Great Game Horrible Ads. This game is fun and relaxing to play on my new iPad. It would get five stars, however the ads between each round are so annoying and some of the ads hang my iPad requiring a hard power down. I wish there was an ad free paid ( not subscription) version. Deleted the app from my device today.

Why is it hanging up?. Have been enjoying this game for some time. All of a sudden it started freezing on startup, I reinstalled, played one game and it did it again, restarted my Iphone, it still won’t open. Any suggestions?

First Mobility App I’ve deleted.. This was a fun game at first, but soon I realized that I was spending more time watching ads in order to get boosters than I was actually playing the game. I assumed that as you cleared blocks and scored points, you would be able to use those points to get the boosters, but no, you have to watch another ad. I doubt this will be one of their games that people will continue to use long term as the game play is currently formatted.

False ad relief. I have paid for the free ad version and it never appears! I even deleted the app and reloaded it hoping that would spark a change but no it continues as it has with me having to watch the torture of the king over and over again! I have written support about this and get an automated response but nothing else! It is one of my favorite games otherwise or would have been deleted by now, but this is really too much!

Great Game but...... I enjoy the game despite having to watch ads between levels. Unfortunately, every time you want to rotate a piece you are forced to watch a 30 second ad. When you play the regular game this is annoying. When you are in score mode rotation of pieces is part of the strategy. I don’t have the time or patience to waste half a minute for one move very often so I just don’t play score mode any more. I have found the regular game to be fun and can advance levels rarely using rotate. Every once in a while you get to open a present and....another “undo”. It would be nice to get a rotate or block without having to watch an ad.

Fun to play but has a lot of bugs. This game is fun to play and can be challenging. There are several levels which keeps it interesting. However, it freezes regularly. The screen goes black, or the game just stops. I’ve had to delete the app and reinstall it several times. At this point I’ve lost interest.

Love this game but….. Ever since I updated to your latest version the game locks up on the title screen. I have done several reboots and sometimes it works and most times it doesn’t. I love this game but this is getting very frustrating

TetraBlock. I really like this game. Have recommended it already. But, what I don’t like about it is that it does NOT have automatic ‘helpers’ like the Rotate feature etc. It would be a lot better game to use / play if these features could just be earned on a point system - like from our games played and our high scores we earn. That would be a great incentive to stay with Tetra Block !

Tetrablock. I love this game. Very challenging and relaxing. No timer to make you push yourself. But I’ve been having issues with the X on the ads not showing up. Causing me to step out of the game to come back in several times til I can play again. And now it’s been freezing up when I first click on it to play. I’ve deleted the app and restarted it again and still an issues. Please fix. I am on an apple device. Latest updates.

So sad. Buggy, it dies after bingo ad.. I thought this was the perfect Tetris game, but twice it has died, gone screen black, after an ad. I’ve lost patience. Would gladly pay for a non buggy ad free game. Still black screen after that darn Bingo ad, but at least it’s back to being a full screen. I think this was released way too soon. Keep trying, guys, it will be a great app someday.

Loving it!!. I’m giving this 5 stars because I am LOVING this game!!! It’s a perfect way to unwind and relax after a stressful day. I love the options they give you with undo, extra block, boom, and rotate! You have a solid chance to win each level! The only thing I hope they add in the future is the ability to purchase an ad-free option so you don’t have to sit through ad snippets between levels sometimes. Other than that, they have a definite 5 star game here!!

🤷‍♀️. Had a different version of TetraBlock and it just stopped working. Downloaded this one and this version doesn’t work. I really enjoy mobilityware games and miss playing TetraBlock 😞

Not working. I love to play this game but when I could not get the game to start after several attempts I had to delete the game. I added it again to see if it would help and it did but I lost all of my progress and had to start completely over with level one. Not sure if I want to do that again!

Loving it...except. I love this game! It is so relaxing. However, I have had a problem - the game freezes. The screen goes totally black and there is nothing I can do except delete and download it again. Which means I start over again at the first level. It is so frustrating!

The worst of your games!. I play MobilityWare games almost exclusively on my iPad. I have 6 playing now and I cycle some of the others in. So I’m here to tell you that this Tetra Block is by far the worst performing of your games. It routinely shuts down after the first ad before I can even start play! It will also shut down or get hung up on buffering after the ad when I try to use a tool. If there is a limit to the number of tools, or the number of times any one tool can be used in a game it should say so in the rules. Then there are the times when the screen will rotate after an ad, changing the size of the game on the screen, and, of course, disrupting my thought on the next move. Sometimes the ad banner will overlay the play pieces so I can’t see them. All of this seems to be tied to the ads. You have some serious troubleshooting to do! 12/22 Well, crap, some of the above complaints resolved and I continued to play. Recently, the game just wouldn’t load or would drop off when I tried to start a game. So I deleted the app with the intent to reload a couple of days later, only to find that it has placed me back as a beginner player with no option to skip tutorial or play a more advanced level. Just can’t win with this game!

Love the game but Way too many ads. Whenever I start a game, there is an ad; to request a turn of the block, there is an ad; request a bonus block, there is an ad. The app crashes very often and freeze, which needs to be forced close and restart; and guess what, you have to watch the ad all over again. Love the game, but start to think it’s not worth the time...

Won’t open anymore. I actually love this game. In fact, it’s my favorite and I play it every day…that is, until it stopped working. Closing and reopening the app, rebooting — nothing works to make it run as it should. It opens only to the page that says “Mobilityware” and then it just sits there on that page. No amount of tapping, swiping, long-pressing, etc. does anything. I don’t know if the problem is your most recent update for the app or if it just won’t run on IOS 14.7.1, or maybe a combination of both. In any case, PLEASE fix this issue. And while you’re at it, please offer an ad-free, 1-time paid version so we all can fully enjoy the game without the constant interruptions of having to watch ads to continue playing the game. Thank you.

I liked it until today. There’s a detergent ad that just won’t quit after saying your reward in 5 seconds. No X to get back to the game at all. Update: that ad has been adjusted to behave, so I’ll increase the stars on my review.

Calming Escape. This game is what I need right now!!! I’m finding myself constantly stressed due to many things in life, and when I play this I find it’s the PERFECT combination of challenging and relaxing. The flowing music, the delightful sounds, the fun artwork and the awesome option of a tropical background...sign me up for this escape any day!!!

I USED to love this game. I used to really love this game. Played it all the time, my favorite. About a month ago, I started getting pop-up ads that would come up after every 3 moves. It was a Toyota ad. Contacted support about it. Supposed to be fixed - a few days later, same thing started. Contacted support again. Supposed to be fixed. Happened again for the third time - again contacted support. Each time I did everything suggested. Did not play for about a week. Decided to try it today and now a McDonald’s ad pops up on the second game I played. Of course, ad comes up after ever 2-3 moves. I’ve had it with Mobilityware. All the games I have are by them. Since they can’t seem to fix the ad bug, I’m done with them. Deleted!!!

Game play is okay but ads hang game up. The general games play is good but all the ads to get to rotate a piece is problematic that the developers don’t seem to want to fix. I play a lot of their games but this one is the worst. Even though the ads are terrible you can do a better job programming for glitching ads that don’t crash your game. I am done playing this game.

Ads are annoying. I love the game but hate the time wasted by ads intending to trick you into buying. I’d rather buy the game and be rid of the irritation!

Pretty good but one big issue. This is a great game but having to watch an ad every time you want to rotate a piece is too much. One of the initial concepts or the original Tetris video game is the ability to rotate and move pieces to fit into the puzzle. I understand the need to watch an ad for special things like undo and the single block, but it’s highly annoying to have to do that to rotate one piece. Please make rotate an integral part of the game.

Love the app - hate the 30 sec. ads. I’d give this app a 5 star review but who wants to watch a 30 sec ad every time you want to get a block turn over, a single block etc.? I can deal with the 5 sec or even the 15 sec but 30 sec?🤬 Clockmaker ads are the most difficult ones to get rid of. You should look into them. Please!

Like the game but.... It takes so long to play a level. The ads are terrible. I have to watch long ads just to be able to get a free tile or to be able to turn a piece around. If you get behind, it's almost impossible to catch up. I deleted it once because of the length of the game and later reinstalled it. But still having this same issue. I'm not going to buy turns, I can't! I'm ready to delete it permanently. NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE, I DELETED THE GAME!

Tetra Block. I love this game won 206 so far the reason I’m only giving it 3 Stars because this the second time this game has froze during play and I had to Deleted to restart playing this game over to and it’s has froze again . Otherwise I would have give. It 5 stars .

Royal Blast Ads. I actually love your game! I have won over 3500 games. It’s the first thing I do in the morning after I read the news. I don’t mind most of the 5, 15, and 30 second ads, but recently I have been getting nothing but Royal Blast ads. It’s bad enough to watch just one of those ads, but 12 in a row!!! That’s ridiculous! Royal Blast must be paying you tons of money to run their ad several times a day! If I have to sit through another one of their ads, I will delete this game and give you a terrible rating! Please remove some of these ads. Thank you.

Game freezes iPad. I love to playTetraBlock. Since I have installed it, after I finish a couple of games, when it normally shows some sort of ad, it freezes my iPad. I can’t change apps or turn it off. I have to wait for the iPad to time out and go to sleep before I can us it again. I hope there is a fix soon. Bummer!

Yeah, Great but .... Puzzle pieces fit and you’re doing great but then all of a sudden, you get pieces that don’t fit—and you were so close to winning this one. Oh! You can continue (so you don’t have to start all over again) but first ... you have to watch a 30-second ad. Then ... guess what? You WIN! So watch the ad, win the game. That’s what it’s all about.

Super fun game minus one major flaw. I love The classic Tetris game! This is a great spin off from that for one minor, yet majorly frustrating, flaw. The rotate blocks function. Part of the satisfaction of Tetris is spinning a block into the perfect place. Not in Tetra Block! Nope! You gotta watch a long ad to earn 1 flip. There is no way to bank flips before the round and they’re required to win. So the only choice? Break concentration every time you need a flip. It’s aggravating and really messes with an otherwise calm, satisfying game. Just buy them you say? Nope. Can’t do that either.

Video ad was misleading. It’s a good game but the video to promote this game is almost nothing like the game actually is. I find this very annoying. Alot of people do this and I don’t understand. Why not make the game you’re promoting? Instead it’s a trick to make you download the game to play a different game.

Upgrade issues?. Ever since the upgrade, can’t get it to load?

Ad causes blocks to be placed in unwanted places. I only play Mobilityware games! They are the only ones that challenge my brain. Lately, they gotten so annoying. This one, I’ve only played for about two months. The past couple days a Toyota ad pops up when I try to place a block. It places the block where I have no intention of placing that block. I have to x out of the ad. To do so, I have remove my finger from the screen which places the block. I tried not lifting my finger and it still places the block. Their puzzle app is doing the same. I’m deleting both!

Great Tetris like concept. This game is both nothing like Tetris and a remake at the same time. Lots of fun, if you enjoy puzzle type games give this one a try. The only thing I wish there was a paid version without ads.

What’s with Acorn?. Been enjoying the game till you started advertising Acorn! It never goes anywhere and you can’t get out of it unless you get out of the App. Then it starts the game over. Unending cycle. Next time it happens I will delete the game.

Freezes. Use to love the game, even enjoyed Daily challenge, but went watching ad to get goodies, freezes on ad, then difficult to restart. So it took all the fun out of this game.

The ad for Vita puzzles is broken. This ad (Vita puzzles) runs on multiple Mobilityware games and is broken. It prevents you from actually getting to the game. Get it fixed or take their ad down, please.

It’s back!. Thanks for updating and fixing whatever was preventing app from opening! I’m back to my daily play! Love this game!

Thieves. I like this game, used to play it all the time. But occasionally when you’re making a purchase it will freeze and then either you don’t get your purchase or charges you double and sometimes triple. The administrators both with Apple and the developers of the game or absolutely no help when that happens. So enjoy playing the game and enjoy getting ripped off because eventually it will happen. Too bad a good game is run by thieves.

Tetra Block. I love to play this game, but upon every completion of a puzzle it freezes up and needs to be rebooted before playing again.

Too many ads. Unfortunately, to win you have to use several helps per game, which means, more ads. Maybe have shorter ads - it’s so boring to watch the same 30 second ad time after time.

Losses of all purchases. Changing the game is fine. I loved the game and have played it for quite a while but now that you have changed everything I have lost all the support items that I have purchased. Big loss. Now I have to rebuild everything again. That is why the lack of stars. If it transferred those I would certainly give it a 5 star.

Awesome app that needs some TLC. App no longer works!! 😩I removed it, reinstalled it and nothing. It opens on a black screen. I played thousands of games on it, I love it. Just like everyone else, I concur with the annoying ads. I don’t even watch them, like everyone else I multi task, I am on my other devices when the ad is playing. Most of the ads are irrelevant. Give us more than 1 round to rotate the blick between ads. Also, the ads can’t play when you are not connected to the internet, so you can’t rotate your block. I learn’t this while in flight so, no option there than to get off the game. Pls fix the game.

Remove ads cost. I love this game and would give it 5 stars if not for the ads. I’ve been playing for some time-at first the ads were horrible then they got a little better and now they’re bad again. Was excited when the pop up appeared about getting rid of ads. But $9.99 for 7 days? Are you kidding me?? That’s just ridiculous. I’d probably even pay $20 to get rid of the ads permanently but not $10 for a week.

Love game but.... A couple of the advertisements don’t have a way to close them out. I have never had problems with this with ANY other app. I understand the advertisements. Usually they play their required amount of time and then you can close them and go on playing. Not the case here, there has been two now that don’t give you the opportunity to close them out and that means you can no longer play the game that day. Disappointing!

Alot of fun! Too bad there are alot of 30 second ads. This game is alot of fun, but……. Many of the ads are 30 seconds long, which wastes alot of time. The 15 second ads are bad enough!! - I just set my phone down after 5-10 seconds anyway. I would like to pay for ad free, but you have to keep paying over and over and over. I wish they had a one-time ad free option.

Locks up and freezes. When you play for a while and get another block or rotate it goes to the ad then back and wants you to rewatch the ad then locks up and freezes. Even closing the phone and reopening it doesn’t fix it.

Backward step!. Great game, until the developers got greedy and started forcing 30 second ads - even doubling up 15 second ads. Do you not understand that people will NOT watch 30 seconds of ads for 15 seconds of gameplay? No, they will not pay you to play ad free. They’ll do what I’m doing and delete the app. 😡

Ads freeze game. As others have said, love the game but ads that freeze and can’t be closed are ruining it. Today I have restarted 3 times after an ad froze me out. Ready to delete the game as this is ridiculous.

App keeps freezing. I love this game but there are so many ads in between games. And often when I watch an ad between games it freezes and I have to turn off my iPhone XR to reactivate the game. None of my other apps freeze so it is not my phones fault.

Sunshine 56. This game is great. I enjoy starting my day by completing the daily challenge. Thank you for fixing the problem of the rotation, bomb etc not working after watching an ad, thus you get the 5 stars. I find it very relaxing and enjoy the challenge.

Battery usage. Love the game (apart from ads that freeze) but it’s chewing my phone battery. 2-3% per round which means I have to limit play or to do multiple recharges in a day. What is making it use so much battery when other games don’t?

App not working after update. Recent update has caused this app not to work. Please fix….it was a great game prior to update.

Mamma G. It would be a lot better if, like in regular Tetris, you could rotate blocks, without watching stupid commercials. For the other helpful aids watching commercials is ok, because you only need them every so often. Maybe make it so you could spend your star points to ge them, or just forcing us to watch less commercials. It’s very annoying and the games would flow better.

Ads crash game…. I will be the first to say, GREAT game, BUT, I get to the start of level 6, the ads start coming in, but once you watch the ad, the app crashes!!! I can reproduce this anytime as I have tried to start level 6 5 times now, all app failures every time. :( Please, please, PLEASE, fix this…

Too many ads significantly decreases enjoyment. Deleting app as there are far too many ads. More ads than playtime. Not fun!

Update problem. Been playing this game for a while. Very good, but takes all the cpu power. Jammed 27JUL21 on startup loading, and no longer functions.

Not receiving my rewards. After watching full ads, my rewards are not credited, or the screen freezes. I’ve lost quite a few rewards.

Briefly fun but.... Never could figure your bombs, extras or magic wands. Where’s the undo? Removed app today because blocks drag intermittently and it takes too long to load. Never found an easy way to give up in order to get a new game

Some ad concerns. A few gambling games ads tend to make this app lockup. Those ads will not finish and the only way to proceed with the play is to reboot iPad.

Bugs. Dear MobilityWare Using iPhone 8, latest iOS. This game still has a major bug. Any points earned over 84 in score mode are not awarded. This has been going on since the last major update. Sent many requests to fix, even photos, but still no fix!!

Slow. Very disappointed. I have many mobiltyware games and enjoy them all but this one is too slow. I think the game has potential. When my grand daughter plays as soon as a 30 second add pops up before she can make a move she just goes to another game. I’ll reinstall if you make it more playable.

Crap. Decent game, but keeps freezing and won’t continue. If you delete, and you have to, it won’t continue from where you left off. You have to start over from entry level. Done with it.

Too many ads. I like the challenge of the game but it is tedious to play a lot of levels in succession. You have to watch a lot of ads to rotate puzzle pieces to complete a game. Fun BUT. I really enjoy the game but having to watch ads every time I need to rotate a block is ridiculous. And then, quite often after having watched the ad, I need to watch another because I still haven’t got the reward. Then the game freezes before I get the reward and I have to restart the app. Having free rotates to be better and would make a more enjoyable game. Having to watch ads for the other rewards - undo, free block, and bomb - is fair because you don’t need them as much.

Freezes up. This is not the first time it’s frozen up but it’s the first time I’ve complained about this game. I thought it was only on my iPhone but it freezes on my iPad too. I thought it was just the heat of my hand but in the iPad I don’t touch it. I’m really tired of resetting the game while I’m in the middle of a game thankfully I don’t loose progress. Please fix. Doesn’t Format. Like the game but it isn’t formatting on my iPad, works great on iPhone. On iPad can’t bring up options like rotate and when advertising appears can’t delete to get back to game. Only works in profile not landscape. Please fix

Used to be fun but ruined by ads. There used to just be ads between levels, which was fine. But they added banner ads to the actual levels themselves which made the game lag so much the game became unplayable. I liked this game a lot but won’t be playing it again. And no, I don’t want to tell you about my device, I want fewer ads. You already show an ad between EVERY game, EVERY time the board fills up, and EVERY time you want to use the block manipulation tools. Your game was already FULL of ads. There are a dozen games like this out there, ones where the lust for ad dollars hasn’t rendered the game unplayable. Want to help? Exploit your players a little less.

Love the game hate the ads. I am sick of ads on this game and was looking for an alternate similar game. Based on a review here It looks like there is an way to avoid the ads so I will try that before I do anything else.

Horrible update!. I just deleted this game because all of a sudden you’ve decided to make it uninteresting. The daily game is just that, it takes all day to solve. On top of that the other games are decidedly more difficult than fun. I like a challenge but I also want to feel like I am having fun, but not since you totally messed it up!

Blocking game. Ads are blocking progress of game. They won’t delete, have no “x”, especially mahjong. I give up. Now it’s hung up on Merge Dice ad. I refuse to start over again. Let me know when you fix this problem. I’m a real fan. IOn several products I’ve won more than 800 games !

Tetra block. Love the game, however, after playing for a day or two the app stops working. Have to delete and start all over. Love the game so much, I have been putting up with this problem. Don’t know how long I Will do this!

Was one of my favorite games. I play this game daily and I love it, but as expensive as it was to play ad-free in the past -for 2 weeks - now you’ve increased the price and for ONE lousy week. So disappointing.

Ads. Ads are inevitable in a free game but one particular ad will not allow the user to return to the game. You end up in an infinite loop between the ad and the App Store. Very annoying to have to close the game every time that ad appears.

Fun. Would be more fun if I didn’t have to restart constantly. Going to “continue “ causes program to crash also.

Ruined by greed. This was a great game! Then the ads got longer and longer. Now a 2 minute game has a 45 to 60 second ad, and some of them interrupt the game as you're placing a piece so it ends up not going where you planned. Not worth it.

Too many ads!. I love the game concept. It’s the ads that are killing it. I watched the same fifteen second ad twenty-two times in a row. Please, please, please add a NO MORE ADS purchase option.

Stop playing Audio. So settings allow you to silence the game, but sometimes some ads blast out ttthe commercial’s audio. And it seems the app allows it to disable the volume control on your device. Unacceptable. Game delete - definite show stopper.

Think. I am enjoying this game. It’s not too challenging yet but then again I am only on level ten. Not too many ads either. Good game !

Ads. Love the game but constant ads are annoying, I had rather pay for game and have no ads.

Fairly Enjoyable. I’m enjoying the game, but not all the ads. I would gladly pay to have the ads removed if that were an option.

Crashes a lot. I have an iPhone 12. I like the game but it crashes quite a bit and then I have to reboot my phone to get it working.

Fun game but..... It is a fun game to play but unfortunately the ads are defective. They freeze as a blank screen and you have to close the app and go back in and restart it. Too annoying to keep.

Game Freezes. I enjoy the game. I’ve played over 100 games. Last night the game froze when I tried to use a rotate. The only I can get it to let me play again is to delete the app and then reload. Then all my statistics will be gone. 😪😪

Recent update. I like this game but the recent update appears to stop it loading on my iPad. All I get is the splash screen.

Too many ads. The fact that I takes you watch an ad before you can even load up an episode is just ridiculous.

Not loving this game. I actually love this game, but hate all the ads! Too many almost after every game!! It’s Lame, don’t bother unless you’re into watching ads.

McDonald’s ad. Enjoyed this game until just recently. They have an add for McDonals that interrupts not only the game but also other ads so it takes longer to get back to the game. The game plays for about 30 seconds or so before the ad interrupts again. It’s VERY annoying.

Tetris is fun and relaxing. Love the new game but absolutely do NOT-like the 30 second ads. You need another version or limit them to 5 seconds

Favorite game!. Absolutely love it!!! My absolute favorite, play it all the time. Not nearly as many ads as other games

Ads. Some of the ads do not ever have a close box. Love the game but that’s totally annoying

TetraBlock. I enjoy this game. But please please fix the fishdon ad. It blocks out the game and I have to reboot. The ad with the towers and the sharks.

Ads Lock Up Game. I enjoy this game, but the ads (and there are a lot of them) can lock up the game - even on a new iPad. (Looking at you, Simplisafe). Sadly, I feel compelled to delete the app and no longer play; and rest assured I will not engage with your advertisers.

Freezing up- stops working. After 3 months of playing the game froze up. I ended up removing app and reinstalled. I have now removed app and reinstalled 3 times. Love the game but getting really frustrated

My favorite block puzzle game!. Awesome! I am a big fan of block puzzles, and Tetra Block is the best game in the genre. So relaxing yet challenging!

Tetra Block. Thus is a great game sbd very addictive EXCEPT it crashes all the time. It’ll just freeze and I can’t do anything to unfreeze it. My only alternative is to shut down my phone and restart it. Can you please fix this problem!?

Ads are RIDICULOUS. I’ve been playing this for a few months now, but the ads have become too overwhelming … I’m giving up as I just don’t have the time to give to this.

Glitchy. Can play a few games, close the app, and then it won’t reopen. Have had to delete and download again several times. Not worth that much time or effort so now deleted permanently.

Tetra blocks. Love this game. It’s challenging & really keeps a person’s mind engaged. What I get frustrated about are the ads. OMG, the ads can drive me to anger & really, to put the game down. I may permanently, if there’s not a solution to that.

Ads out of control. I used to love this game. Now the ads are out of control. I have had to close 4 ads to play one game. The ads go on for a long time before being allowed to be closed. Often, when closing, instead of closing they take you to another site.

New to this game. Just found this new Tetra Block game from Mobility and I am loving it! Try it, you will become a fan.

Freezes frequently.. I can tolerate the frequent ads, but the frequent freezing is frustrating. I have to shut down & re boot. Too bad. It’s a good game otherwise. I’m looking for another game.
