iMessage. This watch isn’t good at all to receive iMessages for the iPhone at all wish someone can work on that.

One needed change for use in U.S.. Would help to have Fahrenheit as an option for temperature. In both weather and body temp.

Update. Needs a major update for all functions to work

Not good. Poor watch faces, impossible to bind watch to this App, company is extremely slow to publish updates to this app and watch firmware, watch UI is horrible. If all you want is a digital watch, then this will do - great battery life, and loud alarms.

Trying to re-band the watch. I was trying to change the wallpaper of my watch but the application asked me to connect the watch so i opened the blutooth in the watch and it was so near to the mobile phone and it also asked me again to connect the watch so i unbanded the watch through the the application then i tried to re-band the watch but it connects to another watches i don’t know how, it’s the only watch in the home so I deleted the application and re-download it and I entered the same email and password and it did the same and until now I couldn’t re-band it so i dont know is it a problem from the application or from the internet so please fix the application if the problem is in the application

Allow management of phone book. This app is the absolute bare minimum someone would want for the watch sold by these folks. The watch is surprisingly versatile but is constrained by inability to add numbers to the phone book via the watch. The fitness tracking is pretty much a joke - but it’s sort of there. It would be nice to be able to send sms messages from the watch as well. If they could focus on fleshing out the watch’s surprisingly solid communication abilities via decent software on the watch (or in this app) then they would easily sell 10 more in my neighborhood alone. My kids LOVE these watches but we are hamstrung by the lack of usability.

Smart watch. Yesterday I was receiving my text messages on my watch and today I am not. Not happy about that. Fix this bug!

Bogus app. Half the additional settings are gone from what it says online. And the app won’t bind correctly with the watch.

Disappointed. Why wouldn’t it be a universal app/watch? We don’t use the metric system in the US, we use miles, feet, pounds, Fahrenheit...really disappointed that even the headings are poorly translated/displayed. This app is the equivalent of dial-up internet or a rotary phone. Poor instructions, poor app, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. It took me a month to get my watch and they didn’t even provide tracking as prompted. I had to keep emailing because the website showed delayed with no reason, estimated delivery dates from weeks ago and no way to actually track the package.

Update this app. This is a nice watch. Now it’s garbage, why you ask !! It needs an update, can’t change watch faces anymore. Get with it Developer I’m begging you.

The smart watches. The app of Smartwatch need more open to search more wallpaper and need looks more 3D screen saver for enjoy more moment this incredible app and please develop more screen images upgrade please the app for enjoy more wall paper and don’t worry for updates more and very nice!

Can't Register. Won't allow me to register for the app, just keeps saying select user agreement and privacy policy but doesnt offer an option to do so on the register screen

No a bad app. The app is ok just that the font is something I would like y’all to have more options and then to have Fahrenheit as an option and be able to download apps on the watch have a school focus for be to not be interrupted during school and with the password I would like for it to only show it to unlock the app thing but to still be able to see the time with out having to unlock it

Could improve. Please add setting to add time option into 12hrs for digital. Also, blood pressure monitor cannot be found, only heart rate. Camera won’t launch :(

App is crap. I like the watch but the app is absolute garbage. Doesn’t sinc with the watch unless you refresh it for 5 minutes or more. And really how accurate is it?!? You guys really need to work on correcting this mismatch if you want people to purchase the watch that works with this app. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Cannot add new watch faces. This would be a good smart watch if you had more watch faces.

Wach faces mall. They are few watch faces, it needs more choice like the competitor

Pretty basic faces. "The app is quite basic, and most of the features only work in China. It's definitely not designed for the US. The watch faces are designed for kids and lack interesting options or the ability to download them from third-party sources. I'm giving it 1 star simply because I cannot rate it (-)5. Terrible."

Face watch Not up to the mark. Why your face watches are so no-professional. pls bring some Real looking Analog watch faces, some clean Digital watches faces, also add,link battery and steps in all faces.

Messages. Doesnt give me the option for message notification so i can choose what type of notifications i want to receive.

Good but could be better. I just bought this watch and I love everything about it EXCEPT I’m from the USA where we use Pounds, ounces, inches and feet, Fahrenheit. Could you PLEASE make a option to change these on the app so it will go to the watch? This is going to be very annoying

I want an upgrade. Ok so in 2022 I got this watch I was super excited and all but now it basically is not a great watch. They made a new version of the happy watch and there is no stinking update the old watch. Can you update the old 2022 happy watch so it actually works like the new one? I’m begging you

Connection issues. First it was connected to Facebook messenger, then it wasn’t. Cannot connect to text messages or Facebook anymore. App needs a lot of work.

Sleep. The sleep monitoring is so behind the times. It’s not interactive, doesn’t show a time table. Just shows 3 numbers. This doesn’t help me in anyway! I’ve tried syncing my watch to different apps, but no luck this far! Ugh

Phonebook and sleep monitoring don’t work.. I never got to sync my phonebook because the app always crashes. The same thing happens when I try to go the sleep monitoring. The app has a bug that causes it to crash whenever I do those two things or when I try to click the automatic HR setting... please, have it fixed.

Great app ui but.... It's a great app to connect with your watch but please add more watch faces and support more options to do with watches like controling the shape of the clock we add to a photo from gallery(analog or digital)

No settings feature that connects messages. Cannot sync the watch to WhatsApp, text messages or Facebook. The app is not user friendly for iOS users!

Watch& App. Sleep Tracker does not work and BPM tracker doesn’t seem to be accurate also wish it would monitor pulse etc and it does not. Have tried setting BPM to automatically run every 60 min and will not do that either.. pretty disappointed

Needs improvement. Can’t see text messages on smart phone and no way/menu in app to get that synced?? Used other smart phone apps before and this was possible within the app.

Change some stuff.. I like the watch, but I have iPhone 11 Pro Max and the weather isn’t accurate as of right now it’s -3 outside and dark, but right now it’s saying it’s 53 and sunny out. Fix and I would like it a lot more plus the sleep monitor doesn’t work. Please fix the problem.

Nice watch if I can use it. The app is utterly useless. Can’t connect via BT to the watch. Am using iPhone Pro Max. Somehow I can hear the tiktak sound of the phone keyboard on the watch ... which is laughable. Nice looking watch if I only I can find use for it.

Horrible-Watch Returned. After only an hour of having activated the watch, the screen turned black and never turned back on again. I attempted to turn it on/off and reset it but to no avail. I returned it immediately this morning and ordered another watch. I did send feedback on the app but never received a response. I wish I had reviewed comments on the app before purchasing since these comments do not align with the glowing Amazon comments. Waste of money and time!

Jimmy. The watch seems to be okay unfortunately the charger doesn’t work, so I have a watch with no charger and that makes it worthless, and to top it off I have no idea where to look for one, seller probably doesn’t care anymore.

Worst watch and app ever. It links to phone in ways you cannot cut off like speaker on Facebook videos. turns options on and off at will like blood pressure and oxygen levels. Cannot read half of instructions because not In English

Not connecting. This is really bad at connecting. I would try to connect through the app, but it never finds it then I would do the QR code, and it says scan the specific QR code and last time I checked there was no other QR codes. and then when I would try to connect through Bluetooth, then do it from the app it would only say happy watch audio. Please fix.
