Fun fun fun. I usually get rid of word games pretty quick, but I love the challenge of this game. The fact I am not playing against another person is a bonus. The challenges in this game can be tough but I have managed all. The things I don’t like, when you know you can’t win there should be a button that say quit. Like today : the absolute only play available was one space above a V. I had 7 plays but couldn’t play. Also I spent the $ to get the extras in that room. I think the amount isn’t worth it and won’t do it again I like playing the game and think the pros overweight the cons Update: love love love the updates! Dark to playing multiple times a day!

Needs better instructions. So this is a basic scrabble game and it’s enjoyable BUT there are no explanation for these power ups or “extras”. For instance, I have a TON of gems but there is no explanation what I can use them for. So I keep accumulating and have no use for them. I’ve tried googling, searched every last screen in the game, no explanation at all. Plus when you’re playing the computer mode, some of the words it uses are ridiculous and it’s like you’re playing a scrabble dictionary because 90% of what they play you’ve never even heard of in your life. Also, Facebook group is useless unless you want live videos of people doing tarot card readings Plus my screen doesn’t look like others - they have lives and I have gems and need coins to play. This doesn’t make sense!!

Instructions not clear. I’m on level 28 (I think) and can’t figure out how to get past it. There are no instructions that I can find, so I can’t play the game anymore. Other than that, I was enjoying it, but until the bug on that level is fixed or some instructions are provided, I won’t be plalying anymore. Also, i can’t count how many times I’ve traded in all my consonants just to get another handful of consonants, hence ruining my game. Once again, used 5 turns in one hand to trade in all my letters only to get a handful of consonants again and again. So annoying.

I like optional adds. So for the game itself, I love it it super fun the only thing I’m not happy about is I no longer have the option to watch a video for an extra free move or to get new letters. I know have to use the coins I earn and the amount needed for hints or boxing gloves it huge 900 coins for the 3 boxing gloves, 1500 for 3 hints and I can’t remember how much for the free letter. Please bring that option back!!!

Smh. I don’t know what this developer was thinking when s/he decided to put ads in the game for every move and after winning a level. It makes me think a FOUR YEAR OLD develop this app. The ads are ridiculous!! I will NEVER pay to remove an ad. The developer make MILLIONS A DAY just by players downloading and logging into the game to play it. Playing the game counts for even more. So with ALL of these ads they are really racking up. I just started playing last week and on level 200+. I can’t continue to play a game that full of ads. You spend more time watching ads than you do playing. In the middle of playing, there goes an ad interrupting your game. It’s was good while it lasted. I’m about the delete this game!!! It’s not designed to enjoy playing. It’s design to rack in revenue from ads. A toddler would get tired of watching ALL those ads! You cant contact anyone about the game. I NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN in ANY LANGUAGE(S) that a word doesn’t contain a VOWEL. The game gives you nothing BUT CONSONANTS & NO VOWELS. I don’t understand that. How the heck can you spell a word without vowels? Also, words that are actual words, they don’t allow those words. This game is a joke and the joke is on the developer. I haven’t spent one bronze penny on the game and will never spend any. It’s too childish of a game.

Fun but extremely frustrating. This game is fun and challenging but as you get to the higher levels it becomes extremely frustrating. You will have 6 moves to accomplish the goals and receive no vowels. It is impossible to build words without vowels. You can lose a move to change out letters but still get no vowels. To buy an extra letter costs a lot of coins and you don’t earn very many throughout game play. You earn enough to play the next level sometimes. It is set up so you have to spend real money to complete the levels. I have played many levels where I only received two vowels the entire game. I refuse to spend a ton of money to play any game.

Too many ads. I almost never erase tot review anything. You’ll be disappointed with this one. This is a really fun game. It would be an outstanding game if all the things it tried to introduce, were done a little slower,let a person learn the game and explained what you could do with what you win/have. Some of the buttons do. But not the spins/ coins/tickets etc. Its insane that after every word entry you have to watch an ad in order to continue playing. The other games I play- ads play to get something you want. Not to PLAY the game. Makes no sense to spend more time watching ads then playing a game.

Crappy update. I’ve enjoyed playing this game up until this last update a couple of days ago. With this latest update the ‘first aid bulb’ square soo does not work for me anymore . Previously I was able to tap on the ‘first aid bulb’ and see where I ‘may’ be able to play tiles. With this new update if I tap on that bulb there is one option only..to play/use the ‘first aid bulb’ and I’m extremely unhappy with this update so much so that I’m tempted to not play but alas I don’t have another fall back game as yet This is from someone who NEVER writes reviews 😏

I like the app but..... The game is fun and holds my attention, but the ads are a pain to deal with. I am not paying $9.99 for ad free, but if I have to endure them, please make sure the ads don’t have a glitch. Some ads have the “x” so small that you cannot click on it to get back to the game or it does not recognize that you are clicking on the “x” trying to get out of the ad after it runs. The only option left is to turn off the phone or iPad and start over. I am not happy with that. Update: I don’t like the fact if you accidentally push the lightbulb, you have to use it. Please fix! Also, the bugs are not fixed with regards to the ads. The issues are worse than before.

Great Fun if you don’t mind paying for everything.. To expensive for me. You never earn the things you really need you have to pay to pay for them. You get invited to play events but then have to pay to get the things you ‘won’. Ridiculously greedy is what it seems to me. I guess if you’re the one making the money good for you. But I am deleting because it’s just too tempting and a silly way to spend my money. I don’t mind being charged to get a few special or extras things but you take it a little too far for me. It’s just asking for money at every turn.

Too many ads!!!!!. I am not one to write a review but I had to put my 2cents in this time. This is a fun scrabble game. You get to compete against yourself basically, which is what I prefer personally. There seems to be some good incentives for winning levels and so far no issues with the game being glitchy. My one issue is AD’S,AD’S & more AD’S. I get that you need to provide them for free play but to have them pop up after almost every move in a game is overkill. And it didn’t start playing that many ad’s until i reached the 2nd level. I was kinda hooked from the beginning but I will probably delete this app after dealing with that after a few games.

Word buddies started to upset!. I am now on 457th level. I love all word games but this one I love the most. But my last 100 or so levels get stuck all the time. So I loose a lot of scores. If I have get a 15- minute free game then third of this time is eaten by repeating adds about other different games.I understand about the adds but please fix the situation with freezing, thank you!

Great, but.... Love the idea. Hate all the ads, will not pay to remove. Piggy bank should be free when filled.. with all the ads this uses, the devs should have plenty of money to have an all free game. Also, lvl 299 .. there is dL, no dw. Tried 3 times... what’s wrong with this lvl. I saw others have probs w it too. Would love to continue playing, but if no way to get passed this, will delete. Plz respond in kind about how to fix lvl 299, consider free play with as much ads as y’all use.

Too expensive. I love playing this game but feel like it sets me up to have to buy more coins. It gives you 7 letters and X number of moves to complete the level; however, it often gives you 7 consonants, three times in a row, using up that many moves, making you have to buy more coins to buy more moves! AND, I have bought at least six bundles of coins and special items, and WAS NEVER CREDITED WITH MY PURCHASES! Took my money but didn’t give me my bundles! I stopped playing because of this! I feel ripped off!

Wordjunkie. I’m a sucker for word games especially unique & challenging ones- I’m not talking about the million versions of how many words can you make from these letters - just presented differently I don’t care how they do it they’re all the same or the different versions of scrabble - gets old quick - games like this take components of crossword, scrabble , how many words and spin it in their own completely different unique way. Word buddies is def my new addiction - thank you for taking the time to create something new unique and fun - bonus for a story line and boosters that help but aren’t required to win. I’m sure as I progress I’ll be spending cash to move forward as I’m not the most patient player but props for not making me spend $ or sit through 30+ second ads right from the start !!

Bummed.... I really enjoyed this game at first. I’m not a good speller but I enjoy a good game of scrabble which this game is kinda like. At first it was easy making my way to new boards and then when I couldn’t finish one that’s when the real money started to weigh in. I like playing but I can’t afford to keep playing and if you don’t spend real money you have to wait forever on daily bonuses to be able to play. It has now became unenjoyable and I’ve deleted the game.

Cool game until it glitches!. I actually really enjoy playing the game...but it ticks me off so bad that you have to spend so many coins just to play....and in the middle of game play....it just glitches and restarts....then I have to spend more coins only to have it happen again!!! I get so frustrated with it I just quit with it and play something else! I mean fix it...I think I should get some free game play tickets to make yo for the 200 times this has happened! Get that fixed and I’ll come back....for now Ima go back to candy crush!!

TOO MANY ADS. I’m considering deleting this game because there are way too many ads in It. It seems the longer you play, the more ads come on. Now it’s every time I complete a puzzle and some of them are really long. I really don’t feel like waiting for a full ad to complete just to move on to the next puzzle It really ruins the continuity & the desire to continue playing and I think $9.99 is too much to pay to remove them. Just my opinion, but it bothers me enough that this is the first review I’ve EVER written for a game app. Does anyone agree with this? I haven’t read a lot of reviews yet, but so far I haven’t seen any regarding this. BTW, I do play games with ads in them, just not this many. Update: I just read more updates and my mistake, there are plenty complaining about the ads. They continue to say they will address this, but so far nothing.

Great Game. This is a great game to help you improve your vocabulary while having fun. I don’t know why it says it’s for ages 4+. I don’t know of any children that age who could play this game. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because often an ad will pop up and freeze which will not let you back into the game you’re playing and then the progress you’ve made is lost. I’m sure it’s a ploy to get people to pay for no ads, but it’s not working. Fix it!

Cheats by not loading videos. Every time I need to get a free letter to complete a puzzle the game freezes and the video does not load. Only way to get back is to reload the game and in doing so I lose the progress I had. I believe it is rigged to do just that.... not honest!! I don't have that trouble with any other games I play.

Suebee. This is a great game and is very challenging. The only thing that would be nice is not having the ads during a game after receiving new tiles. It is very distracting especially when you are trying to think of the next word. I have tried other scrabble games but really like the format of this game.

No vowels. I’m still playing because I love the game, however I did just play a game where I had 12 tries, and out of those five of them had no vowels. I had to keep exchanging my letters and each time would only return me no vowels. How can you expect anyone to play a game that is set up for you to lose and less you spend money, it’s not even just challenging it is impossible. Please try to correct this problem, Not to mention I have played about five or six games this morning but same thing continually happens. It’s OK if I wanna spend a ton of money every day playing the game but I don’t

Way too many stupid ads and poor gameplay. I want to give it zero stars but I cannot. This game is completely annoying. Ads after pretty much every move or two. Ads after every level completed. Ads after bonus. They constantly give you full hands of tiles that are completely useless. Lots of q, z, y in your selections. No scrabble that I’ve ever played sucked this bad. They don’t use a standard tile set. They purposely block tile spots so they cannot be used. Way too much animation distracts from game play. Worst scrabble game I’ve ever played. Stick with words with friends.

Nice game to stimulate your brain. I like playing this game … it stimulates your thoughts and challenging but just hate the more than usual frequent ads that now started to show up and don’t like how stingy they are with coin rewards for each level… a hint costs 500 coins and you only get 35 coins for each level completed !?!

I’m addicted!!!. I flipping love this game!!!! I have it set up to where I can play it on my phone while I’m away and on my iPad when I’m at home - don’t lose any levels!!! Plenty of opportunities to get coins and bonuses looking forward to the new update!! Well I was addicted til the update!! It’s nearly impossible to win a game now!! Play for days now on one level!! Not impressed anymore!! 🤨

Too Many Glitches. I would give it 0 stars if I could but let’s just say the one star is for the game concept. The game is fun to play…. When you can play it. There are so many ads I cannot even enjoy this game. Evey other turn while in a board seems there is an ad. Then for the extra letter that’s flying by watch another ad (I can get that one, watch this ad and get this xtra) But it’s the ads that keep playing while you already on a board that are frustrating. Then I am on a Team that is apparently now dead (I seem to be the only one on it) But I can’t leave it. Keeps telling me network error when my network is fine. Won’t let me get the daily 5 bonuses you can get from watching ads. Shows I’m offline when I’m not. When ads play when they are done my screen goes black and I am having to blindly tap around the top of the screen until the ad disappears. I am not having any offline or this issue with the ads going to blackscreen on any other game I play. I am done.. this game has become too frustrating to play.

Anti- Semitic, derogatory terms. While initially the game fun I was very surprised when was trying random letters at one point, not realizing exactly what I was entering, until it accepted the word “kike”. When I clicked on it for its definition it said “a Jew”. When I wrote them about it and asked how their “acceptable” words were selected they refused to answer. When I again inquired and reminded them that no derogatory terms are acceptable they simply commented that they would take out all bad words. Who knows what they actually consider bad if this was allowed. No remorse for their “oversight” or actions. Basically a short handed auto response. Unacceptable! They are disgusting and prejudiced! UPDATE: Despite repeated attempts to find the resource of their word selection they refuse to acknowledge and just give the automated response that they will be removed. Again, no accepting responsibility or reassurance of steps taken to resolve this situation. DO NOT PLAY and tolerate their horrible behavior!

Was in love but now aggravated.... Love to play this game. Fell so in love that I decided to spend the $10 to unlock the game and have no ads. Have been enjoying the game until the gems came in to play and the only way to get to the next level was to pay for the pass to get enough gems. Plus the fact that at the end of each round where you get your bonus, you NEVER can get the top bonus or gems. Pretty shady to keep people playing and I’m extremely disappointed.

All consonants. I would give this game a 5 star review, but when you get to the higher levels, I have to trade all my letters and lose a turn,sometimes 3 times in one game because I get all consonants which makes it impossible to win. Have stopped playing since you have to basically pay to play. Update. Tried again today, three trays with all consonants. So frustrating, this doesn’t happen with any of my other word games. Especially when it’s so expensive to play!!!! Deleted app. They have done nothing. Plus I find it very curious that out of hundred games I’ve played both on my I pad and on my phone that I never ever get the high number of coins ever when I win a game... On my iPad I choose the top 3?, on my phone, I choose the bottom 3?. Never ever got the bonus coins. This game is rigged to make you spend more money, and way more obvious than other games. Bye.

Great game, greedy company. I love the game play. I like the scrabble type of challenges that change up regular through the levels that ke things interesting. The levels art short making it easy to play for a short time and then move on. However! Shortly after the game figures out you like it, the ads start getting more and more frequent. I buy the no ad package. Ok it will be worth. I find it odd that you never pick the higher value stars. Obviously it is not random or in over 100 picks, I would have gotten 1 larger one. But ok, it is a freebie, I am ok. Then at about level 20, you stop getting any vowels, forcing you to use moves to swap letters and buys or pay coins to replay rounds. Too bad a concept in overwhelmed by greed. If the company fixes the algorithm to make it fairer, I will adjust my rating. And oh yeah, the games crashes some.

Scammed and no response from the “support team”. Do not spend any money within this app. I paid to remove ads and it worked for a bit, then the ads came back. I contacted the app’s support and they responded at first, requesting my user info. They then assured me the issue would be resolved in two days and since then it’s been nearly a month of me periodically reaching out to them for any update, unable to get any response. I very rarely spend money on an app and it’s been so frustrating just trying to get what I already paid for. If you do download this app do not waste your money on in-app purchases.

Fun game. I am giving it 5 stars because the game itself is fun and worth it. I am deleting it though because I paid for no ads but still have to watch a ton of them. Don’t bother paying for no ads on this app because at the most, it may take away one or two ads. They still make sure that you truly have to watch a ton of ads to make the game worth it. So I’m out!

New format isn’t as much fun!. I definitely preferred the previous version of your game. It’s disappointing for those of us who started out with using coins to play. You cut the video bonus coins in half! I agree with another user who said the words that are generated when you pay using the lightbulb are words I’ve never heard used and never saw in writing anywhere else! I’ve had to close out the game due to no vowels being given after the very first play that I’ve made! So we need someone to listen who will give us an option of playing the older version with coins instead of hearts! I’m not enjoying the game as much as I did and where before I’d play every spare moment I had and now I may play only once a day or not at all. How is this better for the developers? Maybe newbies don’t know any better but for us loyal players it seems like you took more than you gave with your new format!

New update was so bad I deleted the app. The game itself WAS a lot of fun, but they kept doing so many updates to the game that made it more complicated to play. For instance, it use to take 500 coins to get help for a bonus word or bonus letter which was hard to get to because they don’t offer many coins on anything. They then increased the coins to 700 for help. Which was really really hard to get to. I would have to watch ads every day to get more coins for 1 time to play. I would end up buying additional coins which I have historically never done. Now with the news update the 1200 coins needed to get 1 Letter of help is outrageous. Because of that I deleted the app. The 1200 coins wouldn’t be bad if you gave more but with each app update the coins given have remained the same so now it’s just unobtainable. When I went to go write this review I learned the app is always tracking me- so with everything stated above - I deleted the app. Lost revenue for this company since I did purchase many times from in app purchases.

Disappointed with July update. I downloaded the most recent update and my game has been awful. I’ve lost a few thousand coins because it has been freezing up in the middle of gameplay, sometimes several times per game. It happens while playing—and every time I leave the game to answer a phone call or text message. I had to buy more coins just to keep playing but I won’t purchase more. I absolutely love this game and I would hate to have to quit playing because of these issues, PLEASE FIX THESE PROBLEMS SOON!!

Thief. So I bought the puzzle package and it said my purchase didn’t go through but they took my money out my account. I go to help so someone can either give me my money back or give me my purchase and no one has responded. So y’all just taking people money and why no vowels or at least a quit button. This game seems to be designed to take money from people. The concept is great but it’s not very gamer friendly. Poor customer service. I’ve spent a lot of real money on this game and now y’all stealing money from folks. I want my money back right now!!!! It may not be a lot of money to you but I don’t throw money away. I should be able to get what I paid for. I almost want to report y’all to Apple and Google and tell them y’all are scamming people. No vowels, the game lags sometimes, some of those words are made up or in another language, you have to spend coins if you can’t make a word just to get out of the level and start over. Fix this and fix it fast. Please don’t send me the same message I keep seeing on other comments from some bot. Y’all need to update this game again and make major changes. Nobody is happy with the way it is now. Please be careful when downloading this game because now they taking people money and you get nothing in return. Thieves!!!!!!

Fun. The game is like scrabble but with a twist it’s not boring but when you buy a pass for $4.99 it should last at least a week to expect someone to pay that daily to earn tokens faster is ridiculous. It should also state it’s a daily pass. When I bought it I had no idea otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased it. Now I will never purchase again Edit to review. Game only has 26 levels and now I have no goals to reach. Can still play but not as fun. Come on with new levels ! Please

No vowels Too much money. I liked this game when I started playing. However you cannot complete a board when there are no vowels. Then when you change the letter they still give you no vowels. It cost too many coins to get a vowel first one 750 then 1500 that’s insane. This game would be fun if they change some of these things seeing as everyone is complaining about it. I think they want you to spend real money a lot and that is not fair. If they fix these things I will up my rating. I have some purple things and no idea what they are used for.

Good game but too many ads. Fun scrabble game and I don’t mind ads but there are way too many with this and to really get the best points and prizes you have to pay. Very little explanation on how things are awarded or what they are for. But to play levels you have to either have coins- which you can win, but then you have to pay to play if you are out. Not fun at all. Between the ridiculous number of ads and the constant push to spend money, I stopped playing, there are other far better games that don’t require either as many ads or as much money to play. Too bad because there are some good points

Meh. I saw the ad while playing a different game and the ad made it look like Jumbline type game where you have a set of letters and try to guess as many words as possible from those letters. That’s not what this game is, but I played it anyway. The ads are too much and it got really hard to pass the levels very early on. If you don’t spend money for extras, there’s no way to pass unless you make multiple attempts, which will burn through your coins resulting in your having to buy more coins. Regardless, you’re going to pay to play. It would be fun if the levels were just a little easier to pass without boosters.

SQUASH THE BUGS PLEASE. Okay so I’m going to start off by saying that this game honestly would get a full five stars from me for its uniqueness and challenging/fun gameplay. I have been hooked ever since I started playing THIS MORNING. Yeah, after level 9 the ads started getting obnoxious, but I was more than happy to pay the $1.99 to remove them. Haven’t had a single ad pop up since. The issue, however, is the fact that I’m unable to interact with other players at all. Either nothing happens when I tap on someone, or I’m told I have a network error (which is not the case). I can’t communicate with people on my team, and I can’t challenge other players. I’m also a bit salty about the fact that I won the tournament by a landslide, having last checked the standings with 13 minutes left. I wish I would’ve taken a screenshot, but oh well. I was given exactly one coin for “participation” and the tournament just started itself over without honoring my victory. Which is a bit annoying, especially if that’s just going to happen over and over. I still sincerely enjoy playing this game THAT much though that I’ll continue to do so just for the fun of the levels, but I know eventually I’m going to hit some kind of brick wall glitch. DEVELOPERS PLEASE COME BACK AND FIX IT BECAUSE IT IS ACTUALLY A WONDERFUL GAME AND I WANNA EXPERIENCE THE WHOLE THING

Fun Word Game. I am enjoying this game. However there is one pet peeve that I have about this game and so many others. You play the game and “collect” coins that go into a piggy bank of some description. Then to access the coins you’ve earned through playing the game and watching numerous ads to get to the next screen you’re encouraged to pay $2.99 to “open” your piggy bank. I understand wanting to make money, but come on! The consumer/player of your game is already watching ads for which the company/maker of the game is receiving money. Just don’t offer me the coins if I have to pay to bust ‘em out of the piggy bank. Annoying! Otherwise, the game is fun. Love the graphics, puzzles, etc.

Game shuts down frequently. Hello! I just started playing this game a few weeks ago and I really like it. There are a couple of things that get kind of frustrating. One is that the game will just shut off and go back to app screen causing you to lose your coins and resulting in you having to replay and use more coins to replay the round you just finished and won. Also, there are times when you don’t get vowels while playing and after using your free swap you have to use moves in order to swap out tiles to get vowels often causing you to lose because you ran out of moves unless you purchase them which I have done. Otherwise it’s a pretty cool game.

Bait & Switch by Developers. I used to enjoy this game, enough so that I paid the one time fee to play ad-free. However, since you’ve updated the app, the letters provided typically include only one vowel, necessitating the player to watch an ad to receive a free tile. Or the letters on the player’s rack will be so awful that the player is forced to watch an ad or pay for the boxing glove assist to replace chosen letters. I find it impossible to play without watching constantly ads or continuously paying money. I am sad to say goodbye to what was once a favorite game, but it feels like the developers pulled a bait & switch, offering a price to play the game ad-free and then forcing an update that now negates what was promised, in an underhanded way.

Huge fan for months......until now. I’m so upset that no one w this ap developer can fix or address my concern. Even w a Facebook login to keep progress up to date across all devices, and after deleting the ap and reinstalling, I lost all progress - including over 10,000 coins I had been building. I also spent over $100 on upgrades and sales .....and I know a waste of $, but when I like a game, I will splurge. Any other game deleted w a Facebook login works, and can played across devices. I now have 2 UID numbers, and when I try to contact them again, no response! The first time I contacted them in October about a crash, they responded immediately and also reimbursed me for my crash issues w some coins. Now, no communication! Do not start this game, fall in love with it, if you do not want to end up upset and disappointed. I’m actually missing the game, but after days of no resolution, I refuse to start over and i will def not put $ any upgrades. Sooo upset.

Beta Games hacked me. After playing this game for months and making multiple purchases, I find myself back at the beginning of the game with no coins/diamonds. My progress has been totally wiped out and the thousands of coins/diamonds have disappeared. I have made several attempts to reach the support team regarding this issue and not a single person has offered to help resolve the issue. I am extremely disappointed with Beta Games and will continue pursuing a resolution.

Ruined a great game with greed. I have serious issues with several of the game boards. There is at least one board that seemingly cannot be surpassed. All pathways to the black and white square are blocked and it is not evident what is required to get around the roadblocks or break the bricks blocking access. I also have a big problem with the number of coins required to buy a letter, an extra move, clues, and losing turns to swap hands. Also, using up your boosters but not knowing in advance if the boosters will help. Finally, most of the boards cannot be played in the few moves allotted. I have spent entirely too much real money on this game only to feel like I have been scammed during play. I enjoyed the game for a while but I would be crazy to continue throwing money away on a game that is not very fair. The game developers did “compensated me by giving me 1000 coins. If you have ever played this game, you know 1000 coins is meaningless. Let that sink in...1000 coins is meaningless. I have wasted thousands of coins (and the real money to acquire them) on this. I’m sorry to say, but I’m done. It’s a pretty cool game and can be addictive. Hopefully someone will take this under advisement and make some changes.

I am addicted. I usually don’t write reviews because to be honest I never read them, but I have been reading them lately and they have helped me make better decisions. I downloaded this game about 2 months ago and I can’t stop playing it, they support team is great, and I have increased my vocabulary because every word has its meaning.

Fun but costly. I love the game and making my brain work to figure out words and strategy but I have put money in for the no ads, which worked for a while but now the ads are back-not the ads I chose to earn extra coins or rewards but the ads between games. I’ve lost so many coins and boosters because I’ll be playing the game and have to pause for phone call or so other distraction and when I go back it starts me all over and I have to use coins again to play a level I was already working on-I still play but I have gone back to some of my other favorites bc I’ve spent enough money, of my choice, but have lost what I’ve purchased due to bugs in the game-

New update. I really enjoy this game but the latest update added “lives” so you can only play if you have them AND you still need to use your coins to pay to play. On top of that the option to get coins every 4 hours (?) is no longer there- at least not anywhere I can find it. Once I’m out of coins I will probably delete because I’m not paying for more. I chose his game because I could play it whenever I wanted unlike other games. Now it’s just like the other games!

More ads than game. There's is literally more ad time than game time on some levels. The remove ads pay option is way too expensive. Pity, it would be a great game otherwise.

Could be good. This game would be more fun if it didn’t reload when you open another screen eg read a text/take a call. And always seems to reload when you’ve just spent 600 coins buying a vowel.

Great Game But!. Overall interesting game however the continual requests for in app purchases had put me off. You cannot continue to play for free. It is solely structured to collect payment which is disappointing.

Latest Update. I used to love this game but your latest update is abysmal. Ads during play and hands without a single vowel to encourage people to spend real money is so disappointing. I would have given the game 5 stars yesterday but today I’m considering deleting the game and finding a new favourite.

Spelling. When your ‚brian‘ is 99 years old because the makers of the game can’t actually spell. The game is slow and lame. I played for a few rounds as I do like a good word game but this one is just bad. Would have preferred to give a no star rating but that‘s not possible.

What comes after level 90?. There appears to be no game after level 90 😢

Love the game but...... Love this game but there are wayyyyy to many ads. I play heaps of word games and none have this many ads!

Fair go. The game is great however when I saved my progress it took the extra coins and add ons I had just purchased and the took me back to a level I had played already losing all my progress. I am happy to ( and have) pay/paid a number of times so it is not about the money it is about giving players a fair go.

Stuck. Love the game but I’m at a level where you need 1 TW and the cyclone spins them around but I don’t know how to get into the area where they are. There are no green dots or access to the area so I’m stuck... permanently which is annoying as I’m really enjoying the game!!!😪

The ads drive me nuts. This game bombards you with so many ads in a bid to get you to pay $15 to make them stop. Very frustrating.

Too glitchy.. Too many advertisements. Very glitchy. Once you watch the ads you tend to get kicked from the game. Too bad. Great little word game. Really enjoy it when it actually works.

Enjoyable. I’m really enjoying this game, however, I’m curious what language or dictionary is uploaded in this game because I’ve been told several times that certain English words are not valid (crew) but then words like “emfs “ are acceptable. I just end up placing letters together to make up stuff and see what works. It definitely takes the fun out of it. Also, there definitely are puzzles that aren’t possible on the allotted number of turns given. I’m finding I have to spend money and it doesn’t go very far. And of course, far too many ads. I have this on my phone and iPad. One I’ve paid for no ads, one I haven’t. It helps but still need to watch a lot to get the coin. I can’t afford to waste money on a game.

Alright.. I like the game for the most part, and have been able to get into the 40’s without spending any money. The thing I don’t like is that the ad I was shown before I downloaded the game is not like this game at all? Seems weird to false advertise a game—guess they figured no one would click the ad if they thought it was a twist on scrabble?

Fun and well managed. I love this game and think it’s great that when you want extra coins or perks that you can just watch an add and not have to pay extra for it. Also, if you find a good team, you can earn coins that way, I found a great one! It gives you the opportunity to shop around for different teams. Lastly, I usually lose interest in a game after a few months but this one has kept me entertained and I am really enjoying it.

Love the changes. I bring back the old way, I will not play this anymore it’s too confusing and the “help” line replaced with what is now the “buy” line I will not pay for the boxing glove etc that I used to use for help. Why change something that was working?

Confused. First time playing. Don’t understand which tiles are new. Comment says “new tiles must be in a straight row” or something similar.

Good fun but you need to pay.... I like this game and find it fun and stimulating BUT many of the puzzles are impossible to win with allotted moves so you need to pay with coins for extra moves or letters. A lot of coins! When you get dealt hand after hand with no vowels you are forced to pay or forfeit game. So be prepared to play a few games a day every 4 hours when they give you some coin, or pay pay pay.

Too expensive and rigged for losing. You have to pay big bucks to get anywhere in this game. Needs a low cost subscribe function. Stopped playing when it was clear the letters are rigged to games and to make a person have to pay more. Sad cuz it’s a great game otherwise.

What a waste of time. I reached level 37 won and bumped me out. Did 37 and won. Bumped me out. When I went back it started 38. Played twice and one and again booted out. This time it showed level 38. I am no longer playing this game

Love this game but..... I was playing the Arena of Words and a pop up came up saying waiting for other players. I couldn’t make a move at all while the other players kept playing so I lost. Only problem I’ve had so far, great game though!

Great game but.... This game is great but way too many long ads to watch. Also the free spins NEVER give you the top prizes. Also, some games seem that they can’t be completed such as one requiring a triple word score and you can’t get to where the triple word scores are. I am going to quit and probably delete this game as I spend more time watching the same videos over and over than I do playing. I don’t think the ad free version will be any better as you need to watch ads to get coins or other helps and you need coins for everything—even just to begin a new game

Too many ads!!!. I love the game concept. I have three major problems with the app itself. 1) It costs a high amount of “coins” to play a round. 2) There are way too many ads, often one after every move! Ridiculous! 3) Some ads are a minute or more long. The number and length of the ads make it hard to feel any momentum in the game...I spent entirely too much time waiting to continue the game. Because of these frustrations, I am deleting this app.😠

Fun at first..... It’s fun at first but then real fast I have found the game stops giving you letters you can make words with. Also there are made up words for you to put down! “FTW” isn’t a real word! Your game doesn’t even have a definition for it because it’s not a real word. It’s irritating.

Where are the vowels?. I’ve spent more money on this game than any other app. It’s addicting and I enjoy it, but I feel sabotaged. After a couple moves, you quit getting vowels. So, you have to use hints and swaps and picking your own tiles which all cost money once you run out of coins. At least give us a chance to play before you make it impossible to move on. Surely the computer could spit out a vowel once in a while

Interesting and fun game. This is a great game but I’ve been waiting for more levels to begin again. Also, the price of buying of letters has tripled as well as replacing words. I preferred it when we could replace the words without paying $300.

I like the app, but.... I have purchased coins to play this game. I was really enjoying it. However, I realized that the triple letter scores weren’t adding up correctly, so I was having to use the coins that I paid for to redo levels that I didn’t beat because I didn’t have enough points. Basically, the game is charging me to replay levels because it isn’t scoring them accurately. Seems unfair.

Too much. There is soooo much going on with this game. It’s completely bloated with features and rules. Plus, everything costs something! No Response. I’ve played this game for a long time. I spend money on coins because I enjoy the game and playing through the levels. This week, I won the champions tournament. My reward? Nothing. Zilch. My 5,000 coins are nowhere to be seen. I opened a chat through the app to ask for help and now (10 hours later) I have not received a response. So, I can pay them, but they can’t reward me. Cool. I’ll delete the app now.

Way To Many Commercials. I like the game but there are way to many commercials. Also when you try to click the “x” at the top of the screen it is SOOOOOO small that I have to click it 10 times to get it to go back to the game. I would like to improve it so that there would not be that many commercials and if there are going to be commercials please make the “x” at the top a LOT BIGGER.

Unable to play without buying extra points. The points required for continued play are not possible without paying. I add free points every 4 hours so that I can play more than 2 games in a row once everyday. Ads are very frustrating

Crashes so much. I saw the ad for this game and decided to give it a try. There where a lot of ads but that’s what ever they have to get revenue some how. My problem is that when an ad starts in the middle of a game and then the ad freezes and crashes. It doesn’t count it as a lose. But it still took my power ups.

Fun Game but..... The game is fun but you get to a certain point where you get very few vowels. It is very frustrating. The new update did make it slightly better. I’m also past maybe level 30, and have never gotten the card worth the most. Seems a little weird to me. I’ve even watched the videos and haven’t gotten it. 🤷‍♀️

Awful Boring Game. Not as Advertised. Awful game!!! Not as advertised. Seen this game advertised while playing another game and I thought it would be something fun. I thought this game was similar to jeopardy where you get clues to solve puzzles but it’s just a stupid boring scrabble game. Developers are giving out false advertising just to get people to download games and I will not support. Will delete! Don’t waste your time!

Tiles. When playing regular Scrabble one knows the tiles chosen are random. Here it seems very controlled. Due to the levels it has it gives you what you need eg. an S to complete the words the programming already placed on the board. It also gives way to many consonants vs vowels. With the number of moves allowed chosen for you it can get frustrating when half of them need to be used while trading in just trying to get some vowels. Is this a push to get players to spend more money? Maybe.

Better suited for kids. This game is definitely better suited for children than adults. I love word games but there’s no challenge with this one. Also, there’s too much going on within the game. It’s not necessary for an adult to enjoy. The graphics and overall layout of the game is definitely more child friendly.

Game keeps shutting down. I love this game! It’s challenging and fun. However, recently right as I complete a level the game just shuts down. It’s really frustrating because I have lost a lot of coins and power ups! It’s to the point where I don’t want to play as much because I lose so much by game shutting down.

Almost fun. After Paying $2.99 to remove the ads that were completely ruining the game to figure out everything is ad driven inside the game play. Then in the middle of a level and game shuts off. You lose your progress and coins. No fun

Freezes up. I enjoy this game BUT the advertisements are frequent and long AND for the last week or so the game has frozen up at the end of an advertisement when I’m trying to close out of it. I loose my game! Totally frustrating!

Why offer something and never deliver. At the end of each ‘game’ there is the giveaway of coins. False random options are I think, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 100. Guess what. Never received the 100. Now I don’t care whether I receive the 100 or not. Offering the false option makes the developers look really childish. Just remove the higher option.

Cost too much to play this game.. I agree with all of the reviews talking about how pricey this game is. It’s one of those games I will play for a little while then delete because of the cost. The games I keep are games that cost a little on occasion. I keep those games for years. Greed is a good way to put it.

Used to love it but..... When I first downloaded this game, I really enjoyed playing it. I would pay extra to get boosters. I will no longer be doing that. I am in some of the upper levels now and, in many rounds, I am not getting any vowels. I will exchange letters three or four times, having to use a turn each time, but will still receive no vowels. It makes it impossible to accomplish the goals that the game has set for you.

Where's my money??. I purchased a remove ads packages with 1500 coins and a bulb 💡but received nothing. It was 2.99 they charged my card 3.27. I've been waiting for 8 days now sending screen shots over and over. Now they say look in the game purchase history but the game FAQ say you find your purchases history in app store. All the trouble they are going though nog go make there customers help. It shouldn't be taking this long to get my purchase.

Problem with App. I have been playing for a while and all of a sudden the app will not load. I get a message to do an update but it will not update. I deleted and tried to reinstall but it will not. I’ve spent money playing this and I either need a refund or an app that works. JU

Frustrated. I used to enjoy this game, And support used to be responsive, now I can’t seemTo access support within the game, messages are being sent. And I’m on a level that doesn’t appear to be winnable. It’s a very bad combination when you can’t pass the level and Support isn’t there to address the issue.

Too annoying to play.. I liked the game but uninstalled because this stupid annoying envelope is constantly bouncing around the screen while you’re trying to play. SUPER ANNOYING! No way to turn it off. You have to click each one and there’s a tiny x which basically means when you touch it it’s going to open.

Ugh. Love this game. But, you have very annoying technical glitches. Every time the Diamonds slot machine add comes on, it locks the screen and does not allow player to exit. The game shuts itself down after a game often. The adds are repetitive and just plain annoying. You are ruining a good thing.

Bugs need to be fixed. I love this game, however in the middle of playing and ads pop up to get free letters or a free move the game freezes and I lose it and have to start all over! Which means I lose my Oliver’s treasures. And it cost to many coins to buy new letters or extra moves

Good Thinking. Completing the crossword puzzles for each game takes good thinking skills and spelling knowledge...such a great way to utilize the words you learned for spelling tests when you were young.

Too many ads and trickery at play. There are adds every few moves. After muting 10 of them, the mute option was removed. When you win your “rewards” it doesn’t matter what you tap, you won’t get anything but coins unless you choose to watch more ads. The game itself is pretty cool, but it’s ruined by constant ads and no real chance to be rewarded anything other than coins. Thumbs down. Deleting now.

Ad. I enjoy the game. Dont mind the ad’s. All the ad’s go after I watch but the gold fish casino doesn’t . It’s frustrating, I have to exit the game and start that level all over again. Lose lives. Most time I just stop playing after that happens. It is a relaxing game.

Wow game is horrible. So there are so many ads in this game from the start! But don’t worry for 10 bucks you can go ad free. And when I say so many I mean in the middle of your game they randomly give you an ad. And the pick em game at the end of a round is rigged. You can get picks for all but one and you will not get the high value reward. So many better quality games. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND DONT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY!

The game is interesting!. However, I don’t think the costs to play should be so prohibitive. I’ve played for a long time and the prices for extra letters has almost tripled. Excessive Greed is never a basis for good ratings, and recommendations to new players, when challengers are taken advantage of.

Fun game. This is definitely a fun addicting game. However I feel we are not given the vowels to complete a game. Some people including me cannot afford to spend money to play a game. Maybe this can be corrected. Keep up the fun!

This May Be A Scam. The game gives you new letters that are all consonants and no vowels. Because of the crowded boards it is difficult to find a vowel to play off of. You can buy a vowel but that gets expensive. This happens so often I am starting to wonder if I’m being scammed. I hope I am not because this game is cute and fun except for that one problem. I see that I am not the first person to complain about this.

Addictive game!!!. This is my favorite game. The biggest problem I am having is getting the free stuff. It always tells me I need to reconnect when I am already connected very frustrating and the ads Omgosh I am so sick of the ads there are way too many and $9.99 to remove them???? Game cutting off. The game cuts off often during play and you can not get back to where you were. You have to start over and pay for the level again.

Don’t update. I completed the update. Now instead of 700 coins to add a tile, it is 2,100 coins. The hint was 500 coins and now it is 1,500 coins. To switch out your hand you use to be able to lose a turn. Now it is 900 coins. This game is fun but not enough to have to spend a ton of money to play it. Shame on you guys for being so greedy!

Interesting. This game will take my money to purchase but when there’s a few hours left of a tournament the placement screen always times out and will not show your place. With 3 or 5 hours I’m in the top 3 and pretty soon some glitch occurs, and when the tournament is over, conveniently there’s no winnings to pay out. That’s ridiculous.

SO many ads!. I really want to like this game, but it doesn’t even wait until the end of a round to start playing ads, my last round I got an ad after every other word I played. Such a blatant way to get people to pay for ad free. I cannot reward this by paying for it.

Crap letters and no vowels. The game starts fine but the higher you get, it just starts giving unusable letter and no vowels. How do you make a word with two V’s, three Q’s and an X??? I have never even seen the letter L unless it is already placed on the board for a challenge. Purpose is to get you to spend real money!! I’ll be moving on!! Bye

Love it. This game is very addictive, the only problem I have is too many ads. You can pay to delete them, but I can’t see to spend actual money on a game. But over all, I love it.

No vowels. So how do you expect to spell words with no vowels? I played 4 games and two vowels came up only! I had to wait for the floating vowels to show up until I got two more moves. Than bam... no vowels! I am not spending 660 points fora vowel! You need to fix that! Please don’t say you will look into this! Fix it! It’s not a fair game! I love this game but I find it very frustrating!

Player be aware. Be careful with this one if you win first secon or third place, they don’t even honor the coins you are to receive. Fortunately I had a screen shot of the page saying I was number 2.
