The Creator is Good, but App Overall is Flawed. The creator has tons of options, you can literally make anything happen that you want. That's pretty awesome. What's not awesome is that when reading other people's stories there can be "premium choices", and make sure you look very closely because they won't ask you to confirm, they'll just take jewels out of your account. Jewels are in-game currency that are hard to earn and expensive to purchase. One accidental click on a premium choice could cost a $1 worth of jewels each. I lost all my free ones I had saved up from doing missions so I could get one, literally just ONE item from the draw. Another down side is that you can only really earn things by getting people to like your story, but there's no way to share it in the app and they only promote the "pro" stories that already have thousands of likes. Not everyone's a story-teller, so it would be nice to add some element to keep people who just want to read the stories interested. It was fun to make a chapter and experiment with the options, although extremely time-consuming for someone that has a job and school or any kind of life outside the app. It took me all day just to edit the one chapter. It's also a lot of teaching yourself how to do everything since there isn't a tutorial to help you out, so that can get really confusing. Overall it's a cool idea, but needs work on the features outside of story creation. I don't have time for it so I ended up deleting it.

False advertising. I love BTS and I was so excited for the BTS universe game. But I have to say I think the trailer led me on... yes, the game is very well made and the animation is honestly amazing. But I was really upset to hear you had to pay 30 dollars for the HYYH storyline, and it was only 43 chapters. That’s not a lot, they go by quickly. I would be willing to pay 10 dollars but 30 is just too much. I feel like the trailer was false because the trailer showed a lot of acting from the members themselves in real life as well as shots of them all together (Run MV, etc) but it’s actually not there. They didn’t add any acted shots and all the chapters are individual (jungkook story, namjoon story, etc) and I just feel kinda tricked. It’s fun but it’s not what I had in mind. I really would compare this app to Episode, I really will keep it, I just hope they make more official stories FOR CHEAPER!! I’m an addicted BTS world player and I know netmarble can do better. I’m excited to play others stories, until I can actually do something about the BTS HYYH storyline. Big hit, lower the prices and give us what you advertised!

I Will Always Support BTS but This Game Could Use Some Changes. Good stuff first: -The graphics are amazing! Everything looks so good. -They really put a lot of thought into what to add for the story creation section. There’s so much to choose from, and once you get comfortable using expert creator the possibilities are almost endless. -The earning of free gems for daily check ins and the wheel is always helpful for us that don’t have/want to spend their money. Now not so good stuff: -Just as I said the free gems from the check in is great, but only for the first 7 days that you play? Why can’t it keep going like in BTS World? -The limit for the tickets. I know you can technically have more than 4 but it does stop around 8 I believe. And it 5 hours is way too long for them to replenish. -You basically need to pay to read the actual BU stories, which was really the only reason I wanted the game. I definitely read other stories to pass the time and they were great but I mainly wanted the storyline. It honestly seems like everything comes down to money with this game. I don’t like feeling like I’m being cornered into spending cash to really enjoy the game.

A rough start 😞. I was waiting all day to play and the it has been about 30 minutes since the game officially opened its server. It keeps saying error and I need to restart the game and when I do nothing changes. I WANT TO LET YOU KNOW THE ONLY REASON YOU HAVE A 5 STAR IS BECAUSE IT IS BTS. PLEASE open the server I want to play and then I might have a better review to say for you. But ARMY at this point the game is useless the only reason to get it is because of BTS THATS IT

Rotation Issues 😭😭😭. I love the game, but for some reason, when I’m creating a story, I can’t rotate Yoongi. 🧐I can rotate all of the other members and make them face in different directions, and i was able to rotate Yoongi earlier, but now, his character won’t turn to the left or right. His head will, but his body won’t turn. I tried to use a past clip and rotate him, and i could, but when I copied that clip and pasted it where i wanted, Yoongi would just disappear? I’ve also tried restarting the app, and even deleting it and redownloading it, but the issue wasn’t fixed... 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️Any idea of what I should do?

I love this app so much, but I have a small suggestion. I love pretty much everything about the app. It’s really fun but there is something that I find a little annoying. I think the jewels should be easier to get. Jewels are very important to the game and are used for a lot of different things, like for costumes, picking choices, opening the sections for the main story, etc. But they are so hard to get enough of them for all of that. I have a few ideas to get more jewels, like making the spin jewels like 30 or 40 jewels and using coins to pay for jewels. That’s all I can think of right now but I hope these can be implemented!💜

This is one of the best games I’ve played!. First of all, there’s lots of choices and things to do around the game. You get to create stories with your own ideas, and change characters and clothes. However, reason I didn’t rate it as a 5 star is because sometimes this game sometimes crashes. Also when I tried to paste something in the forum, sometimes the screen just freezes. Another thing is that we need more jewels. But that’s really all, otherwise, this is a good game. :)

SO HAPPY!!. I was so excited that the app finally launched, and was even more excited when I viewed the short clips when you start the game. The animation is so beautiful, and I represents the 7 so well. 💜💜💜 Thank you so much for the people who made this game. For people thinking of downloading this, I would find someway to read the BTS Save Me webtoon, so you won’t be confused. I think this is the best game I have ever played, so thank you again. 🙏🏻 감사합니다

From someone who loves making games. I love video games and I love games that have story, like this. This game is amazing and I didn't even finish the first part yet! I do have some negatives though. 1. From what I've seen others say, there is no black representation in characters. As an African American myself, this really disappoints me. Apparently there are only 2 black females you have to pay for. Why do I have to pay to be represented? 2. The characters have amazing faces, the rest isn't great. If you want to model characters based off of real people, you need to stick to what they actually look like. The body proportions are completely off. The heads are all the same size and so are the shoulders. I am 100% positive the character designers used that same model for each person. 3. I haven't played much but one part upset me. Jin's takes a seat on a chair and he floats. The chair is in the background and is used only as a background. Blending the scene and the characters together makes a good game. If you can not do it properly, don't do it at all.

It’s amazing to take control of things as a pet of the BTS story.💜 BORAHE ARMY 사랑해 방탄소면단 오삐 💜💜 I don’t think it’s too expensive or unfair or anything like that. I think it’s an amazing app. Most good apps aren't free. BTS did an amazing job. I don’t really mind that o can’t read the BU but that’s okay because you can create your own. I love the create your own animation story. It’s really fun and great to use. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Very weird. I dont know why this is happening. When I downloaded the app, I was very happy since I'm a fan of BTS. But when I passed through the intro and prologue of the game, I was brought to a scene where the members are sitting on top of a building and behind them is a sunset and with just three icons in the bottom. I have no why it happened. I tried redownloading it again and the same thing happened again. It's making me kinda impatient. But I'm trying to cool myself off.

LOVE IT!. I really love this! I love the fact that we can also create our own stories. Can’t wait to see whatever new updates would be added. I suggest making the supporting characters customizable. We should be able to change their outfits. Please we need a diversity of characters with different looks. Also it’s difficult to rotate the character while creating a story, so please add a rotate body button. Great game tho!

One of the best games I’ve ever played ✨. Hi! I got this game around a year ago. 😃 I love it. The qualities of the stories are amazing. I even finished one story & it became one of my most favorite stories in my whole intire. It’s also so cool how you can dress up the bts members. Though one piece of feedback on the game I could say is that, the “ticket thing” is the thing I don’t like. That’s because it limits the amount of stories & episodes people can read, so maybe it would be better if there would be more tickets or none, that would be better. But overall, this game is super amazing!!! Always enjoyed it! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Amazing!! But.... It started crashing!!!! I was so happy because they had just updated the main storyline and jewels are so much easier to come by, but now whenever I try to watch stories, the game crashes!!! I really hope you fix this! It seems like the same thing that happened to BTS World quite a while back. It kept on crashing whenever I tried to play but it finally got fixed. Hopefully it’s the same for BTS Universe Story! I’ll continue to play as much as I can because I love this game sooo much and I hope the crashing can be fixed soon! 💜

Love this game so much but a few questions. I would like to create a romance story but there doesn’t seem to be a lot of choices action wise when I am creating a romantic story. Like I can make BTS look happy when talking to the main character but at the same time it would be nice to have some bashful expressions for the game. Like blushy expressions. I can find work around of course but I still would like an easier way to get the exact emotion I want out of the story. But besides that it’s amazing! Also is there a possibility you guys can make it possible for the characters to do actions together?

I love it, but somethings wrong... I would like to say that I was very pleased with this app! It was so much fun making my own stories and reading others! I spent a lot of time on this app just reading stores and spend a good half of it making them! But my only problem is that it hasn’t been letting me play the app. I haven’t been on this for MONTHS because of it. Once I get to the screen where it shows all the members laying on the grass waiting for the start button, it won’t appear. The button doesn’t appear. I remember at some point I deleted the app. I regretted it a lot. But once I got back on it gave me the option to make a new account or go on my old one. I chose my old one because I missed it a lot and I spent a lot of gems. I even used my real money too. I was upset that it did it again. (Not letting me play the app) The start button wasn’t there. I’m downloading the app once again because I miss it. I plan on making a new account. I just hope it will work again. I’m not sure if it’s something with the app or my phone. So I’m sorry that I’m complaining to you if I was just my phone. Overall, this was an amazing experience! I loved this app so much! I played it everyday on bus to school and on my weekends! This was a great app, but please if this isn’t my phone being wonky I would really like to know why I wouldn’t let me play the app.

Wonderful app, but it crashes a lot.. I love this app so much! The graphics are beautiful and I love the story. As a long time fan of BTS, I am very much looking forward to continuing to follow the storyline! However, it is a bit frustrating that my phone keeps crashing when I try to use the app. It’s likely because I have an older iPhone though. It’s really disheartening when I pick a story I want to read and as soon as it loads, the game immediately crashes and takes my tickets with it. I have spent five tickets on a story that I have not even gotten to read a page of yet because of this! I really hope they will fix this issue when they update the game next. I love this app otherwise. Looking forward to reading more when the app is more stable and I’m able to.

I really love this game, but a bit disappointed. I really love this game soooo much and it’s really fun, funny and everything too, but there something I really want is clothes, backgrounds etc. lower(gems, coins, tickets etc.) to lower not higher because it would be easier for make new story and new episodes too. It’s took me for long while to get those stuff and level too but I’m appreciate everything y’all I really love this game! 💜💜

kinda confused but the game is okay. I had the game pre-downloaded, but it somehow deleted itself from my phone... I have no idea what happened, but this game is awesome. You get a first/hand experience with the members, and the updates keep making the game better. I wish it was free to get some of the stories, because literally I have to wait weeks to accumulate enough gems to read something since I am broke. Also, the lack of diversity is depressing. Literally, you’re supposed to feel like you are in the game, but how am I supposed to do that when I need to pay $8.99 for my skin color... Fairer skin types are cheaper which is suspicious considering the time we are in today, and for that this game automatically gets a 2-star from me.

Needs improvement. Well the graphics is superb , probably the best I’ve seen on mobile ..I’m not a BTS fan so i didn’t download this app just to see them. I expected a well crafted stories, judging by the trailer.. I thought It’d be like life is strange or something but instead it’s just like every story app on the AppStore and my huge problem with this game is that it’s filled with community stories , some of them can be good at times but they always become disappointment..cause there’re a lot of normal people that have no experience with writing stories..what I really wanted was more official stories but there’s only one with different perspectives..I didn’t download this app to write my own or read fanfic stories. I’m really disappointed

I love it! but a slight problem. I love this so much! Especially all the stories different creators make. It’s fun to read all of them and get to see everyones creativity. But slight problem i’ve faced for awhile, recently it hasn’t let me onto the app. Every time i press on the app icon, i get the same intro you know the ‘net marble’ and ‘bh entertainment’ and the starting point where it has all the members characters with them lying down waiting for the start button. But that button does not come up. And i’m worried that everything i bought, with gems, coins, and real money. I’ve also wanted to start a story about self love, and i did, all the episodes are in my drafts. and i’m afraid if i delete the app, everything i’ve started and everything i bought would be gone once i redownload it back. not sure if i’m the only one experiencing this and if it’s a bug, but i would really love to get back to playing! But overall it’s really such a good app, and hopefully i can get back on it.

I really love this app but.... I really love everything about this app- the artwork, emotion, storytelling, and abilities to make your own stories. I think it’s very creative and fun! However, it crashes a lot. I know that it was just released, so that’s a bit expected, but whenever I try to play a story that a user created, it always crashes. Then, I have one less ticket even though the game crashed! There are just some glitches and minor issues, but all in all, I love BTS and this app is super cool. I hope these issues get resolved.

Negar and Farnaz. This app really needs to be monitored, their are to people on here Names Negar the other Farnaz who basically write soft porn! It’s disgusting. Negar romanticize emotional abuse and promotes self harm! Netmarble you need to ban these writers. If you ever looked at the community board and seen the complaints of these particular two people you would then know they need to be banned from this app! The disrespect for the rules is awful and still you allow it! There are kids 12 years old with this app and these two tell the readers to go to Wattpad to read more filth! Apple or Netmarble someone needs to take responsibility and not allow these two on this app!!

Buying levels. Know I understand that the game came out 2 days ago and I like the concept of the game and how it’s leveled and stuff like that. But there is only one problem with the game, when you want to play the main game levels you get the first one free but later in you have to pay 200 gems in order to unlock the whole levels. I don't really like this concept because it’s hard to collect these gems. I think that to make the game more enjoyable that they should let the rest of the levels unlock after 24 hours. You would wait a day for the next level to unlock and so forth. I know that the game developers won’t see this review probably but it’s worth the shot. But in the end I would play this game.

Amazing to unleash ur creativity!. I love this app, I got it on day one and was intrigued by the concept. It was kind of like episode, but I soon found that it was way better in quality. The graphics are stunning and there are way more options to make it almost theatrical. To be honest, you don’t even have to be an ARMY to have fun with it! At the beginning, though, there were many issues in everything being too pricy and lack of things to buy with coins. But in the last few updates, it’s clear that the developers listen to our suggestions and implement them in the game. Now it’s much easier to get jewels and there are more options of interesting things to buy. The people on the app are also super nice and everyone enjoys reading each other’s stories. There are still flaws, of course, but I’m sure that with more updates the game will just get better and better. Thank you for this beautiful game!!

It’s gonna be great. I haven’t really played too much and I’ve only read 3 parts but so far everything is amazing! The art, the songs, the plot, everything! The way we get to see from another perspective in each story is truly an amazing experience because we get a better understanding of things. However, while exploring the app, I noticed how you have to pay for another story...not sure if gems can be earned or they have to be bought, but other than that everything’s amazing! I highly recommend this to ARMY💜💜💜

Problem, anything else is alright. Hi! So I love this app, but I've been recently experiencing one problem. When I open the app, the things such as Netmarble and the loading screen with the boys appear, but when the game tries to start, it only stays in "Checking Update Info" which is a problem for me because I can't get into the game. I am gonna give it four stars because I really love the game, but I need to get in so I would like this to get fixed. Thank you!

Good game! Needs more characters. I think what this game needs is the option to customize characters besides the presets. For example as an African-American I’m disappointed to see that the only characters are white or Asian. It is not very inclusive for darker skin tones. It would be nice if we could make more diverse characters including skin tones, more hairstyles, and different outfits. It is 2020 diversity is a must. My only other complaint would be that there are not that many interactions/actions. I think it would be cool if characters could interact with each other. For example, a handshake or high five. If more actions and interactions were added to the game it would feel a lot more whole. Also more props and backgrounds would be nice. Besides that the graphics and concept of the game is really nice! I enjoy playing it a lot

A note:. To all the ship writers out there who want to use the story creating as a platform for their stories, the rules plainly state that there is to be NO romantic actions between BTS members! Your account could get deleted so follow the rules and keep the shipping out of it (that is what Wattpad is for...). Other than that and it's been very fun. I do suspect within a few weeks new stories will get buried never to see the light of day within a very short period of time and make raising up through the ranks impossible though.

Maybe Add A Character Creator. I think this app is very well done but if I’m being honest I would enjoy it more if you could customize the side characters. I’m not the biggest fan of BTS. They are very talented but I don’t really listen to much of their music. What I really downloaded this app for is its story telling options. This app is really ahead of the curve when it comes to creation. I would love to be able to create stories with characters that I create , not just BTS. I know this is a BTS app but I think it would bring even more BTS fans in if they feel that they could create characters that look like them. While it’s nice that you have some black characters it’s all just the same model with new clothes and there are no black male options. Being able to have characters that the consumer can create could help make this app an even more immersive experience.

Black characters free. The black characters are free, so idk what people are talking about. There are four of them. We also get 30 free gems every day for logging in, and even though it takes 6 hours for every ticket to come back, every two or three days you can get 3 tickets free if you click the notification within 6 hours of it popping up. It’s an amazing game, I love how you can make your own or read others! I’m excited for the next “I’m Fine” story to update! ❤️

Hmmm. I like the game okay, but you would think a POC group would have some POC characters. Black people come in all colors, but for there to be only fair skinned characters and ONE dark skin girl that you have to PAY FOR is t very fair. They get to be themselves for free so why do darker skinned players have to pay to be themselves? Make the colors diverse, and include the colors with the male characters as well. There are darker skinned men playing this game too ! Plus! Black people are not the only people who have brown skin so be inclusive with the features and don’t just paint a white character black ! Thank you!

Lack of Character Skins is Very Disappointing. I think this game is a really cool concept and I was very excited about it since I love the BU storyline. However I’m very disappointed in the lack of diversity in character skins. There is one black character & you have to buy it. Very disappointing as BTS has a lot of black fans, myself included. How can I insert myself in the story when there isn’t even a character available that looks like me unless I buy it? I hope they fix this issue because the characters that are free don’t fully represent the fandom.

Over Abusing The App. My experience on BTS Universe has been great so far but I have come across MANY stories that involve shipping the members together, over sexual content, raping, abusing, self harm, etc. I personally think this stuff should not be allowed and should be banned from this app. People should not be able to promote these types of things because it is really just disgusting. Some of the authors I follow are now not updating their stories until something is done about these exact problems. Some are even wanting to “BOYCOTT NETMARBLE”. Please do something about this immediately so we can get through this and many more problems do not have to occur, thank you.

It’s good but some things need to change. Its a good game so far and it has a great storyline. The only problem is that only one of the episodes is free for army and the rest you have to pay for. I wouldn’t be complaining if the costs weren’t so pricey. Sonic the people playing this game has never been to a concert because of ticket costs and have only been able to support bts doing online things like voting and playing their games but now the games are getting too expensive. If it continues this way idk if the game is gonna get bigger.

BTS World is better. This game has potential, but paying for gems? No thanks. For premium choices (the only way to choose a good option in a story) you have to pay around 30 gems. For the first week of playing, you get 30 gems every day.. but I don’t get any gems now, yet the announcement still appears. You can spin a wheel for watching an ad and get at most 6 gems a day, but if your unlucky, it can take up to ten days just to be able to pay for ONE premium choice. Yikes. Don’t waste your money. It’s around 100 dollars a YEAR for a membership. I could buy like three albums with that money. Keep trying game, I’m not wasting my cash. For BTS world, it’s way easier to get gems without paying. So I recommend playing that other than this if your an Army and want to play some games.

Not exactly what I expected. This isn't a game it's an interactive comic and should be treated and announced as such. It's literally just a show/comic book in one with a story. Why can't there just be a genre of reading called "Interactive"? Nonetheless I'll give this a 5 star review because the art of it all is very emotional and breath taking, they really went all out on the video effects and scenes. And this isn't personal opinion only this is for fans of the BTS boyband...

Best Game Ever!!!. It’s really fun!! And the graphics are just amazing as ever!! Every character looks like themselves and they have their own personality just like the real BTS This game will keep you the phone the entire time! Day and night! There’s so much that you can do! You can make your own episodes and you can play as many stories as you want! You can also play as Kim Namjoon, Kim SoekJin, Min Yoongi, Jeon Hoseok, Park Jimin, Kim Taehyung, and Jeon Jungkook! And depending on the story you chose you can play as one of them! You also can dress them, and make them all take pictures together on the game! You can also put the characters in 360 VR mode and they’ll appear right in front of you! No lagging, No mistakes! This game is 100% all good! And I strongly recommend for everyone who’s an ARMY to play it!

Very Beautiful, But needs a bit more. It’s a very beautiful game and I really do love it. The music and graphics are soooo calming and nice and it’s great to see that ARMYs can create their own fan fictions with the help of the game. My only complaint is that I wish the supporting characters had the same amount of actions as the members or at least have more actions. And I also wish that the supporting characters have more clothes and appearance options as well. It’s kind of tough to have the supporting character, aka the main lead in my story, wear the same thing every single time while the members change every chapter. Also, I wish there were more options to get gems and themes without having to spend a lot of money too. Besides those things, it’s a really fun game!! :)

Good, but a bit disappointing. Listen, it’s a bit of a disappointment because ARMY had the idea of a game that would be more like Life is Strange, GTA, or The Sims... but we got Episode instead. I will say, the character models are good, and it’s a good game but my own problem is really just the fact that the easiest way to get currency is by making your own story. I didn’t download this game to make or read what is essentially BTS fanfic that doesn’t pertain to the normal BU. Though, I do get why this would please some ARMY, but it’s just not my cup of tea. All I want to do is read through the main storyline, but you need gems to actually read them after Namjoon’s. The BU is something I like to invest in... but at this point I just want SuperStar BTS back... this game seems great but Big Hit... there’s a lot of stuff that could be improved for the ARMY that are not interested in the fan made stories or story making.

You HAVE to pay to be able to play the official books. I got this app thinking that it was about how BTS started and how our choices would affect their rise to fame, but when I got the app I realized it was something like Episode or Choices, which isn’t actually the issue. The issue is that after playing two initial official books, for unlocking the third one you need 200 diamonds (whereas at the beginning of the game you start with 20 diamonds, and playing the official books at least doesn’t yield anything). And to get all the books, you have to actually pay around $27 in order to be able to play. The rest of the stories are fan-made ones, which are fine on their own, but thank you, I don’t need an app to read visual BTS fanfiction, I can read them online and use my own imagination. And the good thing about Episode (since these two apps are very similar) is that I don’t need to pay to play. In other words, this app failed to deliver. Such a disappointment, especially when you’re using a name as big as BTS that definitely doesn’t need that money.

Just one major problem. I miss the days when people actually listened to the rules and DIDN'T write shippy fanfiction between members. It's literally in the rules somewhere: no romantic stuff between members. Some time ago, that seems to have fallen by the wayside, because now there are at least two Taekook stories on the top stories per week, and Netmarble hasn't done anything about this. I did genuinely enjoy this app before it apparently became a breeding ground for even more shippy RPFs. These days, I'm just waiting and hoping for Netmarble to actually do something to enforce the original rules. I know that if I were one of the members and even saw the *home page* of this app with the most popular stories, I'd be extremely uncomfortable.

Army let’s support this game cause it needs updates. I’m in love with app, ITS NEEDS UPDATES I would love to see more packs and more creators Let’s make this app famous army! I know you’ll enjoy it too, since BTS is working on there solo stuff. Developers!! This app is not dead, pls don’t forget us..the membership doesn’t even work on the app… please continuing updating the game and adding content. It’s some great writers in this app. Thanks for the fun game.

System error. Not much feedback because I’ve recently just started using it and now I’m blocked. Please fix the system error that blocks users from entering the game. After researching how to fix the issue, a couple of articles suggested that a possible fix would be to clear the app cache. However, on version 14.0, the app doesn’t have that option. I would have to delete the app and re-install for it to work again. This suggests to me that it’s a recurring issue and honestly, I think it would be too cumbersome to the user if it’s not fixed on the app dev side. I hope this gets addressed in a future update.

Greatest App Ever! But, Have a Few Suggestions. I love this game so much! It’s rekindled my love for fan fictions in every way possible! But, I do have a few suggestions that would make the game a bit better. I think that the supporting characters should just as much actions that BTS comes with because sometimes the supporting characters are the main character but they can only do so much. Also, I think that the supporting characters should also get more outfit options so they don’t end up wearing the same few outfits every episode. Lastly, I think that the items that come in themes and packs should be able to be bought individually and based on how rare they are it should be able to be bought with jewels or coins. Other than that the game is amazing and I can’t wait for future updates!!!

Paywall. I want to love this game but I can’t ignore the huge paywall that’s staring right into my eyes. After getting everything set up you can play Namjoon’s story. I did as such and decided I’d like to play Yoongi’s next. I clicked on it only to be greeted with a popup saying I’d have to pay a couple hundred gems to access it. How much money is that? Oh like $9. I’m not willing to spend money on a mobile game like this. I don’t even have that type of money to spend freely. As much as the graphics are lovely, what’s the worth of a game where I can’t play the main storyline because I can’t afford to pay like $9 per person for 6 people. If you’re going to make an hyyh game, at least make the hyyh storyline playable. And no mobile game is worth paying that much on. Save your money.

Good app! But some flaws along the way.. This app is good overall, and I like the fact that you can get gems from the daily spins, so that you won’t have to waste that much money for a lot of gems. The fact that they give you two chances is great! This way you can save up more day after day. What I do not like is the fact that there are SO many premium choices in one episode of a story. This takes away most of your gems, because obviously you can get really hooked to some stories- maybe you could lower the price? Thank you for reading if you got this far!

an amazing app! just one issue... so i downloaded this app around last year and it was amazing! i loved creating and reading others stories. i would use it everyday and it was really fun. recently, it wont let me into the app. the title screen is there and it's loading and all, but while waiting for the start button to appear, it didn't come. i deleted the app to see if that would work, but it didn't and i regret deleting it. when i downloaded it again, it was loading faster and gave me an option to create a new account, or go to the one i had before. i chose my old account and it was stuck on the loading screen again. i'm rating this app 5 stars because before this issue occurred, it was amazing, fun, and a great app for ARMYs.

stop whining about the gems!. this game is amazing. seeing some people complain about some of the bad graphics isn’t very fair, sure they might be a little choppy but let me remind you that they also gave us a feature to make our own stories?? it’s amazing what some people have done with what this game has given them. also about the gems and the yoongi/jungkook hyyh stories.. you don’t have to spend your gems on the outfits or accessories. you can save them up and buy the stories if you don’t spend all of them on accessories and outfits, they even give you a moonlight outfit for free. i’ve just been using the app and reading stories since the day it came out (3 days ago) and i almost have enough to get one of the hyyh stories.. so if you can’t be patient and save them up then don’t whine about it. and if you want to spend your money on them, go on no one cares! but if you’re going to whine and cry about the company trying to make a little bit of money go do it somewhere else. this game is amazing and there has been so much detail put into it, be thankful that it was free and you didn’t have to pay 3 dollars just to install it. love you guys 😌

This game is amazing not just because it’s bts but it just is amazing. This game is amazing! The animations are amazing, plot line is amazing, background music is amazing, and everything else included is amazing! Just to make it clear to armys, the episodes for the main plot line are not free, namjoons is but jk and yoongi’s are not. As it says in the app it would be around $26 for all of the episodes but if you really enjoy the app and game then you should get it! This app over all is amazing and I give it 5 stars! Its ok i guess........... Ok lets start here soooooooo............ BTS is nothing compare to the story so I wanted to be more realistic like what happens in the real life. And in my opinion this kinda makes Amy sad to think like RM being inside of his apartment it’s all messy people in hospital. But it is actually a pretty Cool game but I don’t know if I recommend it for armies who have been liking BTS for a year like me because they’ll understand that this isn’t the story line I want to hear.

Amazing but. I really love this game! The stories are fun to read and the fact you can create your own adventures as well! However there is a slight bug when you are editing your story. When I select a character and try to place them somewhere it doesn’t appear what it should look like. For example I had placed Jin in the middle and put him at a small size, but when I preview it he is suddenly giant and on the far left of the set. Please fix this!

Diamonds. I would suggest adding mode ways to collect diamonds because a lot of stories include them in the decision making and it’s kind of like episode, in regards to how hard it is to get currency in the game. It would also be nice if the official story line cost less diamonds as many of us have to pay with our own money and don’t have that much or do not want to spend that much. Overall, I do really enjoy the game but I think there could be improvements.

It’s BTS, so of course its this good. It’s really enjoyable to play through the stories and even make your own! Many ARMY’s have made some good stories so it’s fun to play theirs as well! Thanks Big Hit, you did well again!

My honest non Biased opinion of this game.. If you don’t like long reviews read this part first: this game is not overrated it has a good design and is lovely to play. I would like it I didn’t have too buy gems and tickets every two episodes but that’s alright. The long review: I love BTS and all but when I downloaded the game I had low expectations. This really shocked me. I am not judging based on biased fan review (rating or giving a good review something just cause you like the people who it was made for ex. BTS world) I am giving a good review based on the quality and story’s. I personally already know the whole BTS storyline By buying and reading the notes in each album and studying certain MV’s but the fans who make story’s on this game also deserves thumbs up. This game is better than BTS world. Someone can still make a story like BTS world because this game allows fans to make story’s! <3

Good but expensive. I’ve played the game for about three months and it’s been a good quality game, but I find that the jewels are overpriced and very inaccessible. It’s taken me three months to get a very small collection of things for my stories, and I still have really big gaps in my collection. I think what would be a really great addition to the game is instead of getting coins from creator points (generated from BOTH PAID jewels and FREE jewels), you could get jewels? This way there’s almost like an economy of jewels being passed from readers to author, and rising authors would be able to expand much better. Jewels improve an author’s ability to write their story, and the readers pay the author with jewels, so it makes sense and would help authors and improve reader’s reason to use jewels.

almost everythings locked. seriously? you have to use in-game currency (which is hard to get) to buy accessories, which then you have to roll to see what you get. mind you, some of those accessories can only be put on exclusively by ONE character its absolutely ridiculous to lock something like that only for you to roll for something thats exclusive to ONE character this obviously drives away new storymakers who never knew how limited the accessories + hairs they provide you, which that ALSO requires you to roll for an even higher price mind you, the currency you use to purchase them (jewels), you can only earn like 20-30 a day. which is absolutely ridiculous compared to the prices and the restrictions of the accessories i honestly expected sm better than this

What’s with the tapping?. Maybe I’m used to the graphics of other games where I don’t have to tap just to figure out the next scene or what the character’s are saying. At first, I was patient, taking my time processing the stories then I found myself getting restless because all the character do is talk and all I do is tap. What’s worst? I ended up not reading and tapped the screen so I could move on to the next chapter hoping it’ll get better. Nope, I tapped the night away. The app didn’t get any better for me, sadly. I’m happy to give my money towards BTS World, though. This is not a game for people who are hyperactive but for those who have patience.

Good!. A few things though. Make stuff cheaper, ticket regeneration faster, cuz’ I have to wait 4 days for my ticket meter to be full. And put a filter! There’s a lot of inappropriate stuff out there, some of it I can enjoy. But it ends up just taking over. Could you also let there be a story line? Because it’s honestly just one thing after another and I kinda just don’t like it. Let there be like, idk a point to the game. Otherwise completely phenomenal! Amazing graphics, music is awesome. I am a huge fan of BTS, been an Army for 4 years after The Most Beautiful Moment In Life era ended and before Blood Sweat and Tears era started. I really love the graphics so much, all the hard work put into this game deserves more recognition! I’d give this game 5 stars but I gave 4 stars for a reason, I’m paying for a premium membership, and I would like to say that it’d be nice if we got at least 50 gems every time we log in each day. 10 gems isn’t enough to gain, I thought purchasing the membership would be worth it so that I could read more stories for free. But sadly we have to wait for new stories to be developed, I basically read most of the premium stories. Wonder when they’ll post new ones. Also for the gem wheel, can you please make the numbers increased? Instead of 1-3 gems, why not put 30, 50, and 100?

I’m disappointed.. Honestly as a huge fan of BTS I was extremely excited for this game. But when we got through to the main storyline we had to purchase each section of the main story and not even all of it was out. The whole game is a massive cash grab and to even get good endings for stories you have to pay for gems. I’ve had the game all night and have played a couple stories. I already had to pay 40$+ to get good things in the game. I’m really disappointed with this game and wish it would be more fare to the players. There isn’t even a way to earn gems apart from daily check in events or the spinning wheel that gives you 1-3...

Can’t recover account. The CS for this game is almost useless. They don’t have access to player data so it’s impossible to recover your account if lost. I spent money in the game and then had to restart the game after not being able log in. I’m getting a new phone soon and I’m sure I’ll lose my account again. 3D Fanfics? Sign me up.. I don’t know what other fandoms get to have an app dedicated to making and reading good quality 3d fanfics, but man are we spoiled! It’s basically like Episode, but with detailed 3d models exclusive to BTS. I hope they come out with more outfits in the future (and maybe lower the price), but other than that I don’t have any issues with the app! Good job.

Amazing game, but app keeps freezing. The graphics, animations and everything is amazing but there is an issue with the app because it keeps freezing every now and then when I try to restart it the app won’t load and I’m stuck with the intro screen so I had to reinstall the game I don’t think this will work every time so I hope you can fix this issue soon.

Needs More Characters. The game overall is pretty amazing. Fans all over can join in and make their own stories !! Though, I would like to see a more abundance of diverse characters. There’s only a handful of non-asian characters, and those are only female. Maybe add in more African characters, for both male and female. I would also like to see Hispanic characters. But most of all, it would be nice to have a customizable characters for the readers.

The Weird Stories. Hi I just wanna say BTS Universe is amazing and I’m still trying to find out how to work the app still. Though I have one thing to say and that is while I was scrolling today I saw a story that was about getting married to the members or falling in love with them stuff like that. Diversity Add-On. As a writer, I find this app very fun because it adds a visual aspect and it can help me with my scriptwriting skill. One of the things I think would be a great addition to the app would be a “create a character” function where you can adjust skin colors, eye colors, etc. I would love to create my own characters so they could be apart of the BTS Universe. Overall, the app is great and immersive!

Age Verification Issue. The graphics of the game look so beautiful and I would really love to play it. The problem I am having is when it asks for age verification, the only option is todays date. I tried copy and pasting my age from my notes and it still didn't work. I am 20 years old and it still asked for parents email address. I hope this gets fixed so I can play and enjoy this game!

Best game ever. I am absolutely in love with this game. I remember downloading this when I was a baby army and reading and creating my own stories. Lack of diversity. Don’t get me wrong I absolutely adore BTS, but one issue I’m having is that the lack of diversity is pretty disappointing. I don’t like how you have to pay an African American female and the rest are free? I find this really disappointing. However, if you are going to add more diversity try and make them free instead of having armies pay it. Overall, I really do love the game the graphics are astounding, and making armies create there own stories is actually really interesting.

Such a Good App. I thought this was a game but it turns out to be telling the story. This is even better than I expected it to be. BTS World is also fun, but I think this is more fun. I am really confused how do I put my correct date of birth. I have been trying for the past month to try to out my day of birth correctly but it seems not to be working even when I paste it from my notes, I am 19 years old and it only appears the date of the same day I try to put the date of birth. Jewels. I don’t mind that there is a system to ‘purchase’ the story(a lot of games do something similar) but the amount need to purchase that collection of 7/8 episodes is too high and we should be able to pick an episode one at a time. Like, each time you go in you get a new episode to read and are being paced. That’s what I would better than giving 200 jewels for 7 episodes and have to wait a while for the free jewels since I don’t want to buy them

Very good app!. I really like this app! Since I like BTS and to continue the story. It was worth it. They are always trying to make the app better which I like very much. You can also get daily jewels just by watching ads or by simply reading other people’s stories. It is also very good to create your own story.

I wanted BTS Universe, not fanfic. I do like the actual story that follows the BTS Universe established by BigHit/BTS as it allows players to explore a bit more beyond the info that is also out there. But I want more. Only Namjoons story (and only the beginning, not even a full walkthrough) is free, and the other two cost gems. I get that it’s a new game and only on version 1.0, but to play a BTS Universe game where there’s only one canon story and the rest are just fanfics created by users... it really falls flat.

Audio issue. Hi I’m trying to make some videos using the AR effect with BTS but I’m having difficulty with the audio. In each video I make I’m talking in them. But when I listen to the videos I hear nothing. Please fix this immediately. I love this app and that is my only issue

Love it!. I love this game so much. It brings animation to real life and it’s very entertaining. One update that I would really like is an avatar editor. When I create movies (series) I would like to edit the characters that are not BTS related. Me being an ARMY, would like to create something like me going to a concert (for example). But the extra characters don’t look like me… so it’s hard to create something that’s about with without being.. me. But over all, 4/5.

Lack of diversity for such a diverse fandom. There shouldn’t be a reason that for such a diverse fandom that BTS has , that the only characters we get are fair skinned/ white people. It’s a slap in the face to darker skinned fans and should be changed immediately. I won’t be playing this game until this is changed. Further more, it’s unacceptable for the only black character in the game, you have to pay for her when the non black characters are free. Please update this game soon and fix these problems or you’re gonna miss out on a whole demographic of fans not playing and uninstalling.

A forgotten game??. It’s been over a year and there has been no updates. And it’s been month since we’ve gotten an event. Please don’t forget about this game, creators!! Many loyal fans still cherish this game. I grew up with BU Story and I can’t wait to see some add ons. We value and love your work. Don’t forget about this wonderful game please!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

5 stars but crashing. Ever since the new update in December, the app keeps crashing. I can’t read BigHit’s story for V at all because of this. It’s an amazing app and I really like it, but until they fix this I can’t read many stories without it crashing. It also takes a bit longer for the app to load now too.

I LOOOOVE THIS THANK YOUUU!!!👏👏🙏🙏🙏🙏 bUt there is a tiny problem, it keeps kicking me out to the home page and it annoys me, I already went to the “help” section and it said close all apps running in the background, I did that but it still kicks me out every 5 minutes. Hopefully you guys can fix this, if that is fixed then the game will be perfect👌

Love Hurts at times.. The Author doesn’t sugar coat relationships. Young love is scary. It’s hard to feel those emotions. As a real relationship develops both partners have to work at it and learn to communicate. Don’t run away from trials learn to work them out together. #1 don’t end your day mad at each other. System Error. Every time I want to play this game I get a system error. Why am I letting it take up 2gb of space on my device if I can’t even use it? What’s the point? I have since deleted the app. Update: The developer claimed I have to reinstall this app every time I see this error message. I was getting this message every night! Not during the day. You’re telling me that every night I have to reinstall this app? It takes forever to install since it’s so huge with 2gb of storage space. No thanks.

I have one problem. This app is amazing but the only problem I have with it is it just glitches to much I would be clicking it and it just freezes so I have to close the app and the re open it. Does this app need a update or something.

Was struggling, but Netmarble fixed things.. I was having troubles opening the app, despite it having already been released. Soon after I wrote my review, I noticed that there was an emergency maintenance that had begun. Thank you Netmarble for fixing things! So far, I haven’t found the app as interactive as BTS World, but that could just be because I’m in the beginning stages. The graphics are terrific and it’s just so well done. I love it.

pretty nice!. honestly, i love this app, it’s amazing, the stories are great and the possibilities for making your own stories are almost endless. i would like a few updates, though, such as adding interactions between two people, such as high fiving and hugging, and adding a section in actions just for interactions, maybe more music options too. i’d also love more props and the option to save characters/outfits that you added. that would make me love it even more! it’s already amazing, though, and it’s great to read during your free time. keep up the great work, looking forward to more updates!

Fun. This app is so much fun. It’s like Episode, but BTS version. People can make their own stories and you can read other peoples stories as well. I play this at night when I’m ready to sleep because it’s dream fuel. It’s so fun and so convenient. You may have to explore the app a bit, otherwise you won’t know how to use it. It’s awesome and addicting!

I love this but.... I absolutely love this game so far but it would be really nice if the ticket waiting time was lowered. Having to wait 5 hours per ticket is WAY TOO MUCH. You basically can only play certain stories every other day because of this. I really hope this can be changed soon because it makes it difficult to play stories.

Crashing problem. I don’t know if it’s just me but when I read people’s stories it sometimes kicks me out for no reason and I been trying to prevent them from happening but it doesn’t work and kicks me out anyway. I would love to see if it’s a problem you guys can fix :) (I enjoy playing the game it’s fun)

Lmaooooo. They said episode: but make it BTS and pg-13. Period. I recommend the story: 11 Survivors. Literally it was so hard to choose sometimes, what a great story. It was definitely a worth buying gems for. Except I ended up with nobody in the end bc I couldn’t choose at all. 😂😂😂😓 This game is hilarious at times, sad at others, and has my heart bursting at others. Have fun, ARMY!!!!

I’m disappointed. I’m a black army and I was really excited to get this game but when I looked at the character customization I saw that there was only ONE black woman and that I had to pay 8.99 just to use her as a character. It’s crazy because this is a poc group but there are only white and Korean people on the game, no Hispanic people, no desi people, no south East Asian people. I just think this is something that needs to change I immediately took this app off my phone prior to seeing that because it’s so dehumanizing like everyone can have fun but if your brown and black you can’t🙁

Love the app !!!. Love the app and features. Wish there was new sets (outfits, back grounds, music, etc) and recently i haven’t been able to get passed the loading screen… it stays stuck on the “BigHit Entertainment” white screen… idk if it’s a bug or what but it’s never happened before.

Soo. Ok so here’s the thing, I preordered this game but I couldn’t do anything. One week later, I went back on the game and I couldn’t go to anything other than style, collections, and AR. I saw that others could play the game but I was generally confused. Now it’s October and that’s still all I can do. It seems like a really cool game but if you could give us a tutorial on how to play that would be cool

It would be better if I didn’t have this problem. So I saw my friends playing this game and thought. “Hey! Why don’t I check that out?” Now I am really excited because the graphics looked amazing! But enough of that, when I went in the game I did everything it told me to than I see a screen but no stories. So I decide to design the characters first, after I finished I find there’d NO WAY to exit out. And now I can’t even play the game if you could fix this I’d be glad! (By the way I’m on iOS)

Network Connection. Ok so apparently there’s something wrong with my network connection because when I try to watch a ad to get free gems it say there’s something wrong with my network connection. For some reason my other apps are still working though, so it makes zero sense on how there’s something wrong with my network connection.

I think it needs trigger warning. I know that fans of bts might have followed the story line of this game way before it came out (as I have), bu this story within the first part of the game is very visual. It tells the boys tragedies. I do believe that you need to have a trigger warning for the detail of what viewers will see. Otherwise, I am very excited to continue playing! I love the game so far and I love our boys!! Thank you! Also, I miss the old netmarble sign in! It was so cute!
