Fun game but lots of bugs. This is a fun game but every time I play it, it crashes at least once a day. There’s also a new event right now that I can’t even play anymore. The event started glitching pretty bad so I closed out of the game and reopened it and now I can't access the event at all. There are also no ads to watch to speed things up or to get additional stuff or more energy for my workers. Reached out to customer service and haven't heard anything back from them. I've also tried to see if there was an update for the game in the app store but there's nothing. It's really frustrating trying to play this even though I really enjoy this game!! Work on your customer service and glitches. Until I see some progress, I give this game 2 stars. Update 9/16: I got the app working again! I had to uninstall and reinstall it and now it works like a charm. It still crashes if I'm playing too long but otherwise it's really fun, really addicting and really cute. I'd like to see an easier/free way to get gems instead of just buying them, but I still really love the game

They changed the coin value for some objects!. (I will not change my review if the issue is not solved) It says in the description that hamburgers can be merged to get high-pitched coins, but when I merged them today they only give two compass coins. THIS IS NOT OKAY. Changing something like that without asking the gamers. I also checked the case for “breakfast.” They should also give high-pitched coins but not anymore! I haven’t checked the other items but this shouldn’t be my work. I hope that the developer will see this. At least you shouldn’t say that it gives high-pitched coins while in reality it does not... PS: Before I install the game I wondered why there are so many bad reviews. I downloaded the game and it turned out to be my favorite, better than Merge Dragons. However, now I see that the developer’s easy decision making can really ruin a game and I do wish the game to get better.

LOVE!. I love this game! But there is plenty of room for improvement. I have some 300 or so workers but i only get some few to come out every little bit of time. They don’t stay out very long and then i have to wait another 15 minutes or whatever for ONE worker to come out for 5 or 6 moves! That is nothing! Also, i would like to be able to focus where the Aria flowers note balls go when i am trying to *heal* the gray lands. Overall, the game is lots of fun, but the workers need to be able to spend more time out working (especially the ones that look like they are adults lol). Also, please put more way to get diamonds into the game. Right now, the only way to get them that i have found is to buy them and your prices are WAYYYYY high, especially considering that you have treasure chests all over the game that paying diamonds are the only way to open them. I don’t have enough REAL money to be paying $10 every time i want to open one. Thanks!!

This game is great! Just one thing.... I like this a lot because: There A ton of things for you to merge together the cute characters , calming and takes time ( I think I actually just got to the point of the gameplay )😉If you want a merging game with fun characters and competing with people online ,then this is the game for you. Now for a little setback : In my opinion, the game has way too many Updates that you have to do month after month! The adds: 😬I’m sorry that everyone hates adds, but please do make the adds stop being only the hurt kitty add it’s so annoying and sad for the kitty 😢 Otherwise super good game and I hope you will try this game and that I really hope you think I was helpful!😀

Super fun and addictive. I love this game! I’ve been playing for over a year now. I don’t have income atm due to health problems so I can not purchase the extras which is a bummer. I do like that you are able to play the events and earn the characters which are absolutely adorable. It would be nice if you were able to buy the extra ones you need with diamonds or something cuz I do have some on my lil “Kaos Korner” that just sit there and take up room where I could have other things. There could be more levels for us to play, but all in all this is a very relaxing game that you could play for hours upon hours!!!

Fun to play, gets annoying. I really enjoy playing this, it’s really cute and a good way to pass time. My issues are with the clone chambers, and that in events, you have to keep redirecting your people, or they’ll go off and do something else. This is only in events, and that’s why it’s annoying. They’re popping up with everything now, and I’m never even using these things. I’ll merge something and all of a sudden everything that gets merged thinks i want to spend gems on a duplicate. Occasionally it’ll let me dismiss for the day, but it only dismisses that one specific merge, and it’ll be the only one to ask. It’s almost always lower items too, like a level 4 of the aria, as opposed to level 7 or something. I’m just getting really tired of it. Events don’t even give you that dismiss option because for some reason settings don’t apply there. I really like playing this game but the annoyance factor is making it hard to play for extended periods at a time

Fun. I really enjoy the game. It fills the time i have a few issues the clone chambers are truly ridiculous. I wish i could turn them off. My dear one issue is the storage of all the miscellaneous items that i have no space for. Second is i really wish that you could use coins for more items only houses and banks i wanna be able to buy other items with out gems. I understand you want to make money but the prices for gems/diamonds is outlandish. For the amount you pay doesn’t get you many items since everything is wildly priced.

Changed rating to a 2 star. Was a fun game not so anymore with the update.. Edited my rating from a 3 to a 2. The newest update changed the game too much for the worse. Cheat that took 15 mins to open now take 3 hours. When you merge certain pieces they don’t level up you now get coins. You can’t purchase some dolls with coins like you could before now they take gems. No way to earn gems that I can see. Won’t be playing anymore. No longer fun. Takes to long to do anything. I like this game a lot. However there are a few kinks. When I watch videos to earn rewards I often have to watch 3-4 times before I earn the reward. I also don’t see a way to earn gems and most characters cost gems not coins to purchase. You need more characters to open up more land space. I am running out of land space as it is because it takes so many new characters to open up the next small plot of land.

Almost 5 stars. I would have given it 5 stars but the one thing I don’t like is all the high level of points you need just to advance one square at a time. In the island event this time the amount of wood needed went from 30 to 200 per square! Then to heal the land it went up too. It’s only going on for 2-3 days. It takes hours for one little companion to collect enough supplies just advance by one square. And getting 3 more dolls to make another one is almost impossible without IGP. I do not make in game purchases. That would add up real quick. Once it starts to take too long to advance I get bored and go on to another game for awhile.

Fun, I really love it, just some ideas though. I absolutely love this game, I really do! Its entertaining but I just have ideas in how to make it more enjoyable for me (if you add these inprovements it will be a five star) Okay so here are my suggestions. #1. So I like the minigames and all, but what I dont like is the time part. They come so quickly, and also you dont have much time to finish the event. I like the idea, but the time is the problem. #2. I play this game a lot, but I stopped after this happend. So I realized that I couldn't go to lvl 80 on the boat thing (I forgot what it was called) And so when I realized this it made me stop and play it very little. So I was stuck on the first island and I couldn't move on! I was stuck on the first island for a year then I finally got onto the next. I dont know why, but I thought it was a glitch. #3. So the adds to get the rewards are annoying as h e double hockey sticks. (my pet bird is chirping as i type this btw) They are annoying and you probably have to watch like 1-5 adds for some rewards. Its annoying and there is maybe more adds for some. Some adds are the same, so yeah. These are all my suggestions. Please make the time higher on the events and remove some amounts of adds for rewards. I understand that your trying to make money, but the adds are annoying all at one! (Can you fix the error for the boat on lvl 80 please and thank you)

Tired of this!. Im very sad to to do this but you guys have left me no choice when you don't answer tickets for a month, i tried the foto thing too an thats a dead end an well! The minute you click for developer its all chinese. So here i am! I keep getting screwed over an i take screen shots an today i just bought again in the second home an i clicked all the baskets for the 900 diamonds shows it went to diamonds but number did not change. I have a pic of it as well, an no its not given as something else. It was for chests an diamonds. I even have pics of the other times just this month from in the second home an the regular home during events. An trying to figure it out with itunes is a nightmare as you guys dont give us enough time to get the reference numbers its a fast blink an purchase successful comes up. An your not even posting them the same day its bought, very few have the exact date. I want someone to contact me. I couldn’t even get threw from outside the game.

STILL LOCKED OUT - Homeland Frozen. The CupCake Icon land is saying the event is over but I’m still getting an arrow pointing saying “New Mail, Open It Up”. I open the mail which takes me in the land, I exit to Homeland and repeatedly there is an arrow pointing to the cupcake saying “New Mail, Open It Up”. I have been locked out for over a week. I am seriously missing out on daily rewards. PLEASE Fix this problem. There is a problem with this new update, it will NOT let me play on my homeland, it keeps forcing me to open mail on the new outside land. I have repeatedly closed the app, I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. As soon as you open the app it forces you to open mail, I open the cupcake mail icon, I exit and it forces me to continuously open the cupcake mail icon, I am extremely sad, I can’t play my favorite game AND I am missing out on the daily rewards! ! ! ! PLEASE FIX THIS! ! !

Support assistance is lacking. I recently had to upgrade from iPhone to Samsung and among other reasons was the fact that the iPhone was not connecting to networks properly in some apps ( including this game) I have a huge gameplay and a lot of purchases in this game but because of the network issue my game was not backing up to my Facebook account which I did not realize until I started moving all my data to the Samsung. So my gameplay is NOT connected to Facebook and I have been asking for alternative ways to move my data from the iPhone to the S20 via the game support in game and they just keep repeating the steps over and over asking for screenshots but not listening to me! Yes I realize that I should not spend money in a game but I did, a lot of money ( to me) and a HUGE amount of time PLEASE will you help me?!!!!!

Purchase Issues. I made a purchase the other night. I purchased two $4.99 gem packs and one $2.99 pack. The game froze and closed on one purchase so I figured it didn’t go through and retried it. WRONG! It went through and I was charged for all three which would be fine, except I did not receive one of the $4.99 packs. I submitted a ticket MULTIPLE times, with proof of purchase and not only did they not respond, but they DELETED EVERY TICKET THAT I SUBMITTED!! To me that is stealing. They are nothing but thieves. I would not recommend wasting time on the game if you plan to purchase because this isn’t the first time it ‘glitched’ during a purchase. I let it slide before, but I’m done. It glitches constantly and shuts down, making you have to redo it. Very aggravating and disheartening with the way they respond, or rather, fail to respond.

I like the game but the workers go to sleep too much. I don’t like that the workers go to sleep too much because then I have to get off the game and do something else when I have nothing to do except for play on that game when I come back there still sleeping and when they’re done I only get one Music tile thing and then they want to go back to sleep again and the only way to unlock more part of the Island is to get more workers but it’s so hard to get more workers and it shows you can go inside houses but it’s not letting me do that .

I love this game BUT….. So I don’t know how long I’ve had this game. I love it for the matter fact that I get the organize my island the way I want and the characters are cute they start off like dolls and there’s little adventures and whatever. However, I’m really holding on by a thread because why is it so difficult to upgrade the boats to clear the clouds? Like I need a tutorial or something because I’m even trying to upgrade my hero’s. And it’s just getting confusing and frustrating. But it could just be me…

Latest update. When in a different realm playing and it spinning a new saying come up about having a stable network to get there and you stay stuck so you might want to make a new update to fix your last one. Because my network is stable and this never happened before last update. I’ve been playing this game for years and I do enjoy it I play everyday from 30 minutes to 8 hours. Great game!. I love the game, I have been playing it for a couple years now. I would give it 5 stars it is just that some levels are hard to pass. I have Epilepsy and it is difficult for me to do timed levels, I have a hard time being able to study the puzzle in time, I wish there was a way to skip the timed levels, where I have only gotten to level 3in a couple years it is getting frustrating. But it is a very addictive game, I wish it weren’t so small and was a little larger to where you could see the dolls better on the screen, that would be way fun to see more details. But it is still a very worth it game!!!

No way to contact the developers. The game is fun and all, but, if/when there is an issue, there is no way to contact anyone for help. The only time I found a way, it took 3 days to get a response and their actions were no longer able to help in the timed event. Today, I can’t even get in and do anything. It forces me to “open my mail” and go to the new update area, but it’s broken. No matter how many times I open/close the app, there isn’t a way to fix it. And there isn’t a way to contact the developers. Sad thing, I pay for a subscription for this game. And timed events will close out without any chance of me being able to finish them.

Meh!. It’s a pretty decent game... it would be a lot better if the workers didn’t get so tired so fast. They come out of their home for a minute and are able to gather one thing & poof, they’re gone again. Maybe so type of achievement so you can get your workers to gather for a little longer? Anything really. It’s super cute & the graphics are amazing. The workers time would really be my biggest complaint. Other than that, coin gathering is tedious and guide bothersome. Can’t get the top merge coin unless you merge them obviously, but then you can’t use them either because you have to wait to merge them. Some things can be worked on, but all in all it’s a cute game I keep coming back to about twice a day (only because of how long it takes the workers to “wake up”)

Help!. I love this game. I play it every day. But there are several things that I don’t understand about how it works and I can’t find any information to give me a better understanding. For example- what the heck is that “chariot” that keeps zooming across my screen? What does it do? What is it for? I’ve tried tapping on it as it flies by but nothing happens. It’s very annoying and frustrating. Also. What’s with the boat? All my islands and my boat are at top level and yet I can’t advance. There are plenty more clouds to clear but I can’t figure out how. So more available information would be greatly appreciated. This is why I only gave it a three rating. My rating would be higher if I could find out how the game works…

Enjoyable. I really enjoy playing the game. However, to make the game even better maybe you could address a few things. First, I can’t tell you how many times the levels have glitched resulting in not even getting to play. Secondly, maybe something could be done with the Aria’s. It takes either money or non stop play to play the realms. It gets very frustrating so I just don’t play anymore. Thirdly, I am older and when levels or tasks are timed, I always need to purchase more time in order to pass. Fourthly, I love your puzzles but I don’t play them because you have to clear quite a few before moving on. I get annoyed having to go back to the beginning. It’s like playing Chutes and Ladders. Finally, I wish you would have little icons to remind us how to play and what is at stake. Sometimes there are reminders but most times you don’t.

Wondering. I have been playing your game for about two years now. I was able to get to level three but it’s beyond me. I cannot find out or get to level four and it’s stopping a bunch of things I could be doing can you tell me how to get there to level four. I love the game and I love the characters and everything else it goes with it it’s just I can’t find a way to level up to level four so I can get rid of some of the characters I have that are only level three and won’t go any higher until I do

Slow Play but Fun. This game is great if you want to play for a few minutes every couple of hours or so. Until you build up your home it will be very, very slow. The concept is the same as some other merge games, but you have dolls to merge into people instead of eggs to merge into creatures. You still merge plants, flowers, hills, etc. You build homes and coin vaults. Nothing new here, just a variation on the same theme as the other games. You catch the floating seeds to merge your plants. When you play a level, you earn a suitcase but can only open them every x number of hours. So, if you like to play levels, you can’t get a suitcase if your slots are full. That keeps you from playing too fast. I give it 4 stars because it’s just a variation of another game without offering any notable improvements.

Very fun but... I don’t recommend anyone spend any real money on the app. At the end of the day, the developer has picked up and dropped so many fun merge games. They make a game, let you spend a ton of money unlocking extra things and subscribing or buying in game currency, then they stop updating the game to the point where it’s no longer playable while they take up a new project. They’ll undoubtedly drop this one at some point and you’ll no longer get to play a game you spent money to advance in. It’s not worth it, their tactics are borderline scamming. If you play, play the free way. Don’t give them your money; they’ll take it and run. Literally. On to a different project. ( If the developer actually reads this, kindly update one of the other three merge games you’ve forgotten about. Your player base would like to access the content they gave you money for. )

Enjoyable but i had a recent problem, and I cant get a response. I have been playing this game for a while, and take breaks occasionally when life demands it. Recently I came back and found some new features like the cupcake land. I was initially very entertained by it and paid for extra energy. The issue is i never got the extra energy. Believing i made a mistake and didn’t complete the transaction I attempted a couple more times. Each time getting charged for extra energy. I even confirmed with my bank that the funds were paid, before I sent an emailed through the site. I don’t know what i have to do to get the charges reversed, I even included screen shot of every email verifying the purchase. I do not want credit applied to the game, since i realized i have already completed the building of my town in cupcake land. If I can make a suggestion to include instructions somewhere on how to play or utilize some of the new features. For example what is the purpose of the Heroes.

Missing things. After the update last night the castle & lvl 2 park is missing from my game. Was it hacked? I have no way to create trees so can’t really play in the competition now. Glad I held off on subscribing & spending any real money. Is there anyway to retrieve the castle & lv 2 park? Now orange trees are disappearing. The matching game must have a bug it’s not registering the matches FYI The dolls will go to the floral shops but they just stand there. This seems to happen with Floral paradise & Flowers & Ribbons. Also at firefly & maple parks. Several times I have merged 5 dolls & only got 1 it takes away all 5 dolls. The slot machine isn’t working properly. Lost several spins because I have to close the app & reopen to get out of the black screen. I made a gem purchase $4.99 earlier it said it went through but screen froze on verifying purchase did not receive gems and it just did the same thing again and no gems received I took screenshots just in case to dispute 2 charges of $4.99.

Great game I’m so addicted ☺️☺️☺️☺️. I love playing this game in my spare time, I’ve been playing it for about 4 or 5 years now off and on, honestly such a fun game to hyper focus on as someone with adhd, the updates every now and then bring new modes to this game and it’s so much fun, honestly it’s one of the only games I redownload constantly because of how much fun it is. The only reason I’ve ever deleted it is storage space on my phone and usually I don’t wanna go through pics and delete them cause that can take forever so I generally just delete an app or two, again I always redownload this game and it’s definitely worth it ☺️☺️☺️

Nice game but some flaws. I like the game, but I feel it has a lot of flaws with the constant challenge events. They require a lot of time and offer very small reward. I’d like to see them up prizes for too 20 otherwise it’s not worth the effort. Player vs player has become virtually impossible to complete challenges. I’m lost on the whole boating challenge. I hate the timed challenge level maps. Virtually impossible to beat unless you spend coins. I do like the auto match and spend $ on this, but i wish it was 20 coin vs 30. The workers also get really stupid on challenges, especially timed ones and will go to the stupidest things to farm vs aria or seeds. So annoying. Even if you tell them to do something, sometimes they sit there and do nothing but eat valuable seconds. They really need to adjust that.

Hate the new update.. This was my favorite game until the recent update. Just like all the others, I can’t stand some of the changes. What was the point in changing it to this extent? The online rewards are gone, some of the secondary stuff that you could merge has changed to just coins (which isn’t horrible but what’s to motivate my progress in the game if I can’t progress?), and their “Help Center” is horrendously bad. There is little to no support and complaints aren’t responded to. I lost a few dolls and rewards a couple of months ago and they’ve never even responded. And maybe it’s just me but why in the heck would you have to use ALL lives for one single level? Where is the motivation to play your game?? I have to wait upwards of 3 hours to play a new level or sit through ads that either freeze my game or I have to hard reset just to continue? Why would one want to come back and keep playing a game that makes it so difficult for their players? Deleted.

Ok now this is a merge game!. This game is such a nice, refreshing experience from Merge Dragons / Merge Magic. The attention to detail and graphics are beyond perfect for a merge game. Like seriously, the promotional material is not a lie. The graphics really are that incredible. I only have one issue with this game, and it’s pretty much just the theme of the game. The theme is dolls. A lot of people playing this game are going to be teens and adults. I think they knew this when creating the game because there are plenty of IRL Currency purchase options. Im 30 years old, im really not interested in a theme of dolls. I would love to see them expand this line of merge games to include fantasy/deity and maybe even witch/wizard themes. The dolls aspect of it is literally the only thing that makes me cringe when I open the app. But the theme set aside, wow, what a very pleasant gaming experience they’ve put together. The developers are top-notch graphic designers and I’m hoping (very impatiently loo) for a theme more suited for teens/adults.

Better than the others I have tried. But there is definitely room for improvement I don’t like how much it limits your coins and the only way you can improve that is buying a safe that takes up your land space. I do like how you can sell stuff you don’t need and you can get coins for it and you don’t have to waste diamonds that you actually have to pay money for to get them. I also like how this game consistently introduces you into new things other games i have tried have not. Diamonds aren’t impossible to in get this game it does have a calendar that will give them to you certain on days of the month unfortunately it’s only like two days when that happens but I think this game is way better than merge dragons that you had to buy everything and was very pricey too and it never introduced you to anything new the further you got into the game where as this game does I encourage people to try it if you have been disappointed by other game like this

So much fun, n great way 2 keep your brain active. I have been playing this app for quite a while now, n I luv the updates, such as having a creature that will help w/merging. I have a million characters and when they all come out, I can’t keep up w/them. But the turtle helps a whole lot. Another thing I like are the bonus scavenger lands, the only change I would give more spins on the slot wheel. If you get 2 the 2nd stage of the slot wheel your able 2 choose 4 gifts from your opponents land. But I think you should also get extra spins (spins should include: diamonds, extra spins, and extra characters and things that will help players complete the land). So it would be great if we could also get aria’s in the slot machine. The other thing that would be great is the exploration section, I’ve upgraded my boat n dock to the highest levels. But there’s still a malfunction, I can’t update anymore islands, nor can I go pass the 80+ clouds so I can get other boats. I have just about everything except what it takes to upgrade the capo I can never seem to get the books each character (turtle, fox n the other animal)needs in order to upgrade them. Is would be great if these things were fixed. 1 other issue is sometimes when u lk at an ad, the game freezes n the reward is not given. So, u end up having 2 watch more ads then u want. The last thing is most of the time the same ad plays over n over.

This used to be fun. This used to be a really fun game for me, even taking the place of the Candy Crush franchise. That was before all the glitches. Now either you can’t watch the ad video to obtain the reward or you have to watch it multiple times to obtain the reward. It’s almost as if they expect you to pay real money to get the rewards. I will NEVER do that because they can’t work out the glitches on the free version, I surely don’t trust them to honor a paid version. If they can’t fix the glitches with the next update or at least answer the support request I will delete this game and move to another merge game. 🤷🏽‍♀️

It’s fun BUT. I love this game, I’ve been playing it for over a year now. But in the realms theres always at least one or two locked spots that what you need is in the clouds for the item to unlock. So you don’t have a choice but to spend diamonds to unlock it and of course what you need is in that locked space. It’s like they want you to not complete the game or spend diamonds or purchase diamonds to use. It’s pretty annoying because you think maybe it’s something you missed so you clear out all the gray just to not have what you need. I wish they would fix this problem but like I said I’m sure this is their way to get you to spend money on diamonds if you don’t have enough since it’s 40 diamonds to unlock them.

From a 13 year old’s perspective. It is a very good game and something to do to pass time. I can go on and think I only played for 20 minutes but in reality I played for an hour-2 hours sometimes. The only thing I don’t like is how long it takes to gather some things, for a few items I have it can take up to 30 seconds-a minute but normally it’s not a problem but when I have to turn my phone off it stops and I really needed that item.

Really bad advertising. I had no intention of playing the game to begin with. I’ve seen tons of ads for it and I’m just not a merge game type of gal. However, I saw an ad saying that you could get money sent to your PayPal from playing the game. I’ve seen plenty of other ads for different games where you can actually make money, and that’s fine. The difference is that I’ve looked at the game on the App Store and I’m almost positive you cannot actually make money from this game. I downloaded the game only to check and see, lo and behold, you can’t make money from this game. I don’t know who is part of the marketing team, but you shouldn’t advertise the ability to make money off the game just to get people to download it. I know plenty of people who genuinely like merge games and this one seems like a decent one, but don’t mislead people so you can get downloads and clicks.

Good, but events have an issue.. The game is overwhelmingly balanced and relaxing. I just let it run sometimes and then pick up my phone to merge what’s been gathered neatly. The problem I have is that every single realm’s challenges have one challenge to unlock all the tiles, which is impossible unless you spend 900 gems to get the highest tier chest and use it to unlock the silhouette gates. Even if you generate the highest aura possible you can’t unlock those tiles without the 900 gem chest. That’s 30 *whole dollars* and it only scores you a level 3 doll— that’s so comically bad. It isn’t worth it at all. It disincentivizes the player to lock every single realm event behind a paywall like that. Otherwise it’s a fun game and the ads are worth watching for certain rewards.

Its fun!. This is perfect when you just wanna relax and pass the time. I’ve invested in a lot of these types of games because I look at it almost like an arcade game but I have a limit of how much money I will spend. In all of the other merge games I’ve been able to unlock lands from the other worlds with a little over twenty dollars which is my limit that I give myself, but I was super excited to do the same with this game and one of the patches for sale would unlock once I had about 65 helpers. Well once I played the game enough for that many I realized that it was also going to make me pay to unlock, normally this wouldn’t bother me but then I saw that the price was $40 um.... no thanks! That’s waaaaay too much for one tiny patch of land! That’s even too much for all three of the lands put together so no I don’t think this game matches the same fairness as the merge games I’ve played.

HELP!!!. I deleted my account so that I could restart and when I got back in the game it was a completely different game the islands covered in clouds was now a house with clouds there are no realms and when I went into the unlocked objects thing there were other things in the buildings section there were lamps, couches, and other things. Super frustrating to advance and clear land.. I love the game, I really do, but when it comes to clearing land, “healing land”, it’s extremely difficult. You genuinely have to let the game sit opened to get enough aria to merge, but even then it’s still not enough to heal the land. You genuinely have to continue to pay for the gems just to get anything to help. The prices of gems are too much, even for the extra add ons with the purchase is too much. $40 for one doll? Nah. Then I’m also left with a load of specialty dolls that I couldn’t get more of because I have to buy gems, they’re apart of a special realm, etc... it’s quite annoying. I feel like that the developers need to lower prices, make it easier to gain gems (FOR FREE), AND make the realms and other land, easier to access and “heal”.

Fun game. Really fun game I’ve been playing it for over a year but some of the ads show things that I’ve never seen in this game. Like there’s no entering a castle and then merging items inside it. I dislike that now when an item is in a bubble it doesn’t count towards the scavenger hunt. I do like the slot machine and the extra lands you can play, though I wish it would keep getting arias when you take a break, it’s pretty near impossible to clear the whole level unless you have the game open 24/7

Buggy. I can’t even play the game because the new Cube Maze pop up won’t leave the screen. I can’t click on the X or anything on the screen. If I force quit the app it still doesn’t work. Please fix this, my goodness! I have been playing this game since it came out! It’s a fun game to play but I feel like I’m not getting anywhere! It takes forever to clear out the land, why would u ask for so much knowing it will take forever. I’m not getting anywhere! Then you have these challenges that last 2 days and you make it impossible to clear the land. We do have lives, we can’t stay on the game all day, it’s bad enough we have to wait to gather stuff. This game is not as fun anymore.

Game play. Game is not worth the download. I keep getting thrown out of the app every 5 minutes, in which I would lose the progress that I had made as well as the rewards for the last 3 minutes. I’ve tried playing it off and on for months now and nothing has changed. The current scavenger hunt is causing me to be thrown out just before I beat my opponent causing me to lose to them. I’ve contacted support numerous times through the app regarding this issue, and nothing gets done. I’ve tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it, and it keeps happening. All they say is their sorry for my inconvenience. Items of mine have also disappeared from my game that I’ve had for a while. This game is not worth it. Update: still having the same issues. No help with it from the support team. I’m tired of the game constantly crashing. This game is definitely not worth the hassle.

A fun way to unwind. I have been playing this for a while now and still really enjoy it. I feel that the developers do a good job of adding new content and features. As someone who gets very overwhelmed and overstimulated I find the collecting portions of this game very calming and satisfying. I really love all of the characters. The only real downside, for me, is that a recent update made storage impossible and I do find that frustrating. Being able to clear the clutter and curate my islands was a big part of what I enjoy. However, I am hopeful a solution will be coming.

Good game BUT. Support is NON-EXISTENT. You can reach out to support for issues all you want, they will NEVER EVER answer you. There have been a few times that I’ve needed to reach out, and support ignores you. For example, in this new version, there is no way that I can see to remove heroes or companions for where you have stationed them, or change them to a different doll, however, if you reach out to support for clarification on how to do this, you go ignored. There was an issue in a realm where they had the Halloween realm crossing with the carnival realm (they were both on at the same time), and once again, no response from support. This is why I will no longer spend any amount of money on this game. This needs to improve.

I love this game. The only problem I have is that you put all are extra little stuff that we work hard to get in the in box in are mail and if you don’t check it every 14 days you delete it that’s not fair I was in the hospital for awhile and when I came out and got back on my game I had lost over 20 items I’m talking about the big stuff like the carasol the volcano stuff like that I mean it was better to leave that stuff in the bubbles that stayed on the game so when I wanted to place them all I had to do is look thur them and place them when I had more space opened I don’t think you had the right to delete anything in our mailbox that upset me and I have not played the game as much use to play everyday for like 4 to 5 hrs now not so much and all because you took my stuff that I had I’m sorry but because of that I won’t refer this game it shouldn’t matter how long we leave stuff in the mail box that should be up to us not you put are stuff back in the bubbles if you want the mailbox empty

Difficulties. Like playing game but it keeps knocking me out; when I try to go back in it won’t reload; when I’m able to finally get in I lose icons, power icons, & resources. Can’t retrieve them. I also made several purchases of jewels purchases showed up on credit card but never got the jewels. I wrote to you about this, listed dates, confirm numbers, how much purchase cost& # of jewels it involved, about 3500. The screen gets sluggish sometimes as if skipping. I have had to on many occasions to shut of my phone (power down) completely before it would work. Also sometimes an icon freezes on screen, it won’t move. Stays in that spot for long time before you’re able to move it.

Love the game but still has bugs. I have been playing this game for years and love it. I get lost in it for hours. This is my chill game from work. Anyway, the ship side game is difficult as you can’t upgrade your ship till you clear more clouds which is asking for a bigger ship. So after 96 clouds cleared you are stuck with all this material to use and nowhere to us it. I tried looking up how to upgrade with no success. This frustrates me but I still play.

I’m so tired of the developers. This game i started playing when it first came out and the developers use to be real nice when you had problems they would answer you fast and now the game has become trash especially with this new update now the workers energy got lower and so did my flower shop and other stuff they are ruining this game they just making more people delete it and not spend money so who’s genius plan was it to make these changes plus the game has many bugs and glitches maybe instead of making stupid changes you can’t fix what needs to be fix and now they just straight up ignore you when you contact them and they made the land higher to get I’m done with this the developers can get bent deleting and trying a different merging game there’s a brunch of different ones

Love this game game but can’t play as it won’t update to newer version. Nothing wrong on my end but the app isn’t giving me the option to update and I can’t get into the game until it’s updated: huge glitch here I think. Latest update. Be weary of the latest game update. It is freezing more often than loading to the game, and there is no way of contacting the developers from the loading screen.

Crash Central. I’m pretty tired of this glitchy game crashing multiple times, even in short, 5-10 minute sessions. Everything is up to date, but it keeps happening, and gameplay always skips backwards and I lose items, coins and even dolls. It is so maddeningly frustrating.

Customer support is final straw. In a year of play I never reached the final daily log-in reward. But it won’t tell you that the day after you allegedly miss, it waits until the final big reward which you never get. Makes NO sense and customer support flat out don’t care. I won’t be playing anything from this creator ever again.

The Best Game Ever.. I’ve been playing Mergical for well over 18 months now and I think it is the very best game out of all of them. It’s just gets better and better and I love all of the events. Just wish they’d last a bit longer. Oh and did I mention that I’m 56 years old 😁so matter what your age group, give it a go. You’ll love it.

Game is cute but has issues. Hello, I have played the game for a bit just to be able to give it a fair review. The number one issue to me is the crashing it seems to happen when opening chests, and when logging back into the game there is no chest there, for that reason I strongly advise no one to spend money buying anything until this issue is fixed.

Loved this game but…. I’ve been playing for months. Noticed a payment came out for small gift bag last night and I know I didn’t purchase one as there’s no diamonds for it and I knew I didn’t have much in that account so I wouldn’t have tried to purchase. I’m pretty sure it happened once before but I let it go as I assumed I must’ve accidentally done it. But I know I definitely didn’t this time. Have now requested a refund for that and unfortunately removed the game.

Ehhh. Compared to other similar games it is really not up to scratch I like these games, I find them a fun silly game I can play for a few minutes on the way to work. This game is intuitive at all and I end up frustrated with my little dolls failing to do want I want. I’ll probs end up deleting it soon.

While I do enjoy the mindless of this game, the mini games have left me disappointed, no defined rules and set up so you have to be online in final minutes of the challenge or you don’t get rewards, In a recent treasure battle game I worked hard to get to first and had managed to break 90,000 points I was not on in the last 30min and received no reward for my efforts because your points are not your points but some one can take and win with a short commitment, feeling ripped off because I was unable in the last 30 min 😔💕🦋

Just not quite...... Recently my characters have been disappearing in the events. Mostly a good game but entering the short term events, I find that many of these are simply missing a third and very necessary piece to merge to create an item to unlock areas. Again and again I clear all I can in these events only to find that there are easily about a dozen pieces missing. This is so frustrating. Is this to make us spend more money? I have sent queries a few times with no response. It’s like a puzzle that doesn’t come with all the pieces.

Game doesn’t work.. Hi I have been playing this game for about a month now with few minor issues but the last 2 days I haven’t been able to get passed the 100% log in screen. It tells me I have successfully lsigned in but it won’t go any further then the main screen. I have reset, uninstalled and updated everything I can but it still won’t load. If you can’t have a working game I want my money refunded I spent. If I’m paying money I expect to having a working product. You wouldn’t expect to pay for a product in a store and not take it back and get another one or your money back months after you bought it. I demand the same rights. Either fix the issues straight away or refund the money you have willingly taken.

Change toward cheating. This was my favourite game, especially the special challenges. The recent change toward cheating is highly disappointing; essential items which do not have a match, goals which cannot be met without cash purchases, and arbitrarily cropping the amount of time left do not conform to the old values. Deliberate sabotage or sloppy programming? Dunno. Might not care.

Why advertise a different game. Update, Has anyone else read the terms of service? I was looking through the ratings and I noticed several young children leaving comments. In the TERMS OF SERVICE They require you to be 16 years old and over to setup an account. They collect and sell your personal information. If you are under 16 or don’t want them doing that, I suggest you read the terms of service ASAP! I’ve seen the ads for this on several other games I play. I don’t understand why you are advertising it as a “paying game” you can’t make money playing this game! If I’m wrong please correct me and explain how. My second issue is that the ads have often showed homescapes with this one character instead. Just advise your own game. This ridiculous misdirected advertising is really infuriating!! It honestly makes me wonder, is your game so bad that you have to result to lies to get people to play it? The sad fact is that I’m deleting this app now. I probably would have kept it but I downloaded it because of the ads and they lied. I don’t like being lied to or tricked into anything. Customer Service is not responding. I've played this game since the beginning but recently customer service is poorly managed. I spent 399 diamonds to open Treasure Isle but nothing happened. They just took my diamonds! I've reached out to the customer service centre both in games and email but they are not responding at all. It has been 4 months already. It is really disappointing. They were more responsive before... Hopefully you guys check customers' email , reply to them, and fix bugs unless you will loose lots of users.

Great game when it’s not glitched. Addictive game but does have a lot of glitches in realms.. they don’t seem to rectify the issues too quick either, if at all.

Problem. When the add for CDI College plays, it stops at 1 and freezes the game. You can not exit the add and have to restart the game over again. It’s the same for the CD College , and Staples add as well.

Do not let your children play. I played this for about 3 hours, I watched about 100 or so ads, and one ad popped up that had a woman moaning and it said “feel me, touch me” I would not recommend this game to anyone with children, there is also a few more popular reoccurring ads that are not child friendly.

Misleading. I love the game, however I originally downloaded because of the video preview shown where you can merge objects inside of a house to make a home, and was rather disappointed when I learned that you don’t actualy get to do that. Poor Support. The hero island area is stuck in a forever loop of you need to upgrade your ships to disperse more clouds, it you can’t upgrade your ships because you need to disperse more clouds. I wrote messages to support thru the app, never getting a response, and when I go to check them, they conveniently can’t be Tried contacting support, but they never bother to respond. Pathetic treatment of loyal users who have spent a lot of time and money on the game. Please fix this, and actually respond in a place where I can see it.

Cotton picking doll. I love the game and i’ve been playing for a long time, but i just happened to look in the chests that the workers get sometimes and saw something called the “cotton picking doll”. Now im sure that “Cotton doll” would be a much better name and less ummm, awkward. Im not a game programmer so I don’t know if changing the name is an easy fix or not but it’s something to consider changing in the near future or in the next update. 🫤

Love it. I have been playing a couple of similar games for months now and so far the appearance is much more pleasing in this game. I’ve seen others ratings complaining about time but that is just how these types of games go. As for the ones upset about constant crashes, the issue is too many apps on your iPad. Delete a few and restart, works for me every time. I look forward to seeing the rest of this new spin on merge games.

Fun game- but hit items go missing. I have actually spent quite a bit of money with this game- I tried to send app support a question but there was an error message. So many of my big items go missing- just today, jewels I just merged and a castle that gives tree seeds. Not cool and even worse that I can’t contact app support. FIX THIS PLEASE.... thanksgiving realm is also not working correctly- places the symbols to unlock the keys isn’t working.... I’m really disappointed in the continuous issues like this and not be able to contact app support for help :(.

Not worth it. I only loaded the game because it was advertised as a way to win real money that would be linked to PayPal. This couldn’t be farther from the truth. That being said, it is still not worth your time. The cost to developer anything are way to high, so it take a long time to earn enough to get the dolls needed to merge into workers. I play another merge game that is more reasonable to start and the costs for items is less to start making it easier to grow and develop. Deleting because it takes up to much of my time and it just isn’t that fun. I unfortunately have to give a star to post this.

Problems thanksgiving event. I’ve been playing for awhile and haven’t had really any issues…. It I’m having a lot of issues with the thanksgiving event. I’ve had dolls disappear, a truck to gather the spaghetti disappeared, and can’t claim the special areas where you have to put specific items to clear. They said they fixed the bugs, but I’m still experiencing bugs - even after closing and reopening the game and completely turning off my iPad before restarting the game.

Ok, not great. I like merge games a lot. Unfortunately as amazing as the graphics are they kill your phone battery even in power save mode. There is also the problem of crashing. About every 3-7minutes the game will crash and you will lose all progress for at least the last 2 minutes. It crashes from videos and almost every time you make a major merge. I like the gameplay so far but the crashes really make it hard to want to keep playing.

Irritating at times.. The game has promise but a few things just irritate me. First the large clone snow globe things. They block out your view and pop up way too much. The characters are too small and merges happen when you aren’t wanting them to due to the close proximity of the squares. Initially fun but just gets too annoying after awhile. Just too much of the same thing going on over and over. Sorry. I really wanted to like this game.

Frustrating Bonus Rounds. My favorite part of this games are the weekly bonus islands. I can waste hours on them. However, recently they have all been starting on Mondays. For those of us that work during the week, that makes it impossible to put in enough time to finish the level. It used to shift the start date throughout the week and sometimes it would fall on the weekend when I was about to play. Because of this, I barely play the game anymore.

This is a mess!!!. This was my favorite game. But now with the latest update it just became my least favorite game. No more online rewards, no way to get gems, and now everything just turns to money (which isn’t as bad since before there was little possibility for that) but still there’s no way to really progress in this game. Resources and buildings that could upgrade before now just turn to money. The energy for the maps take forever to recharge, and the rewards take forever to gather (3 hours that’s ridiculous). There’s new dolls, but that doesn’t matter either because you need gems and those are just a waste of money.

Fun at first filled with bugs and bad customer service. This game was really fun at first. Lately it has been filled with nothing but bugs. I even paid for a subscription because it was fun but then with all the bugs my subscription rewards went to waste. That’s real money. Not good. I have contacted customer service on several occasions, including video attachments with complaints, and they don’t have a solution. Just apologies or excuses. At this time with all the bugs in the game it’s a huge waste of time to play. Diamonds, dolls and coins go to waste/disappear. It’s a hot mess. I’ll be avoiding this game for now.

So so. The game is a time waster for me while I am waiting on my other merge game. I HATE that you have to use gems for almost everything and you cannot earn them I have spent a bit of cash to open up an island bit this merge game I feel just wants our money. I have only played a few days and it is alright would give more stars if you could earn gems but that I am sure won’t happen I know that all these games just do what they want to earn maximum cash and no matter what the gamers say I doubt will ever get implemented if you put a way to earn gems 5 stars for sure.

Love the game but…. I absolutely love the game but it can be glitchy at times and I run out of space quick once I do I have to leave and come back the next day, and the workers get tired fast but other than that I do really like the game and I really liked the the ad for it so I thought well it does look better than the other ones so yeah I really like it I would totally recommend it to my friends 🤗😃

Spend money to finish realms?. I love the realms but I haven’t played in awhile. I came back to the game and some shadowed items look like the reward chests you have to buy with gems. Do you really have to spend real money to 100% a realm? If that’s true I won’t play anymore cuz if I can’t complete the realm I get no satisfaction out of the game I also don’t like the new character design. Stick to the original

Love it. Soo far this has been my absolute favorite app!! I literally am addicted to this game. There is always another challenge and the realm worlds!! They are my fav!! Awesome way to win extra workers!! Also, love how affordable priced everything is!! Please do not change any of the pricing!! Other than that I have had no issues so far, and I hope it stays that way because I really love this app!!

Fun, little pricey. It’s a fun game I’m enjoying it, I’m mostly working on the “home” section really haven’t touched the challenges or the actual game yet lol. But when it comes to buying stuff it gets a little bit too pricey in my opinion. Other match it games aren’t this expensive so if your not paying for the game then you probably won’t get as much stuff as you would if you weren’t buying things.

Pretty good but. I really like this game but the workers take naps that are 20 minutes. I’m playing this game because I’m really bored but the fact i have to wait 20 minutes is making me even more bored. So if you could make it like1-5 minutes that’d be great. I also think there should be a skip tutorial button. It’s nothing like the ads though. In the ads it’s inside a house and there’s a cat and it can zoom in. It’s not like the ads and I downloaded because of the ads.

Gameplay. Absolutely love this game. Can’t stop playing. I only have 1 major gripe though. When playing the event islands there are always at least 2 foggy areas that I can NOT get open. They have small chests blocking them and whatever I try will not work because nothing can be built up to unlock them. Would love for someone to explain how to open them. PLEASE!!!!

Love game-hate Clone Chambers. PLEASE give us a button to STOP the darned clone chambers. At the very least put one in the “event” games -they aren’t worth anything anyway. Pretty please add this. I know it means more money for you, and that’s okay if folks want to buy the clone. I and others never buy the clones and they are SO freaking abundant that it interferes with my game. Please please please!!🤪

Misleading ads…. While I like the game, the ads are all completely inaccurate. And now there is even a lady who has no place in the game AT ALL as the app picture?? And then also the picture preview for the game play in this very AppStore shows a completely different game until you click play… I don’t understand what the app developers are trying to do, but that’s pretty weird to advertise a game with an entirely different games play footage…

Hating this game. I’m really beginning to hate this game. This is the second time it’s rained and I haven’t gotten rain to gather. I emailed about something else a few months back and never got a response. And now they’re trying to make you buy stuff to unlock clouds during events. If you’re going to take my money at least give me more stuff in the purchase. And how about when we sell stuff if our cash thing is full just add it to our field?

Cube Maze is coming soon. I love this game but today when logging in to play it pops up Cube Maze is coming soon and then completely locks up and locks me out of my game. I have made many $$$ purchases through playing this game so I NEED it to work for me NOW. Please fix this as I cannot not contact the app tech people as every button I have tried is NOT in English. Please help me ASAP!! Thank you

I don’t understand.. I love this game. What I don’t love are the level glitches. Sometimes when when I start a level, nothing is where it’s supposed to be. Things are floating in the air, elements are missing, and 90% of the time, its not even the correct layout for that level. And I can’t restart it because…oh that’s right, because thats all the energy that we have. So I have to wait an unbelievable amount of time for something that wasn’t my fault. Is there any way to fix that?

Mergical help where are you?. I have been playing this game for a while and find it to be very enjoyable. I have been having a problem with level 54 of the extra game where you tap the map to play. I have been on this level for 4 times with and it will not let me place the patch of golden wheat field into the square to finish the game for the 4th key. It has become very frustrating and I can find no area where you have a help support. Please correct this or respond with what is going on.

No Idle in Realms. When on the regular mode, I can close out and things are still being merged. When I leave my realm challenge it does not idle merge! This is annoying because I have to constantly run it. Losing interest because it’s just too much stuff u get and can’t do anything with it but sell. Update for every portion of the game to idle. Other than that it’s a cool game to pass time.

Can’t open game but I love to play, please send help. After new update cannot open game and was doing the event of pyramids for the win, now I am not sure if I got it, also lots of bugs with bubbles but generally able to sort out, but as I cannot get to support trough the app I cannot ask for help as other times. I have iPhone SE 2nd generation model MX9F2LL/A with iOS 14.6

Glitches. Game is fun & addicting, and there are many variations to keep it interesting. But also very frustrating: it crashes, glitches and the ads are dysfunctional. It's great that there are lots of ways to earn items through ads. But many times I have experienced not being able to get the ads to start, have not gotten rewards after watching ads, and have watched all or part of ads to have the game crash and then have to start over.

Game is very slow filled with ads. Free version of this game is the most frustrating thing ever. You spend more time watching ads than playing it. If you want to get your workers come back - watch million ads for 30 seconds play time as they leave again and you have to watch million ads to recharge. The same with anything else. If you don’t want to watch the long 30 second ads you have to wait 20 mins for couple seconds play time. There’s nothing else to do in it. I definitely do not recommend it unless you are prepared to put a ton of money in it.

OPTION TO DISABLE CLONE CHAMBERS!!!!. Look,I understand that this is a freemium game. I’m enjoying it and have to say that I’m pretty addicted but please either give us the option to or reduce the frequency of clone chambers. I feel like 1/4 of my time playing the game is going through three screens just to delete one of those things. I understand you need to make your bottom line but for all of us mostly free to play players this is just gobbling up our enjoyment we already have to watch enough ads.

Favorite game. This is by far my favorite game ever! But this cube whatever coming…it says coming soon on the screen but won’t go away! It shows an x to close it but nothing works. I’ve restarted the game 3 times and restarted my iPad. All to no avail. I’m goi g to miss daily gifts because of this!! Besides losing my mind not being able to play the game! Support just goes to a web page that has No English anywhere on it! HELP

No problems. This is actually a game that helps you advance without actually spending your money on it!! What kind of game does that? They give you so many ways not only to get money but actually helps you advance your dolls.. and the dolls are so adorable and once merged they become even more adorable. Let’s not forget the pets and the buildings.. also tooo adorable.. im totally addicted 🤟 It does take time and patience but sooo totally worth it🏅🇵🇷

Locked out. Pretty decent for killing time. I enjoy playing this merge game during down time. I really wish you could turn off the clone chambers though, they get really annoying when you don’t ever use them so you have to continuously delete them in levels or sell them on your island. And I really, really wish the timed levels were optional for extra/bonuses. I quit playing the higher levels even though I used to like them simply because they are timed.

Fun game but there’s a down side. I love playing the game daily because it’s truly relaxing. However there isn’t a daily bonus like most merge games I’ve played. The only way to get a bonus is by watching an ad 🙄. Also many of the items you may merge will result in the same product. You’ll only get a different product after merging 4 or 5 times. Another downside to the game is, everything is VERY expensive. I don’t mind spending a few dollars here and there, but the price for the gems are ridiculous.

GAME PROBLEMS AND NO SUPPORT. The game is taking my money ... and I’m not happy about it. I’ve been using diamonds to buy certain things to help me level up in the game and it takes the diamonds, as well as the coins, but doesn’t give me the items I am purchasing!!! Update 11/2 — I don’t even play this game anymore. I spent money once inside the game and didn’t get what I paid for. It crashes, the daily incentives are not paid out anymore and will say I’ve missed them when I haven’t. Just a dud. Don’t download and if you do, don’t expect it to work FULLY past a certain level. 🙄

feeling ignored. Love the game. There are fun updates and new realms,however how about fixing the bugs before moving on. I have sent a few tickets in regarding issues and I don’t get any response's. There also is the boats how about instead of new content you add new islands to explore. There used to be a daily login and a monthly daily login, my daily has disappeared it shows as the game is loading but then is gone when the game is fully loaded and playable. Also when someone sends a ticket in how about the courtesy of a response.

It was fun, now it’s frustrating.. I loved this game at first, I was obsessed. I actually cleared an entire map during one of the events. Now I’m finding that the items needed to disperse clouds in events aren’t even showing up. In the current event I have 48 spaces left, no option to merge to get the items needed to disperse the clouds. This is the second event where this has happened, I think it’s a sign that I need to find something else to do with my time.

Fun game. I enjoy playing this game. Although the ads that are shown are false advertising as they show you can make money via PayPal by playing the game which is false. You can spend money just not earn and they really need to lower the amount for additional land and how long it takes to open up other parts. Need more ways to earn gems.

Game. The only things I don’t like. The events only last 2 days. I also think the events are harder to complete in two days when you only have one character. You have to basically sit on the game all day and night. Other then that it’s a really fun game. Also I think the instructions could be better. Like telling how to get certain plants an such.

Very cute game, needs more free puzzle tries. Very cute characters and animations and the merge items are interesting but the background puzzles can only be attempted once per day with the limited energy provided. This gets frustrating on the tougher puzzles. Sure, you can spend real money to get more energy but I can’t afford to do that. Most games give you enough energy for five attempts per day. As cute as it is, my frustration level is growing daily. If the game doesn’t get a bit easier, I’ll likely stop playing it soon.

My boredom therapy. My boredom therapy! Since i played this game i never stopped playing it, the excitement it gives to me every time i merge little things is so productive in a sense that i get to finish a task haha. The only problem i have with this game is that it always gives a disconnection in my i-net although it is impossible because i have a very good connection I guess this is what they call the “game crashes all the time”.

Amazing game. I absolutely love this game!! I often get bored of games and delete them from my phone but I’ve had this one well over a year. My only complaint is that in the preview video it shows clicking on a castle building and getting inside and doing stuff in there. That was the only reason originally downloaded the game and I haven’t figured out how do all that yet. But all in all I love this game and will continue to play it. 🙂

Fun but glitchy. The updates are fun, but there is often a point in which you can’t proceed because glitch. Latest one is while playing the dice games the “click anywhere to roll” is not working, you can’t touch anything to proceed or even to close the window, you lose progress of the game and you lose that roll. I’ve petitioned about it twice but I’ve not seen them repair this glitch/bug. Hope they fix it cause it’s really fun other then that!!

So fun but glitches. First off, this is one of my favorite games to play. I love the merging, the graphics are cute and I also like that you can pretty much continue to play without waiting for energy to renew. But...I often have to try multiple times to open the app, it occasionally crashes on me and forget contacting support- they don’t respond back. But even with the cons I still play multiple times a day and found it worth supporting by in-game features. I just assume those purchases go towards fixing minor issues 😁

Wake up. I downloaded this game because covid makes it so I can’t do anything fun and I enjoyed the game at first but then the characters took a nap and I didn’t like that because I had bad experience with characters sleeping in other merge games and I played a normal level and putt my iPad away and when I opened it later they were awake and that made me happy so I played it again but after Locke two seconds they were tired again so I thought maybe I’d use gems to wake them up but it wasted like half of my gems and all I wanted to do was to play a game that was easy and didn’t have so much stress except for that I enjoyed the game and I hope covid ends soon

If you don’t purchase gems, you have to watch tons of ads. Hey. I don’t usually watch ads but in order to play this game, I had to watch 30 more ads from the very beginning. Somehow manger workers get easily tired, they have to take a break for 15min, and they do couple jobs and go back to rest. You cannot continue the game unless you watch ads or purchase the gems. I did watch ads as many as they provided, but still the stamina was not good enough to continue. And this is not the game I installed. I watched an ad in Facebook and it was different game. But I thought it was okay since it was cute but cannot continue. So good bye.

Very poor game Support. I enjoy playing Mergical, but there are a lot of glitches. Developers started a new premium service. I bought it, but was not able to make features work. Messages to Support have now been answered, nor have the messages I’ve sent about other glitches. Mergical also runs different events in camp. Extremely annoying to get messages that I have been “defeated” when I had no interest in participating. If Mergical improves Support, and works on the glitches, this rating will go up.

Boring and misleading.🥱😢🤬. Ok, there are two things you need to fix: 1. Its a boring and 15-mins-per-three-hours game. You only have 6 energy and each level costs 6 energy AND it takes 3 hours to recharge your energy fully, so that means that you only get 3 items (or 6 if you use gems) to merge with, making it a 15-mins-per-3-hours game, and SUPER boring. 2. Its misleading and glitchy! I had gotten enough worker points to unlock FOR FREE one of the islands around the main land. Then it asked me to PAY FOR THE ISLAND THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE!! That was very misleading! And sometimes I have bought dolls and they don’t appear. Please fix these problems! I probably won’t see it if you fix it because I have deleted the game, and I won’t download it again until you tell me when you fix it. Thank you for reading! Meh. Ok so let’s start with the pros. 1. Cute 2. Addictive and fun Cons. 1. Absolute lack of customer service. I mean it literally. None! Contacted customer support every other day for almost 3 weeks. I got no communication whatsoever. 2. The reason I contacted support so many times is I’ve been playing it for a while and thought to spend real money on things. Had absolutely no problem with the game until I spent real money. Glitches, kicking me out while losing everything I had done for about 5 minutes before it kicked me off. 3. Things are constantly disappearing. High end objects that I worked long on. A lot of gathering has to be done to get these things and for them to disappear is beyond frustrating! 4. Wasting my time effort or money is enough to pi** anybody off. So all in all you can see in my opinion the cons outweigh the pros. But if you absolutely have to have this game DO NOT use real money! It messes everything up.

Can’t access the new world in update. I’ve enjoyed this game. It gets glitches sometimes but they usually work out. However when I went to try the new part it glitched in the middle of the demo part. Now it will not let me go past that part. It keeps trying to get me to merge stuff that isn’t there. I tried going to your website but apple is giving me a danger warning. I also could not find a place to send an email to. So….I’m resorting to the review section. Please help!😅
