Great game after most recent update. I had previously given a low rating as the game was a major waiting game. Now it has a good balance. There are times when I get a bunch done and then it it stalls so I have to come back to the game later. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there are still times when the goal is unreasonable for the level of the game.

Enjoy but.... **Updated: battery life issue mitigated** I really do enjoy this game. There is strategy once you figure out all of the ins and outs of the gameplay. Yes, there was one level that took me about four weeks to complete, which was frustrating but the events are fun. My gripe is that the latest update is KILLING my battery. My iPad isn’t that old and if I play for an hour, my plugged in device will lose 1/4 of its charge. Dev.’s - please, please, please fix this issue.

Hmmm. So, the six 5-star ratings aren’t even viewable. I guess that means there are six developers for the game. Mild annoyance when I lost all progress 3 hours into the game. Couple days later they make it unable to open without an update that hasn’t been released on IOS yet. Amateurs. Much like their other games: inadequate testing and quality control.

The tutorial won’t even launch right. I was a far of the original Pocket Politics game so I thought I’d give the new one a try. Well, the tutorial won’t even launch right. The trailer park is completely missing and the only thing it lets me do is select a candidate. Which is useless if I can’t collect money at all. I tried restarting the app, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and nothing worked. I’m highly frustrated, as well as sad because I was anticipating a great game.

Awesome game luv it. This game is really funny and awesome for example the names of the people are funny and deserves a 5 in my opinion😂😂😁😀. But i see people saying “ omg this game is so bad “ or “ super laggy and dumb “ but I am not picking a fight but not every thing is perfect thx for making this game

I can’t even open the game.. The game was fun for a day, when it opened. It was engaging and entertaining but a day after downloading and playing it, it won’t even open. It get about 80 percent on the loading the quits. I’ve since deleted it.

Restarting. The game get about 5 seconds in and then it will kick you out . I can see this game being really great if they could fix the restarting / kicking you ou of the game

Bug within first few steps. I love the kongregate producers. I download many games by them, but sadly this one is bugging out ! I downloaded it tonight and was trying to play. I got someone on stage and then was prompted to do the next step but sadly there is no other choice I can make. I deleted the game and re downloaded it to see if it helped but, there is no money. No options. The “free” stands to I guess start making money are grayed our and I can’t click them. I clicked something to upgrade and it said “go to store” and said yes and it just kicked me off. Im sorry ! Hope you all fix it soon. I’m assuming it’s new, so maybe formats just need updating. Who knows? Still love you guys.

It’s a good game but you should. You should make it easier in the events to automate the lobby and the other one and the new building and you also shouldn’t pick a Side it looks like you guys want the democrats to win we should get to Choose between conservative and liberal In the events but fix those things and the game would be great that’s the only reason I’m not giving 5 it’s more about we can’t automate the lobby and the other stuff with out purchasing from in app purchases but other than that this game is great love it thank you for bein awesome

Poor balance. Seems like it’d be fun, but the balance is pretty far off. At the end of certain levels (5 and 12 specifically) you have a goal to reach for upgrading. Unfortunately the collection of rewards is incredibly skewed. For example at the end of level 5 you have to upgrade businesses 250 levels, but at the collection rates I’m only getting between 1-8 levels per day. I’ve been stuck on lvl 5 for 32 days now. Based on comments on the forums I’m not alone. Again looks like it could be fun but right now I’d avoid it unless you like frustration.

Get this game. This game is so fun and entertaining I highly recommend!!!

Issue with ads. Recently I’ve had an issue with ads where they won’t load so i lose my bonuses. This game is pretty fun but losing the bonuses really affects progression.

Pretty good game but please adjust the “buy x businesses” missions. I’ve enjoyed playing this game so far, I like the style and think the mechanics are interesting, like other kongregate games, however my progress has been completely halted by the “buy x businesses” missions. I’m stuck at level 12 currently, and I am on the last mission before the next city. The three available missions are “buy donor booths” which I have 250 of and would need to buy 100 more (would take likely weeks), “buy Silicon Valley” which I have 145 of and need 135 more (this mission is essentially impossible), and then the last mission which I just got is “buy 1500 businesses” which at my current level could take who knows how long. Every time I see one of these missions I shrug because I know that they are impossible and I just have to do the other missions instead but I knew that eventually I would end up in a scenario where I would have all three slots taken by this mission. I think these missions should be changed to “own x businesses” because that way if someone has already bought a lot of one business, they have not screwed themselves, but actually helped themselves. I’m not sure if this is what was intended for these missions to be; the numbers for these missions suggest that maybe they are supposed to function as “own x businesses” missions instead, but in its current form, they are impossible and I cannot continue the campaign as long as the “buy x businesses” missions are still here. In short, enjoyable game but please change the “buy x businesses” missions to “own x businesses” so I can continue playing this game!

Progression. I enjoyed this game in the beginning but I have literally been stuck on the same level for MONTHS. The goals to progress versus the rate of collection are impossible to meet. I’ve noticed that your other apps have been regularly updated but this one seems to have been basically tossed. I really hope that the devs would update the game and address/fix the issues

Now it works I’m loving it. I’ve had to delete and reload the game 9 times and it finally lets me play it. Now I can play it I love it.

I’m almost done. Weeks of painstaking effort is about to pay off. Great capitalist style game. I love the theme and the politicians names.

Not working. After I select my candidate, the screen changes and Even the little cog disappears. I’m unable to do anything else.

Ads not working right. I actually like this game, but the ads will start playing then it freezes up. Please fix this

Fun, but...... It was fun and addicting at first, but it’s VERY pay to play (not to be confused with pay to win) once you make some progress. A “campaign” is 50 levels (give or take), once you hit level 10 or so, boring and very pay to play. Some of their other games are WAY more balanced.

Fix this game. I can’t put a candidate on the stage … it crashes. I can’t upgrade a manager … it crashes. I can’t open the free crate of manager or candidate cards … it crashes. Sometimes the simple act of opening the game makes it crash. If I weren’t so stubborn, I wouldn’t have even the meager progress I’ve managed. I have to reopen the game ten or twelve times to get two minutes of gameplay.

Won’t run. Want to be able to say anything about this game but I just downloaded it, and it tells me I need to update it. Constant loop back to the App Store. Much fun.

Huge Problem. Entertaining game, funny stuff included. But it forces me out of the game about every 30 seconds.

Even needs rebalancing. Event needs rebalancing it’s too hard to upgrade the donor collector an even managers , not enough upgrade token being rewarded. I would not have moved past city 4 if I would have known you have to upgrade each manger every new city , now I’m at city 9 an have to do everything by hand. I’m quoting this event hopefully you will fix it by the next one.

Hilarious and entertaining. I have read reviews saying that you cannot access the shop. I was confused at first too and would like to say that shop shows up as you progress through the game. Great game with hilarious cartoons!

Forgot about the game?. I don’t know if the developers of this game just forgot about this game or don’t care enough to keep it updated but there’s no weekly events now and those events were about 95% of the reason to play the game because once you get past level 50 in the main game each level takes up to a week or two to finish even with all the managers fully upgraded. Hopefully they add more events to the game and if they do I’ll happily change my review to 5 stars and resubscribe to their monthly VIP pass but until then there’s no point to playing the game.

Ripoff. This is nothing like the first. One, Just a copy of your frontier game with politics, This one lacks the. Fun of the original. And the charm

It was fun but..... Since I got the new iPhone I can’t see how much money I have. Which is pointless now if I can’t see how money I have.

Would be great if. Some levels are impossible to pass and it’s irritating.

The original was better. I’ve tried to replay the original every so often over the last couple years and it of course wasn’t functional anymore. Was excited when this came out, but it’s not near as fun as the first.

Broken?. After I select my candidate, there’s nothing else to do. It appears the tutorial just stops and doesn’t do anything else.

Constant crashes. Open a crate... crash! Watch an ad... crash! Buy a business... crash! Edit: a device reboot did fix a lot of the crashing. I’m updating to 3 stars from one since the devices I have running the game seem to need periodic reboots for it to keep working. The game play is really fun though.

Broken quests and devs won’t fix. The devs have been aware of the bug “buy X building” for months and refuse to fix. I was stuck on level 12 for 2 months because they did not address the issue. Customer service did nothing to assist other than to tell me they are working on it. This ISNT an issue in their other idle games which means they know exactly how to fix it. It needs to be “reach level x” not “get x” since “get” cannot be completed if you’re far along in the level. Such an easy to fix bug. When I got to level 13 and saw the same bug persisted, I immediately uninstalled. This game is not supported and you should save your efforts and certainly don’t open your wallet for a game they’re not fixing issues in.

Can’t even play. Not sure if this game is good or not because it’s bugged out and won’t let me do anything past selecting a party and then doesn’t let me do anything else.

Bug in Game. I’ve only made it to the second *tutorial* level, and there is already a bug preventing me from progressing more in the game. In this tutorial level, they ask the player to hire citizens to manage the donors, so the money will be automatically raised. However, there is no option to hire them. I watched the gameplay videos and it shows the silhouette of a character that the player is supposed to tap on and then “hire.” There is no silhouette. I have messaged them about it already and no reply. I have deleted and re-downloaded to see if that was the problem. It wasn’t.

Doesn’t work on my iPhone. All it does is let me select a candidate. I can’t buy the trailer park to start earning money.

App needs to be fixed. The app needs to be updated or at least that’s what it says. Come on at least make an original this is a rip off of all your games.

Stop playing event. The eggs I spent hours gathering and spending every dollar to build up and they tell you to spend them in trade or you will lose them but guess what they lied there is[ no place to trade them what a joke this game was really cool till they pulled that one out keep up the bad work and have terrible day

Stuck. Can’t even get past level 1 cause the “store” won’t open. Don’t bother with this one until they fix it. UPDATE: for everyone saying they can’t hire people and can’t get to a store, you have to click on the black silhouette. The game never tells you how and after an hour or so, stumbled on to it by accident. I’ve played many idle games but this one doesn’t really teach you and isnt as intuitive as they probably think it is.

Events review. I enjoy the game, but in the events section it is extremely difficult to automate collection. The main reason for this is that the level needed to automate a station isn’t tied to the level of the event. Often times I’ll advance to the next level only to find that a critical station in the chain requires an update of TWO levels (one more than the level of the event). I’ll finally get enough to automate that station and at the next level a different station will jump two levels to automate. Eventually I’m so far behind that I can’t automate anything.

Don’t bother (Potential here, but not ready). The ads that crash (looking at you, casino ad) don’t work, freeze your game, and cause you not to get the reward that made you click on the thing in the first place) are a nice touch to any game. There is zero excuse whatsoever to have an early stage have a quest (not even a stage, but a quest within the stage) take over three weeks in counting) to complete. It’s an amazing way to get a player to lose interest. This game has a lot of potential if they fix the issues. Right now, it’s a poorly designed money grab.

Addicting. Fun game but so addicting. Couldn’t stop playing and my wife left me. I don’t recommend if you want to be the least bit productive.

Fix it. So I been playing and it says to visit shop but there isn’t a shop and there’s nothin that tell you how much money you have and it doesn’t really make sense because I don’t know how to get hire people for automatic

Event froze and lost my data. This was really fun for a couple weeks, but stagnanted at lvl 12. Buildings would give u billions, but cost AB to upgrade, so eventually you’d get +10 per day at most (it takes 50 to level up). Today I started the new event for an hour, got everything automated, then they all just stopped moving. I restarted the app and all of my progress was reset. No way I’m spending an hour randomly tapping it all over again, byeeeee

Good. Just started though I can’t get any businesses yet what do I do? Update: I just had to close all the apps I opened now it is fixed.

Has potential. If you do the quests out of order you get stuck waiting days/weeks to advance to the next city

Great game! Terrible quests. The game is great! Expect the quests.. for example, you could be asked to build 1100 upgrades as one of the last quests, and all of the other quests could have been build 200 upgrades here. So you’ll price max out your upgrades, but they want you to buy another 1100, even though you’ve already bought 1500+. Poorly thought out system, sometimes breaks the game.

What the hell happened?. I was a fan of the original game until they abandoned it. Now this rubbish has been rolled out. Boring and not worth downloading.

Can’t see $$ on iPhone. I can not see how much money I have collected because the front camera placement on the iPhone 12 mini takes up the top 1/2 inch of the screen

Was fun at first. Enjoyed it for the first few days. Levels were easy to proceed though and the mix of active and idle time was good until I hit level 12. I only need 1 take to finish the level and the 3 tasks I have are not achievable. 2 are buy X amount of a specific business and the other is buy 10000 of any business. I sat idle for 2 days and was barely able to put a dent into any of them. If they would have given previous credit for the business I had purchased in this level it might be achievable. Events are fun for the first level but then the managers levels required to be idle are much higher than the cards you have received. Unless you spend a lot of money there is no way to peg it’s unless you want to constantly press the mangers to collect the cash.

Bugged. Once game is fixed I will play.

3.5 days?. Horrible service and game. Took 3.5 days to download turned out it wasn’t worth waiting for.
