Smooth with one annoying (and ongoing) default. App is overall quite well designed and smooth. However, whenever I finish a video in full screen mode and go back to the regular video page to move onto the next video, the video I just finished RESTARTS and plays again. This is incredibly annoying and I have tried every setting available to prevent this. If they could fix this (or respond letting me know how to stop this from happening in some way I haven’t figured out) I will update my rating/review.

Update issues-iPhone/App. Ever since last week my downloads on my app no longer go to safari. Instead the prompts are to send a text or email and even doing that I cannot see the content. It is challenging to communicate directly with company if you are a member of a community and not a client. Before this the app worked just fine with ease. Hoping this will be worked out. I updated to the newest version however still no luck.

Ease of use. This is a good application. I like the look and feel of it on my phone versus logging in to the website. I would like to ask if maybe classes that are currently being accessed be in maybe an active tab? Or something and as you complete and join certain classes that are easily available. I’m currently joined with happy jack yoga and have access to all their classes. I’m only working through 3 of them. I’d like to find those classes easier, rather then scrolling through the entire catalog. Is there a way to do that, that I am unaware of?

!!!!Attention Devs!!!! Could’ve been better. There were many times I wanted to write a comment to respond to my mentor but it doesn’t work. There are other times where I tried to navigate the topics pages just so I can make posts but they’re completely irresponsive. The only time I can view these pages for feedback is thru the push notifications (which I shouldn’t have to do by the way). I would post images as proof if app store would let me. At best it occasionally works, at worst it’s completely irresponsive. Any developers who read this seriously I implore you all to get your act together and fix this app. Little problems like these really ruin the experience for your users.

Easy course access on the go. Glad to be using the app on my iPhone 8 Plus. I have signed into four different email accounts and accessed courses I have purchased over the years. I have access to my own course and changed the icon to mine from the standard kajabi one- now mine stands out. I would like to see the module listed and not just the lessons. I like seeing my profile pick with resume option. I tried the search function but was not finding anything - will wait to see how searchie fits into the app system. Updates in footer of courses is really the announcements section- hoping they can change the wording somewhere to have them be the same. Looking forward to growing with the app

Disappearing Audio. I like the app for the most part. But it’s very frustrating to have to turn my phone off in order to get the audio to reset and start playing again after a period of inactivity. App will be working fine. Then I will stop using and do something else for a while. But when I attempt to play another video, the audio does not work. I’ve tried closing and re-opening using varying lengths of time before re-opening but audio remains off while video plays. Only solution I have found is to reboot phone completely. Huge pain. Otherwise platform works well.

Good but the Video Playback Features are Very Outdated. This app is good for its intended purpose of allowing you to view contact you have purchased from various training classes. It’s fairly intuitive overall and stable. The issue is that the video playback features are outdated. For instance, I rotate my phone the class should turn to full screen like 95% of other video playing apps. It does not. Also I should not have to tap to buttons to enter full screen mode. And here’s the biggest issue: There is no support for picture in picture. We need that functionality added in right away. As a result, I am unable to multitask or take in learning content, while performing other tasks throughout my day. That is a huge drawback that really needs to be updated right away.

Can’t use multiple email accounts. Once you’re signed in, everything is great. But you can’t be signed in and synced through multiple accounts like it leads you to believe. You have to switch between accounts and re-verify every time, rather than having all of your Kajabi content consolidated. It’s frustrating to say the least, and feels like a waste of time so I usually end up using my computer half the time anyway.

No place to reset password. A bit frustrating as accelerated as technology is there’s no excuse really especially when the app I’m already signed into but for whatever reason it doesn’t work when I try on the desktop. I shouldn’t have to change my password just to login on the desktop. Doesn’t make sense especially when I have over 5 courses purchased through the app.🙈😤

Great potential! Still room to grow.. So I love the fact that Kajabi has an app for the phone and I really want to like it. But here are a few suggestions. The newest iOS update has broken the app for me. I can no longer reply to any comments from within the app and I’m forced to go to my browser instead which makes the app pointless. Both on the app and in the browser the ability to comment from a phone is extremely limited. The Comment text area is so tiny that it is very challenging to leave a thoughtful engaging comment without going to the computer to compose it. It would be amazing if video reply or audio message reply was included in the Comment area for those of us that are terrible typers (like me. Lol) meanwhile I am experimenting with shooting Loom videos and posting the link in the comments. Beyond that I find the app to be great in terms of being able to find the course contact quickly and easily. If the messaging and commenting improves then it could be a great place for community members to have a conversation. Cheers! Lij Shaw

Disappointed, but the course requires it. Hard to get into and hard to use. Not intuitive at all. Had to switch emails to get it to work after trying to sign up for over a month using the email I’ve used for 2 events/courses in last year with no trouble. These courses now use Kajabi. I’m finally in and push buttons and there’s nothing: no link to site, no schedule, just one page and logout. Maybe it’s because this class hasn't started yet, but the course has been available for sign up for months. I don’t even know what time it starts unless I go back to the site I signed up with. Waiting to see I can eventually get my other class to load once I switch the email.

So incredibly glitchy!. First of all, the app shows up twice on my Home Screen, something that I’ve never experienced before lol. I tried to delete the second one and it deleted both. When I try to scrub a video, it is such a pain bc you can go “back” to the last screen with the same motion. Still on this problem, when I try to fast forward a video it just,, doesn’t. It’ll say it’s at a farther point on the progress bar but it’ll still be playing from the beginning. It’s very frustrating as someone who’s adhd and disabled as I often start and stop my course work on and off, it’s a battle to find where I was last. It doesn’t save from where You last started out either so I’m having to do this whole process every single time the app times out after a while of not using it. Sometimes it just, doesn’t load at all. I’ll click a section of my course and the video is black, and the transcript isn’t there. Idk how this app has such a great review average it’s driving me bonkers

Stops playing when screen locks :(. I like having access to my courses, but I have to switch my auto-lock to “never” whenever I’m listening to one, or keep tapping the screen. If I forget to go into settings to adjust my auto-lock, then just when I get settled in, listening to a course or a meditation, it stops. If after I’m done using the app I forget to switch my auto-lock back off “never”, my battery goes down faster. UPDATE: I appreciate the response. That is useful: it saves from changing my auto-lock setting and saves my battery. Thanks!

Crashes constantly. I’m tired of uninstalling and reinstalling this app. It crashes and/or freezes almost daily and oftentimes it still won’t work after I close out and restart the app (or my phone) and I have to reinstall it. The sound quits working for no reason. It freezes all the time, and whether or not it will play audio when the phone screen is locked is inconsistent. Things that would be nice to have: auto play, so when one section is done, it automatically plays the next one. I listen to or watch my classes a lot while I’m working out and it’s annoying to have to stop what I’m doing to move forward. It would also be nice if I could download the classes so I can watch them while I travel. It doesn’t need to be a permanent download, just do like Netflix does and allow temporary downloads. If these issues can be fixed, especially the crashing, this would be a great app. I like that I can access all of my class memberships without needing to log in each time I switch between them.

Background listening is spotty. One moment I am able to listen to a course in the background the next it doesn’t work. It changes from hour to hour and day today whether or not this capability actually works and that’s frustrating. I’d like for this bug be fixed such that I’m not running my battery down with unnecessary video playing when I just would like to listen to the audio

Audio/video sync issues. This app was working great for me on both iPhone and iPad for about a month, but now I’m getting issues with the audio being several seconds out of sync with every video I try to watch. I’m not sure why that started happening all of a sudden, but I don’t have any issues watching the same videos on a wired PC on the same network, so it must be something with the iOS app. Maybe these videos are 4K and the app has to have the device downscale it but it isn’t powerful enough so it is lagging a bit. But the same thing happens on safari...so I dunno.

Playback speed adjustment doesn’t work.. I enjoy the products format. But the fact that the playback speed tool does not work is completely annoying. Our brains are engage more completely when we can consume information at a bit higher speed than the typical speaking pace. It helps to engage our mind and help us to focus more and cut back on distraction. So having to listen to, the videos at normal playback speed is actually incredibly distracting. Please fix the feature for the playback speed tool so that you can listen to it in 1.5 even 2.0 playback speed to be able to engage the learning better.

CANT COMBINE ACCOUNTS. I LOVE the App, BUT although it says you can add another email address to pull in other applications/books/etc that were bought under different emails, it WONT actually recognize them unless you sign out of the one you are in! It acts as though nothing new is there, yet if you sign out and back in under that email the info from that account shows up. There’s no real way of combining that access, which is REALLY annoying!

Good in some ways - very frustrating when opening communities. I have three different programs with three different email addresses, which I can see fine in the primary Kajabi app. But if I click the link to open any of the Communities, from inside the Kajabi app, it takes me to the website with a link that says download Communities. Which is wrong, because I have Communities on my phone, and it won’t let me see all of my different communities. It only lets me see the last one used. Not integrated well. Not happy with that aspect of this program

Video Issues. I like the layout, but the video function has a serious bug. Every time i pause a video to write a note in another app and come back, it does not save my last timestamp location; it starts from some other random timestamp of the video, leaving me to manually remember & take myself to the place i just left off every time i leave the app for 5 seconds to write a note in another app. It would be great if the timestamp i was last on stayed there so i can easily pick up where i left off. Simple video playing function that is not working properly.

Nice but needs improvement. It’s nice to have access to the recordings I’ve got subscriptions to all in one place. The latest update had some positive changes but one really annoying change as well. I like that I can continue to listen to the recordings without being active in that screen. In other words I can listen in the Kajabi app and play a game in another and not have to minimize the video to do so. The change I don’t care for is your space in the recording is no longer kept once you quit the app, or leave it running in the background too long. So if I want to pick up where I left off I have to make note somewhere on my phone or in a notebook or something like that. If you could bring back the feature of leaving the recordings of wherever they are left, that would boost my rating to a 4. What would make it a five star is if it also had a feature where we could make notations somewhere in the app, so I don’t have to make notes somewhere else in my phone or in a notebook.

Teacher’s beware. This app will cost you students.. As a student using this application, I find it virtually unusable. This is the second weekend I’ve wanted to access material from a course and have been unable to login. Further this is the 4th such course from 3 additional teachers Ive tried to do through this app. The lack of customer service problem is consistent across All 4 teachers. Two of the other courses I paid for, were not completed because of app issues. From now on, despite how much I want to study with a certain teacher, I will not do so if they are using Kajabi. Customer service is so poor, it’s like throwing your money away.

Not a happy experience. I tried to type in my experience then all of a sudden the review box just went away and I had to start all over again. One star only. Basically Your app wouldn’t accept my vendor selection after verifying my email. It was like it was in zoom mode in even though I restarted my iPad it just wouldn’t accept my vendor selection that was offered. So today I tried it and I was able to make my vendor selection and seems to work well enough but it still won’t go into landscape mode. I have a magic keyboard to use with my 2020 iPad Pro 12.9 running iOS 14.4.4 and your app won’t go in to landscape. I restarted the iPad but to no avail. I suspect it’s just not a feature that you guys have put into your app yet. I hope you do otherwise I will never use your app and will continue to give low ratings. Hate being a jerk about it but this was a very frustrating experience for me. I mean think about it I have a $1400 invested in this and I can’t access my favorite vender in an app in landscape mode? You’re iPhone SE version works pretty good though. I apologize for my grumpiness, have a great day!

Sometimes I have to wait hours before I can use the app again. I have had the app since it started and I have several courses from different course creators in one place. It's great that I have access to all the courses, but when I buy new courses with any creator half the time the app updates and half the time it doesn't. Also I can go into the app once, but I have to stay in there if I leave for any reason I can get anything to work and I have to wait several hours before I can access any course again in the app. Super frustrating.

UI changes could improve this app. The biggest complaint I have in regards to the experience is with watching video content. I have to click two buttons to enter full screen mode on a video. I can’t just rotate the screen and have it take up my display. This is completely different from any other video app following mobile user interface standards. Then when in full screen video, if I accidentally rotate the phone from landscape to portrait the video automatically pauses. Extremely aggravating. The video should continue to play regardless of the screen orientation changing. The other large irritation is when navigating and viewing search results, there is no connection at to return to all search results after viewing an item. You have to exit the search and redo the search to see a different match. Very frustrating. My other negative experiences are probably a bit more difficult to resolve development wise. Search results could be better. And when opening a course, sometimes the contents just won’t ever load and I have to force quit and reopen the app for content to load. The browser version is OK, but there is no tablet version which I think is a travesty, considering the larger screen size of a tablet makes viewing content a lot easier for many people.

Critical feature missing!. 94% of Americans own a smartphone the average person spends more than 24hrs per week on their phones, with younger millennials spending 5-6 hours per day on their devices. With the intensive use of smartphones people have the shortest attention span of all time so playing the videos at 2X speed is a critical feature to install in this app. I hope you take this into serious consideration and get this added to Kajabi ASAP. Thanks!

Deleted app. Bummed out as I am sure many are that can’t use this app. First of all it opens into your email which is strange, then it states it can’t find a site associated with your email account, so I assume you cannot use this app with a phone which is too bad. You probably have a ton of people you loose as users daily because of this. I know I started out excited, then just deleted the app after trying for days to just be able to register my email in order to get started and see what the apps all about. I also didn’t like that the app asks you to register your email address then when you click a mail button pops up and if you click on it tge app opens your email for you in the app. Strange and concerning. Do they gain access to your emails by getting you to register? And after all that they say they can’t find a site associated with my email address? What is up with your app?

Awful for community and memberships.. If you only have ecourse and video content than its just an ok app. I don't understand the unnecessary extra steps to watch in full screen or why its always in portrait more. I am a part of a few community/ memberships and to get notifications i have to get emailed, the app doesn't do push notifications and i cant adjust my email preferences from the app. This is the most basic app i have had to use. The UI is bad, I cant organize any products in the app, and i dont want an inbox full of notifications every-time there is a post in a community.

Not user friendly. I have been using this along with several other systems for my clients. This is so frustrating. It’s extremely hard to do simple tasks like manually add a student to a class, upload a recorded video, set up monthly payments. Everything in the system seems to have a roadblock that hasn’t been worked through for either uploading, accessing the content or payment. I would recommend teachable for those wanting to host classes, that was so easy to use compared to this. For websites and marketing i would sear clear, this is a constant headache. Support is good to chat with online, but they often don’t have answers to problems since the system has a lot of holes in their loops.

Works well but can be better. I use this for a couple different toddler/parenting education courses. The biggest improvement I would like to see is the ability to play videos while navigating other apps. This app doesn’t allow the pop out video mode that most iPhone apps can do these days so you have to stay on the app for the video to play, which is inconvenient if it’s mostly the audio that’s important. I’m viewing my courses on their owners websites instead of Kajabi right now because of this limitation.

Love! And could use some tweaks. Love the ability to access courses on the go!! Works great. And, there’s a few little bugs that could use attention. One is that it doesn’t seem to Sync progress between computer and mobile versions (I’m also having the issue that the desktop/web version doesn’t save my place at all...almost always reopens from beginning of lecture). And, the mobile app is a bit fussy - every time you tap the screen video stops and backs out, if you rotate the phone it stops, if screen locks it stops.

Keeping MSers Moving. More than just an app... it’s an exercise plan, a support group, a positive motivator, and more. After more than two decades with MS I was in a bad place. I needed to find a way to keep moving and my neurologist and PT were not helping. The pandemic confined me to the house without my usual social and exercise options. Then I discovered The MSgym and my life changed. I’m exercising more and getting stronger. If I have a bad day, I no longer feel that’s the way I’ll always be. I highly recommend this to anyone with ms, whether walking, in a chair, or confined to bed. The program is built to work with your abilities.

No iPad version?. For an app that primarily serves up video content, why they would only have an app for phones and their tiny screens is beyond me. Sure you can still use it on an iPad but it’s a wonky experience. Also, I may be alone here, but I think it really needs the ability to download videos for offline access. If I have to be online to use it (without eating up all my data) then I might as well just view it on my computer. The point of having a mobile app is that it’s mobile. So having the ability to download files for offline access is key in my mind. But until there’s an iPad version, I won’t be using it anyway.

Can't even login - first time user. Downloaded the app for the first time, and have done the email confirmation twice now, but once it brings me back to the app, it's like everything freezes up. It says to add a website, but it's a blank screen below the text with nothing to select (even though I have an entire online course and website created). So instead, I just click the "Next" button and wait... and wait... anddddd nothing happens. Just frozen. I've refreshed the app and tried again, even checked for a possible update since downloading the app.

Can only start video from the beginning. Ever since the update I cannot start a video from where I left off. There is a Resume button which does not work so to get to the video I have to use the replay option which takes me to the very beginning. Have tried on my iPad and iPhone and have the same problem. Please fix! Still having the same problem. This app used to keep your place in the videos and for some reason this s not working anymore. I listen to multiple videos and every time I have to start from the beginning when I resume. Will have to start taking notes so I know where I left off which is not the way this s unposed to work.

Worse user experience ever!. I have 3 different programs that the coach I bought the program from uses this site. I have forgot my password and there is literally no way for me to reset it. Every time I hit the forgot password, I never received the email. I’ve been trying for a few months now and still can’t get in! The only customer service is for the owner of the site, not a user! It’s horrible, and extremely frustrating for the user! If you are looking to move your course to this site, save your client a bunch of stress and just don’t do. Just don’t!!!

Just started using and am having problems already. Trying to watch videos on an iPad is painful. The videos in the first of my lessons are full of large charts; so when looking at them in full screen mode, many of the visuals are still too hard to see, like trying to see what the teacher wrote on the whiteboard from the back of a large auditorium. But when I try to use the iPad touch-screen’s enlargement feature, the app glitches and the screen goes black. Then there’s no fix but to restart the app. So, buyer, beware: if you don’t have young eyes and perfect vision, this app is going to frustrate you.

App consistently crashes. This is my first time writing a review for an app and I wish I had a better experience. I’m being required to use Kajabi for a four week course that starts on 2/10. I’m using it on an iPhone 11 w/iOS 15.3. It seemed to be working seamlessly and flawlessly through the first 3 out of 5 lessons I’ve been working on today. Those were compiled of reading material and watching videos. However as soon as I scroll to a page that requires any typing or text , the app immediately freezes and crashes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times. Restarted my phone after reinstalling the app. Deleted the app, restarted my phone, then reinstalled the app. Nothing has worked and I am unable to move on and use the app on my phone. I have yet to try this on my laptop. I sure hope it works or I’m out quite a bit of money for this course that is only using Kajabi.

This App Crashes Frequently - Please fix defect. I have an iPhone 13 that is kept up-to-date, yet this app crashes frequently on me. I use this application for fitness training program. I’ll go to a day’s training tutorial which consists of multiple videos. I’ll complete one video instruction, click the arrow to progress to the next one, and the app crashes. This is completely annoying because then I have to reopen the app and remember which tutorial I was on. Would have rather not left this info on an app review but this company doesn’t have another place where I can leave this feedback.

Fantastic!. Love this app, and I wish more creators would utilize it! Being able to find my favorite tutorials in one place is perfect. I like that you can choose the video playback quality, and captions (If provided). Watching this on my phone as a “second screen” is really handy when I’m working on my laptop. I also like adding specific videos to the Favorites folder to reference at a later time. Please add PnP functionality, download for off-line use, and the ability to cast. Otherwise, love it!

Buggy buggy buggy. 1. Sound stops working when switching from airplay back to phone. Have to go to a different course if you have one, start a video, stop it, go back to the course you were on and maybe the sound will work. 2. Doesn’t always pickup new subscriptions tied to your same email. Had to uninstall, reinstall, reset passwords to get it to grab new subscription. 3. PIP no longer works, especially when casting. Forget playing a lesson or video while doing a workout or anything else that uses another app simultaneously. 4. Playback speed change doesn’t actually change the playback speed! Really a terrible app for great content providers to use. End user suffers. In the App Store, filter reviews by most recent and you’ll see how poorly the developers have kept up. 90% of web traffic is mobile. If you’re a content provider, please don’t use this service anymore.

Some functions need improvement. Why is the app always in portrait mode? I am an iPad user, and if I want to use the app, especially while my device is charging, it is awkward if not impossible. Screen should rotate seamlessly. Also, initially when I’ve added courses, I am required to sign out and sign in again, hoping that the new courses would populate my library. I have a new course for months that has not shown up in there even though it is under the same email address as all the others that are showing. There must be a better way! The convenience of mobile access is great and tracking my progress is helpful. For the most part though, I still use the desktop for most of the content in my library.

Bugs in this updated version.. Love this app but there are bugs in this updated version that need addressing. While viewing content there is a blank white bar showing up unexpectedly. Also when commenting there are two comment fields showing up instead of within the originally tapped area. This version isn’t as smooth and loads some content slow. Please address these issues. I use this app almost daily and it’s now frustrating. Lastly, it’s time to make a dark mode version. Staying relevant with features is important.

Lovely interface, frustrating playback. It’s definitely much easier to use this app than navigate the website. Logging in is much easier, with no errors. And navigating to what I want is easy. However this app does not remember where I left off on a video. I have to figure out where I left off every time I go back to it. Also if I pause the video, then do something else on my phone, when I come back to the app, it opens back to the front page again. Then I have to navigate back to the video I was watching. Also in my class sound files are provided as attachments. But they will not play in the app. I have to use another audio player to listen to these. Or just go to the website. But it would be nice to use the app for everything. Including comments, which I understand are only able to be done on the website. So I don’t really know the purpose of this app if it doesn’t have all those features.I’m probably going back to using the website instead.

Convenient way to access content. Works, for the most part, but does a weird thing where it boots me from the app and asks me to log in via mobile web. I have a few memberships built on this platform, but I spend most of my time listening on the road as part of my commute. So, pulling over to log in again is not ideal. It’s mostly convenient, to be sure, and it’s an effective time-management tool for me, but this quirk gets annoying after a while as it takes me out of learning and being actively engaged to a mental space of annoyance.

Great App!. Working effortlessly. No bugs or other issues, one of the better performing apps I have used-ever! If you need a platform for your business this one provides a superior experience for your customer/consumer. I would think it would be as great on the business owner’s platform side as well. I use this app for two great businesses that I also recommend! First is PTN (Plan to Nourish) for meal-prep/planning for busy families. Flexible, easy, slightly healthier-ish, picky-eater approved family meals. Great supportive plan w/ active private & positive community & owner support. Second- I also use the Kajabi app for an additional company-The Gardener’s Workshop Cut Flower Farm. Highly recommend them for those interested in organic farming/gardening of any kind. Geared to locally grown cut flower success in any geographic area, but amazing gardening knowledge that can be applied to any small farm crops. Focus on restoring healthy soil, eliminating use of all products that interfere with beneficial insects & pollinators, while decreasing “need” for same, while allowing full beneficial insect control of pest pressure. Also teaches improved cultural practices to decrease weed & disease pressure. Program is based in USA (USDA Zone 7B/8A) with international following & success.

App is unusable. I don’t check the email address I used for sign up on the device I want to use this app on so I am unable to login and the app is completely useless. I confirmed my email from my computer but there is still no way to use the app on my phone. This is a major failure on the developers part. Forcing a user to use there device in a way they don’t want to unnecessarily is a big faux pas for app development and is highly frowned upon by Apple. This was actually the second problem I came across. The text field for entering the email has autocorrect turned on which any developer that has worked on an app before knows not to do. Apples tools actually turn it off for you when a text field is setup for email entry so it’s hard to understand how this even happened. Please update your app to work in an acceptable manner.

Basic things not working. I was so excited to get this app as I have so many courses. The two things that I was most excited about (besides having all courses in one place - I wish the online had this feature so I didn’t always have to sign into everything) was being able to listen while driving & using maps and being able to increase the play back speed. Originally I was able to listen to the course while using maps (Waze). This week it stopped writing. The only way I can watch a video is by being on Kajabi. And the speed play back just doesn’t work. Super unfortunate. I hope these get fixed! If so, I’d happily rate it a 5+!

Could use more clarity. The interface is pretty basic and there is room for clarity. I wish the videos still played when I clicked out of the app. I also notice when the phone goes to rest mode and I pick it back up, the video will be playing although it will no longer be on the screen. Have the go back to the video and restart it. It will start where it was which is good but it’s a bit round the way. Just overall room for improvement I suppose in general. Not bad.

IPAD PRO COMPATIBILITY. Hey you guys I LOVE your app so much!! The only thing it’s missing is being compatible with the IPad Pro where we can turn the app Kajabi sideways instead of just having it in regular straight mode and also can you guys pleaseeeeeeee also make Kajabi where we can multitask with other apps like Goodnotes,procreate,notebook, and noteability so we can take notes while on the app, on the Kajabi app I have educational courses that I would like to watch the content an being able to take notes on my IPad also!! Really excellent app for learning. This app is a really great way to learn all sorts of things. My only complaint is that it would be really great to have an easy way to go to the next video in a series. I’m frequently listening in the car, and I have to pull over constantly to skip over to the next video. Maybe some sort of auto play would be good.

Please improve. Customers have almost no way to customise the App, eg, white label and adding banners. Also, mobile notification doesn’t work sometimes. Close the App and can’t continue to listen to a course.

Clunky always rests videos never saves the place. If you leave the the video you’re watching it never saves your spot, you have to restart the video, it sometimes starts playing two videos at the same time and you have to shut down the app and restart it. It sometimes goes black screen if you toggle between other apps while it plays in the background.. a few other issues, it’s quite clunky.

Improvements. Not sure about the updates. I used to be able to open an attached file in the app not I have to save it before I can view it. Bit of a pain

So bad. It’s pretty useless. I will be half way through a video and the whole thing freezes. I have to delete the app and then reinstall to get it to work. Support is shocking - it doesn’t exist as a User. Do better please Kajabi - fix the bugs

Easy to use, intuitive. Easy to use, quite intuitive, never had an issue. That’s fantastic service. It would be great if the screen automatically enlarged when rotated but I can do it manually so would just be convenient.

Keeps crashing. Keeps crashing when trying to add another course. I tried to do a report but it won’t let me so doing this instead. Have used it before and once the course is uploaded it’s great but is just crashing and not working

Great as a platform, not so much as an app. Kajabi is brilliant for creators and students alike - and the app has some really good features, like all your courses put together in one place - Brilliant! BUT And it’s a big but: if your screen goes to sleep, whatever content you were watching or listening to automatically stops - the app won’t let you play the audio with a locked screen. For me this is a big draw back. I really hope Kajabi are able to fix this, because I know I’m not the only one this annoys...

Not responding or frozen. Have worked in the past but it won’t respond and seems frozen. Can’t access for online access to paid memberships. Have made sure that phone and app has updated. Also,have contacted Kajabi and no answer.

If it ain’t broke don’t change it. … But they did and they broke it. Kajabi worked well over two email addresses and two different courses, now I can’t even open them even though I have logged in afresh. Not a fan of the portrait only aspect either but that’s old news, can’t view videos as well in portrait mode. That’s a ‘broke that needs a fix’!

First impressions make a difference. I’ve only just downloaded this app in order to start using it with a new course I’ve paid for. My first impression that it is not optimised for iPad is a big disappointment and hope that it isn’t a precursor to further limitations. I’ll update later after use but as I assume I’ll need to be typing in this app, the fact that it’s not optimised for the device I do most of my learning on the number of stars won’t go up far till the app is optimised for iPad.

Fabulous - with some suggested improvements. A great app that really enhances the experience of doing a great online course. I love the resume feature and would love to see that on the desktop version. A problem with the new version is that a comment disappears as soon as you scroll up or down. I’ve lost two comments this morning alone. I’ll need to draft in another application and copy text over.

Still in development. Handy, but glitchy.. navigation not always easy, depending on the device.. eg. where is the search button? It seems that you are not reading your reviews???

Good, but …. A useful app, but often you have to keep the app alive to listen to a lesson/episode/ whatever. Playback stops if the app goes to sleep or if you need to do something else that shouldn’t require the audio to stop. Very frustrating!

Ok could be improved.. This app brings my subs together in one place which is fantastic. It seems stable enough but I’ve only just begun using it. My suggested improvements are 1) tuning the app for compatibility with iPads 2) the ability to save for streaming when offline. 3) ability to bring together other subs through 3rd party partnerships. For example, material from other online sources such as BJJ Fanatics.

Was great but now glitchy. When I first downloaded this app it worked perfectly. Now it doesn’t load my course content all the time and does weird things while I’m using it Eg the video disappears and the screen goes to the search page while the audio for the video continues.

I can’t download the MRR app to my Kajabi app. I have tried to download the app to my phone and it’s not recognising the course. I already have a number of courses which I do not wish to lose.

Very Basic “App”. -No option to download and view offline videos - If you try to full screen a video while locked into portrait then the video still stays in portrait. - if you exit full screen after the video ends then the video starts again and you need to manually mark as complete - UI is terribly designed

Good and can be better. I want the option to be able to view videos offline and possibly download it

Improvement needed. This app really needs functionality that saves where a recording was paused. I have to either make note of the point I finish listening (not always possible) or try to find where I last heard. This is a big time waster.

Kajabi App - Doesn’t resume. The Kajabi app never resumes where you were up to and you have to keep starting at the start again. Very annoying

useless on iPad. This app, being a popular business course app, is not at all suited for iPad. It doesn’t rotate with the device and is just a zoomed in version of the mobiles dimensions. Quite disappointing. Would encourage the developers to adapt it properly for iPad

Faulty. Kajabi worked perfectly until around 3 updates ago & now it’s terrible, it freezes, sound doesn’t work at times, the screen jumps, it’s full of bugs. I don’t understand, every update recently makes the app worse. Please fix this as it’s becoming unusable.

Great but doesn’t auto play lessons. Love using the app quite simple and easy to use but doesn’t auto play your lessons meaning you have to reach for your device and click next after each lesson.

How does it even work?!. I am a user, not a business owner. It seems every online course now wants to use Kajabi. Fine, but how do you add a new course/website to your account?? The first one was fine, as when I downloaded the app through the course website it appeared automatically, but I have enrolled in several courses since, whose websites link me to the Kajabi app - but then the new courses do not appear in the app and I cannot find how to add them. An online search only brings up help for business owners. Very frustrating! iPhone/iPad user.

iPhone sized window on iPad Pro?. I signed up and was happy to find that some of the other courses (I have neglected for too long) were also on the app. However, I’m using this on an iPad and I’m getting an iPhone sized window. I use the iPad because I have trouble seeing on the iPhone! I guess I’ll go back to using a computer.

App stops when put on standby. Switches off when I put on standby in my pocket while running. Also randomly goes into announcements while listening to session.

Can’t get my sound to work. Was happily watching a video in the app earlier today. Now it’s stopped working. I’ve tried volume, turning off all other apps, restarting kajabi and restarting my phone. The sound won’t come back

The app keeps glitching. I’m trying to add another email to my account so I can add my courses purchased with another email address, after going through the add additional email process, I click ‘next’ to add my courses and it closes the app down, when I open the app, the new email and courses haven’t been added to my account and I have to go through the process all over again, tried 8 times and now I’m over it.

Great but can take a few lessons from teachable…. The app works great but needs to be optimised for use on the ipad. The ability to download videos for offline viewing would also be very helpful. Teachable has done this very well and Kajabi would be wise to offer these options to their users.

Can’t remove courses. Stuck with courses that are out of date or have all content removed. The principle seems good, but the app doesn’t have some pretty mainstream features that you’d expect a content manager to have.

Review for this app. I’m not having a good Experience with this app at all. It is constantly cutting out, constantly I have paid for a subscription so I have to use it but so far for me it is a negative experience:( The work with Esther is brilliant I would just prefer to be able to listen without it cutting out. It is NOT due to internet.

Very Un-user friendly. Log in under one email and shows two different sites I have access to courses but one is blank when I click on that providers course. Log in using a different email to have access to courses registered to this address and can’t see original course. Nothing obvious to see how to toggle between email addresses, if that’s what I’m meant to do. Only using two different email accounts as Kajabi couldn’t figure out why a course wasn’t available to see using the original email it was registered to.

Great app except for …. Love this app except that the lessons do not move automatically to the next lesson. This is a big problem when listening to it while driving. Maybe there is a solution but as yet I can’t find one.

Airplay cuts off when screen goes blank. Just need some work with user experience: 1. Airplay only works if screen is on for some reason -Which is annoying. 2. Can play videos in audio mode when out of app. 3. Can use pip mode to use device while viewing/ listening. All easy fixes so I hope you implement to make this app really great.

Playback speed changes don’t work. I’m unable to changed the playback speed. I can select it but it doesn’t alter the video speed at all. Very strange and frustrating because it means I need to view through a browser if I want to go faster.

Sound never works !!!. The video will play but not with sound. Tried everything turning off Bluetooth, reset app, looked at settings, reset phone. There is no contact for support in the app.

Oh the glitches!. The right arrow to the next video crashes the app 95% of the time on my NEW phone. I get stuck is a sound loop hell when I leave the video that’s playing and sometimes going back to the same page allows the app play a video with a different sound layer overlapping. It’s awful. Fussy to get to full screen, I just want to tip my phone. Fussy to get out of full screen to get to the next video. Good content, poor platform.

Using Kajabi with voiceover. This program has major accessibility issues for people using voiceover. One example is, I am unable to get the control buttons for the videos that are playing. And there’s other issues as well needs to be looked into because I need it for my course.

First use was horrible. Used it for the first time today. Worked okay for about 5 minutes, then the videos I was watching in sequential order started playing over each other and wouldn’t stop. I had to actually power off my iPad to get it to stop. When I powered back on and went back to the app, the app was frozen and wouldn’t load. I am now deleting this app and would NOT recommend it. Such a waste of my time.

iPhone Experience. Works well on my iPhone using screen-mirroring to Apple TV. I just wish there was a way to change “Watched” to “Unwatched” for a collection of videos rather than one at a time. Useful when you want to do a series again from the start.

Great idea, needs customer service. I’ve been using Kajabi for a few years now and overall it’s terrific. Very handy, especially when listening in the car. Problems occur with multiple emails. I have 3 addresses which I use to sign up for workshops. This app doesn’t allow me to use all of them, but it says it should. Sometimes it kicks out a course and I can’t get it back onto the app. So I have to call the admins of the workshops and they have to figure things out. Takes up a lot of their time, I feel badly about that, and then, not resolved. We are both frustrated. When I add more courses, some come thru and some don’t. Not happy for the last 5 months because I tried to fix it myself and I lost an important class which I use all the time, and only half of another is coming thru now. There is no customer support that I can find, it directs me back to my workshop admins. Please help!

Tiny screen. On my ipad it’s a tiny little screen that is landscape view but doesn’t expand. I can’t see what’s going on unless I’m inches from the screen. The AppleTV doesn’t work… not that I want to be tied to a TV anyway. Too bad.

Need an iPad version.. While it’s nice to have my course in one spot, I would never use my phone to access teaching videos as the screen space is too small. This does not work great on my iPad as I cat watch the videos full screen in landscape view. I likely won’t use this app and will open my courses in a web browser. Disappointed in what could have been a great app to access my content.

Crappy app. It crashes all the time. Line up a video, crash. Start again, crash. Finally get the video to launch, crash after. Try select next video, crash… Really unstable piece of garbage.

Add another email address. Horrible been trying to add another email address and constant errors and issues!!!! It’s now going on 5+ attempts !!! Stupid app!

Buggy!!. This app looks pretty and has lots of promise, but unfortunately is nearly too bug-ridden to use. Pros: successfully integrates all Kajabi courses my email has purchased and conveniently has them all in one place Cons: 1. Does not sync lesson progress between computer browser and app. Watched a bunch of videos this week on my computer yet the app still marks them all as incomplete / unwatched while on the computer they are accurate. 2. Cannot adjust playback speed of videos. I watch everything at 1.5x minimum, and on here despite changing the speed with the selector, the video always plays at 1.0x regardless of the setting. 3. Bugs with video player. Upon trying to change video playback speed, the on screen video control interface becomes permanently invisible. What’s more when I back out of the lesson page to try to refresh, there is no way to refresh (usually swipe down and release refreshes 99% of apps - don’t expect that here!). Finally, the video continued to play when I backed out of the lesson, and when I re-entered the lesson I was able to click play again and the video / audio was now simultaneously playing twice. Force quit was required several times. Likely won’t launch this app again unless there are major improvements to UX.

Can only comment in browser/not in the app. I like Kajabi as a neat app to have courses in. It is very inconvenient that it will not allow the user to comment in the app- it requires you to leave the app and log in to the web version to comment. Most users will just not bother to do so which means content creators will not benefit from their clients comments or participation.

Nice to have an app, but features fall short. I really enjoy having an app to access my Kajabi content, but the features available on the app just don’t make the experience easy… I am unsure why the ability to comment directly in the app was removed but having to switch to a browser to do so is extremely inconvenient. There also seems to be some issues with audio content not being playable on the app, even though it works when accessed on a web browser. It would also be nice to be able to save videos to be accessible offline! Really hoping the app experience improves.

Terrible ipad layout and loss of navigation. This is not an iPad layout…its a phone layout (and looks better on my phone). Please fix. This is a bad user experience and will be going back to the browser version. My biggest complaint is one hugely annoying feature with the entire Kajabi platform (browser, ipad and phone apps) is that the left-hand sidebar menu resets to the top every. single. time. I select a link… I am constantly losing my place and wasting time scrolling through wads of menu content to try and find where I was and where I want to go next. The content/menu sidebar should not reset! This is not up-to-date digital conformity for an enjoyable user experience. Please, please, please fix this maddening problem.

iPad experience horrible. Not sure why you guys have decided to not have a native iPad experience these types of products are way better on a bigger screen. I have been developing iOS for a long time a little auto layout goes a long way..... currently you have the iPhone app running in the centre of an iPad try the simulator. You should also make a AppleTV version.

Phone-only app. I want to access this content on my iPad in landscape mode (I use a magic keyboard). Absolutely useless in that mode. Hard to believe a company isn’t supporting all iOS platforms in this day and age. Deleted. Will use the web instead.

Does not play on iPhone se. Won’t play audio files when iPhone goes asleep. Tried to reboot everything and nothing seems to fix the problem.

Please Fix Log In Issues. I took a Masterclass and this company was featured. So far I love all that the company has to offer except that when I tried to log into my account with the app for the first time, it wouldn’t let me move past the blank welcome screen. It asked me to pick some websites and then tap next but there was nothing there to click. Once I tap Next nothing happens.

Purposeful Well Choreographed Recovery Program. I’m a doing it and experiencing progressively improved core strength with an encouraging lessening of pain. Also importantly, my confidence in not being in acute pain during or after these exercises is a real ‘mind’ changer for me.

The new update sucks. It’s very laggy. A lot times the video loads a lot later and it disappears when u switch between app. Starts bugging out please fix it. Used to be much great before

Good App, Hate the New Update. With the new update, they removed the interactive elements of the app for iPhones. This was the best part about the app. I hope they can work with Apple to find a way to continue the interactive elements. If it doesn’t get fixed.. I’ll have to get rid of the app, it’s not worth it to me now.

Please add back the video zoom feature. With the new version, the recorded video appear very small on my phone. On the previous version (before 2.4.0), it was possible to do it and was fitting my needs. Now, the video is fixed on the screen and very small….

Glitchy. Overall, I love how it can be organized but videos will glitch and not play but as soon as I try another, I now how two videos playing at once and often in the back ground. I have to close out the app and reopen, search for my spot, and still have troubles.

Great, until the latest update. Loved having the ability to take my Kajabi on the go. Hate the latest update. To be fair, the new design is great, and I like being able to listen in the background. But PLEASE bring back the ability to change the playback speed and being able to start where we left off. It’s frustrating to try and scroll to where I left off on my computer on a small phone screen.

Great for organizing, but can’t view docs. With the most recent update, document attachments can’t simply be viewed from the app anymore. They have to be sent somewhere like email or saved to files in order to view. I find this highly inconvenient, personally. Kajabi is great for organization and going through the courses - see what has been done already. But I will likely not use the app any longer and sign in from my computer for convenience.

Bad update. This app used to allow you to change the listening speed for audio recordings. Removing that feature has added a significant amount of my time to my framing schedule. Wish they would add back this feature on the app. I can still get this feature to work on a computer through the website. But this doesn’t help a ton since the majority of time I am participating in these courses I am doing so from my phone.

Kajabi App is Awesome!. I love that all my courses I’ve signed up for are available on one app. I’ve signed up for different teacher’s courses and if they’re on Kajabi, I can access them from my phone! Also I have my own products on my own account that are available to my subscribers. I love it!

The idea is great but…. Wonderful to have available so much content from your individual subscriptions. Issue is, it uses up all your phone data. This should work like iTunes, where you can download and listen to it without using up your cellular data. It needs work. There is also times where you get two tracks playing at the same time. It will not save where you last left on the track you have chosen. Needs major upgrades!!

Only in Portrait? Really???. I just downloaded this for an art class that I take that I love. I was so excited to find that I could access through an app. Painting tutorials where my hands are a mess and covered in paint half of the time and now I find that in Kajabi you can only search and find in portrait then have to switch to landscape when you enlarge for the actual tutorial. REALLY? This is not going to work people! Much better to just open the safari browser and do it all there so i don’t get my ipad covered in paint.....

Bugs galore. Tap on a video, back out to tap on another video and now both videos are playing at the same time (overlapping audio). I’ve had 5 videos playing at once. Should be a simple fix. Videos that were started don’t keep track of where you left off. I have to take screenshots of the time in order to pick up a lesson later. All very sinple things to fix. Please fix.

Could be so much better. Works fine if you can open the app and leave it open to listen to the audio. But would be nice if audio could continue to run when the app is closed, or allow a download for listening off line. Would also be great to add a “notes” section with each recording, so I can put descriptions and key words with each for future reference.

Crashes, playback speed doesn’t work. It is a nice app to keep all my programs organized but creators beware!!! Kajabi doesn’t present your class well. Kajabi crashes after I play one video. Instead of simply tapping the arrow to play the next video, I am required to open it up again and again, locate the series I was watching, locate the last video I watched and click on the next one. This makes listening to videos while driving impossible. It also disrupts learning flow. Kajabi playback speed buttons don’t work so you can’t speed up learning or quickly review any of the material. Kajabi will play at least two videos at once, over each other. Because one of the screens is hidden, the only way to stop it, is to close the app down and start all over.

“An error has occurred”. I’ve been attempting to gain access to my Kajabi app for weeks now to no avail. Could you please release an update to fix this? In response to the repeat suggestion made to other reviewers: Yes, Kajabi team, I am, without question, using the same email address associated with my Kajabi account. And as a course creator, I pay upwards of $60 per month to be a member on your platform (which is amazing, by the way). Please take a closer look into this problem. It would be nice to use the mobile app one of these days.

Good, but can be improved.. I like that I can access all the features on the app on my mobile device, but I don't like that I have to leave the app and log into a separate browser to make post or comment on the community chat. That seems like an unnecessary step. I hope this is fixed soon.

Circular Loop. Loaded & launched app. Asked for email to log in. Once email address entered you are offered a page where your only option is to Launch Email so you can open your email account to open the email that they just sent to authenticate. However, they only offer Outlook and Google in the Launch Email menu. if you have a Yahoo mail account, fuhgeddaboudit! I’ve separately gone out to my email and authenticated, but that’s not enough for the app, it still wants to start you over.

Why no iPad format?. This app is actually fantastic on my iPhone. I am really excited that the new update allows me to listen to my courses in the background. However, I cannot understand why a learning-based app would STILL not have a proper iPad interface!! It looks very clunky and awkward, and I wish I could work in split-screen mode while studying. It would be a game changer for students and entrepreneurs.

Needs added features. The app would be much more beneficial if videos would resume where one left off. Typically it’s not feasible to watch an entire video and it is necessary to return at a future time to finish the video. Unfortunately, the app does not save your endpoint in restarts the video from the beginning. This is not very efficient in waste time.

When flipping back and forth between pages, the screen goes blank.. I use Kajabi through Fit4Mom for access to recipes. There is a bug in Kajabi that causes the recipe text to disappear when you navigate between pages. I can still see the comments and the title, but without being able to access the recipe it’s useless. It is definitely related to an upgrade, because my iPad is on an older version and it works fine. Please fix this bug!!

All your courses in one place. I really like that fact that all you have to do is enter your email and verify it and all courses regardless on the instructor come up and you can enter multiple email addresses. I found some courses that I had forgotten that I had. I only wish you had an iPad specific app, there is so much wasted space with the enlarged iPhone app.

Seemingly unable to set a high resolution playback optio. While this app seems to be able to organize videos just fine and even offers some custom playback options to make continuous viewing easier, it’s surprising that it appears to offer no way to set a high resolution default setting for at least 720p or 1080p playback. This largely makes the app unusable on an iPhone in my opinion as the higher resolution is simply mandatory for a proper viewing experience.

Amazing!. This is such a Goldmine for me to find as a law student! To have contracts and evidence explained in a way that I can understand takes all of the anxiety out of these classes becauseI understand the professors lectures! Thank you, I have referred this podcast to other law students and some of my friends who are taking the bar!

No access off line. Disappointed to find that I can’t access subscribed content while off line. That’s what true “on the go access” means, at least to me as someone who is frequently in locations where there is no internet access. If this functionality does exist and I’ve not found it yet, I’d appreciate hearing how to access it. Thanks.

Business Professional. Everything you need to know step by step she really knows the in and out of lashing. How beautiful. I can’t wait until I can afford the products so I can start on my clients because I’m a beast and I haven’t even tried on a human model yet. Confidence and Faith of a mustard seed is all I need.

Incredibly Seamless. Instant access to all of my videography courses that I used to have to wait until I got home to watch! The one-touch login process they have made it super easy for me to just open the app and BOOM I was in!!! Hopefully there are some more features soon but the community portion is super helpful to have on mobile. Thanks Kajabi!

Audio Issues. There’s a really annoying bug that needs addressed. If you pause a video or close the app to go into another app then and go back to the video, the sound doesn’t work. So it’s kind of useless. I even tried rebooting my phone. Or closing the app entirely. I also changed phones (iPhone 6s to an iPhone 13) and have the exact same problem so it’s definitely an issue with Kajabi. Please fix!

Great way to build and present content. This app provides full solution with a lot of options for customization to create websites and sell high quality content to my customers. Really easy to use. I will be building my next programming course using Kajabi. 🎉

Settings Options. There are no setting options to change the orientation of the picture. It is set for portrait. I use this app on an iPad and have to use it in the portrait orientation. I prefer to use it in landscape as I have a stand for it with an external keyboard. If this option can be added, the app would be more user friendly.

Don’t bother if you want to use on iPad. Not a good experience on the iPad at all. The screen resolution of this app on the ipad is terrible. Videos barley take up a quarter of the screen space with no way to enlarge them. Seriously developers, this is 2024, the age of AI, and you can’t seem to optimize your app for the iPad? How long would that take? A couple of hours? Obviously, they are either lazy or just don’t care (or more likely, both). Either way, I’m deleting the app and accessing my courses through Safari. Much better experience that way.

No iPad or horizontal formatting. I have been holding off, hoping this would be addressed. But using an iPad, this simply blows up the iPhone ration and leaves wasted black space, and blows the content up to fill the screen. I also have to turn my head sideways when I mount to a keyboard. The app itself is good, but these formatting issues make the app entirely useless for me and likely many others. I ultimately log directly into the website for the course that I use, rather than use this app. I will gladly update the review if this is ever addressed.

Nice app but could use some tweaks. I use it for my workouts with Get Fit with Rick. When you do multi week programs and 5 workouts each week, it’s a bit annoying to have to scroll page by page through all the workouts especially by week 5 or 6. Wish there was another folder level so we could just click on the week we want. This would make it much quicker.

Kajabi Cell Phone App is Awesome!. I started using Kajabi as the platform for my website and online community. I had no idea it included a cell phone app my members can use to access our community. Now that I found that, it’s amazing. It gives our community the feel of Facebook, without the downside of an outside company limiting or blocking our freedom of communication.

Not compatible with iPad. This app is very frustrating to use on an iPad, which I would prefer because of the larger screen, so I can see my courses better. But I have to uninstall the app, reset my iPad, then reinstall Kajabi every time I want to use this app, otherwise I just get the blue screen with the Kajabi logo, and it never loads. Note: I have a newer iPad and it worked fine about two months ago.

Good interface, has issues with Bluetooth. And iPhone is showing the review text in white font on white background, s. As the Kajabi, I like it except that listening to a video with Bluetooth headphones, the audio stops randomly while the video keeps playing. Sometimes it happens every couple minutes. Sometimes it’s good for barely an hour. But for that C rain might as well use browser out laptop.

Loving these lessons!. Here is what I learned after attempts at learning spanish... You cannot simply learn a lesson and move on. You have to go over and over the lesson until it is engraved because spanish is not consistent like some other languages. Rocky has it down, specially helping with pronunciation. Highly recommend this and I’m only on lesson 1.

Awesome App, but…. I am loving this app. I have had it for under a week and was able to listen to the audio while my phone was on the Lock Screen, but now it shuts off in the Lock Screen. I hope this can be fixed so I can listen to it in my vehicle.

App not working. Since the update I haven’t been able to open the app it’s stuck on the opening screen. I’ve tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app but it still isn’t working. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated!

New site isn’t connecting. I have a class beginning this week and when I go to add it it shows up. But then it hasn’t loaded on my app… I need help with this! Ok so resting the app helped! I had to experiment. It would be helpful to have more instruction for the end users. In the app it only shows creator info and sales promotions.

Kajabi. Every time I pause a video and come back to it the picture goes away. Then I try to restart it to get the picture back and don’t have an option to fast forward except in 10 second intervals which is SUPER frustrating!! So, I either just listen to a video recording with no picture or spend a bunch of time trying to fast forward in 10 second intervals. Seems like there’s got to be a better way…

Audio is glitched. Every single time I start a video, then back out to start another, the audio continues to play if I forget to pause the video prior. To make matters worse, I cannot go back to the video and pause, instead I am only able to restart the video with additional playback. Essentially creating an infinite audio playback loop. Extremely frustrating and weird. Other than that, the app is pretty decent and responsive. iPhone 14 pro

Hoping for improvements. Since some of my favorite teachers are here, I want to love this app. Unfortunately I don’t. I’m hoping for improvements. The Udemy app has features I wish this app had; automatic loading & playback of next lesson. Picture in Picture, a dedicated app for tablets. Also, this app allows two or more lessons to play simultaneously which is annoying, and it crashes too much. I’m hoping Kajabi rises to the level of Udemy soon. Thank you.

Feet down pecker out. The roost explains years of studying the Canada goose. From feeding patterns to breeding and year round information of the Canada goose. From what calls what decoys work the best for hunting geese and the most important is teach how to use the Molt Gear goose calls. Well worth the $. Joe Gilder is smart, fun to listen to, and most important of all, he explains things in a way that even a novice could understand. I’ve been composing and recording for 37 years and never had a professional sounding final product. I’m very confident that Joe will get me there. Can’t wait and thanks Joe. Nelson

Improvement request - remembering your place. While I do appreciate the organization of the materials, I find it really frustrating to start from the main screen every time. I would LOVE to have the app remember not only what module you were in last, but if it could open to the specific video at the specific location you last were listening, that would be very helpful.

Shouldn’t apply silent mode to videos. If you want to listen to videos without headphones, you have to enable the iPhone ringer, which makes no sense. It should behave more like the other video apps and just respect media volume, instead of following silent mode setting like a game would.

Can’t add another course creator. I have one course creator and it works fine but trying to add more with another email, is a failure. I tried to contact them first before writing a review but after a bit of scrolling through the website , no luck. I tried many ties just trying one creator at a time and each time it crashes. So good if you just want one persons classes. Not if there is more than one.

Excellent to keep me organized. This app so far has been excellent for me I do not have to login and logout every time to a purchase program I’m listening to it also helps me navigate through the program much easier as it keeps it in categories in order it is an excellent app and I’m very glad I got it.

Great app but doesn’t fill IPad screen. Update! Just found a way to make it bigger although it still doesn’t quite fit the screen. Look for the arrows in the bottom right hand corner of your iPad, not on the open app. There appears to be no way to open the app in full screen, which means you have to watch courses in a tiny box. Please fix for those of us with old eyes!

Unable to access on laptop. This app would be fantastic if I were not relegated to only using it on my tiny phone screen. Trying to access one’s account on a laptop is impossible. And not having no support team to turn to is just bad business. Make this access more, well, accessible and set up an easily accessible support desk, and you might manage to get consistent five star ratings. Until then, from this user, one star is it.

Extremely frustrated with this program. The program / app is obviously home made with a camera person who likes to focus on the screaming kids in the back ground. It’s really upsetting I spent so much money on this program .. thank goodness I didn’t buy the other part of their program bc I would be pulling my dang hair out trying to watch her exercise with all those kids screaming and misbehaving in the background. I really want my money back. So annoying.

Needs iPad 11 friendly version!!. I have an iPad 11 pro that I love and use as a computer. Many apps, unfortunately including this one, only show mobile versions and force me to turn it vertical like a phone. I want to use my iPad for the larger screen and keyboard attachment, so I’d like it to function horizontally with the QWERTY keyboard attachments if possible! I like that I can enlarge it, but it needs to rotate!

Somewhat unreliable and not user friendly. Occasionally it won’t allow me to listen to the audio, even though my phone has service. Also, if I need to stop listening in the middle of an audio, it won’t save my progress when I come back the next day, and I will manually have to find where I left off.
