Another thing that's the same is that it's pay to win. You will reach a point, no matter how good you are, that you cannot proceed with paying money. I hit it at level 86. Maybe you'll do better. 🤷‍♂️ Regardless, it's just not compelling or interesting enough for me to want to pay any money for it at all. Uninstalled.

A simple suggestion. The game is great as it is, but sometimes you get stuck with low gold for long periods of time. An excellent solution to this would be to create more rewards for beating levels. For example: 10 gold beating a basic level, 50 for a hard level, and 100 for an extreme level. It would make the game a lot better and more fun to play.

Greedy. The game is fun, but too greedy. Once you buy one of their packages of coins and power-ups, you can’t beat a level without using the power-ups. Then, you only get five lives, which you lose in ten minutes so you have to spend more money if you want to keep playing. The refill of lives and power-ups are overpriced to help you burn through your coins fast. You only get the option to watch one ad per day for one free life or power-up.

Fun. I think that they made the levels a bit too hard, sometimes I have had to play a level 10 or more times. Feel s like you make it through it just to lose your bonus in the next levelSometimes even though you have a powered up bird and use a power up still can’t seem to get it done. And having to pay to get more than 1 or 2 power up, adds up rather quickly. But the game is fun and addictive!

Will re-review if/when bug is fixed. I was playing Gaia’s Challenge, closed the app one night and then woke up the next day and cannot get to the screen to play. When I open the app it shows a purple crescent moon and says “tap to reveal”. When I tap the screen, it just shows a graphic of some pigs and birds and the screen doesn’t change. Been like this for the past 2-3 days. I have no way of submitting a support case in the app because there’s no way to navigate anywhere in the app. Very bizarre and disappointing!

This Angrey birds. This Angrey birds is very fun and so so easy on some levels you can do a lot of things on this Angrey birds it is like an expansion to Angrey birds but more fun and you are basically using tiny Angrey birds like baby Angrey birds and they all have like I wouldn’t call them powers they are more like special abilities and there are so many different birds for me it’s really fun and I hope you enjoy this game and if you do check out more Angrey birds games hope you enjoy.😁👍🏼

I finally had enough 😡. I’ve never played a game that made me say “I hate this game” every time I played it before this one. They recently added treasure hunt as a replacement for the daily “beat three levels and win power ups and rewards”. In doing so they’ve now made it impossible to advance past the extreme levels. After three days of being unable to advance I just deleted the app. I was on level 2,439 too. When levels are too hard to pass after a few tries the game is no longer fun and not worth my frustration any longer. I regret wasting the time I wasted on it. Never again will I play any angry bird game.

Mostly fun, but…. One of the objectives in some of the levels is to clear the path of a light to reach a frozen hatchling to free it. It’s actually more annoying and frustrating than challenging and enjoyable. Even one piece of structure can block its path. It’s enough to ruin the whole game. Other reviews talk about how impossible it gets once you reach a certain level. I’m not there yet, but once I am, in combination with this ridiculous light path clearing objective it will likely be enough for me to delete the game.

To many bugs. Great update! Love the new challenges however bugs have left me frustrated. At least 7-8 times I’ve lost my progress because the game locked up and I had to reboot my phone. Also it’s said there is one last balloon but there is none on the screen. Also had crates that refused to break even after using all 6-8 birds that were left. If I make mistakes and have to purchase coins that’s okay. But if I’m constantly losing my win streak cause of crashes then it’s no fun anymore.

Angry Birds. I loved this game until the IT Tech guys started being lax if I watched an ad for an extra bird another chance to win the game after 30 seconds wouldn’t do anything I had to close it out and go on. After a while I got tired of being being cheated so I wrote them on the support on the game! Since then I get nothing and you don’t even get enough angry birds to shoot the targets I’m debating leaving this game unless you can fix something

Doesn’t work. Since the update it just doesn’t start. I made sure my phone was updated, it is, I open the app and there’s a moon icon and it says tap to reveal. So I tap and the moon disappears and that’s it. Nothing else happens. Just a background with nothing to do. Otherwise I was really enjoying the game. I get frustrated with it at times but games are supposed to get harder as you progress. And this is the first issue I’ve had with it.

THE GLITCHES but it is still fun + how download angry birds. THERE IS kind of glitches in the game that make you restart a level , restart win streak, and Hearts ( unless you have unlimited hearts) like, one time, I was playing and the cutie fly things glitched of the map. My biggest issue is THE CUTIE FLY THINGS, THEY MAKE YOU WASTE THE BIRDS. Still this game nevertheless it is so fun On Apple go to ur profile and select purchases then select my purchases. Only available when last downloaded

Angry birds journey. Love the game but it has turning into a huge money pot ;would rather have chances to get coins other than the challenges also I would like to see that when you have extra birds at the end of their challenge that you were able to bank them and use them at a different time! Thank you!

Fun in a whole new format. Just when you think Angry Birds is out of steam, here comes a new challenge in a whole new format. It’s a no holds barred free-for-all that changes the game. Same birds with a few twists. New power moves like the blizzard that turns the whole piggy structure to ice, or the rubber ducky rainstorm that destroys what it hits, or the flower.. wanna know what it does ? Play the game and see for yourself.

Fix these darn Lightning bugs. Your guys really need to fix the lightning bugs. They aren’t fast or smart enough to go over a block when you got 0 birds left and their the last opponent standing. When they finally start to fly over it and boom. Timer runs out and they stop moving. At least let them stay in motion after time runs out. Can’t tell you how many levels I’ve lost thanks to those pesky critters. Other than that I’m addicted.

It’s Fun at first. Like any other game though they quickly progress to levels that are impossible without power ups, the game does give you a decent amount of ways to earn power ups without money but it’s clear the eventual goal is to make them more and more necessary until you need to use them quicker than you can earn them. The game also seems almost too good at having the last bird just not quite finish off the level meaning you only option is 950 coins to pop one crate.

Rovio needs to bring back the rest of the angry birds 😪. This angry bird game is trash i don’t know why they decide to make new ones instead they can bring back the old games like Angry birds kart racing, angry birds epic, angry birds Star Wars and all that like there’s no need for this game because the graphics looks like something a 2 year old will play 24/7. Rovio if y’all read this, Take this game off and bring back all the angry birds games or make a sequel of all the old angry birds games since y’all wanna take them off the App Store. Even tho we have other games to play, ummm we need y’all to bring back the old angry birds like everything. This game is a 1 ⭐️💀

An issue. I really like this game except for a recent aggravating issue. When you reach the last room in the level you are playing and you use your last bird sometimes you end the play before it completes and shows you didn’t get them all when in fact you did snd should have won. Please look into this!

How Adorable. Not the game (although it is cute). No, what’s adorable is all the impotent rage from people who, apparently, have tied up their entire personal identity in the Angry Birds metaverse who can’t cope with the idea of a game in the series which isn’t aimed toward their personal tastes. Narrative? Plot? Continuity? What are you talking about? You throw blobs at other blobs to optimize solving a puzzle. Who cares if some “character” has a new signature sound? PS: all phone games are “aimed at casual gamers”. That’s what phone games are. If you do all your gaming on a phone, no matter how much time or money you spend, you’re a casual gamer. I’m only giving this three stars because the “casual” aspect means the controls are really coarse but the solutions to the puzzles are still pretty precise. At the same time, the actual puzzle solving isn’t very complex. Once you get the basics of the physics it is just a question of how much grinding you want to do to get each shot just so.

Took away the daily potion in this update. Why? C’mon guys! The game still jammed on me after a level finished and I lost my progress and you took away the daily potion, plus it takes an extra level completed to get a power up bird to start the next level. I agree with improving a game with extra bells and whistles, just don’t take away something that is helpful. Cause it will get to a frustration point where I just delete the game.

Simple and Fun!!!. It’s almost like a toddler friendly version of the original angry birds, it has a challenge but it’s not so hard that a child can’t get passed the levels. They give you plenty of birds to use for most levels with a better score for the least amount used. Great for adults and kids to okay together. I’m playing with my son right now and it’s a blast

Buggy. There are so many small bugs/glitches that it can ruin gameplay. Frequently no bird will load into the slingshot and the only option is to restart the game. Frustrating when you’re on a winning streak and lose all your build up. Level 20 of Gaia now shows that you need to collect two of the “fog birds” or whatever they are called. Yet, there is only one. You can use every bird and clear the entire board and still not complete the level because you have to find something that doesn’t exist. Another lost streak and now wasting away my 2 hrs of unlimited lives. I have screen shots and have tried to figure out how to contact Rovio for support, but there is no one to communicate with. Fix the bugs and I’ll fix my stars. Gameplay is good when the game works as it should. But there have been too many glitches to enjoy it lately.

Frustrating game. The game cheats. It changes the birds you’re supposed to get if it seems like you are about to win. It’s a super shady way of trying to get you to spend money to win by stopping you. Even if the game is enjoyable, it feels shifty and puts a bad taste in my mouth. It makes me want to delete the game and not play anymore because I feel like the algorithm is designed to stop you so you get frustrated enough to spend money. It’s a bad plan and makes the game makers seem like disgusting money hungry people. Even if they are, it shouldn’t be so obvious.

Cute game. This is a bare bones version of Angry Birds. The characters are well animated. That’s about it. I saw no ranking for passing levels. No score, no stars, etc. Just throw birds, break blocks. Not a very advanced version of the game at all. However, I found that wasn’t a deal breaker. I’m afraid it might get a little repetitive after some time, but it’s not that bad. I do notice no pigs yet. Are we going to be surprised by levels where you play as the pigs, with their own skills? Wouldn’t that be a step in a different direction.

Glitch with Ads :(. Maybe the problem is that my phone is too old (iPhone 7), but the ads turn into a loop I can’t exit. I have to leave the game because the “x” for an ad won’t close the page. Often I’m sent to a web page or the app store. Other times the ad keeps restarting. Most of the ads happening when collecting winnings. These seem to work, but it’s hard to know for sure.

Laws of Physics Different. Birds are weaker than other AngryBirds apps making this game irritating to play. The birds have densities closer to beach balls. Feels like one is using beach balls to knock over sand castles. It’s annoying overall. Need more birds to do damage, wasting lives. The fireflies are dumb trying to go horizontally most times. But, they will go vertically to meet each other if one waits a few minutes. Pink bubbles are stronger than the “concrete” structures? Birds bounce of them defying the laws of physics that made the original Angry Birds a cult favorite.

Big Fan. I absolutely love this game…have for years. One request… when we need birds to finish a level it costs 950 coins; you get three more birds. However, you may only need one or two birds. Any way to bank the birds you have left? or add to next level? or exchange for an ‘extra’, such as the Flying Ducklings, Flowers, Freezing Wind Gusts? Thanks for the game!

I don’t like it.. It's not the original AB and that would be ok if it was an improvement on it but it’s not. I find the way certain blocks act is not right or atleast not consistent. I want to be able to switch the birds. I want to be able to replay levels even after I passed them. I hate the construction piggies. I just don’t enjoy this game very much. The original game was addictive but this one I pass one level and I am good.I find no desire to go to the next after it until the next day. I gave it about a month. Deleting it.

Phenomenal game, silver is lacking.. The game is perfectly fine apart from some bugs like the leaderboard, but that’s expected at launch. Still, Silver seems so just be lacking overall. I feel like giving her the most pierce out of any bird or whatever because she’s only good in very specific situations, specifically tall structures, but literally any other bird can obliterate the same thing instead only half, being silver.

This game is all about money. I spent a few hundred dollars on this gam but ended up stuck on a level for weeks if I didn’t spend money. I deleted the app and reinstalled it from the same device only to have to start over. Because of my experience I beat levels non stop until level 171 and now every shot backfires even with aim it’s a backfire. The coins that I have gained are going to waste because eventually I will have to spend again. Some levels are impossible to beat unless you spend. I genie this app a zero.

Please bring back the original. Too many of these “improved” Angry Birds varieties are like shooting off random fireworks. Launch one bird and the whole screen explodes in frantic movement that seems to have little regard for where the bird landed. I much prefer a game where I actually have to aim correctly to get desired results. The ‘fireworks’ approach means I mostly launch at random. Then, after a couple of birds, I quit out of boredom. I liked the original version of Angry Birds much better. Not so many pyrotechnics but much more challenging, and therefore more interesting to play.

Good Game But . . .. This is a really enjoyable game. However you get to the point that the only way to defeat the levels and advance is to use coins to purchase additional birds. That would be ok if there were any way to earn more coins but there isn’t unless you gain coins for advancing in the game. But you can’t advance in the game without more coins. So it is a catch 22. Of course you can buy all the coins you want but there should be a way to advance for those who do not want to spend money on the game. I removed it as there are lots of fun games that do not require you to spend money.

Good at first. For the 1st 200 levels this game reminded me of all I loved about Angry Birds. Then I encountered all the same issues other reviewers noted, and the game reminded me of everything I hated about Angry Birds 2 that caused me to delete it. Increasingly hit game play with birds, balloons and fireflies trapped by debris leaded to wasted birds and failed levels. Seems designed to cause players to use the special powers with encouragement to buy more and spend real money. Makes the game increasingly unenjoyable as it just annoys me. Will give it a little more time, but the other similar reviews don’t give me much hope.

mesmerizing. i was on the App Store and stumbled upon this app and to download it for fun to see if it would be of my interests and clearly have been playing on multiple levels since. this game is one to try for anyone who needs a little push to do something that doesn’t require too much thought!

Love Love Love AB Journey. I love the new updated version of Casual. Great decision to update. It works well and is a lot of fun. I would love to see a special place where you can build a place or decorate. I look forward to playing this game for a long time. It reminds me of a crossover of Angry Birds 2 and Angry Birds Island. Angry birds Journey is the new Angry Birds Classic with new backgrounds. Update: Last night I was playing the game it suddenly and unexpectedly shut off. Also, the game froze with a white cloudy background.

Latest update is horrible. They said they improved tracking, it’s actually gotten worse, I waited 10 minutes for them to find each other on the other side of a piece of wood and it never happened. The red bird has gotten drastically worse with where it hits, I won’t even charge him up anymore. There needs to be a better coin system in place, there’s no point in playing until they fix a lot of stuff, they make it almost impossible to have an enjoyable experience.
