Disappointed. They took 12 bucks when the app was not on my device from apple pay and subscription was canceled and for that reason all the money I saved for Father’s Day is now wasted and can’t get what I wanted to gift

Please listen before downloading!. I thought this app was going to let me connect anyway I want for free when I finally downloaded it and I open the app I chose where I wanted to connect to and I have to pay to connect to anywhere. I just got a different VPN.

Best VPN App. This is THE best VPN apps so far I have come across. Lightning fast connections and worldwide servers makes this app a truly useful app. I also like it’s hassle free one tap to connect feature. Kudos to the developers who worked hard to make this happen.

No way to review without opt in. VPNs rarely seem to work to set your location lately. Because of this, I am not paying for one until I can test it. You can’t use this at all unless you agree for three free days - which ends up being a pain to cancel. If you believe in your product, let people test it before obligating them.

Slow speeds and lots of ads. For the free version: the connection speed is so slow it’s basically unusable. And there is an advertisement ever time you want to connect.

Issue with VPN. Last couple of days, I am having issues with my VPN to connect. The moment when I click on Connect it’s disconnecting my wifi automatically and unable to connect to vpn. I deleted my vpn configuration multiplie times but never succeed. If this continues I have to cancel my subscription and look for an alternative. Get this fixed at the earliest. I always connect to India VPN only!!

Worked and now it doesn’t.. It worked well for several month. Now I’m unable to login. I’ve been trying for 2 days. I give up

You could never unsubscribe. I just want to see how it works and once you have the trial subscription sign up it never allow you to cancel it. Worst app ever encounter with.

Can be used to bypass restrictions. While this app is useful, it’s private browser can be used to get past some parental controls/filters, allowing the user to access porn, and as such I think it should be rated as 17+.

Great App. I have tried so many VPN apps but none other than this worked for me as of now. It just takes one tap to connect and more importantly its super intuitive UI makes this application so userfriendly. Great job!

The app is fine BUT…. All I want is a regular VPN, they keep asking me if I want to do VPN plus but I don’t. The fact that they keep bothering me about doesn’t make me want to get it. It’s just annoying. How does that make it free if it wants you to pay.

needs automatic reconnect. i get hacked constantly by an obsessive boyfriend and have two different vpns running on different settings at all times. betternet always reconnects automatically but this is the one he is always able to turn off and keep it off until i notice. it’s very annoying to pay multiple services for something like this and half your money gets essentially wasted unless you’re diligently neurotic to stay on top of things like this.

WARNING. even if you delete/uninstall the app before the three day trial ends, they will still charge you if you’ve subscribed for it. Check your subscription before deleting the app

If you’re thinking of buying, don’t.. First of all, it offered me a fee trial but it charged my card anyway. Second of all, I tried using it for Netflix but it didn’t work. You’re better off paying $1 more at express VPN.

Donnot download. This VPN isn the only VPN I used that asked me to rate before me using it. What do I suppose to say when it was just downloaded? And everything costs money, if you want to have a free trial, you have to pay for a month at least!

This is the best VPN I ever had. You can go on indigo and have a private search and it blocks and and more

How to stop the payments bc I don’t want to use the app. I don’t like the app too much and I can’t figure out how to end the monthly payments because it’s eating all my money and I don’t want these payments to continue.

Shady?. Come On! Okay I pretty easy when it comes to how trials work. You get so many days before your account is auto billed. I can handle that but when the trial window is short and on an odd day I rolll my eyes and eat the loss if I forget to unsubscribe. BUT a company that auto sets the subscription purchase at there max length and charges me 50$ for a full year! F-OFF

When I opened this app and connect to every SINGLE UK 🇩🇪 and many more it just keeps asking for money is this why people give this company or person money READ every single 1 Star reviews and they can agree with me or have the same reason THIS is a SCAM! Do not buy it I haven’t bought it but i know FOR a fact that this is a scam! Stay SAFE everyone!

Limited servers and no unsubscribe button. DON’T GET THIS APP IT IS A BORDERLINE SCAM IF NOT AN ACTUAL SCAM. The amount of servers that are in the app is less than 10. There is only 8 servers 9 if you include the optimal server option. Right when I was FORCED to subscribe with either a monthly or yearly subscription with the addition of the three day free trial, I looked to find out that a large part of the world is not included which makes the current rating of the app baffling. When I saw the servers I then tried to find the unsubscribe option and there is no easy access option which leaves you to the support and so now I am currently trying to unsubscribe and get rid of the app through the people who are trying to take my money which makes me as a customer feel powerless and taken advantage of because they now have the ability to wait until my free trial is up so that I am charged or never respond making it so that they will take my money monthly. Turns off by itself. I’ll turn the VPN on and it will work fine for about an hour, and then it’ll turn itself off and I have to turn it back on and it will last for about maybe half hour then it’ll turn off. So it randomly turns itself up and I don’t understand why.

Should be called pay to work VPN. Garbage app that never works unless you pay, not even configurable without buying a free trial, wish we had never gotten sucked in by a lying review.

This is a scam. WARNING! you must cancel subscription AT LEAST 24 hours before 3 day trial ends or else you will be charged. I subscribed for 10 minutes and tried connecting on every server available and it all failed to connect. Don’t waste your time and money, I honestly don’t know where all of these positive reviews are coming from smh. Unsubscribing and deleting the app now.

Unlimited my behind. I decided to get this app because it has 4.7 stars, almost 5. When I installed it, it showed up with all these I agree statements, but when it finally go to the part where I was supposed to connect it doesn't even let, it keeps asking me for money and I re-opened the app several times and it still asked me for money. I checked my settings to see if I needed an upgrade or something but I'm up to date on everything. I recommend you guys not to get this app unless you want to pay for a VPN every month.
