Wasted Money As Game Is Inaccessible. I’m pretty disappointed that we spent more money for the math bundle for our son’s new Osmo than I would have liked to find out that the whole program crashes repeatedly anytime he tries to enter the Secrets of the Dragon game on our IPad Air 3. Since we had intended to use this as part of our homeschool curriculum and had rationalized the expense as such, especially during the mid-pandemic financial squeeze we’re all feeling, it’s extra irritating. I see from the reviews that this has been going on for other users for over a week, so I’m afraid it’s not an easy fix and we’re all stuck with a useless game.

Seems to be a good game but…... We finally got this game out to play with our son and he really wanted to do the potions but it won’t let us get past the first animal. We get to putting the magic sparkles in the bottom box and then nothing happens. He was so excited to play and then got mad because it wouldn’t work!

Enchanted world games. After adding the new enchanted world games and the amazing airships the app locks up and cannot use any of the math games. I’ve deleted the app twice a restarted and it’s the same problem. It isn’t my iPad I just bought a brand new mini a month ago, so you would think it’s compatible. Now I have a 5 year old that is frustrated over math and these programs

Too Wizardy. I know it says Math Wizard but i was a little off put by the spells and other vernacular. Even the Food Truck game was themed this way. I avoided purchasing one of the other titles that had a more obvious theme. My little one loves math but this isn’t a good fit. Also , the games are not very intuitive for young ones. My child got bored and wanted to do something else. I wasted money on this one. We do enjoy some of the other programs offered by Osmo but I think we will keep our money in the future.

I love the game. Best game ever

App crashes. Just purchased Math Wizard for my son. Downloaded the app and was excited to play. As soon as he selected the first dragon, the app crashes. I hope the Osmo team will work quickly to fix the problem.

Terrible. Getting an error everything I open the app - can’t contact support. Seeming like a big waste of time and money

Can’t get the game to recognize the food pieces. I have always been super Impressed by Osmo, but this game has me super unhappy. Currently a super frustrated customer as my son got this game for his birthday and we can’t get it to work because the game doesn’t recognize when we line up the food as directed. If this isn’t fixed soon I will be contacting about returning this and the other Math wizard game I purchased.

Game crashes. We got the Secrets of the Dragons for Christmas. And when you click on the first dragon in the tutorial the whole app crashes.

I love this game but... I think this game is really helpful for all ages and fun for all ages but I think they need to add more levels and in the potions they need to add more stories or locations. THE GAME IS REALLY GOOD THOUGH.

Good Game but…... The concept of the game is great and me and my buddies enjoyed it while it lasted. But on like our fourth dragon the game wouldn’t scan the chips so we could no longer play the game. You should really fix this. The game is a great game with solid learning but the camera messes everything up. Please fix this for all the people.

Motivating. This has been very motivating for my daughter. But for several days now, she has worked on potions and cleaned up the room to find all her progress LOST the next day.

Where are the reviews. The apple store app page shows17 review ratings. Though no actual reviews or link to read them. Just received Pizza Co. and Secrets of the Dragons from Osmo store to add to our large Osmo library. The Dragon Guidebook pages are paper. Appears once written on cannot be used again. I have (3) grandchildren, I want each of them to have their own experience. Pages should be of type to use dry erase markers. Will update both further once played.

Can’t get into play with the dragons . Just bought for Christmas and we can’t use. Bummed.... Poor! kicks us out of app. Sad 5 year old...

Crashes at first dragon. Got this for my son for Christmas. Set it up for him to play today and he can’t even get to the first dragon, immediately crashes. Not happy, we have done all the updates and re-downloaded the app in case something went wrong but no success.

10th Generation. My sons iPad is 10th Generation. When will updates be sent out?

Best Osmo game. We are an Osmo family and we have all the games. We just purchased Potions and Dragons. My son (6yo) has never done so much math. The games encourage him to solve math and read. He loves Potions and Wyverdell express however ALL the games are fun and appropriate. I only gave 4 stars because of all the glitches. Highly recommend.
