You're literally blocked from some dialogue "choices". I like the concept of this game, similar in some ways to the multiple great Telltale Games series. However, Neo Cab has an "emotion" mechanic and if you're too angry, too happy etc. it literally will block you from some dialogue choices, forcing you with only one "choice" left. This really took me out of the immersion in the story and left me frustrated. Also, the cab review rating system is really screwy. I had all 5-star passenger reviews, got one 1-star review and it dropped my overall driver rating from 5 to 2.6 stars. What??? Another time the passenger seemed to leave happy, but randomly gave me 3-stars which again severely dropped my overall rating. (The game says if you're below 4.0 you'll get fired.). These mechanics ultimately were too much for me to overlook.

Amazing. I’ve never written a review for an app before but I had to for this. Absolutely beautiful, fun mix of characters and I keep going back to replay the ending. I will probably go back and try to start from scratch too to become closer with different characters. I feel like I could play this game forever. An incredibly immersive world. Side note: I’m glad there are some non-binary characters in here too!

What I seriously needed right now. Ok ok, I don’t usually write reviews(I’ve actually never written a “real” review on an app) but this game is…something else. The art, characters, gameplay, everything is phenomenal. I wish this game never ended because honestly, it’s great. As a lesbian, I applaud the game for including a character going by they/them as well as hinting the main character was most likely bisexual. Not a ton of games are willing to take that risk, and I appreciate the representation. The characters are amazing and relatable, actually the whole game is relatable(other than the fact it’s a cyberpunk game and obviously set in a future setting) and super intriguing, I couldn’t stop playing! I feel like I could actually step inside Lina’s shoes and feel what she was feeling…or maybe it was just me reliving parts of my life I’ve been through???? My only complaint is that it’s a bit short. I finished it in about a day and a half and I wanted more. My only option is to replay the game(which is totally fine!) and see if I can change the story a bit. I also found a glitch where if I chose a response, it would say something that wasn’t an option. I don’t know if that was on purpose or what but like eh. This game is super underrated but I suggest playing it. It might not change your life but it will definitely help you feel a little bit more connected to yourself 💕 Thank you to the developers, love this so much. Amazing af❤️

What an adventure!. I took a change based on the artwork. I wasn’t looking for any game like this and found it while aimlessly browsing. I was surely rewarded for that moment of whimsy. First of all, it looks like a chill game and while the mood is absolutely lofi, I found myself immersed and obsessed with the story line very quickly. I played for 3 hours on my first pickup. This isn’t for someone looking for action, but if you enjoyed gameplay like Leisure Suit Larry where the conversations you have are a large part of the game, this is for you. Your choices will impact how it progresses, it seems. You can choose how and if Lina grows as a character or not. I’m excited to play this again to see what different results I come up with.

Please make another one. I loved everything about this game, and what made it amazing were the details. Choosing where to sleep at night and balancing budget with emotional wellness and morals ... but in a gorgeous game. I don’t usually like the “story” games where you pick an option for each bit of dialogue but this was well thought-out and I actually had options I felt I would use myself, it didn’t feel forced. And the characters are amazing. I will probably start it over to see if I can get a different ending :) Please make another one! (Hope this review helps, I’ve never bothered to write one before!)

absolutely love. I really don’t usually play games like this, but the storyline, graphics, gameplay, and everything was beautiful. It reeled me in like a book, and if you like stories in a choose your own adventure style, this is your game. I fell in love with all the characters and found myself playing this in any free time i had. It’s a fine quick-played story, and very interesting. On the rough side- I wish that I could’ve chosen some of the options without being blocked by her ‘Emotions’. It was still interesting and didn’t bother me all that much- but I think it would’ve been a little more interesting with other responses. Also curious to see other endings or if I can do anything different. Overall, very fun and engaging- would recommend.

Wonderfully crafted masterpiece!!. I know it sounds cheesy to say, but this game was an absolute joy to play through and experience. It has such emotional upbeats that highlight such a mature and moving story through the medium of a visual novel. It balances an adult point of view not only with its reflection on politics but juggling human relationships, and finances. It’s art was beautiful and so immersive. It’s aesthetic felt lonely and solid, and purposefully dark in some parts. Although the game has a few glitches, and the lack of dialogue options in certain situations is slightly annoying, I could not recommend this game enough to someone either looking for a story driven game or just a good time waster. This game clearly highlights the joy of game development and the meaningful products that come from creativity. The characters were lovable and I felt myself so engaged by their stories like I was really listening to them and living through them. In the end, when I had finished my first play through I had felt genuinely sad. Like I’d miss a close friend, The whole thing was so wonderful. Cannot recommend enough!!

Not bad. Great presentation, but I had to drop the game because all of the characters I met were insufferable, including the main character with her hangups. I’m 99% certain this is intentional and meant as a send-up of modern society, but I couldn’t deal with it. There’s gotta be some redeeming quality with at least one character to keep going. Reminds me of Wuthering Heights in the sense that every character is pretty much unlikeable. Also, I decided to make a flippant comment very early in the game and it got me into an argument. Every situation afterward shoehorned me into making the angry or combative choice, despite me being level-headed whenever else I could.

5 stars hands down. I’m not typically into games like this but it looked cool so I decided to try it out. I just finished the game and I’ve got to say it was amazing! It’s a narrative type game. It’s like a season of that show “Black Mirror”. Futuristic, politics, ways technology can ruin humanity. The story was short but very intriguing. You are a cab driver in a futuristic setting but there’s bigger and badder things at play! I love the art work in the journal, lol especially the worm! So awesome. Ah great game, my first time playing was short lived, I completed it rather quickly. What’s cool is Neo Cab has some re-playability to it so Maybe my first playthrough was short but my next one won’t be? Maybe I’ll pick up people I didn’t before. Oh and Oona is my favorite, by the way!

Great, but…. It was very interesting, interesting characters and storyline… felt like I learned some things. My favorite was the quantum witch. Only thing is… are there no alternate endings? It kept letting me “continue” from the same point, but it wouldn’t let me choose other options… and the ones I did choose differently just got me to the same point. So what’s the point of going back to continue if it’s all the same?! I wish there were more alternate endings, and that the game was longer… it doesn’t really have replayability, I think once was enough… overall, I enjoyed it though.

Surprisingly immersive. Unsure at first, I dove into this game not knowing what to expect of this game, but soon came to love what unfolded into a game about a self-empowered woman in entering into a mysterious city and a compelling story in a strange city. Befallen with a start filled with dubious characters in an unfriendly and unforgiving new environment, she quickly adapts as this new story compels the player to uncover the path to her - and her friend’s - salvation. I was quickly hooked! The graphics, gameplay, and story are so well-composed, that I couldn’t put my iPad down from start to finish. For hours, I followed the story of the game chatter from her rock beginning to her satisfying conclusion. It’s really great to see strong female lead characters in games today experiencing journeys of learning and growth in challenging worlds.

Brilliant and unsettling!. I loved this game! My only complaint is that it was too short. The brilliance in it is that the story revolves around technology and personal data as well as the impact our choices have on our lives and the world around us, so it keeps you really keyed in to both the fact that you’re playing a choice-based game on a platform that requires giving up some personal data. It envisions real-world challenges in a city that could resemble an ordinary American city not too far into the future. I don’t often play games multiple times but I am seriously considering trying a second play through on this one to see what changes if I choose to pick up different riders. I would also be super stoked to play more games that take place in this universe! Oona is the coolest character and I want to see more with her.

Surprised me in a good way. Some of the other Apple Arcade titles have left me feeling disappointed, but Neo Cab surprised me with its quality. It’s visually gorgeous to look at, and the narrative is excellent. I was able to truly get lost in the game’s story and atmosphere for an hour or two, and for a mobile game, that is quite an impressive feat. Neo Cab sets the standard for what an Apple Arcade experience should be. Very high quality stuff that makes the $5 a month subscription well worth it.

Some interesting characters, but shallow story. This is a text adventure with graphics, or better, a dialogue-interactive cartoon with _long_ dialogue. The multiple-choices quickly converge into the main plot. I enjoyed some of the absurdly fun characters, a glimpse to the good old 90’s adventure games. But just w glimpse. The dystopic story is very predictable and not very innovative. There are multiple endings, but the [currently] flawed auto-save system does not help: you will often resume the game from earlier than you left it, but when you finish the game, the last autosave will not allow you to diverge to the other endings. Workaround: use one of the older autosaves. Despite the drawbacks, the team has talent. I’d like to see more developed characters and more weird situations. Even a cheesy story can be fun with the right surreal elements.

A for originality, favorite game on iOS. A lot going on in this game, the only thing I’d change is the text flies by too quickly at times, maybe give an option to slow down text in the game. Since it’s a psychological adventure type of game, you want more time to soak in the text before responding and or I miss lines as they are scrolling to fast, still love the game, makes me exited for Apple Arcade’s future, which seems bright to me

So So. Okay so here is why i didn't give this game 5 stars: It's short. You can finish it in maybe a few hours or probably in a day. I also don't really care for the constant nighttime thing. Maybe its easier for the developers or something but it can get boring just constantly looking at the night scene. Another thing, when Lina is angry or sad or whatever other emotion, you get locked out of certain dialogue options which to me, isn't realistic and also annoying. Now other than that, its an okay game. I mean honestly its A LOT of dialogue so if you have issues with reading a crap ton of stuff, don't bother downloading this game. Because all you're gonna be doing is reading. That's it. I'll admit, even i started just clicking through the dialogue after a while and i enjoy reading. Maybe eventually they'll add to this game and if not then well...

This game has me all twisted up!. Brilliant game!! 2nd review now that I’ve beaten it. Have some thoughts about the ending.. SPOILERS AHEAD: Wow.. so I just beat the game and the ending was a real gut punch. I had wanted things to turn out differently, yet at a certain point I felt backed into a corner and seemingly was no longer in control- in too deep to back out. Then I thought, “let me try again, maybe it can turn out differently next time-“ and that’s when it hit me: what I felt toward the game is exactly what Lina felt about Savy! I can try again, but it WON’T be different. No matter how many chances I give it. Because it’s not me that’s the “problem”- it’s the game. It’s Savy. And maybe that’s the point. I honestly feel like I’ve just learned something about myself from this revelation. My feelgrid is going crazy right now. Even if there are multiple endings, and one that is more of a “good” ending in the traditional sense, I’m not sure any other ending could be as impactful on me as the one I just experienced. It really left an impact, and that’s no easy feat from any game, film, song, etc. Neo Cab is a work of art. I’m going to let this ending marinate for a while. Maybe some day I’ll dive back in just to see what else is out there, and check in on some of my favorite pax. Can’t wait for whatever this studio puts out next! Thank you!

Best choice based game I’ve ever played. I downloaded this game on a whim, thinking it looked unique, and boy am I glad I did. This game is so absolutely beautiful. It’s a complex choice based game, with such an incredibly in-depth plot. Every choice you make send you in a different direction, and it’s amazing to see just how deep those choices effect your story line. I’m in love and can’t find it in me to stop playing. I honestly don’t think I even have anything negative about this game.

Good but needs work. So far the game concept is great. The idea of being the last human cab drivers and possible the last human drivers. My only problem I’ve faced so far is something that others seem to agree with, the dialogue seems incredibly restrictive. Even though you have options often your character can’t make a choice because only one fits there currents emotions. It makes the game seem unfinished and looses any sense of immersion when I can’t make most choices. The mechanic itself isn’t bad but maybe make it so it happened less often or you can try another dialogue option but it has a chance of failing and coming out bad. At the moment I’m going to have to set aside the game and see what updates are to come as with this immersion problem I find myself not wanting to play it.

decent story / pushy & missing sprites. would get a higher rating if all the characters properly appeared in the back seat, second cab with Charlie & last ride with unna they didn’t load in. Will update review to 4 stars if this is fixed. This story could of been told with out so many sympathetic antifa jokes, would of appreciated some self aware anti-cap jokes instead. Will NOT earn you an extra star for writing out sympathy for a designated domestic terrorist group, although the shelf life of this game, and its benefit to society, might be extended by doing so.

Not what I expected. The game concept is very interesting and could be a great game but there are some major problems that I came across. When you get the chance to choose what your character says (which is very rare) they have a preset answer that you will always have to choose even if you don’t want your character to say that. I also wish that they would leave politics out of this game. They make your character say that they hate big companies to make your passenger uncomfortable. They give you the option the stay neutral but won’t let you pick it. The game is more of a sit back and watch then an actual interactive taxi game. Wish that they give you more freedom to choose what character you want to be.

Absolutely love!. I’ve gone through a couple hours of gameplay on this and man is this story well done. Incredible, compelling storytelling and characters. I feel like anyone who likes the show The OA would really enjoy it. I’m happy that we are able to experience this story in this format through mobile gaming. I have noticed a few bugs as I progressed through the game, such as police lights flashing without any relevance to the current situation. Nothing too serious, and a great first release on a brand new gaming platform.

The ending seemed abrupt. Spoiler warning. I was REALLY enjoying Neo Cab after Savy disappeared. In fact, she was the only character I couldn’t stand so I was happy to see her go. I enjoyed building a connection with each person I drove around and with the sweet lady that charged $18 to stay in “her corner of los ojos”. Randomly, I believe after 3 nights she just disappeared with our a trace. Why? This was the trend with so many characters after I realized the game was coming to an end. I don’t know if this is a “different outcome” type of game, but I was particularly disappointed with the cookie guy’s character development. I understood it was meant to be a shock he scammed me, but it didn’t feel right and I would have much rather have liked to see him develop and attempt to build a cookie shop. Over all, as the characters seemed to just begin developing and allow you to see how they would end, the story ends. What happened when the picture guy shared the capra pictures? What happened to the walrus? I’ll never know

Couldn’t put it down!. Wow, what an experience. The first couple of rides were good, but after picking up a passenger a few times and beginning to build out relationships ... I couldn’t put it down. Really, I don’t think I’ve seen better character design/narrative paths in a game. Without spoiling anything (and it’s really tempting to talk about a few rides in particular!), the real magic is in the characters’ non-binary nature. There wasn’t a single passenger that I didn’t both like and dis-like ... and that’s real life. This let me commit to my choices without my usual min-maxing and save scumming (a welcome relief), knowing that there wasn’t a right or wrong way to talk to someone, just ‘my way’ for the character I was building. On top of this there’s the tension between those emotionally shifting conversations and trying to wrestle with “right” way to speak with someone in the 5 star world of “good ride = success,” “bad ride = failure.” Really just delighed at all the subtleties to be explored in this world and can’t wait to dive back in and pick up more rides!

Amazing story telling. I know that you shouldn’t give a game with flaws a perfect rating, but at the same time, agree that. This is a real review and not some person that played 10 minutes of the game or someone who is getting paid to make a review. It plays like your normal tell tale make dialogue options game. It’s really confusing at first, but holy crap it becomes a crazy story. It’s hard to explain why this all is, since I don’t want to spoil this for anyone. Just know, I have completed the entire game, and was thrilled. For the couple flaws, had 2-3 times where a character didn’t load in for our interaction. Sometimes the dialogue would go in different directions than I intended/wanted. Like I would choose a response, and they would repeat that, then go into detail that was definitely not what I was going for. And sometimes my dialogue would go badly, and it didn’t “totally” make sense. But, even with those couple things, 1 of them being a bug, 2 of them might have been a fault with myself, this game is 5 stars good. If you enjoy games where the entirety of it is story and dialogue, give it a go

Fun, but with some flaws.. I really enjoyed playing Neo Cab. I thought the storyline was interesting and gives the player a lot to think about in a world where technology seems to overtake human beings more and more. I also appreciated the inclusive language used. You can tell that these things were important to the developers. However, there are some flaws. I had occasional glitches that would not allow me to interact with certain characters despite my ability to visit them and initiate discussions. The interaction would begin, then jump passed where I’m supposed to ask questions and put me back in my car. I also felt that the story was shallow, meaning that there often wasn’t much context given to things and you had to guess a little too much instead of making decisions based on what’s been happening. This is, unfortunately, most noticeable at the end of the game. The story is tied up without my involvement and despite me trying to revisit it. Overall, I had a fun experience playing the game and enjoyed the message but I think it needed more depth and player involvement. That said, I recommend playing. It’s a pretty world and a good message!

Absolutely Amazing. I usually don’t write reviews but I loved this game so much that I couldn’t help but write one. I really liked how you were able to actually chose your outcome and customers. I loved seeing the emotional growth in Lina depending on how you chose how to end the game and seeing her fight her past demons by taking down Capra and getting over Savy who was SUPER toxic from the beginning. Also Oona definitely made you think and I enjoyed each one of her rides and Liams rides as well. And being able to end the story with him felt so right. Overall the storyline was great and so were the graphics and music I have absolutely no critiques it was PHENOMENAL!

*scratches head*. I played this game a couple times. I gave it 2 stars because the first time I played I thought thegame wasn’t too bad. So I played it a second time to try other options. But it didn't matter because I TRIED to choose different options but the only difference was the very end. Everything in the middle pretty much gave you almost no option to change the story at all and you pretty much only get to choose 1 of 2 or 3 people to end the story with. Which again is the same ending with them as well. Smh.

Decent game. Kinda mad that I half of the options were off limits bc “she didn’t want to start a fight” didn’t really give you much of a choice in that matter. So honestly decent story but the end I got was kinda annoying after everything savu put us through. Idk, maybe there’s a rout I wasn’t able to find to get me to be able say so stuff at the end, but still the dialogue thing Is pretty annoying. Good game with a lot of potential if it was less strict on what dialogue options you could say. I feel like it’s more fun to be able to pick what you want and really change the story without having to go through a bunch of dialogue just to change your emotions. Idk maybe I’m just annoying but this is how I feel about it so🤷🤷

Doesn’t feel like a game:(. This game seemed really promising since it has great artwork and a really cool concept, but after the first three passengers I was over it. Don’t get me wrong, I liked the storyline and everything, but I did not like the lack of speech options. Almost every opportunity where you can speak, the character’s anger management issues get in the way of things and I had no other choice than to be overly aggressive and rude to passengers. Of course, I am bringing my own personality into the game by wanting to choose the more passive or optimistic dialogue, but since it is an rpg type of game the player should be able to choose what they want to say. Regardless, great art, concept, and no glitches that I came across.

Not bad but.... So I like this. It’s not bad but it’s not really a game. It’s an interactive story, not an adventure game so I took one star off for that another thing is what’s the point of having an interactive story if we can’t always pick our response? There are times when they give you 2 or 3 choices of what you can say but it you can’t pick the response you want because of your emotional state. What’s the point of giving me options if I can’t use them? But like I said it’s not a game, it’s an interactive story with dictated choices (I enjoy the people who get in the cab, very interesting characters and story I just gave it low stars because it’s not really a game and you can’t always pick choices you want)

One of if not THE BEST Apple Arcade Games. I’ve never done a written review for an app but this game was just so good I had to spread the word about it. First off if you’re getting this app because you wanna get a high action game then this is not the game for you, this game is mainly featured on the story and how you can make choices that can have an impact on the ultimate conclusion/ending of the game. It took me about 2-4 hours (I wasn’t keeping track). And also features a great amount of design in the characters. Along with the characters being really well designed they also all participate in the overarching story that lets you become attached to the characters themselves. Overall this game gets a 9/10 the only reason it’s not a 10/10 is because there’s not a sequel or season two. I could go on about the story but it’s 11:00 and I am to tired but if you’re looking for a good story game then this game is perfect and I would highly recommend it to you!

I’m torn between loving and hating it. I was really enjoying the game and story line until the end. I felt like the plot was progressing at a perfect pace, and near the end it felt like it was rushed. Too much is revealed too soon and then you’re cornered into making one set of options. I don’t want to give spoilers but it bothered me that I was forced to choose certain options near the end. I wouldn’t have continued to be friends with someone like this in real life so I wish I could’ve chosen to “dump” Savy in this game. I would also like the opportunity to save when I want to. Not when the game decides to save.

this is the best game i’ve ever played.. ever. i think because it touched some very significant things that happened to me in my life...at first, i was just engaged in the story. i love to read and i especially loved choose-your-own-adventure books back in the day. so it felt like a modernized version of a CYOA book and i was really loving it. then i got sucked into the concept of trying to get my rating to be a full five stars. but then...then it got to the near-end (i don’t want to spoil anything)...and it was suddenly familiar. so familiar. and i “got it.” on a few different levels. that was neat. and then the ending i chose was SO. SATISFYING. it was perfect. and, somehow, this game brought some closure and some anchoring in regard to some things i’ve gone through. and that was really neat and healing. so. i don’t know how many people would experience this game to the level that i did, but i highly recommend it. it’s the best game i’ve ever played because it touched me. and i hope it touches others, too.

sharp art and gameplay, but disappointing story.. spoilers herein I enjoyed the game but it felt like there were too many holes overall. After finding Savy in the container, I felt completely betrayed and was just angered with what she was telling me, and the fact that her emotional state was green made me feel like she didn’t really mean anything she was saying and was acting emotionally manipulative. But the game forces you to give up fighting and go along with her plan, which ends up being foiled anyway and they both run out of town with their tails between their legs, besties forever… and that’s the end. like what? Lots of decisions throughout the game that were held back because of emotional state, I just felt limited and like I was on rails in terms of the storyline.

Unspeakable Disaster of a game. (I would give this a 0 star if I could) First of all I want to say it was a great story/game “idea” but the game itself was awful, like the story could have been told way better. Like I wish there was more choices and how they story could go by how u play. Every time I wanted to pick a choice the feelgrid thing was always not letting me pick what I wanted, like I’m forced to do what the game wants how the story to go. Also the ending was terrible, them getting pulled over and just leaving town is so worthless, it’s like what was the whole point of the game for the end to just say ok we give up and leave, also the whole argument with Savy was pointless if u don’t do anything. Also I wish there was more character, like them speaking instead of just subtitles, and not driving down the same street every time. I was really disappointed in this game and I don’t recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good. It’s a good game. It’s pretty short, and well some things that could be better is the way to save progress. I leave the game and there’s no way to come back where you left, you have to restart the whole day and it’s boring replaying the same stuff each time i close the game. Choices don’t actually matter that much, it kinda matters in the mood thing but not in the story, you basically get the same chats, trust me i know by all the times i had to replay the same stuff because it wouldn’t save. The map is pretty small and it doesn’t have many characters but the game itself it’s pretty nice. I played the Demo of the game on laptop before and i didn’t really like, them i saw it on apple arcade and i said, why not? it’s actually a pretty good game. So if you’re thinking about installing it, go ahead.

Addictively Immersive!. I loved all of the different concepts in this game, as one tap could make your ride with your pax a completely different experience! I love all the attention to detail in some of the storylines, as it keeps you wanting to learn more. I’m usually a quick-fix gamer, but this game had me hooked for hours! I highly recommend it to anyone ready to be immersed in a world that is decades ahead, engulfed in so many futuristic elements. Shout out to the wonderful creators and developers of this game!

Realistic and replayable. I enjoyed this game so much, I immediately played it again to get a different ending. I really enjoyed navigating the conversations, which all felt so real. Change Agency has created a realistic future world that seems all too possible. There is a lot of possibility of different experiences based on which passengers you picked up and what you said. I enjoyed my second play through even more than the first (and got the best ending my second time). It’s a game that has really made me think, and I would love to play more games in this style. I think most of us have had a friend like Savy and that’s all I’ll say on that.

I am in love with this game.. I’m not the best person at writing reviews, but I cannot EXPRESS how much I love this game. Neo Cab is one of my favorite games ever, and you really feel for these characters. This game really shows how the world is currently, and how much activism, support, protesting, and media exposer can help a cause. In recent updates there are more and more amazing interactions and options for relationships, and friendships. My favorite ending is personally the Oona one. Hope to see more of this game in the future!

A big take on a small device!. I wasn't sure what to expect when I started this game up but what a fun ride. Its set in such a different world but has very similar issues and personalities that are seen today. Theres so much to discover and stories to unfold. I would give it a 4.5 just because it feels like you aren't given enough time to discover them all. Regardless, an amazing game!

Emotional, hits home for me. This one hit home for me on a very deep level. I mean- aside from the amazing graphics and story, I was blown away at how it made me walk through those same emotions I’ve felt so many times before, betrayal, being left abandoned, manipulated used and lied to, I mean seriously it felt good to walk through those with Lina and watch her stand up for herself against a liar and a psychopath who completely betrayed her. It was huge. That feeling I felt all over again- the one that happens when things don’t work out the way we always expect them to or even hope to. Sometimes we let people burn us to ash so that we in the end learn about what we’re really made of. This did just that, reminded me of what betrayal feels like all over again and how in the end we only come out of it stronger.

Amazing potential, horrible gameplay. I started this game loving it. I still really like it, which is why it got one extra star. But the story progression mechanics are awful. It had such potential, but fell so short. I like unlocking new options with mood, but hate that it blocks others. The whole game is about progressing the story different ways via manipulating your mood with conversation choices, but you can’t. Once you get into a certain moodlet, it locks you in. It destroys everything that you work for. I misclicked once and it got me switched from red into blue, and I couldn’t get out. I couldn’t progress the argument, and the whole game ended with me completely forgiving Savvy for everything, the opposite of what I wanted. The characters were so great to, and I hated that there was nothing I could do to interact in the way they were, or I hope, supposed to be interacted with. Beautiful character and depth, amazing story, disappointing results. Very well crafted for the most part, definitely not gonna let this game put me off of others from the team, but it was disappointing.

BEST GAME EVER!. No joke, this is my favorite mobile game I’ve ever played. It’s charming, creative, fun... runs smoothly, makes you think. The dystopian world is interesting, and the graphics are lovely. The story is also intriguing... and I think it’s so clever they say it ends. It’s like you’ll never really know what happened to everyone you met. Some things will remain a mystery. And interacting with the characters? So cool! I love talking to them, making connections with them, all of that. Plus the game has lots of subtle messages about reality... it’s very clever that way. But most of all, I love how this game makes you feel... like when I finally got to tell Savy off I felt so angry, and yet pleased with myself. Like, I was really yelling at someone I hated. Getting to emotionally destroy her was very fun, and while that sounds cruel,I somehow found myself hating her that much. And she’s just a NPC! And the characters I loved... I loved them so much... the slow bonding and friendships were amazing. It’s a beautiful game. Nice job to everyone who had a part in making it! My only complaint is that it ended. 100% would recommend to everyone! 😀

My New Hyperfixation. I haven't been this deeply involved in a game in a very long time. It made the ever repetitive convo based game concept interesting. I liked the moral grayness of the characters, I had genuine feelings for each the riders, and obviously Lina (SPOILER it made me genuinely feel sad to drive Risa to the airport). My only critique would honestly be the ending (again SPOILERS) where Lina and Savy ride of into the sunset. Savy was the most classic example of manipulation and gaslighting and it made me so sad that Lina was continue the cycle of being abused by her indefinitely, rather then having a future with Risa or maintaining a friendship with Liam or Allie. But I guess that was the point so I guess I liked the ending? I feel like Oona now...

Successfully immersive, but a bit boring. I didn’t have a terrible time with the game, I even went until the end; but I started my last evening playing it telling my wife “if it’s still as boring tonight as the past few times, I’ll probably give up”, so I was kinda relieved to see it was the end. The story and dialogues are full of brilliant ideas. The world-building is really solid. The graphics are really nice. However, interaction is very limited, so it doesn’t feel like you have much control over what’s going, or that what you’re choosing would make things any different. There are a lot of passengers and conversations that don’t serve the plot at all in any way. And until the last “night”, I was spending most of the time just waiting for things to kinda “start”. If you are looking for something chill and low-stake, then you will probably enjoy this; if you’re after something exciting and focused, you may end up somewhat disappointed.

My favorite game on arcade. Yes this game is essentially a visual novel that gives you choices for what you say. However, as someone who doesn’t typically enjoy these types of games, I am absolutely loving Neo Cab. The graphics are gorgeous and really add to the overall mood and subtle animations and quirky character models gives every passenger you pick up a unique and believable personality. Conversations feel very natural, and the dialog options given are usually good enough. Plus, so far at least, the story has been very engaging and interesting. That said, I have found a few bugs. A couple times, I’ve had my character say a dialog option that I didn’t select nor was even available while the passenger was talking. Also, you’re locked out of certain dialog options due to your character’s emotional state. This is usually fine and a fun mechanic, but sometimes feels like a way for the developers to hide an unfinished dialog tree. Overall, though I would highly recommend playing. Be prepared to be sucked into a beautifully creative world

Can’t stop thinking about this game. As a fan of visual novels, this really intrigued me. As a game writer in the industry, I got this game hoping to be passably entertained. I got so much more. I love the crazy world this game takes place in. And the way it is used as a reflection of our own. A cautionary tale in more ways than one. This game is easily replyayable and has multiple endings. The choices usually feel pretty genuine as do the characters. Both choices and NPC interactions do a fantastic job of worldbuilding without spewing exposition. The people felt fully thought out with sharp edges and soft, vulnerable spots. Honestly, I want so much more content and think about this game all the time even though I’ve done a full playthrough. Oh, I should also mention the art. I super loved the aesthetic of the game.

A Fantastic Exploration of Relationships and the Gig Economy. Neo Cab has one of the best stories I have played in a game in a very long time. While largely a visual novel, the game provides you numerous choices that dramatically effect how your game plays out, offering different endings and different messages to take away. The cyberpunk aesthetic helps drive home the beautifully delivered analysis of life as a gig worker in an economy and society that makes it increasingly more difficult to survive. The characters are incredibly well fleshed out and provide moments that range from heartbreaking to down right humorous. This is one of those games that will leave you thinking about it long after a play-through, and it’s varied options will keep you coming back to see what could have been different. An absolute masterpiece of storytelling, and a game I would repeatedly recommend to all types of gamers.

Really Intriguing But.... I loved the concept and the simple gameplay. The underlying mystery was very cool. But I had three problems with this game. One was that you can’t save your progress mid-ride - a fact I only found out after losing my progress, which was annoying. Two - if you realize you didn’t get a 5-star rating, there’s no built-in re-do option. Your only choice is to hurry up and close the app before progress is saved, then come back in to try again. Three - the ending. Are you serioys??? SMH the ending was so frustrating and did not show respect for the time the player has spent to get that far. At this point I’m not willing to re-do it over and over to see if I can get a different outcome. And I will not play any sequels.

Great. Wish there was an option to see % of other players choose which options after completing the game or reach a “chapter” and to find if there’s alternative endings too.

Impressive. Amazing and attractive story also excellent graphics and music !! Some bugs, the photo of passenger on map may disappear and some passengers are invisible in the car.

Engrossing. Engrossing, thoughtful game - a good one to teach you about emotion and it’s best uses. Only aspect that annoyed me was when I was provided a response option but then not able to use it because it didn’t match the current emotion - felt like I was being gaslighted!

Interesting story. A different type of game, that’s for sure. Interesting story, and is exactly what I needed; can’t go past a good dose of cyberpunk. If you’re looking for a chill yet cerebral adventure give it a go.

Okay but glitchy. I made it to the fourth night and there are no rides I can do I tried reloading a old save file nada restarting the game nada please fix the glitch cuz I loved it so far.

best mobile game i’ve ever played. worth getting apple arcade just for this game!!

I love the game, but. Both subtitles in IOS and Switch version are too thin and a bit hard to read

Great, narrative driven experience. I love the mood and aesthetic of this game. The characters seem to leap of the screen, each with their own stories to tell. The game touches on a number of topics society will no doubt face in the coming years. Doesn’t overstay it’s welcome and leaves you thinking. Great stuff!

fantastic story, really pulls you in. the writing is excellent. i’m so invested in the story, i’m struggling to put it down. when i’m not playing, i’m thinking about Lina and wondering how this will all end for her. 10/10 highly recommended 👌

Overall great vibes $ good times. An extremely captivating story - it truely makes you FEEL like an Uber Driver

So much fun!. Really great game, wasn’t expecting to like it as much as I did but it was amazing and the storyline was great. Really interesting perspective to play from, and great characters. Only wished there was more chapters/nights to play! Finished too quickly for me!

Best game I’ve ever played. The story arcs, the game designs, even the music was perfect. I loved the way you guys wrote the ending. So beautiful. Only criticism is, there’s no worries about food. Maybe you could add a text option where you’re able to go out to bars n such.

Was great, until it wasn’t. I played this game for 3 hours before I discovered a major issue that ruined the whole experience for me. Characters can repeat dialogue messing up the continuity and ruining the whole story.

Love It. One of the best Apple Arcade games I’ve played. I love the cyberpunk aesthetic and the gameplay mechanics. It has a great story while still managing to be fun to play. Having to choose dialogue options, where to sleep, and who to pick up makes it feel like I’m in control, an area where other narrative games often fail.

Addicted!!. I finished this “story mode” type game in less than 48 hours. It’s short and sweet - I wish there was more!! You play basically a futuristic Uber driver in a time where they are attempting to make human taxi services obsolete. Super awesome story and concept. 100% would recommend for the awesome graphics, chill music, and great vibes it gives.

Game is good ending is trash. The game was perfect in everyway until it got to (spoiler alert) the ending which was terrible because you can only chose one option most of the time while talking to Savy because if your feelgrid. Theres only one outcome and it’s not a happy ending. Capra dosent get taken down, the Sophie law passes thru, and we leave los ojos. To conclude the ending made the game very frustrating to like.

Misleading. This would be a lot better if you could actually drive.... but the graphics are great

Amazing Game but I can’t finish it. The game opened and played the first few times that I opened it and I loved it the graphics are amazing and the story caught my attention straight away. However now whenever I open the app I get stuck on the menu screen pressing any of the menu buttons just puts a blue box around the button but does not do anything else, looking forwards to getting this fixed)

it’s great!. although, SPOILERS i would love to be able to help out malek and try to get that sea lion in my trunk lol ngl it wounded me being called an animal hater by that virtual man 😭😂

Love the story. I finished the game in one day. It’s a really interesting story, with even more interesting and relatable characters. Fiona, Oona, and Liam were lovely! I wish I got to know them more.

Really good game. It’s basically a long story, but a good one. I love how smart the game makes you feel for not falling for manipulation.

Beautifully Developed. The story, the characters, the graphics and the gameplay lead to a very immersive experience in an easily foreshadowed future where your choices have a direct impact on the outcome. Definitely set some time out for this one because once you start you won’t want to put it down.

Sequel needed. Layered, intricate, satisfying story set against a cyberpunk backdrop with rich character design. This tale is sorely in need of a second instalment. Neo Cab 2, please.

Amazing VN. One of the best Western VNs I’ve ever played. The plot is great and more importantly, the characters are all extremely well written. There’s a ton of different endings you can get, some of them dealing with some heavy subjects, but they’re all well explained and you’ll never feel confused by why things turned out this way. Everyone should play this!

I wish I could give this 5 stars it’s so good. I absolutely love this game, I just noticed a couple bugs that have been super frustrating. The 2nd trip with Charlie - he’s invisible 🧐 he just isn’t there at all, his text bubbles come from the car seat lol. Not a big deal, but the one that bothers me the most is after the 2nd time I went to Stantzmachine, I can’t say anything to Azul. It just immediately goes to the “come back tomorrow I’m on the clock” dialogue. It was v confusing when I tried to go back after they said “come tomorrow if you’re on Radix’s side”. So yeah, that’s been sad cuz I really like azul :///

Brilliant!. From the visuals to the soundtrack to the dialogue. Its all so great!! I love cyoa games and I’m so impressed with how intricately entangled the whole story line was, and how many of your choices it actually remembered till the end. Love the way you guys imagined tech in this. Was such a great experience I almost want it to never end 😭

Beautiful graphics and story. Narrative is well written! Love the dark dystopia and world building when it comes to rideshare drivers and self driving cars. I was also a bit shocked and pleasantly surprised at the ending. Great story experience.

Amazing graphics, phenomenal story line. I’ve never played a simple text styled game and enjoyed it so much let alone got so into it. I’m kinda sad it only took me around 4-5 hours to play this game entirely. But it was incredibly worth it. I found nothing wrong with this game. Thank you, developers for making such an extravagant game.

Short but good vibes. Storyline is great, soundtrack is even better. However, I feel like you don’t really get to choose different outcomes to influence the story because most times it forced me to pick a specific options based on the characters “mood”. Ending was slightly disappointing and the story itself was short. I beat it in one run over a few hours, though I was hooked the entire time!

Fun and relaxing story based game. I was really getting into it, until the second day. The Police pull me over and nothing happens. No police shows up seems like a bug.

no actual control. Great until I realized I really have no control over the story or outcome .....

Ends nowhere. Bad ending with limited options to express emotions when talking to Savy. I enjoyed playing the game but it seems like it suddenly halted to an end unplanned. It feels unfinished and unreasonably ended.

Fun game!. I really love this game. I just wish there was a sandbox option or a way to just keep playing without progressing the story. I really want to keep playing all the different types of rides but if I go back and reload a save I end up having to replay some of them. Otherwise, super fun!

Must Play!!!!!. Unique futuristic storyline and lots of thought provoking dialogues!

Multiple dimensions. This is a game that can definitely be played more than once. At first I wasn’t sure if I liked it but the story began to draw me in. The characters are fun, the choices are interesting and it’s a challenge to make enough money driving cab to advance the story. I also enjoyed the strong female characters. I’m ready for part II!

Great narrative-driven game with slight performance issues. I have nothing bad to say about the story – as far as story-driven games that have come out this year, Neo Cab is incredibly rich and detailed, and one of the best out there. The world-building is pretty solid and it’s easy to imagine yourself in the futuristic cyberpunk-adjacent city of Los Ojos. My only gripe is that I can’t play the game for long stretches at a time because it seems to be pretty resource intensive – whenever I play, I can feel my phone (an 8+) heat up and get pretty warm which is unusual.

No real choices. The game pretty much just tells a story which is okay. It presents multiple options for you to choose but doesn’t actually let you choose anything outside of the single track of the one story.

Awesome!. The graphics are sick and the concept is really unique. I’d recommend the game to anybody.

Simplistic storytelling at it’s finest. I loved it when games find a way to tell a story through the simplest of game design. You’re always in a cab, being self driven to locations, yet the characters and their stories keep you engaged. It never feels repetitive, which is great game design at it’s finest. The only issue I have is with the iPad version. The graphics sometime look up scaled and pixelated. Hopefully they can fix that in a patch.

leș problemes. can you please assist and check the game the night 4 It look like there is a bug and I can’t continue the game . Thank you

great. great game, loved the concept but not a huge fan of the ending. i wish there were a driver/free play mode as well as one of the most enticing points of the game was having to keep your rating up

Doesn’t save - have to keep redoing same thing. I play for a short time, I “drive” a few people and sleep overnight even… I have to close the app to live my life. When I come back I have to redo the same night & next night (now for the 3rd time at least). This will be my last try.

Speechless. This game was ridiculously amazing. The two nights I spent playing this in my dim blue eliminated room, were some of the most relaxed nights I’ve experienced in years. The sound track was relaxing, the dialogue was written so well. The characters held very strong individuality. Lina was a character I felt I related to. Her growth and the way the game circles back to Liam is amazing. The conversations made it feel like I was there, and the lessons were prominent. We witnessed everything from political views to betrayal of a friend. This game is amazing, I’m sad it came to an end so quick. Hope to see more from Lina !

I CANT. I CANT GET PAST THE MENU

Wish it was longer. This game is unique and fun. It’s not extremely short, but I was honestly settling in for the long haul and then it was over. I could have played this longer if the story line had allowed it.

techo-capitalism angst. honestly even though it was just a game, the emotional labor required to scrape together a living was realistically anxiety-inducing, and the "toxic personality in an organizing group" bit—oof, THAT hit close to home. which all sounds very negative, but it's more just that it's realistic and speaks to the anxiety of my generation, which I appreciated lol.

Good for a while, but... Eventually there were inconsistencies in the plot, your character would act like she didn’t know something even after being told it in a previous ride, especially when learning crap about Savy. Also, there’s a moment when your bracelet is confiscated, but it’s still on your wrist and affecting gameplay options for some reason. I guess I got the garbage ending and it made me not want to bother with it again. Good job, guysss. 👌🏼🙄

Are you kidding me. Really like come on, it was cool talking with every character and building connections but savy? I hate at the end it doesn’t let you say anything that would make her upset forget that she was so rude and at the end they’re still gonna be friends? This is a toxic friendship I would have threw her out my car when I first picked her up

Terrible Ending. I enjoyed the dialogue and story in this at first, and played through to the end. Without spoiling anything specific, it’s a game where you’re almost exclusively picking dialogue options, and at certain points, it takes away options. When you hit the end, this ramps up to a point where you don’t have any dialogue options. At that point, why is this a video game?

Truly Amazing. „Neo Cab“ May not look like a lot from the outside, but everything from the story, art, characters, and 3D modeling is phenomenal. This game was able to connect with events happening now, even though it is set far in the future. Also, you just gotta love Oona the quantum witch <3

Great playable novel. This game was very heavy on character development and, unlike many of these games I found myself wanting to go back and try the various other paths. Not because I want to see a different ending, but because I was genuinely curious about the various personalities you encounter. Excellent work!

Love it. I really enjoyed playing this game. I just wish it was longer. Would love to see a more in depth longer version with maybe a different player option. Overall I had fun playing this game and being able to chose what I was going to say to different characters.

Love it, but having some issues. I’m truly enjoying this game so much! My game is glitching a little bit (I think). On Night 4, the game says I have a pending request for a ride but my map is blank other than charging stations. I don’t know what to do, but I want to play more of the game!!

Game Breaking Bug. Was enjoying the story. But some bug stopping me from any progression. Get pulled over on night 2 and I’m just stuck looking at the dashboard unfortunately. Edit: they fixed the bug, I found the game quite enjoyable. Def more of a visual novel/choose you’re own adventure but interesting story.

Love this game. I played through the whole game in one afternoon and look forward to playing through it again. The characters are well developed. The dialogue is interesting. The graphics and soundtrack are wonderful. Really enjoyed playing this, just wish there was more to unlock. 💜

Enjoyed this until the end *spoilers*. The fact that I was locked into following a manipulative narcissist “bestie” instead of being able to choose to leave her is really irritating. Seems to play against the freedom to choose our own responses. But maybe I’m missing the point of the game. Had great potential and I really enjoyed it up until that point.

Love this game. Play it!. Anyone complaining about the ending just gave up. I'm really an action gamee and played this Fromm start to finish in one sitting. I couldn't put it down! And when I got there ending I couldn't accept I just loaded an older save. I will be playing this game again. Highly recommend it.

Looking forward to more.... I found this game completely by accident, and I am SOOO glad I did. It took just the right amount of time to play & didn’t leave me hanging at the end. There are so many different choices, I can’t wait to play again to see what happens THIS time! Hope they make a sequel OR another game that plays the same way. REALLY COOL GAME IDEA!

Just Started, Amazing So Far. This game is amazing! I’m not a big fan of games with a lot of story, but this game definitely knocks it out if the park. The game gives you more and more parts of the story the more you traverse through, with the choices effecting what you get and don’t get. Right now I’m absolutely loving this game, and would absolutely recommend playing it.

A Beautiful Masterpiece. This game reminds me of Life is Strange in more ways than one. The choices have an emotional impact on YOU, not just on your character in game, and with multiple endings that could go any way. The graphics are so well developed and the story is *chef's kiss*. This game is clearly well developed and is definitely worth it to play.

Game gets stuck on night 2. I only played through the first two “days” and I think my game is broken because of a bug. On night two, I let my passenger out shortly after there are flashing lights like a cop behind me and we pull over and stop. Then nothing happens. We just sit there parked with half our power left, fingers tapping on the steering wheel while absolutely nothing happens. The only thing I can seem to interact with is the “pause” button to bring up the main game settings.

Excellent and engaging. This game is incredibly well-written and beautiful. Within 10 minutes, the game already had me caring about the main character and her emotional situation, and I was captivated from there. You can tell that this game is truly a labor of love. I’d never heard of this developer before, but I was truly blown away. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for their future releases.

Wish there was more. While I loved playing the game and I was addicted to it while it lasted, I wish there was more after it was over. Like other chapters afterwards. I wanna keep playing but I don’t wanna play the same one over and over. Please make it longer or add more to it after its over

AMAZING, but has some issues. This game has easily become one of my favorites, however there is one issue that stops me from playing more… The game doesn’t save frequently, so if I stop in the after one ride, it will take me all the way back to a previous save point. I’ve had to replay the same part multiple times because of the infrequent saves.

Great but I would prefer something with less story. This game has amazing graphics and is very nice, but it is mostly unblocked around a story instead of driving a car. I was expecting something much different but I got a visual story. It is a good story except I wasn’t exactly looking for that. So if you wanted this to be a driving game for a cab driver, then it’s not that. It’s more of a movie kind of. With a little choice.

Love! Wish it were longer!. Love the atmosphere, the story, and everything about it. Only wish it were longer... there were so many characters I wanted to get back to and develop friendships with. There were even characters I didn’t get to meet!

Loved it so much!. I loved this game so much! Each of the characters were so different and unique that i could almost feel their emotions and the whole game kind of transported me into their world! I was so sad when it ended though, bc the ending was so quick and it kinda left you with a sort of shaky feeling but overall i loved this game! Please make more! 🤗

This game is amazing. Amazingly created masterpiece every little piece of detail contributes to this games amazing style, This game is my favorite game on arcade because of the feelings you get from it - this game really expresses different emotions of all kinds of people in a highly advanced society ,and the storyline is amazing props to you Leigh Alexander, Kim Belair, Bruno Diaz, Paula Rogers, Duncan Fyfe, and Robin Sloan And good job Laura Sly (technical artist). This game is amazing I HIGHLY recommend it to you, but the only down side is the short amount you experience from this game I hope you make a prequel or sequel (sequel would be really nice) I cannot stop talking about this game, about all of its endings.

Great concept, horrible execution. The story is great, but theres no actual choosing of what happens. Ive played the game 5 times over now, picking all different choices to try and make the story a little different. The game prevents you from picking certain options when youre in a certain mood- however, most of the time, there is no way to get to the mood you need to be in to choose that option. It is very linear and novel-like, but just gives the illusion that youre making differences in the game by letting you choose what to say (when it allows you to).

Absolutely loved it!. I really enjoyed this game. I loved that the character felt so real and natural. I liked the world they created and the story felt important and interesting. This is why I will keep subscribing to Apple Arcade for great experiences like this! I hope they make a second part or something similar because I want more stories told in this world.

Good story, bad auto save system, very few actual choices. The developers created an interesting world, but the lack of a manual save function means that you can easily lose 20 minutes of progress. Also, MANY of the dialogue options cannot actually be chosen, making the game more like visual novel than a video game. I finished it, but wow, it could have been better with some more work by the developers.

AMAZING. This game is beyond me. I love the stories that each different character has. I wished that we could’ve gone deeper with the characters and went on dates. Adding more to the story and making it longer would’ve been incredible. I highly recommend!!!

Game breaking bug. It seems I also have the game breaking bug all the reviews for the last month & 1/2 seem to have, the getting pulled over bug. Needs to be fixed. I tried to contact the developer but even their website seemed glitchy. Also, looks like they haven’t responded to any of the 1 star reviews lately. Ironic since the newest update (that most likely caused these issues) lists it’s purpose as “bug fixes”

Super weird, but I loved it. I’ve never enjoyed a game like this before, but I loved this and finished the game in one day (took probably about 4-5 hours). The story actually drew me in, and the ending made me wonder if the story would have been completely different if I had made other decisions.

Love These Kind Of Games. Had an amazing time playing. No complaints. However I do hope that they update with more choices for further gameplay. As well as the ability to shake the story up more with allowing you to make choices for yourself regardless of “mood” a lot of times you were put in a mood based off a decision you didn’t even get to make. Still recommend playing this game. enjoyed thoroughly.

Original, short story. Over a few hours, become interested in the fight against corporate greed: on Apple Arcade! Always interesting to see heartless corporations pick up and support their own critics. Spend some time on an off day or between plane rides and just eat this one up. The UI feels great and natural, the story and city are truly interesting: I want the world to change inside this little game. The writing has a few problems, like not always moving at a quick enough pace, and there’s a weird option to not push on to a third fare every night, which seems like “experience less game” I’m compelled to play a second run with different fares and more negative emotions, but we’ll see. I recommend.

Worse game in the world. You’re basically picking up people, and some of the customers you pick up especially the non-natives are verbally abusing and harassing you throughout the game, and giving you negative reviews. For example, some Chinese character, European, and a witch are stalking throughout the game, and forcing you to ride along with them as they drop your rating down making the whole game go through some sort of uninteresting and annoying game. Don’t waste your time on this crappy storyline. There is nothing modern or interesting about it.

Not really a game. This is definitely more of a visual novel than a game. I enjoy reading which is why I liked it. The story is great no complaints there. I wish they had an arcade mode or something where you’re just making coin and chatting up passengers. I think someone downloading this just to play a game and not read an entire book wouldn’t be so happy. I’d give 5 stars if it had voice acting and/or an arcade mode.

Love this game so much. I love the setting and world. I am weirdly hooked to this game. I LOOOVE the quantum lady who can see into all possibilities. I wish I knew her irl 😂 and the weird German brothers they were characters. My mood stayed between red and blue and no spoilers but the end made me real heated lol but I made the right choice. Wish there was another game like this.

Where to start.... Honestly, I don’t even know what there is to like about this game. You don’t do anything. Seriously. It’s just talking. It’s like the cyberpunk version of Episodes. With that out of the way...I want more. No...I need more. Please tell me there are plans for more chapters or episodes or something. The character development is so heavy in this game I feel like I know them. I want to be them. Or be with them. Or kill them. Or... What a masterpiece of art and the human condition. Took me about half a day to complete which is in on par for Apple Arcade. Don’t read the negative reviews. It’s worth the time.

Great game but bugs. I really like the game and the concept. The stories of the characters are interesting and interacting is very immersive. One big problem though is that it doesn’t always save your last scene. I go back into the app and it resets me multiple days before sometimes. I like the game but this bug really is a nuisance.

Be an Uber driver and pick your comment. This game is great. It’s like a choose your own adventure in a way. Sometimes it gives you options but will only allow you to pick one. Also it needs voice acting. It’s missing that voice acting. I’m an hour in and so far the whole game is a mystery choose your own reply’s type of game. You control nothing but what your character says.

Was a great game till it didn’t save anymore. This game is great along with beautiful graphics and story, reason for 2 stars was because it won’t save anymore, so I’m currently stuck on night 4. I would reach all the way to night 6 and when I exit the game nights 5 and 6 gets deleted from the load game page only leaving night 4 as the supposedly latest save. So the game is just unplayable at this point, really loved the game and really wanted to finish it but it will not let me progress.

Point and click game. So you see the game and you think, oh cool, Uber/taxi simulator with conversations. Wrong! It’s a talking simulator with no driving. The game sells itself wrong and that’s why the review is low. It’s honestly not even a game. It’s more like a visual novel than anything else. If it sold itself as such, I would say at least four stars. Artwork is good and has a pretty cool UI scheme, but it’s still not an actual game. For something being on the arcade when it’s released, I expected better. I expected an actual game, and not a visual novel.

Amazing - auto saves not working. My first play through went smoothly! Second play through has not auto saved my game. I keep ending up at the beginning of night despite having worked through night 3… 10/10 recommend!

Great game but can't complete due to bugs. Adding on to what other recent reviewers have wrote - there's a glitch that doesn't allow you to play on after getting pulled over by LOPD on night 2. Aside from that, game play is straightforward, the graphics are beautiful, and the story is enthralling. Hope this gets fixed soon; I'm dying to continue the game.

On of my favorite games on Arcade. I love these choice games there are my favorites. I kinda like how if u have very strong emotion u can’t choose a certain thing. I really like Oona the quantum witch. Her character was really interesting to me. The only thing I wish is that it had more. But overall great game.

Suggestion for new updates. This game is amazing and I feel you should consider having more stories added in, or maybe other cities to travel and have different stories to interact in so we can keep enjoying it. Finding new and exciting things I love this game already!! We just need some more lol

Choices... Normally I am not one to write reviews but I am in love with this game. The only down fall of it is I would like to be able to choose my own option instead of the game telling me I can’t choose it due to my “mood”. Then why do you have it as an option? I felt like that could either make the story more interesting or either help change her mood from just being completely angry to maybe sad or chill or etc.

Excellent Narrative Game!. Neocab is one of the standouts in Arcade so far! It’s a tight narrative game with excellent writing and a cool visual/audio vibe. There is also just enough light resource-balancing gameplay to engage in without drowning out the compelling story and dialogue. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an entertaining visual novel-style experience on Arcade!

Engaging, nuanced story. This was truly a surprise. While it doesn’t have the quick-hitting, lizard-brain-satisfying quality of most mobile games, it makes up for it with legitimately engaging characters that feel like friends, coworkers, etc.—real people. Well worth your time. Took me maybe 2-3 hours total to complete.

I re-upped my Arcade subscription because of this game. This game is a gem, if you’re into narrative games that slowly rise to huge stakes and drama, you should give it a try (I almost ignored it after a few minutes not realizing that the game was more than vignettes and quickly escalated to a serious story). One of the best games on Apple Arcade, and it made me resubscribe after canceling Arcade in hopes of finding more gems like this.

Bugged out. I was enjoying the game until I encountered a bug on day 4. I continue to get pulled over on day 4 by LOPD and nothing happens. The car pulls over and the police lights stop and then… nothing I left my phone open for a few minutes and still nothing. I tried to reopen the game to see if the issue would resolve and it did not. Pretty disappointing as I was starting to get into it.

Enjoyable game content but not so good control. The long dialogs disappear too fast even with the reading speed set to very slow. I wish there is an option, “tap to proceed”, to give player the full control on when to proceed and better enjoy the plot. Maybe there is an option for it already, and I just missed it. I’d like to revisit my rating once being able to do so.

Good and can be better. The game is truly original and very enjoyable but has some minor issues, first the game never shows a saving promt so I’m always scared it hasn’t saved the last thing i did (happened before) also i can quit before completing a ride taking the risk factor of the decisions away and finally the controls becomen a bit off when using the map
